Waching daily May 14 2017

(Two Days and One Night)

(The beautiful morning sun is shining here.)

(This is Sangnim Park of South Gyeongsang Province.)

(The trip of the spring begins now.)

(Defconn is up early in the morning.)

Two Days and One Night.

Hi, Mr. Yoon.

Mr. Yoon, wake up.

(Peek-a-boo)

Hey, man!

Hi, Mr. Yoon.

- Hi, brother. / - Hello, brother.

- Hey, it's your van. / - Gosh, Defconn.

Junho.

- Junho. / - Junho!

(Junho, Defconn and Siyoon meet each other.)

- Why are you calling me? / - Where is everyone else?

- What? / - What?

They aren't here yet?

I don't see any one's car around here.

Why aren't they here?

- What is this? / - Why are we meeting separately?

Are we a team?

What's going on? Something's not right.

I don't see the others' cars.

- Taehyun. / - Hi.

Hello.

I don't see Siyoon or the others.

- What? / - I think the rest are probably elsewhere.

Didn't we catch on fast?

(Being on the show for ten years has its perks.)

Are we split into two teams today?

Who's on our team then?

- Joonyoung. / - Joonyoung? We're good then.

We're settled. That's good enough.

(We can depend on Joonyoung for this trip.)

He's all we need.

(The rocker version of a grass doll)

- Joonyoung, we're a team. / - Look at his hair.

(What?)

The rest of them aren't here.

- This is it? / - Yes.

(The two teams are on the opposite ends of the park.)

It's so pretty here.

- The weather's incredible too. / - I know.

(A fresh spring day)

It's tiring, but I want to shoot the show every week.

- This is nice. / - The show makes me healthier.

You're at the 154th natural monument, Sangnim Park

- of South Gyeongsang Province. / - Sangnim Park?

- That's right. / - Sangnim Park?

1,100 years ago, scholar Choi Chiwon

created this man-made forest.

Was this man-made?

A man started it, but the nature completed it.

(A man started it, but the nature completed it.)

(Sangnim Park of Hamyang)

(is Korea's first man-made forest)

(that is 1.6km long and has 20,000 trees.)

- Choi Chiwon? / - Yes, Choi Chiwon.

(Junho pulls out his smartphone.)

Junho, are you looking something up?

I'm studying up on Mr. Choi Chiwon

just in case there's a quiz.

Good thinking.

I bet they'll ask us something about him.

Choi's reform ideology

I didn't expect to see a stream.

(Jongmin, Joonyoung and Taehyun take a walk too.)

- What? / - Hello.

- Hello. / - What's this?

- We're the only ones here. / - That's true.

- I don't see the others. / - You're right.

(Across the luxuriant forest)

- Hello. / - Hi.

Hello.

- We really must be in two teams of three. / - Hello.

This must be a famous place.

You're at the historian park located

- within Sangnim Park. / - I see.

- I see. / - Hamyang is home to many scholars,

so they have bust sculptures of the famous ones here.

- They really are. / - Can you read that?

Is that his name written on there?

His name?

We asked you to send a picture of your legacy before.

- Right. / - We split you into two teams based on that.

- What? / - Really?

- I sent a picture of my children. / - You did.

(Taehyun's legacy is his growing children.)

- What did you send? / - A trophy and a photo.

Ours are similar then.

- Did you take the photo at your house? / - Yes.

What did you send?

I sent a photo of my neck.

(The vocal cords of a rocker)

Because you are a singer,

- that's most important to you. / - My Adam's apple.

We split the team into tangible and intangible.

- Are we Team Intangible? / - Yes,

because you sent us a photo of your children and family

- and that's an intangible concept. / - Intangible?

Jongmin's photos represent the good times of his life.

- It's not an object. / - No.

- Joonyoung's is his vocal cords. / - For him...

- That is also intangible. / - Because it's mine.

- It's his own talents. / - What about the other team?

Defconn sent a photo of his album.

- I see. / - His fifth album.

- Right. / - Siyoon's was the script of his sitcom.

- I see it now. Both items are tangible. / - Right.

- His script. / - Junho sent a photo of money.

It was of a 50-dollar bill.

He just sent a photo of a 50-dollar bill.

(A legacy of pure capitalism)

Director, money is a legacy.

You guys sent photos of money, a script, and an album.

- Yes. Did we? / - So you were put together as a team,

- since your objects are tangible. / - We are together.

- We're the Avengers. / - We're the Avengers.

- We're the Avengers. / - Sounds great.

You may find all of your legacies to be precious,

but so are those all over the country.

- Right. / - Are we going all over the country?

Anyway, you are the Korea Legacy Guards.

- Korea Legacy Guards? / - Korea Legacy Guards?

- Are we guarding the legacy? / - I think we are.

Isn't a country too vast though?

It is.

As part one of the special episode, you'll cover

the three provinces around Mount Jiri.

- A special episode again? / - Here are the rules.

Bring out the board.

(Korea Legacy Guard Race)

"Choose a destination on the map and go there."

"Succeed the mission to win points."

- The points must be worth something then. / - Right.

"Only one team can win points at each destination."

- We need to get there first then. / - Yes.

You can't try if the other team succeeded there,

but you can give it a go if they failed.

It says that the race ends at 2 p.m.

"Gather in front the red apricots in Hwaeom Temple."

Hwaeom Temple is in Gurye.

- Really? / - Yes, really.

"Every 10 minutes you're late, you'll lose 50 points."

Does the winning team get to eat lunch?

The winning team will receive the Mount Jiri Set.

- That we must have. / - You're right.

- Is it gomtang? / - Black pig is famous in Mount Jiri.

- What? / - You'll be eating samgyeopsal.

Why did I think it would be gomtang?

- Naju's the one famous for gomtang. / - Right.

I thought of bear because of Mount Jiri.

And that led you to think of gomtang?

Gom as in bear?

Is that what you really thought?

That was too much.

A black bear?

- A bear stew. / - A brown bear to be exact.

A brown bear stew.

("Gom" is the Korean word for bear.)

- It just came up. / - You frighten me sometimes.

- A brown bear stew. / - The losing team gets nothing.

- We have to eat. / - Let me give you the map.

Siyoon, pick one.

Each destination has points written next to it.

- They have the number of points. / - All right.

- One's worth 10,000 points. / - 10,000?

What's the "Black Bear Mission" that's worth 10,000?

Don't tell me we're supposed to fight one.

If that's true...

- We should throw the first punch. / - No way.

- He's tough today. / - I mean it.

I'm certain that Junho will want to go here.

Junho was born to take risks,

so he'll be aiming for the 10,000 points.

- You know him well. / - He'll go there.

It's 10,000 points. Let's go there.

Where are we right now?

Junho, wait. We shouldn't do this. Calm down first.

- Don't rush into things. Don't. / - My goodness.

- The big number of points excited me. / - For me...

I'm sure they'll be fighting over this right now.

- Let's go to these old houses first / - Right.

- and get warmed up. / - We should go to the nearest.

All I can think about is this 10,000-point mission.

- Don't. / - Junho, please don't.

- Hear me out. Hey. / - Come on.

Regarding that mission,

there are about 50 black bears living in Mount Jiri.

I'll paint your face to look like one.

You can be the 51st and blend in.

- Come here. / - We'll have you infiltrate their site.

- Exactly. / - You two terrify me.

The mission is to actually take a picture with one.

- Goodness. / - You've got to be kidding me.

That's easy for you to say.

We thought you might get hungry during the race,

so we have prepared some snacks.

- Nice. / - Great.

You can buy it with the points you win.

(Snack Menu)

Hey, cup ramyeon is worth 300 points.

- How could it be 300 points? / - It's ridiculous.

I'd actually like a hamburger that's worth 300 points.

- I'd like this. / - A hamburger of 300 points.

- I want coffee that's worth 100 points. / - Me too.

The Korea Legacy Guard Race begins now.

- All right. / - Let's go!

(Great legacies left by our ancestors)

(They wanted to leave behind a piece of their life.)

(Following in their footsteps)

(are the Korea Legacy Guards.)

(They take a step closer)

(to learn about precious culture and history.)

(Korea Legacy Guards)

(Team Intangible gets ready to take off.)

I'd love to see a black bear of Mount Jiri.

Me too.

I think it'll be small and adorable.

(This is what Jongmin thinks it'll be like.)

(Let's go to Vice-Minister Noh's House!)

- The weather is nice. / - Right.

Everything has turned green now.

The spring is back again.

Isn't it? May and June are coming.

I can't go on a family trip this time either.

- Why not? / - We were going to go on a trip on May 2.

I can't go because of a drama shooting.

- Are they going without you? / - I can't go again.

I have to go for a shooting tomorrow after this.

(Busy father is sad.)

(Sangnim Park, Noh's House, 300 points)

(Team Intangible moves to Noh's House from the park.)

(The atmosphere here is friendly.)

It looks like a traditional village.

- There are a lot of traditional houses here. / - Yes.

It looks like Cheonghak-dong.

- This place is a cultural asset? / - It is.

- There it is. Noh's House. / - Here?

Yes, it's here.

(They arrived at Noh's House.)

- It seems like they haven't been here yet. / - Right.

They must have gone to Ildu Residential House.

Let's earn some points for hamburgers and coffee.

That sounds good.

It'd be funny if we use the points right away.

Use them as soon as we earn them.

If the other team fails everything, we'll win.

(They enjoy it to the fullest.)

- That'd be the best scenario. / - Right?

That'd be the best entertainment scenario.

- Yes, it'd be. / - My goodness.

- Goodness. What's that? / - Are there people here?

Are there people living here?

Vice-Minister Noh's House is the oldest house

in the town. It's the birthplace of Noh Geunyoung

who was the first Korean national Go player.

Look at those crocks.

(Official Go tournaments are held in Hamyang annually.)

It looks like a typical old rural house.

It's said that this house had changed owners 27 times,

because he liked to play Go for the house deed

when he was into the game and making bets.

- Junho is nothing compared to him. / - Of course.

Junho doesn't own a house.

(Junho's somehow hurt.)

Poor him.

You're now in the house of the legendary Go player.

Your mission here is...

- Omok? / - It must be omok.

- It's Alkkagi. / - Alkkagi.

- Alkkagi. / - My gosh.

- Where should I sit? / - Alkkagi.

Let me introduce you to your opponent.

(Our opponent?)

(We can feel a master's aura)

(from a distance.)

(Is it someone like him)

(or him?)

Who is it?

- Is it AlphaGo? / - There he comes.

(AlphaO shows up.)

- I knew it. It's AlphaO. / - This is ridiculous.

He's almost a regular guest now.

- He should play against Junho. / - Right. Junho...

They will come if we fail here.

I heard he goes to a gym these days.

- Really? / - Since that day, he's been working out.

(Last week, they were deciding the weakest man.)

- Junho! / - Go for it!

(He tried to beat him with all his might,)

(but he ended up being the weakest man.)

(Sad)

Have a practice game first.

- All three of us have to play? / - Go.

Hit two stones with one strike.

You can't play like that.

Hit the stone along the line.

(The master is not shaken at all.)

- Imagine there's a line. / - Let's start.

- Let's begin. / - You shouldn't think too much.

Think about nothing. Think about something else.

- Ready? / - Think about something else from now on.

- Do you want to start right now? / - Yes.

That's a bold arrangement.

(Arrangement shows his confidence.)

Let's play rock-paper-scissors.

- Rock-paper-scissors. / - Rock-paper-scissors.

(Team Intangible gets to attack first.)

I'm sure we can eat hamburgers soon.

(The first attack to win hamburgers)

We'll eat on the way to the next spot.

Hit it sharply.

- All right! / - He made it.

(He tries to stay calm.)

- All right. / - It's your turn.

He's the weakest man in Two Days and One Night.

- He might be too weak to hit it. / - If you...

(He's concentrating with his mouth.)

If you lose again, that'd be...

(The score is now four to four.)

(Proud)

(He accidentally hit both stones out of the table.)

- Come on. / - We're in trouble now.

You should've hit it sharply.

(Scoffs)

(You poor things.)

(His finger looks confident.)

It's falling.

- It's falling. This way. That's it. / - Hold on.

(He killed his own stone.)

- Very good. / - Let's go on.

(I'm doomed.)

Let's go on.

(Team Intangible makes strategies.)

Should I hit it like this or that?

Just like that.

I think we can hit it.

- Nice. What was that? / - That's it.

(Wincing)

- What was that? / - That's it.

(What should I do?)

What are you good at?

(You said you're good at alkkagi.)

(The score is now two to one.)

I'll finish it.

(Is he going to finish the game?)

(The last move of a genius)

(Strike!)

(Pitiful)

(I'm sorry, viewers.)

You know...

(The game was too short.)

When we see him walking towards us,

we know for sure that we will win the game.

(He doesn't know what to say.)

This is why this mission is worth 300 points.

- That's why. / - It's cheap.

The first mission for Team Intangible,

- It was too easy. / - "Alkkagi at Noh's House"...

Why don't you try arm wrestling at least?

- Why do you look so weak? / - Try one more time?

(I don't want to lose again.)

He doesn't want to arm wrestle.

(Laughing)

He's the weakest man.

You won 300 points at Noh's House. Give it to them.

How about we go for 500 points now?

- Sounds good. / - I think they might be there.

Let's try. We'll go to Ildu Residential House then.

- Good. / - Let's go. That was great.

Top 3 MISTAKES Beginner Cubers Make! | Weekly Cubing Topicals - Duration: 3:31.

Hey YouTube, it's me Spotty! Welcome to another Weekly Cubing Topicals

Today I'm gonna be going over the top 3 mistakes that beginning cubers make.

Now these things are things that I either see a bunch or things that I personally did,

so I speak from experience, and hopefully this video will help so at least a couple

people don't make the same mistakes we did.

Alright, let's get into them.

Number 1 is learning nothing or learning everything too quickly.

These two problems are really polar opposites, they are the extremes of what you can do.

What you want to be doing is striking a balance.

Learning nothing is probably worse in that if you want to get faster, you'll have a

very slow progression or you'll get faster but with very very bad habits.

Now I'm not saying that straight after you finish learning beginners you have to instantly

start learning something new.

Obviously, get used to the method, get comfortable with it and then once you're ready learn

a couple new skills that you can implement to improve your beginners method, then you

can do so.

I have a whole video on this which I will card up if you want to check that out.

The opposite of this is learning everything too fast.

This might not seem that bad but it can also just confuse you, demotivate you or be more

damaging to your learning and times than good.

And I'm mostly referring to learning a new method too quickly.

So going from beginners to a more advanced method.

Again, I've got a video where I go a bit more in depth into when I think is a perfect

time to switch methods if that's kinda where you're sitting.

Moving on.

Number 2.

The next thing that happens a lot is not going to competitions early on.

Of course, comps are about competing and 'being fast' is awesome.

But, as a beginner, don't let your times discourage you from going.

No you're not gonna win, but neither are the 98 other people who attend.

Competitions are just as much about the social aspect where you get to meet and talk to people

who are into the same hobby as you are as it is about competing.

You'll also get to try new cubes, maybe buy one or two at the vendor that's there.

If there's a comp near you, just sign up, don't worry too much about your times and

try to sign up into as many events as you can do.Trust me, you'll have a blast.

OH and also, don't do what I did where I went and then talked to like 2 people.

No, go, talk to as many people as possible, sit with a group and don't be afraid to

come up to people you might know.

Lastly, number 3.

The final thing that is fairly common among newer or even more experienced cubers is thinking

that a new cube is instantly gonna make you faster.

I've said this plenty of times, but in case you haven't heard, if you're coming from

a not so great cube like the Rubik's brand speedcube or a dollar store cube, than a new

speedcube may in fact drop your times and it'll make it easier for you to improve.

However, a new cube is never going to make YOU a better cuber.

You have to put the work into practising and learning new skills and you have to improve

yourself.

Also, if you're coming from an already modern speedcube than getting a new one isn't going

to instantly drop your times.

What it might do is make you feel more inclined to practice since you've just got this new

puzzle that you want to break in and that you're very excited about.

So a motivation let it be, but all in all a new cube is not normally gonna be the thing

that drops your times.

So, don't feel like you need to keep buying new 3x3's to make yourself a better cuber

or in the hope that your times will drop.

But yeah, those are the 3 things that I did want to go over.

Again, if I have a video where I go more in depth on some of these things links will be

in the description.

But hopefully you enjoyed, maybe learnt a thing or two anddd yeah.

Thank you guys for watching and I will catch you all in the next one.

Donggu is angry! [2 Days & 1 Night - Season 3 / 2017.05.14] - Duration: 11:43.

We already got ramyeon, right?

Do you want to eat ramyeon now?

Do you want to have a party?

Let's think about it.

I think Mount Jiri Set would be good.

Hwangsan Battle Monument Site.

Monument Site?

It's 400m away.

That's nice.

(Heading to Hwangsan Battle Monument Site)

This is a good chance.

There's a huge monument.

Is that the Hwangsan Battle Monument?

(Hwangsan Battle Monument Site)

Hwangsan Battle Monument?

This place has a monument that commemorates

Hwangsan Battle where Yi Seonggye defeated

the Japanese Navy.

Japanese people destroyed the monument so we can't

read the letters on the monument.

Now we only have the fragments of it now.

(Hwangsan Battle Monument Site)

They can't do this.

They destroyed it.

- Oh, no. / - That's too bad.

It's terrible.

Lee Seonggye put an arrow into the enemy's head

and led his army to the win.

So, the mission for this place

is "Swooshing Ink Archery".

What's that?

Goodness.

You'll put a pen cap dipped in ink in your nose

and blow your nose to hit the target.

Each part of the target has different scores.

And one of you will become the target.

A person with a big face should be the target.

It is a matter of probability and odds.

You get to shoot ten times.

If you get more than 30 points in total, you succeed.

Getting 30 points with 10 shots?

That's easy.

Can we have a preliminary?

- I'll let you try once. / - Okay.

- Do you have some tissue? / - I need wet wipes.

I don't want to do it with a runny nose.

(Blowing his nose)

I have a lot of nasal mucus.

- I'll give you pen caps. / - Already?

(Contestant number one, Defconn)

- Wow. / - That was nice.

It looked like a bullet.

(Contestant number two, Siyoon)

You can't do it. Blow your nose first.

You shouldn't do this. You're an actor.

(Contestant number three, Kim Junho)

All right. Siyoon is the target.

Hello, sir. How should I style it?

- I'm joining the army tomorrow. / - Okay.

A flattop.

I'll get you a flattop.

The target is too small.

He has a small face.

Isn't it too much?

(Poor Siyoon)

You don't have to try so hard to make it fun.

It's Junho's turn.

It's very windy now.

- Let me check the direction of the wind. / - Okay.

(Checking the direction of the wind)

- It's southeaster. / - It's southeaster.

- He's ready. / - The ink is supposed to be black.

I don't want anything yellow.

(Will Junho be good at this?)

(Nervous)

(The inked cap just falls to the ground.)

It's too far.

You can go closer to Siyoon.

- The target can move too. / - I should do it again.

- I didn't know that. / - He should do it again.

I'll do it by the rules.

I'm a man of principle.

- I'll do it again. / - You have nine shots left.

- No. / - That's not true.

I didn't know the rules.

It's not the rule. I'm just giving you a hint.

Let's begin.

- Let's do it. / - It's Junho's turn.

(It's just ink.)

Wait. Give me that.

(Junho dipped the pen cap in ink.)

What's that? Is this a pen cap?

All right.

I did it.

I want you to become an octopus now.

You're trying to make me a squid.

It's the first shot.

- Good. / - That's right.

(Sitting on the edge of the stool)

(It's a lot closer now.)

This isn't the right time. To the left.

Turn left. Don't raise your head.

Lower your head. To the left.

A little more.

More.

- Hey! / - That's funny.

Gosh.

You keep raising your head

like this.

(They resume the game.)

- Okay. I got it. / - Hold my hand.

Come closer.

(Stretching)

Isn't it too risky?

(Shaky)

(Would this method work?)

- How did it go? / - Are you a fool?

(They are like three idiots.)

- Good. / - Oh no!

(They are out of arrows.)

That was close.

Are we out?

- It's over. / - It's over.

Give us more pen caps.

I'll give you a chance to try it again.

But you have to bet half the money you have now.

If you succeed...

You can't talk about betting money in front of Junho.

Junho, you can't do this. Stop it.

- You didn't hear that. / - Call!

- Call! / - Wait.

We won't get to eat ramyeon.

- Let's do this. / - Do you want to do this?

- Yes. / - Why?

It wasn't even close.

Wait. I have to think about it.

Wait. We can't do this.

It will never work!

It's okay. This isn't gambling. It's just a challenge.

That's what everyone says.

This isn't gambling.

Then...

(He returns 150 points.)

Okay. Let's go.

You're a cannon.

- You're a cannon. / - I'm a cannon.

He's Cannon.

You're a cannon. Just stay still.

Okay.

Sit on the edge of the stool.

- Good. / - Like this?

(But things are not that different.)

(He keeps missing the target.)

It was too fast.

(I told you it wasn't a good idea.)

(You're lucky that you're older than me.)

Give him the money.

You have to bet all your money.

I'm a man.

- You can't do this. / - Give him the money.

- Give him. / - Go ahead.

We'd die.

Not eating ramyeon doesn't kill you.

- Give him the money. / - Do it.

I want some coffee!

See? Let me practice it for the last time.

Look.

That's good!

(He hit the target in one shot.)

He did it!

If he succeeds,

can we get our money back?

You'll get 150 points plus 300 points.

If we fail,

can we get a loan?

(It's one thing after another.)

We can get a loan.

We need a loan.

I think we have a problem with the target.

- Do you want me to change? / - Change it.

You should be the target.

(He trades places with Siyoon.)

It won't work.

Don't hit the target so hard.

The first shot.

You have to sit on the stool.

Really? Can you see that?

(Junho tries to cheat as usual.)

You're facing the wrong direction.

(Stiff)

You should move your face.

I was too afraid.

You should move your face to the pen cap.

I was afraid. Okay.

Let's do it again.

It's an underhand throw.

You should blow your nose with your mouth shut.

(How will it go?)

You have a runny nose.

- He's not doing it right. / - It was close.

- I'll do it. / - We have eight shots left.

This is serious.

Okay.

(Please)

It hit the eye!

(Hitting the target in the middle)

- He got it. / - Perfect.

That's good!

Black tear.

He's doing well all of a sudden.

Gosh, you're shedding black tears.

Shoot it hard.

(Let's do this.)

(Head is worth three points.)

It's in my hair.

You earned 13 points. You have 5 shots left.

- Forehead. / - You have 16 points.

- Nice. / - You have four shots left.

- We have to get 10 points. / - Okay.

Good!

(He got shot in the nose.)

He got my nose.

- He got my nose. / - 21 points in total.

You have three shots left.

(We're almost there!)

We'll break even!

No, we'll get 150 more.

Get my eyes.

(Hit my eyes.)

I'll open them wide.

- Now you have 21 points. / - Good.

(Nervous)

(Sighing)

Hey. Goodness.

- Is it time for a commercial break? / - He's annoyed.

I'm nervous.

- Here I go. / - You have three shots left.

You can get 9 points with 3 shots.

- You are Yi Seonggye. / - It's windy.

The wind is blowing to the left.

- Head. / - You have 24 points.

- You have 2 shots left. / - I can hit anywhere.

- Get my forehead. / - Hit above his eyes.

- Ready. / - Why am I nervous?

General Yi Seonggye, I'm your enemy.

(Please)

(It flies over.)

Goodness.

- Where did it go? / - I thought it was a real arrow.

- It was too strong. / - Didn't you get hit?

This is your last shot. You must get over six points.

You need to hit his philtrum or eyes.

(Only philtrum or eyes will make it a success.)

(Their fate depends on the last shot.)

Don't shoot it too straight.

Get ready.

(Will they be able to protect their fortune?)

(It flies over.)

Gosh, we failed.

(They feel dejected.)

How much do we have?

You have nothing.

(They have zero balance.)

Next time, I'll stop you no matter what.

I initially had a feeling we'd succeed.

- We have no money. / - What will you do?

We have to get our bodies ripped apart by a bear.

Do we have at least one percent chance or not?

(Check it for yourselves.)

All right. Let's go this way.

(These two places are the closest.)

- Shall we go here? / - Let's go down this way.

I think they probably tried these two.

We'll try there.

I just hope they fail.

Or should we go all in for the 1,000 points?

I don't think that's a bad idea.

- It won't be bad. / - Shall we just bet everything?

- On 1,000? / - Yes.

(It'll be the end for them if they lose.)

We'll take a risk.

We'll go to Mount Jiri Millennium Pine Tree.

It'll take about an hour to go up the mountain.

- Is it 3km? / - Yes.

Let's go.

We'll walk 3km. They won't give a hard question.

- I asked the director earlier. / - Okay.

"If 500 years is this bad,"

"then 1,000 years will be worse, right?"

- "No, not necessarily." / - Really?

I got him.

You did.

(Did Joonyoung guess correctly?)

Do you have a coin? Give me a coin.

- I don't have one. / - Let me flip it.

- Let's flip it. / - Lend us a coin.

Mount Jiri Millennium Pine Tree is heads.

- Bangudae Petroglyphs is tails. / - That's tails.

(The coin has been tossed.)

Turn it over.

Okay.

- Bangudae Petroglyphs. / - Bangudae Petroglyphs.

- Bangudae Petroglyphs. It's fate. / - It is.

We call this fate.

Bangudae Petroglyphs.

I feel like it'll be ours.

If we fail, we'll have to go see the bear.

Don't you think we need to go see it?

Let's win first. Then we'll talk.

If you win, go to Hwaeom Temple.

What if they already got Bangudae Petroglyphs?

- Then we go to the bear. / - It's the bear, then.

- We don't need anything else. / - We'll go see that.

Yes. We might get lucky

and spot a bear.

Then we'll get 10,000 years.

That's right. It'll turn things around.

Why is Kim Jongmin getting slapped on his cheek [2 Days & 1 Night - Season 3 / 2017.05.14] - Duration: 17:57.

- It's so hot today. / - I know, right?

Let's go.

(They're finally at Baemsagol, Mount Jiri.)

We're at the entrance of Baemsagol, Mount Jiri.

If you walk 3km along the valley,

you can see the Millennium Pine Tree.

You have to walk 3km, so we'll give you 1,000 points.

(It's a mission for 1,000 points.)

Isn't this too hard?

It's too hard.

You'll meet a famous person there,

so we're going to carry a present.

- A famous person? / - You'll see him at the tree.

- Please bring out the gift. / - Who can it be?

What is that?

What is that?

They can carry it, so it's not Park Narae.

Please don't open it.

(What is this?)

We can't open it even if we wanted to.

- Hold on. / - Something is inside.

Maybe it's 1,000 coins.

We succeed if we can just get there, right?

- That's right. / - Let's do it.

- Let's go. / - I'm sure it's 1,000 coins.

Who will carry this?

- You're strong, so you should. / - No.

I can't carry it. I have an allergy.

See? The bottom is so heavy.

What on earth is this?

Shouldn't you carry it, Jongmin?

- Let's put it up here. / - I have an allergy.

Stop talking nonsense and help us.

(That's not an excuse.)

What kind of an excuse is that? An allergy?

- We can't carry this for 3km. / - We can't do that.

- We can't carry it. / - This is impossible.

- Hold it, Jongmin. / - I'm holding it.

I'm exhausted.

- It's too heavy. / - Is the top heavy too?

I'm about to pass out.

It's very heavy here.

It's too heavy.

- Use your strength. / - I'm trying my best.

- No, you're not. / - My arms ache.

(Joonyoung keeps groaning.)

Jongmin, are you carrying it?

I'm carrying most of the weight.

It's really hard up here.

(They keep complaining it's heavier on their side.)

- Joonyoung. / - Slow down.

It's too heavy. My arms ache.

(They're carrying the box with their mouths.)

This way.

This isn't right, Joonyoung.

Hey, Joonyoung!

(Will they be able to finish carrying it today?)

(They take a break on rocks.)

(They appreciate the scenery while cooling down.)

The water is so clear.

(Clear water flows through the valley.)

That's cool.

(Clear water flows through the valley.)

It looks so cool.

The water is green.

(Team Intangible is absorbed in the beautiful scenery.)

(Free and easy)

Let's take a picture together.

(They already forgot all about the mission.)

In one, two and three.

(They take a picture together.)

(They enjoy the peace.)

Let's go.

Raise it higher. Much higher.

Lift it up.

Carry it on your head.

Joonyoung, move over. Hey!

(They face a crisis.)

What's wrong with you?

- Jongmin. / - Yoo Ilyong!

We need your help.

Director Ilyong!

I'm here.

I'm too tall to carry it on my head.

(Smiling)

(He deceives them.)

It's tilted toward Jongmin.

- What? / - I didn't do anything.

(Ilyong, this is what we go through.)

It's too heavy.

- Why are you doing this to us? / - It's too heavy.

(This is how Ilyong got fooled.)

Hold it.

(This is how Ilyong got fooled.)

Jongmin.

Hey!

(Jongmin is not carrying it either.)

- You brought this on yourself. / - Right.

Be careful.

Wait.

Taehyun has a shoulder problem. Jongmin, come on.

It's easier in the front.

I'm just leading the way.

I'm okay.

(Smiling brightly)

Why are we doing this?

Why go through all the trouble?

You two look like best friends.

(They are of the same age.)

(Groaning)

Ilyong.

Ilyong.

It's like...

(He faces the biggest crisis of his life.)

(Staggering)

Let's take a break.

Let's rest here for a while.

- No. / - Keep walking.

I can't walk anymore.

(It's not heavy in the front.)

Let's trade places.

No, I'm too tired.

He's tired.

(He doesn't have to carry it though.)

Let's go, Ilyong.

Let's go. In one, two and three.

(He's enslaved by the members.)

This feels uncomfortable.

You'd drop it.

Okay. Let's go.

(Taehyun carries the box in the front again.)

Jongmin.

Where is he?

(Taehyun trades places with Joonyoung.)

It's too heavy.

Jongmin.

(Good luck!)

- Stop. / - Jongmin.

(The labor never ends.)

Jongmin.

(He calls Jongmin desperately.)

(Jongmin is having fun rising in revolt.)

What is he doing?

We are almost there.

We're almost there.

Is he crazy?

We're almost there, Ilyong.

We're almost there.

(I'm the director here.)

We're almost there.

We only have a bit more to go.

(Surprised)

It's imposing.

(What does Millennium Pine Tree look like?)

The tree stands out in this mountain.

It's on a slope.

I know. How could it put down roots on a slope?

(Natural Monument No. 424, Millennium Pine Tree)

- This is... / - It's cool up here.

This is the Millennium Pine Tree.

The village under the tree

is called Waun Village.

The local residents believe the tree is a guard

that looks over the village.

So they hold a ritual for the tree every year,

and they take care of the tree.

The tree is like a guardian of this village.

The tree looks like

as if it protects the mountains as well.

It stands here alone.

There are mountains behind the tree.

I said we would give this gift to the special person.

The special person is this tree.

Please open the gift now.

What does the tree need? Is it water?

Is it sap or something?

It's done. Open it.

- It's done. / - What's that?

(The gift they brought is...)

- Oh, no! / - What's that?

This is not a gift.

(Disappointed)

Let's just leave.

What if we hit failure?

The mission is "Spin the Roulette".

You'll spin the roulette.

If it hits success, you'll get 1,000 points.

If it hits failure, you'll go bankrupt.

Let's just spin it.

Let's spin it three times taking turns.

Before it stops. Is that okay?

That would work.

All of us get to spin it. You go first.

You're the first.

Are you ready?

I'm ready.

That's one.

(Jongmin spins it again.)

- I should wait. / - Spin it now.

(It's Joonyoung's turn.)

(He spun the roulette after it almost stopped.)

You can't do this.

- Isn't that what you said? / - No, it isn't.

(He tries to calm down the director first.)

I thought that was the deal.

You can't do that.

I thought this was what I was supposed to do.

- I see. / - You misunderstood it.

- I should spin it before it stops? / - Right.

I was waiting for it to stop.

- That was close. / - Very close.

- I'm sorry. / - I'll give you another chance.

This is real. This is your last chance.

- Or... / - I think one person should spin it.

Let's spin it three times.

You'll spin it first, and I'll spin it once it stops.

And Joonyoung will spin it for the last.

What if we succeed on our first try?

- That'd be terrible. / - Right.

It just depends on luck.

- Okay. / - Let's do it.

- Are you doing it? / - No, we'll spin in three times.

No, he's going to go.

Joonyoung will decide the result.

(Taehyun hit failure.)

I should spin it hard.

(What about Jongmin?)

It has to be failure.

- Okay! / - We did it!

(This is real.)

(Would they hit success on their third try?)

- Please. / - It's spinning.

(They came a long way to get here.)

(Roulette, please.)

Please.

(Screaming)

(We did it!)

We did it!

- We did it. / - We succeeded.

We did it. You're a genius.

- You and I both hit failure. / - He was right.

(Jongmin's plan, Taehyun's trust, Joonyoung's sense)

I can't believe this.

(They made it all together.)

We did it.

(Thrilled)

You completed the mission. I'll give you 1,000 points.

We did it.

We got 1,000 points. That's enough.

We will win.

(Bangudae Petroglyphs)

(Team Tangible is heading to Hwaeom Temple.)

Let's go to Hwaeom Temple.

(Hwaeom Temple, 500 points)

Jongmin called me.

(Junho calls Team Intangible.)

- Hello? / - Jongmin.

- Junho. / - Hello?

- Junho. / - Jongmin.

Let's eat all together.

- Let's eat all together. / - What?

We will just eat once we complete the mission.

Are you eating hamburgers and everything?

(I think they are lying.)

We failed all the missions. It's too hard.

Tell him we drank coffee.

Tell him we drank coffee.

Tell me you drank coffee?

(We can hear you.)

(Really?)

If things go wrong,

we won't get to Hwaeom Temple by 2 p.m.

We came too far to catch an Asian black bear.

An Asian black bear? We saw one earlier today.

If you see it, you'll get 10,000 points.

We couldn't take a picture of it though.

(They don't trust each other anyway.)

How many missions did you complete?

I'll tell you the truth. You should eat something.

- Eat something. / - I'm hanging up.

How many missions did you complete?

(He hung up.)

It's a mind game now.

(They just cut it short.)

They're being weird.

What did he say?

If we complete the mission in Hwaeom Temple, we'll win.

I guess they are in Hwaeom Temple now.

- I don't think so. / - That's possible.

I don't think they're there.

It's too far for them.

We have an advantage now.

(If you say so)

(Junho feels sleepy.)

(Junho and Defconn are exhausted)

(from the match with Park Daeki.)

(While they are asleep, they arrive at Hwaeom Temple)

Hwaeom Temple was constructed

in 544 by an Indian Buddhist monk.

It has a lot of cultural heritages

including national treasures and natural monuments.

That's amazing.

(The picturesque temple will relieve your stress.)

The mission in Hwaeom Temple

is "Hwaeom Temple Quiz".

- Hwaeom Temple Quiz? / - We will meet in front

of the red apricot flowers at 2 p.m.

You can go around the temple looking for hints by then.

(They don't know what to do.)

If you are late,

you will lose 50 points in every 10 minute.

First, we should go there.

Right. We have to see that.

Take three of it.

(Team Tangible takes the information leaflets.)

We should go to the red apricot flowers now.

We should go.

Gakhwangjeon Hall?

(As they walk,)

(they continue to memorize the facts.)

We need to know Four-lion Three-story Stone Pagoda.

- Siyoon. / - Yes?

- You memorize the treasures. / - Which ones?

We'll memorize the national treasures.

Five-story Stone Pagoda.

(As they don't have much time,)

(they divide the workload.)

Daeungjeon Hall?

Gakhwangjeon Hall.

Four-lion Three-story Stone Pagoda.

(They study as hard as high school students.)

(They start to use their rusty brains.)

(Were they always this hard-working?)

Four-lion Pagoda.

Four-lion Three-story Stone Pagoda.

(Suddenly, they find themselves standing)

(in front of Gakhwangjeon Hall.)

This is awesome.

This must be Gakhwangjeon Hall.

(Renovated in 1702, it's one of the main temples.)

(There's a tree next to Gakhwangjeon Hall.)

(Red apricot flowers grow on this tree.)

(It was planted to commemorate the renovation.)

(Red apricot flowers are brighter than plum blossoms.)

The current time is 1:57 p.m.

- You arrived before 2 p.m. / - Let's study.

The quiz is at 2 p.m.

Okay.

(They arrived at the destination,)

(but they continue to study.)

I'll memorize the treasures.

Seated Wooden Vairocana Buddha Triad.

National Treasure Number 1,548.

- Right. / - Let's see.

(Will Team Tangible's effort pay off?)

(They head to Hwaeom Temple.)

(Team Intangible is still on the road.)

We're expected to arrive by 2:20 p.m.

(They're running late.)

Let's just eat and spend everything.

Our score will be less than zero.

Instead of leaving 100 points,

we'll have 70 points left for some chewing gum.

Let's spend it all.

(Team Tangible is still studying.)

It's the biggest temple near Mount Jiri.

(They're as studious as high school seniors.)

Let's start the quiz.

(I'm ready.)

Junho, put away your notes.

Oh, that's right.

- You can't stay away from books. / - Right.

- He studied a lot. / - Let's start.

Here's the quiz on Hwaeom Temple.

This quiz is worth 500 points.

The dice have been thrown.

We arrived.

(They're short on time,)

(but they still walk slowly.)

(They exhausted themselves at Millennium Pine Tree.)

I'm tired.

Gosh, I'm tired.

This looks difficult.

Why are you guys so late?

- Jongmin, be honest. / - How many do you have?

(Team Intangible collected 1,300 points.)

(Will Team Tangible earn 500 plus 700 points?)

- Did you earn 1,000 points? / - I'm full.

- What's your score? / - We're done.

- We don't have any money left. / - It's negative.

- What did you eat? / - Haven't you eaten anything?

No, we haven't.

- You must be hungry. / - We're starving.

You'd better not have 1,000 points.

- Of course, we don't. / - Seriously.

Be honest. Is it more than 500 points?

We don't have 500 points.

- You told us to eat. / - Is that true?

Let's check the current score.

You get 150 points deducted for being late.

If you give me 200, I'll give 50 points back.

You have it. Don't lie.

- We have it. / - You have more, don't you?

(They were hiding more money.)

- You're liars. / - I have no more.

Let's check the final score of each team.

- Let's start with each member. / - Here.

- Let's count. / - Take out your coins.

- We don't have anything. / - Here you go.

My goodness. We have nothing.

You have 100 points. They tried to deceive us.

That's 200 points.

- You have a lot. / - Take out more.

Take it out now.

- Count yours first. / - Give me yours first.

- That's all we have. / - Take out 100 points.

- Count yours first. / - Take out 100 points.

- Don't you have more? / - How about 50?

- Take it out. / - Here it is.

(Does Team Intangible have 150 points?)

You have 150 points now.

- It's 150 points. / - It's 300.

It's 400, 500, and 600.

- If we didn't eat... / - It's 700.

The question is for 500 points.

Which one is not a national treasure?

- What? / - Which is not a treasure?

Number one, Gakhwangjeon Hall.

Number two, Five-story Stone Pagoda.

Number three, Four-lion Three-story Stone Pagoda.

Number four, Daeungjeon Hall.

(I know this.)

Siyoon, you memorize the treasures.

- What? / - We'll memorize the national treasures.

(Each member memorized different categories.)

- Which isn't a treasure? / - I know.

- Is it Four-lion Pagoda? / - It's number one.

- We got it. / - It's number one.

- We studied it. / - We got it. It's number one.

It's number one, Gakhwangjeon Hall.

(Please let it be the answer.)

That's correct.

(They get lucky and got an easy question.)

- It's 700, 800. / - We won if we didn't eat.

- It's 900, and 1,000. / - That's not right.

The total is 1,200.

I thought you may have 1,300 points,

but you lost 150 for being 10 minutes late.

- It's 550 points. / - I see.

What have you been doing?

I told you that we had food.

(Team Intangible go for hamburgers.)

Let's share two hamburgers.

What if we end up losing?

- We can't even eat. / - It'd be annoying.

It'd be so annoying.

Let's get a hamburger.

How about two?

(They deduct 750 points for food and being late.)

It's delicious.

(Team Intangible has 550 points.)

Happiness is about eating when you're hungry.

(At least they were happy.)

- We won. / - Did we win?

Are you serious?

For Korea Legacy Guards,

the winner is Team Tangible.

Thank you.

The winning team will enjoy Mount Jiri set as promised.

- Thank you. / - Enjoy your food.

Thank you.

- For the losing team, / - I can't eat anyway.

I'll give you the money back. How much was it?

We can eat some ramyeon then.

Give them our money.

They seem desperate for ramyeon.

- Is that okay? / - Take it.

You can live 1,200 points that we earned with labor.

TOP 5 MOST DEADLY SPECIAL FORCES IN THE WORLD & THEIR OPERATIONS - Duration: 9:00.

Special forces are called on when scenario is too complex for regular forces.

The Special Forces comprise of men who are cut above the rest, and are equipped with

best weapons & strategies.

Depending on the country, special forces may perform some of the following functions: airborne

operations, counter-insurgency, counter-terrorism, covert ops, hostage rescue, high-value targets

elimination, intelligence operations and unconventional warfare.

In this video, Defense Updates lists top 5 Special Forces along with some of their covert operations.

So, lets get started.

Extreme training makes MARCOS tough nuts to crack.

An Indian MARCO on an exchange program in the US topped the US Navy SEAL course with ease.

All MARCOS are static line para jump qualified, and some are qualified for free-fall para

jumps – High Altitude Low Opening and High Altitude High Opening (HALO/HAHO).

In fact, MARCOS are handful of the special forces from around the world that are capable

of being para dropped into the sea with the full combat load.

Their prowess can be judged by the fact that there is only 2-member MARCOS team guarding

the 250 square km Wular Lake, preventing it from being used by Pakistan based terrorists

to infiltrate India.

1. In 1988, the MARCOS, as a part of Op Cactus, thwarted an attempted coup in Maldives.

They also captured the boat with 46 mercenaries and their hostages that had escaped after

the failed coup attempt.

2. During the Mumbai attacks in 2008, they stormed the Oberoi Trident and Taj hotels and took

out the terrorist in the complex maze of rooms.

Spetsgruppa "A", also known as Alpha Group is an elite, stand-alone sub-unit of Russia's

special forces.

It is a dedicated counter-terrorism task force of the Russian Federal Security Service (FSB).

It was originally created by the Soviet KGB in 1974.

Although little is known about the exact nature of its primary directives, it is speculated

that the unit is authorized to act under the direct control and sanction of Russia's top

political leadership.

1.Four Soviet diplomats were kidnapped in September 1985 by a fundamentalist group called the

Islamic Liberation Organization.

Russia dispatched its Alpha group.

With help from KGB, it captured the kidnapper's leaders & relatives.

Alpha group members castrated the leader, cut him down into pieces and sent him to the

hostage takers.

They also threatened to kill more of the kidnapper's relatives if the Soviet diplomats were not freed.

As a result, the 3 hostages were released and dropped off near the Soviet Embassy and

no Russian officials were ever taken captive since then.

2. On 23 October 2002, a crowded theater in Moscow was seized by 40-armed Chechens that involved

850 hostages.

The hostage-takers had grenades, mines and improvised explosive devices strapped to their

bodies, and had deployed more explosives throughout the theater.

On 26th, after a chemical infusion in the building, Alpha Group stormed the theater

and eliminated all the 40 terrorists.

Sayeret Matkal is a Special Forces unit of the Israel Defense Forces (IDF).

First and foremost a field intelligence-gathering unit, conducting deep reconnaissance behind

enemy lines to obtain strategic intelligence, Sayeret Matkal is also tasked with counter-terrorism

and hostage rescue beyond Israel's borders.

Solid training and innovative weapons and lots of exposure, make them one of the most deadly.

1. On 27 June, an Air France plane with 248 passengers had been hijacked by two members of the Popular

Front for the Liberation of Palestine.

The flight, which had originated in Tel Aviv with the destination of Paris, was diverted

and was landed at main airport of Uganda.

The Ugandan government supported the hijackers, and dictator Idi Amin personally welcomed them.

Operation Entebbe took place at night.

Israeli transport planes carried 100 Sayeret Matkal commandos over 4,000 km to Uganda for

the rescue operation.

All the hijackers, three hostages and 45 Ugandan soldiers were killed, and 11 Soviet-built

MiG-17s and MiG-21s of Uganda's air force were destroyed.

2. In mid-August 2007, Israeli commandos from the Sayeret Matkal reconnaissance unit dressed

in Syrian uniforms covertly raided the suspected Syrian nuclear facility and brought nuclear

material back to Israel.

Once material was tested and confirmed to have come from North Korea and radioactive

traces were found, Israel took out the facility with an airstrike.

The SEALS undergo exhaustive training and are supplied with some of the most high tech equipment.

The SEALS have advantages over others because of the unparalleled US military budget, which

provides them with training in every geographical & climate scenario.

The US has been active in wars around the globe since the Cold War, providing the SEALS

with actual battlefield experience and exposure to many complex scenarios.

1. On 1 to 2 May 2011 SEALS undertook the covert operation codenamed Operation Neptune Spear,

under the CIA's authority, and killed Osama bin Laden, leader of the terrorist organization Al Qaeda.

The seals were able to infiltrate the military city of Abbottabad undetected and were able

to carry out the main objective, as well as collect valuable data from the compound which

were instrumental in taking out high value Al Qaeda targets later.

2. MV Maersk Alabama, a cargo ship was seized by pirates 240 nautical miles off the coast

of Somalia, in waters notorious for piracy.

After a confrontation with the crew, 4 of the hijackers fled in the ship's lifeboat,

taking Captain Richard Phillips with them as hostage.

Navy Seals operators flew non-stop from Virginia to the Horn of Africa.

The leader of the pirate group was lured onto the USS Braindridge, on pretext of negotiation

and was disarmed.

When the first opportunity appeared 3 SEALS's snipers fired simultaneously, killing all

3 pirates at once with headshots.

Captain Phillips was then successfully rescued.

SAS is the most highly trained unit in the world.

Colonel David Sterling created them during World War 2 with one purpose, to destroy the

Nazi war machine.

All Special Forces base their training off the SAS training.

A SAS operative is unique, as each person is also trained by MI-5 and MI-6 for in-depth

counter-espionage, apart from tactical training.

1. During the World War 2, in 15 months the SAS destroyed over 250 aircraft, dozens of supply

dumps, wrecked railways and telecommunications and put hundreds of Nazi vehicles out of action

and also killed a massive number of enemy soldiers.

2. On 30 April to 5 May 1980, a group of 6-armed men stormed the Iranian embassy in South Kensington,

London and took 26 people hostage.

After failed negotiation, on day 6, the government ordered the SAS to conduct an assault and

Operation Nimrod was initiated to rescue the hostages.

Shortly afterwards, SAS commandos dropped down from the roof of the building and forced

entry through the windows.

During the 17-minute raid, they rescued all but one of the remaining hostages, and killed

5 of the 6 hostage-takers and captured one.
