Waching daily May 7 2017

Well the story of Russian hacking of the election is so two months ago even MSNBC is barely

talking about these days of course we wouldn't know.

But for some reason Republican lawmakers are still investigating the matter the house intelligence

committee is holding a hearing on Thursday of this week on Russia's involvement in the

last election FBI director James Comey an NSA director admiral Michael Rogers will be

there the press will not be there meeting is classified the public not allowed in sources

about concentrate Gaddy of South Carolina will be at the hearing of course and he joins

us now the scary things like a month yes Sir thank you so it does seem in light of the

foreign policy developments of the past month or so where the United States has assumed

a hostile posture toward Russia. That most people can't decide if you know

how would trump be doing the bidding of Vladimir Putin when he and Putin are so at odds.

So why given that is this going forward. Bossing summer folks initially who thought

that that was the motive behind you have to accept as accurate that Donald Trump colluded

to coordinate with the Russians right and that they had a motive to help him so all

of those songs and had to be made before you can then say but with the second more belligerent

stance towards Russia therefore that must not be true.

I sort of ground zero of what happened at twenty sixteen weather is Russia or another

foreign actor did they try to interfere with our election what was our response in twenty

six states not not. To want to go twenty six saying what do we

know what we do about it the felonious dissemination of classified material to me is always relevant

whether some headlines or not is always important and the issue of one masking is important.

But it does seem like luck it in a world where there's only so much time and so many priorities

in a Congress where you know. Winning a wall past the bomber cares not been

repealed or replaced. Were there a lot of priorities of the president

ran on remain unfulfilled for the Republicans in the body to pursue is basically a fever

dream from CNN. Seems a little weird.

Well there are six of us three hours in three days right kind of been assigned to the task

force and we're all old house until so up we do have broad your secure but it does include

the border wallet done include healthcare done include tax reform we're just intelligence.

So weather's North Korea whether it's a human trafficking in South America it's what we're

supposed to do and providing oversight over the intelligence community is part of it so

Bob Intel committee as a robust jurisdiction but this is part of it no other committees

of Congress to my knowledge or holding hearings not on the house side pot and quite frankly

thought we have time on. Those of us that our own Intel we can't talk

about the rent we get a what North Korea we can talk about other things that rare investigating

all of this is so windows are exceptions where we can both do it and then ultimately answer

people's questions at the end. So this is what's missing from the only crime

that we're pretty certain occurred. In the U. S. with the leaking of Michael Flynn's.

Conversations with the Russian ambassador is that part of the investigation.

I would say the hacking of the DNC would also constitute a criminal act so odd and the FBI

would have jurisdiction over both of those. But I don't think Congress is well equipped

to investigate crime and talked and no we're not so the constitutional injury or things

that are of significant public interest there is a role for Congress to play were dreadful

investigating crime that we should not attempt to do so all which is why you don't hear me

alleging that people committed crimes there is a constitutional that'll stop your colleagues

I notice that it does in in that disappoints me because I just I think you all.

To. Wait until all of the other this is an and

then ask the jury to draw whatever conclusion you want but we only have one reputation and

it is so easy to accuse someone of a criminal act Bob and we do it unfortunately and modern

day culture a lot. It's just unfair to the individual but who

do I totally agree that are you confident that director co me is stable and trustworthy.

I and what have they pay rich and provocative history with director combing dating back

to twenty sixteen dom are preferred to talk to him privately than in public because in

fairness to him he can answer most of my questions in a public.

Way is that to stop him from making all kinds of provocative public statements in the not

explaining them. Of I have a home base rich and provocative.

History. With ham we've agreed on some ladders we've

not agreed on some matters whether I like it or not he's a foundational witness in fact

he touches all four charges yeah our investigation it may be the only witness the dos touch everything

from felonious dissemination all the way back to one of the bureau initiate their investigation

so he's foundational it's not fair to asking questions in public when I know we cannot

answer Libya and then from him war develop other witness leads and documents that we

need. I'd like to ask a few questions posed by don't

become and I wonder should I put the news got really which already ruled good will toward

you try arms and get great scenic they asserted that.

Vatican The Greatest Usurper Enslaving All of Humanity - Duration: 13:05.

Vatican: The Greatest Usurper Enslaving All of Humanity

It is important to know that in legalese the terms person, human and human creature are

not the same as the word man.

The Papal Bull Unam Sanctum, Pope Boniface VIII November 18, 1302 says that every

human creature be subject to the Roman Pontiff.

A human creature is not a man and therefore as a living man you are not subject to the

Roman Pontiff.

The Papal Bull Unam Sanctum also says that The spiritual man judgeth of all things

and he himself is judged by no man.

In other words, no man, corporation (e.g., the Vatican), religious leader, president,

king, pope can lawfully judge a spiritual man.

What the author of the following article failed to innerstand is that the Papal Bull

Unam Sanctum only applies to human creatures and artificial persons (corporations).

It does not apply to a living and spiritual man.

Are you a human creature or a spiritual man (male or female)?

The choice is yours to make.

 Pao Chang

Long ago, the Vatican has declared us all lost at sea or dead and therefore it

must manage all our Estate forever.

The Vatican is not just a church of politics and military minds; it is a Corporate Bank

of Pirates.

And it has been our position that a better system has already been designed that is far

better than the Corporation.

The abolition of money through the release of all useful but suppressed technologies

should free the people from debt slavery for good.

It is high that we chart our own course for humanitys survival and put a final stop

to medieval concepts that have deterred this planet from attaining its highest advancement

possible through unhampered collective scientific effort.

The satisfaction of basic needs and the availability of resources to advance oneself should arrest

the motivation to corrupt and should make all criminal justice infrastructures obsolete.

Through the issuance of Papal Bulls it has created the most elaborate system of deception

through what is now known as Uniform Commercial Codes [UCC] or the corporate laws which transform

our physical existence into an abject slavery.

Understanding how theyre doing it exactly is the only way we can defeat them.

Pope Ruler of the World to go after War Criminals?

UPDATED 8.06.2013 When we originally posted this article I did not have the exact supportive

information connecting the Pope, the Vatican and the Corporate structure of our planet.

Thanks to Brian Kelly, and all his research over the past few weeks, I now have included

that data.

If you are not aware of how much influence the Vatican and the Pope has had over the

planet your veil is about to be lifted.

There is a preponderance of information to support what I am about to put forth and I

am not going to detail every facet of it here.

This is simply a generalization for conceptual understanding in relation to this latest revelation.

Before we start to discuss this announcement and its possible significance lets gain some

perspective on why the Vatican and Pope are so influential.

Unam Sanctum and Cestui Que Trusts

The Vatican and Popes between 1350-1550 AD enacted the Papal Bull Unam Sanctum and Cestui

Que Trusts.

The Papal bull laid claim to the entire planet, the living beings on it and all the souls

in perpetuity (all Eternal Essence Embodied).

The Cestui Que Trusts, of which there are 3, make the foundations for the nanny state,

social security system and are used to track your PERSON in the slavery systems of the

Powers that were.

For more on Papal Bulls see The Power of Papal Bulls Black Magick made of Human Skin.

Here is the last paragraph from the Papal Bull Unam Sanctum, Pope Boniface VIII November

18, 1302:

For, according to the Blessed Dionysius, it is a law of the divinity that the lowest things

reach the highest place by intermediaries.

Then, according to the order of the universe, all things are not led back to order equally

and immediately, but the lowest by the intermediary, and the inferior by the superior.

Hence we must recognize the more clearly that spiritual power surpasses in dignity and in

nobility any temporal power whatever, as spiritual things surpass the temporal.

This we see very clearly also by the payment, benediction, and consecration of the tithes,

but the acceptance of power itself and by the government even of things.

For with truth as our witness, it belongs to spiritual power to establish the terrestrial

power and to pass judgement if it has not been good.

Thus is accomplished the prophecy of Jeremias concerning the Church and the ecclesiastical

power: Behold to-day I have placed you over nations, and over kingdoms and the

rest.

Therefore, if the terrestrial power err, it will be judged by the spiritual power; but

if a minor spiritual power err, it will be judged by a superior spiritual power; but

if the highest power of all err, it can be judged only by God, and not by man, according

to the testimony of the Apostle: The spiritual man judgeth of all things and he himself is

judged by no man [1 Cor 2:15].

This authority, however, (though it has been given to man and is exercised by man), is

not human but rather divine, granted to Peter by a divine word and reaffirmed to him (Peter)

and his successors by the One Whom Peter confessed, the Lord saying to Peter himself, Whatsoever

you shall bind on earth, shall be bound also in Heaven etc., [Mt 16:19].

Therefore whoever resists this power thus ordained by God, resists the ordinance of

God [Rom 13:2], unless he invent like Manicheus two beginnings, which is false and judged

by us heretical, since according to the testimony of Moses, it is not in the beginnings but

in the beginning that God created heaven and earth [Gen 1:1].

Furthermore, we declare, we proclaim, we define that it is absolutely necessary for salvation

that every human creature be subject to the Roman Pontiff.

What this paragraph is doing is establishing the authority of the church as our intermediary:

a divine institution run by divine beings who are not human, who have been entrusted

with the salvation of man because they are superior and we are inferior.

Therefore we need to be led from the lowest to the highest place and if we err

we must be punished and judged according to our earthly divines.

Vatican City, London and Washington D.C.

The Vatican and the Roman Cult is essentially the worlds first corporation; pirates.

The Holy See a salvage yard. The Papal Bull Unam Sanctum and Cestui Que declare

everyone in the world lost at sea and the Vatican owns the title to your Estate.

The Vatican is also the central nexus for all corporate activity.

Public and Private corporations are arms of this central body by extension.

London and Washington DC are linked to the Vatican and it is believed their charters

are held there.

The vast majority of the worlds corporations are registered in Washington DC.

The Pope, is the sovereign head of this hierarchical corporate and ecclesiastical

system.

The highest living authority on earth; the boss.

Therefore, when the boss, makes a statement like this: All crooked employees who have

been committing crimes, in all the places of the world, I am removing your immunity

and coming after you.

It is a big deal.

For more information, including references, connecting the Pope to the USA Inc., Britain

and the connections that lead to the Vatican as the head, see the bottom of this post.

The Latest Revelation

In an article issued by Vatican Radio, Pope Francis issues Motu Proprio on criminal law

matters in Vatican, it would appear that a great deal of change has been happening behind

the scenes:

The criminal laws adopted today are a continuation of the efforts to update Vatican City States

legal system, building upon the measures adopted since 2010 during the pontificate of Benedict

XVI.

These laws, however, have a broader scope, since they incorporate into the Vatican legal

system the provisions of numerous international conventions including: the four Geneva Conventions

of 1949, on the conduct of war and war crimes; the 1965 Convention on the elimination of

all forms of racial discrimination; the 1984 Convention against torture and other cruel,

inhuman or degrading treatment or punishment, the 1989 Convention on the rights of the child

and its optional protocols of 2000.

Of particular note in this context is the introduction of the crime of torture and a

broader definition of the category of crimes against minors (including: the sale of children,

child prostitution, the recruitment of children, sexual violence and sexual acts with children,

and the production and possession of child pornography).

In line with the most recent developments at the international level, the new legislation

also introduces a system of penalties for juridical persons who profit from the criminal

activities of their constituent bodies or personnel, establishing their direct liability

and providing as penalties a set of interdictions and pecuniary sanctions.

One would think that out of all the countries on earth to recognize the Geneva Conventions

it would be the Vatican; they are superior after all.

There has been scandal in the Vatican and Catholic church related to child sex and pedophilia

for decades.

There have been scandals related to money laundering and connections with organized

crime.

Now it would appear that a reconciliation of law is happening within the church and

they are finally going to enforce treaties and systems which have been in place for years.

This could be good news, and it very well may be, I however like to reserve such appraisals

for hindsight.

There is a portion of this clarification issued by Vatican Radio which begs questioning:

A section of the legislation introduces a list of crimes against humanity, in particular,

the crimes of genocide and apartheid, following broadly the definitions adopted in the 1998

Statute of the International Criminal Court.

The section of the Criminal Code regarding offenses committed in the exercise of public

administration has also been revised in light of the 2003 United Nations Convention against

corruption.

With regard to penalties, that of life imprisonment has been abolished and it has been replaced

with a maximum penalty of 30 to 35 years of imprisonment.

What is the purpose for abolishing the life sentencing and reducing it to a maximum of

30 to 35 years?

It is hard to determine what the purpose of this would be but in the greater contest of

this announcement and in the greater contest of the Shift we can infer that this will probably

mean big changes; Especially in light of what D from RTS discusses later in this post.

This could be the trigger which starts another round of mass CEO resignations much like what

we saw in late 2011 early 2012.

Scientists dug 12 km into our planet—what they found left me speechless - Duration: 7:34.

Scientists dug 12 km into our planetwhat they found left me speechless

their main goal was set at 15,000 meters, however, drilling was halted when they reached

12,262 meters.

The Kola Superdeep Boreholeaka Door to Hellreached rocks of the Archaean age (greater

than 2.5 billion years old) at the bottom.

It is the deepest artificial point on our planet, and what scientists found at the bottom

is beyond fascinating.

We know more about distant alien worlds and moons than we know about the planet we live

on.

There are many parts of our planet which still remain unexplored, despite the fact that we

have spacecraftslike the voyagerwhich have already left our solar system.

Just as we still dont know everything about the surface of our planet, to date we have

explored less than five percent of the ocean.

Much remains to be learned from exploring the mysteries of the deep.

Only about 5% of the worlds seafloor has been mapped in some detail.

Since the ocean occupies roughly 70% of the Earths surface, this leaves approximately

65% of the Earth (excluding dry land) unexplored.

Interestingly, it is believed that around 50-80% of all life on our planet can be found

under the ocean surface and the oceans contain 99% of the living space on the planet.

Curiously less than 10% of that space has been explored by humans.

85% of the area and 90% of the volume constitute the dark, cold environment we call the deep

sea.

So what are we waiting for?

Isnt it time to start exploring our planet before we wonder off to Mars, or return to

the moon?

Some efforts to explore whats beneath us have been made in the past.

Referred to by many as the Door to Hell, at 12,262 meters the Kola Superdeep Borehole

is the deepest artificial point on our planet.

What experts found when they drilled over 12 kilometers took them completely by surprise.

In 1989 drilling experts reached 12,262 meters (40,230 ft), successfully creating the deepest

artificial point on our planet.

Interestingly, the Kola Superdeep Borehole descends further than the deepest point of

the ocean, which lies at nearly 6.8 miles (11 kilometers).

The borehole is only 23 cm in diameter.

While experts only managed to drill 12,263 meters, their main goal was set at 15,000

meters.

However, because of higher-than-expected temperatures at this depth and location, 180 C (356

F) instead of expected 100 C (212 F), drilling deeper was deemed unfeasible and

the drilling was stopped in 1992.

In terms of depth, it is the deepest borehole in the world.

For two decades it remained as our planets longest borehole, in terms of measured depth

along the well bore, until it was surpassed in 2008 by the 12,289-metre-long (40,318 ft)

Al Shaheen oil well in Qatar, and in 2011 by 12,345-metre-long (40,502 ft) Sakhalin-I

Odoptu OP-11 Well, offshore the Russian island Sakhalin.

The Kola Superdeep Borehole is said to have drilled through a third of the way through

the Baltic continental crust, which experts believe is around 35 kilometers deep.

Furthermore, the drill reached rocks of the Archaean age (greater than 2.5 billion years

old) at the bottom.

So what did experts find?

While experts gathered a great amount of data during the project, they made some staggering

discoveries.

Cracks of the rock many kilometers below the surface were found to be saturated with water.

However, the most important and unexpected discovery was the detection of biological

activity in rocks more than two billion years old.

As noted by Atlas Obscura, the clearest evidence of life came in the form of microscopic fossils:

the preserved remains of twenty-four species of single-cell marine plants, otherwise known

as plankton.

Microscopic fossils of single-celled organisms 7 kilometers beneath the surface.

At approximately the same depth, scientists found traces of water.

Umm Our planet has Gas ?? Surprisingly, nitrogen, helium, hydrogen, nitrogen, and

even carbon dioxide (originating from microbes) were discovered all along the borehole.

There isnt basalt down therewhich is one of the greatest surprises.

Scientists believed that at 9,000 meters the granite would give way to basalt.

However, to their surprise, it doesnt.

The temperature was shockingly high.

At the bottom of the hole, their instruments measured a staggering 180C, one of the

main reasons why drilling was discontinued.

But perhaps whats even more impressive is the fact that scientists estimate that

the distance to the center of our planet is nearly 4,000 miles (6,400 kilometers).

Turns out, 6,500 kilometers isnt anywhere close and what scientists managed to drill

trough barely scratches the surface.

The Mick | Motherhood is Logical - Duration: 5:25.

Where do you think you're going?

-School. -Oh, I don't think so.

(laughing): No.

-Not today. -ALBA: Mm.

I'm punishing you.

For what?

For... be-- for being dicks.

On The Mick, Mickey is a grifter and petty criminal who finds herself the surrogate parent

to her niece and nephews, a troublesome trio she's barely met,

socioeconomic distance ever affording physical distance.

Together, they do, or are subjected to, unexpected, sometimes eye-popping things,

and the crassness of the show's humor doesn't, seemingly,

deliberately cross the line into the offensive.

Whether or not it actually does is individually decided, of course,

but there's an overriding sensitivity to its timbre

which might faster be attributed to a softening cultural climate, as we talked about earlier,

as opposed to a metatextual move from FXX to FOX.

Part of this sensitivity then comes directly out of the premise,

that in tracking Mickey's journey, we are ingratiated to motherhood

in a way that responds mathematically to the tropes of nag and henpeck -- with logic.

The TV mom yells at the kid just as she yells at the husband, becoming his mother also

and providing the moral center by discouraging the fun.

And then, at the end, she rounds back for an "I told you so."

She's monolithic as stretched across the television landscape,

ever reincarnated and dutifully catalogued on TV Tropes, understood only in resignation,

and contributing further to our troubling eye toward women in media, and beyond.

Mickey is not necessarily a revision of this TV mom,

being more reconstruction than deconstruction.

The television pattern she instead takes after is that of millennial hand-wringing,

the anxious fascination with parenthood exhibited in Master of None's first episode,

or the comedy of Aziz Ansari generally.

He'll point at something adult-related and say, you know, "Isn't that crazy?

Could you imagine?"

Adults are frequently coming of age in sitcoms,

bridging the gap between childhood and adulthood by making irrelevant the measure of age.

And so, the housewife's "Clean up this mess!" becomes the millennial's

"Clean up this mess, I just stepped on a goddamn burrito."

Of course, also, Mickey clashes with the children's callous affluence,

bringing her increasingly counterfeit street smarts to bear,

but she's also just pushed to the edges of her patience in the day-to-day.

This is the direct route to normalizing motherhood,

where we the audience are just as frustrated by over-the-top irresponsibility

and begin learning how to identify where less over-the-top irresponsibility exists.

Suddenly, the nagging and the bitching makes sense,

and could probably be termed as the 'guiding' and the 'encouraging' instead.

The Mick is by no means a responsible depiction of actual motherhood.

Mickey and the cast trade in often horrifically violent felonies

and neglect their youngest far past the joke.

The episodic structure eschews consequence and thereby erases cause and effect.

This is, at the risk of sounding precious, baby steps.

In episode 109, "The Mess," Mickey begins by lamenting

how becoming an authority figure is self-betrayal,

and she ends by spanking her young nephew in public.

In a show where a man is tackled by a pony so hard he vomits blood

and another guy takes a high heel to the eye, this is the most stunning moment.

It's well-directed and performed, characterizing this expression of motherhood

as understandable but still very much an attack, something uncalled for.

Mickey has room to grow in this unfamiliar space.

The answer to 109's instance of corporeal punishment is a quiet suggestion,

that solving the initial problem set by the premise will be a collaboration,

further suggesting that family is best when collaborative and not adversarial,

and possibly also indicating the show's future direction.

I assume, anyway, that things will eventually get better,

more lessons will be learned, hugs may be distributed.

This is very much a mother origin story,

and while the conflation of mothers and superheroes has always been a standby platitude,

it is also something kind of given or ascribed.

Uh, whereas, Mickey shows up, and she ascribes on her own terms, meaning she also fits in boy-chasing,

or boy-escaping, uh, schemes and exploring other areas of life, into this vision of motherhood.

Star Kaitlin Olson is also an executive producer, and that's a critical ingredient.

What would The Mick have looked like, ten, five, even two years ago?

The show exists in the context of television increasingly penned and supervised by women,

and, and while it's not doing the work of cable shows or The CW,

an imperfect feminist exercise may still have something to contribute.

You know, we don't have to agree 100% with something to agree.

The world is a dangerous place. Nobody's safe.

It does not take "a little boy in a dress" to molest your daughter.

-I use the girls' room. I could easily molest her any time I want. -RITA: Oh...

Whether or not it's effectively leaning in is another individual judgement,

and I somehow suspect we'll still see moms yell at children and manchildren

on channels where the laugh track yet exists.

What The Mick does, however, is approach that same scenario from a different perspective,

one we find surprisingly relatable, all of us, regardless of gender or age.

If we could see where the yelling comes from, why it's necessary, maybe we could, in our minds,

individuate women from that wife/mom/sitcom monolith.

-JIMMY: What's the matter with you? -Where are they?

Look what you did to my hands!

(Jimmy groans)

-(glass crunching) -(screaming)
