...so, this makes everything easier for us when we are in the room, in a studio, we have

pressure maybe, we're in the recording studio with a producer and he wants you to come up

with an idea, with something that works and you can give him 5, 6, 10... different options

that they all make sense and you just need creativity, which is helped by this vision

of drums, of dividing the drum horizontally...

OUTRE SWISS X RISA DARK RED WINE LACE FRONT WIG REVIEW - UNDER $30- | DIVATRESS.COM | KOSMIC KRISTEN - Duration: 12:05.

Hey, everyone, it's Kristen and today we are going to be doing another

wig review I am doing a three wig collaboration with

Divatress.com and today's wig is the Outre Swiss X lace

front wig and the name of it is Risa

and this is in the color DR425 and it is a reddish dark burgundy color

and we are going to be trying her out today this is what the wig looks like here on the

card and this actually is the color that we will

be trying out today opening up the wig here

we have the package and the cardboard which are always good to keep for storing

the wigs just for future reference

here you can see there is a net on it it actually came with a black net

but I replace it with white so you can see it better

and we are going to be taking that off now and show you the wig itself

and here is what the wig looks like it's a nice dark burgundy red color

sort of a wine color and up top here you can see that it starts

out black and slowly fades into the red and then consistently

is red all the way down the only ombre is at the top

where you can see a little bit of fade this is a lace front wig and originally came

with lace on the front here that we had to remove and cut off

and what's interesting about this wig is that it is a swiss X lace

and there is lace all in the front from ear to ear

and you can do any kind of part that you like a lot of lace fronts have either like you

can part down the middle or one side but not anyway that you like

so this has a lot of versatility you can do a left part

a right part a middle part

kind of an off sort of part and you can also do a lot more with the front

here like styling so a lot of options with this

particular wig this wig also does come in different colors

if you are not a fan of the red but like the style and the cut of this

here inside you can see the mesh in the back it also has one clip in the back

and two clips to put on either side to help stay it also is sort of a stretchy

material and does have adjustable straps if your head

is larger or smaller and here you can see up front this is where

you can put the part and you can do it in any which way and it

will still look like a natural part whereas a lot of other wigs you can kind of

see the wefts it's sewn into each individual hole of the

lace which is what gives it such versatility and you are able to do whatever you want to

with the front of this so I really like this about it and I think

that more wigs should be like this so you can have a lot more versatility

and I think it helps with the believability as well

because if you were to move your hair , you would never see the wefts

so I really like that about this wig so I'm going to go ahead and so you the front

of this and what I'm talking about with the lace

here is an up close look at the front you can kind of see the lace here

I'm going to show you without finger being there

and then with my finger there you can see the difference

I'm gonna go ahead and put her on and then we will talk more about the wig in a moment

ok, so this is the wig what it looks like

and show you a side view and from the back to see how long it is

as you can see it's pretty straight but then it comes in and sort of curls under

at the ends here in layers all the way up here

and because I believe there's a 4 by 4 section actually where you can do the part

I don't think you can part it from the way back here

but you can do any kind of part as you see I can take this and put it over

here and do that sort of a thing

but I actually like it down the middle the best

and also you can see that I left out my baby hair from my actual hair

and I think that, that helps it look a little more believable

so if you have dark hair aswell you can do that if you have baby hair

I think it gives it a natural hair line and just makes it look more believable

as for this wig I absolutely love the color it is so beautiful

it is very similar to the other wig that I reviewed

which I also got from Divatress This is Sherise

it's got a lot of swooping curls here and is actually the same exact color

as far as the coloring goes it is the same it starts out black and then sort of in this

area here it kind of blends together and then the rest

of it is this kind of wine red color if you were looking for one that is similar

that's in a curly texture that would be the one I would reccomend

this Risa wig is heat safe up to 400 degress but if you were going to curl it alot or do

anyhing like that I would suggest just getting one that is already curled

because its easier to maintain but if you like this sleek sort of look with

the curling underneath here then I would really reccomend this one

you could also go ahead and just straighten it straight if you didn't like that it curls

inward I may try that one day just to see how it

looks but I actually like that is has the curling

under at the bottom it gives it a different look then just striaght

I actually thought this was a little bit longer of a wig when I was looking at it

but I actually do like the length of it I think it is a normal long length but not

too long so here again you can see it starts black

this is my actual hair right in here I should probably move that up

and then in this area it gets kind of ombre and then goes to red

so very pretty I really love this color it's a color that I have alwasy wanted to

be and I tried to dye it this color before when

I was younger and it just really never came out this color

and then when it did it didn't like to stay because reds are really

hard to keep in your hair so I think this is wigs are so great

you can change up your style you can get the color you exactly want

and you know it's going to stay that color because it's a wig you aren't going to be

washing it very much it's just going to be what it is and you can

also find the style that you want

and know that, that's what you are going to get

I also love a lot of different types of hair curly , really curly, really straight , reds,

blacks all this kind of stuff so it's good for me

so that Ican change up my style and actually keep my actual hair intact

and not have to dye it or bleach it or all that kind of stuff

also if you were running late if you are having a bad hair day

you can just pop on a wig and it's already done for you

and you look great so I really like wigs

and after this experience with these wigs I am going to be buying a lot more from Divatress

because all of the ones I have got in this three part collaberation have been incredible

so some of you are probably wonering how much is the wig

and this wig was orginially $49.95 and now as of the time of making this video

it $27.95 so for under $30 you can get this really really

really nice lace front wig that is a beautiful color

is really believable , I think I think it looks like my real hair

like if I didn't tell anyone I think they would think it is my real hair

and that's what I love about these wigs because like if you weren't, like if someone else

was wearing this wig I wouldn't know it's a wig

the texture is silky and soft and it looks like real hair

it's not as soft as real hair I will say that but like for a wig tho

like it feels and looks like real hair another thing I don't feel like it looks any

thinner in the back because I know a lot of wigs that I've tried

in the past will look fine from the front but then when you look at it in the back it'll

look really thin and then you will kind of know it's a wig

but I don't have this problem with this wig I feel for the quality of this wig at the

price this is an amazing deal and I really really really love this wig

there's not really much that I can say bad about this wig

the only thing is that you are probably going to have to take either a straighter or a curling

iron to redo the bottom of them eventually just because of gravity

but I mean you are going to have to maintain the style of any wig that you get

it's not just this one and again you could straighten it out all

the way and just have it super straight but it shouldn't, every couole times you wear

it you will probably need to like just kind of do a little bottoms again

but other than that like I can't really find anything bad to say about this wig

I don't see any shedding at the moment I mean it may happen

wigs do shed I believe it looks pretty believable as it

sits I didn't do anything to it to make it any

more believable except for having my baby hairs out

there are things that you can do to make it a little bit more believable

you can pluck the part if you feel like it's too close together

but it does say on this little thing here that it is pre plucked

so I think actually for me it looks pretty believable as it is

you could also add a little bit of concealer that you would normally wear

to the part if you feel like it doesn't stand out as much as it should

as for the cap I didn't really have to do any adjusting I just used the little clips

the two on the front and one on the back again it does have adjustable straps

but I didn't need to adjust any of it it's kind of a stretchy cap

not too much but it kinda like comforms to your head

like kind elastics to your head again I got this from Divatress.com

and I really love their website because it has like 1000 options to choose from

every wig comes in like atleast five different colors so I mean there's like a bunch of wigs

on there in a bunch of different colors to choose from

and right now as this video is coming out they are doing

free shipping for anything over $49 and I believe regular shipping is $7.95 if

I remember correctly and so that's not too bad

it's not like you are paying a bunch in shipping to get the wig for cheaper

my one tip would be to get a wig brush becasue I think that this keeps them a lot

nicer for a lot longer I got this one I believe at Sally Beauty Supply

a long time ago when I bought some hair extensions I feel like it really helps to glide through

the wig and not pull or pinch them and I think that keeps them looking a lot

nicer for a lot longer and I don't really see much tangling but throughout

the day if you are wearing it all day you will probably want to keep the brush with

you and just keep it nice and sleek looking overall I really just love this wig

I think it is one of the nicest wigs that I have ever tried or owned

so I think this wig is great I think it will look great on a lot of different

people so I would like to say Thank you again to

Divatress.com for collaberating with me on these three wig reviews

if you would like to see the other wig review for the Sherise wig that I showed you earlier

than see the video up top I will be doing one more review for a wig

from Divatress coming up very soon so if you guys are interested in seeing that

than be sure to subscribe so that you will be the first ones to know about when it comes

out if you would like to see future wig and beauty

beauty reviews from me than please also subscribe to for those videos

thank you guys so so much for watching and I hope to see you guys in the next review

10 Bike Hacks for MTB, BMX, and Beyond - Duration: 6:50.

Thanks to Squarespace for supporting Seth's Bike Hacks, whether you need a domain, website,

or online store, make your next move with Squarespace.

Today we've got 10 more bike hacks for mountain, BMX, and beyond.

This time we'll be doing them in brand new surroundings, at my shop in Asheville North

Carolina.

Let's get started.

Not enough riders carry first aid kits, myself included.

To have one handy when you need it most, you can keep supplies in your seat post.

First, we'll need to plug the bottom.

I made a plug from a bar end by widening it with zip ties.

You'll also need to make sure your plug doesn't stick out past the post, so if it's

too wide use a file or grinder to reduce the diameter.

Put your supplies in a bag to lock out the moisture, store them in your seat post, and

then hope really hard that you never need them.

If you crash a lot, like me, it's normal to knock a few things out of place.

When a shifter or lever takes a direct impact, it's actually better for it to move than

to stay in place and get damaged.

So, don't tighten it on so much.

Start with your lever totally loose, and tighten it incrementally until it's firmly in place.

No need to go further than that.

Keeping it just tight enough will protect it in a crash.

While you're at it, why not mark your shifters and brakes so you can always reinstall them

at the same angle?

On aluminum parts you can safely make score marks with a knife.

Just choose an inconspicuous spot and put a line on the bar and the clamp in the same

spot.

Next time, these are your guides.

On carbon, or when you don't want to put score marks on your bike, you can use a different

method.

I made these little arrows with my label maker and then stuck them in place.

We'll see if they stay put in the long run.

Sometimes you need to clean or work on your bike without a back wheel, which means you

can't pedal your drivetrain.

Companies like Park Tool make dummy hubs for this exact purpose, but there's a hack to

make your own.

Just obtain a segment of garden hose—your neighbor might have one.

Cut the hose segment to size so it fits between your rear dropouts.

Install your axle, and route your chain around it just like a cassette.

Now you can clean your bike and run your drivetrain without your wheel in the way.

While your rear wheel is off, accidentally squeezing your hydraulic brake could compress

your calipers and cause a headache.

If you don't have one of these chocks you can just fold up a piece of paper.

Make sure you get it thick enough to really wedge in there.

Secure it in place before working on or transporting your bike, and you won't need to worry the

levers.

This simple solution can go a long way.

Have you ever broken your derailleur on the trails?

Or snapped a hanger with no replacement?

To get home, you can shorten your chain and go single speed.

All you need is a multitool.

Just find the gear with the straightest chainline and remove links to make it as tight as you

can.

It won't be perfect, and you'll drop chains like crazy, but it's better than walking

home and it's worth a try.

If that's not good enough you can make a disposable chain guide to keep things in place.

I experimented a lot to figure this one out, and yeah, it was interesting, but it turns

out that all you need is about 5 or 6 zip ties.

They're lightweight and great to keep on hand anyway.

Find a spot on the chainstay that lines up with your chain, and secure a lower pulley

for the chain to slide over.

Now loosely secure a zip tie around it and the chain.

Now make an upper—pulley thing and secure it to the seat stay.

There you have it.

An extremely ugly, but functional emergency chain guide that will actually get you home.

Does your hydration pack smell like…bad?

You can clean it out with—baking soda, I've got baking soda!

Just put a few spoons of baking soda in your pack, fill it with water, and then whip it

through the tube until it's empty.

Rinse it out and leave the reservoir to dry.

If you have this black mold in your bite valve though nothing will get it out, trust me.

Just clean your pack regularly or end up like me, buying a new bite valve.

Most of us ride because it makes us happy, but some people take mountain biking way too

seriously.

Take a stand against seriousness with a Flask Cage.

Origin8 makes one, and they even sell a flask for it.

I fill mine with iced tea so it looks authentic.

You can even get one for your kid.

The next time someone's being too serious just look them in the eye and take a nice

long swig of—iced tea.

You can offer them some, or not.

Sometimes you just can't ride, but you want to play on your bike.

Lay on your back and you can have competitions with your friends in a garage or even a dorm

room.

You can probably play a full game of bike this way.

It's almost as risky as riding a real bike.

You might want to wear some protective gear for that one.

So that's it, 10 bike hacks for mountain, bmx, and beyond.

I doubt you found all of these to be useful, but if they entertained you subscribe to Seth's

Bike Hacks for more laughs.

Thanks for riding with me today, and I'll see you next time.

Hot glue, I'm over you. | @laurenfairwx - Duration: 2:40.

Recently, the most frequently asked question in my comments has been, "Can I use hot glue

instead of sewing?"

Just before I get started, I'd love to see where all of you are on this issue, so scroll

down and leave me a comment saying whether you prefer to sew or use hot glue on fabric

based projects.

What I usually answer?

Go right ahead.

You're making the project - you can do it any way you want to.

The only way to find out if a variation on my tutorial will work is to try it out.

Experiment!

Make a few using different methods and see which one you like best!

What I actually want to answer?

Sigh.

I... wouldn't recommend it.

Maybe other people are more skilled at using hot glue than I am, but I pretty rarely end

up happy with a project that I choose to glue instead of sew.

And there are plenty of uses for hot glue where it is totally effective and a huge

time saver.

But I don't use it on sewing projects for quite a few reasons.

It's messy and it leaves strings everywhere.

It dries hard and makes the things you glued kind of rigid, which for me, does

weird things to a project that is supposed to be soft.

It isn't meant to be permanent so it comes apart if you handle it too much.

You have to work fast with bigger projects or else it'll harden before you have a chance

to attach everything.

I'm always running out of glue sticks when I need them most.

Also, it's HOT, and you have to hold it down while it cools and hardens, and fabric

is too thin and porous to keep you from getting burned while you're working with it.

But what if you don't know how to sew?

I link to more detailed tutorials for every sewing stitch I use in my video descriptions.

If you can learn how to make a complicated DIY project in one of my 10 minute tutorials,

I have faith that you can absolutely watch a quick sewing lesson and do a few practice

stitches on a scrap piece of fabric.

Going out of your way to avoid learning how to sew for a project where it makes the most sense

might honestly be more work for you.

But what if you're not good at it?

Nobody's good at skills like this when they first try them.

I wasn't!

I've been doing this for a really long time.

They take practice and a little bit of patience.

Everyone has different strengths.

Not everyone has the time to develop new skills.

If you really want to use hot glue instead of sewing, go for it!

But I choose to teach my sewing tutorials without hot glue because I just don't think

it gives you the best possible result.

Unpopular opinion?

Maybe.

But like I said, it's your project.

You don't have to follow me exactly.

Do it the best way you know how.

Variety and creativity are what makes the DIY community so colorful!

Good luck with your projects, thanks for watching, and I'll see you soon.

And really, I won't be upset if you use hot glue.

I promise.

How To Beatbox (For Beginners & Experts) - Duration: 4:12.

Hey guys, I've seen a lot of people doing beatbox tutorials on youtube

But they're very basic and they don't really cover a lot.

Today, imma teach YOU how to beatbox

and by the end of this video, you'll be able to beatbox better than you ever did before you watched this video.

and you'll impress your friends with your crazy l33t skills.

So, the first step to beatboxing is selecting the proper pair of shoes.

You're gonna wanna wear your don't give a f**k shoes because this gets messy at advanced levels.

We're actually gonna be focusing on using the toe, it appears to be more effective when used with the don't give a f**k shoes.

When you get better, you can try a more advanced version, where you hold the box in the air, and then beat it in mid air.

But, leave that to the professionals.

Use of hands is not recommended without proper protection.

As cardboard can be sharper than you might expect.

Alright, now that you know how to take out your anger when you eventually accept the fact that your YouTube career is going to shit,

Let's begin the mouth beatbox lesson!

A good beatbox consists of a beat, a melody, and a hint of creativity.

hey you ready?

Yo!

Ya man let's do this put me on the track!

Just do the sounds..

okay..

beats can consist of sucking sounds

ts's

Clicks

Boofs

Doofs

Boodooboofs

Poofs

Oofs

and roofs

Okay! that's good that's good.

*sigh* moving on..

melodies often consist of sounds from vocal chords, either smooth,

or strained

and can even be sung.

all the other kids with the pumped up kicks!

all the other kids with the pumped up kicks!

and even saxed.

melodies are not limited to vocal chords, and can also extend to lip oscillations.

finally, comes the hint of creativity.

hey, psst

it's creativity

my favourites for this aspect of beatboxing are the clearly obnoxious vocals,

the cluck

the hit throat during vocals

and the use of a close friend.

yo you wanna beatbox with me?

no go away

learning to beatbox is easy, but sounding good takes time.

In addition to many death threats and negative comments from your awful peers.

try to surround yourself with positive people while you practice.

Now, putting it all together, it should sound a little something like this.

Boring!!

You're sh*t!!

You sound like d*ck!

Let's see you do better!

Alright..

Wow that was amazing!

hey thanks man, I told you, all you need is a beat, a melody, and a hint of creativity

BUGAWK! BUGAK!! BUHGAWK! bugawk

Hey guys I hope you enjoyed the video.

if you didn't, be sure to head to your washroom right now and grab that big fat bottle of clorox bleach and just glug it down

If you did, be sure to hit that thumbs up button and subscribe for future videos.

Take it easy yo!
