at first glance the Q acoustics m4 sound

Went For a Walk and Talked with a Nice Lady! No Nap - DragoNate Daily Vlog - Wednesday 2017/05/10 - Duration: 4:59.

hello so today is when thing today was

the first Wednesday livestream ever

which actually went pretty well I think

it was pretty good it was great there

were quite a few new people who joined

the stream so that was awesome and I

hope to see them as well as new people

more new people next Wednesday for some

more mass effect after the live stream I

decided I was going to go for a walk I

was super super tired live-streaming for

some reason makes me really really tired

it's like most of the time after I

finish I just have to go and lay down

for a bit take it a little bit of a map

because I just cannot focus and I don't

know why that is because seriously like

two years ago I used to be playing games

all day every day pretty much literally

quite literally and now it's like for

two maybe three hours although granted I

mean I'm talking a lot more instead of

just beginning so being silent I guess

while I claim and as well as that I'm

kind of sitting in a fit and in a mostly

fixed position whereas when I would play

games on my own I'd be constantly

changed my position all the time but now

I don't really have that freedom because

the microphone if I sit too far back or

something the microphone is too far away

from my face and you guys can't hear me

so I don't know if that's the reason why

or not but it just really makes me so

tired I usually end up going and taking

a nap today however I decided not to

even though I was about to but I'm like

it's so nice out today and I could smell

the flowers outside I could smell the

wind it was just so nice like I need to

go for what and I'm actually kind of

glad I did because I'm at meeting some

some lady who is not too too far away

from where I am I guess but Mum and I

always drive past this house and we

always see this yard and this yard is

just so beautiful to us it just looks so

beautiful to us and so I was walking by

there and she was outside watering her

plants

and I smiled at her she looked up I

smiled and she goes hi and I'm like hi

how are you and she goes good and so we

just kind of got to talking I told her

how much I really liked her yard and

everything and yeah we actually just

start talking on oh we must have stood

there for like 20 minutes just talking

and everything and so yeah that was

actually really really cool that's the

kind of thing that does not happen with

me and especially like two years ago I

was extremely shy and there's no way I

would have even been able to do that I

may have smiled but I may have just gone

hi and continued walking and felt super

awkward about it but I don't know it was

it was just really nice so it was really

great to talk with her and to meet her

and everything and yeah so I really

enjoyed my walk after that I went for

well I obviously continue my walk but I

went I kind of extended it a little bit

and I was kept going I found this little

stick out there so i use it as a walking

stick which probably looked a little

strange to a ton of people considering

i'm on the sidewalk of a busy street and

i have a stick in my hands using it as a

walking stick so a lot of people

probably thought i was really weird one

person I think honked at me for some

reason I don't even know why but he was

looking at me as he drove by and like I

wasn't raising the stick or anything

like that you know I wasn't doing

anything ridiculous with it I was just

you see as a walking stick I mean you

can do that in the city can't you you

don't have to go out hiking just to use

a walking stick next time I'm going to

bring my own because I have a really

nice one over there yeah so when I got

home I was I went to take a shower and

then I was going to lay down for a bit

before I started doing some stuff mum

was supposed to be busy tonight and her

her my aunt we're going to have some

things that they had to do but it turned

out that they didn't so mum and I went

to do something else and then get a

drink and a little bit of a snack for to

go with our supper then we came home and

I did not get my nap today so and it's

not extremely late like usual

so once again I'll go into bed and I

hope and I pray that tomorrow I am not

feeling super tired and that I am

feeling good and if not well I will try

and take my 20-minute nap and that is

about it so we'll see how that all goes

because I have a lot to do or so it

feels anyway so either way without

further ado have a great one I hope you

had a great Wednesday and I hope you

have a great Thursday and I will see you

again very soon

The Best Way to Celebrate Mother's Day - Duration: 4:16.

Hello, everyone, and welcome to the Mother's Day Edition of my show, "'Winks' with Cynthia

Tiddly."

This week in honor of Mother's Day we will be once again interviewing Helget, expert

napkin-folder.

Welcome, Helget!

Hello, everyone! It's Helget, Expert Napkin-Folder!

I'm here live from my Englishside Country Home to show you, the people of the world,

how to expertly fold your napkin in honor of Mother's Day, because after all, what says

"I love you, Dear Mother," better than an expertly folded napkin?!

This, of course, is in preparation for Sunday, which is Mother's Day.

We are going to create what's called, um...well, it's, it's got some various names for it, but I

prefer to call it, "Lady of the Table!"

Right?

Because that is really, after all, what we're celebrating, right?

So, I'm going to show you, I'm going to adjust the camera, and I'm going to take my napkin,

and I hope you'll all get your napkins out with me, and we can do this together!

Don't forget, as I've so frequently said, use a, a solid colored napkin that will best

show your intricate folds, and details, and your, your love for your mother, and for anyone

else in future for whom you should be expertly folding your napkins, right?

Now what we're going to do is we're going to get a closer look at the napkin, which

means, unfortunately for you, you won't be seeing as much of me!

But, you will see the napkin, which is all, for the meantime, that matters, alright?

So just take a look.

Now you'll take your napkin, ugly side up, right?

And fold each of the four corners into the center, and that's just exactly what, after

all, we're doing for Mother, isn't it?

We are making her the centerpiece of our day.

Right?

Now once we've got that lovely thing done, we're going to simply flip it, like a pancake.

Flip it over, and it will be a bit of a mess, because after all it is difficult to do things

right-side up and then correct them doing them upside down, right?

But that's fine, we've, we've sussed it out and now we'll take each four corner(s) again,

folding towards the center, that's right, celebrating Mother's Day, the center of the

day and the celebration and the festivities, of course, and we center them all, right?

Then, we get our glass, because, after all, we are toasting to you, Mother!

Cheers!

Cheerio!

And we place it centerpiece in the napkin!

Then we slowly creep under the napkin, and we pull out the little flap that's under there.

And you've got a little mouth.

"Hello, Mother!

Hello!"

Ooohhh!!

Okay, right?

And then we simply flip it around and continue to do that, "Hello!"

And we do it again over here, and so on and so forth until you've got all four corners

sussed out.

And this is your napkin.

Now you can prop it up a little bit like this, so that, like the sun, all plants (sings)

go towards the middle, Sun, the Mother, right?

Alright, everyone, I do hope you all have a wonderfully fantastical Mother's Day, and

cheers to you, Mother!

Helget, thank you so much.

Always ... a pleasure with you.

And to all the mothers watching, Happy Mother's Day, and we look forward to seeing you again

next week.

In the meatime, please do subscribe, give the video a thumbs up if you like it, and

pass it along.

We'll see you next week.

Cynthia Tiddly.

2011-2014 F150 MBRP Black Series 4" Cat-Back Exhaust 3.5L EcoBoost Sound Clip & Install - Duration: 6:10.

Hey, guys.

Adam here with americantrucks.com.

Today, I'm bringing you a detailed overview and installation of the MBRP Black Series

Single Side Exit 4-Inch Cat-Back Exhaust.

This will be available for any '11 to '14 3.5-Liter EcoBoost F-150 owner.

The MBRP Black Series 4-Inch Cat-Back Exhaust you see here today is available for any '11

to '14 3.5 EcoBoost owner who might be looking to pick up a single side exit cat-back exhaust

design that has a decent, pretty loud and aggressive exhaust note without going too

overboard.

Now, the Black Series isn't too far off from the Installer Series that MBRP offers with

the exception of, well, the black powder-coated finish on top of the aluminized steel.

Now, it is entry-level materials, but the durability is beefed up, thanks to the black

coating, which also bumps the price up to just shy of $600.

Now, the installation of this is honestly not gonna be too hard, but depending on your

cab length and bed size, you'll actually have to do a small slice to this here extension

pipe.

But we'll talk about that toward the end of the video.

But I'm gonna let you know here it will still get a one out of three wrenches on our difficulty

meter.

Obviously, taking a look at an exhaust system, the first thing you wanna touch on is the

sound.

Now, as you just heard from our sound clips we just played for ya, the MBRP Black Series

does change things up with your EcoBoost motor, and it makes it a little deeper, louder, and

throatier coming out the rear end.

Now, with that said, honestly, it's not too overwhelming, but you will hear a very quiet

idle and a little bit of a difference once you start hoppin' on the RPM band.

Now, once you get on a highway and you're going highway speeds, you will notice a little

bit of drone inside the cab, but, honestly, I don't think it should be a deal breaker,

because it's not too overwhelming.

With that said, I am gonna give it a three out of five on our loudness meter, because

it does switch things up a bit.

But I do know touching on an aftermarket exhaust for EcoBoost can be a pretty touchy and controversial

subject, but if you're looking for a small change, this is definitely a direction I'd

push you in.

The sound is always gonna be directly attributed to materials and construction.

Now, taking a look at this kit, you will find a bullet-style muffler here with a four-inch

cat-back tubing with aluminized steel.

Now, the four inches is actually a little bit bigger than most options on the market,

and because of that, the turbos do love it.

In addition to that, you're also getting a bullet-style muffler and a five-inch tip coming

out the rear end.

And all across the board, head to toe, it has a black powder-coated finish.

As I mentioned in the beginning here, the only thing really separating the Black Series

from the Installer Series is gonna be simply the powder-coated finish.

Both offer aluminized steel, but this is going to bump up the durability a bit, thanks to

the powder-coated finish.

Now, taking a look and comparing it to other MBRP options, the XP Series offers a 409 stainless

steel one notch above this particular kit, and obviously, top of the line is 304 stainless

you'd see in a Pro Series.

Shifting gears over to the install portion of the video, as I mentioned in the very beginning,

this may require a single slice to the extension pipe I have here in order to get this installed

properly.

That all depends on your cab size and your bed length, plus the combination of the two.

But it's all laid out in the instruction manual from MBRP, and it even tells you where to

cut, how much, where to measure.

But if you do have to make the cut, then you obviously wanna make sure you're measuring

twice and cutting once.

Aside from that, it'll only require very simple hand tools.

You'll obviously need that cutting tool, but a ratchet and socket set will do the trick

from start to finish as well as maybe a screwdriver.

Everything you need to get the job done is included in the kit otherwise as far as hardware

is concerned.

And also keep in mind the hardware's even black powder-coated, too, so it even adds

to that durability across the board.

Now, in addition to that, I would say it'll take about two hours from start to finish

to get this one in, and I'd definitely give it a one out of three wrenches on our difficulty

meter.

If you are tackling this one yourself, you wanna start with making that cut to the extension

pipe if you need to.

Now, once that's taken care of, it's just a matter of unbolting and unclamping your

factory exhaust from underneath the truck.

Now, you may wanna get the truck in the air with jack and jack stands.

If not, you can get under there and do it yourself, especially if it's lifted.

It makes it a lot easier for ya.

Once you're under there, you can start unbolting it from the tip, work your way back to the

mid-pipe.

Once everything's dropped out of the way, you can toss the hardware aside, because all

new stuff's included in the kit.

From here, start with the mid-pipe and work your way back to the tip, clamping and bolting

everything down along the way, slipping the hangers into their positions.

Once that's taken care of, you are good to go.

You can test out the sound on the road for yourself.

That just about does it for me.

If you're the owner of an '11 to '14 3.5 EcoBoost F-150, check out the MBRP Black Series 4-Inch

Cat-Back Exhaust with the Single Side Exit design, and you can find it right here at

americantrucks.com.

Organic Integrity in the Supply Chain training video for certifiers and handlers - Duration: 27:29.

Hi, I am Miles McEvoy, Deputy Administrator of the National organic Program at the USDA's Agricultural Marketing Service. Today, I am

going to speak on the importance of maintaining organic integrity across the supply chain and the

responsibilities of certified organic operations in maintaining that identity and integrity of organic products.

There are three modules in this training. The first module covers the organic control system that operates on a global basis. It is

implemented by handlers that are involved in the organic trade and it's verified by certifiers and competent authorities.

Second, we'll provide details on organic system plans and the specific components regarding

organic system plans in the organic supply chain.

In the third module, we'll be more specific about responsibilities of certified organic handlers to

verify organic ingredients that they receive and ship.

The objectives of today's presentation are to identify whether a handler in the supply chain

needs to be certified. You'll see that most handlers are required to be certified.

Another ojective is to understand the requirements of the organic system plan in a way that supports integrity throughout the

supply chain. We'll review how organic handlers verify that incoming ingredients and products that they receive are organic.

And, we'll explain what records are needed to document compliance with different parts of the regulations.

Let's get started. Module one is on the organic control system.

Organic trade is expanding around the world. We have worldwide production.

Trade within the U.S. and European Union alone is over $80,000,000 in the organic market.

This substantial market provides opportunities to thousands of farmers around the world that are involved in organic production.

This benefits them in terms of organic production, and income it brings to their communities and the products they

provide to the organic market.

Because of this growth in the organic market and organic trade, many governments have established control systems involving

organic standards and oversight of the organic sector to verify of that organic products really are produced, processed and handled

under strict standards.

A lot of money is being made in the market and some folks are trying to sell fraudulent product as organic. It is very important to

have an effective control system that identifies any activities or fraudulent products and gets them out of the system.

There is a very good system in place. The majority of organic products are legitimate, coming from certified organic farms and

processors, who are certified to ensure that they comply with organic standards throughout the supply chain.

But there are a fraudulent actors out there that we must make sure are taken out of the market.

We must ensure that handlers follow a rigorous control system to ensure organic integrity from the farm to the marketplace.

The global organic control system has four major components. First are clear standards.

The standards may be a little different from country to country around the world, but they are generally harmonized and more or less

the same. The U.S. and EU have the most widely used standards because of the large organic markets in those countries.

The second component is the certification process - the certification of organic farms producers and handlers, and ensuring

they are compliant and verifying that they are complying with the standards.

The third component is accreditation of the certifiers, ensuring that they are consistent in how how they verify organic claims.

They ensure that the certification process is complete and thorough.

And the fourth component is enforcement. The certifiers have their role in enforcement, and so do competent authorities.

They use their authority to do things like stop sale, impose fines, or otherwise penalize non compliant or fraudulent actors.

The organic control system operates globally and staff oversee organic operations around the world.

Witness inspections review audits and certify audit results on an ongoing basis.

Here, we see an audit of organic grain production in Argentina. There are interviews of managers and auditing of records.

All are parts of the oversight process within the organic control system.

USDA's National Organic Program mission is to protect the organic integrity of USDA organic products throughout the world. Our vision

is organic integrity from farm to table, consumers trust the organic label. Our authority is the organic foods production act of 1990.

and the USDA organic regulations.

Principles within the organic control system include effective planning to ensure that farm plans

and organic system plans meet all organic requirements.

Another principle is traceability from farm to markets all along the supply chain, and verifiable systems including

inspections and audits, and records that verify that the standards are being met.

Clear audit trails enable auditors to trace products from farm to market and market to farm.

And comprehensive audits and competent inspectors test that all audit trails are complete and that organic handlers have

received sufficient organic products and verified their authenticity. We must verify amounts of organic products they sell.

The organic foods production act states that no person may affix a label or provide other market information

concerning an agricultural product if such a label or information implies either directly or

indirectly that such product is produced in handled using organic methods except in accordance with this chapter.

This covers any kind of organic claim on a product whether it's direct or indirect use.

The USDA organic regulations under 205.100 A state that, except for operations that are exempt or excluded, such production must be

from operations that produce or handle crops livestock livestock products or other agricultural products

that are intended to be sold, labeled, or represented as 100% organic, organic, or made with organic must be certified.

So, the rules are clear that if you're involved in production are handling organic products you must be certified and therefore under the

supervision and oversight of an organic certifying agent, who inspects, audits, and ensures compliance with the organic standards.

So if you are involved in the organic trade - selling, labeling, or representing products as organic, you must be certified unless you fall

under either an exemption or exclusion from certification. So, wholesalers, traders, brokers, distributors, importers, and exporters

- you're all considered handlers if you're involved in selling, processing, repackaging, or representing products as organic.

Handlers must be certified or must meet the narrow exemptions or exclusions provided for in the regulations.

So, some handlers may be excluded.

Exemptions are from the organic food production act, and provide exemptions for small farms and Retail Food establishments.

I want to focus on 205.101 B, that provides additional exclusions from certification. These are not included under the organic food

production act, and there are fairly narrowly constructed.

101 B states that if a product is packaged and remains in the package, then the handler is not required to be certified.

So we do have uncertified handlers that are involved in the audit trail in supply chains between the farm and the market.

These uncertified operations may include importers and exporters, brokers and traders, who are involved in

organic sales and trade, but do not package are otherwise handle organic products.

Here's some examples of the operations that may not be required to be certified, or that are excluded, and who receive product.

Again as long, as that product remains in the same container, they may not need to be certified.

Just a note - in the upper left hand photo there are some packets and berries, and behind, you can see some unpackaged

blueberries. That particular operation looks like it may be packaging product. In that situation, the operation would need to be certified.

Here's another example of an operation that may be excluded if they sell organic products. If the flour is in a closed package and is not

processed or relabeled, the handler of the tote bags could be excluded from certification. But, if they repackage the product in smaller bags,

they would have to be certified.

Let's turn to the role of certifiers and what they do in the organic control system. There are really essential to the organic control system.

They do the bulk of the inspections and auditing and verification. And they ensure the organic standards are being met.

Certifiers do a number of things. First, they review organic system plans. They review and approve the inputs and materials that are used

in products and ingredients that are received. If you accept organic ingredients, they review those and verify they meet organic standards.

THey review record keeping and the practices that are being conducted by that the handler or producer, and conduct inspections.

These include annual inspections as well as unannounced inspections.

They also verify effective implementation of the organic system plans to ensure that those

plans that are submitted and reviewed are complete and accurate and being followed.

They conduct inspections and conduct product in and product out reconciliation audits. This is a very important component of the work.

And they also issue certificates - annual certificates, transaction and import certificates,

and also attestation statements were are relevant for Canada under the

U.S. Canadian organic equivalency arrangement.

Certifiers are overseen by USDA and must follow rigorous and public accreditation requirements that are in the USDA organic

regulations. The National Organic Program audits the 82 accredited certifiers.

They operate around the world. We audit them at least twice every five years and we review their management practices on an annual basis.

Audits are quite extensive - they are at least a week in length and involve both office visits and

in the field. This way, we are sure they are conducting inspections in line with the rules.

We assess the effectiveness of their organic control system and target their risk areas.

We also do additional compliance audits of the certifiers if needed to verify that are complying with the requirements.

This shows on auditing process with a certifier. You have the certifier inspector in the forefront on the left, who is reviewing the records.

You also have the parties involved in this handling facility.

They are showing the records. And in the background, you have a USDA auditor that's observing the inspection in process.

OK let's move on to module two - organic system plans.

There are a number of requirements for organic system plans that are in the regulations.

For the purposes of this presentation, we are focusing on these particular areas of the organic system plans first.

Organic system plans must fully describe the practices and procedures that the handler is

conducting, to be in compliance with the requirements.

The OSP includes the inputs that are used or the organic products that are receive by the operation or ingredients

received and verification of how they are determined to be organic.

And, recordkeeping systems. The recordkeeping system needs to fully disclose all

activities of the operation so it's auditable and readily understood by an outside inspector.

So, specifically under the regulations, 205.201a, the organic system plan must include

description of the practices and procedures to be performed and maintained.

There must be a list of each substance to be used as a handling input indicating its composition and source.

There must be a description of the recordkeeping system that complies with the requirements

and any additional information deemed necessary by the certifying agent to evaluate compliance with the regulations.

This includes being able to verify that any organic products or ingredients

received by the handler are compliant with the organic requirements.

Your organic system plan must show how you prevent the commingling of organic and non organic products.

So, for example, it would show that you're storing organic products above not organic products or that you have dedicated bins

for organic product. You must show how you protct organic products from contacting prohibited substances.

You must also ensure that containers you use for organic products are cleaned and don't contain any prohibited substances.

And you need to show how you implement proper clean out and transportation procedures.

This prevents organic product from coming into contact with prohibited substances.

So, all operations must have an organic system plan that lists each input, including its source. This includes all organic

products and all ingredients received by the organic handler.

Certified operations must also have a records keeping system that fully discloses all activities and transactions

in sufficient detail to be readily understood and audited. This is a very key component of the

USDA organic regulations is this recordkeeping system.

Records need to be accurate fully descriptive of activities, and claearly demonstrate

that the product you're receiving is certified organic from a certified organic source.

So, when that you're importing and exporting, your organic system plan must disclose whether the operation exports or imports

products and describe the records that the operation maintains for products that are imported or exported.

You must identify all ingredients imported, including the source of those ingredients.

The OSP needs to include the operation's procedures for verifying the source, and the certification compliance. This includes

labeling information for a product that is exported under a trade arrangement.

OK, let's move on to module three - verifying organic ingredients and incoming products.

Organic system plans and records are key for input management.

Organic products and organic ingredients are handling inputs and as per the regulations under 205.201 a, an organic system plan must

include a list of each input that's used as a production or handling input, indicating its opposition and source.

And in addition to that, under 205.201 a4, there's the recordkeeping system.

That recordkeeping system must describe all activities, and explain how operations fully disclose all activities

and transactions in sufficient detail as to be readily understood and audited.

Here are examples of some of the records that may be part of your organic system plan.

These are records that your organic operation would provide to a certifier inspecting or auditing your operation.

Your certifier will ensure that they are complete and adequate to fully disclose the activities of the operation.

So, for instance, records verifying the organic status of incoming product, organic certificates for all incoming product,

ingredients, and some form of verification that the product is coming from a operation that is certified.

Of course, invoices, purchase orders, bills of lading, and contracts are records that are reviewed.

Handlers have certificate, certificates of analysis, product specification sheets, raw product inventory reports and records,

weigh tickets, receipts, and tags. The inspector will be looking at how much product

was received and any kind of shrinkage that may occur during your handling of the product.

So, records that will show that, and be sufficient for the inspector to do that calculation. Clean truck

and storage affidavits show that the transportation was done in a way that protects

organic integrity. Phytosanitary certificates and verification of non-fumigation are key documents that need to be a component of the

recordkeeping system and need to be reviewed by a certifier as part of the certification process.

Certified organic operations have requirements, and must have procedures in place and records

that demonstrate that all the products they receive, and all the ingredients they receive, are compliant with the USDA organic

regulations. There are different ways this can be done, but it needs to be sufficient to trace it back to a certified organic operation,

in terms of the quantity of product that was shipped from the certified organic operation. Examples of these would include, and this is

not all inclusive, but certainly organic certificates from suppliers, organic transaction certificates, and an attestation statement

would be necessary if the product is coming from Canada. And, an NOP import certificate would be necessary if it is coming from

a country that we have an equivalency arrangement with. That includes the

countries in the European Union, Switzerland, Japan and Korea.

Certified operations may not accept organic products without verifying the source and certification status of organic product.

The organic system plan must describe how they do not accept organic products or ingredients without verifying the source and

certification of the products. This is especially critical to receiving products from uncertified handlers.

OK, so as we described in module one, there are handlers that are not required to be certified, because they're excluded from

requirements of certification. So, some supply chains will have uncertified handlers involved in them.

So, in these cases, when there uncertified handlers, who keeps the organic records? It is the responsibility of the certified organic parties

to keep the records, so that would be the certified organic party that shipping the product and certified organic party that's receiving it.

Both of those would be responsible for the records, so they can be audited and inspected and verified by the certifiers when uncertified

handlers are involved. The records need to be adequate to trace the product from one certified operation to another.

This includes volumes and verification of sources.

So, we have identified indicators of where there are weak control points - where there are weaknesses in the system.

We want to be sure people understand these weaknesses and eliminate them from the organic control system.

First of all, when handling bulk product, or nonretail product, when there is a certificate, but the product is not labeled, that's a risk.

The product itself needs to be identified as organic - it needs to have a clear audit trail.

This is for both the shipment itself and any accompanying paperwork. Another example is a missing certificate from the originating farm

or intermediate handler - that would be a weakness or of noncompliance.

Another weakness is any evidence of falsification, where there could be evidence that an operation name is being changed on a

certificate to protect proprietary information - we need the correct information to be able to trace the product back to a certified operation.

And, if a product has crossed multiple borders, of if there is a lack of clarity about whether the product was fumigated. These are things

that should be closely examined by handlers, and they are being given a close look by certifiers in this process.

Certifiers play a very important role - and inspectors of a key component in terms of them doing audits.

They are expected to conduct traceback audits and mass balance audits to verify traceability

and to review record keeping. These audits should be happening at your operation.

If it's not happening, then please let us know -because that's not in the spirit of of what's required under the organic regulations.

So, certifiers check a number of different things for imports and exports; you need to have procedures and they will look at those

procedures and the documentation that verifies the source and certification of those products.

They will also verify that any imported organic products were not fumigated at ports of entry. They will review records from the ports of entry,

such as form PPO 523 and 429. Emergency action notices and fumigation records are things that should be available and reviewed by

the inspectors to ensure that organic products are not fumigated at the ports of entry.

Other questions that certifiers ask about imports and exports are, has the appropriate supporting documentation been provided that

verifies the authenticity of the product? Is it in fact an organic product that meets the U.S. standards?

Is there supporting documentation? Is it valid? And is it from an authorized source? And does the operation maintain appropriate records for

the imported and exported product? Is it thorough enough? Does it explain

all of the amounts and products and dates of when the product was received and where it came from?

In closing, we have a number of different resources about how you can help to protect organic integrity.

We have the organic integrity database. This is a list of all certified organic operations under the U.S. organic system. It has over 31,000

operations that are listed. It's a very powerful database that we continue to make improvements to.

It has very good search capabilities, so if you have any questions about the status of the certified operation, you can look up its status

in the organic integrity database. You can then further check with the certifier to verify the status of a particular product or operation.

We also have a lot of information on our website - We have the USDA organic regulations

and we have the national organic program handbook, which provides a lot of explanation of the regulations,

in terms of guidance and instructions to certifiers, and provides details of theorganic standards.

There is a wide range of topics regarding organic standards and the control system on the website, www.ams.usda.gov/nop.

We also have country specific pages that give you more details about our international recognition and equivalency arrangements.

So, certified handlers, please reconfirm that you're following the requirements as described in this presentation. Make sure that you have

solid documentation that any organic imports that you're receiving are certified organic from a authorized certified organic source.

Request import certificates and transaction certificates from the certifier for each shipment to verify that it meets the requirements

and, if you have any evidence that a product being sold, labeled, or represented as organic does not meet the requirements, please let us

know. You can provide specific information to the national organic program at NOPCompliance@usda.gov.

Thank you very much for listening, and please get in touch with us if you have any questions.

We're here to help, and are working to protect the organic integrity of the whole system.

Trump Slams Democrats For Defending Comey They'll Be Thanking Me! - Duration: 2:40.

Trump Slams Democrats For Defending Comey They'll Be Thanking Me!

by Tyler Durden

It was a return to the old, familiar routine on Wednesday morning, when President Trump

went after Democrats on Twitter for their reaction to his decision to fire FBI Director

James Comey.

"The Democrats have said some of the worst things about James Comey, including the fact

that he should be fired, but now they play so sad!" the president tweeted Wednesday.

Trump unexpectedly fired Comey - the man who had been leading the controversial investigation

into potential ties between the Trump campaign and Russia - on Tuesday evening, a decision

some media reports suggested he had expected would be met with a favorable reception from

Democrats, and especially the Clinton team, especially after Hillary accused Comey of

being the catalyst behind her losing the election.

The dismissal came in a signed letter from Trump to Comey that said it was time for a

"new beginning" at the nation's "crown jewel of law enforcement."

Comey was in LA at the time, and learned about his termination while watching TV.

Needless to say, the move "shocked" Washington and sparked outrage from Democrats, who said

the president was trying to shut down the FBI's investigation.

Democratic lawmakers fired off statements condemning the president's actions and impugning

his motives, with some alluding to the Watergate era.

The most vocal response came from Senate Minority Leader Charles Schumer late Tuesday raised

questions about the reasoning behind Comey's firing.

Were these investigations getting too close to home for the president? Schumer asked

during a news conference.

Are people going to suspect cover-up?

Absolutely.

Trump responded to that on Tuesday night, tweeting "Cryin' Chuck Schumer stated recently,

"I do not have confidence in him (James Comey) any longer."

Then acts so indignant.

#draintheswamp"

In two follow up tweets, Trump also said that "James Comey will be replaced by someone who

will do a far better job, bringing back the spirit and prestige of the FBI" and added

that "Comey lost the confidence of almost everyone in Washington, Republican and Democrat

alike.

When things calm down, they will be thanking me!"

2011-2014 F150 Airaid Cold Air Dam Intake 3.5L EcoBoost Review & Install - Duration: 4:14.

Hey guys, Adam here with americantrucks.com.

Today I'm bringing you a detailed overview and installation of the Airaid Cold Air Intake

with the SynthaMax Dry Filter in blue, which is available for all '11 to '14 3.5 L EcoBoost

powered F-150s.

The Airaid Cold Air Intake with the SynthaMax Dry Filter in blue is available for any '11

to '14 3.5 EcoBoost owner looking to get rid of their stock air box to pick up a better

quality, free-flowing, more advanced cold air intake system with a better intake filter.

With that said, you can see a small increase in throttle response as well as even a fuel

economy increase in efficiency.

With that said, it does come with a one out of three wrenches on our difficulty meter

for the install, since it is one of the more simple things you can do to your engine as

far as mods go, but we'll talk about that a little bit later on.

The cool thing about this is it does not require you to pick up a computer tune to make it

work properly with your 3.5.

This'll utilize what's known as a speed density instead of a mass airflow sensor, and because

of that, it'll make changes to your computer on the fly instead of having to pick up a

computer tune to make it work.

Now with that said, as far as performance is concerned I do want to say, you don't want

to expect the world of difference when it comes to horsepower and torque but you should

expect a small gain in power to the wheels as well as a small increase in fuel economy,

as well as a throttle response increase.

An even cooler thing about this is, if you decide to pick up a computer tune with it,

with your handheld tuner, whether it's on the side or with the tune required option,

you can definitely increase the amount of horsepower and torque gains you see with this

single kit alone, up to about 30 horsepower.

Now Airaid lets us know that it is possible on the Dyno, but I would definitely suggest

looking into a tune with this, to really maximize its potential.

It's worth pointing out that this is in fact a 50 state legal cold air intake, which basically

means if you're located in an emissions restrictive state like California or something like that,

you will be able to pick this up legally without having to worry about it being off road only.

As far as materials and construction goes, this was manufactured as a SynthaMax dry filter

from Airaid, using a six inch conical air filter.

What this basically does is it makes sure it's a re-washable and reusable air filter

making sure you don't have to pick up a new one every few thousand miles.

With that said, you would just unclamp it from its housing, clean it off on the inside

and honestly, don't even have to worry about re-oiling it.

Just pop it right back on.

It was manufactured using a high quality cotton gauze for superior filtration, topped off

with a diamond wire mesh covering on top of it, just to add to its durability.

In addition to the blue option we have here, there's a more traditional red if you like

that route, or if you're looking to go stealthier for a more aggressive engine bay, black is

also an option.

Aside from that, you're looking at injection molded polypropylene for the tubing, which

increases airflow with a plastic over the other metal options available.

As far as pricing is concerned, expect to be spending just north of the $400 mark, putting

this one right in the middle of the plethora of options available for your 3.5.

With that said, it's a little bit cheaper than a tune required option but it is a little

bit more than just the filters available, like say some of the options from Rosch as

it does include a little bit more to the kit.

Quickly shifting over to the install portion of the video, like I said in the beginning,

it's one of the simpler mods you can do to your engine bay, getting a very easy one out

of three wrenches on our difficulty meter.

As far as hand tools, make sure you have a flathead screwdriver on deck as well as a

ratchet and socket set, and I'd say about an hour's worth of time from start to finish.

Maybe even less if you've done this before.

First thing you want to do, pop open the hood and use the flathead screwdriver to remove

the couplers and the clamps holding all the factory hardware to the mounting positions.

Pull the tubing out of the throttle body and everything down into the air box, and obviously

the ratchet and socket set will come in handy for some of the bolts.

Unclip some of the wiring harnesses and remove everything, setting all the old stuff aside.

The Airaid will go in the exact same way in the reverse order, using all new hardware

and clamps.

Once you have the tubing into place and bolted down using the ratchet and socket, work your

way to the air filter into the air box and then you're good to go.

Just to wrap this one up here, if you're the owner of an '11 to '14 3.5 L EcoBoost F-150,

you might want to check out the Airaid Cold Air Intake with the SynthaMax Dry Filter in

blue, or the red and black ones available as well, all of which you can find right here,

at americantrucks.com.

Profound Silence - Duration: 6:06.

The silence of the meeting is in concert with my natural state, and it doesn't happen

often.

So it's rare that's it's a good thing—that it's a wonderful thing—to be silent and

everyone in the room is working toward that silence.

The deeper we reach silence, the more profound our meeting is.

So it's different.

Outside and inside are different.

In the meeting is a more holy place.

My name is Jane Fernandes.

I worship at Friendship Friends Meeting here in Greensboro, North Carolina.

I am president of Guilford College in Greensboro, North Carolina.

When I first learned about Quakerism, probably, was in school.

I learned a little bit about Quakerism.

I probably learned a little bit about the Underground Railroad.

That's the main way I learned what it means to be a Quaker, and probably not much else

has happened to me since then—until I applied to be the president of Guilford College.

When I had the interview, they had a lot of questions, but one of the main questions we

were asked to speak to the community about is how and if, we would uphold Quaker heritage,

and what would that look like to us.

So obviously at that time I was already saying "yes, I would do that, and I would have

to learn".

But on some level, I just felt it fit me.

There was no question about it.

I dove in.

I was already there, ready to dive in.

So I'm very blessed that I had the chance to find out about Guilford College.

[My husband] Jim and I moved here.

On Sunday morning of the first week, we woke up and he said, "Let's go to a Friends

Meeting."

And later, he told me that he picked this meeting because he knew it was "unprogrammed,"

and that meant that he would not have to interpret.

We were born and raised as Catholics.

So when we went to church, we sat in the pew and he interpreted the whole time, every mass.

Every ceremony.

Every celebration.

Every service.

But the first time I worshiped here, I loved it, because for me, as a deaf person, it's

rare when a group of people wants to cherish silence.

It is rare.

It's rare.

And that opportunity to just sit there and think, pray very deeply, that's a wonderful

thing.

I enjoyed that very much.

In terms of my life, I was born deaf, and my mother was also born deaf.

What I learned in my life was that I was expected to take in all the sounds, all the noises.

That sounds are very important.

I must learn them even if I can't hear them.

It's very important.

But those are very superficial things, and they're really not me.

So in the meeting, it's one place where if I don't say anything, if I don't hear

anything, that's good.

It's fine.

It's good.

Not that it doesn't matter, it's good.

It's a positive state.

Because I'm centering in myself, and I'm connecting with God, in the only way that

I can, the only way a human being can do that.

So it's great for me.

I've not been in a group of people that understands that, and a group of hearing people

who strive to be in that state that I was born in.

So it's a wonderful thing for me.

2015-2017 F150 Fabtech Uniball Upper Control Arms 4WD Review & Install - Duration: 4:12.

Hey, guys.

Adam here with americantrucks.com.

Today, I'm bringing you a detailed overview and installation of the Fabtech Uniball Upper

Control Arms, which are available for all 2015 and newer four-wheel drive F-150s.

The Fabtech Uniball Upper Control Arms you see here today are available for any 2015

or newer four-wheel drive F-150 owner with aftermarket wheels and tires with up to a

five-inch offset.

These are gonna be an upgraded upper control arm option that gives you the ability to strengthen

your suspension components while also increasing your wheel travel.

Great for guys out there tackling some off-road obstacles.

This is definitely gonna get a one out of three wrenches on our difficulty meter, completely

replacing your factory arms and your upper ball joints.

Taking a closer look at the Uniball Control Arms from Fabtech, you'll notice that these

are a more premium option, specifically made for the guys out there who have done just

a little bit more than the average Joe to their truck.

In addition to the wheels and tires I just mentioned, Fabtech lets us know that if you

pick up the Dirt Logic two and a half inch coilover shocks, you'll pick up an even bigger

increase in wheel travel.

So, with that said, if you find yourself doing some extreme off-roading more frequently than

not, this is a great thing to pair with those coilover shocks to get your truck even more

capable when hitting the trails.

Fabtech lets us know they're manufactured out of a one and a quarter inch diameter chromoly

tubing, which helps reduce suspension flex, especially useful for the guys out there with

a lifted setup on larger wheels and tires.

They also have additional casters built in to make sure they correct any suspension alignment

issues.

Great for any leveling kits as it will prevent some more tire wear.

Finally, they were covered in a black powder-coated finish, which obviously not only looks cool,

but it also helps prevent corrosion and rust.

As you can sort of deduce from the title, this does come with a couple of Uniball pins

that are actually super strong, heat-treated 17-4 stainless that fit directly into the

factory ball joint without modification to the spindle.

Great for guys out there who are seeing any future modifications that require them to

switch it back over to the factory setting, because you won't have to make any changes,

thanks to the non-permanent modifications here.

Now, with that said, it also comes with polyurethane bushings at the end, which are typically carrying

a higher load-bearing capacity.

Now, since this is a more premium option, you can expect to be spending just south of

the $600 mark.

The only option on the site that is more expensive than this is from ReadyLIFT.

You wanna keep in mind this particular kit does not work with factory wheels, but it

does work with aftermarket lift kits.

The ReadyLIFT is gonna be just the opposite, so it all comes down to what your setup is,

what you plan on doing to your truck in the future, and how much you're looking to spend.

Shifting gears over to the install portion of the video, like I mentioned in the beginning,

it is gonna get a very simple one out of three wrenches on our difficulty meter.

It requires very simple hand tools, like a ratchet and socket set, Allen wrenches, torque

wrenches, jack and jack stands for the floor, of course, and about two hours' worth of time

in the driveway at home.

First thing you wanna do is obviously get the truck in the air and support it on jack

stands.

Now, you wanna start on the driver's side, removing the wheels and tires, of course,

dropping the brake assembly out of the way, making sure you have enough clearance to gain

access to the upper control arm.

You'll wanna remove the upper control arm nut and disconnect it from the factory knuckle,

which might require a hammer or a mallet to do.

Either way, once that's taken care of, you can disconnect that and set it aside while

retaining the factory hardware.

From here, you want to assemble the Upper Control Arm from Fabtech using the bushings,

the grease zerks, and the sleeves and then install it into the factory mounting positions.

Once that's taken care of, we torque down to 100 foot-pounds.

A tip here is to make sure that the barrel gaskets are facing up.

Once that's taken care of, insert the Uniball pin into the factory mounting position and

torque that down to 150 foot-pounds.

From here, it's just a matter of swinging down the control arm, torquing it down to

spec, making sure everything is put back together properly, throwing the wheels and tires back

on, and dropping your truck back down to the ground.

Now, obviously, it goes without saying that was just pretty much an overview nutshell

of the installation here, but step-by-step, it is included in the kit with an instruction

manual, so keep that in mind moving forward.

With that out of the way, I do wanna say if you're the owner of a 2015 or newer four-wheel

drive F-150 with all of the aftermarket wheels and tires I mentioned up to a five-inch offset,

you wanna make sure you're checking out the Fabtech Uniball Upper Control Arms, available

right here at americantrucks.com.

Benefits of Breastfeeding For Mother And Child 10 Benefits of Breastfeeding - Duration: 3:44.

hi friends my name is anna and i make new videos for you every day for your health for more tips and videos subscribe to my youtube channel

today i want to tell you , Top 10 Benefits of Breastfeeding for Mothers and Babies

Choosing whether to breastfeed or bottle-feed your newborn baby is a personal decision. In fact, it is one of the first important decisions that a new mother needs to make. H

1. Supports Baby's Growth and Development Breast milk has the perfect combination of proteins, fats, vitamins and carbohydrates that help your baby grow and develop properly.

2. Boosts Immune System Food allergies, eczema and asthma are less common in babies who are breastfed for at least four months. This is mainly due to colostrum or first milk which is produced within the first few days after giving birth.

3. Greater IQ It has been found that breastfed babies may have the advantage of a higher IQ over formula-fed babies.

4. Lowers SIDS Risk Nursing your baby for at least six months may help prevent sudden infant death syndrome (SIDS), the sudden death of an infant less than 1 year old for which a cause cannot be found at autopsy.

5. Reduces Cancer Risk Breastfeeding is encouraged to reduce the risk of cancer in children as well as nursing mothers.

6. Better Eyesight Breastfeeding your baby even reduces the chance that your child will need to wear glasses later.

7. Promotes Healthy Digestive System Breastfed babies are less likely to suffer from diarrhea and upset stomach. The right balance of nutrients in breast milk helps babies develop a healthy digestive system. In particular, the fat- and antibody-rich colostrum helps babies adapt to the needs as they grow.

8. Aids Mom's Weight Loss Breastfeeding is associated with lower postpartum weight retention.

it's a gorgeous gorgeous day talk about

God looking out for the day big chance

of rain and the rain held off gorgeous

hot Sun came out blue sky so what we're

doing now is we're just down here she's

a little little what what you call as

b-roll it's extra video

it's just gorgeous so I thought well

while I'm here you know here's my setup

this is I shoot on the 70d can you see

right there so this is this is what I

shoot all the big stuff with and I'm

shooting this right now on my new canon

g7x mark two - so I did some secondary shots

on this with and this is what I shot

everything with today and then I just

got to got the rode shotgun mic it's the

one that plugs in so I want to worry

about a battery or anything like that

did some interviews earlier but I did

those on a wireless but right now what

we're going to do is while it's such a

nice day I got my lovely subject there

and we're going to do do some photos but

but it's been a great day you know

there's a there's a verse in first

Thessalonians 5 and it may be one of the

shorter verses other than Jesus wept and

my version is it just says pray always

and I can't think of anything better to

pray because I know when I pray I mean I

really feel like I'm having a

conversation with God I mean that's what

it is but that's what I feel like that I

can I can talk to him about anything I

can I can be as honest about stuff cuz

he knows it's a chance just to tell them

how I feel if I'm struggling with

something I'm frustrated with something

I don't know what to do and I'll know

what to say

really just enjoy talking to God in fact

sometimes I don't even refer to it as

praying I just infect at home now I

think about it we call it's time to talk

to God and and we prayed it every night

as a family but that's what it is it's

talking to God and I can't think of any

better person to talk to to pour out

everything always pray and you know what

if you don't know what to pray for

that's okay too it's it's just cool

we'll be able to talk to the creator of

everything around us so anyway a great

day k2 peace out
