I made it by request from my viewers.
Detailed list of all needed items is in the description of this video.
First, cut a proper rectangle from thick paper.
Fold it in half.
First, make a circle from a paper strip.
Pull it from the needle.
Release it a little. It should be less tight.
Secure it by using glue.
Press it from the sides to make an eye shape.
Do the same with green strips.
Cut a strip from brown paper. 1cm x 20cm.
Fold it in a half.
Make a lot of incisions on an edge.
Now, make a circle.
Pull it from the needle.
Secure it by using glue.
This is a center of flower.
Glue the center of flower to the paper.
Glue yellow petals around it.
Make a few sunflowers in the same way.
Glue green leaves between petals.
Now, apply the glue on an edge of green strip.
Glue it to the paper.
Apply glue on the bottom and side of leaf and glue it to the strip.
Glue more leaves.
Cut the printed text.
Cut a rectangle from decorative paper. It should be about 1cm bigger than the printed text.
Glue the printed text to the rectangle.
Glue them to the card by using adhesive foam squares.
Finally, glue a few butterflies.
And it's done.
This card can be a nice gift not only for mother.
You can print different text and it will be great for birthday or name day.

Why Lasers can Reduce Fat, but Not the Fat that Causes Eye Bags - Duration: 8:38.Thank you for your question.
You submitted a single photo and you state in your question that you are in your late
30s and that you've had an issue with struggling with under eye bags and dark circles and that
at a certain point, you've had Ultherapy performed for this concern of yours and you
feel like that it didn't work out very well at all and so you are asking will fillers
help you with this problem without you going under the knife as you stated.
Well, I can certainly help you with how I approach patients with similar issues in my
practice which I deal with pretty much every day.
A little bit of background, I'm a Board-certified cosmetic surgeon and Fellowship-trained oculofacial
plastic and reconstructive surgeon.
I've been in practice in Manhattan and Long Island for over 20 years and helping people
with their under eye bags and the challenges with this issue is something we do every day
all day long in my practice.
So, I can certainly understand your frustration and we see this all the time.
I think that in many ways, the many advances of the instruments and methods we have to
help people look their best has come with a lot of confusion and a fair amount of frustration
similar to the experience you had.
I think it is important to really first understand the anatomy.
It always comes back to basically understanding anatomy.
The anatomy of your problem right now of the under eye bags is something called lower eyelid
fat prolapse.
Lower eyelid fat prolapse means that fat that is normally around your eyes pushes forward
and creates this bulge often referred to as herniated fat.
Now it is something that, thanks to newer methods, whether it is a thermal energy device
or injectables, there are ways to basically camouflage this area.
But when you think about the anatomy, the fat is significant enough in volume that it's
pushed forward so it is understandable why thermal energy device did not accomplish what
you wanted because it is very difficult for the skin to really tighten adequately enough.
Now with thermal energy devices, you can reduce fat but it generally doesn't work that well
when it comes to the under eye area and it is basically a limitation and the frustration
with thermal energy devices to deliver whether implied or intentionally stated the same results
as surgery, invariably results in this level of frustration and it is not specifically
to the device that was yours but I think a lot of people are just so afraid of surgery,
they try to do so many different things and end up spending a lot of money and wasting
a lot of time.
So the question is whether or not fillers will help you avoid going under the knife.
Well, let's put it this way.
If a certain amount of puffiness is below a certain threshold then anatomically, a filler
may camouflage that area and what does that mean?
If you look at the bulge of fat, think of it as a mountain.
And when you look at the hollow next to it, the tear trough area, the under eye area,
the rim of the bone structure, well that area potentially can be filled up to a point with
a hyaluronic acid fillers such as Restylane.
Now, it won't definitively treat the underlying problem but it might camouflage enough for
you to feel comfortable.
Now, to help people like yourself put things in perspective with the under the knife fear,
I explain to my patients that essentially, anytime you enter the skin, it is an invasive
procedure and I do a lot of fillers for under eye bags so it's not like I'm against
it but I have to do it selectively.
So when you enter the skin, you can potentially have swelling, bruising and irregularities
so it is not exactly a perfect solution but it can be a way to help buy you some time.
In our practice, when we deal with people who have puffiness like yours who are ready
to do a more definitive procedure, I typically will do something called transconjunctival
blepharoplasty.
This is something that we do in our practice under local anesthesia.
This way, patients are not afraid of going under general which is the greatest objections
to have a surgery.
It is done on the inside of the eyelid.
It is basically no external incision or scar and it is done with a little bit of sedation
so people are relaxed and it is done within an office setting.
So this way, the fear of going to a hospital or a surgery center is eliminated altogether.
So in a way, I've been very successful in trying to make this process whether it is
an injectable or a surgical procedure as close as we can make them and still adhere to very
high standards of safety and process.
We are certified by the Joint Commission, the same entity that certifies hospitals and
surgery centers.
So I think that it is very important for you to find a doctor who can give you honest guidance.
I think that's one of the frustrations.
When people bounce around and they respond to different enticements, they will often
be frustrated because the people offering these different enticements are really looking
for a transaction rather than a long-term relationship and I think that's very important.
And so find a doctor that you feel you can work with for not just the procedure but for
the years to come.
I always say that besides being a surgeon and doing all these procedures, I'm like
a primary care doctor for beauty and I think that's a very good relationship to have
and that way your doctor who you feel comfortable with will guide you through these interesting
waters as new ideas, technologies, injectables, lasers and other things keep popping up and
everybody keeps running like a herd in these directions.
So I hope that was helpful, I wish you the best of luck and thank you for your question.

Michael Heupel - Afierossis - 20th & 21st century works for solo cello I CD Trailer - Duration: 3:35.The greek word "Afierossis" translates to dedication.
It contains the word iero which means sacred.
The relationship that is formed, between a person and a musical work, through a dedication,
has for me something sacred.
Works of music and art have a life beyond time.
As long as they are played or listened to there remain immortal.
I am very happy and honoured to be also the recipient of a dedication, in the work of
the greek composer Efi Markoulaki, who wrote for me the Suite "Cretan Suite for solo cello".
Every piece on this Cd is dedicated to someone.
It could be dedicated to an interpreter like Rostropovich, a politician like György Aczel
or even a fictional person like Alexander Knight.
So when I heard the cello I told my mother that, that was what I wanted to do.
I went to the garden and picked up my tools and built myself a little cello, using these
rubber bands for strings, from the kitchen.
Contemporary music was not in my studies, it's something that I discovered myself and
something that I did on my own.
I started playing contemporary music mainly after I finished my studies.
In the pieces that I play on this recording, you are left alone, you have to find your
own way.
So maybe, that's what I was trying to do with this CD, maybe it was trying to find my own
way and my own expression.

Is Student Loan Debt Worth It? - Duration: 4:44.- In order to be happy, successful,
and get a good paying job,
you must go to college.
Parents and high school guidance counselors
have touted these words of wisdom
to young people for decades.
And for some students, this message is accurate,
but for many others the walloping debt
that comes with a degree makes going to college
simply not worth it.
(upbeat music)
Tuition for public and private colleges
has ballooned by 500% over the last 30 years,
and it only continues to go up.
Private and public colleges cost an average
of $33,000 and $24,000 respectively.
Many more colleges will set your family back
by over twice that amount.
These ridiculously fat price tags have lead
to the average college graduate walking away
with over $30,000 in student loan debt.
Now, it would be easy to assume that these grads
could pay off their debt quickly since they'll of course
get a good pay job thanks to their college degree,
but that's just not reality.
Recent stats show that 53% of recent college
graduates are jobless, or they're underemployed,
meaning they can't find a good full-time job.
It would be easy to blame this high jobless rate
on a tough job market,
and while that's certainly a contributing factor,
people rarely talk about the government's role
in exorbitant tuition fees and colossal student debts.
Government loans were created to help
low-income families afford college.
Sounds noble enough, but today about 60% of college students
borrow money from the government to pay for their education.
That means that the majority of college students do this.
As usual, a government program that started
with good intentions has done more harm than good.
Here's why, essentially any student can qualify
for any amount of money they need to cover their tuition,
no matter how high the tuition is.
This lets colleges continue to raise their prices
because no matter what they charge students will always
be able to finance it.
Washington bureaucrats have told us that entitlement money
is necessary to ensure that young people are
"getting the education they need."
Those were the exact words by President Obama.
But that's just nonsense.
A free market without government aid
would drive college prices down
and make it more affordable for everyone.
By making government student loans unlimited
and over accessible, colleges have no incentive at all
to compete by lowering tuition,
or even offering more direct links to jobs
or entrepreneurship opportunities.
If most students paid their own way, however,
schools would be forced to lower tuition
to remain competitive.
That way, they could attract the best
and brightest young people.
But as it stands now, college is clearly not worth
the debt for many young people.
14% of waiters and 17% of bartenders in the United States
have a bachelors degree.
And 36% of recent grads move back in with their parents.
Worst still, most colleges offer these expensive degrees
that offer little in the way of job prospects.
The job opportunities for English and Art History majors,
for example, they're far fewer than the number of kids
pursuing these degrees.
Many of these graduates are in for a rude awakening
when they graduate and realize that their skills
are not in high demand in today's economy.
Yet, for some reason, high school guidance counselors
make students feel as though a bachelors degree
is like a golden ticket to prosperity.
High schoolers are made to feel like failures
if they don't enroll in college,
when in reality there are plenty of viable alternatives.
Vocational and trade schools, for example,
are an acceptable, more affordable option in many cases.
Community colleges are also very underrated
and they allow students to explore different subject areas
without going broke.
It's common sense.
Until Washington stops indirectly inflating the price
of college tuition,
many degrees are simply not worth the cost.

Video: Warmer temps, more sun for Wednesday - Duration: 2:40.>> HOPEFULLY THIS WILL BE IN THE
REARVIEW MIRROR.
LET ME TELL YOU THE TEMPERATURES
AREN'T AS COLD THIS MORNING.
S IT'S NOT IN THE 30s LIKE IT
WAS YESTERDAY MORNING.
WE HAVE BEEN BASICALLY STUCK IN
THE 40s HERE SINCE YESTERDAY
AFTERNOON IN BOSTON.
SO THE TEMPERATURES HAVE BARELY
BUDGED.
GOT A BLANKET FROM MOTHER
NATURE.
THESE ARE CLOUDS THAT KEPT THE
TEMPERATURES UP OVERNIGHT.
THESE CLOUDS ARE GOING TO GET
OUT OF HERE AND I THINK OVERALL
TODAY, IT'S JUST A LITTLE BIT
BRIGHTER THAN IT HAS BEEN THE
PAST FEW DAYS.
THAT BEING SAID, THE
COOLER-THAN-AVERAGE TEMPERATURE,
THE CLOUDIER PATTERN IS
LINGERING THROUGH THE WEEKEND.
WE'LL BE WATCHING THE COASTAL
STORM FOR MOTHER'S DAY.
IT IS LOOKING WET HERE ON
SUNDAY.
THIS IS THE STORM WE HAVE BEEN
WATCHING FOR DAYS.
STILL HANGING AROUND THIS
UPPER-LEVEL AREA OF LOW
PRESSURE.
CLOUDS BUILDING UP.
WE HAD A PATCH OF THEM COME
THROUGH OVERNIGHT AND A FEW
SPOTTY SHOWERS WORKING THROUGH
SOUTH COAST, THE CAPE, AND THE
ISLANDS.
YOU'RE STARTING TO DRY OUT IN
THE CAPE.
A FEW SHOWERS AND SPRINKLES ON
THE VINEYARD ARE WORKING TOWARD
NANTUCKET.
THAT'S GOING TO BE IT.
WE'LL SEE THE CLOUDS BREAK UP
BEHIND THIS.
STARTING OUT WITH TEMPERATURES
AROUND 40 IN TAUNTON.
BOSTON SITTING AT 47 DEGREES.
MID 40s ON THE NORTH SHORE.
WORCESTER COUNTY WE WERE NEAR
THE FREEZING MARK YESTERDAY
MORNING.
IT'S RUNNING BETWEEN 40 AND 45
DEGREES.
SO NOT ADD CHILLY THIS MORNING
DUE TO THE CLOUDS.
WE GET RID OF THE CLOUDS AND
SHOULD SNEAK INTO THE LOW 60s,
NASHUA, TAUNTON AS WELL.
A SEA BREEZE WILL KEEP THE
COASTLINE, INCLUDING BOSTON,
MOSTLY IN THE 50s DURING THE
AFTERNOON.
A GOOD AMOUNT OF SUNSHINE
THROUGH EARLY THIS AFTERNOON.
WITH THE COLD POCKET OF AIR
NEARBY, WE MAY SEE SPOTTY
SHOWERS BY THIS EVENING.
THEY WILL BE FEW AND FAR
BETWEEN.
IF YOU GET ONE, JUST ENOUGH TO
WET THE GROUND BARELY AND THEN
IT'S OUT.
LOOK AT THE CLOUDS THROUGH THE
OVERNIGHT HOURS TONIGHT.
ONCE AGAIN, WITH THE CLOUDS
OVERHEAD, WE'LL HOLD IN THE 40s
FOR OVERNIGHT LOWS.
IT'S GOING TO BE COOLER
TOMORROW.
WE'LL HAVE A NORTHEASTERLY WIND
DEVELOPING.
THAT WIND IS GOING TO KEEP A LOT
OF CLOUD COVER IN PLACE ON INTO
FRIDAY AS WELL.
SO IT'S A MOSTLY CLOUDY END OF
THE WEEK.
INTO THE 50s WE GO.
THEN WE'LL BE WATCHING THE RAIN
MAKER UP THE COAST TOWARDS
MOTHER'S DAY.
THIS WILL DELIVER STRONGER WINDS
NEAR THE COASTLINE.
COMPUTER MODELS SUGGEST ONE TO
MAYBE 2 INCHES OF RAIN IN THE
