Waching daily May 4 2017

Hey guys, its me CriticalCubing and today I'm reviewing the GTS v2, successor of the

original GTS.

The first thing that you notice when you get your GTS v2, is the box.

Moyu, inspired from the premium Valk box tried to something similar to that, rather than

using their normal packaging.

The box is also magnetic...although magnets should be placed on the cube, and not on the

box.

Jokes aside, the size is 55.5mm which is the same as the Valk3.

Switching from Valk to GTS will be a breeze, and the size also makes it good for OH.

Performance is quite good and rightly so, as its the big bro of the GTS.

The original GTS was a bit unstable and this has been fixed on the v2.

Its still not as stable as the Valk3, yet its more stable than the original GTS.

The scratchy feel of the GTS remains, although its not as prominent and the GTS v2 is a bit

more smoother than the original GTS.

Speed remains quite the same and its as fast as the v1.

The design for v2 is not that much different than the v1. v2 has removed tracks from the

corners and added extra dips on the edge.

The design overall is similar, with slight modification.

The price has also increased by around 5$.

The v2 costs about 18-19$ where as the v1 costed about 14-15$.

The stickers are also high quality on the v2, and if you remember, the stickers on the

original GTS were bad and had these white line marks after some time.

The new stickers are premium and high quality and sticker shades are similar to the valk3

shades.

Corner twisting happens rarely, and popping is non existent.

Locking and catches can happen from time to time, but this will depend on your turning

style.

Overall, the GTS v2 according to me is a definite upgrade from the GTS v1.

I didn't like the v1 that much as stability was an issue.

The v2 has kind of fixed that problem, and improved on the other things like stickers.

Overall performance on both the cubes is similar, and depending on your turning style, you might

prefer the v1 or v2.

V1 is for people who like flexible cube and don't like block cube that much.

V2 is for people who want a stable cube which is not that much flexible.

Speed and rest all is similar on both of them.

I'm personally using the GTS v2 as my main over the Valk3.

Check out my comparison video which will help you choose between "GTS V2 or Valk3?"

GTS v2 is a solid purchase and I whole heartedly recommend it.

If you liked the v1, you'll like the v2 also.

That is it for this video.

Don't forget to subscribe for more content and leave a like on this video.

Thank you for watching and I'll see you next time.

Take care guys and ciao :)

America's Number One Enemy The Federal Reserve - Duration: 26:54.

America's Number One Enemy: The Federal Reserve

The FED is a central bank.

Central banks are supposed to implement a country's fiscal policies. They monitor commercial

banks to ensure that they maintain sufficient assets, like cash, so as to remain solvent

and stable.

Central banks also do business, such as currency exchanges and gold transactions, with other

central banks.

In theory, a central bank should be good for a country, and they might be if it wasn't

for the fact that they are not owned or controlled by the government of the country they are

serving. Private central banks, including our FED, operate not in the interest of the

public good but for profit.

There have been three central banks in our nation's history. The first two, while deceptive

and fraudulent, pale in comparison to the scope and size of the fraud being perpetrated

by our current FED. What they all have in common is an insidious practice known as "fractional

banking."

Fractional banking or fractional lending is the ability to create money from nothing,

lend it to the government or someone else and charge interest to boot. The practice

evolved before banks existed.

Goldsmiths rented out space in their vaults to individuals and merchants for storage of

their gold or silver. The goldsmiths gave these "depositors" a certificate that showed

the amount of gold stored. These certificates were then used to conduct business.

In time the goldsmiths noticed that the gold in their vaults was rarely withdrawn. Small

amounts would move in and out but the large majority never moved.

Sensing a profit opportunity, the goldsmiths issued double receipts for the gold, in effect

creating money (certificates) from nothing and then lending those certificates (creating

debt) to depositors and charging them interest as well.

Since the certificates represented more gold than actually existed, the certificates were

"fractionally" backed by gold. Eventually some of these vault operations were transformed

into banks and the practice of fractional banking continued.

Keep that fractional banking concept in mind as we examine our first central bank, the

First Bank of the United States (BUS).

It was created, after bitter dissent in the Congress, in 1791 and chartered for 20 years.

A scam not unlike the current FED, the BUS used its control of the currency to defraud

the public and establish a legal form of usury.

This bank practiced fractional lending at a 10:1 rate, ten dollars of loans for each

dollar they had on deposit.

This misuse and abuse of their public charter continued for the entire 20 years of their

existence. Public outrage over these abuses was such that the charter was not renewed

and the bank ceased to exist in 1811.

The war of 1812 left the country in economic chaos, seen by bankers as another opportunity

for easy profits. They influenced Congress to charter the second central bank, the Second

Bank of the United States (SBUS), in 1816.

The SBUS was more expansive than the BUS. The SBUS sold franchises and literally doubled

the number of banks in a short period of time.

The country began to boom and move westward, which required money. Using fractional lending

at the 10:1 rate, the central bank and their franchisees created the debt/money for the

expansion.

Things boomed for a while, then the banks decided to shut off the debt/money, citing

the need to control inflation. This action on the part of the SBUS caused bankruptcies

and foreclosures. The banks then took control of the assets that were used as security against

the loans.

Closely examine how the SBUS engineered this cycle of prosperity and depression. The central

bank caused inflation by creating debt/money for loans and credit and making these funds

readily available.

The economy boomed. Then they used the inflation which they created as an excuse to shut off

the loans/ credit/ money.

The resulting shortage of cash caused the economy to falter or slow dramatically and

large numbers of business and personal bankruptcies resulted. The central bank then seized the

assets used as security for the loans.

The wealth created by the borrowers during the boom was then transferred to the central

bank during the bust. And you always wondered how the big guys ended up with all the marbles.

Now, who do you think is responsible for all of the ups and downs in our economy over the

last 85 years?

Think about the depression of the late '20s and all through the '30s. The FED could have

pumped lots of debt/money into the market to stimulate the economy and get the country

back on track, but did they?

No; in fact, they restricted the money supply quite severely. We all know the results that

occurred from that action, don't we?

Why would the FED do this? During that period asset values and stocks were at rock bottom

prices. Who do you think was buying everything at 10 cents on the dollar?

I believe that it is referred to as consolidating the wealth. How many times have they already

done this in the last 85 years?

Do you think they will do it again?

Just as an aside at this point, look at today's economy. Markets are declining. Why? Because

the FED has been very liberal with its debt/ credit/ money.

The market was hyper inflated. Who creates inflation? The FED. How does the FED deal

with inflation? They restrict the debt/ credit/ money.

What happens when they do that? The market collapses.

Several months back, after certain central banks said they would be selling large quantities

of gold, the price of gold fell to a 25-year low of about $260 per ounce. The central banks

then bought gold.

After buying at the bottom, a group of 15 central banks announced that they would be

restricting the amount of gold released into the market for the next five years. The price

of gold went up $75.00 per ounce in just a few days.

How many hundreds of billions of dollars did the central banks make with those two press

releases?

Gold is generally considered to be a hedge against more severe economic conditions. Do

you think that the private banking families that own the FED are buying or selling equities

at this time? (Remember: buy low, sell high.)

How much money do you think these FED owners have made since they restricted the money

supply at the top of this last current cycle?

Alan Greenspan has said publicly on several occasions that he thinks the market is overvalued,

or words to that effect.

Just a hint that he will raise interest rates (restrict the money supply), and equity markets

have a negative reaction. Governments and politicians do not rule central banks, central

banks rule governments and politicians.

President Andrew Jackson won the presidency in 1828 with the promise to end the national

debt and eliminate the SBUS.

During his second term President Jackson withdrew all government funds from the bank and on

January 8, 1835, paid off the national debt. He is the only president in history to have

this distinction. The charter of the SBUS expired in 1836.

Without a central bank to manipulate the supply of money, the United States experienced unprecedented

growth for 60 or 70 years, and the resulting wealth was too much for bankers to endure.

They had to get back into the game.

So, in 1910 Senator Nelson Aldrich, then Chairman of the National Monetary Commission, in collusion

with representatives of the European central banks, devised a plan to pressure and deceive

Congress into enacting legislation that would covertly establish a private central bank.

This bank would assume control over the American economy by controlling the issuance of its

money.

After a huge public relations campaign, engineered by the foreign central banks, the Federal

Reserve Act of 1913 was slipped through Congress during the Christmas recess, with many members

of the Congress absent.

President Woodrow Wilson, pressured by his political and financial backers, signed it

on December 23, 1913.

Read: Ex US Presidents and High Officials Warn About the 'Invisible Government' Running

the USA

The act created the Federal Reserve System, a name carefully selected and designed to

deceive.

"Federal" would lead one to believe that this is a government organization.

"Reserve" would lead one to believe that the currency is being backed by gold and silver.

"System" was used in lieu of the word "bank" so that one would not conclude that a new

central bank had been created.

In reality, the act created a private, for profit, central banking corporation owned

by a cartel of private banks.

Who owns the FED?

The Rothschilds of London and Berlin

Lazard Brothers of Paris

Israel Moses Seif of Italy

Kuhn, Loeb and Warburg of Germany

the Lehman Brothers, Goldman, Sachs and the Rockefeller families of New York

Did you know that the FED is the only for-profit corporation in America that is exempt from

both federal and state taxes? The FED takes in about one trillion dollars per year tax

free! The banking families listed above get all that money.

Almost everyone thinks that the money they pay in taxes goes to the US Treasury to pay

for the expenses of the government. Do you want to know where your tax dollars really

go?

If you look at the back of any check made payable to the IRS you will see that it has

been endorsed as,

"Pay Any F.R.B. Branch or Gen. Depository for Credit U.S. Treas. This is in Payment

of U.S. Oblig."

Yes, that's right, every dime you pay in income taxes is given to those private banking families,

commonly known as the FED, tax free.

Like many of you, I had some difficulty with the concept of creating money from nothing.

You may have heard the term "monetizing the debt," which is kind of the same thing.

As an example, if the US Government wants to borrow $1 million the government does

borrow every dollar it spends they go to the FED to borrow the money.

The FED calls the Treasury and says print 10,000 Federal Reserve Notes (FRN) in units

of one hundred dollars.

The Treasury charges the FED 2.3 cents for each note, for a total of $230 for the 10,000

FRNs. The FED then lends the $1 million to the government at face value plus interest.

To add insult to injury, the government has to create a bond for $1 million as security

for the loan. And the rich get richer.

The above was just an example, because in reality the FED does not even print the money;

it's just a computer entry in their accounting system. To put this on a more personal level,

let's use another example.

Today's banks are members of the Federal Reserve Banking System.

This membership makes it legal for them to create money from nothing and lend it to you.

Today's banks, like the goldsmiths of old, realize that only a small fraction of the

money deposited in their banks is ever actually withdrawn in the form of cash. Only about

4 percent of all the money that exists is in the form of currency.

The rest of it is simply a computer entry.

Let's say you're approved to borrow $10,000 to do some home improvements. You know that

the bank didn't actually take $10,000 from its pile of cash and put it into your pile?

They simply went to their computer and input an entry of $10,000 into your account. They

created, from thin air, a debt which you have to secure with an asset and repay with interest.

The bank is allowed to create and lend as much debt as they want as long as they do

not exceed the 10:1 ratio imposed by the FED.

It sort of puts a new slant on how you view your friendly bank, doesn't it? How about

those loan committees that scrutinize you with a microscope before approving the loan

they created from thin air.

What a hoot! They make it complex for a reason. They don't want you to understand what they

are doing. People fear what they do not understand.

You are easier to delude and control when you are ignorant and afraid.

Now to put the frosting on this cake. When was the income tax created? If you guessed

1913, the same year that the FED was created, you get a gold star. Coincidence?

What are the odds? If you are going to use the FED to create debt, who is going to repay

that debt? The income tax was created to complete the illusion that real money had been lent

and therefore real money had to be repaid. And you thought Houdini was good.

So, what can be done? My father taught me that you should always stand up for what is

right, even if you have to stand up alone.

If "We the People" don't take some action now, there may come a time when "We the People"

are no more.

You should write a letter or send an email to each of your elected representatives. Many

of our elected representatives do not understand the FED. Once informed they will not be able

to plead ignorance and remain silent.

Article 1, Section 8 of the US Constitution specifically says that Congress is the only

body that can "coin money and regulate the value thereof." The US Constitution has never

been amended to allow anyone other than Congress to coin and regulate currency.

Ask your representative, in light of that information, how it is possible for the Federal

Reserve Act of 1913, and the Federal Reserve Bank that it created, to be constitutional.

Ask them why this private banking cartel is allowed to reap trillions of dollars in profits

without paying taxes. Insist on an answer.

Thomas Jefferson said,

"If the America people ever allow private banks to control the issuance of their currencies,

first by inflation and then by deflation, the banks and corporations that will grow

up around them will deprive the people of all their prosperity until their children

will wake up homeless on the continent their fathers conquered."

Jefferson saw it coming 150 years ago.

The question is,

"Can you now see what is in store for us if we allow the FED to continue controlling our

country?"

"The condition upon which God hath given liberty to man is eternal vigilance; which condition

if he breaks, servitude is at once the consequence of his crime, and the punishment of his guilt."

 John P. Curran

The Birth of Legal Counterfeiting "Centralization of credit in the banks of

the state, by means of a national bank with state capital and an exclusive monopoly."

Fifth plank of the Communist Manifesto, 1848

Crisis has been very good to government growth. It happens this way: the central government

never does wrong, yet the evil that lurks in the world will on occasion strike us.

Sometimes the evil is external, as in 9-11, other times it is internal, as in the case

of certain economic upheavals. When the crisis is mostly economic, the culprit is always

the private sector, and the guilty parties are usually big shots who got swept away with

avarice.

With a lapdog media clamoring for "reform," politicians pass more laws and flood the airwaves

with rhetoric about how their new legislation will crush the forces of greed. Most of us

then go about our business, hoping that causality is not an avenging angel.

In the era following the War of Secession, the federal government aggressively promoted

development of the West through huge subsidies and other favors to business cronies. Corruption

flourished, and overextended banks occasionally failed, causing panics in 1873, 1884, 1893,

and 1907.

Throughout this era there was growing opposition to sound money, eloquently expressed by railroad

speculator Jay Cooke in 1869:

"Why," he asked, "should this Grand and Glorious country be stunted and dwarfed - its activities

chilled and its very life blood curdled by these miserable 'hard coin' theories - the

musty theories of a bygone age."

The Panic of 1907 is especially significant because it led to government-directed banking

"reform."

The panic got underway when United Copper's stock price collapsed. Knickerbocker Trust

of New York had invested heavily in United Copper, and depositors made a run on the bank

to get their money out.

When Knickerbocker failed, depositors at other banks got nervous and demanded their money,

igniting the panic.

J. P. Morgan got together with other banking leaders and met virtually nonstop for three

weeks to solve the crisis.

They secured credit from foreign investors, redirected funds from strong banks to weak

ones, and bought stock in foundering but still promising companies.

The panic died a few weeks later.

For the New York bankers, there remained a much more serious problem. The growth of state

banks over the previous 20 years had slowly eroded their power.

By 1896, state and other non-national banks constituted 61% of the total, and by 1913,

71%. More significantly, non-nationals commanded 57% of banking resources by 1913.

With such a troubling trend, what did the New York bankers do? They turned to their

pals in Washington.

As we've seen, from the time of Lincoln's administration government sought to partner

with business, delivering special favors in return for political support. This is mercantilism,

the system we rejected in 1776.

By the early 20th century, we were neck-deep in Progressive propaganda, and there was no

viable group opposing government takeover of our lives. The once laissez-faire, sound-money

Democratic Party died with the nomination of William Jennings Bryant for president in

1896.

From that point on, both Republicans and Democrats were promoting more statism as the miracle

cure for ills it had breeded.

Both Congress and the American Banking Association had been pushing for central banking since

the 1890s. The Panic of 1907 gave them another excuse to go after it.

Amid all the maneuvering and proposals, Morgan banker Henry Davison organized a duck hunting

trip at Jekyll Island, Georgia in December, 1910.

The ducks they took aim at were not the web-footed kind, but the unsuspecting American citizen

who had always thought of money as gold.

The hunters were major players in American mercantilism:

Senator Nelson Aldrich (R., R.I.), who had headed up the National Monetary Commission,

a congressional committee dedicated to developing ideas for central banking

Frank Vanderlip of Rockefeller's National City Bank

Paul Warburg of the investment firm of Kuhn, Loeb, & Co., who was there to promote the

German central bank of Bismarck

Charles Norton of First National Bank of New York, a Morgan company

Davison, a partner of J.P. Morgan's.

They devised a plan whereby a board of commercial bankers would supervise regional reserve banks.

When Aldrich later introduced it to Congress, Democrats blocked it. In 1913, Carter Glass,

a Democratic congressman from Virginia, used the Jekyll Island scheme as the basis for

the Federal Reserve Act.

The Act created 12 regional reserve banks ruled by a board of Washington bureaucrats,

including the Treasury secretary and presidential appointees. Though the 12 reserve banks are

officially "private" institutions, they're little different than government agencies,

as Murray Rothbard noted.

In this manner government seized what Rothbard called "a crucial command post" of the economy,

and therefore of the American society. It used crisis - repeated panics created by government

meddling - and the economic illiteracy and trust of the public to achieve its purpose.

And what has it sown from its command post? A subtle means of wealth transfer. A method

of taxing us without legislation.

A way of counterfeiting money legally.

"Through the purchase of [usually government] debt by a bank, fiat money is injected into

the economy," Gary North writes.

"Wealth then moves to those market participants who gain early access to this newly created

fiat money," who are usually politically connected.

The ones on fixed incomes or without close government connections bear the cost of higher

prices later, as the money injection passes through the economy.

As most people know by now, the Fed greatly reduced reserve requirements during the 1920s,

expanding credit recklessly and generating a false prosperity that ended in the crash

of 1929.

People understood that the Fed was manufacturing dollars out of thin air and started to pull

their money out of banks, converting them to gold. Roosevelt closed the banks, then

announced it was illegal to own gold.

He forced people to give back to the Fed what was rightfully theirs. In 1933 Roosevelt made

the dollar fiat currency domestically, but backed by gold internationally.

Roosevelt also created the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (FDIC) in 1933, providing

federal guarantee of bank deposits. Bank runs and the threat thereof have vanished, and

most people believe this is good.

But as Lew Rockwell observes,

"The government-banking cartel regards the bank run - the threat of which used to keep

wanton investing at bay - as against the national interest. As a result, the industry is perpetually

shaky, and the largest banks are a menace to public life itself."

Prior to 1929 the government had never intervened to help recovery from a recession.

Previous administrations had let recessions run their course and recovery, at the hands

of the market, usually occurred in a year or less.

Hoover, and then Roosevelt to a much greater degree, took the statist course and drove

the economy into a prolonged depression. For this, Roosevelt has been deified.

The Fed is the keystone of government wrong-doing.

As Ludwig von Mises wrote long ago,

"Ideologically, [sound money] belongs in same class with political constitutions and bills

of rights."

In the name of civil liberty and civilization itself, the Fed should be abolished.

What is MetaMorph? - Duration: 5:02.

Hello and welcome to the Firefly Studios round table discussion.

It's the first one we've ever done and today we're going to be talking about MetaMorph: Dungeon Creatures

which is our first action strategy game. Today, I'm discussing the game with:

I'm Paul, Producer of MetaMorph.

Jack, I'm a programmer on MetaMorph.

I'm Andreas, 3D artist on MetaMorph.

The best and brightest at the project.

So, we're going to be talking about the fundamentals of the game, explain what it is and to start out, let't talk about what is MetaMorph?

So MetaMorph is a brand-new game for Firefly. Rather than a castle game it's an action strategy dunegon crawler.

The core idea is that you've got a team of heroes - you've got 3 to start with - and what you do in the game is, you can morph between those heroes.

So you select the right hero for the right situation you're presented with and essentially that's how you get through the game.

We're going to throw loads of levels, loads of enemies and loads of bosses at the player and it's going to be a really challenging, fun, intense game.

Jack, who are the heroes in MetaMorph?

The 3 heroes that we're initially releasing, which are the Rabbit, the Fire Nymph and the Ice Ogre.

The Rabbit is a general, neutral type, used mainly for utility and quick movement around area,

so it's kind of "Oh, something's coming to attack you" and you can quickly dash away.

The Fire Nymph is more offensively based, great against ice based enemies, she's more of a ranged fighter than anything else.

She can throw projectiles, she can throw a nice little grenade area of effect attack as well, so she can launch a grenade across,

it would explode in the back and then kind of clear out a path so you can travel through.

And then you've got the Ice Ogre, who's more of, suppose a bruiser would be the archetype he'd fit into,

so he's quite strong, he can take a lot of hits, he's got a great area of effect ability, the Rock Fall as well, which is quite nice, so he clear out this area of weak enemies when needed.

And will those be the only heroes in the game or will we be adding more sort of post early access release or after launch?

As development goes on, we will be adding heroes at various points throughout the time in order to change up the archetypes

so people can change up what they're doing in the game.

So instead of running through previous levels, maybe you can improve what you did in that level and switch up the team a bit.

So you take one of the new heroes and go "Right, I'll try this team and see how it goes."

I love that the game will revolve around that meta gameplay.

Who are the boss characters, the lords of death that these heroes will be banishing from the dungeons? Andreas?

The theme we have for the bosses is the seven deadly sins and each one of them will represent one of those sins.

The first one you'll come across is the Butcher and he will be representing gluttony.

As you advance through the dungeons, you'll get to meet every boss a few times before you get to the next boss

and they'll gradually get harder and harder. They all have their own mechanics, so it will be very unpredictable every time you meet them.

Every time you fight them will be different and during the fight they'll change mechanics as well, so you can't just brute force yourself through them.

You can't just go and kill them, you'll have to watch them, what they do, and react accordingly in order to beat them and you'll probably die a lot in the process.

One key question is: What sets MetaMorph apart from earlier Firefly games?

So less about the gaming scene in general, but more about how it's different from Stronghold, CivCity, Space Colony and the more traditional base management games that we've done in the past.

Obviously, Stronghold is a deep strategy game, the players that use the best strategy win.

So there are massive differences, there are some similarities and each is important.

What we want to do is make a strategy game which has its strategy roots back to our games, it's just on a different level.

Instead of controlling an army, you're controlling one of three characters or a team rather than an army. So it's kind of different, but there's a lot of synergy there with our old games.

Some DNA in there.

Oh yeah, definitely.

Why are we going early access with MetaMorph?

MetaMorph is slightly different from the normal games we do.

We're traditionally known for our castle RTSs, so because MetaMorph is a bit of a departure for us and experimental

so rather than just putting it out there with no community feedback, we think early access will be a chance for us to get people playing it

and they can give us feedback and we can adjust the game according to that feedback.

So it's a great way of communicating directly with the players that we think this will be aimed at and fans of our games that will hopefully transition over from strategy RTSs to action strategy games.

I'd just like to thank Jack, Paul and Andreas who have talked to me about the game and I'm going to let them go finish the actual real work.

Like, share and subscribe if you want more MetaMorph content and stay tuned for the next few weeks with more videos.

Papantonio: Freedom Of The Press Is Under Attack By The FBI - Duration: 1:36.

Finally tonight, a major victory for civil liberties advocates.

After four long fought years, the FBI has finally agreed to turn over records related

to its surveillance activities against two journalists for the libertarian website, AntiWar.com.

Journalist Eric Garris and Dennis Raimondo have sued the FBI back in 2013, after they

discovered that the bureau had been surveying their site after freedom of information act

request with their names listed was posted online.

The documents the two journalists received detailed how in 2004 an FBI analyst recommended

looking into whether their site which features commentary from people like Noam Chomsky and

Ron Paul, constitutes a threat to national security.

The journalists claim that funding for the site dropped by $75,000 a year because of

spooked donors who worry that they'd be monitored too.

As part of the agreement, the journalists are receiving nearly $300,000 to cover their

attorneys fees, which really isn't enough.

But more importantly, they now have the documentation to prove the FBI's nefarious attack on the

freedom of the press that is still going on as we speak.

Why is it important to fund basic research? - Duration: 1:17.

Dr. Alvin Roth: Basic research is a public good.

It's something that eventually works to the benefit of everyone

but because it's basic,

because you can't immediately make a profit

from it, we can't, it's not something

we can easily leave to the private sector.

You know think about the growth

in material prosperity

even over the last hundred years.

You know at the beginning of the 1900s,

the life expectancy of a newborn baby

was about forty years old,

about half of Americans worked in agriculture.

The world was really different than it is today.

It was different in technology,

it was different in government policy.

I flew across the country yesterday

to come here and speak today.

That's something that a hundred years ago

would have been inconceivable.

So a lot of basic science,

a lot of basic research of all sorts

goes into the kinds of material comforts

that we take for granted today,

the material prosperity that we enjoy.

The long healthy lives

that we get to live compared

to our ancestors.

And basic research is what, eventually, makes that happen.

Fox News host says coverage for preexisting conditions is a 'luxury' - Duration: 2:06.

Steve: Meanwhile we have got a

Fox News alert for you.

It will happen in the 1:00

hour.

House Republicans today will

vote for the American

healthcare act at 1:00.

The whip count looks like they

have got exactly 216 votes.

How did they get that?

Well, yesterday, the president

of the United States, I

understand, spoke to Fred

Upton who was against passing

this last time and said Fred,

what do you need to vote yes?

He said well, I don't like how

you don't include people with

preexisting conditions under

that waiver thing.

He said okay.

Well, figure it out.

Then he and Billie long

pictured right back there at

the back of that pack, they

came up with this idea to put

some money into a big pool to

help finance healthcare for

people in high risk

categories.

Ainsley: Mark meadows chairman

of the freedom caucus he said

it would be impossible to pass

if it weren't voted on this

week.

It was extremely.

Steve: They're leaving town.

Ainsley: Exactly.

Extremely important for this

to happen through repeal and

replace.

Brian: No ho knows, we are not

taking anything for granted

with this Republican caucus.

If Kevin Mccarthy is right and

going to pass.

Formality at 1:00 without any

democratic support.

Then it has got to get to the

senate.

Look traumatically different.

A lot of people focused on

We understand America is

Steve: Key is as you look at

and that is party of the Upton

The key is getting rid of all

those -- a lot of regulations

Spiritual Enlightenment — The Awakening Of Consciousness - Duration: 15:14.

Spiritual Enlightenment The Awakening Of Consciousness

A definition of spiritual enlightenment or spiritual awakening is hard to pin down.

This is, in part, because spiritual enlightenment and spiritual awakening have been used

in so many ways to describe so many things, similar to the way in which love is

used to describe everything from a preference for ice cream to a merging with everything.

And it is also because spiritual enlightenment and spiritual awakening are such rich and

complex experiences that they are innately hard to define.

Some definitions are very specific and narrow. One such definition for spiritual enlightenment

is the complete dissolution of ones identity as a separate self with no trace of the egoic

mind remaining.

This sets the bar very high and means that very few people qualify as enlightened.

The opposite approach is to say that everyone is enlightened, that there is only awake consciousness.

In this view, its only a question of whether this natural awakeness has been recognized

or not.

Of course, when a word describes everything or everyone, it loses some of its usefulness.

If everyone is enlightened, then why even talk about it?

Combining perspectives on spiritual enlightenment

Perhaps theres a definition that includes both of these perspectives, which recognizes

that consciousness is always awake and enlightened, but the amount of awakeness, or aware consciousness,

that is present in any moment can vary.

This definition acknowledges that theres a difference in the amount of awakeness, or

enlightened consciousness, that different people experience or that one person experiences

at different times but still suggests that the potential for full awareness or becoming

enlightened is the same for everybody.

If every apparent individual consciousness is infinite in its potential, then each can

also be infinite both in its capacity to expand or awaken and in its capacity to contract

or identify with a narrow or limited experience.

If all consciousness is made of the same essential awareness and light, and if everyone has an

equal potential for enlightenment, then all expressions of consciousness are equally valid

and valuable.

Everyone truly is a Buddha or enlightened being, at least in potential. So defining

enlightenment in many ways now makes sense, depending on what is being pointed to. One

may use the word enlightenment to point to the state of self-realization beyond the ego

or to point to the innate potential for this realization in all of us.

As for differentiating between the words enlightenment and awakening, enlightenment implies

a more finished and constant state of realization, while awakening has more of the active

quality of a verb and therefore suggests a movement or shift in consciousness.

An awakening may be defined as a sudden increase in the overall amount of consciousness an

individual is experiencing. There can be small awakenings and bigger awakenings.

Not only does consciousness have unlimited potential for the amount of awakeness, but

it also has an unlimited potential to shift in any way, at any moment.

Consciousness can and sometimes does shift from contracted states of fear, anger, or

hurt to expanded states of peace and joy in an instant. Unfortunately, it can also shift

in the other direction. Consciousness has no fixed state.

What about the spiritual awakening happening now?

As it is being defined here, a spiritual awakening is a sudden expansion or shift in consciousness,

especially a more dramatic one (we dont usually refer to a minor realization as a

spiritual awakening).

Enlightenment, on the other hand can be used to mark a particular level of realization

or awakeness, even if the exact definition varies depending on who is using the word,

as it does with every word.

What really matters is what your awareness is doing right now. How is your consciousness

appearing or shifting in this moment? Are you realizing more of your experience and

Essence right now?

Or are you contracting and limiting your awareness with thoughts and identification? Is any shifting

happening from reading these words?

Enlightenment or awakening is a profound mystery, and the best definition may be found in the

actual experience of your own shifts in consciousness.

Just as its more nourishing to eat an apple than read about one, so it can be more rewarding

to explore the movements of your own awareness than to try to understand these things mentally.

While definitions of such things can be helpful, it can also be beneficial to not have too

many concepts, which could interfere with your actual experience. Its a good thing

that language isnt so fixed or defined when it comes to spiritual unfoldment.

Maybe the best definition of enlightenment is no definition. Then there is only what

is found in your own direct experience of awareness.

The Flower of Spiritual Awakening (a recent blog post from Nirmalas blog)

What are the causes of spiritual awakening or enlightenment?

Consider the miracle of a flower. What is it that causes a plant to flower? Does sunshine

cause a plant to flower? Does lots of water? Or is it good soil?

Maybe all of these together? Or is there really something more subtle in the nature of the

flower itself that causes it to flower?

Is it something in the DNA of the plant? Does that mean the whole process of evolution over

eons of time is involved? What other factors might cause the flowering? Does gravity play

a part? The season and the temperature? The quality of the light?

(Some plants will not flower under glass or artificial light).

What about animals that eat the fruit and spread the plant? Or the birds or bees that

pollinate the flower? Do they cause the subsequent flowering of the newly established plants?

Are there even subtler influences? What about presence and love?

The intention and attention of a gardener? And is the existence of the world of form

itself necessary for a plant to flower? And what about consciousness? Is there an ultimate

force that directs the creation and unfolding of all expressions of form that is behind

the appearance of a rose or a daisy?

What if it is a combination of all of the things mentioned? And also what if they have

to all be in the right proportion? Is that proportion different for every species of

plant? Some plants need lots of water or light to flower.

Others will die with too much water or light. There is a unique formula that is involved

with the appearance of the simplest apple blossom and the most complex orchid.

When you consider all of these influences and even more that were not mentioned or cant

even be known or imagined, then it truly is a miracle when a flower happens. It is impossible

to say what causes it to happen with any certainty or completeness.

Yet, its an act of incredible grace whenever all of these diverse, subtle, and gross influences

come together in just the right way for an iris or a bird of paradise to open its unique

petals to the sky.

Ultimately, if you trace all the factors back to all their causes, you find that everything

that exists is somehow intimately connected to the cactus flower or dandelion in your

front yard.

We need a vague and powerful word like grace to name this amazing interplay of forces and

intelligence.

Obviously, to reduce it to a formula doesnt come close to capturing or describing the

vast richness of variables and forces at play. There is no formula complex enough to capture

the whole mystery of a magnolia blossom

Spiritual awakening is a kind of flowering of consciousness. When consciousness expands

and opens into a new expression, we call that a spiritual awakening. And while there are

as many kinds of awakenings as there are flowers, they are all equally mysterious.

What is it that causes a child to start to awaken to the nature of words and language?

What causes the awakening of sexuality in a teenager? How does one suddenly know they

are falling in love? Or even more profoundly, how does one explain the birth of unconditional

or divine love?

Finally, what are the causes of the most profound spiritual awakenings, where consciousness

suddenly recognizes its ultimate true nature? Why does that type of flowering appear in

one consciousness today and another one tomorrow?

If the formula for a simple petunia is a vastly complex interplay of earthly, human, and even

cosmic forces, then imagine how complex the formula is for the unfolding of a human consciousness

into full spiritual enlightenment as ones true nature.

The good news is that we cannot and do not need to know the totality of the formula involved

to grow some petunias, and we cannot and do not need to know the formula for spiritual

enlightenment.

Yet, we can be curious about all of the factors involved and even play with them to see what

effects, if any, they may have in our individual experience of consciousness unfolding.

Sometimes the mysteriousness and unpredictability of the whole process of awakening leads us

to shrug our shoulders and say it is all up to grace or to God. And, of course, that is

true; and yet, does that mean theres no place in this unfolding for our own actions?

Is there a place for spiritual practice? What about meditation, self-inquiry, or study of

spiritual texts? And how about devotional practices or the transmission of presence

from being with a great teacher or master?

We can easily become disillusioned with any or all of these activities because the results

they produce are so unpredictable and varied, and it can seem simpler to avoid the question

of their role altogether.

Ask any gardener if it works every time to water and weed and fertilize a plant? Or does

a plant sometimes fail to flower no matter how well it is cared for? But does that mean

you never water or fertilize your plants?

At other times we can be overly convinced that our practice or inquiry will lead to

the desired results, often because it seemed to work at least once for us, or for someone

we know.

The only problem with spiritual practices is that they occasionally work! Then we think

that we have the formula and that every time we sit down to meditate or ask, Who am

I? we will have that same experience of expansion or awakening again.

That is like thinking you will always have a bumper crop of marigolds every time you

plant them.

There is a middle way between denying the importance or role of spiritual practice and

having unrealistic expectations that self-inquiry, meditation, or devotional practice is going

to, by itself, cause an awakening.

We can experiment and play with these processes, just as a gardener will experiment with different

fertilizers or watering patterns to see what happens.

It ultimately is all up to grace, and yet, what if grace works through us as well as

on us? What if spiritual practice is as much a part of the mystery of existence as anything

else?

Maybe we can hold the question of what role inquiry, devotion, effort, surrender, transmission,

meditation, gratitude, intention, silencing the mind, study of spiritual books, involvement

with a teacher or master, ripeness of the student, karma, grace, and luck play in our

enlightenment with an openness and curiosity, instead of a need to define their roles once

and for all.

The flowering of consciousness in your own existence is as unique as every flower, and

ultimately we are all here to discover how it is going to happen uniquely this time around.

What is your consciousness like right now? How open is the flower of your awareness?

Is it still budding or has it blossomed?

Just as every flower fades and another comes along, what about now? And now? What happens

this time when you meditate? What happens now when you inquire Who am I?

How does it feel right now to open your heart with gratitude even if nothing much is happening?

What impact does reading this article or any other piece of writing have on you?

Every stage of a plants existence is valuable and even necessary for its flowering. Your

experience is always adding to the richness of the unfolding of consciousness in this

moment.

May you enjoy the garden of your true nature, including when spiritual awakenings are blooming,

and when spiritual enlightenment seems far away.

Trey Gowdy: FBI Director Comey Is Stable And Trustworthy. Gowdy Shockingly Defends Comey! - Duration: 4:22.

The House Intelligence Committee, led by Trey Gowdy, will be holding a closed-door hearing

on Russian interference in the 2016 election on Thursday.

FBI Director Comey and NSA Director Rogers will be there to testify.

Tucker Carlson is questioning Trey Gowdy about this event.

Carlson feels this issue is in the past, and health insurance and tax cuts should be the

forefront of priorities.

Gowdy says that these things are not his job.

He is on the House Intelligence Committee, and his job is to investigate, as he is in

investigating the still open issue on Russian meddling.

Tucker asks how would Trump be doing the bidding of Putin when they are "so at odds?"

Gowdy explains he starts at ground zero when the DNC was hacked, when names of Americans

were leaked and unmasked.

Tucker says the only crime he knows that happened was the leaking and unmasking of General Flynn.

Tucker asks Gowdy if he thinks Director Comey is trustworthy.

Gowdy surprisingly says "yes, and I have a rich and provocative history with him."

He says it is not fair to Comey to ask him questions he cannot answer unless he is behind

closed-doors.

It seems Gowdy is good friends with Comey, so I guess this means this investigation will

be an open and shut case.

Director Comey will again come out of this unscathed, although I am confident he is one

of the worst problems we have had to deal with since the Hillary Clinton investigation.

He certainly protected Clinton and failed to charge her with a crime.

He said she had no intent of wrongdoing.

I remember a video in which Gowdy did, in fact, prove to Comey that Hillary Clinton

did have intent in wrongdoing.

I am going to dig that up now, as I am quite disappointed with Trey Gowdy at this time.

Below is the video of Trey Gowdy proving to FBI Director Comey that Hillary Clinton did,

in fact, have the intent of wrongdoing.

It is an amazing exchange.

I am in shock that Trey Gowdy is now defending Director Comey as trustworthy and stable.

Comey has been a thorn in the side of the American people since he failed to hold Hillary

Clinton accountable for her actions in the email investigation.

She is walking free at this very moment, because Director Comey covered up for her.

I have no doubt of this whatsoever.

I have felt Trey Gowdy to be the one source that the American people could count on for

the truth.

Now I am questioning his loyalty to us.

I would like to know what has occurred between the time the video was made and now to give

Trey Gowdy such confidence in Director Comey.

LIVE STREAM: The F.B.I. director, James B. Comey, is expected to be grilled Wednesday

by lawmakers in both parties who have sharply questioned his judgment on the investigations

into both Hillary Clinton's use of a private email server and Russian meddling in the presidential

election.

Unlike the House Intelligence Committee hearing in March in which Mr. Comey took the extraordinary

step of confirming the existence of the Russia investigation, Wednesday's Senate Judiciary

Committee proceeding is a more routine congressional oversight hearing — but notable because

Mr. Comey has not publicly discussed his role in the Clinton investigation.

Mr. Comey's handling of that Clinton investigation continues to shadow him.

Not even President Trump seems keen to forget the decisions Mr. Comey made during the election.

On Tuesday night, the president criticized Mr. Comey in a Twitter post, writing that

the F.B.I. director was "the best thing that ever happened to Hillary Clinton in that

he gave her a free pass for many bad deeds!"

Mr. Trump also played down the F.B.I.'s investigation into Russian efforts to help

his campaign.
