How to match your belt and shoes? Diy fashion for Men's Shoes matching Belts - Duration: 4:00.hi it's Michael from Men's Finest and in
today's video we talk in casual shoes
casual belts what goes with what
and what to do with it. and this video is
part of making men look smarter video
series click on a playlist next to it to
see all the other videos. enjoy
so when it comes to casual shoes I think
the choice of belt is rather confusing
you know can that go with this could I
use any canvas belts for anything like
that what about in my shoes are orange
like them what have I've got you know
two colorful shoes what goes with what
what do I pay with what I don't know I
don't know do you know? let's get this
simple things out of the way first
you've got brown double monks what belt
would use with them well you would you
use the brown belt here towards because
that's the rule
use brown belt with brown shoes but what
I like anson belt taht there
is no holes so I will never have this
situation or actually stretch my holes
and they look all groggy and old when
I'm going to be using that maybe every
other day to go with my absolutely
magnificent double monks what about if
I've got black shoes you guessed it and
in the black belt but the problem starts
when I'm starting to talk about the
issues or any canvas shoes wear any
Tom's or other shoes that you may have
like what goes with them let me explain
you of course have got any type of
colorful and absent bowel so that you
can get so that's one of the options but
any sort of belt that is there is a
canvas sort of nice looking belt over
you know the the sort of tricolor one
that I've got here or a dual color here
and maybe and red would look nice as
well it's sort of complement with audio
other cause also I've got a very nice
and a canvas material only belt again no
loops it's just a sort of hook that you
pull it through and so these kind of
valves I would probably recommend for
more casual look but what I would also
do and I highly encourage you if you
struggle for finding the exact belt that
you want you cannot find the exact match
you cannot find the exact and shade of
the letter that you've been trying to
find there is a way around it
way around it would be one of those a
suspenders
sometimes a suspenders wear that's
similar to these braces from Thomas pink
or whether you were going to go for the
clip-on suspenders you know they're much
cheaper they probably 5 to 10 pounds you
know 10 to 15 dollars you can get it
from anywhere these where around 25
pounds around $30 they are for the
bottom so you have to have it bottoms in
your trousers in order to wear them but
that's a very easy and good alternative
for the balance if you can see I've
already put my plan into action and what
should you never do is wear a white belt
white they'll go you're nothing you know
who you are
to conclude I hope you enjoyed this
quick very simple extremely simple idea
of how to match belt with shoes brands
and Browns blacks with blacks
colorful with colorful and if you are
not comfortable with colors or sort of
types of fabrics between belts and your
shoes you go for the suspenders and
you're good to go I hope you enjoy that
video please share and subscribe see you
next time

How to decide between hiring IT staff internally or outsourcing IT for your business? - Duration: 2:59.Hi this is Brian Gendron founder and
owner of Nocserv IT department in the Cloud.
I want to talk to you today as a
business owner to business owners about
the IT department function. whether you
have a full-time or multiple full-time
people on IT department staff, part-time
person, maybe it's just a brother-in-law
or an IT outsourcing firm,
you're probably wondering if this is
this is the right solution for us
you're probably still experiencing some
problems within your IT environment
Ijust want to walk you through the
different functions of the IT department
to help you through that decision
process. The first I look at it is IT asset
management we're looking after all your
hardware, your software licenses, your
contract management would say your
internet provider making sure you always
know what you have and where it is.
Making sure it's always covered under
support if necessary so that if there's
issues that you can go to the
manufacturer or the provider to get that
support and coverage. Who does that right?
the next in cybersecurity, it's big in 2017
who's watching over your email
making sure that if phishing attacks
get through, when they get through,
when your people click on them, who's going
to be cleaning that up for you
who's remediating those issues also protecting
the perimeter making sure any virus
firewalls are up-to-date and really
protecting the privacy of your employees
as well as the privacy of your customers
and contractors. Certainly as business
owner that I believe that part of our
responsibility to our customers and
employees. Next is very close related to
cybersecurity, is data.
Who's managing your data what's your
policies on retention. How long do you keep
that data. Do you dispose of data properly.
maybe more importantly, how is that
data backed up and how do you recover it.
Do you have a plan for disaster
recovery in the event of a hurricane or
data loss, can you get that data back and
who does that work for you. Next we look at
helpdesk and tech support for your people
if technology is not working your people
can't work, you're losing productivity
potentially costing you business. Who do they
call? They call your IT person, or do they
call the outsourced provider? Something to be thinking about.
Lastly a look at innovation.
Who's working with you strategically to
align technology to the business to help
you grow help you operate more
efficiently.
So a lot of times if you're weighing out
these options, if you're looking at
part-time full-time plus benefits
the range is from an entry-level
person to $40,000 to a high-level highly
certified engineer at
$180,000 plus the
overhead of expenses and benefits
that can get pretty expensive
quickly and you can also look at an
outsourced provider like Nocserv
where we have a bench of those folks, we
provide this as a service and all these
functions really as a service to you.
It really varies from organization to
organization but if you if you reach out
to us we'd love to figure out a way to
either augment your existing
staff or potentially provide the entire
IT function on behalf of your company.
Again it's Brian Gendron with Nocserv
and we hope to hear from you soon.

Cidsa Talks About... Channel Status Updates for May 2017! - Duration: 1:30.Hey all, just a quick update about all the various things going on with the channel.
First of all, you may have noticed that I haven't posted as many videos as of late.
The reason being is that I found the upload schedule far too difficult
and I honestly felt like if I kept pushing it then the videos would get shittier
and I'd stop having fun with it.
So I decided I would slow it down and do it at my own pace.
Secondly, if you don't know about it, I have a channel on Vid.me
which I have links to in the description and the card up here (which should hopefully appear..)
With a lot of changes to YouTube on the horizon,
I don't know if there will really be a place for me here, so Vid.me is a solid option.
I won't be going over there 100% yet
but follow me over there if you like the channel cuz it may happen in the future, who knows.
Also I really like the Vid.me community, so maybe you guys wanna go check that out.
Lastly, if you haven't checked out my Patreon, please head on over there.
Again, links in the description and cards.
I've changed it from a monthly into a "per video" dealie
so I'm not getting paid for doing nothing.
I generally don't shill this out all that much but if you want to support the channel
chipping in a buck or two helps a LOT.
I doubt this will ever become a full-time job for me
but Patreon money DOES help me get more games to review and all that good stuff.
Thank you all for continuing to watch
and I hope to bring out even better reviews as time goes on!
