year old girl many people have problems

with cracked heels but not all of them

treat their foot the right way usually

this condition is only bad for the eyes

and it does not cause any big health

problems however in some cases when the

cracks become deeper they can cause pain

and also they can infect easily as a

result of the dirt collected inside so

all in all we should be aware and we

should take good care of our feet every

once in a while we should remove the

extra dead skin because the dead skin

reduces the blood stream the best timing

for this process would be after a shower

or bath when the skin is softer than

usual another very important information

useful for this treatment is the fact

that we should never use sharp object

when we remove the dead skin because as

a result we can eliminate too much skin

and cause an infection after the

removing of the extra skin we should

apply some kind of oil or moisturizing

creams for the skin recovery it is very

important for our skin to heal properly

so we recommend you to use olive oil

lemon blossom or rosemary they are very

good for the circulation now hair is an

amazing recipe that will help you in

case you have blisters corns calluses or

cracks all you are going to need is 10

tablets of aspirin or and all and 250

milliliters of brandy or seventy percent

medicine alcohol after having the

ingredients you should grind the tablets

and make them as powder then you should

mix them with the brandy or the alcohol

and leave the mixture for a day or two

when you have it ready you should apply

in every night before you go to bed all

you have to do is shake the tincture

your sucks and leave it until the

morning in the morning just wash your

feet with warm water and apply orally
