3 tips for redirecting your .CA domain name - Duration: 1:41.
When someone types your .CA domain name into a browser
they expect to end up at your website.
But you have the power to send them elsewhere!
This is typically called domain forwarding or redirecting.
Here are three tips for redirecting your .CA domain name.
1. Provide a website alternative.
If you already have your .CA domain name but don't have a website yet
put it to good use by redirecting it.
You can redirect your domain name to your blog
your social media profile
or your online store
The choice is yours.
This is a great way to use your domain name,
build your brand
and take advantage of your traffic even if you don't have a website yet.
2. Build a domain name portfolio.
If you already have a domain name and a website
consider registering additional domains to build and protect your brand online
this is great for brands that have a name that is difficult to remember or spell
And that doesn't mean each domain needs its own website!
You can simply redirect these additional domains to your primary website.
No matter which domain someone visits
they'll end up right where you want them.
3. Let your Registrar do the heavy lifting.
Many .CA certified registrars offer redirecting services
with easy and inexpensive setup
Simply select your domain name
choose where you want traffic to be redirected to
and watch the magic happen!
Redirecting your .CA domain name is a great way to reinforce your brand
and make it easy for people to find you online.

Thoughts & Prayers (Matthew 23) Click "CC"/Subtitles for On-Screen Lyrics - Duration: 4:20.
"Thoughts & Prayers" Biblical References: (Job 27:5), (Philippians 1:15), (Job 27:5), (Matthew 23)
Tune: "I Hear Thy Welcome Voice." Composed by Lewis Hartsbough, 1828-1919 Text/Lyrics: Copyright © 2018. All Rights Reserved.
There are those who dis-a-gree, How to mourn a tra-ge-dy,
But cri-ti-ci-zing those in pain, Just adds more, and with no gain.
Shame! Those who deceive. Not the ones who grieve.
Thoughts & Prayers can help us see, Who's the friend, or Pharisee.
Thoughts and Prayers, we can agree. Don't mean, hy-po-cri-sy.
Stand-up! Fight evil o-pen-ly. Just words, are cow-ard-ly.
Shame! Those who deceive. Not the ones who grieve.
Thoughts & Prayers can help us see, Who's the friend, or Pharisee.
Thoughts & Prayers, so ob-vious-ly, Don't work, po-li-tic-ly,
When mo-ney tells us what to say. Peo-ple see the game we play.
Shame! Those who deceive. Not the ones who grieve.
Thoughts & Prayers to help us see, Who's the friend or Pharisee.
Thoughts & Prayers,
for U-ni-ty, Good-will, In-te-gri-ty.
Sing strong! To tri-umph over wrong, As we find, our com-mon ground.
Shame! Those who deceive. Not the ones who grieve.
Thoughts & Prayers can help us see, Who's the friend or Pharisee.
A-men.
A-men!
A-MEN!

Adjusted Lateral Leg Raises for Lateral Gluteal Muscle Strength and IT Band Syndrome - Vidpt; E 2-8 - Duration: 1:27.
Another great exercise while lying on your side. We're going to go through that targets the glutes and also the outer part of the leg.
Again, your knees are going to be a 90 degree angle you stretch out your right leg
Bring it back roughly 30 degrees
You're going to go up with the leg and down. You'll notice that my leg my foot is not flopping around
There's tension in the foot and I'm pulling my big toe back
You go up
and down
Recommend 20 repetitions each side two sets for each leg
You'll notice that there's active engagement in the hips
And you'll feel this definitely in your glutes, right here and also in the back part of the glute.

Thank you for making surgical caps for our pediatric patients! - Duration: 1:41.
Oh, that's perfect!
We use the hats to help provide choices for kids in the hospital.
When they come for surgery, there's not a lot of choices.
We offer them a couple of hats to choose from.
They love to pick out which hat they're going to wear
and they love that they can also take the hat home.
My patients love them.
They come in so many different styles and shapes and colors.
They're concentrating on which hat they want,
but they're not concentrating on what's going to happen.
It takes a lot of the anxiety away.
It really helps offer them one choice
in a day that they don't have a lot of choices.
A few months ago we had no hats.
So we went on Facebook and said if anybody would like to help
and volunteer, they could make hats for us.
We were overwhelmed by the positive response.
We had so many wonderful people that made hats for us,
from Girl Scout troops, companies that got groups together to make hats,
people that have never sewn before make hats.
We got hats from California, Ohio, Maine, Texas, Florida, and within our Rochester community.
It's been glorious.
Now, we have thousands of hats.
If people still would like to help us out with this wonderful project, maybe make them
and deliver them in the fall.
A heartfelt thanks to all of the people who have
made hats for our pediatric surgical patients.
It means so much to us, it means so much to the families
and most importantly, it means so much to our
pediatric surgical patients.
Thank you for making my hat.
Thank you.

Married Teacher Arrested After Sending Nudes To And Buying Drugs For 14 Year Old Student - Duration: 3:01.
Sadly, however, this nightmare situation became a reality for 26-year-old Stephanie Peterson's
husband, 31-year-old Brandon, when she was arrested in New Smyrna, Florida yesterday
for having an affair with one of her middle school students.
The science teacher was exposed by her student after he confided in his parents about their
illicit affair.
According to Volusia County Sheriff's Office, the married teacher would frequently pick
the 14-year-old up in her car before spending hours at a time with him.
She also bought her student marijuana and "a bowl to smoke it in".
The day before her arrest, the 26-year-old resigned from her job at New Smyna Beach Middle
School.
When interviewed about the affair, the student revealed that it began after Stephanie began
to send him explicit photographs of herself on the popular social media app Snapchat in
November of last year.
Stephanie has been married to Brandon, a firefighter, since 2015, and she is currently being held
on a $25,000 bond.
The teacher is charged with lewd or lascivious battery and one count of transmitting harmful
materials to a child.
The boy reportedly told his parents about the relationship because his grades were beginning
to suffer because of it.
The teenager had kept silent until now because Stephanie had told him that he couldn't
tell anyone about their relationship.
Sheriff Michael Chitwood told CBS Orlando affiliate WKMG-TV that the boy became Stephanie's
student last year and became her teacher's aide this year – a change no doubt influenced
by the fact that they were having a sexual relationship.
Amazingly, the boy's parents didn't immediately contact the police when they found out about
the relationship.
Instead, they warned Stephanie to end it with their son in January, and it was only when
she failed to do so that they got law enforcement involved.
"The parents confronted the teacher about breaking off the relationship," Sheriff
Mike Chitwood said in an interview with Click Orlando.
"We believe sometime in January, they either resumed or continued the relationship.
At that point, the family came to the police."
"[Predators] put them in situations where they gain their trust, they gain their confidence
and then here you go again," said Chitwood.
"You have another person who's in a position of power, who abuses that power and is abusing
a young student."
We hope that Stephanie's victim does not suffer lasting psychological trauma as a result
of the abuse he suffered.

Garmin Vivofit jr 2 - Garmin's second-gen fitness tracker for kids - Techno Polish - Duration: 3:45.
The Garmin Vivofit jr 2 is the company's second generation fitness tracker that's back once
again to get kids to keep
active.
Just like Garmin's trackers for grown-ups (Vivofit 4 or the Vivosport) it covers the
basics like counting steps and
monitoring sleep.
The approach to those features is done a little differently for minds with shorter attention
spans.
Garmin aims to gamify the experience and it's done that in a number of ways.
Kids can earn virtual coins for real rewards
or progress in an app based game by hitting daily activity goals.
But it's not just about entertainment.
Garmin wants
parents to benefit from convincing their little ones to wear a Vivofit jr 2.
So you'll have the ability to set reminders to
brush those teeth before bed or remember to do those weekly chores.
In a bid to make Garmin's fitness tracker for kids all that more appealing, it's teamed
up with Disney to offer Marvel,
Mickey and Minnie Mouse and Star Wars themed bands.
So the hope is some familiar faces will help keep it around those
wrists for the long haul.
Priced at $80, the Vivofit jr 2 actually costs more than Garmin's budget option for adults,
the Vivofit 4.
While that's
cheap in serious fitness tracker realms, that's still a decent sized investment for a lot
of parents.
So the question is,
is it worth spending almost $100 on a fitness tracker that may or may not keep your kid
away from the iPad and out into the
garden for a run around?
To find out, I enlisted my six year-old nephew to put it to the test.
Here's how living with the Vivofit jr 2 played out.
So what exactly can you do with the Vivofit Jr.2?
Actually, as I found out a decent amount.
There's just the solitary accelerometer motion sensor to track movement to count
steps and to unlock sleep monitoring.
Garmin also includes its useful Move Bar to display when periods of inactivity have
built up.
A nice touch is the fact that the tracker can store four weeks of data, so if you don't
get into the habit of
syncing data to the companion app everyday, you do have a decent buffer before you really
do need to sync.
On the tracker itself, there are screens dedicated to the time, calendar, step count total, tasks/chores
to complete and
how many moves you've unlocked in your compatible game.
Each version of the tracker offers its own unique step count icons
and games.
In the case of the Star Wars one, you'll see a stormtrooper alongside your day's steps
but you can unlock
additional icons depending on fitness tracking progress.
Completing daily 60 minute activity goals unlocks moves in the
BB-8 adventure: A Star Wars story game (more on that later).
A secondary menu is where you'll find the pairing option, timer, stopwatch and activate
the Toe-to-Toe challenges.
This is
a timed step challenge that lets users challenge friends or themselves to keep moving.
The challenge idea is a nice idea, but as I found out with my nephew, he needed some
assistance to use it and this can be
the case with some of the more advanced features that lie within the Vivofit Jr.2.
They will need a helping hand.
As far as what my nephew enjoyed or used most, he liked to keep things simple.
It was all about steps and he even began
challenging friends at school to step races.
But he wasn't using the features best designed for this, simply because it was
too fiddly for him to set up himself.
That is one of the issues with some features that would be considered basic features
on Garmin's fitness trackers for adults.
For a child, they are still complex or just too much of an effort to use.

Jang Geun Suk, Han Ye Ri, And More Gather For First Script Reading Of Upcoming Drama
The cast of SBSs upcoming Wednesday-Thursday drama Switch – Change the World (tentative title) recently gathered for their first script reading.
Set to premiere this March, Switch – Change the World will follow the journey and challenges of conman-turned-prosecutor Sa Do Chan, shedding a satirical light on society as it discusses the topics of justice and the fine line between good and evil.
Soompi. Display. News. English. 300x250. Mobile. English. 300x250. ATF.
The cast and crew gathered for their first script reading last month, bringing together screenwriters Baek Woon Chul and Kim Ryu Hyun, producing director (PD) Nam Tae Jin, and the main cast of Jang Geun Suk, Han Ye Ri, Jung Woong In, Lee Jung Gil, Jo Hee Bong, Choi Jae Won, Kwon Hwa Woon, Shin Do Hyun, and Ahn Seung Hwan.
They gathered for approximately four hours, putting their all into the rehearsal to bring their characters to life.
Jang Geun Suk is set to take on two roles for the drama as both Sa Do Chan, a genius who became a conman after failing to become a prosecutor, and Baek Joon Soo, a prosecutor who follows the rule of law down to the finest of details.
The actor is said to have excelled at the difficult task of taking on two characters with completely different personalities.
Han Ye Ri perfectly encapsulated the bright energy and sharp wit of her character Oh Ha Ra, who, by talent and skills alone, was able to overcome the societal obstacles of coming from a low-income family, attending a provincial university, and being a woman.
The two leads worked together with a strong supporting cast that included Jung Woong In playing Geum Tae Woong, the head of an art gallery and a famous figure in the art industry, and Lee Jung Gil playing Choi Jung Pil, a living legend in the political sphere and the former prime minister.
They were also joined by Jo Hee Bong playing Director Bong, who works closely with Sa Do Chan, and Choi Jae Won playing Jung Do Young, the head of the Supreme Prosecutors Office.
The production staff of Switch stated, The chemistry showcased by the cast during the first script reading was explosive. We were able to reaffirm the passion the actors have for the drama..
Switch will be the follow-up drama to Return and will begin airing in March.
