The WE Hi-Capa 4.3 is a full metal (except grip), high capacity, gas blowback pistol

Since it is a clone of the TM Hi-Capa 4.3, you can also use TM mags with this pistol.

Since the Hi-Capa design is so solid, this gun will cycle just fine in rapid fire

It uses two dot rear sight and a blank front sight. I think it would be nicer if the front was painted white as well

The trigger pull is quite heavy and a bit difficult to use. But there are plenty of aftermarket parts that can help!

The grip safety and the ambidextrous thumb safeties are both functional

PRANAYAMA & TIPS FOR INSOMNIA II प्राणायाम और असरदार नुस्खों द्वारा नींद न आने की समस्या का उपचार II - Duration: 4:33.

Welcome to health care at home

In the previous episode we were talking about Insomnia.

If you are suffering from Insomnia, try to sleep early

Try to sleep early even if you are unable to sleep

Even after you got to sleep 2 hours but still you go to sleep on time.

When you are slept, get up early in the next morning

After that sit comfortably with your spine erect. & drink a glass of water before brushing.

After that while brushing, fill your mouth with water and splash water in your eyes.

After that go to garden and walk on the green grass with bare foot.

If you will walk for 5-7 mins, you'll have noticeable relief in the problem of Insomnia,

Do some pranayama in the gardern only

Do bhastrika pranayam. Take a deep breath in (inhale), filling the lungs with air & breathe out.

Do Bhastrika Pranayama for 2-3 mins, this will provide proper oxygen to your lungs

Oxygenated blood will be supplied to all our body parts.

Due to inability of sleep in night cause sleepiness throughout the night, slowly that will be cured.

Apart from that you have to do Anulom-Vilom Pranayama

Close the right nostril with the right thumb of your right hand.

Inhale slowly through the left nostril, inhale the oxygen as much as you can,

Close it and hold it and then

Remove your thumb from your right nostril, as you remove your thumb from right nostril just exhale.

Then inhale from where you have removed your thumb

Hold it and exhale from the opposite side.

Do this pranayama for 15 mins as this supplies proper oxygen to all the body parts.

Apart from that you have to bhramari pranayam

As its very much beneficial in releasing stress.

Close your ears lids or flaps with your thumbs.·

Keep the other three fingers on your eyes and put remaining two fingers on your forehead

Take deep breath and close your mouth chant Om.

While donig this through your nose with making a humming sound of Om

Let me show you how to do this.

At times when you do bhramari pranayam for 21 times you begun to sleep

If you'll sleep this time for 5-10 mins

The deficiency of last night sleep will be suffice in these 10-15 mins & you'll feel absolutely fresh

So you must do these pranayama

Let me tell you some tips to do at night while sleeping

Don't eat spicy food as in it increases your body temperature & create problem in sleeping.

Take Lukewarm milk add some drops of almonds oil

Have it at the time of sleeping you'll get sound sleep

Eat at least 1 raw onion as a form of salad

Curd is also a very effective remedy for insomnia.

If you consume 3 cups of curd in a day, this will give you much relief in the problem of insomnia.

So these were few food items to be taken in insomnia.

There are some applications also which gives relief in insomnia

How has your vision for eternity affected your life on earth? – Gary Fenn (Interview) - Duration: 6:06.

All of your perspectives about life and life's meaning,

take on a completely new dimension

when you come to faith in eternity.

That God is eternal.

And He has promised us; it's written in God's Word,

"He has promised us eternal life."

And of course, that has to do with one's faith.

But when you believe in eternal life,

you believe that you can win eternal life.

You believe that there is eternal glory to be won.

Then you will alter your life accordingly to your faith.

The reality of eternal life in my own life, personally,

of course has transformed my life completely.

From the earliest conception of when faith came into my heart,

that God has promised me eternal life,

that development began

and has continued throughout my whole life.

So from my early youth time until now into my older years,

I have lived actually for nothing else

except for eternity.

My life here on earth has been a life of faith.

I have placed my life into God's hands from my youth time,

which has freed me tremendously from anxiety, for example.

I haven't been anxious for the future.

I haven't been anxious for money.

I haven't been anxious for a career.

I haven't been anxious for how I am going to pay my bills,

or take care of my family or all such things.

The reality of eternal life,

the reality that I belong to God,

that I've given my life over to Him,

and [what] He has undertaken for me in life,

has made it for me so I have lived an incredibly restful, peaceful life.

I haven't always had joy that nothing could shake,

but I have come to a joy that nothing has been able to shake.

I live an incredibly happy life.

I don't have any unhappy days.

I haven't for as long as I can remember!

Everyday I've been happy.

Happy means not jumping around and giggling in that way; maybe a few of those days, but

a deep satisfaction within me.

So satisfied. So satisfied.

With everything, with everyone. Of course I am tempted.

Earlier on, of course, tempted much more than I am today.

When things go against you, so to speak,

when things don't go the way you expected them to go,

then of course you're tempted to anxiety,

or you can be tempted to complain,

tempted to murmur about things.

But the gospel is much much stronger than those temptations.

That faith that everything is in God's hands.

Everything is being guided in a perfect way.

As it's written for example in Romans 8:28,

that absolutely everything is working together for my very best.

Nobody can be dissatisfied with the very best.

It's simply not possible.

You're dissatisfied because you don't really believe that it's the very best.

But when you come to faith for it,

that it's absolutely the very best –

every individual that comes across your way,

absolutely the very best.

Planned perfectly.

All situations. Your health or lack thereof.

Your car breaks down or it runs fine.

People are nice to you or they're not nice to you.

Money comes in or it doesn't come in.

Whatever the circumstances, when you come to faith

that absolutely everything is the very best,

then you cannot but be satisfied.

But yet, we have to come to faith for it.

That's the point.

And by God's tremendous grace I have come to faith for it.

And I've lived that reality for many years.

So, the benefits of eternity? I would love to recommend it to every person.

I hope some will see this interview some day

and be able to listen to my testimony and

in some way be affected by it because I would so love to be able to

impart faith into every single heart for the benefits of living a Christian life.

They're overwhelming. Absolutely overwhelming.

To live this life that Jesus first of all lived

and has given us faith to live in the same way –

there is no other life close to it!

There is no other life that anybody would choose if they could just come to faith in this life

because it's the life which God intended for us from the beginning.

And God is the God of all happiness.

He is a blessed God.

There is nothing outside of God which isn't blessed.

His whole entire being is filled with blessedness.

He has no other longing than to be able to bless

all those who will put their confidence and trust in Him.

And when you do, then you experience that blessing just flows and flows and flows,

into your life and then little by little it can also flow out from your life.

So the benefits of being a Christian,

they're unspeakably great.

Unspeakably great.

And I could wish with all my heart that every person had it the way I have it.

Immigrants, unions march in US for rights, against Trump - Duration: 4:01.

NEW YORK (AP) — Immigrant and union groups will march in cities across the United States on Monday to mark May Day and protest against President Donald Trump's efforts to boost deportations.

Tens of thousands of immigrants and their allies are expected to rally in cities such as New York, Chicago, Seattle and Los Angeles. Demonstrations also are

planned for dozens of smaller cities from Ft. Lauderdale, Florida, to Portland, Oregon.

In many places, activists are urging people to skip work, school and shopping to show the importance of immigrants in American communities.

While union members traditionally march on May 1 for workers' rights in countries around the world, the day has become a rallying point for immigrants in the U.S

since massive demonstrations were held on the date in 2006 against a proposed immigration enforcement bill.

In recent years, immigrant rights protests shrank as groups diverged and shifted their focus on voter registration and lobbying. Larger crowds are expected to return

this year as immigrant groups have joined with Muslim organizations,

women's advocates and others in their united opposition to Trump administration policies.

We have never seen such an outpouring of support since we have since the election of Donald Trump," said Kica Matos, a spokeswoman for the Fair Immigration Reform Movement.

As Trump approaches his first 100 days, he has aggressively pursued immigration enforcement, including executive orders for a wall along the U.S.-Mexico

border and a ban on travelers from six predominantly Muslim countries. The government has arrested thousands of immigrants in the country

illegally and threatened to withhold funding from jurisdictions that limit cooperation between local and federal immigration authorities

In response, local leaders have vowed to fight back and civic participation has seen a boost, including February's

Day Without Immigrants." The travel ban and sanctuary order were temporarily halted by legal challenges.

In addition to rallies, immigrant rights activists in communities in Indiana, Massachusetts, Texas and elsewhere are calling

for strikes to show Americans the demand for immigrant labor and immigrants' purchasing power.

On this day, we will not go to work. We will not go to school. We will not buy anything," said Francisca Santiago, a farmworker from Homestead, Florida.

Immigrant advocates said they hope their message will reach Trump, congressional lawmakers and the public, as well as

provide a sense of unity and strength to those opposed to the administration's policies. In spite of Trump's avowed crackdown

on illegal immigration, many said they hoped a show of strength would help persuade politicians to rethink their plans.

Tom K. Wong, a professor of political science at University of California, San Diego

said the Trump administration's focus on immigration is generating more support for immigrant rights advocates.

"Every pivot back to the issue of immigration gives the immigrant rights movement another opportunity to make its best pitch to the public," he said.
