Wayne Dyer: Inspiration is Not Motivation ( Wayne Dyer Inspiration ) - Duration: 12:50.
So that if motivation is getting ahold
of an idea and taking this idea to its
logical conclusion and not letting
anything interfere with that that's
motivation and we say a motivated person
doesn't allow obstacles to show up in
their life and doesn't allow for anyone
to interfere with them and it's really
highly directed towards a particular
goal so motivation is getting a hold of
an idea and carrying it out and we want
to think of ourselves as motivated and I
think it comes from within if that's
what motivation is inspiration is the
exact opposite inspiration is when an
idea gets a hold of you and takes you
where you were originally intended to go
in the first place it's very different
than motivation the great playwright
Arthur Miller most of you had to read
one of his plays at one time or another
in high school or in college
definitely salesmen being of course one
of the most famous the crucible and so
on Arthur Miller was passed away
recently but he was 88 years old and he
had another play on Broadway at the age
of 88 and he was asked a question in an
interview in the New York Times are you
working on another play and his answer
really intrigued me he said then I don't
know but I probably am
now I think that there's a really very
astute observation and people ask me if
I'm working on another book I often say
the same thing I probably am that
there's something bigger there's
something that is greater in our lives
and when we connect to it we allow it to
take us where we were intended to go
when we signed up for this whole visit
in the first place called our
incarnations into being a human form for
this little parenthesis in eternity just
a little parenthesis and eternity I have
one of my very favorite observations of
this subject about inspiration from
story written about a man named Wolfgang
Amadeus what Mozart of course from an
essay where madness is like he's only
nurse it's gone it seems it would be
composer came to Mozart seeking his
advice how do I write symphony yeah
poster replied well you're young yet I
think you should begin by composing the
us the young man was greatly annoyed and
exclaimed but you were writing
symphonies when you're only nine years
old yeah Mozart responded but I didn't
ask anyone how to do it
now the writer of this essay goes on to
say that the most agonizing thing about
this little Mozart story is that Mozart
was not speaking from inflation but from
simple truthful modesty the reason
Mozart didn't have to ask anyone how to
write symphonies is that symphonies
presented themselves to him invented
enlarged produced all at once in what he
described as lively dreams dreams that
were so forceful that Mozart had to stop
doing what he was doing otherwise and
write out what he heard almost as if
something beyond Mozart's consciousness
desired these symphonies to be written
now that is very very powerful teaching
that these great symphonies that Mozart
wrote presented themselves to him and he
couldn't stop it do you know you don't
have to be a motor to be in spirit you
can you can find your calling by just
being willing to listen or just being
willing to be someone who knows that it
may not be in the writing of a of a
symphony that you're calling that you're
called to it could be anything it could
be the adoption of a child it could be
the creation of something that you've
known you wanted to write for your whole
life or to be opening up a business it
could be raising horses out in Montana
it could be anything that you are called
to do so that the awareness that I'm
asking you to look at is that there is
there is something that is calling you
and when an idea gets ahold of you you
get into this place of surrender well
you just you let go and the recovery
movement we've always called it - you
let go and what and your left side you
allow this great spirit to be something
that is you
in such a way that it becomes this thing
bigger than your life that propels you
into directions that you're willing to
listen to but you got to have you got to
change your awareness of yourself as
Maslow said and one of the ways that you
change your where where this of yourself
is to understand a very simple a very
simple premise think of an apple pie
here's an apple pie and this apple pie
you take this apple pie and you take a
slice of this apple pie and you put it
over here and then you walk over to the
slice and you say to the apple pie the
slice of apple pie what are you like
what have you like and the little slice
of apple pie says I must be like what I
came from you wouldn't expect it to be
pineapple you wouldn't expect it to be
cherry you would expect it to be like
what it came from right so why is it
that we understand this and yet we don't
understand that we too must be like what
we came from we must be we are we are
pieces of God we came from a divine
source we have to we have to trust in
our divinity we have to understand that
we are not this package of bones and
skin encapsulating you know these
internal organs but that's not who we
are that's what we call the false self
it's an illusion that who we really are
is what we came from and what we came
from is eternal it's infinite it's kind
it's unlimited
it is excludes no one so that if we
understand that we are really here as
spiritual beings just having a human
experience not the other way around
we're not human beings having a
spiritual experience it's the other way
around we our essence is our greatness
what we came from we must be like what
we
came from I've just taken up this new
practice
it's called yoga now I'm 65 years old
and I've decided that there are certain
things that I was told that I couldn't
do at earlier stages of my life that
I've decided I'm taking on I don't care
what my age is or what anybody else is
so what mrs. McConnell told me in the
sixth grade at Marquette elementary
school in Detroit that you don't have to
come to art class it's really not for
you you can go dribble basketballs maybe
but you don't want to come to our excuse
especially because he saw some of my
stick drawings
that's a I was pretty proud of and then
there was mr. Tubbs at Denby High School
in Detroit who when I turned in my first
drawing in drafting class I didn't know
drafting was I just saw find they threw
it they threw me in there just like for
the school was so overcrowded it was my
elective and I turned in my first
drawing and he asked me the question do
you have a little sister like in the
third grade because she perhaps is the
one that did this way that was my whole
view of my artistic ability I'm out
there painting now I'm doing painting
and I'm also doing yoga all right
and I've learned some things about
myself in in the process of doing this
like the last time I touched my forehead
to my ankles I think I was four months
old and I'm getting closer now I'm not
there all right but I'm getting a little
bit closer each time I do one of these
poses I find myself a little bit and
that I had a set a sort of a semi belief
that I couldn't touch my toes while
sitting up straight with my back
straight up and sitting down and touched
my toes without my knees bending and I
back straight up and sitting down and
touched my toes without my knees bending
and I kept each day going in there and
not being able to do that the knees were
up and the instructor said you can do
this and I said well it doesn't seem
like my body agrees with with that but
it would be and so he came over and he
said now I'm going to show you that you
really can do this now keep your back
straight and he took his foot and he
went like this down on my knees and my
knees went on and I was sitting up for
the first time I had ever been able to
do it was like a change in attitude a
shift a belief system that I no longer
was hanging on to and that's what we
have to do there's no it doesn't matter
what your age is it doesn't matter what
your beliefs have been it doesn't matter
what other people have tried to convince
you of in the past when you move into
spirit and having no way that I have the
capacity to be able to do this you leave
behind the false self and the false self
is really nothing more than this ego
look you came from a divine place a
divine place that is unlimited that says
you can be anything you put your
attention on and then you bought into a
whole series of beliefs that were handed
to you by very well-meaning people
attempting to convince you that you had
limitations that you couldn't through
this that this wasn't possible and I'd
like to suggest to you that you took on
something called an ego e.g Oh an ego
you came in from divinity you came in
from a place of unlimited you show up
and you
edged God out e.g oh and when you edge
got out it doesn't mean that you're
sacrilegious it doesn't mean that you're
not a moral person it means that you
think on a belief system that says Who I
am is no longer this infinite divine
being who can step outside and observe
this body and believe that it can make
it do whatever I put my attention on and
use it to have the same powers that is
spoken about him in the New Testament
even the least among you can do all that
I have done and even greater things it's
isn't within each and every one of us
except that we bought into an idea that
who we are is what we have who we are is
what we do
who we are is what other people think I
am Who I am
is separate from everybody else Who I am
is separate from what I would like to
attract into my life and who I am is
separate from my source and we believe
in this separation and we believe in
this identity that Who I am is what I
have so we start accumulating we
accumulate and accumulate and accumulate
the problem is that when you stop
accumulating in s who you are is what
you accumulate then you have no value as
soon as your things start to disappear
as soon as they wear out as soon as
somebody else takes them as soon as the
government taxes them as soon as any
number of things who I am is what I do
if you no longer can do then you aren't
you no longer exist
Who I am is my reputation and we raise
our children often to believe that
what's most important is what other
people think of you fit in do what do
what you've been told to do do what the
crowd does follow the herd and you know
what happens what you step in when you
follow the herd
you

Kate Middleton and Prince William Use Prince George's Baptism For Revenge Snub on Senior Royals - Duration: 4:41.
Attention, everyone, my parents, Mr. and Mrs. William Wales, are at it again.
What are they doing now, you ask, possibly while rolling your eyes?
The answer is, Trying to look like all of you.
I, Prince George Alexander Louis, third in line to the throne, cannot yet speak, but
I know what is going on, and let me tell you, people, it aint pretty, to use an American
colloquialism.
My mother and father, Kate Middleton and Prince William to the rest of the world, are desperate
to look like all of you.
You have no idea the ridiculous antics.
In private, they role play with accents.
Some days they speak cockney while pretending their impeccable designer wardrobe is in need
of repair and they act as if they are ironing and sewing patches on things.
Other times, they pretend they are American, and when they have had a few cocktails, they
act like they are the Beverly Hillbillies, call our swimming pool a cement pond
while watching Here Comes Honey Boo Boo, and trying to make an alleged food item called
sketti. Honestly, I just want to cry, and because I am a baby, I do.
They summon the governess to try and soothe me, but she cannot, so I just wail and wail
hoping someone will decipher my cries and send me to live with some other royal family,
perhaps the one in Sweden.
They seem pretty low key and are rarely in the press.
Anyway, the latest brouhaha is in regards to my upcoming christening.
My mother and father are pretty spoiled, Mother especially, and they want to exclude my great
aunts and uncles from the guest list because Mother has to curtsy to them, but they do
not have to curtsey to her, or some such rot.
In the end, Mother is a commoner, not blood royalty like my relatives and I, so of course
she should curtsey, even to me, but she never does because I am her son so she thinks it
unnecessary.
The entire family has their royal knickers in a twist because of a select few being excluded
from the party, but publicly everyone is saying there is no rift, everything is fine, my relations
are happy, and my aunts and uncles have other things to attend that day.
My Aunt Anne has an engagement, my Aunt Sophie has an engagement, and my uncles Edward and
Andrew are being typically male about the fracas and keeping their gobs shut.
Truth be told, Aunt Anne, Aunt Sophie, and Mother find each other detestable and they
do not get on well at all, which is the real reason Mother told Father that Aunt Anne and
Aunt Sophie were not to be invited, and Father does everything Mother tells him to do.
The baptism is going to be held at this ancient building that King Henry VIII built called
the Chapel Royal in St. James Palace.
Some call it beautiful but it is so old if more than one person at a time were to sneeze
while inside, it would collapse.
Most of the royal buildings are this way (the curtains inside Buckingham Palace have moth
holes), but no one knows because the public is only allowed to see certain areas.
At any rate, the royal baptism will take place in this tiny building that Mother talked Father
into utilizing just so she would have an excuse to have a short guest list.
Father liked the idea of using the chapel because it felt private, therefore, normal,
whatever that means.
I think he means, common.
He says he wants to be able to do what most of the world does and not have press cameras
capture his every waking moment.
I am in agreement with his sentiment, but the notion of being common and normal simply
cannot happen since we are neither.
The outfit my stylist chose for me today cost more than most Americans earn in a month,
but I digress.
Mostly, I just wanted to let everyone know Mother and Father are not only trying to aim
for normalcy again, but they will keep trying, they will continue failing, and I will live
a life of perpetual shame because of it.

Uncovered Secret Documents Reveal Outline For Dismantling Unions - Duration: 10:47.
Mary apparently what happens in Wisconsin doesn't stay in Wisconsin, and that is not
necessarily good news.
I guess sometimes it is, but in this instance not necessarily good news for the rest of
the country.
Tell us about the Bradley Foundation before you talk about their expansion, what have
they been doing in Wisconsin?
The Milwaukee based Lynde and Harry Bradley Foundation is sort of a little known institution
for people outside of the state.
If you've heard of them at all, you've heard of them perhaps because they're big backers
of the school voucher movement, the school choice movement, that they were essential
to getting the first school choice laws passed in Wisconsin many moons ago, and they also
helped expand it to cover religious schools to that taxpayer money here in the state of
Wisconsin can go to both private and religious schools in the form of vouchers.
We now have this very huge document dump and document trove of behind the scenes grant
giving at the Bradley Foundation and we find out that not only were they essential to building
a huge right wing infrastructure in the state of Wisconsin but they talk about it that way,
they talk about it in terms of building an infrastructure and that infrastructure includes
respected dynamic leadership, which we like to just call those ALEC politicians, folks
that come out of the American Legislative Exchange Council with cookie cutter corporate
backed bills.
They also fund think tanks, they fund investigating journalism which is really sort of more of
attack dog media, they fund opposition research, that's an interesting funding category.
They fund legal components to backup all the activities that are going on and the list
goes on and on.
They have this infrastructure that they've built in Wisconsin of all these aspects and
of course their big success story, and they talk about it that way, was the passage of
Act 10, which is Scott Walker's union busting bill which sparked mass protests in 2011 and
2012.
And we should say, the privatization schemes essentially coming out of Milwaukee in terms
of those schools came under some scrutiny when Betsy DeVos got, if I'm not mistaken,
when she was up for secretary of education because she had a hand in that as well didn't
she?
Yes, the documents show that Bradley Foundation worked hand in hand with the DeVos groups
to fund certain key operatives and key lawyers in this whole school choice movement, including
a fellow named Clint Bullock out of state of California who's now a Supreme Court Justice
there.
But he led a lot of the litigation involving school choice from state to state.
The Bradley Foundation is also interested in going after Blaine Amendments, which is
a technical term for those constitutional provisions in states that prevent tax payer
money to going to religious institutions.
They're still very active on this front of school choice, which in some sense you would
expect.
It's been a signature issue of theirs, they've been promoting it left, right and center,
but what we found out by pulling back the curtain is that their agenda is really much,
much broader than that.
They want to "neutralize teacher's unions" because they see them as an opposition element
to this agenda.
It's very true that public school teachers are really alarmed when corporations come
up with cash for kids schemes and want to privatize public education, so they have been
pushing back on this privatization agenda.
But more than that, they're not just going after teacher's unions, they're going after
all sorts of unions.
They call it, they want to "de-fund big labor" in order to de-fund a pillar of the left.
Their real agenda behind the scenes is a much more aggressive agenda with partisan overtones,
what is labor?
Labor is the on the ground army of the Democratic party.
If you de-fund labor what are you doing?
You're trying to cripple the Democratic party in state after state.
One of the more interesting pieces of material that Bradley has created is a little video
where they keep talking about, 'We want to keep our Great Lakes blue and our states
Red,' and really these 56,000 documents opened a window into that agenda.
Who is Lynde and Harry Bradley?
Who are these people?
Who are these people?
Well most people don't now them because they have passed on.
They were inventors back in the early 1900's, they started the Allen-Bradley company which
was really instrumental in creating early electronics pieces like resistors that could
be used in machines and factories across the United States.
Their wealth of the Allen-Bradley corporation came from government contracts, they boomed
after World War One, they boomed after World War Two because these electronic products
were essential to the war effort.
The brothers were quite conservative, Harry was a John Bircher in the early days, he made
the John Birch spokes folks to come speak to his workers at the Allen-Bradley factory,
so really a very conservative person.
They created a charitable institution in 1942, which was transformed into the Bradley Foundation
in 1985 when the Allen-Bradley company was sold to Rockwell International and it went
from being a tiny foundation to a giant, 290 million foundation.
Today it's almost 900 million dollar foundation and is one of the most important right wing
funders in the nation that most people don't know about.
Wow, and where do they get their money?
They got it from the Allen-Bradley company.
They were the originators and owners of the Allen-Bradley company.
I see, so they just have an ongoing pile of money that continues to earn interest and
whatnot?
Well they sold the company to Rockwell, it's sort of a part of Rockwell International.
Now the foundation is separate and independent and it's a 900 million dollar institution.
Wow.
They are expanding both their presence across nationally.
Where ... I know you can't tell us, but I have to ask, where did these documents come
from?
Well it's a big mystery where these documents came from.
The Milwaukee Journal Sentinel wrote a whole big piece about it, but it came to our attention
because in October of 2016 the Bradley Foundation put out a press release saying that they had
been hacked and it became quickly apparent ... There's various analysts on all sorts
of cyber security newspapers and news letters and all these places believe that the hack
was related to the hacker who hacked the DNC.
They thought it had some of the same signature elements of the hacker who hacked the DNC.
It's a mystery why this hacker would have hacked the Bradley Foundation, but these materials
were put into the public arena and we were interested in the policy that the materials
revealed.
We've been taking a look at some of the Bradley institution's policies that we've been backing,
including going from state to state to state to de-fund labor unions, but there's other
policy items here as well.
I want to talk about those other policy items and I want to talk about their attacks on,
or I should say their promotion of climate change denial.
But lastly, let me just ask you this before we take the break, were these guys hacked
while Scott Walker was still in the primary?
Or was this well after that?
They became publicly available.
I don't know the details of any of this, but they became publicly available in October
of 2016.
Amongst the many things that the Bradley Foundation does is it does invest in policy related to
foreign affairs, it does invest in policy related to Russia, it does invest in policy
related to cyber security.
Also, the foundation's head, Michael Grebe is an extremely prominent person, an extremely
prominent Republican here in the state of Wisconsin, he used to be the Chief Attorney
of the Republican National Committee and he was Walker's campaign chairman.
He was a head of a philanthropic foundation and Walker's campaign chairman for many, many,
many years and he gave up his seat at the RNC convention in order to protest the nomination
of Trump.
There's a lot of interconnections here and perhaps some of those facts explain the hack.
All right, well we're gonna take a break and when we come back we will turn our attention
to those projects that the Bradley Foundation intends to engage in outside of Wisconsin,
including a tax on public sector unions, including funding of climate change denialists and a
lot more.
We gotta take a quick break, we'll be right back with Mary Botarri from PRWatch.org.
We'll be right back after this.

Kellyanne Conway Blames Democrats For Republican Healthcare Bill Hurting Veterans - Duration: 4:11.
Kellyanne Conway, counselor to Donald Trump ... Whatever the hell that actually means
... Has said that one of the reasons that the American Health Care Act is so bad is
because of the Democrats.
You heard that right.
Kellyanne Conway is blaming some of the bad things about the ACHA on the Democratic party,
specifically the fact that we're going to be looking at tens of thousands of US veterans
that are going to be kicked off their health insurance plans.
Because, you know, a lot of those people who come back from these wars end up with pre-existing
conditions.
If you've had a body part blown off, or ever taken a bullet in your body, or if you have
PTSD, you know what those are considered?
Pre-existing conditions.
Those people are now losing subsidies to help pay for their health insurance, and Kellyanne
Conway thinks that the fault of that lies with the Democratic party because, as she
recently told reporters, where the hell were the Democrats when soldiers, veterans, were
dying, waiting for care from the VA?
Now, we've all heard those stories about the long waits with the VA, people being denied
care, the paperwork, the horrible system that they had in place.
Yes, people did die as a result of the fact that they could not get in to see a doctor.
But Kellyanne Conway, your plan here, your Republican plan, is literally doing the same
thing except now these people don't have to worry about waiting to get into the doctor
because they're not even going to have health insurance to go get in line.
Furthermore, and here's the thing you gotta understand.
All those problems with the VA actually started when we had a Republican president and a Republican
Congress.
They got worse when we had a Republican House and a Republican Senate, but a Democratic
president who, essentially, at that point, is powerless to do anything if the House and
the Senate don't act on it.
You want to sit there and blame the Democrats for the failures of your party's health care
bills and the failures of the veterans' administration?
Then you need to go back and look at a timeline and look at who was in charge of what when
those problems occurred.
Walter Reid Memorial Hospital.
That was under George W. Bush and a Republican-controlled House and Senate.
All those long lines, long waits ... Guess what?
Republicans controlled the legislative branch of government.
They had the power to do something, Kellyanne.
Your party did.
You chose not to.
You chose to turn a blind eye to the people that you sent off to an unwinnable, unjustified
war and then you wouldn't even take care of them when they came home.
You did this to them.
Your Republican party did this to them.
Make no mistake about it.
And now you're sitting here trying to blame the Democratic party because suddenly you
found out that the alleged pro-troop party is going to get even more of the United States
veterans killed or deny them health care for no other reason than you wanted to give a
little bit more money to millionaires and billionaires.
Hang that around your head, Kellyanne, and wear it proudly every day because that is
the only accomplishment that your party has had in recent years.
Throwing millions of people including tens of thousands of veterans off of their health
care plan, and then somehow, in your twisted little brain, convincing yourselves that it's
the Democrats' fault.

And That's Why We Hate Him | MERRY MAIDENS EP. 5 - Duration: 4:19.
-You know what surprises me?
Is why Marian is even talking to Sheriff.
I can't believe he even showed his face at our party.
-I thought you didn't think about Marian anymore.
-Well maybe it's just an observation.
-Mhmmm...
-Mhmm!
-You should be careful with Sheriff, though.
He'll actually try and get you kicked out.
You already have strikes.
-Meh, the worst he can do
is get me on probation.
And besides
he's not gonna say anything.
He likes having me around.
He thinks he can get under my skin, and I think it's kinda cute.
-Just...
be careful.
-They can't actually build the stadium, right?
Like Dean Johnson is just the interim dean, he's not the real dean.
-Well, yeah, but I think he can still make changes.
I mean they've been talking about the stadium for a really long time
so...
it'll probably still happen.
-OHMAHGAH there are still cookies!!!
[yasssss]
-I don't know whether to be happy or insulted.
-Wait, is there still pizza?
-Just pineapple.
-Never mind.
-Okay, so like I get that Sheriff sucks
but what did he do to you?
You haven't actually told me.
[oooh intrigue!]
-Y'all ready?
-Once upon a time in a faraway land called Nottingham
there lived a kickass girl called Robin.
When Robin first arrived at Nottingham
to do her schooling as her parents and grandparents before her
she was your typical studious overachieving student
who cared like way too much what everybody thought about her
-Nerd!
-Excuse me.
-Sorry.
-Her freshman year, she decided to join student government
where she met the lovely Marian.
[Ooh la la]
Marian and Robin became really good friends
an it clearly made Sheriff very jealous he was
like low key in love with her.
He even said that he wanted to win her over.
Whatever that means.
So, when Robin proposed throwing Marian an epic birthday party
Sheriff said that he would throw some cash at us
to make it extra special.
Well
Robin did not trust him. Nor like him.
But, she wanted to make sure Marian
had a great birthday.
And let me just tell you
It was an epic party.
There was a wall of doughnuts.
There were root beer kegs all over
because Marian loves the idea of a keg but does not like the idea of the beer.
Robin even invited the dance team to come over and teach everybody how to salsa and tango.
However
later
Robin got an email saying that she was no longer
allowed at student government
because she had misused student government funds.
Shocked by this
Robin said that she had no idea what they were talking about.
Turns out
Sheriff had taken money from the student
government fund to help pay for the
party because he was the treasurer.
Now nobody believed Robin
I mean, it was Sheriff's word against Robin's.
So
Marian and Robin, they grew apart
Marian dated other people Robin lost her chance
And Sheriff
never confessed to his crime.
And that's why we hate him.
-There was no evidence against him?
-That's actually how I met Robin.
She enlisted me with my hacking skills.
to see if I could find anything anywhere.
But he covered his tracks really well.
-Yeah, whatever Sheriff is planning
this time he is not gonna get away with it.
That was close.
-Yeah, it was a nice shot.
[gotta get those cookies]
