Pangarkhal is in Tehri Garhwal and name of Patti ( Area ) is Sarjula Patti.
before going there we will cross dangerous road, which is out there somewhere.

because it is Dangerous and scary route.
after crossing that road we will be at Pangarkhal.
now i am here now at this dangerous road. Dangerous.
everytime it rains and this place got collapsed.
it's not so quiet place as you are thinking about it.
you can imagine, look at the Big Stones. they came through the flood, when it rains.
it rain so heavily.
all stones slided down from Mountain.
flood also got active when it rains.
we will meet that girl too, who got rescued from the flood.
while going to school she got affected by flood but Rescued mission helped her.
Pangarkhal is 10 km far away from New Tehri Town. NO, No, No.

in old days all children of Sarjulla Patti came here for their Education at Highschool of Pangarkhal
farming is not possible now since fields are getting drought.
animals are destroying the crops.
people do hard work on fields but wild animal destroy everything
that's the reason, why people are not focused on Farming.
how many difficulties do you face in Heavy rainfall?
only one problem we face at bridge which connect us, it got collapsed every time.
bridge is incomplete, that's why we face problem.
in rainy days, it's a big problem for us to cross that road.
our relative live in Delhi
