Waching daily May 12 2017

Hello everyone!

My name is Gandalin, and welcome to another World of Warcraft guide.

Today we have another video in my series on hidden artifact appearances.

Obtaining any of these appearances will award you with the Feat of Strength called "Hidden Potential."

In this video, we'll be looking at the hidden appearances for druids.

Note that you can obtain any of these appearances regardless of your current spec.

First up is Balance.

This appearance is called Sunkeeper's Reach and is unlocked via The Sunbloom.

This gives the Scythe of Elune a fiery appearance.

This item is obtained by combining two other items.

The first is the Seed of Solar Fire.

It can be bought from the Dreamweavers quartermaster, Sylvia Hartshorn, in Val'Sharah.

You must be Exalted with the Dreamweavers in order to purchase it, and it will cost

1600 gold.

The second item is the Pure Drop of Shaladrassil's Sap, which drops from Archdruid Glaidalis

in Darkheart Thicket on any difficulty.

In order for it to drop, you must be Exalted with the Dreamweavers and have at least Artifact

Knowledge level 5.

It is not a guaranteed drop, so it may take multiple runs to get.

The best way to reach Exalted with the Dreamweavers is to start by doing all the story quests

in Val'Sharah.

This will get you to about Honored.

From there, do World Quests and Dreamweavers Emissary Quests in the zone to reach Exalted.

Now let's look at Feral.

This appearance is called Moonspirit and is unlocked via the Feather of the Moonspirit.

It turns your cat form into an owlcat.

This is the most elaborate appearance for druids to obtain.

The first thing you need to do is reach Artifact Knowledge level 4.

From then on, when you walk through the Emerald Dreamway, there is a daily chance that you

will hear a screech coming from one of three portals: the Hinterlands, Duskwood, or Feralas.

If the daily roll is successful, you will see an emote in chat that indicates which

portal it's coming from.

For example, if the screech comes from Duskwood, the emote would read, "You hear a strange

feral screech coming from the Duskwood portal."

Once you see one of the emotes, go through the indicated portal.

Once there, you'll have to search the area around the portal for an Owlcat Stone.

They are typically found near the base of trees.

Once you find one and click it you will receive the Mark of the Moonspirit buff and see another

emote that says, "You hear something dart away behind you...and then just silence."

Once you click an Owlcat Stone, you'll have to wait for another day to have a chance to

see another emote.

You'll never get the same portal twice, so it's just a matter of waiting until you've

clicked a Stone in each of the three zones.

Once you have clicked all three Stones, return to the Emerald Dreamway.

In the center of the zone you will see Ela'lothen, the Owlcat Wild God.

Shift into cat form and /sit while targeting him and the feather will be deposited into

your inventory.

Next up is the Guardian appearance which is called Guardian of the Glade.

It is unlocked via the Mark of the Glade Guardian and adorns your bear form with some fearsome

bones.

The item for this appearance drops from Ursoc in the Emerald Nightmare raid.

It drops on all difficulties, but is not guaranteed, so it may take several weeks of running the

raid to obtain it.

Finally, we have the Restoration appearance, which is called Warden's Crown.

It is unlocked via the Acorn of the Endless and give G'Hanir a feathery, owl-like appearance.

To obtain this item you must select the Evergreen upgrade to your order hall.

This allows you to plant seed in two plots in your order hall.

The seeds take 3 days to grow, and when you harvest them, there is a chance that they

will drop the Acorn.

And those are the hidden appearances for the druid artifacts.

Remember that you can get any of the hidden appearances regardless of your current spec.

And that's it for this video!

Is There a Time Limit for a Workers Comp Injury? - Duration: 1:05.

So if an individual suffers an injury at work, there's no immediate deadline for them to

file a claim with the actual Virginia workers' compensation commission.

If that individual has placed their employer on notice of the claim, that's the first immediate

need, however there is a two-year statute of limitations in Virginia.

And what that means is within two years of the date of your accident you must file a

claim with the Virginia workers' compensation commission.

Otherwise your entitlement to benefits related to that work related injury is forever barred.

I would never recommend an individual to wait to two years to file their claim for benefits.

The reason being is that you really need to get the immediate access to witnesses who

may be able to help you, you need to get the immediate access to medical providers who

may be able to help you, so that you have time on your hands to submit the evidence

that's best in your favor.

How to make Twitch emotes appear in a YouTube comment - Duration: 5:50.

What's up guys, Steve the Pancake!

Welcome to a brand new video!

Today we're gonna be doing something different.

I'm bringing you a tutorial on how you can make Twitch emotes to be visible in your comments

on YouTube.

First of all, I'll explain a bit what Twitch is like, if you don't know what it is: basically

it's a social network site and a live streaming platform where you can watch a gamer play

whatever games he chooses, which has a chat system allowing the viewers to interact with

the streamer.

So, in order to use a Twitch emote outside of Twitch, you need to install a browser extension

called "Global Twitch Emotes", designed by a dude called Melalawi.

The minimum thing to do to enable the emotes from the global category is to tick the first

box here, "Enable Global Twitch Emotes".

And we can also see that there's a second box below which allows you to show the "subscriber

exclusive" emotes, that can only be accessed if you subscribe to a Twitch channel.

Now the two last boxes are not really important, but you're free to set up the smiley type

whether you want their appearance to be like this (robot) or like that (turbo).

Once one or two of these boxes are activated, you can type in your comments the code matching

the emotes you want to use.

In my example right now, let's take...

Kappa, Kreygasm, DansGame, PogChamp, EleGiggle, MingLee, WutFace, cmonBruh... what else do

we have...

FrankerZ, PJSalt, ResidentSleeper, et cetera... et cetera et cetera.

I use these emotes a lot in my comments nowadays, that makes some sense since I became interested

in Twitch stuff but, whatever.

Right, as soon as I'm posting my comment here... you can see that the emotes are actually showing

up!!

See?

They're really showing up now.

Nevertheless, you have to pay attention to the capitalization once you learned what code

matches the emote you want to use, and for this, I've put a link in the description below

the video, so check out that link to see what are the other emotes and codes which are availa...

available in a Twitch chat.

However, if you want to use, for instance...

FeelsBadMan or LUL, like this, you have to install the BetterTTV extension, because that's

the actual key that will make them appear on your side, even when you're taking part

in a Twitch chat, too, so... keep that in mind.

And of course you can also use them on YouTube if the boxes related to the BetterTTV global

emotes are checked, here in our Global Twitch Emotes settings...

"Global emotes" and "Channel emotes".

Anyway, I think that's about it for our video today.

Subscribe to my channel and drop a like if you enjoyed my tutorial on the ability to

use Twitch emotes on YouTube.

Thank you for watching, I'm Steve the Pancake and I'll see you guys in a walkthrough video,

the Jedi Power Battles walkthrough is still not complete and I still need to finish that

up, if I get a good moment to resume working on.

Peace out!

Should I Take Car Accident Photos For An Insurance Claim? - Duration: 1:05.

I think cell phones and using them to take photos is a great way to do initial documentation.

It's always best to have an actual camera because, unfortunately, cell phones do have

limitations.

But, cell phones are a great way, if you get into a car accident and you're feeling up

to it, because, again, if you're not physically able, don't worry about it.

But, if you are physically able to take a few photos, that can be a perfect way to preserve

the scene where cars were located.

In a nursing home case, you can use photographs to document bedsores.

I've had clients do that and show me "Well, that is what the bedsore looked like this

time and then it looked like this this time, even though I am telling people and nobody

was doing anything".

Cell phone photos: it is not always ideal – cameras are better, but they can help

tremendously in helping to prove your case.

Jeep Wrangler Rugged Ridge Euro Turn Signal Light Guards (2007-2017 JK) Review & Install - Duration: 3:27.

I'm Ryan from extremeterrain.com, and this is my review and installation of the Rugged

Ridge Turn Signal Light Guards, fitting all 2007 and up JKs.

Today we're gonna talk through the installation of these light guards which is a very simple

one out of three wrench install.

These are just gonna snap over top of your factory turn signal housings, and you can

get these installed in about a half hour or less, but we'll talk more about the installation

in just a second.

We're also gonna talk through the construction and a few of the features of these light guards.

While Rugged Ridge does call these a light guard, they're not going to offer a ton of

protection to your lights.

These are going to be more of an aesthetic mod that will give your Jeep a little bit

more of that off-road safari look that some of you are after.

These are available in both the black you see here and in a polished stainless finish,

so you can get whichever one works best with your build.

Now there are a few different companies out there that are making light guards and a lot

of them are going to be fairly similar and fairly similar in price as well.

So if you already have some Rugged Ridge light guards that you're looking to match or if

you're using these as a standalone product, I think they're gonna be a really nice option

for you.

These light guards are a stamp [SP] steel material, and the black ones that you see

here come with a gloss black powder coat finish, while the polished ones, of course, have that

polished mirror finish.

These do install very, very easily on to the Jeep, there's no drilling, there's no 3M adhesive,

they really just clip in place.

They're gonna fit well and they're going to look good.

Although as I said before, I wouldn't expect to get a ton of protection from these light

guards.

As far as that installation goes, again, it is a very simple one out of three wrench install

the you can get done in about a half an hour.

The first step in the installation is going to be removing the socket and bulb assembly

from your turn signal housing, which you can do by very easily reaching in behind the grille.

Give that socket a quarter turn, you'll be able to remove it from the housing, then there

are a couple of plastic clips that you'll pinch in order to push the housing forward

and through the grille.

After that it's just a matter of taking your new light guard, snapping it over top of the

housing, and replacing the housing by pushing it in from the front of the grille, making

sure that those plastic clips reattach.

After that you'll reattach the socket in reverse order of how you removed it, just place it

in the back of the housing and give it a quarter turn, and then you're done.

Repeat on the other side and you're finished.

You won't need any tools to get this job done and anybody can do it in the driveway in about

half an hour.

These light guards come in right around $25, which I think is a pretty fair price for the

quality of what you're getting.

Now these are not going to be a functional mod, so in my opinion, I don't wanna spend

a ton of money, but I think $25 is fair.

As I said before, there are going to be a few different versions of these out there

from a couple of other companies, and they're all gonna be fairly similar, attach in roughly

the same way, and be right around the same price.

So if you're looking to match a bunch of other Rugged Ridge appearance products, these are

gonna be a pretty good option, or if you're just looking for something that's high quality

and fairly priced, I think you're looking in the right spot.

So if you're looking to change up your look of the exterior of your Jeep by using a light

guard, I think this is going to be a well-built and appropriately priced option.

So that's my review of the Rugged Ridge Turn Signal Light Guard, fitting all 2007 and up

JKs, that you can find right here at extremeterrain.com.

How Can I Avoid a Car Accident in DC? - Duration: 1:11.

Use common sense.

Be a good driver.

And by that I mean, it's just like anything else.

Look out for the other driver.

You know if you didn't take drivers ed, then if some of these tips you might not know.

But when you get your driver's license, you do get a manual.

It tells you how to be a safe driver.

It tells you what to look for.

Obey the speed limits.

Obviously, obey the signs that are posted.

Not everybody does, but always always look out for the other driver.

And look out for pedestrians and bicyclists.

In the District of Columbia, we have a lot going on our streets.

You've got cars driving and buses going up and down the streets.

You've got pedestrians walking and then you've got bicycles everywhere.

So with all that kind of activity going on around you while you're driving a car on

our streets, you have to be ever vigilant.

Don't text.

Don't talk on your phone.

Keep both hands on the wheel.

Use your blinkers.

And some of this is just common sense.

Press on the brake if you're about to come to a stop.

Don't come to a sudden stop, because you have to recognize there's somebody behind

you.

Medvedev Visits Novogorsk Training Center - Duration: 1:05.

We gathered here, on our base, in the training center in Novogorsk, in a fairly diverse composition.

Before the meeting I looked at how the center works...

Good base.

On this sports base there are all conditions for preparation for competitions

and recover from heavy physical exertion...

We must have training centers throughout the country, it is impossible to gather all in Moscow and the Moscow region.

The program for the use of the post-Olympic legacy of the 2014 Winter Olympics in Sochi is working well.

To host the World Cup in 2018, we have planned the construction of 7 football stadiums, 96 training grounds.

This is our joint work - your work, the work of the state, those persons who are responsible for sports in the country - you all know.

Of course, we will help, do not hesitate.

Opening for Workshop on Approaches to BRP Recommendations: The Case of Lynch Syndrome - Duration: 10:45.

DOUG: I would like to thank Kathy Asad

and the others on the Steering Committee

for organizing what really looks to be a very important workshop,

where some critical questions about

how to increase our ascertainment of patients

with cancer predisposition syndromes

are going to be affected.

I really would like to make a few points this morning

and to start by saying that the proposed demonstration project,

which seeks to identify as many patients with Lynch Syndrome

of those patients who are diagnosed

with new colorectal cancer or new endometrial cancer.

The projection is that that would identify

approximately 20,000 people who were at risk,

the proband, plus some relatives.

And if we believe that there are approximately

a million people in the United States,

or one in 300 people in the United States

who have this genetic predisposition,

in 10 years we would have identified

200,000 patients who were at risk,

or only one patient in five.

My own view is that this is a good start,

but I would like as part of the conference to consider:

Are there alternative approaches

that might be able to identify patients at risk

in a more rapid manner?

And I would like to essentially deal

with that in three different ways.

I was talking over the weekend with a friend of mine

who has Lynch Syndrome,

and it just brought home to me

how important family history actually is.

Because in her family,

it was thought that when she was growing up,

the concern was that cancer had arisen in her mother in her 50s.

And so her family was worried about gynecologic cancers.

It was only as a result of she and a couple of her sisters

developing cancer in their early 40s

that they went back and did a careful family assessment.

And it turned out that the genetic predisposition

actually derived from her father's family,

rather than from her mother's.

And it also turned out that,

although they hadn't realized it,

that there was a history of early cancer

in her father's family.

So I think that family history really is front and center

in our trying to understand this.

And we have the big advantage

that she did not have with her family

when they were studied in the 1980s,

of being able to genetically and molecularly identify

which people are at risk.

I think that there are two potential ways

of trying to increase the rate at which we might be able to

ascertain patients who are at risk.

One is by taking advantage of more extensive genealogy.

And there are a variety of approaches

which one could consider.

And the other, which probably is less efficient,

but might in the long run identify more people,

would be to actually screen more people,

to increase or change who would be chosen to be screened.

And, perhaps ideally,

one might think about screening people

who are in their 20s or something like that

if you were trying to identify Lynch Syndrome.

But there would be the problem of relative inefficiency.

It is far more efficient to screen people that you know

have a diagnosis of cancer and a cancer

for which patients with Lynch Syndrome are at high risk.

So those were the comments that I wanted to make.

I'm very enthusiastic about the goals of the conference

and looking forward to hearing very interesting discussion.

But I did want to just point out

that if we could do things in a faster way,

it would, I think, behoove us in terms of

being able to identify and screen more people,

thereby potentially saving more lives.

So thank you very much.

And it is my pleasure to introduce

my good friend, Lisa Richardson.

Cathy has already introduced -- told you something about Lisa.

But we have been good friends and colleagues

now since 2010 and in contrast to me,

she actually has experience with screening patients for cancer.

LISA: I'll just say, again,

thanks for the invitation to come down.

I'm glad to be in a room full of everybody

and oncologists as well.

When I first went into public health, the question was,

"What do oncologists do in public health?"

I was like, "Well, they do all kinds of things, right?"

Cancer is treatable, findable early,

but prevention really is the answer to cancer

and some of the things we're talking about today as well.

I hate technology. Sorry, I really do.

Awesome, so just hit the button?

FEMALE: Yeah, or you can hit the arrows.

LISA: I did, but it sort of paused things.

But anyway in 2010 – for the 2020 health objective,

genomics made the cut and there are two currently.

I believe these will be – I'm currently working on

the Healthy People 2030 beginning group,

but I think these will remain as two objectives.

Just quickly, and I'm not going to read this to you;

the slides are available.

But, you know,

we've been doing genomics in public health for quite a while.

And as you go down to the bottom or the left side, the 2016,

you'll see that, you know,

precision medicine really is about public health.

As Doug just said, you know,

how are we going to find people to screen?

And it really is going to be population-based or risk-based.

And those things are things that we do in public health.

CDC, we've been doing this for quite a while.

In 2003 is when we first funded some of our states,

and I think two of them are here today and tomorrow

to share some of the work that we've been doing.

But our cooperative agreement currently is through 2019.

And this is really where we're trying to use

public health methods to identify people

at risk for genomic syndromes in cancer

and to find those people through registries and other ways,

and provide testing.

Some of the things you'll hear about here,

which are very interesting,

is our Lynch Syndrome Screening Network.

And I'm not going to talk about this a lot.

We just had a workshop at CDC with Dr. Mowan Curry's group,

and I learned a tremendous amount there.

But this is one way to sort of set up a network for screening.

And I think Deb Duquette

will talk about this later during the talk.

She and a couple of others started this in Michigan.

It has about 95 institutions who are participating currently.

And so this is – you know,

I got a lot of words associated with this.

But the basic bottom line is screening

doesn't happen to just a person or a cancer.

Screening is something that happens between people,

with families, within organizations,

in particular the health care system,

the community, and policy.

How do we change policy to make these things easier?

And I think what we're going to require

with the demonstration project is, you know,

what are the evidence points

that we're going to need to make policy change?

And I'm really excited about that happening.

This is sort of my crude way of looking at this in another way.

You know, population health really does go both ways,

all the way down to the SNP level.

And the one thing I would caution us is not to forget

the person that's attached to these conditions.

And, you know, last week

at the National Academy of Science, Engineering,

and Medicine, we had – I'll get it right.

We had a workshop talking about survivorship

and, you know, not thinking of the person as the cancer,

but as the person who survived cancer

and how can we help them?

This is really the same issue.

A lot of the problems we see in the clinic are that people,

even when they find their family history,

it's still convincing them that there are actions

that can be taken to prevent cancer.

So there's a lot of things that we do

and a lot of methods that we use.

This is my last slide.

And so this really occurred to me as we had our election that,

you know, life is really like a kaleidoscope

because no matter what you do, you shake it up,

you look at it, it's the same pieces, right?

And so within this room,

I think we have a lot of the pieces

to make what Doug said true.

How can we go faster?

How can we find more people at risk and prevent cancer?

I think we have a lot of the pieces.

It's just how we shake it up

and put them back together again to make it happen.

And that would be the most efficient way to do it

in the environment that we're living in.

It's going to take some creativity,

but I think we all have that creativity.

We just need to put it to use.

And that's all I have, and thank you.

And I'm looking forward to having a wonderful conference.

And thanks again for your invitation.

What Workers' Compensation Benefits Do I Get for a Permanent Injury? - Duration: 0:59.

So, the difference in benefits in workers compensation is not an immediate difference.

For example, if you have a bad injury versus you have a slight injury, you are still going

to be entitled to the same lost wage benefits.

The difference becomes if my slight injury heals in a period of time and I have no residual

problems, then my benefits are limited to lost wage benefits.

If my injury is more significant, then I have the right to seek something called permanent

partial disability benefits, which is if I have a limitation, for example, on my arm,

my doctor is going to give me a rating for that limitation on my arm and that is a benefit

that I would be entitled to because my arm did not go back to the same position as it

was before the accident.
