Waching daily Nov 3 2017

Good morning.

Join us today!

You are my lady.

Yes I am. It's an ordinary day. The kids are going to preschool and we're going to work.

We will answer viewer questions about our channel in this vlog. We started in our last video.

Ida and Walla is asking what Alma and Harry think about the fact that we have a YouTube channel?

I love it!

I have no idea what's going on now?

Here's a question that's been asked by a bunch of people, it's possible that I've missed some.

They are wondering if we can have a fan meeting? Or if we can come to TubeCon?

I could visit TubeCon if it suits our timetable.

Fan meetings aren't my thing.

Why not?

I'm too shy.

We went to the park with confetti cannons when we got 10K subscribers and we met some fans there.

Maybe we can host an event here in Stockholm if we get 20K subscribers. We have some ideas.

I guess people are asking about TubeCon because it visits smaller towns and cities.

But unfortunately we have no plans for that at the moment.

I think it's weird that we even have fans. We are just being ourselves.

Let's get going now kids. Your room is a mess!

I know, but we love it.

Alma, why do you have your backpack?

Preschool is going on an excursion.

Are you excited?

Yes.

Bye!

I don't want you to film now.

Ok, I'm sorry.

I've left the kids at preschool and what just happened, when Alma told me to stop filming, is a good example.

Agnes Cheer has asked if we switch the camera off if the kids doesn't want to film.

We always do. There's no point in filming if they don't feel like it. And no one feels like filming all the time.

I'm going to work now.

It's 3:30 PM and I've picked up these two. Look.

He's sleeping, he's cuter than ever.

Is Harry extra cute when he's asleep?

Yes.

We're waiting for Axel. Our plan was to do something outdoors but the weather is really bad.

It's raining and the sky looks like milk. It's been like this all day.

Hey!

It's windy.

Close your eyes.

She wants you to close your eyes and walk over there.

I can't see anything then.

I'll walk with you.

Stand here.

Open your eyes.

Oh, my little darling is sleeping tight. He must be exhausted after the excursion.

It's cold.

Yeah, the weather is nasty.

This is a nice café in the summer. Let's go in.

No.

It's not that nice now.

Let's go somewhere else. I'm just going to show the view.

Oh, you can't see much of the view.

We're going to face problems whilst vloging during the Swedish winter.

But it's fun to play in the snow!

That's true.

It smells lovely here. I haven't had lunch today. I've just had a sandwich and two eggs all day.

Mommy, look at that funny man.

It's Albert Einstein. He was very smart.

And a bit quirky.

Degamers is asking: can you do more and longer vlogs? Lin&Liz is asking can you do more than 2 vlogs a week?

And Selen Amayre is writing; your vlogs are too short. I love you.

We have a boring answer to these questions.

We haven't got enough time.

We'd like to but we can't. We work full time.

You're embarrassing!

You think so? I've never heard you say that daddy is embarrassing before.

He is.

What's going on with them?

We're back home.

We're going to cook bolognese sauce. We have a lot of minced beef. 1,6 kilo.

Help me take off this dress.

Sorry, I just had to.

Let me help you.

Here's a question that loads of people have asked.

Cajsa, Isabelle, maja12372, Strawberry slime, Selvin Durakovic, Elvira, Alice, Klemens, Alba Fürst,

JOSEFSKY, Julia, Engla and Jill Karlsson.

Strawberry slime, nice name.

They're all asking what we watch on YouTube. Who's our favorite Youtuber?

My favorite youtuber is....

Myself!

Daddy has a laugh attack behind the camera.

I can answer what Harry and Alma watches. Marcus & Martinus, Benjamin Ingrosso and Dolly Style for music.

You watch "Let's Feast" for challenges.

And I like funny kids songs.

Yeah, kids songs and cartoons.

I watch extreme amounts of YouTube but I don't have one favorite.

I want to be updated on what's being uploaded on YouTube. I also like to see how people film and edit.

I'm a bit disturbed after working in the TV-industry.

This is really nice!

Great.

Good night Alma.

Good night.

We've answered a ton of questions in this vlog. But we have even more questions and answers that will appear

on our Instagram account. If you haven't had enough.

We'll never be able to answer all your questions but it's a lot of fun getting them.

Our plan was to show our camera and editing equipment in this video.

But we have to do that in another video later on.

Thank you for watching this video. Leave a comment and give us a thumbs up or down.

Ring the bell if you have subscribed.

We hope to see you in our next video. Take care. Bye!

Rosie O'Donnell Is Crushing Hard On Donald Trump's Nemesis - Duration: 1:27.

Rosie O'Donnell Is Crushing Hard On Donald Trump's Nemesis

Rosie O'Donnell couldn't stop gushing over the bane of President Donald Trump's life on Thursday's "Late Night with Seth Meyers.

The TV personality, who has been engaged in a decade-long feud with Trump, was quick to praise Special Counsel Robert Mueller and his ongoing probe into possible ties between Trump's 2016 campaign and Russia.

Mueller's investigators on Monday arrested Paul Manafort, Trump's former campaign manager, and former business associate Richard Gates, on a 12-count indictment charging them with conspiracy and money laundering.

"I'm so in love with Bob Mueller," said O'Donnell, who also joked about getting his image tattooed right over her heart. "I wanna get posters, I wanna meet him. I just think he is it," she added.

"He looks to me like Superman, like Captain America, like justice has finally arrived back on our shores and we are going to right ourselves again.".

World War 3: North Korea issued STARK warning by US - 'time is running OUT' - Duration: 4:14.

World War 3: North Korea issued STARK warning by US - 'time is running OUT'

should prepare for a full-out response from the United States should it continue threatening its neighbours with World War 3.

Mr McMaster, who serves as President Trumps National Security Advisor, said the US was ready to respond to North Koreas aggressive rhetoric with all capabilities available. He said: What the President has done is clarified in all of his discussion and statements on North Korea, our determination to ensure that North Korea is unable to threaten our allies and our partners and certainly not the United States.

The President recognises that were running out of time (to deal with North Korea) and will ask all nations to do more." President Trump is expected to reiterate his view that North Korea is a threat to the entire world during his diplomatic trip to Asia.

Mr McMaster continued, saying that now is the time for a really concerted effort to resolve the North Korea crisis without resorting to military action.

Speaking at the White House, he continued: "It would be irresponsible not to talk about the potential for military efforts within the alliance.

The reason why that topic must be on the agenda is because of the behaviour of this rogue regime and the threat that Kim Jong-un poses. But intelligence found the rogue nation is ready to carry out yet another nuclear test despite suffering major damage to its main testing facility in Punggye-ri.

Seouls National Intelligence Service said satellite images showed fervent activity taking place around a missile research facility in.

The intelligence agency said: There is a possibility of a new missile launch given the active movement of vehicles around the missile research institute in Pyongyang. North Korea has been ramping up their threats toward the US picking up the pace with its testing of nuclear weapons in recent months.

Recent tests in early September at Punggye-ri registered as a 5.7 magnitude earthquake by the South Korean government. A senior North Korean diplomat also said the United States should take threats of a possible atmospheric nuclear test over the Pacific Ocean literally..

US Chief of Staff stepped in stating that the threat of North Korea developing devastating weapons was why Kim Jong-un must be stopped in his quest of developing strong nuclear capabilities.

He said: "That's why [Kim Jong-un] cannot have an Intercontinental Ballistic Missile that can deliver a survivable nuclear device to the homeland."  Mr Kelly then called for the dictator of the rogue state to give up his dream for nuclear missiles, as North Korea did not need the weapons.

He added: What the President really hopes is that the leadership such as it is in North Korea come to their senses with the help of countries like China.

Decide to denuclearise, give up their atomic weapons, there is no reason for them, they serve no purpose for that country.  .

How to choose a Rigging Inspection Company that is OSHA Compliant | The Rigging Professor | Ep 5 - Duration: 7:46.

- Has anybody ever told you

they'd do your rigging inspection for free?

Would it be entirely awkward if I you

that they were lying to your face?

Well, we're covering all that and more

on this episode of The Rigging Professor.

(rock music)

Devon here from Mazzella companies

and today we're gonna cover rigging inspections.

We're gonna cover the basics

as well as what you need to do

to be OSHA ASME compliant.

We're gonna cover what it takes

to be in the best possible defendable position

as far as your rigging process goes.

And lastly, we're gonna talk about how

there is no such thing as a free inspection.

To help me tell this story,

I reached out to Tom Horner,

and industry veteran with over 20 years experience

in the inspection field.

And I started with just asking,

why do I even need an inspection?

- Well, you need an inspection

because OSHA requires it.

OSHA 1910.184 states on a periodic basis

you'll have your alloy chains slings inspected,

but to take it one step further,

ASME B30.9 has different requirements

for all the different types of slings we have.

You need to have an inspection performed

of your slings within your facility

that's a visual inspection with documentation.

Our documentation that we provide

actually meets or exceeds all of the requirements

within ASME B30.9.

- Okay, so it's the law.

Governing bodies dictate that you have to have

a certain set of criteria to make sure

that you are safe and compliant.

But if you're already paying a safety guy

to do that, can't they just do your inspection?

- As you have many people

who've been in the business for many, many years,

and they know slings inside and out,

and to sit through a class,

you may deem that enough.

But what we felt is we wanted to take it

a step further so that in the worst case scenario

our documentation and our efforts

really do prove the best position

for being qualified or competent.

- Qualified or competent person,

a designated individual,

OSHA and ASME both have their own terminology

to talk about these different people,

but, to me it sounds completely the same.

So I asked Tom, what are the differences?

- Well, competent and qualified

are kind of one in and same,

just different terminologies between OSHA and ASME.

Designated means the organization has chosen you

to perform the service.

Qualified and competent means you are capable

of performing that service.

What we do at Mazzella

is they actually send our employees

through a certified inspector course via ITI.

They're an accredited institution

that can actually certify an individual,

which is much different than just going to

a generic training session

that you might leave with a certificate.

- So it's great to have your safety guy or gal

do your day to day, shift by shift inspection,

but you have to have somebody who's certified,

who's gone through a actual certification course,

not just attended a class, to be in what Tom's says

is the best possible defendable position.

- Well I think the best defendable position

is that you selected the correct party

that is qualified or competent to do your inspection

and they can validate it.

We can validate all of our efforts

through the documentation and through the organization

that we've chosen to do our training.

How are you gonna defend your decision

to have designated somebody to do your inspection?

Obviously the worst case

is that you cannot back any of that up

using a guy that you just hired

and who says he's a maintenance guy

and he can do anything

is not gonna be your best course

of creating that position.

- We talked a lot about

how documentation is a very big key

in making sure that you are in

the best defendable position,

and that got me thinking,

I would be terrible at that

because I hate paperwork.

I lose it all the time.

So I asked, who's responsibility is it

to maintain that paperwork?

Is it you or is it the company?

- We look at it two-fold,

it is absolutely their responsibility,

but what we do is we keep all the records on file

in numerous places so that

when a customer does call, say, hey,

you were here six months ago

and I misplaced my report.

Can you send it to me real quick?

We can usually have it there within minutes.

- Now people hate spending extra money.

I 100% get that.

So I was wondering about pushback.

What happens when an inspection team comes through,

finds a couple things, and tells you,

hey, you guys gotta fix this?

- I've been using this for 20 years.

I made it myself, it's fine.

Or, our millwright team made

and we're certified welders.

Our engineering team did this.

But what people have to understand

is that ASME has specific requirements

as to how below-the-hook devices are designed,

fabricated, documented via drawings,

and proof tested and certified.

And then that's their job as the expert

to prove why we can make the statements

that we just made and bring them into

understanding of what is actually the issue.

- The last thing that Tom and I spoke about

was the first thing that I mentioned in the intro,

and that was, when somebody tells you

they're going to do your inspection for free,

they're unfortunately lying right to your face.

But Tom did tell me

there's a pretty specific reason for doing so.

- Yeah, if it's a large enough customer,

organizations generally have contracts

where it might be written in

that you would receive an inspection for free.

I personally don't like the word free

because it carries no value.

There's always a cost to somebody.

That's where you really wanna dig in

is ask the question, am I receiving

what I'm not paying for?

Which is why we have to work so hard

to inform the customers

that there's a definition of qualified and competent

and how do we meet those requirements.

You can then take that information

and ask the people who are proposing

to do this for free,

are you meeting these requirements?

Because, ultimately end of the day,

the best defendable position

is what you can backup in a court of law.

If somebody is in there

inspecting all of your rigging

at no charge or for free,

and they're spending eight hours doing this

and this is a salesman,

or a salesman and the took somebody from the shop

or he's bringing in third party to assist him,

to me that's a tremendous conflict of interest

because they have to be getting something out of it.

The way we like to approach it is,

hey, anything you wanna do with us

after the fact is a tremendous bonus,

but what we're here to do right now

is only your inspection and that's it.

You may need to replace some slings.

You may need to repair them, et cetera.

If you do it with us, great.

If not, here's your report, OSHA's happy,

internally you're happy,

call us when you need us.

- So a few take aways from this video.

Is your inspection program compliant?

Are the people doing your training

certified to do so?

Do you have all your documentation available

in an order?

And, most importantly, there is no such thing

as a free inspection.

Mazzella Companies is a leader

in rigging inspection and safety training.

All of our inspectors are training

in both OSHA and ABSE certifications.

They haven't just taken a class.

They're certified through ITI to do so,

and when they come to your facility,

your inspection is the only thing on their mind.

As Tom said, anything else is a bonus,

but they are only there to do your inspection

to keep you safe.

If you'd to learn more about our company

or you'd like to schedule a consultation

and make sure that you're OSHA and ASME compliant,

don't hesitate to reach out.

We'd be happy to help you however we can.

I hope this video was able to help you,

and if you liked it, consider subscribing

to our YouTube channel.

There's already a bunch of videos we've made

and we're gonna make a whole bunch more.

We're just getting started,

and I don't want you to miss out.

Thank you for watching.

Admitting to sin is only the beginning - Duration: 2:24.

I know some of you let me just dig in a little bit so you understand that

admitting is not the same as confession how many of you know you can admit

something and not really repent or confess it just because you've admitted

that you're angry doesn't mean you've dealt with your anger

just because you've admitted unforgiveness doesn't mean that you're

willing to deal with them forgiveness you have to start there

but you have to go down that road so you admit you confess you repent and then

you seek restoration there's a powerful process in there by the way

it is God who he cleanses us from our sin and we confess to other people not

to receive cleansing from our sin but we confess to other people to receive

healing of our souls when I confess to another person it brings about healing

not cleansing some of you want have walked in this place and because you

come from a certain tradition you you are aghast that we had no confessional

here and you're saying where's the box because I came loaded

we have no confessional here I'm not I'm really have no desire to

line up and hear all your sins some of you take a long time I don't I don't we

don't do that why don't we do that because I don't believe that it's a

priest or a pastor or a rabbi that is the one that has the power and

intentionality to forgive you of your sins there is one mediator between man

and God and yet that is Jesus Christ the son who died who rose again who paved

the prize and he has the power to forgive you of your sins completely and

absolutely it's Jesus the Christ

you

This is the Most Fascinating Fruit - Sharp Science - Duration: 4:30.

(Laugh).

If you've ever smelled this fruit,

you'll probably recall its lingering,

pungent, meaty scent.

There's no fruit more fascinating or

polarizing than the durian.

(Music)

Let's talk a little durian.

These smelly, spiky fruits are native to

southeast Asia and

are a staple to many locals in Indonesia,

Thailand, and Malaysia.

In fact, durian is often referred to

as the king of fruits.

The king of fruits is easy to spot

because the fruit be smelly, yo.

Some people describe it as

rotting flesh while others find it closer

to sweet garbage, and some people love it.

It's actually so polarizing.

It's often banned from hotels, airlines,

and public transit systems outright.

That's enough chit-chat for now.

Let's go try it, no?

We're on our way to Chinatown

to get some durian.

Louise, you excited?

- So excited.

- Did you know that in Thailand and

Bangkok durians are not allowed on

the subway because it stinks it up so bad?

They should ban onion bagels in New York,

am I right?

I think I smell it.

Is this durian?

- Yeah.

- Can I buy one? - Yeah. - Okay.

(Laugh) What does it smell like?

- Smell.

- She's letting me try it.

It's okay.

- (Laugh) Yeah, you can smell it.

- It's not bad.

Yeah, everyone said it will smell like

garbage, but it smells okay.

Well, this was only $24,

which is still pretty expensive, but

that's a really big fruit, so.

- Thank you.

- Thank you, (Foreign) (Laugh).

I'm really excited to try it.

Are you, Louise?

- Yeah.

- We're back in the Mashable office with

this fruit, not going to touch it.

And now for

the taste test.

(Music)

I'm so scared.

(Music)

It tastes like spoiled butter,

it's not great.

(Laugh) I'm not going to have this again.

(Music)

- No, what is this?

(Laugh) - It just tastes like eggs, but

really bad eggs, that's been left out for

a really long time, for like years.

This is gross.

- God. (Music)

Every time I think it tastes good,

it just starts tasting horrible again.

It smells like a trash bag,

it tastes like a trash bag.

- I don't,

the texture is what's throwing me off.

No, no, no, no, no.

Actually, it starts to taste kind of good

the second half.

I don't know,

when it kind of makes its way down,

it kind of clears up, but

then the back half of it, terrible again.

- It tastes like spoiled pineapples baked

in an oven with onions.

- Now that we've got that experience out

of the way, let's talk science.

Why does this fruit smell and

taste so terrible?

According to a study published in

the Journal of Agricultural and

Food Chemistry,

there are 41 compounds in durian that

makes it smell so uniquely pungent.

The researchers also found

four compounds that have honestly never

been identified by scientists before.

Even more interesting, scientists found

that it's not an individual

compound that makes durian smell oniony or

sour, but in fact a mixture of chemicals

that produces the odor.

Ironically, some of the most prominent

chemicals were associated with fruity,

sweet odors.

The oniony-smelling chemicals belong

to a compound rarely found in food before.

So for better or

for worse, but probably for

the better, durian is one of a kind.

Most natural foods that are good for

you smell anywhere from musty,

to funky, to rancid.

I'm looking at you, broccoli.

And durian is def not an exception.

So what's your take on durian?

Do you love it or hate it?

Or if you've never had it before,

are you excited to try it.

It's good to try new things,

just maybe not this new thing,

because that would be a smelly disaster.

(Music)
