The Best Muscle Building Foods For A Bulking Diet? - Duration: 8:35.
What's going on, guys?
Sean Nalewanyj on www.SeanNal.com and in this video today we're talking about the subject
of foods that are the best for building muscle.
And I actually want to basically dispel the idea by explaining why there's no such thing
as any single food or any single set of foods that you need to include in your bodybuilding
diet to get the best results possible.
Before I jump into it, guys, make sure to hit the subscribe button below to stay up-to-date
on future videos.
And also click the bell icon as well, that way you'll be notified any time I upload new
content so that you don't miss out on anything.
So this is a pretty common type of article or video that you'll see online.
You know, the top ten foods to gain muscle or twelve super foods that build muscle fast,
that sort of thing.
And it is true that there are certain types of foods you'll usually find in a typical
bodybuilding diet because they're more macro friendly and more nutrient dense, but the
truth is that there's a virtually endless list of different possible foods and food
combinations that you can use to meet your daily nutritional needs and no single food
is a must by any means.
Remember that proper muscle building nutrition isn't about one single food here and one single
food here and another one here, and this food is good and this food is bad and that food
is in between.
It's not about single foods.
Instead it's about your overall intake for the day as a whole in terms of the total calories,
the total macro, and micro nutrient content, and the fiber.
That's how your body actually looks at it.
And so it's really just about knowing what your total nutritional needs are for the day
and then using some combination of foods to meet those needs.
It's pretty much just a numbers game when it all comes down to it.
Now, you obviously want to be basing the bulk of your diet around nutrient-dense, minimally
processed Whole Foods and getting in a few servings of fruit and veggies in the mix.
Because it's not just about the grams of protein, carbs and fats, but it's also about getting
sufficient fiber and micronutrients as well.
But no single food has any special properties to where your bottom-line results are going
to be impacted based on whether you eat it or not.
And when I first started lifting, because of just bad information, I did fall into that
trap of thinking that I had to choke down certain foods because they were the best for
building muscle.
And I thought that an effective bodybuilding diet automatically was supposed to be bland
and boring.
So, I remember literally just eating tuna straight from the can and hating every single
bite of it, or eating plain egg whites every single morning even though I was totally sick
of them, or having, like, really bad tasting meal replacement shakes that were marketed
as being the perfect muscle building meal.
And I did that for quite a while before realizing just how unnecessary it really was.
The idea that a healthy diet should automatically be un-enjoyable is a completely outdated concept.
Or you hear these quotes like, you know, food is just fuel, or eat for results not for pleasure,
nothing tastes as great as being in great shape, but this is all just BS really.
I'm not saying that you're going to be able to sit there and eat high-fat, high-sugar
food all day long, you know, or that every meal is going to taste like a cheeseburger
or an ice-cream sundae.
You can mix those things in moderation but if you just take the time to plan things out
there's no reason why you can't legitimately enjoy all of your meals throughout the day.
And even healthy macro friendly meals can taste really good if you just put a bit of
effort into it.
So, just go through each main category of foods; protein, carbs and fats, and pick a
few good options within those categories that you most prefer and then just based your diet
around those foods.
So if you don't like tuna, then there's no reason whatsoever to eat tuna.
If you're not a fan of eggs, don't eat eggs.
If you don't like oatmeal, or bananas, or broccoli, then don't eat them.
No single food source is a must-have in your plan.
And rather than thinking in terms of an individual muscle building food, think more in terms
of an overall muscle building diet.
So if you really like, say, strawberries and grapes then use those as your main fruit sources.
Or if you prefer turkey and salmon rather than chicken and beef, use those as your primary
protein sources.
If you're a vegan then you don't need to eat any of that.
You know, you can go with beans, lentils, and tofu to hit your protein needs.
If you'd rather have sweet potato instead of rice for your carb sources then go with
that.
And if you're still a beginner and you want a good list of nutrient-dense macro friendly
foods that you can use to eat on your overall nutritional need, then I'll just list some
ideas for you in the description box in order to make things easier.
But just figure out your daily calorie needs and your approximate macronutrient needs and
then use whatever combination of foods you'd like.
And that list certainly isn't definitive but it's just there to give you some ideas.
And if you're willing to just put in a bit of extra time and effort then you can also
find tons of great tasting recipes and meal ideas using those foods if you just search
around a bit.
You don't have to eat totally basic combinations only, like chicken breast, rice, and green
beans.
I mean, that's fine if you enjoy it and you prefer the simplicity, but there are a lot
of different sauces and flavorings you can use.
I'll link a post I did on that in the description box for you to check out, outlining twenty
low calorie sauces and condiments that you can use to flavor your meals.
And again, lots of recipes out there, you know, wraps, quesadillas, omelets, healthy
pizzas, fajitas, things like that.
And lots of sweeter dessert type stuff too using, you know, protein powders, Greek yogurt,
oatmeal, there's just so many things to choose from beyond a plain piece of protein and a
carb source with salt and pepper on it.
Just run a basic online search using Google, YouTube, or any other social media platform
using terms like fitness recipes, bulking recipes, cutting recipes, and you'll find
an endless variety of different options from really simple recipes to more complex ones
that can be easily fitted into your nutritional needs for the day.
And going about your diet in this sort of way will get you the same bottom line muscle
building results, plus two huge benefits.
Benefit number one: is that you'll be way more likely to stay consistent with your diet
over the long term.
Remember that building muscle isn't a quick fix and if you want to get into great shape
and stay in great shape, it's a lifelong thing.
So if you take a look at your current diet and you can't say that this is a way of eating
that you'd be happy to maintain over the long term then something probably needs to change.
Food is just such a central part of our lives and most people out there, unless they're
doing intermittent fasting, they're probably eating three or more times a day.
And if eating is literally a chore because you're forcing yourself to eat things that
you really don't like, there's a pretty good chance that you are eventually going to burn
out and quit.
And then the second benefit, and it's a very simple one but your life will just be way
better, I mean that's such an obvious thing, but if you're eating four times a day and
you genuinely look forward to each meal and you actually enjoy it, you know, I consider
my own diet to be fully enjoyable, that's just a way better way of living than eating
four times a day and not enjoying it.
So by shifting your mentality to where you're just viewing your nutritional intake in terms
of an overall day or an overall week and focusing on hitting your calories and your approximate
macros from minimally processed Whole Foods and then laying your diet out in the most
enjoyable way possible, you'll get better muscle building results because you'll be
way more likely to stay consistent and your day to day life will just be more fun and
enjoyable.
{period} And if you're literally doing dumb things like I was, like choking down tuna
straight out of a can and forcing yourself to eat foods that you really dislike, then
you're going to save mental energy and willpower as well.
So, I hope this was helpful, guys.

How To Make A Very Easy Crochet Teething Ring for Beginners | Croby Patterns - Duration: 19:44.
Hello everyone and welcome back to my channel. I'm Doroteja from Croby Patterns
and today I'm going to show you how to make a very basic beginner friendly
crochet baby teething ring. We will be using simple crochet stitches and
techniques and I'm going to show you step-by-step how to make this baby
teething ring from start to finish. I would like to quickly mention that you
can find the written instructions for this project alongside a lot of other crochet
ideas and tutorials on my blog Croby Patterns, the link is in the description
box down below. This pattern is also available as an inexpensive add-free
beautifully designed printable pdf file, that you can find and download in my
shops on Etsy, Ravelry and Love Crochet. The patterns that are with ads available
for free on my blog and are also available in my pattern shops as a PDF
files usually, include something extra. And this project is not an exception. It
includes the instructions for the teething ring entirely covered with a
crochet fabric and as you can see here the fabric has a little more texture
than the fabric on the one we will be making today, but it's still soft enough
so it doesn't hurt the gum. If you end up buying any of my crochet patterns thank
you so much, it really means a lot! With your help, I can buy new yarn and create
even more crochet patterns. Thank you! Now let me show you what you will need
for this tutorial. You will need some aran weight yarn. I will be using Paintbox
cotton Aran which is 100% cotton yarn. I chose two colors; pillar red (615) which is
a vibrant red color and vanilla cream (608) which is a beautiful beige color.
I would recommend you to use cotton yarn if possible, because it works great if you
have to make all your stitches really tight as we will do here and cotton does
not shed which means that the fibers will not start falling off and baby will
not swallow them during the play with ring. Also, cotton yarns are very
forgiving yarns and you can usually wash it whichever way you prefer and it does
not need any special care. But because we will be making a toy that goes into
mouth all the time I would recommend you to use the yarn that does not stain the
cotton yarns are available in a great selection of colors but some of them are
leaving color the first or even the first couple of times you wash them so
beware of that as well. You will also need a wooden ring. Make sure you're
using a high quality nicely sanded and cleaned wooden ring.
The diameter of my wooden ring is 6.5 centimeters or 2.5 inches and the
thickness of it is 0.8 centimeters or 0.3 inches The next thing you will need
is 3.5 millimeters or E/4 crochet hook. Mine is with a plastic handle which will
come in handy later when we will have to fill our crochet balls with a synthetic
stuffing. You will also need a pair of scissors, a small amount of synthetic
stuffing, a yarn needle (which is missing here, sorry guys), two stitch markers or at
least one. The crochet balls are made in continuous rounds. These technique make
your rounds a little difficult to count so I would recommend you to use a stitch
marker to indicate your first stitch of each round; just to keep track of your
rounds. In this tutorial I'm going to show you how to make and attach the
crochet fabric to the wooden ring, how to make crochet ball and stuff it with a
synthetic fibers, how to make a simple strap and how to assemble all the pieces
together. We will start with a simple crochet fabric that we will later attach
to the wooden ring. For this part I will be using a small amount of red yarn.
Create a slip knot.
Insert the hook into the loop and pull the yarn. Make sure the loop is not too
tight and it can easily slide up and down along the crochet hook. Our first
step is to make a foundation chain. Mine will be 13 chains long. So: one, two three
four,
five, six , seven, eight, nine, ten, eleven, twelve and thirteen. You can continue
adding chains to achieve the desired length. The length of the foundation
chain minus one chain will represent the length of the fabric; so how far around
the fabric will go or how much of the ring will it cover. Now skip the first
chain and start in the second one. Insert the hook into the chain grab the yarn on
the other side, pull the yarn through (you have two loops on your crochet hook), yarn
over and pull the yarn through both loops on your crochet hook. We call this
stitch single crochet stitch (SC). Insert the marker.
Now continue working single crochet stitches until you reach the end of your
foundation chain.
Make sure the stitches are nice and tight.
Now that our first row is complete, chain 1. Turn the row. Start in the first one
and work one single crochet into each of next 12 stitches. The number of stitches
in this row and all the following rows has to be the same as in row 1.
In my case that would be 12 stitches in total.
From now on is very simple. Repeat row 2 as many times as you need to cover
the ring. So to be able to join both ends of the fabric together. In my case that's
five more times, of seven rows in total. But if you have a wooden ring that is
larger than mine or even smaller you will have to adopt the number of rows to
achieve the desired length of the fabric.
You can stop the video here and meet me back when you finish all the rows
Now cut the yarn, make sure you leave a long tail.
Tail take the yarn needle, place the fabric on the wooden ring and sew both ends
of the fabric together. Make sure the fabric is sitting on the ring tight enough to
prevent it from sliding up and down along the ring.
Hide all the ends. And the main part is now complete.
Now let me show you how to make a crochet ball.
The next step is to create three small crochet balls.
Mine are filled with a small amount of synthetic fibers.
You can also use yarn ends leftovers from some of your previous projects
I would not recommend using wooden beads or anything similar to that
to put inside crochet balls, just to prevent any accidents.
I've made three crochet balls, that are exactly the same size and shape.
Two of them are in beige and one of them in red color.
I will start with a magic ring.
If you are not familiar with a magic ring technique jump to the video
linked in the right top corner of this video or in the
description box below, where you can learn more about the magic ring.
If you don't like the magic ring technique don't worry. You can also make two chains
and start in the second chain from the hook then work all stitches from round
one into that second chain then continue with the pattern as you would normally do.
But if you started with a magic ring, wrap the yarn around your hand, chain 1
to secure the magic ring and work 6 single crochet stitches into that magic ring.
Don't forget to place a marker into the very first stitch of the round.
The balls are made in continuous rounds or also called in spiral
There is no need to join each round with a slip stitch,
but a crocheting around and around creating a spiral shape.
This technique makes your rounds a little difficult to count.
So I would recommend you to use a stitch marker to indicate your first
stitch of each round; just to keep track of your rounds. :)
Now that round 1 is complete
so you've made all six single crochet stitches into the magic ring.
Pull the yarn tail and close the magic ring.
Do not cut the yarn tail just yet.
We will use it to entirely close the magic ring hole at the end of round 2.
Continue working in continuous rounds and work 2 single crochet stitches
Into each of neck six stitches.
That will give us 6 additional stitches in this round,
so you will have to end this round with 12 stitches in total.
Make sure you do not forget to mark your first stitch of this round.
Now pull the loop on your crochet hook and make it a little bit bigger.
You can also insert the marker into that loop.
Just so your work (your stitches) won't start to unravel
while you will be working on closing the hole in the middle of the magic ring.
Now take a yarn needle use the yarn tail that has left from the magic ring
and with a few very tight stitches close the opening
It's very important that we make all the stitches reasonably tight
just to prevent fiber stuffing coming out of the crochet ball.
Insert the hook into the loop and continue crocheting
one single crochet stitch into each of next 12 stitches
Repeat the round two more times.
You can pause the video here and meet me back
when you complete all three rounds of single crochet stitches
The next round is a little bit more complicated.
We have to lose six stitches.
That's why we will join two and two stitches together with a single crochet 2 together stitch.
Now, insert the hook into the first stitch and pull the loop through.
Insert the hook into the next one pull the loop through.
Yarn over and pull the loop through all the loops on your crochet hook.
Repeat this stitch 5 more times.
All you have to do now, is to fasten off.
Then cut the yarn.
Make sure you leave a long tail for sewing.
Take some synthetic toy stuffing and start stuffing the crochet ball.
You can use a handle of your crochet hook or scissors.
It creates friction and it makes it very easy to push the stuffing inside of a crochet ball.
Take a yarn needle, use the yarn tail.
And sew all the remaining stitches on the top of the crochet ball together.
Again, make sure all the stitches are nice and tight.
Also now it'd be the best time to hide any large holes that might left between sts along the way,
Just go between them with a yarn needle and close them.
Repeat all the steps for the other two crochet balls and you are almost done!
Now we are going to make three simple chords.
Mine will be same colors as crochet balls.
To make a chord chain 18.
Leave a long tail at the beginning and at the end of the chain.
Now attach one side of the cord to the crochet ball.
The other tail has to go through the middle of the wooden ring first
Then attach it to the crochet ball.
KIDS SAFETY!!!
Make sure all the parts are carefully assembled together
and can be divided from the main part very easily.
VERY IMPORTANT: Please have in mind that the toy has to be kid-friendly.
Tell the parents that it's very important even though you went through the toy
with your yarn and a needle four thousand times
to check on the toy and the baby
if all the parts are still at their place to prevent any accidents.
Repeat all the steps for other two crochet balls and cords and you are done!

Pictures On My Mind. Ep02. A is for Arbus, A is for Access. - Duration: 2:22.
Hi everyone! I'm Ed Thompson, photographer, welcome to Pictures On My Mind. In today's episode I
want to talk to you about the idea of access okay obviously the one thing you
have as a photographer is you generally have to go to the places you need to
photograph. Often when people found out I went to photograph in Chernobyl they
will ask me 'So you went to Chernobyl?' it's like 'Yeah I kind of had to go there
to take the photographs!'. In the beginning access can be difficult okay
especially in the 21st century a few years back I just wanted to do some
photographs at Chelsea Flower Show and I needed to have full press accreditation
to do that and so one photographer I wanted to talk about today was a photographer
who really inspired me when I was a student and that photographer was Diane
Arbus and basically she specialized on photographing kind of people on the
fringes of society people who she saw she called freaks and oddities and she had a
wonderful way of obviously negotiating access on a one-to-one level what she
didn't do was have to deal with people's PR agents or owners of the grounds or
any of these other kind of gatekeeper people Diggle have to negotiate as with
to photograph certain topics and in some of the book you can see that she
obviously has gained access to people in their rooms people at certain events
nudist camps and sort of debutante balls but you know here's a great shot and
that was just that was just shot in the street so again it was that kind of
chance encounter but again it's the idea that you know for Diane she needed to
not really have to worry about negotiating too much access because it
was all around her in New York City she lived so that's how kind of want to
end this video is that there's lots of things in a photography project that you
can tell yourself that you need before you can start, like you need a better
camera or you need that lens you need that lighting equipment one of the top
ones with a lot of young photographers is the idea of Wonderlust, they feel
they have to go somewhere far-flung somewhere exotic
somewhere distant because that thing is so far away but the truth is is probably
a story very site-specific to where you live right now that would be amazing
to photograph. It's just a matter of trying to be open
to the things that you probably see everyday that you just overlook. okay, thank you.

Testing Your Drinking Water for Lead - Duration: 2:49.
This video shows how to sample for lead in your drinking water.
First, draw sample shows how much lead is in the water when the faucet has not been
used for many hours.
Flush sample shows how much lead is in the water after the faucet has been running.
Depending on the purpose of your sampling, you may need to collect one kind of sample
or both.
Both first draw and flush samples should be collected from the kitchen sink.
Open your sample kit and remove all the contents, carefully read through the instructions from
laboratory.
You will need a water proof pen to fill out sample bottle labels and paperwork.
Let's start with first draw samples, these should be taken first thing in the morning
or any time after the water has not been used anywhere in the home for at least 6 to 8 hours.
Place signs on all the taps and toilets as a reminder.
Do that the night before if you are sampling first thing in the morning.
If the kitchen faucet has a water softener or point-of-use filter, collect your sample
from a tap that does not have either of these.
If the faucet has an aerator, it does not have to be removed.
To collect your sample, place an opened sample bottle (it may be marked "first draw")
below the faucet opening.
Turn on the cold tap as though you were filling a regular glass of water and fill the bottle
to the fill line, or the shoulder of the bottle if a fill line is not indicated.
Be sure to capture all the water coming out of faucet and not allow any to run down the
drain.
Tightly cap the bottle, if there is a label on the bottle, fill it out as directed by
the lab.
Next, if you are collecting a flush sample, run the water from the same tap for at least
30 seconds.
Turn the water off, and place an opened sample bottle (it may be marked "flush") below
the faucet.
Then, follow the same instructions.
Turn on the cold water tap as though you were filling a regular glass of water.
Fill the sample bottle to the fill line or shoulder and turn off the water.
Tightly cap the bottle and fill out the label.
Next, fill out the laboratory paperwork as directed.
Make sure that everything on the sample bottles and paperwork is complete and correct.
Place the sample bottles and paperwork into the shipping container according to the laboratory
instructions.
Call the lab if you have questions.
The results will be mailed to you directly usually in about 2-3 weeks after laboratory
receives your samples.

Debunking the lies about Enderphile's alleged arrest for sexual crimes against children - Duration: 17:53.
Hello everybody and welcome to my first YouTube video.
My name is Ender Wiggin, also known as Enderphile, and I wanted to make this video to put certain
rumors to rest once and for all.
Said rumors claim that I am a man by the name Justin Georges Stephen Coulombe from Edmonton,
Canada, that was not so recently arrested for the crimes of molesting children as well
as producing child pornography.
This all exploded when alleged journalist Ian Miles Cheong posted an article on Milo
Yiannopoulos' site Dangerous.com, claiming that the Twitter user 'enderphile' (a.k.a.
me), had recently been arrested for several charges of sexual assault against young boys.
The fact that a pedophile that presented himself as non-offending and anti-contact (meaning
that while he's attracted to children through no choice of his he acknowledges children's
inability to consent, the harm that having sexual relationships with children can cause
and is not only committed to never acting on his attractions but also has no desire
to try to make society accept such relationships) had been caught red-handed with his hands
in the cookie jar was the perfect opportunity for Ian to remind everybody that every single
pedophile—including those that claim to be non-offending—is a liar and a manipulator,
and has already molested children.
Ian's story, posted on December 21st, 2017, is based on a grain of truth.
In his story, he cites Canadian news site globalnews.ca as the source for the information
that Justin Georges Stephen Coulombe had been arrested in Canada.
If we go to the source of the information we can see that, in fact, on August 1st, 2017,
a man by the name Justin Georges Stephen Coulombe was indeed arrested in Canada for the crimes
of molesting children and producing child pornography.
However, where Ian's story falls flat is where he claims that this man, Justin Georges Stephen
Coulombe, was ever the man behind the accounts 'enderphile' and 'enderphile1' as he claims
in his story.
This information is based on a number failed doxx files on the account 'enderphile' that
have been circulating around the internet for a number of years now.
If we look at some of these doxx files, we can see that they're basically just text files
that are posted on some of these websites, pastebin style websites, you can see here
the kind of information they provide, they give you the username of the person that this information
is supposed to belong to, they give some information that they believe corresponds to that person,
in this case they provide an email address, this is in fact an email address that I used
to use initially when I started being active on social media with this account under the
'enderphile' identity, and then they provide a number of other social media accounts in
which I have been more or less active... actually some of these I've barely used at all, but
you can see very clearly that I've always gone under the pseudonym 'enderphile', eventually
'enderphile1' or 'enderphile2' depending on whether the 'enderphile' username was available
or whether the account that I was running under 'enderphile' had been suspended up until
that moment or not.
Now we can see that this doxx file—I was unable to find some of the earlier doxx files
in which they claimed that 'enderphile1' was Justin from Canada—however we can see that
as far back as August 19th, 2016 here, there is this doxx file available for anyone to
search for and find on the internet where it clearly states that "contrary to previous
beliefs, this pedophile is not the same as Justin Georges Stephen Coulombe from Canada",
so it's very clear that from a long time ago, this is...
August 2016, it's a year and a half before Ian wrote his article on Dangerous.com, there
is information out there contradicting the belief that 'enderphile' was Justin.
We can see here another doxx file that was posted, this time in January 2017, so about
half a year after the other one, in which, again, it is very clearly stated that "this
is a semi-doxx of the pedophile known as 'enderphile1', there isn't a whole lot of information at
the moment, but I can tell you that 'enderphile1' is not Justin Georges Coulombe, he never was
and never will be.
Stop saying he is, because you're only contributing to the confusion by posting these failed doxxes".
So it's very clear there was plenty of information that contradicted the initial belief that
'enderphile' was—or that I was, Justin.
Now, I'm going to proceed to demonstrate that I have, I'm still the person behind these
accounts, that I was from the very beginning, I'm gonna show you that I also have, I'm the
person behind all of these social media accounts that are shown here, from Reddit, Twitter,
Facebook, Tumblr, even Disqus, and Medium obviously, where I've been maintaining a blog
throughout the life of all the 'enderphile' accounts.
Now, the latest conspiracy theory is that, and you can see here Ian... you know... talking
about this theory, is that the real 'enderphile', the one that was actually Justin Coulombe
and was arrested was only 'enderphile1' and 'enderphile', but not the newest account 'enderphile2',
and he says this because, with the 'enderphile2' account, and through a Twitter exchange that
I had with a lady called Carieanne Faithfull, I actually posted geotagged Tweets and pictures
demonstrating that I was not in Canada at the moment in which Justin would most certainly
not have been allowed to leave the country, because he was supposedly awaiting trial for
his crimes of child molestation, if not already in prison.
As you can see in these tweets, Carrianne Faithfull, I sent her geotagged pictures,
you can see this is an office building in San Jose, California that anybody can look
up, here's the rest of that screenshot, we can see that the tweet is geotagged from San
Jose, California on December 13, 2017, so this is still eight days before Ian posted
his article on Dangerous.com.
So there was plenty of information, so in order for him to explain that 'enderphile2'
was in San Jose and was a free man, whereas allegedly 'enderphile' and 'enderphile1' was
Justin and was in jail, he had to come up with this conspiracy theory that the 'enderphile'
accounts were being run by multiple people, that after 'enderphile' or, Justin was sent
to jail, then another person took his mantle and ran with the 'enderphile2' account.
Of course notwithstanding the fact that the same person was behind the same Medium blog
and many other social media accounts and it was obvious that there was a lot of continuity
between these accounts, we can see him repeating the same conspiracy theory, in fact he said
"never mind the fact that 'enderphile2', '3' and '4' weren't the same as the original one",
which is false, 'enderphile2' was exactly the same as 'enderphile' and 'enderphile1',
'enderphile3' and '4' are indeed, let's say fake accounts.
'Enderphile3' has been suspended already, and 'enderphile4' is still available, but
all of these last two, '3' and '4' are—I mean 'enderphile3' and 'enderphile4' accounts
are just, you know, like I say in this tweet in response to Ian, "just idiots that have
taken the name as a meme" and they don't even talk about the topic of pedophilia, so it's
very clear by anyone, to anyone that looks at these accounts that they're not the same
person as I am.
OK?
Now, obviously this conspiracy theory has taken a life of its own, and now there's a
number of people claiming that "many journalists", as you can see here, have reported, "have
accurately reported" that "many people still use the 'enderphile' account and its associated",
and we cover for each other while some of those are, are in jail.
You can see that things can't get more ridiculous than this.
Here they state that "journalists", again, when the only one who's ever said anything
like this is Ian Miles Cheong, this person sustains, or maintains that "multiple journalists
have proven", as if, you know, any shred of evidence had ever been provided, and "have
been quoted many times saying that the 'Ender' persona has been used by many".
This is all, you know, bullshit, and I'm going to demonstrate, again, that I am exactly the
same person that has been always behind the 'enderphile', 'enderphile1', 'enderphile2'
and my current 'The Real Ender' Twitter accounts, as well as all of those other social media
accounts that have been indicated in some of these doxx files.
I'm going to proceed now to log in to my original 'enderphile' account on Twitter.
You can see here that I have all my past and present Twitter accounts configured in my
handy password manager, so I''m gonna log in with 'enderphile' account.
You can see I have the credentials to access this account.
As you can see, it tells me that my account 'enderphile' is currently suspended, "for
more information please visit suspended accounts".
You can't see anything in your timeline when your account is suspended, you can still log in.
If I actually click on my profile image here, you can see all my tweets, still available,
my pinned tweet was posted in February 2015, I joined originally in January 2015, so three
years ago, and my last tweet, this is a retweet of this one, was on 7th July, 2015, which
is when the original 'enderphile' account, more or less, was suspended.
And as you can see, I started with this bio, biography "Non-offending pedophile.
Sexually attracted to pre-pubescent boys.
I never have, and never will, touch a child sexually.
Pedophile does not equal molester."
OK?
Now I'm going to proceed to log in to my Reddit account.
So this is a Reddit post posted by a researcher called Ian McPhail in which he shared an interview
of myself which I talked about my experience of coming out to my wife.
You can see that I made several posts on this thread, about a year ago, here, actually,
in June 15th, 2016, and so now I'm going to actually log in to this account as well.
You can see the account is 'enderphile1' on Reddit, when I created the account I was already
using the 'enderphile1' account, so I'm just gonna... bear with me here...
OK I'm gonna log in...
I'm gonna enter my authentication code... and viola, I'm logged in as 'enderphile1'.
You see not a whole lot of activity here on Reddit, but it's an account that I still have
access to, and that it's obviously owned by myself as well.
Now I'm going to proceed to log in to my Wordpress account.
So I'm gonna go here, [unintelligible].. my username for my Wordpress account is 'enderphile'.
I created this initially thinking that I might set up my blog here, but I ultimately decided
to go with Medium, but I still keep this account, so I'm going to log in.
And if I click on my profile here on the right hand side, once it loads, a second... here
we go, let me go look at my profile.
You can see that the name is 'Ender Wiggin' and the biography or the 'about me' here is
the exact same wording as the one I used on Twitter with my original 'enderphile' account:
"Non-offending pedophile.
Sexually attracted to prepubescent boys.
I never have, and never will, touch a child sexually.
Pedophile does not equal molester."
I'm also gonna check out my Tumblr account.
I originally created this account, also under the name 'enderphile', with the subtitle "Thoughts
of a non-offending pedophile", I never actually did anything with this account, just created
an "About Me" page that you can see here, and as you can see at the bottom here, it
says "You can also find me on Twitter", and if you hover over that link on Twitter, it
points to the original 'enderphile' account.
So again, proof that these two accounts belong to the same person, that I still have access
to all of them and... this account, this Tumblr was actually suspended, so if I try to log
in with these credentials to Tumblr, it tells me that my account has been terminated.
I don't know why it was terminated, I never actually posted anything on this account,
but, you know, since I never used it I only figured out it was terminated some time ago
when I tried to log in for the first time in a long time.
In addition, I'm going also to log in to my Medium account, here.
I'm going to sign in through my Facebook, so you'll see also that I have access to my
Facebook account as well.
And there you go, I'm logged in as 'Ender Wiggin', OK, into my Medium account.
Here is where I keep all my blog, you can see all the stats of all my blog posts, all
the way back.
Last one was in January 2018, my first blog post on my Medium account was this one, "The
Non-Offending Pedophile", I can click here and check out that blog post, it was posted
on October 4, 2015.
OK now, so I'm going to go back to Twitter and I'm gonna show you that I also have access
to the 'enderphile1', 'enderphile2' and my current 'Ender' account.
So I'm gonna go here and actually log out, from my first original 'enderphile' Twitter
account, and I am going to now log in as 'enderphile1'.
So here we go.
You can see for some reason this account, it doesn't let me proceed any further and
see any of the information about it, or the tweets like we saw before with the 'enderphile'
account.
However it is clear that I was able to log in, and I get the message "Your account is
currently suspended", but this proves that I have access to this account, I have the
credentials to this account as well as the 'enderphile' account, and therefore it's the
same person behind both of those accounts.
Now I'm going to actually log out from this account, and finally I'm going to log in with
the 'enderphile2' account.
There we go.
In this one I can get in, as you can see, I get the same messages again as with the
'enderphile' account, "it's currently suspended, for more information visit suspended accounts",
but I can actually, once again, click on my profile here and see all the tweets from my
account.
As you can see here my pinned tweet was posted in May 2017, which is when I joined with this
account once the 'enderphile1' account was suspended.
This was my pinned tweet throughout my 'enderphile1' and 'enderphile2' accounts, you can see it's
a tweet that got a lot of exposure, just with the 'enderphile2' account alone almost 100,000
impressions, and it had more than that with the original 'enderphile1' account which I
used this pinned tweet with for the first time.
You can see there are tweets here of mine until 14th December 2017, which is when this
account was permanently suspended.
And now, finally, I'm going to log out of all of these 'enderphile' accounts and I'm
going to log in with my current running 'The Real Ender' Twitter account.
Here we go.
I have two-factor authentication configured for this account, and as you can see, I'm
in.
So this proves that I am the same person behind all of these accounts, I have always been
the same person behind all of these accounts, and it disproves the theory that there are
multiple people running the different 'Ender' accounts, or that the 'Ender' persona is managed by
multiple pedophiles in order to deceive people and it puts an end to all of these rumors.
Thank you everyone for watching.
I think this video proves beyond any doubt that I am and have always the one and only
person behind all of the 'enderphile' accounts in the different social media platforms from
the very beginning, and thus that Justin Georges Coulombe, the man who was arrested for crimes
against children was never the man behind the Ender Wiggin persona claiming to be non-offending
and anti-contact, that there was never any actual evidence that Justin was 'enderphile'
and that so-called "journalists" like Ian Miles Cheong, as well as internet vigilantes,
have never really cared about the truth, and instead their only intent is to try to discredit
the non-offending, anti-contact pedophile movement spearheaded by Virtuous Pedophiles
and those of us who have chosen to be present in social media to educate the public and
raise awareness about what it really means to be attracted to children, and how we are
perfectly capable of knowing right from wrong and living a life without harming a child.
Thank you again, and have a great day!

Razzies 2018: Critic's Picks for Which Films Should Win | THR News - Duration: 3:18.
On March 3, in an untelevised ceremony, the the Golden Raspberry Awards
aka The Razzies will "honor" the films that fell
far short of their Oscar-nominated counterparts.
'Fifty Shades Darker,' 'Pirates of the Caribbean: Dead Men Tell No Tales'
and 'Transformers: The Last Knight' may not bask in the glow of critical acclaim
like 'Call Me By Your Name' and 'The Shape of Water,'
but on Razzie-night they still get to shine. I mean, kind of.
The Hollywood Reporter critic Frank Scheck has heroically dissected
the Razzie-nominated films and made his picks for who deserves to win.
Spoiler alert: fans of 'The Emoji Movie' should take a leaf out of this guy's book
because the movie is Scheck's pick in several categories,
including Worst Screen Combo, Director, and Screenplay.
'The Mummy,' 'Baywatch,' 'Fifty Shades Darker,' 'Transformers: The Last Night'
and 'The Emoji Movie' are all battling for worst picture, a category that
Scheck calls "as always...fiercely competitive." However, our critic
concludes that in the end, the winner should be obvious: 'The Emoji Movie.'
He says. "After all, how can you deny a film featuring Poop as a main character?"
Katherine Heigl in 'Unforgettable,' Dakota Johnson's second sexy outing
in 'Fifty Shades Darker,' Jennifer Lawrence's turn in 'mother!,'
Tyler Perry in 'Boo! 2: A Madea Halloween' and Emma Watson's performance
in 'The Circle' are all shortlisted in the worst actress category.
Writes our reviewer, "Jennifer Lawrence, a critic's darling, seems
out of place here, even if her film proved wildly polarizing. It could be
argued that Perry's placement in the category is a bit of a cheat,
although I'm certainly not going to make that case. Some maintain that
Watson was robbed by not being dually nominated for her off-key singing
in 'Beauty and the Beast.' Johnson is truly terrible in 'Fifty Shades,' but she's
also the only reason it's worth watching. By process of elimination,
then, the winner should be Heigl, if only for her uncanny channeling
of Ivanka Trump in the forgettable 'Unforgettable.'"
Making dreaded appearances in the category for worst actor are
Zac Efron for 'Baywatch,' Tom Cruise for 'The Mummy,'
Johnny Depp for 'Pirates of the Caribbean: Dead Men Tell No Tales,'
Jamie Dornan for 'Fifty Shades Darker' and poor Mark Wahlberg with a
double whammy nomination for 'Daddy's Home 2' and
'Transformers: The Last Knight.' Don't shed too many tears for Wahlberg just
yet, though, as Scheck actually praises the actor, writing,
"...while Wahlberg was working with terrible material in both films for which he's
nominated, he wasn't actually that bad in either." Scheck also goes somewhat
easy on his winner pick, musing, "Zac Efron, who's proved
that he can be a good actor when he keeps his shirt on, takes the prize."
Laments our critic, "This one's tough. 'Boo! 2,' 'Fifty Shades Darker' and
'Transformers: The Last Knight' were exactly as bad as expected.
The two genuine disappointments were 'Baywatch,' which held the
possibility of at least being mindless fun, and 'The Mummy,'
which was expected to launch a new horror franchise for Universal based
on its legendary catalogue — and failed miserably." In the end though?
'Baywatch' might need some mouth to mouth resuscitation as Scheck
opines that it "deserves to win for frittering away the most job possibilities in Hollywood."
So what do you think of Frank Scheck's picks?
Do you agree with his take or do you think other films should be "honored" instead?
Let us know in the comments.

Wanna just take a sip of your lips I'm thirsty
My breathing becomes rougher My heartbeat becomes faster
I know, you know, we know

Ready, set it off
Call my name with your locked voice
In the frame of night, we're like a painting
What words are needed tonight, come in here
Secretly pour yourself on me
I wanna be filled with you
When I'm in front of you, I get thirsty, yeah
My whole body trembles, my breath gets hot
I'm too thirsty to just look at you Thirsty oh yeah, so thirsty
I can't hold back, not in the slightest You make me thirsty
