The Being You Event In Rio

With Dr. Dain Heer & Access Consciousness

Hello beautiful people! My name is Dr. Dain Heer.

Here to invite you to a very amazing class called

Being You, Changing The World.

I am so excited to be going to Brazil to deliver this class for the very first time.

I cannot tell you.

I'm looking forward to experiencing the joy

that the Brazilian facilitators have brought into my life

in the classes that I've had them in.

I'm looking forward to gifting you an awareness

of what it truly could be like to be you

and actually get to live that in your world.

A lot of us look and we go, "Well, what does being me mean?"

If you've ever had a point in your life where you just had a sense of peace,

a sense of joy and you knew everything was okay

and you knew there were possibilities and you knew you could create them

and you knew everything was going to work out fine...

That's basically what it is.

It's like living your life and living in your world with a sense of peace,

with a sense of ease, with a sense of joy

with a sense of gratitude for being alive

and an awareness that you being on the planet is a gift.

From my point of view,

you being on this planet is one of the greatest gifts that has ever existed.

So, what people seem to get from this class,

after these 3,5 days,

is this amazing awareness that there is a level of peace

that's available and possible

that is beyond what most people even know they can live.

People have told me, they say,

"You know, I came in one person on the first night

and I left a person I liked so much better 3,5 days later

and it hasn't gone away, it's just gotten greater!"

What happens in class?

Well, I'll have a table up on stage, I'll be working on people,

doing sessions with this ESB work that I do,

"Energetic Synthesis of Being."

If you're willing, you will receive the session

that the person on the table receives, just by sitting in the chair.

This is the way that the energy works in these particular classes.

If I could invite you to the awareness

that there's a level of joy available as your life,

it would be my great pleasure to do so.

So, one of the things I would like to let you know about is,

what I've noticed is, each country that I go to

to facilitate a Being You, Changing the World class,

it adds to this universe that is the Being You, Changing the World class.

In other words, going to Japan,

created an amazing contribution to what is available to us all,

based on the uniqueness of Japanese culture.

Also Chinese culture that was there and Korean culture that was there.

It's been an amazing thing to see how

that contributes to what we have available

throughout the rest of the world.

For me, I'm extremely excited to come to Brazil

to find out what it is that you all have,

as the contribution to being, that nobody else on the planet knows.

Maybe I'll learn some salsa dancing while I'm there, samba?!

I don't know, I might learn to shake my booty a little bit

because I will be in Brazil so I probably should learn that,

before I go or while I'm there.

On that note, the other thing is

I'd like to invite you to actually get to enjoy your life and start having fun

and having the awareness that having fun is actually a good thing.

It's not a bad thing and you absolutely deserve it

and you can absolutely have it.

There is nothing you should not be able to create and have and be.

Together, over the 3,5 days we will explore that in depths

and hopefully create in your world, the level of happiness

that you always knew should be possible,

that has never been able to exist before.

So, consider yourself invited to the very first

Being You, Changing the World class in Brazil.

I so look forward to being there with you.

I cannot wait, I'm so excited!

What if you truly being you are the gift,

the change and the possibility this world requires?

I look forward to seeing you there in person.

Bye!

WHAT IS FEAR - Duration: 5:32.

Fears and Phobias are the words that we are very much familiar with. Theses are the words

that are so deeply ingrained in our psyches that we seem to carry it all over. These are

the words so deeply embedded in our mind that it seems every single decision that we make

in our life is somehow affected by the fear that we hold in our mind. and the thing that

scares us also interferes with the liberty of our decision making will. so the other

day i was having a discussion with one of my friend named Abdus and in the course of

that discussion he suggested a very beautiful word to describe fear. and that word was so

remarkable and captivating and it sort of encapsulates the very idea of fear in its

entirety. and that word was Darkness. so fear is nothing but darkness. fear is lack of knowledge.

fear is miscalculation of things and coming to wrong conclusion. you know you are gonna

jump off that plane and you have parachute attached to your back and you will make it

out alive but you won't jump because you feel that you won't be able to make it out alive.

you fear that you might die. fear is having a superstitious view of the world. fear is

a kind of blind faith. And this sometimes constrict us from going ahead in our life

. it becomes a kind barrier or obstacle that block us from seeing whats on the other end

of fear. and this surprising and funny for a human being to have fear because we are

the one who have crawled over the surface of the moon and then some of us get scared

looking down below from the terrace of their building. we are about to colonize mars and

make ourselves a multi planetary species yet some of us feel uneasy in their bath tub.

these are like chink in our armour. you know no matter how sophisticated powerful safe

we get with the help of technology but these chinks inside of us will always remind us

of our transient reality, will always remind us of our mortality. and that's one part of

it. that's one part of the story and if this is about darkness what lies on the other end

is more ravishing, brightening and glorious. so i personally believe that the part of being

scared of something actually enhances our curiosity to see whats on the other end. it

ignites our impulses to confront it. it gives us the courage to defeat ourselves by defeating

our egos and fears. no matter how scared we are of water but some of are willing to take

a voyage on a raft. no matter how scared we are of height but some of us do go up in the

air and jump off. and when you are in the the middle of the air having this beautiful

view in front of your eyes, when you feel goosebumps all over skin and you breath is

taken away that's when you realize you know the thing that scares you the most are also

the most exquisite form of beauty or in the words of will smith - the most blissful experience.

the point of maximum danger is also the point of minimum fear. you literally feel zero fear

in that particular moment. you feel like you have been immortalized in that particular

time. you feel that you are the most powerful person on the planet earth in that particular

time frame and this is so exhilarating to feel and this is so kind of ecstatic to feel

that kind of feelings. so to achieve that. to transcend yourself to that point to that

level you will have to let go of your fear. you will have to get across of the things

that scare you. you will have to be willing to submit yourself into the moment. you will

have to be willing to dissolve your identity into this divine nature and in doing so you

kind of create a cohesion with this cosmic reality. you merge yourself - one to one with

this cosmic nature and transform yourself into energy. you start seeing yourself in

the form of spirit and the moment you realize that you are an energy and there is nothing

that can destroy energy. so that's when you take that leap of faith . that's when you jump

off that's when go for a voyage that's when you go out and chase your dreams. so yeah

if you have phobias or fears or if you are scared of something it doesn't mean that the thing

that is in front of you is more powerful or you are incapable of overcoming it. it just

means that you are living in darkness. you are just living in an illusion and you should confront

it. you should face it. you should overcome your fear. so that you can lighten your life,

you can lighten your way to the glory

Law of Attraction - How to Discipline Yourself (Psychology) - Duration: 13:25.

Live Today With Passion - "How different do you think your career

and possibly your life would have been

had you not embrace the physical fitness

part early on I mean you know it just

gives me between my physical fitness and

my faith I have so much discipline in my

life and I have such a positive outlook

on life and you know the opportunities

that I have and the things that I've

been able to accomplish in my life so it

starts out you know I'm up in 4:30 in

the morning I'm in the kitchen having

breakfast five o'clock I'm in the gym

6:30 I've already had another shake and

7:30 I'm eating a couple turkey burgers

dropping the kids off at school and by 9

o'clock I'm having another meal and I've

already been to church and worked out

and you know I feel like there isn't

anything that I can't accomplish when I

was in high school I must have been

maybe 16 or 17 years old and I went rock

climbing in Eldorado Canyon where I near

where I grew up in Boulder I've been

climbing about 3 or 4 years and I want

to do a climb called t2 now the time t2

is a relatively difficult climb and I

went at it with a kind of an arrogant

lack of preparation and I hadn't

prepared for being able to do certain

kinds of finger cracks I've got I figure

I'll figure it out when I get there and

I also didn't pause this is I think

about boldness and discipline

I didn't pause to really double snack

double-check all my systems okay so I'm

on the fourth pitch I'm about 400 feet

above the ground I'm going across this

slanting crack system that I'd had

trouble that I started after home with

my forearms started to engorge with

blood and lactic acid which means at

some point even if you're on a big hold

your hands are going to melt off okay

and I'm about to fall

I'm 400 feet above the ground but it

should be okay because there's

protection

I'm tied into the rope I may take a fall

but I'll get caught for some reason then

to this day I still don't know why my

brain triggered that I should look at my

knot and I looked down at my not my knot

had

untied I had made the mistake of jet of

never really thinking about the best nut

for certain types of situations and I

tied him with what's a bowline now the

advantage of a bowline is it easy to

untie if you write the disadvantage of a

Boldin is the easy to untie it had come

untied as I kept moving across and it is

just hanging in my harness I'm seconds

away from falling only now I will die I

will die if I fall off my forearms are

melting and the knot had come untied and

so I called down to my partner I said

why not come on time what is he going to

do he can't do anything he just watch me

fall to my death and I there was an old

fixed Pete up in the rock that would put

there from the first ascent an old soft

iron Pete on and I looked at it and I

probably had 15 20 seconds before my

hands would unwrap if that may be Ted I

took a runner and I clipped it into the

Piton I clipped the Pete on into my

heart about that runner into my harness

and just went please hold

and I let go and it helped I put in a

backup

I grabbed the not be tied it went to the

legend convulsion I could I was very

calm at that moment my god to the ledge

I went into convulsive shaking I was

sick to my stomach for days because of

the the whatever happened chemically

what I learned from that is two things

the first is that when you're in an

unforgiving world gravity is unforgiving

it doesn't care it never takes a day off

ever and if you make one mistake it can

kill you if it's the wrong kind of state

and what I learned is that sense of yeah

I want to do adventurous things I want

to climb rocks I want to be in Yosemite

I want to do things that get my

adrenaline going

I but I need the discipline to always do

all the right preparation to always

think about the right nuts to always be

cross-checking my system so that I can

do those bold things and stay alive in

an unforgiving environment and as you

and I spoke about earlier today I think

that's the

so I think we are all heading into an

unforgiving environment where we're

going to have to be both bold and

disciplined the second thing I learned

what if that Piton had not been there we

might not be here together it was just

by chance but that piton was right there

and once you realize when you rewind the

tape of your own life is that there are

these crucial moments where if the luck

had gone the other way you might have

gotten killed and so what you have to do

is to always be X putting those extra

disciplines in place because I was lucky

to live and what I took from that is I

never want to have to be lucky to live

again I want to live because of my

discipline not because of my walk can

you keep an attitude of doing it all and

doing it now how can you make the choice

of discipline over procrastination how

can you stay focused on your ambition

how can you avoid conversations at the

water cooler

you can keep your focus on your work you

can get it done today instead of

tomorrow you've got to really work on

your consistent self-discipline on a

daily basis or you'll find yourself

distracted distracted by negative

thoughts distracted by negative people

distracted by water-cooler chatter and

pretty soon depending on the type of

people you've associated with distracted

by your doubt within yourself never

underestimate the power of influence and

association and never underestimate the

power of your own consistent

self-discipline as you know my story I

met someone was I was 25 years old his

name was Earl show who dropped into my

life at an extraordinary time so

keyphrase timing has a lot to do with it

and who knows part of the mystery of

time the timing part of the timing one I

was I just had that experience that I've

shared in other seminars when the Girl

Scout knocked on my door and I walked to

the door and she gives me the big pitch

on the Girl Scout cookies best

organization in the world for girls got

several flavors time to buy the cookies

only two dollars and with a big smile

she very politely asked me to buy no

problem I wanted to buy big problem I

didn't have two dollars in my pocket and

I didn't want to tell her that so I did

what I thought was next best I lied to

her and I said hey look I've already

bought plenty of Girl Scout cookies

we've still got plenty in the house we

haven't eaten yet she said oh that's

wonderful thank you very much and she

leaves when she leaves I say to myself I

don't want to live like this anymore

I mean how low can you get lying to a

Girl Scout

that's low down I told myself that day

this will never happen to me again

one of those experiences it's it's

called like life-changing I said I'm

going to search till I find better

opportunities so my pocket will be empty

in the bank account will be empty and I

won't be so far behind on my promises to

my family and it was shortly after that

I meet Earl show who taught me how to be

wealthy who taught me how to change in

my life so who knows what the connection

is right someone says when the student

is ready the teacher will appear you

know I don't know all the mystery of

that but anyway it seems like some of

those things uniquely happen but it was

mr. show for for a five-year period

before he died at age 49 who taught me

some extraordinarily simple things he

only went to the ninth grade in school

never finished high school never went to

college never went to university so he

put his ideas and his experiences in

very simple language which I think for

me you know kid from the farms of Idaho

that simplicity was so important because

if it would have been technic a lot of

missed it if it would have been missed

it guy and I would have you know backed

away but it was just basic blunt ABC

familiar stuff that I hadn't thought of

before and he did start to remind me and

those ideas change money mr. Joffe was

the one when I said you know this is all

they pay he said you've been working six

years in stirone how come you're not

doing better and I said this is all the

company pays he says well that's not

true I said no this is my paycheck this

is all the company pays he said no this

is all the company pays you I thought

that's a new way to look at it right he

said doesn't the company pay two three

four or five times this amount to other

people I said well yes he said well then

this is not all the company pays it's

all they pay you and if you qualified

wouldn't your income grow to three four

or five times it's at I suppose so he

said we don't have to work on the

company we have to work on you see that

was the beginning of what he called the

phrase personal development I told him

things cost too much he said no you

can't afford him I thought well that's a

new concept I haven't thought about that

you know we put some of the valuable

things on the high shelf so you can't

get to until you qualify if you want the

things on the higher shelf you got to

stand on the books you read every book

you read you get to stand a little

higher so you can get the things on a

higher shelf see I learned those

concepts it was so incredible and here

was the most important one success is

something you attract by the person you

become see that phrase changed my life

success is something you attract by the

person you become success is not

something you pursue it's like taking a

butterfly you can't quite catch it

success is something you attract by

becoming an attractive person see those

were new concepts to me I'm just working

hard trying to make a living here's what

he said to me this changed my life I got

a chance to teach this in Moscow and

across Russia three visits now before

here's what chef taught me profits are

better than wages nobody taught me that

in high school nobody taught me that I

went to one year of college nobody

taught me profits are better than wages

wages make you a living profits make you

a fortune and how could you work on both

a living end of fortune he said well you

could start part-time working on your

fortune while you're working full-time

on your living I thought

all now he said it's fun to get up in

the morning not just getting up go to

work to pay the rent but to get up to go

to work to make a fortune first to make

a living for my family second to make a

fortune and he taught me how to make

both a living and a fortune guess what I

did I learned how to make both a living

in a fortune and I found out anybody

could do it

once they get the information and at age

25 I started receiving this

extraordinary information here's what he

said your income is directly related to

your philosophy not to the economy I

thought no one ever told me that I kept

hoping the economy would change he said

no your philosophy has to change I

assured him that I had my fingers

crossed he said that won't help

then what could I do to change my income

and multiplied by 2 but 3 by 5 by 10 and

then multiplied by 10 again what could I

do and he started giving me the

disciplines in the process of learning

the skills to change my life this was an

extraordinary man those were

extraordinary times for me life's

changing in every manner that you can

imagine but very simple ABC concept

here's I learned not to search for the

exotic until you've discovered the basic

and those basic philosophies that he

shared with me during that time were

life-changing and he called it personal

development

Here's How The YouTube 'Adpocalypse' Is Affecting Top Creators - Duration: 5:32.

Heres How The YouTube Adpocalypse Is

Affecting Top Creators

Its been a little over a month since the so-called YouTube Adpocalypse began

in earnest.

And, while a boycott of YouTube by major marketers who were aghast to discover last February

that, in some cases, ads were running against videos promoting hate speech and terrorism

does not seem to have affected Googles bottom line just yet, certain creators are

feeling the burn.

Commentary channels including Philip DeFranco, h3h3productions, and Felix PewDiePie

Kjellberg were particularly vocal about lost revenues in the wake of the boycott.

Though, to be fair, earnings seem to be improving slightly today as certain marketers resume

their YouTube spend.

DeFranco, for instance who moved further away from his reliance on YouTube ads earlier

this week with the launch of a crowdfunded news network says ad earnings on his channel

fell 80% at the outset of the boycott, then leveled out to a less ominous 30% decrease

by mid-April.

Ethan and Hila Klein, meanwhile, who helm h3h3productions, said last week that they

are making 15% of pre-boycott earnings.

Like Kjellberg, who has also complained of plummeting revenues, the Kleins have decided

to harness more programming muscle toward Twitch.

Other creators who have seen revenues fall include gun review destination Military Arms

Channel and progressive news host David Pakman, who said ad earnings dropped an astonishing

99% on the heels of the scandal though Pakmans channel has since regained 33%

of total lost revenues.

Channels within the pro wrestling community, including Beyond Wrestling, are also taking

serious hits.

Both Military Arms and Pakman have set up Patreon pages in order to keep their engines

running.

In addition to outright demonetization, whats most notable about the Adpocalypse is

that videos are now losing ad revenue in less obvious ways.

Last month, YouTube introduced new safeguards whereby marketers can opt out of running ads

against certain videos by category.

Brands can reportedly choose, for instance, to remove ads from videos that feature tragedy

and conflict, sensitive social issues, sexually suggestive content, and more.

While these tools are intended to protect advertisers, the result has been diminished

ads and some degree of confusion for creators, who claim they arent being notified

by YouTube about how their videos fit into the above classifications.

A top executive at a leading multi-channel network, who asked to remain anonymous, said

that this kind of fractional demonetization is responsible for a lions share of the

networks current losses.

RPMs at the network or revenue per thousand impressions were down 30% in April year-over-year,

the executive said.

To be clear, the newly-implemented categorization algorithms will presumably improve over time,

and not all creators are being affected.

We know this has been a frustrating time and well continue to update you as quickly

as we can as things evolve, wrote a YouTube employee on one of the companys help forums

last Friday which also encouraged impacted creators to review their video thumbnails,

titles, and descriptions to ensure that they meet advertiser-friendly content guidelines.

And, at the end of the day, there does seem to be a sense of hope that things could turn

around.

Kjellberg, who has never been shy about his gripes with YouTube, said last week that he

had been in touch with executives at the company about the situation.

Feeling a lot better about it, he tweeted, and confident it will improve over time.

INTERNET ACCESS IS A HUMAN RIGHT: SPACEX PLANS TO GIVE IT TO EVERYONE

Never have Senate committee hearings been so popular.

Thanks to the government, fresh news has spread fast.

SpaceX just completed a Senate committee hearing regarding their actual application that they

had submitted in November.

It turns out that back in November, the application was filed with the FCC.

The application was for a high-speed global internet network that will entail building

4,000 satellites and attaching them to rockets for a trip to space where they will be released.

The Senate committee hearing has allowed this information to surface, unveiling grandiose

plans to spread internet access to every square inch on the face of the earth.

Statistics reveal that approximately half of the entire earth population do not have

access to the internet.

This is a life long dream of SpaceX founder, Elon Musk.

Apparently, ensuring that the entire world is unified is top on his list of priorities.

In a prepared statement during the hearing, Space X Vice President Patricia Cooper made

sure to emphasize that the internet service would be affordable and reliable.

SpaceX has accepted this cause with pride and responsibility.

Recently the United Nations made a declaration stating internet access is a basic human

right. Thankfully, other companies have also volunteered to expand the oncoming global

internet.

Facebook has suggested the use of solar charged flying robots that will guarantee worldwide

coverage, while AT&T proposed intercepting existing power lines to funnel internet service

to dry internet areas such as rural dwellings.

Facebook and AT&T failed to emphasize if their service would be affordable and reliable.

Canada is interested in making the entire nation internet accessible, reports state

New York is also interested in pursuing a city wide internet hot spot.

You Cannot FIX Church - Duration: 3:11.

When believers become serious about

following Jesus Christ then they quickly

realize that there are many things in

their church that are not right. The

truth is that you cannot fix church

because church is an organization that

is run by people on the basis of

doctrines of men. You cannot fix the

church organization because the church

organization belongs to people it, does

not belong to Jesus Christ. Neither is

Jesus Christ welcome in there. If you

meet Jesus Christ and become serious

about following Him you have to get out,

you have to turn away. You have to repent

from other doctrines and the practices

of church and you have to follow Jesus

Christ as his disciple. You have to be

led by the Holy Spirit and you have to

be taught by Jesus Himself because the

doctrines of the church only support

the church, they are not of the kingdom

of God. The words of Jesus, the gospel of

Jesus Christ, as recorded in Matthew, Mark,

Luke and John, those are the words of the

kingdom of God. Those are the words by

which we must live, those are the

commands that we have to follow every

day. We have to obey Jesus, repent and be

baptized in water, be filled with the

Holy Spirit and then be led by the Holy

Spirit. We have to follow Jesus. The

kingdom of God is not about going to

church or fixing the church. You cannot

fix the church. The kingdom of God is

about denying yourself, pick up your

cross every day,

turn your back on the world, turn your

back on church institutions, and follow

Jesus Christ. Become the church, the body

of Christ, of which He Himself is the

head. Jesus Christ is the Head of the

True Church, the Body of Christ and each

and every member of that body listens to

the Head.

They are led by the Holy Spirit. You

cannot fix church. Get out of church and

follow Jesus Christ or you will perish

with your church. may Jesus bless you.

Jesus Christ is alive and hell is real.

I am here to introduce you to Jesus

Christ so that you can know Him and

follow Him and have eternal life.
