Hello, dear friends! This is Alexey Kostyliev.
We are in Natus Vincere gaming house, where very soon our CS:GO squad will gather for bootcamp to prepare for EPL Dallas.
We'll see how the guys practice and ask them a couple of interesting questions.
The training process is already in full swing.
Hello, boys.
Hi.
Flamie, Sanya, hey.
Den.
The bootcamp is real, everything is real, and now we'll chat with the guys.
Before every practice, Zhenya Erofeev gives an inspirational speech and charges the guys with positive energy.
I don't know how he does it, but he is full of positive energy and always brings the right mindset.
Let's listen to his speech.
Wins don't bring confidence, confidence bring wins.
You have to be a complete person, you gotta have certain qualities in order to achieve something in life, not the other way around.
Faith comes with experience, but after you reach a turning point, I already talked about it today.
When you're having a hard time I suggest you to choose other thoughts, other actions, other words.
Then it'll become a regular thing, and instead of thinking like losers in a stressful situation,
you will think as champions do, even if you lost the game.
Work on getting confidence and faith in yourself is the same as working on the in-game aspects.
All of you were champions, you were the best at something.
Starting from winning the girl's heart, which is a huge step, and ending with your achievements in CS:GO.
You rode a bike at high speed or ran a marathon, climbed a mountain, beat someone up once.
You've already achieved something in your life, you know that the whole team relies on you.
Do you feel the difference?
You mustn't depend on the team result, you must do everything to help the team achieve the result.
It's such a condition... you kill 3 guys, and... you didn't even notice it, your heart is racing, but you did it.
If five of you enter this state, you'll become a machine.
It's him, the sensei. I'd be honest, I've listened silently to your speech and I got inspired a lot.
I have a few questions, I heard everything and I'm full of positive energy, tell me, where do you get it?
Well, it's a long story. To be honest it's simple, I pursue this for quite a while now, I try to learn myself, to understand myself.
I receive these emotions from everywhere, the question is not "from where?", but "What am I seeking?".
When you look for it, it comes from the most unexpected sources.
They are: books, movies, lectures, seminars, which I visit from time to time.
My life is always full of it.
...already changes, Ladislav goes to watch Short.
We've got 6 computers here in the house, 5 for players and one for the coach Andi.
While he gives instructions to the guys on our favorite map - de_train,
I decided to teach them how to play the game and land some great headshots.
That was an easy one.
Guys, I just stabbed Guardian.
Well, he did kill me before, but I stabbed him with a knife.
Our middle.
Got him.
There might be one more towards Long.
Sasha, tell us please, how do you start the bootcamp? What does the first day of the bootcamp look like?
We wake up at 9:30 a.m, then we exercise at 10:00.
Then we have breakfest, and listen to the theory from the coach and our manager.
After that we analyze the maps, new strategies and tactics,
join the server and practice individually for an hour and a half to maintain the skill level.
How do you practice individual skill?
I go to aim_botz and shoot the bots.
Many have noticed that you regularly change the crosshair.
For this tournament, you use the dynamic with a dot.
What's the reason for this?
Dynamic for bursting and the dot is to hit taps, two in one.
I usually never change the crosshair before the tournament, but I'll use this one for Dallas.
Vanya sets up a smoke and then jumps to the left...
Sasha, you tweeted that you got new tattoos.
Please show us your new tattoos and explain their meaning.
The first tattoo is a plane, it means freedom and traveling.
I want to travel around many countries, and I hope in the near future I will be able to do this.
The second one is "Sigue tu sueno", which means "Follow your dream" in Spanish.
Every tattoo has its own meaning, and my body is a map of my life,
at some point I decide to get a tattoo and it's a big deal for me.
Our guys are playing praccs, so we won't distract them.
