hey guys it's desi so I decided to do a
part two to the video on waste how to
cope with depression and basically in
the first part i just gave you some
three basic basic tips that I've learned
so their personal tips for me and I
decided that I wanted to give you
another three tips in this second part
video so let's get into it one of the
other things that I feel like you guys
can use to help yourselves cope with
your depression if you may have it first
thing I would say is basically to work
out if you're one of those people that
don't like to work out and especially
per se because you have your depression
or whatnot it's probably just going to
be something that you're going to have
to force yourself to do you're not going
to want to go out you're not going to
want to go out and and work out of
course you're not you're not going to
it's something you have to push yourself
to do and this is where a bunch of the
tips that you're going to be learning
from here they're gonna basically come
from you having to push yourself to do
these things there's gonna be many times
where there's going to be different it's
they're gonna have you do stuff like
this force yourself to do something you
don't want it to and that's why I tell
you in these videos it's something that
if you really want into it if you want
if you really want to get over it if you
really want to learn ways to cope with
it effectively so I could really work
out for you and you have to listen to
sometimes things that are going to be
thrown at you that you may not be
comfortable with so I don't want to hear
an excuse well I'm depressed so why am I
gonna go work out how am I gonna go work
out and answered prayer
I'm telling you these things if you're
watching this video's it's obviously
because you want to learn how to cope
with this depression of yours so I mean
I would know I went through it myself
and that's one of the things that has
helped me along my journey so the first
thing would be gone and go work out even
if you don't feel like it get your butt
up and go outside and go for a run go to
the gym it's really that serious for you
if you're really just like I really want
to go to it because I'm too depressed to
go Twitter whatevers then call your
little friend call your friend and then
both of you guys all of you girls can go
and go and work out so that's my first
tip and just second part video and my
second tip for this video on ways to
cope with your depression would be to
get a journal and in your journal I want
you to write about things that bother
you so if you're depressed about
something that there's obviously
something that is in your mind so
there's probably something that's
bothering you correct okay so once you
have your journal you know you just
basically no open up your journal and
then you get a pen okay so these aren't
things that you guys know how to do okay
guys alright it's very simple so by
herself so journal whatever blah blah
blah and get a pen and then just write
about everything write about whatever it
is that's on your minds right about
stuff that's going on with you write
about whatever is bothering you there's
something that's bothering you if
there's something that's on your mind
and like you just want to get it off
your chest or whatever then you know you
can go on ahead and and use that journal
use them journal make sure it's like a
way for you to like that or whatever's
you know like so if you just like don't
want to keep it all stuffed up inside of
your wet not if you don't want to
thinking about like whatever you're
thinking about her or whatever so it's
like really bothering you that much well
then you know just go ahead and use that
you know let you could just go to the 99
cent store and stuff and like there'll
be plenty of journals there you know oh
yeah and feel free to get a journal
that's very pretty you know something
that you're just going to look at and
it's going to be something that you're
going to enjoy to pick up look at and
open and write in it and then go back to
it and refer to it so that's my tip
number two so yeah recognize that this
journal device is like a way for you to
vent so if like I put out in my first
part of this video that if you don't
have it basically if you have someone to
vent so that's perfectly fine that's
great that was one of my tests in my
first part video but in this part say
you don't have you know anyone you can
dance ooh well then feel free to use
this second part tip the second tip use
your journal as a bantam advancing
device for you and my third tip for this
video on my two-part video on ways to
cope with your depression is basically
to not only just look at the negatives
in your mind but praise yourself you
know be be proud of yourself don't just
look at yourself like a piece of failure
you're not failure okay just consider to
press doesn't mean that it's the end of
the world it's it's really not it's not
the end of the world's guys it's it's
not that serious okay so you know just
like so basically my tip number three is
praise yourself if you're just something
like good or something or whatever or
like if you do something differently or
whatever and like that's not a way that
you would be before and stuff I want you
to look at that and really take that
within yourself and really be happy for
yourself so really like just give
yourself a little pat on the back and
just be like yeah you know that
good I did this I did this you know I
was able to do this differently than
last time last time I did it this way
and this time I managed to do it the way
that I wanted to do it so praise
yourself recognize your accomplishments
recognize that you did something the way
you add in your head to know and you did
that's how you want it to do it your
head you ought to see it a certain way
and you went out and act it out on that
way which was obviously positive so
those are my tips for the second part
