Waching daily May 10 2017

I got a stalker in my neighbourhood. I recorded him on camera and went to the police.

The link with the incident is in the description.

They just called me from the police. They told me that they talked to the concierge of my building

and they also talked to the guy's father.

They asked me if I'm satisfied with the way they dealt with the case.

I said yes. I don't have something else to say for the time being.

I really hope that he doesn't bother me again.

We'll see.

I'm on my way to the gym, and today I'll be doing high intensity interval training.

I'm on a street I haven't walked before, and I noticed that they have amazing gardens.

Very well-maintained

with some weird plants.

No idea what they are.

My neighbourhood has a vet and a school.

I don't need either,

but it's good to know what we've got

in case we need one.

There's no way I'll need the school.

No way!

High Intensity Interval Training

8 rounds, 8 different exercises

20 seconds exercise, 10 seconds pause

At the end of each round, there's a 1.5 minutes break.

You can find the app I use in a different video. The link is in the description.

Try to do as many pushups as possible.

The most I've done in 20" are 29 pushups.

Add or remove blocks to make the exercise harder or easier.

Alternative: no jump, just squat.

You can do jumping lunges instead.

This exercise can also become easier or harder by removing or adding blocks.

Don't use the heaviest weight you can lift.

You should complete the exercises fast and you have to survive 8 rounds.

Butt down! Your body should be almost parallel to the ground.

Perfect exercise for the lower abs.

What you saw X 8 times.

The exercises from a different angle.

For more information regarding high intensity interval training, watch my other videos.

Symptoms And Revelations Of Photonic Energy - Duration: 5:55.

Symptoms And Revelations Of Photonic Energy

by Robert Stewart,

Are your ears ringing?

Do high pitched tones overwhelm your senses whenever you sit in a quiet moment?

Youve likely been reading about the energies pouring across Earth at this time, and the

symptoms they are causing to your physical and etheric bodies.

Are you feeling the energies and the changes they bring?

Perhaps, youve read other articles that guide you through the processing of these

energies these light frequencies, into your consciousness.

Still, many of you may not be aware of the grand dynamic at play in our galaxy that ushers

in these changes into our time and space.

So, a brief recap: Every 13,000 years or so, planet Earth comes into a space/time overlap

or period of NULL-TIME an electromagnetic no-zone or energy vacuum, with complete absence

of electromagnetic fields and the temporary suspension of the planetary grid system.

Symptoms And Revelations Of Photonic Energy

This cosmic cloud is called the PHOTON BELT and ushers in an era of Light (2,000

years of Enlightenment) after a much longer period of [biblical] darkness.

We are now poised to enter this Photon Belt, and there is nothing we can do to avoid it.

It is the ending of a cycle.

Understand it without fearing it. 1

Those words were written in 1995 and now, we are deep into it.

Were surging through it, like a high platform diver rips though the water.

Yes, the energies flooding the Earth and our bodies at this time are courtesy of the Photon

Belt.

Whether you know it, sense it, or feel it, these Photonic energies are initiating enormous

change.

Are you dealing with emotional stress, heart palpitations, lower abdominal pain, headaches

and that ringing in your ears?

These are all symptoms of your physical body, energetic body and chakras assimilating the

higher frequencies. .. and its becoming quite a process

Each person will handle these changes in a different way, but the important thing is

allowance and acceptance with gratitude.

Dont fight against the tide.

Trust you intuition.

Whatever you are being shown, is a part of your cosmic story.

As the energies shift, you will find that going with the flow of what you are being

shown, will reduce your symptoms and the changes themselves will come more quickly.

As you absorb and translate the information embedded in these energies, you may discover

it is possible for your consciousness to jump back and forth between our 3D lives and the

5D existence that we are hurtling toward.

This feeling or knowing can be especially powerful wherever you may have a safe meditation

space.

Stop and feel it the veil between dimensions is very thin at this time.

Your dreams, wants, needs and goals the destiny that you co-create has already occurred

in the higher dimensions, where there is no time.

Do you believe in reincarnation?

From that higher perspective, it may be possible to view your multiple lifetimes.

Imagine yourself on a 5th dimensional platform, peering down on a 3D time line.

Try to you perceive prior or future lifetimes, across that linear timeline.

Then realize that those lives can be viewed in any order you choose.

Is it possible that reincarnation itself is not linear and that your soul can jump into

a selected lifetime at any point in the 3D time line, simply based on what your soul

wishes to learn?

In her book, The Pleiadian Agenda, well known author and shaman, Barbara Hand Clow, wrote,

as photonic light increase in your solar system, your karma transmutes into information,

since light is information. 2

Photon belt energies = light = information = karmic revelations.

Your personal revelations will continue to pour in with these light frequencies as we

accelerate to a whole new level of understanding.

Allow and accept with gratitude.

Just dont worry about time.

The universe will provide, in the manner that suits your highest good.

நீட் எக்ஸாம் தேவையா இல்லையா ? | Complete Details of NEET Exams Plus and Minus | Kichdy - Duration: 7:55.

Is NEET Good for Tamilnadu Students?

Lets find out in this video completely

NEET is a common entrance exam for the medical colleges in India- simply put

Your sister, brother, daughter, or ur niece anybody can get a medical seat across india, if they clear NEET exam

NEET has it own advantages and disadvantages

Lets find out the advantages

Earlier there were seperate medical entrance exams for each state .

In tamilnadu ,ofcourse, there was no entrance exams for medical

Students has to apply for each exams seperately, they have to pay seperate application fee for it, sit for each exams and travel for each places

Central government brought in NEET as an answer to all these issues

in NEET there will only one entrance exam and one application fee

Earlier, anybody can join medical colleges if they have enough money

Even a guy with poor precentage in their plus two grade can join medical colleges with huge amount of donation

Now NEET Paves the way for only students with higher grades in NEET exams can join medical colleges

All the private colleges had management quota and they filled the seats at their own with exorbitant price range and fees

Now with the arrival of NEET, the management quota gets abolished

Most of the control goes to them and with NEET the control of filling seats goes to government only

Almost all the private medical colleges are either owned by politicians and ministers

NEET allows the state government to have their own 15% quota and reservation quotas if they have

what are the biggest minus for Tamilnadu students?

In Tamilnadu close to 85% of students are studying in stateboard syllabus and rest of them are studying in CBSE and ICSE syllabus

NEET exam syllabus is mainly based on CBSE syllabus and Tamilnadu students will find it tough to crack it

the next biggest set back is that the state government wil l have no say in educational rights in future which is a basic right

the fundamental rights of state in education is being curbed by such exams and state government becomes answerable to central govt

this will automatically reduces the medical seats in TN

Better off states like Tamilnadu has to give away their medical seats to quota to other developing states like bihar,UP, MP, and northern states

Almost every district has got a medical college in TN and there are more private medical colleges.

So, incase a student hasn't got selected in Govt medical colleges they can opt for private colleges too by clearing their entrance exams

With NEET, that is becoming impossible

Because of NEET, more other state students can find a seat in TN medical colleges

You might more north indian doctors in TN in another 5 to 6 years

Earlier when there was entrance exam in Tamilnadu, only 15% of rural students were getting in to medical seats

When the entrance exams were abolished nearly 65% of students got into medical and engineering in the last 10 years

Rural students find it tough to study seperate coaching class as it is economically unviable for them

till last year students were given seats in medical colleges based on the plus two cut off marks

This paved way for lot of poor and socially backward students to get into medical and up their livelihood in society

With this NEET exams, this will become day dream again for tamilnadu students

to clear NEET exams, you need to study seperately at private coaching centres for atleast two years

Such coaching classes costs you more than 1 lakh, 2 lakh and 3 lakh in some areas depending on their locality and infrastructure

you could see such full page ads in news papers and TV every day

All these coaching centres are cashing in on this NEET mania across the country

Government is indirectly opening gates to this coaching mafia mushrooming across the country and this is highly impossible to pay such fees for poor and socially backwar students

We don't say that there is no need of NEET.

We say this is not the right time for NEET

We need to have unform education system across the country from kashmir to kanyakumari

When each states have different syllabus, how can we have one common entrance exams for medical

Let's have one common syllabus for every student in this country and then bring NEET

The cuurent issues being faced by TN students by the lethargic act of our politicians and their policies.

Irresistible by Adam Alter|Book Review - Duration: 3:46.

Hello!

My name is Noah and today we're talking about "Irresistible" by Adam Alter.

This book is about the rise of addictive technology and how businesses use specific techniques

to get us hooked on their products.

I found this book really interesting and it made me change some of the ways I use technology.

I have two main points I'd like to share with you, so let's get started!

The first point I'd like to talk about is process vs. goals.

A lot of times with the way technology is developed and the use of streaks to incentivize

us to use a certain app, we've become preoccupied with goals.

We want to reach the milestone of 5, maybe 10 days of using an app and we get rewards

for doing so.

However, this focus on milestones creates a state of near continuous failure.

Once we complete a certain milestone or a certain streak, we want more and go to the

next one and we want rewards, but we're never really satisfied.

So what is the solution, how do we get away from focusing on streaks and going into this

never-ending cycle of trying to reach the next milestone?

Alter shares the idea of not having goals but rather focusing on systems.

Systems are something you do on a regular basis that increase your chances of being

happy in the long run.

The systems can be applied to any part of your life, whether that be reading, writing,

exercise.

It's a matter of re-aligning yourself to focus on the moment and enjoy the process.

Rather than always being focused on milestones and reaching goals that are unattainable.

The second point I'd like to talk about is mental architecture.

Mental architecture is about creating an environment around us that allows us to thrive.

Now in today's world it's very unrealistic to expect us to be completely detached from

technology.

However, creating an environment that helps us be productive with our technology, that

is what mental architecture is all about.

Essentially, whatever is nearby us will have a greater influence on our behavior.

Proximity is important in various parts of our life.

Alter shares examples of studies that have proven that the people that live closest to

you are most likely to be your friends.

The same thing is true if you constantly see notifications on your phone, chances are we're

going to check those specific apps.

Essentially, Alter through the idea of mental architecture highlighted to me that companies

as well as individuals have to create environments around them that are conducive for productivity.

So now, let me give you a brief summary of the positives and who I think should be reading

this book.

The book has a great balance of practical and theoretical information.

Alter explains the stories and ideas behind what is used and the way people develop technology

nowadays.

It also gives you practical ways of combatting issues that may come up when you're using

addictive technology.

A great thing about this book is that it's very relevant for todays world.

This information is very relevant and will help you understand the nature of the apps

and technology that we're using.

Who should be reading this book?

I think businesses, parents, and kids should definitely read this book.

If you're a young person, a kid you can understand how this technology can help you but can also

hurt you.

If you're a parent it can help you be a better parent in terms of how you interact with your

kids and teach them about the dangers and benefits of using technology.

If you're a company, there are various examples of how businesses have used mental architecture

and other ideas to help create a more productive environment and become more aware of some

of the addictive dangers that come along with using technology.

That's it, that's my book review of "Irresistible" by Adam Alter.

If you want more information on the author or you want to see what I talked about here

in a written format please head over to my blog www.noahsachs.net.

Next week I'll be back with another book review.

But until then keep reading and keep learning!

7 Things That Terrify Narcissists To Their Core - Duration: 9:24.

7 Things That Terrify Narcissists To Their Core

Its a good question. Are narcissists afraid of anything? You bet they are, and there are

7 things that terrify them to their core. Here they are:

1. Abandonment and rejection.

Narcissists cant stand being rejected or abandoned. Thats why they fly into rages

and punish and threaten you if you threaten to leave them, and love bomb you if you do

manage to get away. To reject a narcissist means you are rejecting the false self they

have so carefully constructed to impress you. To reject that false self negates their entire

reason for existing, since whatever true self they may have left is completely inaccessible

to them and the false self cannot survive on its own; its completely dependent on

the approval and attention of others, who it feeds from like a vampire. When you reject

a narcissist they are forced to confront their own emptiness and nothing scares them more

than that. They will fight tooth and nail to avoid it, even if it means they have to

destroy you in the process.

2. Being made fun of.

Narcissists have no sense of humor. Nada. None. Zero. Zip. They may laugh cruelly at

you when you fall and break your arm, and they may chuckle at the discomfort of someone

else (since they have almost no empathy), especially if the discomfort was caused by

them (because remember, to them you are not a real person but an object), but they are

completely incapable of ever laughing at themselves.

A few years ago on a forum I posted on, there was a man who became enraged when someone

wrote LOL at a joke someone else made at his expense (the joke wasnt very offensive),

and from then on he gave both of them the silent treatment. They take themselves very,

very seriously and are very, very sensitive. But that sensitivity doesnt extend toward

anyone but themselves. The reason they are so bothered by jokes at their expense and

cant laugh at themselves is because the self they present to the world is a false

one that must be propped up and supported at all times by everyone else. To poke fun

at a narcissist is to poke fun at a self thats as empty inside as a puppet. It has no substance.

It will fall to pieces and then the narcissist is forced to confront that terrifying emptiness

that constantly haunts them.

3. Being disrespected.

No one likes to be treated with disdain or disrespect, but the narcissist is downright

phobic about it. He or she worries about it all the time and imagines slights and personal

attacks even where they dont exist. Again, it boils down to the false self which he or

she must constantly keep propped up. Its your job to puff it up and inflate it constantly

lest it collapse into a limp pile of flimsy rubber. Disrespecting a narcissist is like

popping a hole in their balloon-self and they feel like they are going to die. To avoid

this, a narcissist uses every defense mechanism they have in their arsenalgaslighting,

rages, silent treatment, lying, projection, denial, fabricating, and false affectionto

keep you inflating their balloon-self so they dont have to acknowledge the horror of

recognizing they have lost their real one.

4. Being ignored.

This is a no-brainer. Ignoring a narcissist means giving them no supply at all, and without

narcissistic supply, the narcissist dies a slow death. Or believes they will. Thats

why some narcissists would even rather be hated than be ignored. Negative attention

is still attention, and at least it provides acknowledgement that they still exist. When

you ignore a narcissist, its as frightening to them as being killed. Theyre no longer

confident they exist without your attention.

5. Exposure.

If you call out a narcissist on their abusive behavior, they will usually become very angry.

Their anger might be expressed in rage or in more covert means such as the silent treatment

or gaslighting you. They dont like to be held accountable for the things they do to

others, because that means they have to admit they are less than perfect. It also means

they have to acknowledge the humanity of someone else, which they arent capable of doing.

Narcissists are all too aware of their imperfections, but only at the subconscious level, and the

way they handle this is to project their own imperfections onto you. So a narcissist might

tell you that YOU are the narcissistic one, or that YOU are the abuser. Theyre also

good at getting others to side against you, and those people become their flying monkeys.

They will accuse you of doing things that they themselves have done and everyone believes

them and not you.

You start to feel like youre living in a hellish world of smoke and mirrors, where

youre no longer sure whats real and what isnt. The narcissist has, unconsciously

or consciously, set up this elaborate lie as a massive defense mechanism against being

exposed as imperfect and flawed just like everyone else, because being forced to acknowledge

their shortcomings is to expose their vulnerabilities, and being vulnerable is incredibly terrifying

to them. They blame so they dont have to feel shame.

6. Loss of the trappings of youth and success.

As narcissists age, they often grow even more abusive (a very few may improvebut they

probably werent high spectrum to begin with). Thats because aging means a loss

of looks, career, health, possibly even a spouse (who provides a narcissist with supply),

and in some cases even financial solvency. All these things are proof to a narcissist

that they still have value and are still admired and respected.

Somatic narcissists, who are most concerned with their health or physical appearance,

have never developed other aspects of themselves that could be fallen back on when those things

begin to go; thats because the false self is a flimsy one-dimensional construct and

is incapable of love, true attachment, friendship, and other things that the rest of us can fall

back on when were old and not in such great physical shape or health anymore. If someone

has spent their entire lives only concerned with their appearance, once that goes, whats

left?

Cerebral narcissists, who are concerned with their intellectual ability or business acumen,

may be able to hang onto those assets a bit longer, but eventually, their minds may begin

to become less sharp or they may be forced to retire or reduce their hours working. Having

to retire is a huge blow to a narcissist whose entire identity is tied up in his or her career

and earning ability. What is left?

In both cases, a narcissist experiences an almost total loss of supply and to avoid the

ensuing depression, they lash out and attack others like angry dogs. Thats why old narcissists

are so often cranky and mean. Theyre also terrified of death, the last thing on the

list that terrifies them.

7. Death.

Every narcissist Ive ever known lives in mortal terror of death. Thats because death

is the ultimate loss of narcissistic supply. Death means complete annihilation of the ego

and theres nothing more horrifying to a narcissist than that because their ego is

all they are. Personally, I think some also fear hell. They know on some deep level how

badly theyve treated and exploited others and think they might be held accountable for

it in the afterlife. Ive seen a lot of narcissists who suddenly become extremely

religious in their old age. I think thats because they think by being religious, they

may be able to ward off any accountability after they die.
