a stressful situation that you would like to work on.

it could be something going on in your life right now or something in the past that's

still bothering or maybe something that's going to happen that you're worried about.

Give this stress a number on a scale from 0 - 10

0 being the lowest and 10 being the highest in intensity.

now focus on this stressful situation as we start tapping.

"Even though I'm feeling so stressed out about this situation I deeply and completely accept

myself"

All this stress

This situation is stressing me out

I feel so stressed

I wish this situation wasn't in my life right now

I feel like I have no control

This stress in my stomach and chest

I feel so overwhelmed
