today we unbox full automatic rigid PVC pipe manufacturing company.

first of all, let's check some numbers. In India, around 5,500 PVC pipe manufacturing companies are there.

this factory produces around 40,000-kilometer pipe every day. by this pipe we can round earth easily.

first of all for PVC pipe making, PVC resin and calcium carbide is used.

this raw material added into the loader. now by using screw convey raw material is added to hot mixture machine.

in this machine, a mixture is heated up to 135-degree celsius

now by using pneumatic valve, a mixture is added into the cold mixture. pneumatic valve means air controlled valve.

now by using vibrator, mixture is mixed into cold mixture. now this mixture is ready to make a pipe.

after this mixture is passed through a filter, by this big particles are removed from the mixture.

this machine fully works on plc system.

by using screw conveyor, the mixture is added into a hopper, and hopper capacity is 15 kilogram.

now this mixture goes to a heater.

in a heater, the mixture is heated around 200 to 250-degree celsius. by this mixture is converted into a paste.

now, this paste passes through extruder machine and goes to die head

in die head pipe gets it shape.

now this pipe passes through a water bath

after pass away from it pipe temperature come to normal

now this pipe passes through traction machine, traction machine helps to maintain pipe shape.

after this, company logo is printed on the pipe.

now, this PVC rigid pipe is ready. as per standard length, pipes are cut.

for connecting pipes, one end of pipes is heated at 160 to 170-degree celsius, by this one end of the pipe will make bigger.

finally, these pipes are ready to supply water.
