Hello friends welcome to Madras Samayal.

Today we are going to make "Onion Bonda"

This recipe is really very simple and easy to make

lets start the preparation.

We need 1 cup - besan and 1/4 cup - rice flour

1 cup Chickpea flour / Besan

1/4 cup rice flour

1 Onion

2 Green Chilies - finely chopped

1 inch ginger- finely chopped

Coriander leaves

Curry leaves

1/2 tsp Chili powder

1/4 tsp Asafoetida

1/4 tsp baking soda

Required Salt.

Mix it once.

Now to this lets add water

(approximately 1/2 cup of water)

Mix it well until well combined

The batter should not be too thick nor very thin

If the batter is thick then the bondas taste like pakoda

Consistency - semi thick batter

Now lets fry the bondas.

Temperature of the oil should be medium - high

If the temp is low then the bondas will soak up more oil.

Make medium sized bondas to ensure even cooking.

Once all the sides are nice and golden remove from oil.

That's it our crispy bondas are ready to be enjoyed .

How APM is enabling better lives across Australia, New Zealand and the UK - Duration: 2:30.

Since 1994 APM has been on a journey to become the best human services organisation we can be.

Over the last year alone we've reached some amazing milestones:

1,700 APMers

Working from 387 branches, throughout Australia

New Zealand, and the UK.

Along the way we've delivered an increasingly broad range of services and programs.

In Australia alone, we've helped over 37,000 people gain or return to productive work.

We've enabled over 2,700 defence men and women to re-establish their lives after injury.

And given 23,000 older Australians the opportunity to remain in their homes.

The road to success is rarely straight and never easy.

But, together, we've negotiated its twists and turns to become Australia's Number One

Disability Employment Provider, and in doing so have assisted over 25,000 Australians with

disability and mental health issues to find work.

And taken an additional 21,000 unemployed people from our jobactive program to

rewarding employment.

In New Zealand, the terrain has been no less challenging.

But our APMers have helped 16,000 people post injury to gain greater independence and employment.

And, as New Zealand's only national non-government employment provider, we've taken another

2,000 people to heights - and jobs - many had never imagined possible.

In the UK, our programs for...

Youth, Skills and Training, Employability and Justice...

...have guided over 27,000 people along personal and career pathways to achieve their ambitions.

In total, APMers have worked alongside 130,000 individuals supporting them to achieve greater

independence, skills and self-esteem.

APM Enabling better lives

Now, the exciting and rewarding journey continues for everyone in, and counting on, APM.
