Waching daily May 4 2017

Every morning I get up

work 4 hours in the morning

As soon as I get off from the other one

I run to work at McDonald's to complete one salary.

I'm in this campaign just not for fun

It's to survive.

It's to take care of bills, our family. Put food on the table.

And in the future, I want to see my daughter,

she wants to be an engineer.

And seeing her with her cap, building a building

And she says:

"Mommy, I do this building."

Ok. I want to see that.

In the past month, I can say I have stopped

at least 5 to 10 young ladies

from going through an abortion

Before you can do anything

you have to exist.

And that's Aristotle right there for you.

If you're not alive, you cannot do anything.

So there's a lot of potential

that's just being thrown away

from all these kids being aborted.

That's why I'm pro-life.

You wouldn't believe what comes out of your mouth

when you're wearing a gorilla mask.

We soon realized that that anonomity was a great power.

It allowed us to step outside our individual selves

and identities, take the focus off who we were.

And really concentrate on the issue of discrimination.

How can you tell the history of our culture

without all the voices of the culture?

It's not a history of art if it's only white men speaking.

It's a history of white male power.

I'm a privileged white boy myself.

I know that I've been arrested in New York City 47 times.

I got out the next morning every time.

I go down to the tombs. I have a lawyer.

But when I'm in the tombs I talk to poor people,

Hispanic and black people.

And lots of folks there have no idea why they're there.

They were walking in the park.

They got hit by a drug sweep.

They've been down there for 10 days.

And they don't have a lawyer.

I helped lead a student walkout

that had around 700 students involved across the city.

As a Muslim living in this country

you begin to feel very politicized

almost at a very young age.

In middle school I was asked

what do I think about Osama bin Laden getting killed.

I had to very quickly learn how to make myself political.

I deal with anxiety and depression.

And as an anxious person

anxiety is kind of on message right now.

This is what we train for.

We have been ahead of the curve

in terms of being scared and paranoid

that everything is going to fall apart.

I remember in high school asking my church

asking my parents about being queer.

And their response was something I couldn't really accept.

It's estimated that 20 percent of LGBTs vote conservative.

But these people are not welcome in the gay community anymore.

They're outsiders.

I do see the left as being the most divisive force

and most destructive force to our democracy right now.

I grew up in fear.

Because there were ICE raids

being conducted in the streets.

ICE was the boogeyman.

I'm not going to hide anymore.

I'm not going to continue hiding in the shadows.

I'm going to step forward and stand for myself.

Because who knows how to represent myself than me.

So that's where I took a bold step and started sharing my story.

What it is to be an undocumented person.

What it is to be a displaced indigenous person.

What it is to live in the south Bronx in one of the poorest districts in the nation.

I came to this country when I was 3 years old with my mother and my brother.

And we as immigrants, my mom as an immigrant single mom

never took no for an answer.

Never allowed herself to be broken

because she didn't have the luxury to be broken.

She had to provide, always provide for her 2 children.

It wasn't about herself. It was for her 2 children.

And she had to put one foot in front of the other

to make sure that my brother and I were going to have the future

for which she came to this country for.

The idea of not having a voice is just nonexistent for me.

You know what would be revolutionary?

To see images of black women taking naps.

Black and brown women have been doing this work since we got here, right?

So we have this amazing civil rights movement.

50 years of civil rights.

We have 5 years of a movement for black lives.

Trayvon Martin died 5 years ago.

The thing is, when you've been oppressed

you've never been able to go to sleep.

So black women don't need to stay woke.

Black women need to take a nap.

White women need to get woke.

There were some people asking,

"There weren't enough black women at the march."

I said, "We've been marching for 5 years."

I hope black women were getting a pedicure

while all the white women in their pink hats were doing some work, were marching.

I know that if we're going to move forward we can't do it alone.

We have to work together.

Your Imperfect Practice makes Perfect (Episode 26) - Duration: 12:13.

Hey and welcome to this edition of

sensitive superstars where today we're

going to be looking at why you need to

throw those shoulds right out the

window

imperfect practice makes perfect

I want to share with you why really

having an imperfect practice either on

the mat or off the mat is way way better

than trying to hold off for some kind of

perfect and perfect time perfect

opportunity perfect practice so it's all

about letting go the shoots and the

attachments in order to really feel

connected and inspired and energized and

full of love so if you're watching this

I'm going to get your says a woman who

has got a lot of love to give you are in

a place where you really want to have

the most intimate and abundant life and

you want to bring a lot more of yourself

a lot more of your joy and compassion

into the world without finding yourself

at going into frustration and really

losing losing sight of how important you

are in your own life so therefore as

I've said before in these in these

episodes our practice is so so important

and I'm just going to make a quick

distinction that I talk about with my

tribe which is on the mat practice and

off the mat practice on the mat practice

is what you do to give yourself space

and time and clarity and connection so

that then when you're off the mat and

you have you're off the mat practice you

are filled up and you're feeling

spacious and free and inspired and

connected and then off the mat is all

about what happens in the day to day

life so how you react how you respond

how you choose to show up how you choose

to be present all of that is you're off

the mat practice three specific areas I

want to jam on today and that is number

one why five minutes on your mat may be

better than two hours for your

well-being happiness and sanity levels I

want to talk about how you've got

everything

and you right now for you to feel less

drama and less and stress and also want

to share my three really easy ways to

connect with yourself that can happen

really that can really happen for you

usually within your life already without

breaking the bank

without creating you know 100 new hours

in the week so first off why we write

foods

five minutes on your map be more more

beneficial than two hours well of course

you know looking at it literally two

hours is way better if you've got two

hours to connect with yourself oh my god

that's amazing you can you can do a full

body practice you can be doing lots of

meditation you can be doing connection

with your breath you can be journaling

whatever back to our window is amazing

but here's what I actually mean for me

this is where letting go of the

attachment is really really important

because we can get attached to what

makes us feel good we can get attached

to what fills us up we can get attached

to what we think is supporting us and of

course our practice is hugely supportive

and I advocate that any sense of women

who wants to show up in her life and

have the best experience and bring more

of her into her world has a practice but

why five minutes could be more

beneficial is if you have got attached

to how your practice should look I

should get up at five o'clock before all

the kids are awake and get on my mat and

meditate for two hours like I should

create your an hour every day for me to

journal and reflect here's what's

happening we're getting attached to the

shoots and getting attached to it just

creates a pain and we're also we're also

not we're not really looking at what's

working for us if that's creating stress

and tension

and discomfort there is a distinction

between doing something that you have to

motivate yourself to in order to feel

what you want to feel your big why why

do I want to have a practice you know I

know that having a practice makes me

feel so free and so connected and so

engage with the people I love

rather than I should have a practice

it's another thing I should do it's

another thing to go on the to-do list

and when that happens when we are

disconnected with our big white and

attach to the attachment we are in a

place of struggle and resentment and

disappointment when when it doesn't but

it doesn't happen the way we think it

should look should instead looking at

why do I want to have five minutes on my

mat in the morning my big why is that

five minutes will create space

emotionally for me it'll create space

meant with me I'll feel like I've had

that connection with myself before the

rest of the world like starts to kind of

kick in now in the tribe we talk this

month we're really really going deep on

part on on our practice the theme of

this month is practical magic is awesome

we're really looking at things like you

know how your practice on the mat has to

move and flow with you as a woman you

changing week to week week by week just

what your body needs is different how

your feeling is different so your

practice needs to relate and support

that and I will be doing a live

specifically on this very soon so today

I want you to really look at right what

is my big way why would five minutes on

my map at the start of the day make a

difference for me or perhaps for you you

know morning doesn't work for me I'd

rather do create some time in the

afternoon so maybe it's taking ten

minutes of my lunch break and making

sure that I'm putting something on but

just allowing me to go inwards but

putting on my headphones I'm doing a I'm

doing a 10-minute breathing practice

it's going to likely to connect with

myself how every for you it's like

evening work

well three and I like to have a half an

hour before bed to have that time now me

personally I advocate having time in the

morning because I think that that time

of space for you first thing is really

really important but it's your practice

it's all about how it feels for you and

all about how it works for you in your

life so as I say there is a distinction

between being committed and

accountable and consistent to your big

why because your big why is your

motivator like I really know that having

this time makes me feel like this and

that's also important for me in my life

rather than thinking I've got to do this

practice because another thing I've been

told that I have to do so really throw

those freaking shifts out the window and

instead feel into why you want to go

deeper with your practice why why having

a practice a consistent practice where

you are on your map for a specific

amount of time every day or as close

every day as possible really works being

so this really fits in with you've

already got everything within you right

now to feel less stress and less trauma

in your life it's just how you choose to

react in your life how you choose to

risk

that come up for you how you choose to

view those whether they are things to

help help you and support you or whether

you're looking at it as things are

coming up to and to kind of who you of

course so to speak pull you off course

on your journey to a more joyful and

peaceful life

so you've got it all within you right

now it all all come from within you so

if you want to choose less stress and

less drama definitely look at how you

can make that practice and when your

practice like you're on the mat practice

when that is them when that how you make

that your big way basically so you

really if you want to choose less drama

and less stress in your life how you're

connecting with yourself on the mat in

order to fill yourself up is

proportional to what's going to have

of the map equally there will be times

that you will had not have time on the

map for periods you will have that

specific practice but what happens off

the mat and your of the map practice is

so so important that's how you choose to

be pregnant that's how you choose to be

grateful that's how you choose to

acknowledge the support that you have

and receive the love and the support

that is all around you okay this is what

I want to end with today let's say I'm

going to go into this through the next

series of lives I'm going to keep

looking at the our practice because I

think this is well I know it is so so

important but three easy things that you

could do anytime to connect with

yourself are this one brief yes totally

no we are all doing that already

but I mean really conscious really deep

breaths you can do ten just like

practicing ten before you go to bed when

you're breathing into your belly so so

powerful allows you to get connected

allows you to create space allows your

your your parasympathetic nervous system

to come into play so you can really

practice being having that sense of

relaxation and being present self-care

totally crucial how much time do you

spend already on your self-care a week

and how can you make sales care part of

your everyday doesn't have to bake break

the bag it has to be majorly elaborate

self-care are things that you do that

show yourself that you value yourself

make sure that you at least have

something that you're doing every day

that you class as self-care and the

third thing is fun connecting like with

your body moving whether that's walking

running like anything it is things that

you find fun you know going to the gym

that to me is not fun at all

but like dancing is I

running all of those things that you can

move your body and you can feel those

endorphins like again it doesn't have to

break the bank it can be putting on your

favorite song and just dancing to it and

really letting that lift your vibration

and move you that is so important now if

you want those three easy steps there is

a video on my social confidence page

where you can get that information and

if you are ready to go deeper and the

idea of practice and practical magic and

how you can become more magnetic in your

life love and work is really appealing

to you then come and join us in the

tribe this month because that's what

we're focusing on that we've got loads

of content got support from the amazing

guest expert Chloe and fabulous come and

join us this month if you want to go

deeper on your practice bringing more

presents into your life and feeling more

connected so I'll pop the link

in below

resonate with you let me know share it

Fox News host says coverage for preexisting conditions is a 'luxury' - Duration: 2:06.

Steve: Meanwhile we have got a

Fox News alert for you.

It will happen in the 1:00

hour.

House Republicans today will

vote for the American

healthcare act at 1:00.

The whip count looks like they

have got exactly 216 votes.

How did they get that?

Well, yesterday, the president

of the United States, I

understand, spoke to Fred

Upton who was against passing

this last time and said Fred,

what do you need to vote yes?

He said well, I don't like how

you don't include people with

preexisting conditions under

that waiver thing.

He said okay.

Well, figure it out.

Then he and Billie long

pictured right back there at

the back of that pack, they

came up with this idea to put

some money into a big pool to

help finance healthcare for

people in high risk

categories.

Ainsley: Mark meadows chairman

of the freedom caucus he said

it would be impossible to pass

if it weren't voted on this

week.

It was extremely.

Steve: They're leaving town.

Ainsley: Exactly.

Extremely important for this

to happen through repeal and

replace.

Brian: No ho knows, we are not

taking anything for granted

with this Republican caucus.

If Kevin Mccarthy is right and

going to pass.

Formality at 1:00 without any

democratic support.

Then it has got to get to the

senate.

Look traumatically different.

Fades 2 with the home land

human services Tom price.

He is a doctor.

Is he going to take a look at

it that's where president

trump said over the weekend he

is going to get the ability to

buy insurance across state

lines which he ran on.

We have given you details of

so many different plans.

We are are going to stay away

from the details right now.

Just know this $8 billion for

preexisting conditions.

A lot of people focused on

that.

We understand America is

getting used to having that

luxury.

Steve: Key is as you look at

and that is party of the Upton

amendment right there.

The key is getting rid of all

those -- a lot of regulations

and a lot of the taxes which

businesses donned

with they will be out if it

passes the senate.

The question is will Donald

Trump sign it?

Benefits of E-Learning Videos | Spectrecom Films - Duration: 1:07.

We've seen a lot of our partners come to

us over the last period wanting material

predominantly to do with their eLearning,

and this is quite a complicated thing to

deliver. You have to produce content

that's engaging memorable and it also

has to reinforce that learning.

Is it going to be an animation?.. an

illustration?.. is it going to be a

documentary style?.. a vlogging style?

There's so many things to take into account

Most importantly we've found

that we want to thread some sort of story

through the different films because at

the end of the day you want that

audience to continue the journey of

learning, continue through the program

that they're following and obviously get

the results at the end. We have to be

quite creative in the way that we

deliver this content to get the most

out of filming days, and in the end deliver

something that really works for them,

within budget and on time, which can be a challenge.

Scaling up STED: Skills for Trade and Economic Diversification" for tourist guides in Myanmar - Duration: 6:39.

Among South-East Asian countries,

Tourism is a key driver of socio-economic progress in Myanmar

As a developing country,

Myanmar is facing a number of challenges in the skills sector

"Skills development is hugely important for tourism.

Tourism is one of the new sectors,

industries growing very fast in Myanmar.

Tourism has huge potential for the development of the country.

Not just the hotels and the restaurants, you know…

the front end of the tourist chain

but for the economy as a whole.

It's very very important that the workforce is equipped

with the skills required to support the emerging tourist sector.

And also the environmental sensitivity,

you know... the ability to manage tourism

in a way that doesn't damage

and does protect Myanmar's very beautiful environment."

To assist Myanmar in further developing the tourism sector

and its workforce,

the ILO launched the "Scaling up STED:

Skills for Trade and Economic Diversification" project

with a focus on tour guides.

Tour guides are on the front line of the tourism industry,

and they are the ones who are in direct contact with visitors.

The ILO's STED project facilitated cooperation

among all stakeholders involved in the tourism sector

and helped to create competency based standards for tourist guides.

"If all the tour guides in Myanmar train

according to the set competency standards,

I believe our tour guides

will be trained according to international standards.

That is why the set competency standards

will be taught in hotel training schools,

tour guide related training schools and so forth,

under the authority of the Ministry of Hotels and Tourism."

"We want to conduct competency based training programme

in our tourism training school,

so now ILO is supporting to develop

such kind of competency based training programme.

That's why this project is very useful for our tourism training school."

"These newly developed competency standards

will give us quite a perfect training guidelines

that we call competency based training (CBT)

with the developed action learning

instead of an old style of lecturing."

"I think the secret of the success of the STED programme

has been its strong national ownership.

You know, the key stakeholders have really bought into this process…

it's been linked to the national development strategy,

to the national tourism strategy,

but also to the national skills development strategy."

"So, we are aware we cannot accomplish this with our ministry alone.

That is why we have requested assistance from the ILO

through its STED Project."

"To improve the Myanmar tourism sector

we also need to work together with other departments.

We must connect them all and work together.

In addition, we need the private sector onboard

through public private partnerships."

"We need a lot of help from the government.

As for UMTA and others organizations,

we really need to work with the government

so that we can actually facilitate the extra needs of the industry.

So it's more like Government

and private sector working together for a better industry."

"Through the guidelines of NSSA,

we also need to work together

with Union of Myanmar Travel Association (UMTA)

and Myanmar Tour Guide Association as well.

So that while we formulate the curricula,

our outcomes should meet the needs of the industry."

"From our side, we have requested the STED Project

not only to draft standards in the future

but also to provide trainings based on those standards,

draft the curricula and improve the quality of teachers and trainers."

"This training is a very effective way to become a professional tour guide."

"My nephews and nieces

are all now becoming new comers of tourist guides.

I want them to study,

improve their general knowledge,

presentation and language skills,

and acquire the right attitude.

It is very important

that the young generation of tour guides receive

the right training and skills to present the rich culture

and traditions of Myanmar in the right way to foreign visitors.

I want the new comer tour guides

to always remember the polite manners

and behave more like old Myanmar style."

Jaguar Gives the F-Type a Four-Cylinder for 2018 - Duration: 3:01.

Jaguar Gives the F-Type a Four-Cylinder for 2018

The 296-horsepower 2.0-liter four-cylinder F-Type is the new base model in the two-door Jag lineup.

Jaguar announced today at the New York International Auto Show a 2018 mid-year refresh for the F-Type two-door sports coupe. Other than a few cosmetic changes, not much has changed.

But there is one significant piece of news: Jaguar will now offer the F-Type with a four-cylinder engine.

For 2018, the F-Type will offer six different engine choices. The base F-Type will retain its available 340-horsepower supercharged V6, with the 380-horsepower F-Type R-Dynamic (formerly called the F-Type S) representing the next rung on the ladder.

Also returning for 2018 is the mid-range 400 Sport, the 550-horsepower V8-powered F-Type R, and the top-tier 575-horse SVR.

The new four-cylinder is a turbocharged 20-liter unit making 296 horsepower and 295 lb.-ft. of torque.

Strangely, the four-cylinder F-Type will only be available with an 8-speed automatic transmission, meaning the 340-horsepower F-Type S remains the only model available with a six-speed manual.

The four-cylinder F-Type has a curb weight of 3360 pounds, a 0-60 time of 5.4 seconds, and a top speed of 155 mph. Fuel efficiency has yet to be disclosed for the U.S.

market, but were sure the four-banger will be the most efficient F-Type yet. Pricing start at $59,900 plus a $995 destination charge. If youre looking for Jaguar style with minimal penalty at the pump, perhaps the F-Type is for you.

Highlights: Blogging for Businses - Duration: 2:37.

Blogging should be a resource for your

business, something that is generating

traffic, generating revenue, and that's

actually useful.

Even if you're only doing it on monthly basis,

if people know it's going to come out on a monthly basis

that consistency builds a trust with your audience

It's not necessarily

promoting you but it's promoting your

industry or your services.

That tells your audience this person isn't just

about self-promotion they are truly

about helping me.

Of course by headline I do mean the title of your blog

This is the first thing people see

and it helps them decide if they're

going to click through and read it.

Even if you, if your audience is fairly

knowledgeable in the field, sometimes the

very basic primers on the field are

quite popular. And we just really go back

to basics sometimes.

And for each blog I recommend having one

unique keyword or phrase per post.

Making sure that you have headlines and images and

bullet points to break up the content

makes it a lot easier for the user or the

reader, I should say.

The voice, I found, came with whoever the blog writer was

We would rotate blog writers so if

it was a sales person, the sales

person would give their perspective on

why this tool was interesting. If it was

the marketing intern, she sometimes

would reflect about what she was

learning in school versus in real life

experience. So that was the more the

small pieces of personalization.

With reoccurring content now, he has

created a touch point with all this

contacts. And that's kind of like a

little piece of the secret sauce.

It's having a constant touch point with your people.

I usually take like a

week of research and I say research but

sometimes it's just reflection and

soul-searching, but it's also usually a

little bit of actual research online.

I usually like a week of that -

like a little bit each day and then

I write it raw and then I rewrite it

and usually is like the third

or fourth rewrite when I'm like "all right!"

and it's a minimum of 1,200 or 1,300 words.

To look authentic, first of all you don't want everything

to be the same length

having a variety of lengths different

blog entries is good so you can have one

that's only 300 words once in awhile

it's okay, but I just think you just

I hate to say it, but abandon the rules

and do what feels right

what feels right however long it takes to

cover the topic

Positive Reinforcement - Tips for teaching and parenting - Duration: 2:43.

Positive Reinforcement is a technique used to improve behavior.

It works with children in the classroom or at home,

especially kids on the autism spectrum and with behavior problems.

Dog-training uses positive reinforcement.

You say "sit," and the dog sits, then you give it a treat.

The "reward" motivates the dog to sit on command to earn another treat.

Positive reinforcement exists in the natural world.

If you are thirsty and you take a drink of water, you feel satisfied

and you will probably take a drink next time you feel thirst.

Any action that gives you a positive result will inspire you to repeat it.

It is easier to notice annoying, rude, distracting, or inattentive behavior.

We usually reprimand bad conduct.

Punishment can be the quickest way to stop a bad behavior, but the effect doesn't last.

Punishment can backfire, as when a child misbehaves to gain attention.

However, when you encourage desired behaviors, they tend to happen again and again.

The most effective rewards are adult attention, time, and verbal appreciation.

Frequent and consistent positive feedback works best.

Repeating the "reward" strengthens good behavior.

A good standard is to give five positive reinforcements for each correction.

Rewards can be simple, such as a smile, a nod, or saying "thank you."

For instance, you can acknowledge a child for sitting quietly, raising her hand, or

other "good" behaviors 5 times.

If the child then does something bad like breaking a glass you can say

"Please remember to be careful."

Then you start the cycle of 5 positive reinforcements again.

Positive reinforcement can work in many situations:

with workers, teenagers, toddlers, and even on yourself!

When starting a new exercise routine, give yourself a reward right after you work out.

Positive reinforcement helps you stick to your routine.

Getting started with positive reinforcement requires conscious effort.

Resolve to breaking the habit of noticing only bad behavior and instead focus on good conduct.
