File Sharing is Illegal - Duration: 5:04.

HEY TRIPPSTERS

this is kind of a subject that i, have thought about for a while

that i haven't covered

but

i wanted to talk about it

and hopefully

i don't bore the hell out of

but this is about file sharing

ok now,

as you guys know

my Garth website

has been pretty much destryed

i had to take everything off of it

other than the information

all the information is still there but,

there's no music there's no videos

nothing like that

and that's because that

i got turned in

for online streaming

and

even though the people were really nice and said listen, that's streaming, you need to stop

i did

the thing is

streaming without copyright

is actually illegal

and in my situation

they were nice about it

because

i didn't realize what i was doing

i didn't realize it was streaming

ok

here's the thing though

sharing files online

is also illegal

and by sharing, what i mean is

sending copies of stuf

to people, be it an mp3,

a video

a concert

anything

that you would send, online

that you don't actually own the copyright to

that is file sharing, and that is actually illegal

ok

i know there are a lot of people out there that are looking for

garth perfomances

and i had quite a few of those on my site

but i had to take them down

because of the whole, you know, threatening to get sued and stuff

but there are still people out there, that are still sharing

probably some of those very files

my best advice to you would be

don't share files

because it is illegal

ok

now

if you're gonna do it anyway

my best advise would be

first of all be careful

because

you can get anything

sent to your computer ok

and just have it destryed with some kind of virus

ok but

secondly

be careful who you share files with

and by that i mean, be careful who you send them to

but even more careful, who you get them from

ok because

i know of

a few places where people share files

and while most of those people are pretty legible people

and they would never say or do anything

that would hurt you

i also happen to know

through personal experiance

that sometimes the very people that aresending you

those files illegally

are just gonna

turn around and turn you in

if they see you sharing it with someone

or sharing it with the world or whatever you may be doing with t

i don't know why they choose to do it

but they do turn people in

so

you know

just

your best advice is to not share files at all

but the second best advice is if you're gonna

be careful who you get them from

because you don't wanna end up in trouble

just because

somebody, the very same somebody that sent you those files

decided

they don't like you anymore

or they have an issue with you

and they decide to turn you in

even though they're the very ones who sent you those files

so

like i said, best advise is don't

file share

online

well don't file share at all

but

you know, just be careful who you get involved with online

because it could wind up coming back, to bite you in the ass

because according to what i have read

yes

sharing files online is just as illegal

as streaming online without having a liscence or a copyright to do so

so, you know, just, take it from personal experiance

just be carefu;

i mean, i love all you guys and i don't want any of you to get in trouble

and iwould never do anything to stab you in the back

but there are people out there that will

that's gonna do it for now

this is

ICEPETS QUEEN

and i am

How much is Lenovo K6's Power? - Duration: 5:23.

Hey Guys welcome to another episode of the Technicalet and today we are going to be talking

about the new Lenovo K6 Power So here is the Lenovo K6 Power which looks

really different from its predecessors and to be very honest I kinda like this look far

better.

Plastic backed lenovo phones became very cliched looking and lacked any uniqueness.

So this full metal body, more than usual curve on the sides and a good amount of weight really

gave this phone a good start.

Along with the camera flash and the fingerprint reader, we also have the dual speakers on

the back with a little Lenovo Branding.

The volume rocker and power buttons are on the right side while the sim slot on the left.

The top portion houses a 3.5mm jack and also the micro usb slot for charging.

The K6 power has a beautiful 5 inch full hd ips display which performs really well until

it's hit by direct sunlight where it really sucks.

So if you are going to be always out with your phone, i hope this won't be a deal breaker.

Now let's check out the back for a moment where we see a very non subtle Lenovo Branding,

the camera which we will come back to and the fingerprint sensor.

The fingerprint sensor has become so common in most phones on this range there is not

much to say here except that it is very snappy and can take the fingerprint even if the finger

is placed reluctantly or doesn't fit the sensor properly.

Next let's talk about the speakers and this is one of the best features of having these

Lenovo phones that comes with Dolby Atmos.

The sound is incredible hear it for yourself.

I have nothing to say about that.

Its really good.

Okay so back to the camera.

The K6 houses a 13MP primary camera with 1080p video recording capabilities.

The camera also has a handful of features including something called Smart composition

that guides you to make a better photo composition.

There is also Triaxial Levelling, HDR, Slow Mo, Timelapse and a lot.

The slow mo is quite good and i like this one better here than the new Redmi Note 4.

I also like the Manual mode in the K6 power better where it makes customization of the

composition really explicit and gives a huge array of controls which the Redmi Note 4 lacks.

The front camera also is really good with a 8 Megapixel sensor and capturing really

sharp images and has beautify feature that i have no clue does what.

So let us go deep now, inside the chassis there is a 1.4Ghz Qualcomm Snapdragon 430

Octa core Processor and 3GB of memory.

There is around 32Gb of internal storage which is expandable to a theoretical 128 gigs and

the graphics is powered by a Adreno 505 GPU.

It is running an almost stock version of the Android 6.0 Marshmallow which works really

smooth and is generously customisable which makes the phone a delight for personalizations.

You can even choose the quick short cuts will be 3,4 or 5 columns.

Lenovo has also finally fixed the recent apps button for all those who have used the vibe

series would know how inconvenient it was.

The K6 has quite a fulfilled theme section but it no where matches with Mi's themes

that gives you even some dynamic ones.

There is an additional settings menu item on the settings menu which takes you to a

number of wonderful features like Scene Mode which is basically a glorified silent feature

and something more useful like the custom button which i found very cluttered.

You also will get a secure zone feature which lets you basically have another user or set

of apps in the same phone and can be separately locked with a fingerprint.

Playing Games is a delight in this phone.

Did not find any noticeable lags or delays.

The graphics looked quite good as well.

The dolby atmos sound again here compliments and enhances the experience quite a bit and

makes gaming feel overall much more immersive even with or without headphones.

For benchmarks check out a separate but short video i have made.

So for my final verdict i have to say that i really would recommend this phones to people

who would be able to take advantage of all the features and students who would probably

love the scene mode.

Camera enthusiasts would probably love the phone for the camera and its Manual Mode.

On the negative side the metal body of the phone though feels really prone to scratches

without any skin or case that would protect it.

Moreover the display which kind of fails to stand out under harsh daylights.

Overall the Lenovo K6 is a good all round performer and a huge improvement from the

previous ones and you should maybe really check it out specially in the price point

of around 10K INR or around 150 Dollars.

10 Most Famous Underwater Ancient Cities in The World - Duration: 7:07.

10.

Canudos Brazil

This small Brazilian town has got a quiet a history.

There were suspicions that a preacher named Antonio the Counselor was organising an uprising

with poor farmers and slaves against the government.

After about a year of struggle with a few successes impressive resistance, when the

uprising came to an end on 5th October 1897, story goes that there was only one child,

one old man and two adults left.

Decades later a dam was built near the town to deal with droughts but in the 1970s it

ended up flooding what remained of the place.

Today the revolutionary town lies at the pit of a man-made lake.

9.

Tyno Helig Wales

Regarded as Wales' Atlantis, Tyno Helig is sometime considered part legend and part

of it is based on reality.

The story goes that a lord's daughter fell in love with a common man.

The man wanting to be with his love and he made a plan.

He stabbed a nobleman on his back and stole his gold collar.

He came before the lord and told him that he won the collar in a fair fight and married

the woman he loved.

On the night after the wedding the noble man's ghost came and cursed the couple.

Generations later the curse started to take effect when the waves slowly gulped the castle

where they lived.

Today some say the castle tops are sometimes seen peeking out from the water.

8.

Willow Grove USA

Located in the murky depths of Dale Hollow Lake, the once thriving town – Willow Grove

got its name from the trees that bordered the area.

The town had everything you'd expect to see in a town, church, grocery store and apparently

one of the largest schools in the area.

During the World War most of the men went to the frontiers and died.

Soon the government set their eyes on the picturesque place and began building dams.

Later the area got flooded and today bows the Willow Groves sit in the bottom of a crystal

clear lake.

7.

Dunwich England Dunwich was a port city and was once a religious

centre where Christians came to set off for the Crusades.

Now a tiny fishing village with only over a 100 people, Dunwich was once the 10th largest

city in England almost as big as London today.

For long the city had been dealing with rough weather and at one point it resulted in serious

erosion.

By the 15th century the once thriving city with its cathedrals, houses, and port structures

was washed under water.

6.

Doggerland North Sea In ancient times, the Doggerland was home

to Mesolithic tribes in the North Sea.

Now a mere speck, once they were a continuous mass of land joining England with Europe about

20,000 years ago.

Historians call the Doggerland the north's Garden of Eden where life (both human and

animal) was on its full swing, until the sea level started rising and swallowed large chunks

of the land masses.

Before the flooding, Doggerland was largely occupied with fishermen and hunters.

5.

Baiae Italy

An ancient Roman city that was something like the vacation homes of the rich and fabulous.

Sitting on a series of volcanic vents, the city had a number of hot springs and this

constant source of water was partly responsible in making the place popular.

When the water started to rise, fate of Baiae kind of became inevitable.

Its visitors found new cities to splurge their golds on.

A great number of ruined monuments are found including the Pisonian villa which Emperor

Nero had seized in the first century BC from a family who had been plotting to kill him.

4.

Atlit-Yam Israel

A number of Neolithic settlements located along the Carmel coast are called the Atlit-Yam.

A sprawling site built between 7,550 and 8,000 years ago there still remain foundations of

houses and roads and wells.

The city was wiped out when a sudden Tsunami caused by a volcanic eruption swept the whole

city away.

In the middle of the city there is a devotional place where supposedly the water spirit was

worshipped.

Around 65 skeletons an remains of men, women and children who died from tuberculosis which

is believed to be one of the first mass deadly disease to sweep the ancient civilisation.

3.

Gulf of Cambay India

A fairly recent discovery, the Gulf of Cambay was discovered quiet accidentally when an

organisation was testing water bodies for water pollution.

Following its discovery historians are rethinking if this is the oldest city on Earth, older

than the Harappan and Mesopotamian city.

Human skeleton and teeth had dated the Gulf of Cambay nearly 9,500 years old.

Some even believe that the founder of Harappan civilisation were actually descendants of

Gulf of Cambay who left the city before it went under the sea.

2.

Pre-Incan Ruins in Lake Titicaca Bolivia

Lake Titicaca has got quite a mysterious air about it and many locals consider the place

sacred.

Sitting at the bottom of the lake among other things is a temple, terraces, roads around

1,500 years old pre-dating the Incas.

According to Incas lore the city was called Wanaku and was kind of a deposit bank for

stolen gold and treasures by Spanish kings but the treasures were lost in time.

After making around 200 dives, the divers from the Akakor Geographical Exploring have

recovered several artifacts like stone statues and vessels, gold fragments, bones etc.

1.

Shicheng China

The foundation of the city was laid over 1,300 years ago and the place thrived for the next

three hundred years.

The city is believed to have belonged to the Ming and Qing dynasties who started ruling

China from 1368.

Interestingly the city began to decline after efforts were made towards progress.

After the Xin'an Dam and a huge hydroelectric power station were installed.

Today sitting beneath 40 meters of water the city walls, gates and statues are magnificently

well preserved.

How Will The Month Of May Enhance Your Qi? - Duration: 4:52.

How Will The Month Of May Enhance Your Qi?

Is your Qi at full power?

Numerology Speaks: Hooray, More Energy!

Are you wanting some positive mojo around now?

The good news is that the month of May has a 5 energy.

Five, in numerology, is all about regenerating your vitality.

Qi (or chi or ki) is the Chinese word representing the life energy that resides within you.

This year (2017) has been a bit crazy-making for me, on a personal level.

Have you been feeling rundown and off centered?

This month can help us rejuvenate.

What can we do this month to encourage the process and lift our qi?

Our rather heavy-weathered, rain/cold/hot/stormy April (the 4th month) was filled with the

intense vibration of 4.

These include issues about the home, environment, politics, organization, and getting things

done.

May Promises More and Renewed Energy

Now is the promise of a sunnier, energetic and effervescent month of May.

We associate May with spring fever, flowers, and getting out of our homes and hitting the

parks.

Five, in numerological terms, is all about connecting with people, passion, entertainment,

and travel.

It is a great time of renewed energy and an opportunity to dust off the doldrums and set

out for new intentions.

Perhaps we might meet someone new or spark a romantic relationship to a higher level?

The Challenge and Lesson of 5

Five is the lesson of freedom.

Is there something that feels burdensome in your life and/or relationships?

How can you set it free or shift into a more vibrant and action-oriented resolution?

Wake up and feel your life force running through you.

It is a month for dancing, playing, entertaining, and getting involved.

It is a time of action.

Dont be afraid to show your light.

If it ends up being too much for people, tell them to wear sunglasses! ~ Gabrielle Roth

Questions to Ask Yourself

Of course, with every number, we see the challenge of it.

Do you find that there is so much to do that you have no time?

Do you feel too much responsibility and lack of freedom?

Are there many people in your life, yet you feel that you need to be alone?

Remember that these lessons are just as important as the fun you have in life.

So, it is a good time to deal with how to shift your outlook.

In other words, if you feel that you do not have enough alone time, change it!

Take a long walk in nature with yourself and go hug a tree or paint, or read.

Feel and enjoy the unique energy inside of you.

How Will You Enhance Your Qi?

There are many classes in Qi Gong, yoga, breathing techniques, dance classes you can take.

Of course, good nutrition and a healthy lifestyle is always beneficial to feed your souls

chi.

I would love to hear what you are going to do this month to enhance your qi.

Comment here, or ask questions.

I would be happy to reply.

Hidden Speed Paths in Donkey Kong Country: Tropical Freeze - Deconstructing Game Design - Duration: 9:36.

Donkey Kong Country Tropical Freeze is an amazing platformer.

The game has impressive, colourful graphics, tons of funny ideas and very challenging stages.

But while it shares all these qualities with other 2 D platformers like Rayman Legends

or New Super Luigi Bros. U – Tropical Freeze is absolutely unique regarding one particular

aspect: Every stage of the game is designed with the players speed in mind.

In Tropical Freeze the player always has two alternatives how to play a level.

He can play the level in normal speed.

That way he can take some time and search for all Puzzle Pieces, Kong Letters and sometimes

also for a secret exit.

Or he can choose the Time Attack-Mode and speedrun the level.

This is possible because every stage is cleverly designed, so that no barrier ever slows the

player down.

So, in Tropical Freeze, the player can have two completely different experiences, while

playing the exact same stage.

But how does this work?

What kinds of tricks did Retro Studio use to create levels, which work perfectly when

played fast, without lessening the fun for the average gamer?

Does this design make the game better for every kind of player?

And is there something to learn that could be useful when creating mario maker levels?

Well, you're ready?

Let's find out!

Intro

The longer I play Tropical Freeze, the more I´m impressed by it´s great design.

It must have taken Retro Studios ages to build the stages for this game.

Stages, which always work in two ways: They are great fun for beginners, but their design

is so smart, that advanced players can directly run through them without being slowed down.

To find out, how this double-concept works, we will take a look on the stage Stage Shipwreck

Shore two times.

First we will play as an average player would play it, who sees the stage for the first

time.

And then we will play it as fast as possible.

So let´s start as average player: The first thing we realize, is that the game offers

us different options to choose from.

We can go backwards and find a Puzzle Piece.

We can take this bomb and learn a new skill.

Or we can dive and find bananas.

At this thornbush the game forces us to learn a new skill for the first time - how to climb

on this vine.

But soon after we can decide again: Do we want to dive under the ship and find the second

Puzzle-Piece or do we want to practice the high jump and enter the ship?

So the average player always gets many chances to leave the linear path and explore the stage.

On the ship for example we can test Dixies special skill and get the K-Letter or find

a secret-room with a hundred bananas.

But we can also decide to ignore all these challenges and fight this shark.

Tropical freeze often has additional challenges for more skilled players, small puzzles and

diverging paths which gives us a lot of freedom how we explore a stage.

So let´s stop here and take a look at a fast playthrough: We follow a linear path to get

through the stage as fast as possible.

But how did Retro Studio ensure that we never have to slow down?

Well, they mainly use five tricks, which can all be seen in this level.

First: The game always allows us to skip learning-sequences.

So here Donkey Kong doesn't have to use the newly learned vine-climbing move – he can

just jump directly over the thornbush.

Second: The stages are layouted in a way that allows our little monkey to do almost every

jump at full speed.

The third mechanic is a really important one: Retro Studio placed the enemies in Tropical

Freeze in such a strategically clever way, that they often work in two different ways.

If we play a level casually they are dangerous threats to the health of our kongs, but if

we try to get through the levels fast they often suddenly act as helpful but dangerous

platforms.

This works especially well because cycles in this game are almost never global but camera

based.

What do I mean by global cycles?

There are often enemies in the game which cycle up and down, or platforms which move.

The question is, do these platforms and enemies move while donkey kong is not close to them?

The answer in this game is: nope.

They only start to move once we are close to them.

Because of this it's possible to layout enemies and platforms in a way in which they

always align perfectly for fast movement when reached.

Let's take these penguins here, they will always walk in a way that allows to jump on

top of them perfectly, this shark will always leave the water at a moment that allows us

to roll beneath it, and these horrifying grasshoppers will always align so that it's possible

to bounce off the third one.

And then there is one last important trick: the game often allows us to skip auto scrolling

sections.

Auto-scrolling sections are areas in a level where we don't have full control over the

speed with which we move through the level.

There are often sections where the camera doesn't follow us but automatically slowly

scrolls forward.

Losing control over the speed of the game is one of the most frustrating things a game

can do to you if you try to go fast.

But luckily tropical freeze often intentionally allows our kongs to skip these parts.

This raft ride for example can easily be skipped by rolling on top of the water, and this evil

fly enemy at the end is always cycled in a way that allows us to reach the finish-barrel

without having to deal with the auto scrolling.

These tricks often add a completely new level to the actual level.

The game is incredibly consistent in giving the player a speed path, and there are even

more small tricks that ensure this.

Let's take a look on a couple more examples.

Here we skip a auto scrolling platform with a risky jump.

Often there are two enemies in a row that allow us to skip a sequence, or there are

three, and sometimes even four.

(1,2,3) Furthermore: Some enemies in the game only

exist to support Donkey Kongs speed: Have you ever wondered, why enemies fly around

here, when they get crushed by this plant anyway?4 Well they fly around, to give Donkey

Kong the chance to do this epic triple-jump.

Our well dressed ape finds useful enemies in every corner of this game.

He finds them, when he wants to overcome a bottomless pit.5 He finds them, when he wants

to get to the top as fast as possible.6 And he finds them almost always, when he wants

to skip a learning sequence.

Only sometimes Donkey Kong is confronted with the question: How do I get through a learning-sequence

quickly, when there is no useful enemy around – like in this scene from the Stage Homecoming

Hijinxs?7 Well the answer is he has to jump with Cranky onto this hidden platform and

then has to do the last jump earlier than he usually would.

Well done!

The reason retro studio designed every stage with a specific speed path is because they

added a time-attack mode to ensure its replayability.

In this mode the kong family is challenged to beat the stage in less than a set time

to earn a bronze, silver or gold medal.

The time attack mode mainly is in the game to increase its replayability and that's

the reason why the game is designed the way it is regarding speed.

But the really cool thing about this is that it makes donkey kong country tropical freeze

a better game, even for players who never try to get the gold medals for several reasons.

Most players will never play a stage optimally, but they will often encounter small parts

of the optimal route by accident.

They may miss a jump once but instead of dying they bounce to the next area in a really fast

way, or they jump on top of a couple of enemies by accident and skip a small challenge this

way.

Going fast in games feels really great, and if the game has a lot of optimized routes

through a level, players will encounter them by accident sooner or later, and they'll

feel great!

It also helps to keep the frustration in check if a player dies over and over at a specific

spot, because everytime he dies he should be able to re-reach the area where he died

faster than before.

And even if a player does not use these specific speed paths, they are often clearly recognisable

by a player and almost always more difficult to use than the average way.

Most players will realize that it's possible to skip this area by jumping on top of these

enemies when they see it and this gives our player an interesting choice.

He can either take the risk of trying the skip which rewards him by being faster and

awesome in general, or he can take the slower but safer route.

It generally helps with the replayability of stages, the levels in tropical freeze are

pretty big and there are tons of collectibles hidden within them.

Someone who wants to get 100% in the game will revisit the levels very often, and this

player will sooner or later reach a skill level in the game that allows him to move

really fast through these stages.

In a certain way the stage starts to change for a player the better he gets and in general

it makes the game more enjoyable for veteran players by adding a new challenge which doesn't

influence the experience of casual players in any way.

Okay so what can we learn from tropical freeze for designing amazing mario maker courses?

I'd really recommend everyone to play through their levels fast once before uploading them.

Often there is just a simple enemy misplaced to spin-jump on, or a small block in the path

that is preventing a stage from having a really fun speed path.

I really believe that it's important that a platformer can be played fast, and tropical

freeze nails this.

Every stage has it's own rhythm and a wonderful flow, and this is what makes tropical freeze

really stand out for me.

This and their crazy creative ideas!

I hope you enjoyed this little video, if you enjoyed it don't forget to leave me a thumbs

up and maybe you feel especially mmmmh banana today and want to hit the subscribe button

as fast as possible as well.

I hope you have a wonderful day, that retro studio is working on a new metroid game and

to see you soon.

Goodbye!

THIS IS MASSIVE! Watch Homeland Security Chairman Make Hillary GASP With 1 Word…

This wasn't supposed to get out!

This story by Paris Swade. THIS IS MASSIVE. You need to read this. The Department of Homeland Security just came out and said that Clintons actions amount to treason.

*** Seriously!. Let me repeat that the Chairman of Homeland Security just said that Clintons actions amount to treason. This is Homeland Security Chairman Mike McCaul (R-TX) and he accused Hillary of treason on Thursday morning on Fox and Friends.

WE NEED TO GET THIS OUT, PATRIOTS! The mainstream media is not going to push this. Hillary is a traitor to this country.

The left is trying to cover for Hillary. They are literally trying to elect a criminal to be President. *** SHOUT THIS TO THE RAFTERS!.

Its up to us to fight the mainstream media and share this. Hillary is about to be slapped with treason. Lets get this out!.

Put Hillary in prison. If we dont, this nation is too corrupt to fix. (h/t Talking Points Memo).

Jason Momoa's Aquaman Training Is Intense - Duration: 1:59.

The training regimen photos and video posts have now become pretty standard for comic

book movie stars who have go from normal action star to Super Hero... or sometimes even a

God.

Back in 2014 we reported that Ben Affleck's trainer, Rehan Jalali, who was working with

Affleck to get him into superhero shape, tweeted about the star progress, saying that he is

getting large and working very hard.

While Bat-fleck bulking up for he role of The Batman in his fight against Superman wasn't

that surprising - lately we've seen some more shocking ones in JK Simmons viral photos.

Justice Leagues' Simmons wasn't training for anything heroic - just to get back in shape.

"This is all coincidental.

After the second and final time that I got hugely fat in my life and when I lost that

weight six or seven years ago, I pretty much decided that I was going to stay in decent

shape for the rest of my life."

Justin Momoa is a different story all together - known for being in shape starting as an

model when he was 19 and then quickly moving on to acting in Baywatch Hawaii.

We've very briefly seen what he looks like more recently in Batman vs. Superman - a certainly

more bulked up and tattooed than in his previous work.

Now that he's currently filming the standalone Aquaman film, he's training even harder.
