How to Search Arizona's Name Database to Find a Name for a new Arizona LLC or corporation (2018) - Duration: 5:55.

Hi, this is Richard Keyt i'm an Arizona, LLC attorney. I've been forming LLC's in Arizona since 1992.

To date since I started counting in

2002 I've formed over

5,800 Arizona LLC's the purpose of this video is to show you how to use some of the services that are provided by the

Arizona Corporation Commission.

These are things that you might want to do in connection with forming an Arizona LLC or corporation.

Now here's what you're going to learn on this particular video first. We're going to show you how to search the Arizona Corporation Commission

Database and see if a name that you want for your new company either an LLC or corporation

If that name is available this is also the same way a foreign LLC or corporation

Would search to see if they can use their name in the state of Arizona to do business in Arizona.

Now we will also show you if you do find a name. That's available

How you can reserve that name and prevent other people from using your desired name?

Please like this video and don't forget to subscribe if you have comments or questions about

LLC's put them in the comment section below

The first thing you got to do to get to the

webpage where you can check to see if your name is available is to go into your browser and

in the

URL area type in

HTTP colon forward slash forward slash ich or p--

dot AZ CC gov

Then hit the enter button

That'll take you to the corporation Commission's Ecore. P-- website, then select file

Then select name forms for any name reservations

next select to check entity name availability

click on that

Now you're on the name checking screen under the name field type in the name that you want

So let's try Smith comma LLC now we have to select an entity type click on select an entity type

Then select the type of entity that you want business corporation nonprofit corporation or LLC I'm gonna select the LLC

Then click on the check name

icon and

then the system is going to tell you whether the name is available or whether there's a conflict so in this case there's already a

Company called Smith limited partnership and another one called co dot Smith

comma LLC so that names not available so what we can do is modify the name if

The name is different even by one letter, then you will be able to use the name

So I'm gonna put an X after Smith and let's check it again

click on the check name and now

Smith with an X at the end come LLC is a name that can be used in Arizona even though

It's only different from Smith comma LLC by the fact that it has a letter X in it

So next you want to click on available click here to reserve name if you want to reserve the name

now my recommendation is that you don't reserve the name because

the name that you just

Checked and was available has been available from the beginning of time up until the moment you did a check

So what are the chances that that names gonna be taken by somebody else in the next day or two or week or?

month or a year

So if you want to reserve the name however just click here to reserve the name

And it'll take you to another page where you can complete the online

Application and you can pay by credit card to reserve your name now

It's only good for a period of a hundred and twenty days after that time it'll expire

So you would want a result you'd want to apply for your company by filing articles of organization or Articles of Incorporation

within that hundred and twenty day period

If you have any questions about forming or operating in arizona, LLC. Call me or my son

We've formed over five thousand eight, hundred, Arizona

LLC's and we don't charge to answer questions about LLC's or corporations

I'm Rick the Father and you can see my contact info on the screen you can also call my son Ricky

He's an ASU Law School grad licensed to practice law in Arizona and in, California

Now if you want to hire us to form an LLC we have three different packages the bronze silver and gold

First thing is to call myself or my son get your questions answered

Then if you want to compare the contents of our three packages go to KEYT la w.com

forward slash packages and when you're ready to hire us to form your company just complete our online questionnaire at

KEYT la W

Mass Mortality Composting: Site Selection for Outdoor Composting - Duration: 5:19.

Site selection for emergency composting of poultry carcasses infected with avian influenza

requires careful consideration to ensure that there are no impacts to public health or the environment

To help prevent the spread of this virulent disease, compost sites must be located within

or in close proximity to the infected premises.

One of the ways to best play it is to have your own site available

so that way if you do get hit with the highly pathogenic avian influenza you can

dive right into taking care of your birds. So what we look for on a site

is if you have an area of asphalt that is undedicated at the time and you can surplus

it for composting. That would be the ideal scenario because asphalt provides a good solid

work surface and doesn't end up putting soil into the mixture and other items which can

help your composting process suffer a bit.

The most appropriate time to begin the site selection process is during the initial Farm Assessment.

keeping in mind the following factors.

The site access should be able to handle heavy truck traffic and allow for biosecurity around

the perimeter, securing access to and from the location.

Designated compost sites should be large enough to accommodate all of the generated carcasses,

litter, waste feed, and other contaminated materials, as well as have the ability to

store any additional amendment materials that may be needed for successful composting.

The chosen site should not be adversely impacted by potential releases of nutrient-laden leachate

nor will it result in nuisance complaints in the event that odors, flies, or scavengers

begin to appear on-site.

Prevailing wind directions should not travel to nearby residences whenever possible.

The edges of the identified site should have these following minimum setbacks:

200 feet from a water supply well used for drinking

200 feet from water bodies, including ponds, lakes, streams, and rivers

200 feet from a nearby residence 50 feet from a drainage swale that leads to

a water body And 25 feet from a drainage swale that does

not lead to a water body.

In addition to the features listed above, each individual site should also meet the

following surface standards.

Please check with local Natural Resource agencies as these standards may be modified by existing

state and local regulations.

Sites should be located at the top slope of the field, on moderately-well to well drained

soils, usually land that is used for crop production.

Sites should be located within a gentle 2 to 4 percent slope to encourage on-site drainage.

Sites should contain soil depths at least 24 inches from seasonal high water tables.

Sites should contain soil depths at least 36 inches from bedrock.

Sites should not be located on a flood plain.

And sites should have (or construct) diversion ditches, terraces, or berms to direct surface

water and storm water away from active compost piles.

If piles are located between production houses, then roof and surface drainage should be directed

away from the compost area.

When I go to any state or any province across the country, each one has a

different way that they look at the regulations of composting sites

and how to put agricultural compost piles out there.

So its very important that you consult with the state guidelines to make sure

that our SOP meets their standards. And the best way to do that is to actually meet the

person that does the regulation for the area and invite them come out and see what you're doing

so that you're on the same page and long after you leave, there's still stuff that has to be done

to those piles. That they'll be more willing to work with the farmer and make a smooth transition.

Mass Mortality Composting for Avian Influenza Infected Flocks - Duration: 14:08.

Hi, I'm Josh Payne, Extension Poultry Specialist with Oklahoma State University.

During the recent avian influenza outbreak, I along with several other composting

subject matter experts from across the US, assisted commercial poultry operations with disease response.

Most infected farms used composting as a means to manage mortalities

and to inactivate the avian influenza virus.

This video provides footage from the Maine avian influenza composting workshop as well

as actual footage from avian influenza outbreaks.

It is designed to provide an overview of this process and to help producers, poultry companies,

the industry and state and federal agencies prepare and respond to future outbreaks.

In addition, we'll provide a series of brief videos covering topics such as siting considerations,

carbon sourcing, temperature monitoring, turning compost windrows, and troubleshooting with

interviews from top composting subject matter experts.

A disease outbreak on any poultry farm is devastating to the produce and the company.

But it can be managed by following proven methods based on research and real world experience.

The highly pathogenic avian influenza outbreak was the largest animal

health emergency in U.S. history.

Avian influenza viruses occur naturally in wild migratory birds, such as ducks, swans

and geese, and can infect domestic chickens, ducks, quail, pheasants, guinea fowl, turkeys

and other poultry.

Unfortunately, when found in commercial poultry flocks, steps must be taken to keep the disease

from devastating the industry.

Infected birds either die from the disease or have been euthanized in an effort to control

disease spread.

However, dealing with mass poultry mortalities creates additional challenges for poultry producers

Proper carcass management is vital for controlling disease and managing nutrients.

Improper disposal may cause odor nuisance or spread disease, and the resulting leachate,

or carcass fluids, could negatively impact water sources.

The avian influenza virus may still be present within the carcass, litter, feed or eggs and

could be carried by insects, rodents, predators, and subsurface or above ground water movement.

It can also be spread through direct contact with other birds, leading to increased disease

transmission risks.

For these reasons, proper mortality management practices must be implemented immediately

following a catastrophic event.

And everyone involved must adhere to strict biosecurity measures in order to prevent disease

transmission from human activity.

Mass mortality composting was implemented on the majority of infected poultry operations

during the recent avian influenza outbreaks.

Mortality composting uses biological mechanisms to naturally degrade poultry carcasses.

The compost material covering dead birds reduces odor and flies while the heat created destroys

the avian influenza virus.

All in an environmentally sustainable and safe manner.

By definition, composting is a controlled biological decomposition process that converts

organic matter into a stable, humus-like product.

Many homeowner's are familiar with backyard composting using green and brown plant material.

Composting poultry is characterized by microbial breakdown of a centralized nitrogen source,

in this case carcasses which are surrounded by carbon material.

The process begins with naturally present microorganisms degrading soft tissue.

Following soft tissue decomposition, thorough mixing of the carbon material, carcasses and

manure promotes a more ideal blend of carbon and nitrogen for optimum composting.

For mass poultry mortalities, this entire process will take approximately 28 days.

An initial farm assessment should be conducted in order to determine if on-site composting

is suitable.

Composting inside the poultry house in windrows is usually the best option, however, it requires

adequate space for machinery and the piles.

If space is not available, other on-site structures or outdoor compost sites can be considered.

When conducting a farm assessment, note variables such as poultry house dimensions, litter depth,

stored manure, mortality compost bins, total pounds of mortality, moisture content of litter

and water source.

This information will help when determining: the type and amount of equipment required,

the amount of additional carbon required, and if additional water is needed.

Equipment should be of adequate size and horsepower for the house type and material to be moved.

For example, track loaders work better than skid loaders if maneuvering through wet manure.

High capacity buckets work well to move large amounts of material quickly.

Other necessary supplies should include: 36" long-stem thermometers

long handled rakes square point shovels

personal protective equipment hand pump sprayers

and disinfectant.

A local supply of carbon material will also need to be found.

The material selected should prevent flies from contacting the carcasses, serve as an

insulating blanket and allow air to flow out of the piles.

It will also act as a biofilter between the carcasses and the environment.

During an avian influenza outbreak, it is imperative to promptly construct compost windrows

as soon as possible to reduce disease transmission risks, odors, flies and scavengers.

If composting inside the poultry house, prep the house by securing any loose cords, cables,

hoses or fans to keep machinery from becoming entangled.

Skilled equipment operators are needed to run equipment carefully yet efficiently, especially

inside a poultry house.

Having experience operating equipment on poultry farms is preferred.

Laborers will also be needed to scrape organic matter from sidewalls and perform other jobs

For in-house composting, birds and litter should be cleared to the floor surface for

construction of the windrow base.

For outdoor composting, an appropriate site must be identified based on soil type, distance

to surface or groundwater, slope, and other considerations.

To construct windrows, create a base layer approximately 10 to 15 inches thick and 12

to 15 feet wide of sufficiently porous and absorbent carbon material.

Avoid driving over the base of the windrow as this causes compaction.

Place carcasses, manure and other infected organic material, such as eggs and feed onto

the base layer forming the windrow core.

The core should be constructed by adding material to either side of the windrow.

Do not drive equipment on the side of the windrow either.

Compacting the windrow sides reduces airflow into the pile and can result in poor pile performance

Upon completion of the windrow core, cap the mixture with 8 to 12 inches of suitable carbon

material.

The completed windrow should be approximately 6 to 8 feet high.

Each windrow must be inspected and approved by appropriate state or federal officials.

Compost windrows should be numbered and flagged at a minimum of 10 temperature monitoring

locations spaced equidistant along the length of each windrow.

Following windrow construction, the first phase of composting will begin.

Monitor daily temperatures using a long-stem thermometer.

Both an 18 inch and a 36 inch temperature reading are collected at each flagged location

and recorded on the daily temperature log.

Compost that has met temperature criteria may be approved for turning after 14 days.

The purpose of turning the windrow is to mix the core, base and cap materials together.

This process exposes the microbes to more oxygen in the pile and results in increased

microbial activity, causing the temperature to rise and accelerate carcass degradation.

When turning the windrow, cascade material from the loader to provide for proper mixing

and aeration.

If soft tissue is observed on the windrow surface, additional carbon material should

be applied as a cap.

Once windrows are turned, the second phase of composting begins.

Daily temperatures are monitored and recorded.

After 28 days, compost that has met temperature requirements may be approved for release.

Once released, compost may be moved out of the houses for stockpiling or moved off farm.

This valuable by-product can be land applied as a soil amendment or fertilizer source,

recycling nutrients and organic matter.

Sometimes troubleshooting is required for piles that are not performing properly.

For example, if excessive flies or odor are detected, piles should be capped with additional

carbon material.

If internal temperatures are not reaching the proper levels, then the mixture may be

too dry or too wet.

If too dry, add water to the pile.

If too wet, add additional carbon to the pile and mix to absorb excess moisture.

Windrow temperatures that drop too early may not be receiving enough oxygen.

In this case, aerate the pile by mixing.

Composting mass poultry mortalities is a procedure that can be implemented on most commercial

poultry farms.

This method requires guidance from a trained composting expert, proper equipment, experienced

operators, and sufficient carbon, water and space.

During a disease outbreak, composting inside the poultry house is preferred, if possible,

to minimize biosecurity risks and access by scavenging animals.

Since carcasses are contained on-farm, composting can be more biosecure compared to methods

that transport carcasses off-farm.

The USDA avian influenza mortality composting protocol requires a 28 day composting process.

Hence, in-house poultry mortality composting may delay poultry house cleaning and disinfecting

efforts resulting in extended down times as compared to other disposal methods.

Finally, proper composting can degrade poultry carcasses into a useful soil amendment and

fertilizer.

Selena Gomez 'feeling empowered' after completing two-week treatment for depressio - Duration: 3:50.

Selena Gomez 'feeling empowered' after completing two-week treatment for depression and anxiety

Selena Gomez has decided to concentrate on her health and wellbeing after voluntarily checked herself into a treatment programme for depression and anxiety.

The star is said to be feeling pretty empowered since completing the course of treatment, with a source telling People: She felt like she needed to get away and focus on herself with no distractions.

She came back feeling very empowered. According to The Blast, the 25-year-old completed her treatment in New York, where she stayed on-site during the two-week programme, undergoing therapy sessions and getting involved in mediation and pilates classes.

The source said it was such a positive stay, that Selenas keen to do it again.

'She wants to go again later this year.

She feels and looks great.

She's still working on new music and is excited about it. She apparently sought treatment for herself, but was supported by her on-off boyfriend Justin Bieber.

And speaking of Jelena, things still seem to be going swimmingly between the pair after they were spotted together at a hockey game earlier this week in Los Angeles.

It is rumoured that Selena is not currently speaking to her mother Mandy Teefey after she was said to be broken over her daughters rekindled relationship with her ex.

Mandy also issued a lengthy statement revealing she told her daughter not to work with Woody Allen on his new film A Rainy Day In New York.

This isnt the firs time Gomez has taken a break to concentrate on her health – in 2016, the actress announced she was stepping away to focus on maintaining my health and happiness after suffering from a number of side effects caused by her lupus, including anxiety and depression.

The 25-year-old has also spoken in the past about how her relationship with social media has affected her mental health, saying that her Instagram account – which is the most followed account on the platform, bar Instagram itself – is actually now under the control of her assistant.

'It had become so consuming to me.

It's what I woke up to and went to sleep to,' Selena told Vogue.

'I was an addict, and it felt like I was seeing things I didn't want to see, like it was putting things in my head that I didn't want to care about.

How to Use Canva for Social Media: Tutorial for Beginners - Duration: 7:14.

Hey guys. So recently you may have noticed a bit of a shift where

businesses just can't get away with posting memes on their account and

saying things like: "Tag a friend below who reminds you of this pickle wearing a

sombrero"... It's a lot more about just creating really engaging content and

getting the conversations going and putting the 'social' back in social media.

So in this video, I'm gonna go through my process of creating personal and

engaging graphics for social media. And next week, I'm also going to be showing

you how to turn that graphic into a moving GIF. So make sure to check back in

for that and if you're ready, let's do it!

The tool we're gonna be using for today's video is Canva.com

And it's completely free for you to sign up. Once you do sign up and log in you

will see a screen similar to this one and you can just start designing things

straight away with some templates that Canva has for you. Otherwise you can

start from scratch which is exactly what we're going to be doing - but we will be

using the square Instagram post dimensions over here. As in this video

we're going to be creating a multi-image Instagram post. But I'm also going to be

showing you how to turn that into a GIF for Facebook next week, so the square

post works well. And we're just going to click on it and jump straight on in.

So once you click on any of the categories on the previous screen you're gonna

start with a completely blank page here and it's going to show you some preset

layouts that you can use for creating your graphic. But in this case we're

gonna start from scratch, so we're gonna go and head over to the elements tab

over here and we're going to place a grid which is going to allow us to drag

and drop an image in here and it's going to perfectly centre that for us every

time. So I'm gonna go to uploads and bring in the image that I've already

uploaded from my computer here. Now the key to making beautiful and engaging

multi-image posts on Instagram as well as GIFs is to tell a story as you're

going through it. And I've found that the easiest way to do that is to select

images that are similar in colour scheme or in content. So in this case I'm going

to be using five images of myself moving just slightly - to kind of tell a story as

people are swiping through. So you'll see exactly what I mean once I put all the

elements together with my graphic. So I'm gonna go ahead and head over back to the

elements tab and instead of using a grid this time, we're gonna go ahead and

select shapes over here. So I want to go ahead and select a triangle shape and

I'm gonna be using this one down here. And you can do this with any shape or

you can choose not to have any shapes at all in your graphics, but for this

purpose I am gonna go ahead and use a triangle and twist it to 45 degrees. I'm

going to place that in the middle so you can see these purple lines are

popping up to tell me that I am centred in the middle of my graphic here which

is great. And I'm going to go ahead and make that white in the top left-hand

corner here. And I'm also going to change the opacity or the transparency in the

top right-hand corner over here. So that looks good and I'm going to go ahead and

copy that and use it two more times in my graphic. Might need to just make it a

little bit bigger to squeeze into this corner over here. Now this one's gonna be

slightly more transparent than the one in the middle and I'm gonna go ahead and

copy that once more and rotate that over here and place it in the bottom

right-hand corner over here. So that looks good and now I'm gonna go ahead

and add some text. So we're just gonna head over to the text section and I

could use any of the pre-made ones over here as well but I want to start from

scratch. And I'm just gonna go ahead and move that down straight over my triangle

over here. Now I'm going to change the font in the top left-hand corner, so

we're gonna go with something a little bit more eye-catching. I'm gonna choose

this one over here and I'm just gonna go ahead and change the text and make it

larger by increasing the size over here.

And making sure to centre that back up. So that'll be my first graphic and now

instead of starting from scratch for the second page and hoping to line things up

just right, all I have to do is just duplicate this exact template for my

second page by clicking this button over here. And now all I have to adjust is my

text and the background image. So I'm gonna go ahead with the second one over

here and this one's gonna say: 'Me'. And we're gonna duplicate once more, and

select our third image. Keeping in mind that for Instagram's carousel posts you

can use up to 10 images, or videos, or a mix of both. But for our purpose today

we're just going to be using five. So I'm gonna go ahead and replace

this image. And this time we're just gonna go with some question marks. And one last

one. I'm just gonna use this image and exclamation points. Now in this instance

what I'm trying to do is grab my audience's attention and get them to

read the caption for more details about a Facebook Live or an Instagram Live -

depending on which one I'm doing with this. And that is where I would then give

them more details about the time and the platform that I'll be going live on and

maybe the topic that we're going to be discussing in our live session. So you

don't have to provide them with all the details in the graphic itself. And get

them to pay a lot more attention to your captions and to the links in your actual

Instagram bios as well. So in the bottom right-hand corner here I'm going to jump

into presentation mode, so that I can show you what this might look like when

someone's actually scrolling through it on their Instagram feed. Alright, so next

week we're gonna be turning these into GIFs that you can use for your Facebook

Page. And once again, you can then put all the details about the actual live event

in the description that's associated with the GIF. So I'll definitely see you

there, but if you wanted to go ahead and turn this into a beautiful multi-image

post on Instagram all you would have to do is add a heading.

And then hit download, and you could download it as a PNG file or a JPEG. Hit download and then

it's going to save straight to your computer, allowing you to send it

straight to your phone and start creating some beautiful, captivating

multi-image posts on your Instagram account! So I hope you guys really

enjoyed that mini tutorial and if you'd like to learn more about some awesome

tips and tools that you can use to really 'up' your online presence...

The Perfect Lead Gen System for You - Duration: 2:12.

Hey are you getting a hundred phone calls from a hundred different

salespeople every day trying to sell you the best lead generation system and

you're just not sure what to do. I'm gonna give you my thoughts on that today.

All right so it doesn't matter how long you've been in sales or in business

we're all craving that magic bullet that ability to just purchase some type of

system that just rains leads in from the sky, but the truth is I think we all

suffer for can be shiny object syndrome where we get a sales call from someone

and they guarantee us a certain amount of leads in a month and we end up

purchasing and what happens to us is we spread ourselves too thin start buying a

ton of different systems and end up with less leads and a lot less money and in

today's video I want to give you guys three points to think about when you

think about purchasing a lead generation system. The first point is your budget

you need to go into this defining a budget for yourself. Now keep in mind

this is gonna grow exponentially as you get a lead and you close that deal you

want to invest back into that budget but you don't start out with unlimited money

so you might not be able to afford $2,000 a month on Zillow maybe it's just

$100 a month as a mailer but you need to set aside a certain amount of amount of

money that's dedicated to that lead generation system. The second point is

you need to put a commitment of time and effort into this system the number one

mistake I see across the board in any business is they purchase a lead

generation system and they don't work it and they don't commit to a certain

amount of time I would give you the advice that it should be a minimum of 90

days more the better because it gives you ample time to produce results but a

minimum of 90 days and you have to put in the effort to get the results and

then the third and final point is make sure you track everything you do. Don't

let yourself end up at the end of that 90 day period and you have no historical

data of how this performed for you and how it increased your leads so track

everything you do. So there you have it guys there are three points to help you

in picking a lead generation system. If you like these points make sure you

subscribe to our YouTube channel comment below any tips I can share with our

audience so they can pick the best lead generation system for their business.

Make sure you check us out on Instagram and Facebook but most importantly, Take

EZEKIEL UPDATE: A visit to the neurologist, and an unfortunate surprise for the girls. - Duration: 8:27.

We just wanted to say thank you to all the people that have come up to us and told us

on social media and/or in person that they're praying for Ezekiel.

It means a lot to us because he's our son and that you care enough to ask and also to

watch our videos to know what's going on in his life.

This week, we had our very first parent teacher conference.

Breathe in.

Breathe out.

It's happening.

It's not real life.

This is a pretend fairyland.

Thankfully, Faith doesn't worry us in the land of academics.

So, it kind of made it a fun event.

I know sometimes parents are worried, but for us, it was a good time.

Going to my school.

Zekie, can you say hi?

Hi, buddy!

Faith, we are so proud of you.

You've done a great job making friends and having fun at pre-school.

We're excited for 2018, cause you're going to be going to Kindergarten.

Faith, you are so academically minded.

You have this love of learning that I hope you never lose and I can't wait for the day

that you start teaching me things.

After the parent teacher conference we celebrated with, we let Faith pick dinner and she picked

In 'N Out.

Oh, yes.

Fun fact: In 35 years they never changed their menu, but they added hot chocolate.

Not only that, but on rainy days, for kids, it's free.

Fun tip.

Parent hack.

I don't know if that's always that way, but it was on the window.

There was a sign.

And we asked for it and they gave it to us.

Pretty cool.

It was pretty awesome.

Thank you!

It's not even raining!

I was the fry guy and I still like fries.

That's when you know it's quality.

If the employees will eat the food.

What you doing Zekie?

Put his hand in the hot chocolate!

It's not for you, bud.

Hot chocolate.

If you guys have been following Ezekiel's story, we started out about four months ago.

We found out from his pediatrician that she believed he had Erb's Palsy.

So, I took Ezekiel to the neurologist and Nehemiah entertained the girls.

Yes.

Him and I were waiting in the room for quite a while because she was going over his charts

and she's like, "This case is just so challenging and so confusing.

Some things are super typical Erb's Palsy and other things just completely make no sense."

After analyzing the data and giving Ezekiel a really thorough assessment.

She comes back to me saying, "Do you think it's okay if I pull Erb's Palsy off his chart?

Because, he doesn't have it."

Definitely something that they want to watch.

So, we will continue to have follow up appointments with a physical therapist and with the neurologist

all the way until he's two years old.

So, this is something that they do want to watch, but they're pretty darn sure that it

is not Erb's Palsy and it could be absolutely nothing at all.

So, thank you guys again.

Thank you guys so much for loving our children the way that you do.

To me, that's the thing that blows me away so much is when people love our kids in such

a profound way.

So, thank you, guys.

Ezekiel has made a big step.

He is traveling.

He is not traveling the correct way.

He is going the wrong way.

Ezekiel is mobile!

Reverse only.

Where is he?!

Like he's not sitting next to me anymore.

I know he crawls backwards, so he can't be that way.

So, I'm like start looking and I look around the corner.

He's not around the corner.

I'm looking in the kitchen.

He's not in the kitchen.

And then, he had crawled himself backwards under the helpers stand.

Hey, buddy.

What in the world are you doing down there?

Oh, don't be mad about it.

So, that's pretty exciting.

So, we went to a check-up.

Just a normal check-up, six month.

We're headed into the check-up room for Ezekiel.

We all went together and I remember a couple people looking like, "Man, you've got your

hands full!"

Carrying the kids and running around in the hospital, so we went in and it was a lot of fun.

Until...

The moment of despair.

Yeah.

No!

I don't want to.

I know.

Ellie, did you hear what mommy said?

So, we want to keep you from getting really sick.

That's why we give you shots, to keep you from getting sick.

That makes sense?

To take away the bad germs?

It takes away a lot of bad germs.

It helps your body fight 'em.

You're not coughing any more?

Not coughing any more.

The doctor told us that actually, the girls could use a flu shot and we both looked down

like, "How are we gonna break it to them?"

We tricked 'em good!

Oh man, we had no idea.

The doctor was like, "You got this.

You can do it."

And I think she was talking to me.

Ezekiel has no idea what's happening.

He actually is so tired, he fell asleep while this was happening.

They were screaming and he's sleeping.

So, then we made our way to Slurpees.

7-11, actually.

Because, well, that's the reward.

Food.

We got Slurpees!

I don't know.

You get tricked with a shot, you get a Slurpee.

Sounds like a fair deal to me.

No!

I don't want to.

I know.

It's not so bad though, right?

Oh, no.

Are you alive?

Live.

It just made us freak out.

Oh my goodness.

Alright, we'll see ya next week!

See ya next week!

See if he'll show them the tooth.

There it is.

There it is!

Wow.

Good job.
