budget is increase to around 4% and the defence budget is 2.6% of the GDP of South Korea.

No. 9 Germany.

to become one of the top five defence spenders globally.

routine for women.

First of all, where will the workout take place?

It is also important to ask oneself what the main aspects that one should focus on for

the routine schedule are.

There are three main schedules that are worth looking into in order to help women lose the

weight in those flabby areas of their bodies and get their stomachs and breasts firm again:

The first schedule should tone up all the body muscles and this is a particularly useful

routine for beginners or women who have hardly any time for practice.

This basically consists of doing the routine 5 days, meaning the first 3 days are about

lifting weights and the last 2 on cardio exercises.

The second schedule is done more on a steady pace which will help the lower and upper body

parts get the proper workout and help the person lose weight faster.

Finally the third routine helps one lose weight from specific areas.

This is basically about lifting weights for 5 days and doing cardio for the next 2 days.

However if you don't want to spend that much time on these exercises, or you might not

have the time to do them at this fast pace, you can do a much simpler routine.

All you need is 7 minutes of your time per day, no more.

Hello Everyone Welcome to AS TECH TIPS.In this Video I'm going to show you How to create a Bootbale USB Drive for Any Windows Installation.

For this You'll Need a ISO image of the Windows you want to create a bootable USB for.

So LETS START

Right Click The START and Click Command Prompt (Admin)

Give Admin Permission

Type diskpart and hit ENTER

Now Type list disk and hit ENTER

Now Select your USB Disk By checking the size of the disk and hit ENTER

Now type clean and hit ENTER

Now type create partition primary and hit ENTER

Now type select partition 1 and hit ENTER

Now Type active and hit ENTER

Now type format fs=ntfs quick and hit ENTER

now type assign and hit ENTER

Now type exit and hit ENTER

Now right-click on our Windows ISO image and click Mount

Now Copy all contents and Paste in our USB Drive

FAST-FORWARDING the copying Process

Once copying is Done, NOTE the Drive Letter of the Mounted Image

now type that drive letter of the mounted image(for me its G:)

Now type cd/Boot and hit ENTER

Now NOTE the drive letter of your USB Drive

now type "Bootsect /nt60 driveletter" for me its C:

Sorry for That type "Bootsect /nt60 driveletter"

Once Successful, The ICON of the USB Drive will change to the icon of the Mounted Image
