Waching daily May 27 2017

You can determine, calculate many things about organisms, about their growth patterns, how

they grow, how long they take to mature—and in particular one that concerns many of us,and

that is: how long we live?

What determines our longevity?

And, in fact, that's what got me into this work originally was I became very intrigued

in my fifties about the phenomenon of aging and of dying that I became more and more conscious

that things had been changing in my life in terms of my body and my physiology.

And that already I'd had friends die.

And so I became intrigued as to "what is that?"

And I also became intrigued very much as a physicist not asking what is the mechanism,

the systematics about aging and immortality, but the very question "What determines 100

years for the lifespan of a human being?

Why is it a hundred years, not a thousand years or a million years?"

And also related to that, why is it that a mouse, which is made of pretty much the same

stuff as we are (I mean we're almost identical really in some kind of coarse grained level

looking at things), how come a mouse only lives two to three years?

So what is determining all this?

And if you have this theory of networks underlying these scaling laws, manifesting themselves

as scaling laws, you first ask: is there a scaling law for lifespan?

So this is work that had already been done by many people; was to look at lifespan as

a function of size, for a bunch of mammals in particular but organisms in general, just

as we looked at how metabolic rate scales across these animals.

And what was discovered, what had been discovered was that lifespan also increases following

these quarter power scaling laws—that it increased systematically.

The one difference by the way, and maybe I'll say a few words about this in a moment, is

that there's much more scatter among the data for lifespan compared to things like

metabolic rate.

So even though there is a kind of predictability—that is, you give me the size of a mammal, I will

tell you on the average how long that mammal will live—there's much more variance around

that number than there is for saying "you tell me the size of a mammal, I will tell

you what it's metabolic rate is and what the length of its aorta is, how many children

it should have" and so on, where there's much less variance.

The variance is much tighter.

Lifespan has much more variance.

Now where does that number come from?

So you have this theory that the scaling of metabolic rate and these many other quantities—and

by the way there's probably 50 or 75 such measurable quantities—these are determined

by the constraints of flows in networks such as the circulatory system.

So one of the things you immediately realize about those flows is that they are what we

call "dissipative," which simply means they involve wear and tear just as, you know,

outside in those streets outside this building there's a lot of traffic going back and

forth on the roads and those roads wear out.

They have to be repaired.

The roadways have to be repaired and the subways have to be repaired.

They wear out from the traffic so to speak.

And so it is the traffic through our multiple network systems produce wear and tear.

And the most damaging wear and tear occurs at the terminal units, the terminal points

of these networks because they're the smallest tubes like in our capillaries or within our

cells and pushing fluid, pushing blood corpuscles or whatever it is, big molecules through them—has

deleterious effects of various kinds.

That causes damage, and that damage is calculable because you have a theory.

The theory is telling you what the flow rates and so on and all the sizes are and so on.

So these are calculable.

Now so you can calculate the rate at which wear and tear is occurring, and you can also

calculate something else that is going on, and that is: while it's being damaged there's

also repair going on.

And we do repair ourselves.

But that repair is also determined by metabolism.

That's where the energy comes from to do repairs.

So you can determine all these things and then you can postulate that the system will

become nonviable, that is it can no longer be sustained when a given fraction of un-repaired

damages occur.

So the system eventually just cannot be sustained and so that gives you a calculation of maximum

lifespan.

This is the, you know, if you were to do the best you possibly could this is as long as

you could possibly live for a given size of mammal.

And if you do that you can understand where, roughly speaking, this hundred years for a

human being comes from.

But more importantly or equally importantly you can determine what the parameters are,

the knobs that you could conceivably turn to change that lifespan.

What could you do to make that go from 100 to 200, for example?

And there's two pieces of that.

One is you can decrease, of course, the wear and tear, or you can increase the repair.

Those are the two obvious things, and there are parameters that determine that.

So if you think about the damage that is occurring from metabolism—so that means okay, one

way we could decrease damage is decrease the amount of food we take in.

That would be one way.

And indeed by the way, the reason a large animal lives longer than a small one is because

the metabolic rate per unit mass or per cell gets systematically smaller the bigger the

animal, corresponding to these quarter power scaling laws.

So less damage is done at the cellular level the bigger the animal—in a systematic way.

So the question is: how do you decrease that even further?

One is you can eat less, and that's called caloric restriction.

So if you put yourself on a starvation diet it may not be so pleasant in terms of your

lifestyle, but this would predict that you live longer.

And there have been experiments done, on mice in particular and some on monkeys, most of

which show an effect, and the effect is calculable in this theory.

And many of the experiments done on that agree with the data that's been taken—on mice.

There have been some controversial experiments on monkeys which have not shown as big an

effect.

So this is still very much a work in progress, but there's another way you could also decrease

your metabolism, and that's a way that is very difficult for us but interestingly is

very easy for almost all other organisms on the planet.

And that's to do with the fact that we are unique in that we are what's called "homeotherms".

Namely we keep the same temperature.

We discovered this extraordinary mechanism of keeping our body temperatures constant.

That is fantastic because it dissociates us from the external temperature, the environmental

temperature.

Everything else is subject to the ambient temperature in their environment.

And here's why it matters: It's because metabolic rate is derived from chemical reactions,

and chemical reactions depend exponentially on external temperature, on the temperature

which they're operating.

That means a small change in temperature can have a huge effect.

So a small change in temperature, a small increase in temperature increases your metabolic

rate exponentially.

So that's why if you look at insects in the cold—when they're cold in the morning

they can barely move.

They have to wait until the sun comes up to warm themselves and then they can start flying

around and moving around and so on.

That's true of lizards and so on, essentially everything that's around us.

We are immune from that and that's been extraordinarily powerful for us and a tremendous

advantage.

Going back to lifespan, that means that if you could lower your body temperature you

would decrease your metabolic rate and you would decrease therefore the damage, and you

can live longer.

And that is indeed true of organisms, all other organisms.

If you keep them at low temperatures they live exponentially longer.

They live much longer so it's a fantastic effect.

It's a huge effect.

And by the way one tangential remark for that—and that is a critical one in our times—and

that is to do with global warming.

One of the things that I think is a bit mysterious to many people, in the kind of intelligent

layperson, is that: why should one or two degrees change in the ambient temperature

around us make any bloody difference to anything?

After all where I live the temperature often changes by 40 degrees from night to day.

So we have these huge changes, yet the ambient, you know, just this little increase in the

ambient, in the average temperature have such a big effect.

The reason is that things like growth rates and death rates and everything to do with

growing and therefore agriculture, but the whole ecosystem, the whole biosphere is exponentially

sensitive to a change in temperature.

So one to two degree change has an exponential effect, and some of that is, from our viewpoint,

highly deleterious and some may actually be advantageous.

But I think this is an incredibly important point that—I'm afraid I'm a little bit

critical here of my colleagues who work in global warming—they have not been very good

at getting this across, especially obviously to politicians and especially, of course,

the politicians in the United States.

But going back to the more parochial issue of lifespan, if we were to take drugs that

could lower our body temperature (and this has actually been done for mice again) it

increases concomitantly their lifespan.

Decreasing their metabolic rate increases their lifespan.

And that's been seen and it is in agreement with the theoretical predictions.

The Fixies ★ The Milk SONG + More Full Episodes ★ Cartoon For Kids | Fixies Special - Duration: 15:40.

Can you believe that Fixies are Such itty-bitty creatures?

Even when they're magnified It's hard to see their features.

They're tiny, infinitesimal, So small it makes you doubt.

But if you meet a Fixie, please, Don't let their secret out!

The Ecotester

Are you ready to see my new invention?

I just can't wait to show you what it does.

Cool!

What is it?

An ecotester!

And what is it for?

This device let's you check vegetables or fruit,

so you'll know if they're safe to eat.

To grow apples, tomatoes, or melons faster and bigger,

people add chemical fertilizers to the soil.

But there's a problem if too much of these chemical fertilizers is used.

When there's too much of them, the harmful chemicals get inside the fruits and vegetables,

and that makes them very dangerous to eat.

An ecotester is a special device that quickly shows how much of these harmful chemicals

have gotten inside of the food.

And if the reading is too high, that means you shouldn't eat it.

As you can see, the ecotester shows that this apple is good.

Well, let's see.

Look. This one is safe too.

It's so not interesting this way.

These apples are all safe!

Now let me take this delicious apple and...

make it bad.

We will inject this apple

with a harmful amount of nitrates.

How come?

What do you mean how come? So we can see how the ecotester works.

Woah!

Uh-huh!

So you see, the ecotester clearly shows

this apple is poisoneous and can't be eaten!

Is it only for apples or any kind of fruit?

Any fruit or vegetable.

I can get a watermelon to show you!

Could it really be true that watermelons can have nitrates too?

Of course they can have nitrates.

Humans often act without any concern for nature.

The waste from factories, airplanes, cars, and cities causes tremendous damage to nature.

Species of plants and animals disappear;

air, water and soil become polluted;

and many other kinds of ecological problems appear.

And human's shouldn't think that ecological problems are just nature's problems,

because when humans harm nature, they are also harming themselves!

People breath in the dirty air,

drink polluted water,

and eat food grown in soil contaminated with chemicals.

If humans don't want to drink milk filled with poisons,

and they want to eat ecologically clean fruits and veggies,

then they must learn to treat nature as their friend.

Why don't we...

test these apples ourselves!

Nolik, help me out!

It rolled away!

I don't care! That apple is poisoned with nitrates.

Oh, apples!

Elisa! Don't eat that!

Lisa! Lisa! Elisa! Stop!

Please sit down.

What?

You bit into it?

Yes and what?

Oh no! It's poisoned!

What?

Do you have trouble talking?

Oh, yeah.

You feel faint?

Oh, I'm fainting.

Elisa! Hang in there!

There's no poison in that apple she ate.

Oh, my assistant! Oh no! I've poisoned her!

Elisa, please!

There was no poison in that apple!

Oh, no. He didn't hear us!

What should I do?

I know how to make him hear!

Hello! It's an emergency! It's a case of poisoning!

Not me. I poisoned someone! Yes!

With an apple!

Fire! I mean, poison!

Professor, this apple has no poison in it.

The bad one rolled away onto the floor!

Did it really?

This is just fantastic news!

Can you see me, Elisa?

I can't see anything!

How's that?

I see you!

I can see you!

- I can see again! - I have great news!

There's no poison at all in this apple!

- Are you sure? - It's perfectly fine!

Here, take a look. The ecotester shows that there are no harmful chemicals inside.

It's wonderful news!

This is one excellent apple!

And nutritious!

This appliance of yours is simply wonderful!

Now she'll say he's a genius.

Professor, you are a genius!

Thank you for saving my life!

It was nothing!

Actually, it was Nolik. He saved her life.

I did?

Dropping the watermelon was your idea, wasn't it?

Ah, you're right!

I saved her life!

In a dangerous situation a Fixie can choose to turn into a screw,

but sometimes it happens all by itself,

for example when a Fixie doesn't have enough energy.

When this happens, the Fixie grows weak,

gets sluggish,

and then goes into hibernation, turning into a screw.

This bad luck happens when a Fixie doesn't get charged up from being inside of a device.

That's why Fixies always work inside of machines,

so they can stay charged up with energy.

Sometimes a Fixie that has grown weak and turned into a screw can get lucky.

If a human happens to find him and screws him into an appliance,

then the Fixie will be able to get energized and come back to life.

Then he'll unscrew himself and run away,

leaving the human wondering: "Where did that screw go?I know I screwed it in!"

When you get up from your bed,

Breakfast will power you up,

When your whole day is ahead.

Take down a bowl from the shelf,

Now open your favorite cereal

And pour a big bowl for yourself.

There is still something you need,

A little milk poured in that bowl

Will make it delicious indeed!

A little milk's all that you need, indeed!

A little milk's all that you need!

We talk into microphones and listen through headphones.

But both of these devices use a special membrane to do their job.

The membrane inside of a microphone is used to capture sound

that is then sent through wires as an electrical signal.

And inside a pair of headphones, a membrane helps turn that electrical signal back into sound.

So it turns out that a microphone and headphones are built in a very similar way

even though they are used quite differently.

I almost caught one yesterday, I chased him but he fled.

But if I told my dad he'd say, "It's all inside your head!"

You really can not catch them, Or find their whereabouts,

But if you meet a Fixie, please, Don't let their secret out!

Friction

Tom Thomas! That door of yours squeaks terribly!

Yeah, and it's not easy to open either.

Well, that's because the hinges are rubbing. That's why your door is not working right.

How can I fix it?

Just reduce the amount of friction.

- How? - With some oil on the hinges.

I can do it for you because I've got a pack-o-mat.

Alright.

Simka, can I help you?

Sure you can! Wear the pack-o-mat, all right?

Friction is the force that tries to stop something from sliding or rubbing smoothly against something else.

Rubbing can make things wear out quickly if there is a lot of friction.

If you want less friction, you need to put something on the parts that rub against each other. Like oil.

There are special kinds of grease used to keep clocks and wheels turning smoothly,

and for skis, a special kind of wax can be used to make them go even faster.

That's it! Now the top hinge.

It's all done! Go ahead and check how it's working.

It's not squeaking!

I told you!

You guys are the best!

- I've got to go. - Go where?

I'm going to go sledding!

Maybe you'll take me with you?

Sorry, Nolik. You don't have a sled to ride on. I'll see you later!

Simka, should I grease the saucer?

What for? It will slide down the hill just the way it is.

OK then.

Wait here for me, Nolik.

I'll be back real soon with a surprise for you.

Yeah! Oil is slippery! I know what I'll do!

Wow! Talk about no friction!

Hey! Any one?

Help, help! Simka!

Nolik? Are you alright?

Just stay where you are, I'll be right there!

- Papus! - Papus, help us, please!

Who called for me? Help is on the way!

Hey, what are you up to?

- Grandpus, stay away from here! - You'll fall over!

What did you say?

Stay where you are!

What happened here?

I poured some oil on the table.

- Why did you do that? - To reduce... friction.

That's brilliant!

Nobody move!

I know exactly what to do!

And what was the problem you had with the friction?

I want to see all of this oil gone in five minutes.

Engineers are in a constant battle with the force of friction.

They want less friction so that cars will run faster,

and their parts will wear out less quickly.

But just imagine what the world would be like if all of a sudden there was simply no friction at all!

Everything would start slipping out of our hands and falling off the table.

Knots would untie themselves. And that's not the half of it!

Cars wouldn't be able to run without friction either.

Wheels would spin around and around in one place unable to grab onto the road.

We wouldn't even be able to walk!

Because when we walk, we move forward by pushing off the ground with our feet.

And how can we do that without friction?

We can't!

So now I think you can see why it's not so bad to have a little bit of friction in our lives!

We cleaned it!

But it's still so stinky!

Nolik, I completely forgot!

I promised you a surprise.

Look!

What is it?

I made you your very own saucer for sledding.

That's great!

Only… what good is this thing without snow?

Nolik, hey! Look at what I've got for you!

Snow?

Yeah!

Is it real snow? Really?

Yep! Now you've got your very own hill to sled on!

This is great! What an awesome surprise!

And you don't need oil to make it go quickly!

GTA 5 Unlimited Money Glitch, How To Get EverythingEasy For Free In Grand Theft Auto 5 Online, GTA V - Duration: 11:25.

what's up boys and welcome to the

segment right here on your boy your

sheriff you guys I am so happy to read

the comments from yesterday's video it's

the weekend all right and I wanted to

give you some gameplay of a working

money glitch the one that we talked

about yesterday fully explained easy and

at the same time I just wanted to let

you know I am here I am reading the

comments it's just I have my I have a

friend that's with me for this weekend

and I'm kind of busy a little bit I'm

going to give you a full explanation of

everything here but I want to quote

something in the beginning here

something that I feel like I want to

live every day like this in my life and

I hope it inspires you to do exactly the

same and that is a person has two hands

one for helping himself the other for

helping others keep that in mind

you know life is a little bit hard every

day we take a step forward and somehow

something tries to bring us back ten

steps backward keep bringing yourself

forward it's a growing process whatever

you're going through just know there is

people to support there is somebody

always to listen and it's just a matter

of finding that right person to talk to

I really hope everybody is having an

amazing weekend I have so much like love

for you guys it's somehow I don't know

how to transfer it properly but I really

hope I could inspire some people being

on this channel that's that's what I

wanted to say in the beginning I hope it

makes sense man much love for everybody

that's here I mean that okay this is

what happens yesterday we go we document

a glitch I couldn't find anybody that

has maze bankwest right we did the

explanation of the glitch but I wanted

to make it even better for you guys I

wanted to get your gameplay so I reached

out to my boy wavy gamer on Twitter I'm

like man are you on Twitter right now

are you active on Xbox Live so he's like

yeah I'm active well I'm running because

the weekend is busy okay I'm like I

gotta get this set up right we gotta get

this thing going but you guys we have

some technical difficulties and I don't

know if this has to do is the Xbox or

what but the x+ drove us crazy and the

worst thing is what did I just tell you

in the other video I hate to work with

somebody and then when it's my turn to

help I

I got a run or something like that and

that is exactly what happened yesterday

I wavy gamer stepped in you helped me

all the way I got the footage and then

after that the Xbox gave us problems we

could not get in the same room I'm

talking I reset three times I would go

to the dashboard except his invite the

game would say loading and then it loads

into story mode and it's just it was

just crazy you guys it was just crazy

but we managed to get you guys footage

of it the glitch is straight awesome

because it's not as severe as the

allergy glitch that's not to say that

allergy glitch was bad I love those I

mean getting a million a pop but we

wanted a street duplication glitch and

you know what is your chance at it right

here now I'm going to show you what am I

going to show you I was going to say

first shout-out to EB gamer I owe the

dude for putting in the time with me

yesterday and shout out to him for for

assisting me in this nobody has the maze

Bankwest

and that other one beside it this other

location you can do it and but I have MS

Bank and the person who has to help you

to start up from the beginning has to

have the exact same back and a maze bank

or another location so if you're doing

it make sure the other person has got

the same thing I'm going to show you

first from the friends perspective and

remember you only need your friend for

at least not even two minutes it's very

simple what he has to do and then he can

walk away from you and you can duplicate

20 cards if you want if you have the

space for it this glitch works in a way

that if you have empty spots in any of

your garage you know what I take that

back you can duplicate up to 59 cars

within 10 minutes it's that easy

that's how easy this glitch is now you

do do the math you multiply 200k by 59

cars and you do the math figure out how

many how much money you can make here

because once your friend gets glitched

out you are on your own and all you're

doing is getting in and out of the CEO

office match up and once you're done

that the card just keeps bouncing into

different garages as long as you got

empty spots this thing is going so let's

get into it here this is what you have

to do if you're different you

to be in garage level 1 in spot 6 if you

are in meas Bank I'm going to have a

text tutorial for the other location

it's a different spot for the other

location so in me Bank we sit in spot

level I mean a spot number 6 I'm going

to call under art and I'm going to tell

them can you please shoot me a job once

I get the job I'm going to accept it

I'll go straight up to the clouds right

back out instantly once you back out

you're sitting right there on the corner

of the building your friend needs to

bring you not you well the person who

wants to duplicate I'm going to switch

perspective in a while here you just

have to bring you the card that he wants

to duplicate so if you want the best

value you need to get the manufacturer

but I was truly surprised because the

card that I brought forward was a jackal

and this thing's sold for a hundred and

ninety two thousand dollars it wasn't

cheap I thought the jackal is going to

give me 145 or something but I was truly

impressed with how much this car brought

forward so once your friend brings you

the car all right all you got to do is

get into it make sure you're right

beside that area of the wall so you

don't step out of the glitch and click

right on the d-pad it's going to take

you straight into the mod shop you just

sit in the mod shop until your friend

now we're going to switch perspective

all right we're going to switch

perspective I'm going to show you what

I'm doing imagine now I'm driving this

car forward I brought the jackal wavey

gamer just did the steps that I just did

and he's the one who's helping me right

so I bring him the Jackals he gets from

the jackal and now he just took it into

his mod shop it's that easy

now I have one allergy sitting in spot

number six on my side I get into that

allergy and I take it into the mod shop

and from there I step out of the allergy

and you can see we both to gets pumped

in the same area isn't that crazy

you both get bombed in the same area and

I step out of this car and get into the

jackal that I gave him now this car is

glitched out it's permanently glitched

out and I can duplicate it 59 times but

first we have to give it the full

upgrade you got to put everything on it

I'll tell you the stuff that I didn't

put on it because it doesn't make a

difference the paint will not make a

difference what else is not going to

make a difference I think it was the

color of the

like that's not going to make a

difference as well but you do want to

put the under light on it because it

does add to the value of the car once

you have all the upgrades on this thing

switch plates alright put on a custom

place you don't want to be detected by

rock stars and then you need to also put

that tracker do not insure it you're

putting a tracker and now you're going

to back out the garage level one so make

any mistakes on that boys and girls we

don't want to go out to the ground or

anything like that back to the garage

level one don't get out of the car

click right again on the d-pad and go

back right in once you're right back in

this car is a brand new car all you got

to do is put a place on it and a tracker

and now you just got yourself another

duplicate now if you have 59 spots open

in the means Bank in other locations

that you own it's just going to keep

shooting it to them so this is how sweet

little glitch is yes the allergy glitch

was nice but you had to get glitched in

every level remember that and you had to

pie up your friend the second your

friend steps out of the car in the mod

shop you don't need him anymore I do

hope you return the favor and that's

what I always talk about return the

favor don't bail on your friends and

yesterday we actually got this footage

first for myself and then after that we

tried to get it for wavy and we could

not get it for our life man we did

everything ok and again I just want to

say thank you for helping me and you

know putting in the time bro I now if

he's gonna he's gonna have also a

tutorial of this on his channel so if

you are confused by anything that I'm

saying maybe listening to somebody else

would help you understand it even more

so just keep that in mind alright so now

let me talk to you guys a little bit

about what's happening on the weekend I

know a lot of you guys want to have a

live stream happening and stuff I have a

friend that's staying over with me for

the weekend we're kind of booked left

right and center so yesterday when we

were doing the glitch at night right

they were having dinner upstairs and

then after that I was like dude they're

coming down they're invading my basement

so we we hang around a little bit watch

something and it like went to sleep like

1:00 in the morning I just woke up and I

wanted to put this video out for you

guys to let you know what's active

the weekend I knew you guys want to have

a live stream I knew you I want it

myself I promise you this if I have any

free time at night I'm going to be

active with you guys and we're going to

do the live stream one last thing that I

want to put out there everybody on the

PlayStation 4 who is representing with

what was vape I want to say I love you

guys I love you guys and I really really

appreciate that you want to have my logo

yeah Sheriff the gamer on the

PlayStation 4 crew sponsors the dude who

designed this for us

if anybody knows of a way that I could

manage to take the crew emblem and put

it on the PlayStation 4 and PC please do

let me know I want to know how I can

transfer that emblem and stumps if

you're watching this bro people are

excited about the color that we did for

the crew and if you can put in some time

and make the same emblem for the

PlayStation crew because we can't get it

transferred here please please do so

alright here's a couple of seconds of me

and your boy wavy gamer struggling

yesterday trying to hit this glitch for

you guys thank you to everybody to

support everybody that loves to get this

channel some somewhere special who's

going to get there

in due time you guys enjoy your weekend

and and remember man lend that other

hand line that other hand I am baggage

arena also train driver right now

yeah just under invite to the party

there you go

yes you know how I am sent a couple

mm-hmm I got two now they don't let

neither one of us joined and we are

glitched out like indefinitely or

something all right that's enough um all

right I'm getting the lag I'm walking

you know how it gets a little laggy

before it it's the details and you join

I'm getting the lag but no alert lesson

and if I um I don't know what's going on

see if I could join stuff it through the

Nyle DiMarco Outraged At Jimmy Fallon, Jamie Foxx For Making Fun of the Deaf with Sign Language - Duration: 1:01.

Nyle DiMarco is outraged at Jamie Foxx and Jimmy Fallon for a skit he says mocks deaf

people.

Foxx was on Fallon's show Thursday night and at one point Fallon tossed to a break.

As he's tossing, Jamie is doing fake sign-language to the camera.

The audience laughed, but Nyle -- who is deaf -- is outraged.

The winner of both "DWTS" and "America's Next Top Model" is shocked the skit was broadcast,

saying, "How was this allowed?

Where's the cultural sensitivity.

Not comedy when you make fun of others."

Nyle had words for Foxx as well ... "It is straight up disrespectful to make up sign

language.

Everything is in gibberish."

CAROL'S SECRET for SLIM WAIST - Duration: 2:32.

Thanks for watching my channel

I'm Carol De Heyn

Many women are dreaming of having a slim waist

Without having a tight diet

Or a hard gym workout

Is it possible?

Yes it is!

Today, I will share you my secret

To have slim waist

What you need is

BELLY WRAP !!

Belly Wrap is a special fabric to wrap your belly

Material is hard

And it can be as long as 15 meters

What I use now is just 5 meters

There are several types of Belly Wrap

But, I discovered that this type is the one that really works

And it's pretty simple to use

You just need to hold your breath and wrap around your belly

As tight as you can

With a position under your ribs but above your hips

Keep pressing the fabric, as you wrap each time

For best results, use it everyday from morning until night

Even, during meal time and a work time

Except when you take shower and when you sleep

At least, use it until you achieve your desired result

Maybe you will start to see the difference after 2 weeks

The good news is,

You can use it daily,

And use any shirt or dress on top

And still look great!

You might be amazed by the result

Don't worry

I know how you feel

As I'm a mother of two children

And i have been doing this since long

If it works for me, it should work for you too!

Good luck!
