SCOTUS Rules In Favor Of Trump, Allows Changes For Illegal Immigrants To Begin

To many Americans, the immigration debate is quite simple.

Get illegal aliens out of the country.

But, in reality, the process has become incredibly complex.

Believe it or not, there are advocates within the government that want to make the process

complicated.

Why?

Because it will give illegals a chance to stay in the country.

They put the "rights" of non-citizens (people here illegally) before Americans.

Most recently, the American Civil Liberties Union was trying to aid illegals detained

for crimes.

They wanted to create a situation that gave illegals special privilege.

But, the Supreme Court shut them down.

From Daily Caller:

Immigrants detained for removal proceedings may be held indefinitely and are not entitled

to a bail hearing, the Supreme Court ruled Tuesday. The ruling means that immigrant detainees,

who are sometimes held for months and years on end, have no recourse to challenge their

confinement…

The 9th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals found that individuals held in immigration jails

pending deportation may have a hearing every six months to review the legitimacy of their

detention.

The 9th Circuit based its decision on a legal rule called the canon of constitutional avoidance.

The rule says that where a federal law has multiple interpretations, courts must rely

on the interpretation that avoids constitutional problems.

Alito explained that this approach was mistaken, since the words of the statute clearly do

not provide bail hearings for detained immigrants.

Of course, it was the ACLU that was fighting to help illegals.

Why do they care more about criminal aliens than American citizens?

The ACLU seems to have forgotten that Constitutional rights apply to Americans.

Not people who broke the law to be here.

The Supreme Court has every right to deny criminal aliens special privileges.

The scheme was intended to prevent their deportations indefinitely.

But if a person is apprehended by the feds and is in the process of being prosecuted,

they shouldn't get special treatment.

They deserve a swift and speedy exit from the United States.

All the ACLU wanted to do was create a situation where illegals were protected from deportation.

Granting them the privilege to get a bail hearing meant they could flee federal custody.

Good luck finding them again.

This ruling is a win for all Americans.

It protects our rights and upholds the rule of law.

And it gets us one step closer to ending illegal immigration for good.

Billy Graham's Hearse Displays Incredible Final Message Across The Hood For Americans - Duration: 6:07.

Billy Graham's Hearse Displays Incredible Final Message Across The Hood For Americans

Beloved evangelical leader Billy Graham was an extraordinarily influential and a well-loved

evangelist pastor from North Carolina who passed away last week at the age of 99.

Not only was he well liked by the ordinary person, his influence was so far-reaching

and respected that he was considered as the counselor or minister to numerous United States

Presidents.

Today, he was taken to the U.S. Capitol where he will lie as the only religious leader in

our nation's history to be given the honor, as well as being only the fourth citizen to

do so as well.

As the black hearse carrying his body approached, people immediately noticed it wasn't an

American flag his final ride was flying.

Graham worked as a modern day Peter from Biblical times, bringing love, hope, and God's wisdom

to the world.

His void in this world will be felt for years to come, as his message he spent his life

spreading is needed now more than ever.

As his body passed through Washington, D.C. today, he spread a message in his passing

with what was picked to fly from the hood of his hearse.

The Daily Caller reports:

The hearse carrying Billy Graham to the U.S. Capitol did not fly an American flag, it flew

a flag far more appropriate for the honor of its journey. As the black hearse rolled

to the front of the U.S. Capitol for Graham to lie in honor, two early 20th-century Christian

flags could be seen flying from its hood.

The Christian flag represents the power and tenets of Christendom.

The red Latin cross symbolizes the blood of Christ that was shed on the cross.

The blue represents baptismal waters and the rebirth of one's soul.

The white represents the purity of Jesus.

Like the American flag, this Christian flag, dating back to the 1800s, also bears the same

color scheme of red, white, and blue, which is not coincidental.

According to Christian Today, this special flag is rooted in American history.

Some may not appreciate that fact, especially those who consistently disregard that the

United States was and still is a Christian nation.

"The Christian flag dates back to an impromptu speech given by Charles C. Overton, a Sunday

school superintendent in New York, on September 26, 1897.

The guest speaker for the Sunday school kick-off didn't show up, so Overton had to wing it.

Spying an American flag near the podium, he started talking about flags and their symbolism.

Along the way he proposed that Christians should have their own flag—an idea that

stayed on his mind long after the speech.

In 1907 Overton teamed up with Ralph Diffendorfer, secretary to the Methodist Young People's

Missionary Movement, to produce and promote the flag," Christian Today explained.

"The colors on the flag, not surprisingly, match those on the American flag.

White represents purity and peace, blue indicates fidelity, and red stands for Christ's blood

sacrifice."

Flying this flag during one of his final rides before his burial is exceptionally fitting

after the work he did here on earth.

It's also a reminder of his message, the legacy he leaves behind, and that America

is a Christian nation in need of love, forgiveness, and hope.

Graham was taken to the U.S. Capitol in this special ride where thousands showed up to

pay their respects but were stunned by who else was there.

The Daily Caller reports:

Each person entering the space room under the Capitol Dome was treated to a private

conversation with Graham's eldest son, Franklin.

The younger Graham followed in his father's footsteps, and is a Christian evangelist and

missionary.

Franklin stood at the end of the room and shook the hand of every faithful person who

entered.

Mr. Graham told The Daily Caller, in between hugs and handshakes from beaming strangers,

he "will stand here as long as I am able."

"These people stood outside for us and for my father," he continued.

"I will stand here for them.

We love them and so does God."According to PS Republic:

The late Billy Graham didn't just leave a legacy behind in his word and the lives

he changed, he passed the baton of making a lasting impact in this world onto his family,

who are living representatives of his example.

This is incredible to know since the void of his absence from this earth will be filled

by those he raised and taught by his example.

Showing their dedication to appreciating people, was the Graham's going out of their way

and beyond what anyone would expect of them, by personally meeting, greeting, and interacting

with the thousands of visitors.

These guest were undoubtedly blessed by their sincerity and genuine love and appreciation

for their father who they may have never had the chance to meet while he was alive but

were changed by him even still.

Impressively, it was completely Franklin Graham's idea and desire to be able to greet everyone

attending, much to a Senate press staffer's surprise, according to the Daily Caller.

"It was a total surprise.

No one has ever done this before.

It is really special," the staffer told the news outlet.

"Many members of the Graham extended family were also in attendance.

At the time of this report, Franklin and his three sons were still shaking the hands of

the hundreds faithful filing through the rotunda," Daily Caller added.

Billy Graham didn't just leave the world a better place by changing people's lives

and spreading an important message like nobody has in our nation's history before – he

left the world his incredible family to carry on his important work.

He died at a time when America needed him most but not without an army of physical angels,

blessed by his example, to pick up and carry on where he left off.

The case for Tim Hortons selling weed | Mark Critch - Duration: 2:12.

What a happy, happy bunch of people.

You are so happy.

Not as happy as you're going to be when

the weed is legal though, eh?

Lots to talk about the weed.

Where are we going to sell it?

Shopper's Drug Mart says that they should sell the weed

because they have a lot of locations and they're a trusted

place that Canadians go to to get their drugs of choice.

A lot of locations, a place Canadians go to get

their drug of choice.

I think they should sell it at Tim Horton's, hey?

I think it's about time they let us really roll something up.

I want an everything bagel that really has everything in it.

I want a bagel that will make me hungrier the more I eat it.

Perfect place to sell it, right?

I mean my god, they sell everything else.

Lasagna and wraps and salads.

Who the hell wants a salad at a Tim Horton's.

The closest experience I want to eating a salad at a Tim Horton's

is when I get really depressed and I eat a whole box of

Timbits with a fork.

Couldn't be anywhere safer.

People worry about kids getting into drugs

because marijuana's legal.

The only people who hang out at Tim Horton's

are really old people and cops. It's perfect!

They're basically already a drug dealer.

They sell you something that you're addicted to,

and there's one on every corner, eh?

You're already buying your weed in the parking lot.

I'm just saying, go inside where it's warm!

It'd be perfect. The staff won't mind.

Half of them are stoned anyway.

(laughter)

You could get in your car, you could pull up to the drive-thru

window, roll down your window, buddy'd lift up his,

smoke billowing between the two windows.

'I want a Jamaican Bacon Breakfast Sandwich with two hash

browns made with real hash, brother' hey?

Hop in your car then and peel out going twenty kilometers

an hour down the Trans-Canada Highway.

Jared Kushner Using His White Ties To Secure Loans For His Businesses - Duration: 3:12.

Jared Kushner's very bad week continues to get even worse.

On Wednesday evening a new report came out from the New York Times that detailed how

Jared Kushner is essentially using his office in the White House and his position of power

to get loans for his businesses.

According to the report, Kushner at separate times, met with executives from Citigroup

as well as the founder of a private hedge fund organization, private equity group, known

as Apollo Global Management.

And after he met with each one of these individuals, his group Kushner Companies, his business,

then received hundreds of millions of dollars in loans from these organizations after meeting

with Kushner in the White House.

And for Joshua Harris who is the founder of Apollo Management Group, there's even reports

that Kushner offered him a position within the Donald Trump White House at some point

in the future.

Apollo's Group then decided to give 100 plus million dollars to Jared Kushner's properties.

Citigroup, we don't know if there was any kind of quid-pro-quo there, but after he met

with executives they decided to give him more than 300 million dollars.

Jared Kushner belongs in prison.

Jared Kushner is conducting illegal work out of the White House.

He is using his position, both being close to the president and as a senior advisor for

the White House, in order to secure loans for his businesses.

That is what this story means.

Now, Kushner's lawyers have denied that it had anything to do with the businesses.

The folks at Apollo Management Group said that Joshua Harris was not involved in the

decision to approve this loan.

But that's absolute nonsense.

I don't believe that for a second.

Obviously that's what these two groups would say if they were trying to cover up some kind

of illegal activity.

And again, what is this at this point?

We're four days into the week and we've already had four very damning Jared Kushner stories.

I mean hell, Hope Hicks had one bad story and she quit a few hours later.

But Kushner in one week, four horrible stories about how corrupt and disgusting this kid

is, and he's still serving in the White House.

He still has some access to classified information.

Jared Kushner has to go, Jared Kushner is committing crimes while serving in the White

House, or at least that's what this report seems to indicate.

This guy belongs in prison, not in the White House.

What is music therapy for addiction treatment? - Duration: 1:53.

My, mom's a musician, my grandma she was a musician

It's a family thing. I think music is so crucial to everything that everyone is doing in general.

Everyone loves music; Music is universal so, we want to be able to still like touch musical basis with everybody

So for the non musicians, we still do lyrical analysis

And music groups, drum circles because everyone can hit a drum.

And music just has a way of making you feel things that you can't usually pinpoint.

The, music is really a it's a sensitive thing right like

No one just ups and sings. It's kind of hard to just be like, "Sing on the spot!" So, some of the clients have

Gone from not wanting to sing ever to being able to perform for graduations here.

And therapeutically, I know music is expressive, but I think music is more than that because I've had clients that

were not musicians and still cried because they could relate to the song.

I don't really, want to end up back at place like, back in rehab. So

Having music to remind me of this place and how I was feeling when I got here how

I feel now and how I feel when I leave. I think it's a good tool to, you know, keep you in check.

I think that in this world we're given a lot of different gifts, and we don't know what to do with them.

But I think I've been given a really great opportunity to kind of take this and turn into a positive. So I

Plan on rocking this music program.

Rocking it. Yeah.

How to Make Great Films – The One Thing You MUST HAVE for Good Videos - Duration: 4:04.

What is it that makes a great film, and what do you need to make sure your films

are great too? Answer is coming up now.

Hey everyone, Camber here coming at you from Mississippi, and welcome to the

beginning. "The beginning of what?" The beginning of a channel that is dedicated

to teaching you all about filmmaking so that you can go from knowing absolutely

nothing about taking video with your camera to being able to make awesome

videos that people will even pay you for. So if that's you, consider subscribing

because we've got a lot of great content to come. So let's jump right into it.

There is so much equipment to consider when it comes to making films. I mean

you've got your camera. You've got your lenses. You've got tripods, monopods,

sliders, gimbles, lights, microphones, diffusers, reflectors, filters, drones.

So what is it that makes a good film?

I've got a secret for you.

It's none of that stuff!

The most important part of filmmaking is none of that equipment

that you get. It's not the gimbals, the tripods, the cameras, the microphones,

the filters, any of that stuff. The most important part of filmmaking; the one

thing you have to get right is your STORY. Before we keep going disclaimer,

I know there's gonna be people out there that say your film can get ruined by bad

lighting, bad framing, bad music, whatever. And I agree. A good story can be ruined

by having bad lighting, bad framing, bad camera moves, bad audio. Tons, a ton of variables.

However, you can't fix a bad story just by having the best equipment,

huge crews, or having a latest red 8k camera. If all it took was the best

equipment, we wouldn't have films like this happen:

or this:

or this:

So the most important part of filmmaking is the story because we are

first and foremost storytellers. Instead of writing our stories in a book, we're

putting it up on a screen for people to see. There's a ton of variables; we're

gonna learn the technicals on how to make your story look good, but you have

to start with that baseline of having a good story for it to be a good film.

So what is it that makes a good story? How do we know if it's good?

Think about your favorite films.

So story is the most important building block of films,

and we're gonna go into breaking down stories later on and seeing what is

it that makes these good stories. For now I'll just leave you this link here.

You can go check out Darious Britt. He's got a lot of great videos talking about story

structure, breaking down different movies, telling how they work and what is it

that drives that story and makes it good. So check it out; that's great resource.

But as we go into picking cameras, lens choice, all the different variables

of your camera. Learning how to use those tools to further your story, to better

tell your story so that you can turn that story into an awesome film.

So everyone, if you made it this far go ahead and hit that thumbs up.

Leave a comment down below of what your favorite film is and why. I'd love to hear what

your favorite stories are. Subscribe if you haven't, and remember that the only

way to get better at something is to practice.

So get out there and film something

See you soon.

Charly&Faust - VLOG #4 FIRST REHEARSAL FOR OUR ACOUSTIC SET - Duration: 10:23.

Hey it's Charly&Faust!

Today is our first rehearsal for our acoustic set at the Hotel Cafe at the end of March. Check it out!

Charly: What should we do, jam on it or we...

Jeff: Let's do it as we normally do.

Charly: We do in kind of a loop and we'll see what comes out. - Jeff: Yeah yeah.

Faust: Same as always, just the two of us on the side we need to meet to work

because there will be some changes for the voices.

And mostly for the harmonies. It would be great to work the harmonies. We need to meet just the two of us for that.

Once you'll have your guitar part of course.

Charly: Well I think the guitar part is not gonna... Actually we need to see what's coming out with the band.

Faust: I think it's gonna be cool. - Coralie: Okay.

Charly: I think it's gonna be a mix between the brushes and that. - Faust: Yeah.

Faust: I'm not a fan of the brushes tho.

Charly: You don't like it? - Faust: Yeah.

It's something, it's too jazzy for me.

But it can be fine. We need to see.

Charly: Yeah let's try.

Faust: Because...

I'm gonna be a pain but I'm gonna be very picky with that, because I really don't want it to be too jazzy.

More folk than... You see what I mean?

Charly: Do you have your cajon?

Coralie: No, I don't have it with me.

Charly: You don't? Is it home? Okay.

Because the cajon is gonna break the jazzy side.

Charly: She has to take her cajon.

Because it's gonna break the jazz vibe. Even if she uses the brushes on that, if she has the cajon it will remove the jazz feeling.

Faust: And would it be more folk? - Charly: Yeah it will be.

Faust: Let's start with 'Assh*le'.

Charly: What do we do, do we start with the piano, with the guitar...?

Faust: Piano for now and if we feel that we can add the guitar we add it.

Charly: Tell us when you wanna us to start.

Nathan: Ah you already started? For the moment I was juste looking for what I could do.

Charly: Ah okay but it could be nice to have something like this... - Nathan: Something like this?

Charly: In your opinion, how should we do it, should we...

Faust: What would be pretty it's the 'Ouh-ouh' but now we're gonna f*ck up because it's different but we'll work on that just the two of us

you see the voices extras

because you see that super pretty but I can't think of something we could do with the 'Ouh-ouh'.

Charly: But I don't know if it should start like this.

I don't know we need to try, we should hum...

Nathan: I can do approximately the same pattern as we used to do until now

which means two times the ti-li-ti-li cycle and other times where i do the chords

and then after you come in at some point... - Charly: Yeah

Yeah but maybe not just just doing the chords this time.

Nathan: No but that's my point it's...

Charly: Maybe the 'Ouh-ouh' aren't needed.

Because it's beautiful like that, on its own.

Charly: I'm gonna try to come in.

Charly: You do the small intro and then we go hum

Nathan: Anyway I'm gonna the two same chords until you come in and...

And when you come in it's the same chords.

Charly: Okay. - Faust: Wait in that case...

You should hm you see you... I have a hard time to know when to come in, you know me.

Charly: Yes yes yes. But you want us to come in at the same time when I do "I love you my heart my soul"?

Faust: Do I sing that with you? - Charly: I don't remember, I don't think so.

Faust: No not that. For my part... - Charly: Ah!

Faust: I don't know when...

Charly: Yeah I have to admit even me I don't really know what's going on *laughs* - Faust: We'll see!

Charly: Here.

Charly: No that's not here!

Charly: I think we should do it a little faster no?

Faust: Yeah but for the voices we need to change a lot of things anyway.

Charly: Yeah there is plenty of stuff to change but this acoustic version can be super cool.

Faust: Yeah it's too slow tho I agree with you

and what would be nice it would be that

when it goes up you know

when it's supposed to go up

that there would be... well of course...

there would be... it would be more 'POUH'!

Charly: Yeah well let's work on that. - Jeff Charly!

I'm gonna change the strings tonight because...

it goes in every directions... How can you stay a year without changing your strings?

I change mine every two weeks! - Charly: But sweetie!

It was in France! I didn't touch this guitar! - Jeff: Aaah okay.

I thought you had it here, my bad! - Charly: No.

Charly: I didn't even play with it yet. Eric was using it. - Jeff: As soon as I play that pfiou!

It goes it goes. - Charly: Yeah yeah

But be careful if you change the strings, you need to change them one by one.

Because the bridge isn't fix.

So the bridge is gonna move and you won't ever be able to tune it correctly.

Faust: It would be very pretty if you could do something like that you see

more intense when the song starts to...

you know when the music goes

something a little dreamy you see.

To be sure we have this folk vibe.

Jeff: I'm gonna try.

Charly: It should be a little faster than what we did.

Faust: I was imagining something more like, more like

you see something that hm a little more like hm

but still...

Charly: Well that s why I think the bass tom is better than the kick.

I think that's more it.

She wants something more

like a drum.

You see?

Faust: But isn't it possible to do just with the kick drum.

You see something like.

Charly: But what do you want rhythmically? Something like

Faust: We need to do it again because like this I won't be able to tell you.

Faust: I would like, because I would like to do something you see.

Charly: You're doing something you sing!

Faust: Yeah but I would like to DO something you see

to have a... an accessory

specially for gig like this

where it is more... you see? - Jeff: A tambourine?

Faust: Not a tambourine.

A...

I don't know how it's called.

Jeff: Checkers? - Charly: A drum?

Coralie: Checkers *laughs* - Faust: A tambourine?

Charly: No it's a drum. - Faust: A drum.

Charly: There are tons of different drums but hm... - Faust: I want a drum.

Faust: A drum!!

Jeff: Assh*le, take 42 bis.

Faust: Next time I'll bring the cookies, hm no

I'm not bringing cookies.

Charly: A bourguignon beef. - Faust: I'll bring a bourguignon beef!!

Jeff: Bye bye!

Faust: You'll have sound here?
