Waching daily Mar 1 2018

What's gucci guys it's your boy Nick and welcome back to the channel where we talk

about things like the business and being entrepreneur and today's video I'm going

to go over how I gained 135 thousand followers in literally one month and you

might be thinking that's pretty crazy and the truth is not really to be honest

with you with what I'm gonna tell you later on in the video and if you guys

don't know I have another youtube channel which I gained these followers

on which is right here it's not in English it's in Spanish if you don't

speak Spanish you probably won't understand anything on that channel but

nevertheless before we get to this video and how I gained that many followers and

that amount of time make sure you smash that like button subscribe and leave a

comment below saying you join the money fam because we get lit on this channel drop

knowledge bombs and just overall you know explore different avenues of

business and things related to business so with that being said let's not waste

any more time and get right to the video ok so in today's day and age we see so

many young people becoming wealthy and you're asking how are they becoming

wealthy well they're using social media as a way as a platform to really get

paid by companies to market their own products and there's just so many ways

to monetize if you can get big on a certain platform these days there's so

many platforms and I'm sure in the future many more will be created

you have Facebook Instagram snapchat Twitter YouTube there's so many

different platforms you can even create like a subreddit on reddit obviously and

get that big and you don't have a lot of influence on there I mean there's just

so many social media platforms that you can literally gain a huge audience and

like I said a huge audience means you can monetize in different ways so it's

no longer you know it's a new generation you no longer have to go 9 to 5 you know

work a boring job you can you know create your own future design your own

future by the becoming big on social media and you don't even have to use

social media but obviously this video is about high-gain that many followers and

that short amount of time so we're gonna stick to social media in this video and

so but like I said you'd only have to go social media so many different ways to

monetize using the internet and you know the ability just to reach anyone on

planet Earth pretty much who has it in turn who has an internet connection so

as I explained briefly in in the beginning of the video the other channel

I have has 360,000 followers and it's not English it's in Spanish I'm

bilingual so I speak English and Spanish I actually try to learn French but it

didn't go so well actually learned it but then I stopped using it

so if you don't use it you tend to lose it or at least kind of forget it what's

happened with French but anyways looking around the Spanish content you know the

YouTube videos I saw that not many people were making videos in the way I

wanted to make them so I have to go viral pretty fast and it's what happened

so essentially what I did I took the viral concept to the Spanish market I

was one of the first people to do this so as you can imagine what see people

see something new there they're instantly you know engaged they're

curious and I was able to bring something new first and by bringing

something new first a lot of people came to the channel and video started gaining

a lot of views a lot of traction so literally I would upload a video and

within one hour I was having so much traction at one

point that it would hit like 30,000 40,000 50,000 even 60,000 views within

an hour within 48 hours YouTube has a graph of how many views you gain in last

48 hours this thing got above a million so I was getting like 500,000 views a

day what do you think about is pretty crazy so when they saw something new

they tend to share it you know just two shares more shares kind of snowball

effect and it would just go viral to the point where I also was ending up on the

trending page if you ever get a video to the trending page you're gonna see a

huge influx of views and to your channel because if they watch one video they

might be interested if they like you and go watch other videos that you also have

not only you're gonna see a bunch more view 3 you also see a lot more

subscribers hitting your channel because you're on the trending page of YouTube

and as you can imagine a lot of you were born with the trending page and from

there they're going to watch the videos that are on there so one way of getting

to the trending page it may sound kind of simple but you're gonna need to make

a video it doesn't need to be the highest quality video just a video

that's a new concept so you get a lot of engagement on that video the more

engagement or the higher the watch time of your video the more YouTube likes

that video is gonna push your video why do you ask because obviously any social

media platform is gonna want people to stay on it the more people are staying

on it the more money at the end of the day that social media platform can make

so that's why I see a lot people failing in YouTube because they oftentimes just

try to put you know they don't put much effort in their videos. They are very low

quality and you don't have to have the greatest camera I mean a lot of phones

can film very high quality stuff I know my iPhone if I put it in landscape mode

films very good videos and dealing with my iphone and upload to

youtube it'll look pretty good but you know taking the time to you know edit

the video take good shot just a bunch of different things but overall just making

the video and the concept good so just to kind of go over what I said number

one make sure your video is you know a little bit longer so more people can

watch it longer increasing the watch time and in order to increase the watch

time you're gonna need to make the video interesting make people like be on the

edge of their seats like this so on the edge of their seats they want to see

what happens like for instance if you're watching a horror movie and something

Crazy is about to happen you're you know you're attentive you're watching the

movie because you want to see what happens next so kind of like you

obviously your videos may not be a horror type of video but you know make

people want to watch people continue to watch maybe you say jokes in your videos

or just come up with a creative concept on your own you know creativity is key

to make people continually watch your videos gaining more watch time and

number two kind of goes along with number one but just be creative

introduce new concepts and even if it's been done before maybe you put a unique

spin on it so if someone has done a challenge maybe maybe you can add a

unique spin on that challenge and overall just you know make sure the

video is quality like I said with number one quality content increased watch time

whatever but just creativity I think is very key a lot of videos go viral

because no one ever no one has ever done them before it's a brand new concept and

so people were like wow this is insane I'm gonna subscribe to this person so

these are just very simple ways that I grew 135,000 I think around 135 thousand

followers and one month again this is not a very detailed you know tutorial or

this is what you need to do YouTube there's actually an algorithm behind you

know any social media platform that helps you will find whatever they're

searching for without an algorithm you know social media platform cannot exist

so that's why you need to understand you know how the algorithm works how people

are found what really increases watch time

what kind of thumbnails you should use you know how to be found better so

there's just so many different types of strategies you can use branding

techniques and things of that nature which is actually one of the things my

business does actually help people of social media you know sometimes I get

payments or like five hundred six hundred thousand dollars to help people

with their social media their branding you know increase their online exposure

but like I said in the future maybe I come up with a more detailed tutorial

and really hot on YouTube but like I said doesn't

necessarily have to be on YouTube you can do Facebook Twitter Instagram

whatever it is that you'd like more whatever easy whatever is easier and

more enjoyable for you so with that being said I hope you guys enjoyed this

video kind of gained like an insight on someone who's actually grown so much on

YouTube and you guys haven't already make sure you smash that like button

takes a couple of seconds and I will see you guys in tomorrow's video where we

upload videos every single day on this channel.

Today in military history, 1917.

The text of the Zimmermann Telegram is published

on the front pages of American newspapers,

propelling the US towards war.

The Telegram was a secret diplomatic communication

from the German Foreign Secretary, Arthur Zimmermann,

who proposed a Mexican-German alliance

should the US enter war with Germany,

who was preparing to renew their policy

of unrestricted naval warfare

and expected America to respond.

Intercepted and deciphered

by British intelligence in January,

the message was shared with US President Woodrow Wilson

on February 26th.

He warned Congress to prepare for German attacks

and authorized the State Department

to release the Telegram publicly.

The next month, the United States

formally joined World War I.

BREAKING: Putin Warns Tramp: New ICBM Sarmat is Unstoppable And Will Overcome U.S. Defense - Duration: 3:46.

During all these years since the unilateral US withdrawal from the ABM Treaty, we have been working intensively on advanced equipment and arms,

which allowed us to make a breakthrough in developing new models of strategic weapons.

Let me recall that the United States is creating a global missile defence system primarily for countering strategic arms that follow ballistic trajectories.

These weapons form the backbone of our nuclear deterrence forces, just as of other members of the nuclear club.

As such, Russia has developed, and works continuously to perfect, highly effective but modestly priced systems to overcome missile defence.

They are installed on all of our intercontinental ballistic missile complexes.

In addition, we have embarked on the development of the next generation of missiles.

For example, the Defence Ministry and enterprises of the missile and aerospace industry are in the active phase of testing a new missile system with a heavy intercontinental missile.

We called it Sarmat.

Sarmat will replace the Voevoda system made in the USSR. Its immense power was universally recognized.

Our foreign colleagues even gave it a fairly threatening name (Satan).

That said, the capabilities of the Sarmat missile are much higher.

Weighing over 200 tonnes, it has a short boost phase, which makes it more difficult to intercept for missile defence systems.

The range of the new heavy missile, the number and power of its combat blocs is bigger than Voevoda's.

Sarmat will be equipped with a broad range of powerful nuclear warheads, including hypersonic, and the most modern means of evading missile defence.

The high degree of protection of missile launchers and significant energy capabilities the system offers will make it possible to use it in any conditions.

Could you please show the video.

Voevoda's range is 11,000 km while Sarmat has practically no range restrictions.

As the video clips show, it can attack targets both via the North and South poles.

Sarmat is a formidable missile and, owing to its characteristics, is untroubled by even the most advanced missile defence systems.

The Cleric: Why the Cleric is Awesome - RPG Class Spotlight - Player Character Tips - Duration: 14:39.

at nominals poetry santos domino nomine Patri hatefully etc etc etc hello and

welcome to the divine temple or more lightly hello and welcome to this

episode of how to be a great player when we look at the cleric class now i have to

confess i do have to confess so far we've looked at the paladin we've looked

at the wizard we've looked at the ranger and they've all been fairly easy for me

to put together my thoughts on why they're so entertaining to play the

cleric made me think it made me think really long and really hard and I'm

flummoxed by it and I I do find it rather curious so I wonder if you share

my thoughts on the matter so when we look at the cleric let's just jump

straight in here we look at the merits of the cleric there isn't another class

that can touch the cleric from merit weapons heavy armor and magic oh I now

can turn undead to the clerics got at all it literally has everything the

cleric class can heal itself turn undead beat the living snot out of anything

that comes running up to it and take a beating as well so why and this is a

genuine question is everybody not playing a cleric they can do we really

had a fight you can do they can do everything a paladin can do they can do

everything a mage can do they can do everything that no one else can do which

is turn Undead so the cleric is a remarkably powerful

class and yet and yet I find myself still paused for thought they have as a

merit religion the belief in a higher power now unlike the paladin

whose belief is an unwavering line of thought to their code as people rightly

pointed out to their oath to their their convictions the cleric is really just

there to interpret Scripture be a messenger of the gods and oh yes one day

become a god because well they can do everything so don't see why not

now this brings me to the negatives the cons of a Kerik is that for all this

amazing ability that they have they don't seem to be very fun they seem to

be like the character that because they can do everything because there are

these superheroes amongst the classes there but boring or at least that's what

I found anyway so I had to go digging further so they can be boring they can

be incredibly overwhelming you've got magic on the one hand you want your

traditional combat on the other you are turning Undead you've got healing spells

that just come out of nowhere so the cleric class can be overwhelming

in terms of everything that it can do because it can do a tremendous amount of

things so that's something to bear in mind that's a negative they're also not

the master of anything in particular so if a cleric went toe-to-toe with a

fighter and didn't use their spells the fighter would win they have abilities

and capacities that the cleric just doesn't have access to on the other hand

if they were to take their spells and there we go toe to toe with a wizard

ultimately I think the wizard would win if the wizard got the drop on the cleric

and the cleric was fairly low level kinda they can be bland they can have

the religion thing now as a negative it's a positive for the prost for the

cleric because it gives them something to roleplay with and there's all sorts

of bonuses and things that are going to come up a little bit later that the

cleric gets access to because of that strong religious connection it is also a

negative because if the prayer if the prayer if the player of the cleric if

are playing a cleric for example and you don't embody the religion your GM is

likely to say em you lose your spell's you're not following what your God has

said so adding on to the complexity of the spells of combat you now have this

religious requirement which you now have to fulfill and follow and your GM should

have given you the basic outlines of that faith or religion or you should

have picked it up from the book and you should be following it so it can be a

negative if we look at the potentials are the potentials the potentials are

rich rich law so all this canonical law the Saints the people who have come

before the avatars of the gods the priests as a cleric has access to all of

that and can become that by the way the cleric is the character most likely to

become divine followed closely by the monk and then the paladin and then all

the other clauses slowly get towards deification later on but it is the

carrick who stands first and foremost as their God's conduit onto the planet so

that's a big story they can have a focused narrative where it's focused

around the clergy focused around the monasteries focused around that

particular space that religious dogma finds us in and that can create quite an

interesting campaign they are also undead hunters so they can have

campaigns that are focused specifically on undead and not have too much of a

problem with it they're not going to have to hack and slash through every

single kind of encounter so the potential for the cleric is huge they

can do almost anything they like and they can be very good at it as well and

that's something that I think is very very important the different types of

clerics now this is where I thought haha I will now find the reason why we don't

see everybody playing clerics apart from the negatives of course this is where we

will find that the cleric only has one or two styles while the characters not

there are more cleric types and options than almas there are wizard types and

options wizard still win but clerics come close

you've got the battle cleric the cleric who wears heavy plate armor wills amazed

wills a shield and goes into battle and hits things and uses their divine magic

to enhance their damage dealing to enhance their abilities and to just

strike the wrath of their God into their foes so that's the battle cleric quite

an intimidating force and arguably a very dangerous opponent you get the

priestly type of cleric the Father the abbot the monk and I mean monk as in

brown robes bald central point I forget the name of it and the one who sings in

choirs and is quiet and reserved and divine like so the priestly kind is the

one who does a bit of healing does a liberal of administration there's a

little bit of support maybe give some advice to the players the fellow players

characters is the sedate kind you get that kind of priest you get the healer

of course the priest who focuses primarily on healing and that's not just

using magic it's using their skills as well to push that healing the priests

are without doubt the greatest of healers because they can use any spell

they like as a healing spell and that's very powerful so they can become the

healer in which case like that hospital year paladin of last week they could

become a priest who does no harm because they are the ultimate doctor and so

that's an option for you an undead hunter obviously is something that a

priest can become no other class can hunt undead like the priest can wizards

can go in and use necromancy to try and control the undead but ultimately it's

the priest who can go in and turn them to dust by holding up their holy symbol

and that's it instead of God there's anything they can do about it so the

undead hunter is a class that the priests can can really explore and and

capitalize them the zealot now the zealot is something that I find quite

interesting and the zealot is the type that quite literally embodies what their

God says and will fulfill it to their ultimate and degree

our paladin is almost like a zealot except the paladin has taken vows to act

and do things on behalf of their gods in a certain way all their oaths the cleric

who is a zealot is the cleric who doesn't see anything outside of their

space anything outside of their God's domain is for them blasphemy and they

will hunt it down and destroy it and a zealot cleric using all of their combat

martial abilities plus their spells becomes a dangerous fanatic that could

be very interesting to play then you get the shield the shield is a battle cleric

or a cleric who goes into combat expressly to keep their companions alive

yes they'll do a little bit of healing here and there but primarily their

function is to an armour their fellows to shield them to distract the enemy to

keep the enemy at bay but not to necessarily destroy the enemy either

it's a much more versatile utilitarian type of cleric than the rest are they're

there to support and to make sure that others get through and that's also a

very interesting space to be in can you prevent your party from dying or taking

massive damage before it happens rather than and the healer who picks up the

pieces afterwards or the battle cleric who goes in and makes all the pieces so

the cleric has got a lot of different types that can be played so why aren't

we seeing more clerics being chosen a party of clerics as a party that would

be almost impossible to kill simply because they fell over I resurrect now I

resurrect oh I'll beat you to a pulp no you won't because you can't hit me

because mamma Claus is so high but I appreciate the sentiment you go ahead

and resurrect so nonetheless it's a party of people who just won't ever

leave the planet now from a story's perspective of course we've got all the

different types of stories that'll come through we've got the religious stories

we've got combat stories we've got healing stories a lot of it could be

undead stories because I've gained all that power of turning the undead and of

course the two big ones that we've got is the salvation

which was very similar to what the Paladin had in terms of his fall from

grace and then his return to grace but the salvation damnation option of the

priest of the cleric is I think a little bit more consequential paladins the gods

aren't fighting over their paladins they're fighting with their paladin's a

cleric on the other hand might have an evil deity in opposition to their own

tempting them to come to the dark side for me a cleric is more like a Jedi or a

Sith Warrior than any of the other classes forget the poor old paladin

they've got codes and things which yes is very Jedi like but the temptation in

my opinion is far greater on a cleric than it is on a paladin and a cleric

makes more sense to me as a Jedi or a Sith type of persona where you've got

this battle between the Wills between good and evil and the gods themselves so

clerics are a very very very dynamic class a very capable class a very

survivable class yet we don't see them that often now I have to tell you a

story of a player of mine who played a cleric and who made sure that the prayer

of the cleric was uttered so often they would utter it at the beginning of the

battle at the end of the battle during dialogue before meals after meals they

really drove home this idea of this prayer that everybody at the table

ultimately converted to that particular God and could recite the prayer that's

how powerful just recite and it wasn't a complicated thing life is death death is

life her death is rebirth rebirth is life life is death death is rebirth

rebirth his life just the simple mantra which he would repeat over and over and

over and over again and we got this amazing

version of the rest of the players characters to that God as well as of

course the entrenchment of that God and the characters and I as a GM had a lot

of fun playing with trying to lure that character away from their God and tempt

them and then that kind of thing so the cleric is something that we need to

explore more I feel and if you do play a character but you're put in the comments

below tell us what you like about the Thoth tell us why we should be playing a

party of clerics and nothing else let's champion the cleric a little bit

because I think they may get the short end of the stick in terms of being

looked at as a class of being slightly boring there are anything but boring

until next time join us on social media we're on facebook we're on Instagram

we're on Twitter we're all over the place come and find us and join the

conversation so we can unpack these things together and see what we can come

up with as to why we like or don't like particular classes until next time

though I wish you and yours the happiest okay

Aides Say Trump Is Keeping An "Enemies List" Just Like Nixon - Duration: 3:22.

With each passing day Donald Trump is becoming more and more like Richard Nixon.

The latest evidence we have of this is the fact that according to the Washington Post

White House aides told the paper that they have been instructed to keep lists of people

who criticize President Donald Trump.

Essentially, they have to keep a running enemies list just like staffers had to keep during

the Richard Nixon Administration.

They wanted to make sure they knew who was out there talking bad about the president,

what reporters were out there trying to dig out dirt on him, and that is pretty much exactly

what Donald Trump is having his own staffers do.

Every time Donald Trump cries, "Witch hunt!", remember that Richard Nixon did the exact

same thing during Watergate.

The parallels are becoming just so crazy that it is like living in an episode of The Twilight

Zone.

History is repeating itself with Donald Trump, from the Richard Nixon Administration, but

this particular enemies list is obviously disturbing, in and of itself, without the

parallels to Richard Nixon.

According to aides here in this Washington Post story, what they have to do is keep a

list of all of the Republicans who say bad things about Donald Trump, or who criticize

him, or his family, or his policies.

It is then their job to use that list to remind the president what these Republicans said

when they run for re-election so that he can make sure that he does not endorse them or

say anything positive about them.

That's what this is about.

You know, Omarosa, when she first came into the White House, said, "All of the people,

all of the detractors, all the criticizers, they're going to have to bow down before Donald

Trump."

That wasn't a warning to the American public about what was going to happen, she was boasting

that they were going to have to do that!

Now, apparently, they do, because if you criticize the president he's got your name.

I know that the aides said that right now they're kind of focusing on Republicans, but

deep down I know I'm a small guy, as far as reach and influence, but I would love nothing

more than to find out that my name, or the name of Ring of Fire is sitting there on a

list as someone who regularly criticizes President Donald Trump.

That would make me sleep a little better at night, knowing that the president understands

that we're out here with so many others keeping tabs on him, criticizing his every move when

it deserves to be criticized, and trying to hold him accountable.

That's what this list is about, this isn't just about people who criticize him unfairly.

This is about Donald Trump being such a whiny man child that he cannot handle criticism,

because he can't admit that he ever did anything wrong.

Spring Is Here (CC Available) - Duration: 5:06.

signs of spring

What is "spring?"

Spring is a time when weather conditions generally become warmer for longer periods of time

and rain occurs more often than snow.

It's a season of renewal when plants start to revive.

Leaves and flowers appear.

Seeds start to grow.

Colors appear on the landscape.

You may see sap dripping from trees that have wounds

Mushrooms pop up.

Wildflowers of the forest floor bloom and grow rapidly in spring before leaves emerge and block sunlight to them.

Their life cycle is completed very quickly while sunlight is available.

Their seeds will not grow until the next spring.

Here are a few varieties of woodland wildflowers found in Illinois.

white dog-toothed violet Erythronium albidum

bloodroot Sanguinaria canadensis

skunk cabbage Symplocarpus foetidus

wild phlox Phlox divaricata

spring beauty Claytonia virginica

Dutchman's-breeches Dicentra cucullaria

dwarf larkspur Delphinium tricorne

wild ginger Asarum canadense

Spring is when hibernating animals or those that were inactive become active again.

You may start seeing snakes,

turtles,

woodchucks Marmota monax

and thirteen-lined ground squirrels Spermophilus tridecemlineatus.

Tiger salamanders Ambystoma tigrinum may move about on rainy nights.

(frog and toad sounds)

Listen for the calls of frogs and toads.

(frog and toad sounds)

Insects will be busy, too.

(nature sounds)

Spring is a time for many migrating animals to move into or through our state.

Migrating waterfowl, such as the northern shoveler Anas clypeata,

blue-winged teal Anus discors,

green-winged teal Anus crecca

and lesser scaup Aythya affinis may be seen on lakes and rivers.

They do not stay in one place for long, though, as they are headed to the breeding grounds.

Shorebirds like the greater yellowlegs Tringa melanoleuca,

spotted sandpiper Actitis macularius

and least sandpiper Callidris minutilla can be observed.

Swallows return as insects become available for them to eat.

Warblers bring their bright colors and songs.

The ruby-throated hummingbird Archilochus colubris

and Baltimore oriole Icterus glabula

are just two of the many other songbirds that return to Illinois from their winter homes.

Spring is a season for mating, egg-laying, nesting, hatching and birth.

Small woodland pools, ponds and other aquatic areas are locations for amphibian breeding.

You may hear frogs and toads calling and see eggs in the water.

Some fish species use their fins to fan out a depression on the bottom close to shore.

These "nests" are where their eggs will be laid and guarded.

Bird songs become regular as the males mark their territories. (picture of northern cardinal Cardinalis cardinalis)

(northern cardinal sounds)

American robin Turdus migratorius

(American robin sound)

(wild turkey Meleagris gallopavo)

Wild turkey males strut and fan their tails in mating displays.

(group of wild turkeys)

Birds can be observed busily building nests and caring for young.

Eastern cottontail Sylvilagus floridanus nests are commonly found in yards.

Other young animals that may be seen are coyote Canis latrans pups,

striped skunk Mephitis mephitis young

and white-tailed deer Odocoileus virginianus fawns.

Spring is often a time for flooding.

Flooding is a natural process that occurs when there is too much water at one time

for a river or stream to contain all of it in a channel.

Snow melt and increasing rainfall may produce large amounts of water flowing into streams and rivers in spring.

Floodwaters can cause damage to human-made structures and crops, but they provide important ecological functions.

Spring is a time when the daylight length increases, and people participate in outdoor activities

like fishing, turkey hunting, boating, bicycling and hiking.

Spring is a great time to get outdoors and experience Illinois' natural wonders!

This Is Why I AM BETTER THAN YOU - Duration: 4:43.

I'm better than you! Yeah I'm better than you

does that make you bad what are you feeling right now you want to go down in

the comments and say who is hate to say that haze better than me there's no one

that's better than anyone else well today's PC culture we are confronted

with a ton of bombardment of different ideas about everyone's the same everyone

gets a prize everyone gets a participation metal or ribbon there's no

first place there's no second place everyone who tried gets a rhythm that's

not the way the world works when there's one job and there's five people for it

not everyone gets a participation job they don't divide it up evenly there's a

winner and there's a loser so by looking at this in the right way the way that

I'm going to show you today in this video you're gonna be able to leverage

the idea and the fact that it's okay to be better than other people and that's

actually the core of confidence so what do I mean when I say that I'm better

than you and your reaction to that I'm guessing you had a negative emotional

reaction to that you need to think about it from a broader base okay so I have

quite a bit experience putting out YouTube videos so I would guess that I

am better than you at setting up lighting and a camera and setting up the

right f-stop and getting the right lens and that would you agree that I'm

probably better at you than that unless you have a youtube channel or or work in

video production cool that's fine what you do as a profession or for work I'm

guessing you're probably a lot better than I am at that and that is okay we

need to be better that's a the economy of specialization where people get

better at certain things is what's enabled us to evolve so what I would

encourage you to do is strive to be better than everyone else is the

majority of other people at specific things so what if your job at an example

we like to talk about me or my buddies talk about you know what it may be

you're not the most intelligent your IQ isn't the highest and you weren't

fortunate enough to go to a really good school or have a great education and you

find yourself as a job as a curb painter right you're you're painting curbs well

then you can dedicate yourself to learn the

nuances through experience through time the dedication to be the best curb

painter and gets so good but they start bringing in the new curb painters to

learn from you you get a reputation and you will get a confidence based on the

fact that you are better than everyone else are than most other people at that

curb paying it's very important to feel like you are in fact better than other

people because that can be kind of a cornerstone for people's confidence now

a lot of times that people hear better than someone else they think I'm talking

about just overall better as a person no not at all better at specific things so

tell me in your mind right now what's something that maybe through a lot of

practice or just something that you were born really good at you're to have a

natural talent for what are a couple things that you feel like you're better

than most people act and think about how you can leverage that in your mind and

it's spending more time and becoming even better at those things to become

competent because confidence starts with having reinforced success over and over

again reinforced by not only being successful but then other people

confirming that what you did was good and it stood out so you're getting like

an NFL player how many people everyday tell them how good their game wasn't I

pretty well a great catch man thousands of tweets coming in dude's the man dudes

the man how's his confidence level its sky-high because he has reinforced

success over and over so when you find a few things that you either really like

and that's the reason you're better than other people or just something that you

have a talent for and you put yourself into those things not only are you

likely gonna find a very satisfying and fulfilling career that you do very well

in but also you're gonna have that core rock-solid confidence that you're better

than other people in that one specific thing

now if confidence in general is something that you're trying to improve

just confidence your own life maybe confidence socially maybe when you go

out you feel a bit uncomfortable maybe you don't want to go to that happy hour

right so I get exactly what to say when you go up to somebody or someone says

something you you don't know who they are you have to engage a small talk I

don't know how to do it if that's something you want to work on I'd

encourage you to touch or click right up here you can

not a social invincibility checklist I put through and it's gonna go through

five things that'll walk you through what to do in those specific situations

so you can feel really confident in those things I'm not gonna charge you

for that up there you can click on there to check it out now let me ask you this

have you seen this video right here yet if you haven't click here and check it

out you're gonna like it I'll talk to you soon

Approaching Autism: What is ABA? - Duration: 0:51.

Applied Behavior Analysis is the only treatment recommended for autism

by the US Surgeon General and the CDC.

The ultimate outcome that we're looking for with ABA treatment is accelerating learning.

So we need to take a child who's behind and get them caught up to where they should be for their age level

We look at a person's strengths and weaknesses - what are the skill deficits

and what are the excesses and then we look at how we can break those skills down

into tiny steps so that we can get the learning process rolling

and then really start building momentum.

All those small steps along the way are going to lead to big milestone accomplishments

like blowing their birthday candles out for the first time.
