David Wilcock Update - New Briefings on Antarctic UFO Crashes - April 29, 2017

David is speaking tomorrow and Monday at New Living Expo with an all-star lineup -- including

Rev. Michael Beckwith, Don Miguel Ruiz, Giorgio Tsoukalous, William Henry, Dannion Brinkley,

Foster Gamble and Corey Goode.

We have received major new intel updates from Pete Peterson on the Antarctic Atlantis.

We had hoped to get it properly written up for you, with all the ancillary research data,

before this trip but we just need a little more time!

There are many exciting developments going on behind the scenes.

We have never been more busy, nor more inspired!

STUNNING NEW BRIEFINGS JUST CAME IN

I wish I had time to properly write this up before heading out to San Francisco for the

New Living Expo -- but I have hit the proverbial brick wall here in terms of timing.

I will do the best I can to give you an initial overview.

Pete Peterson has finally been authorized to release far more intel than ever before.

Something has changed on the inside to make this possible.

The current situation in the world may seem very hopeless and muddled, when in fact we

appear to be right on the brink of incredible new developments.

I am going to do the classic meta-analysis complete with all the research links and insider

data for you to read and enjoy soon enough.

I just ran out of time before heading out tomorrow morning by car.

We also have one hell of a Santa Ana windstorm going on here in the Topanga mountains at

the moment, adding great drama to this writing process.

Pete gave me a stunning depth of new information on excavations of UFO crashes in Antarctica

that were already being thoroughly analyzed by teams of scientists when he got there 30

years ago.

The data was so dense it was almost too much.

This is what happens when you have "eggheads" dedicating their entire lives to studying

how a gigantic, miles-wide mothership skidded along the ground before coming to a stop.

FOUR LAYERS DEEP

In short, if we combine the latest intel from Corey Goode with what Pete Peterson was aware

of from his work there 30 years ago, we appear to have four layers of awesome stuff in Antarctica

that we will soon be hearing about in an official disclosure.

These layers are spread out in a total of about three and a half miles of vertical space,

from bottom to top.

The first, oldest, bottom layer is from the Ancient Builder Race.

It could be 1.8 billion years old, if not more.

It is a vast, underground facility inside the continental landmass of what is now Antarctica,

beneath the ice.

There are ancient underground bases like this all throughout planets and moons in our solar

system, as well as several neighboring ones.

This was a vast civilization.

That doesn't make their ruins on Earth any less impressive.

Antarctica is the main "X marks the spot" treasure room for Earth.

On the surfaces of planets and moons they left behind crystalline pyramids, obelisks

and domes made of a transparent aluminum alloy.

Most of the surviving remains like this are very thoroughly eroded, creating what one

insider called a "Cosmic Junkyard."

The build-outs inside planets and moons have been preserved much more efficiently.

They contain super-advanced technology that is transdimensional, and still works.

This is what allowed various beings to put themselves into stasis and fast-forward through

tens, if not hundreds of thousands of years of time.

Tony Robbins: Endure The Pain of Change Yourself ( Tony Robbins Depression ) - Duration: 15:10.

Many years ago I was asked a very

interesting question somebody asks the

question I raised the hand the seminar

dad Tony can you change people that

don't want to change of course you can

change people don't want to change all

you need is the right kind of if you

have enough leverage where change

becomes an absolute now for some people

leverage is not even the threat of their

own life some people rather die and have

you tell them what to do and so that's

not the leverage the leverage for them

might be something for their children

leverage them might be spiritual growth

all of us have a leverage point if you

find the leverage not the leverage you

make someone do it the leverage that

will make them make themselves do it we

all have some place that'll get us to

follow through now if you get enough

leverage and if you interrupt the

pattern enough how many of you ever had

a pattern when you're a kid and you had

like some of not just uncle or something

and you were trying to be upset may come

like rub your damn head or some bitch

make you crazy and you couldn't stay

upset because they kept doing this to

you how many others happens that if you

have enough leverage and you break

someone's pattern at at times a new

pattern will show up if you're conscious

you can create the new pattern so the

answer is yes now then the question

would be Tony if all it takes is

leverage then why don't most people

change I had a lot of answers to that

but that night I'm a night person that

night I'm wired up after a seminar it's

like 2 o'clock in the morning was

December and so I flip on the television

the back person white noise looking for

CNN and I come across the old Christmas

classic this Christmas Carol right a

Dickens classic and I see it in black

and white and I start watching the movie

and a memory of her being a kid and as

I'm watching this thing I see this man

named Scrooge

who clearly doesn't want to change in

fact he's certain he doesn't need to

change because what's happened is his

life went through a lot of pain and when

he got pain he looked for the source of

that pain and he said it was being close

to people so we decided his people

equals pain member the red square as we

talked it up so now he wants to avoid

people and he's mean to people now he's

also very wealthy financially he makes

up this belief because I mean and tough

with people I'm rich the truth is he's

financially rich if he wants the movie

he read the story when everyone else is

gone who's still working he is he's

hard-working he's 50 smart he's

intelligent but he thinks he's rich

because he's lean so he doesn't want to

lose being rich he doesn't want to lose

not being hurt so he has a belief do you

mean the people in everything works out

even though he's miserable can we have

beliefs that make no sense and yet still

believe them yes or no sure we just get

wired so I'm watching this guy now the

only way people change is if they

associate either enough what paying so

they have to change or the associate

changing will equal enough what and

ideally if you get both you'll change if

you get every moment I do this the pain

is getting more and more tense there's a

point where you must change and if you

get if I change they get no pleasure

you're going to want to change how many

follow but what equals pain and what

equals pleasure is what you associate

your nervous system so what happens is

the only way you create change is

changing what you link pain and what you

link pleasure to in your nervous system

not just in your head and you've got

that's what controls you lots of times

in your head you know what you should do

but your gut takes over your fear or

your greed or your desire or your

comfort or whatever who knows what I'm

talking about here say I but watch this

how many of you used to have a favorite

dessert or a food or a form of alcohol

that you really really really loved and

then one night you add make

experience like never before where

something happens where this food this

drink of this alcohol that you love so

much

he went down but it kept coming back up

at a level of intensity and with enough

aroma and gain association then to this

day it takes little willpower just to

think of that alcohol or think of the

smell of that fruit or look at it makes

you appalled makes you repelled who's

that it experienced like this in your

life say I tell me what that change was

was that a change in willpower no all

that happened is your brain changed what

used to link pleasure to and now link

pain - were you thinking of thing it

takes the willpower you're going to

avoid it the problem is so are you

linking paying the things you need like

exercise right or pain what you need

like a relationship all right and it's

the wrong Association that's going to

control your life your job is to change

what you link pain and pleasure to so

that night what was pleasure became pain

and not takes in the willpower you just

avoid it

so we call that changing what you

associate the things in your nervous

system or for short a neuro associative

change now there is changing in your

neuro your nervous system what you

associate pain and pleasure to so by the

way in this Christmas Carol story

does this man Scrooge change his life

yes or no he didn't want to change does

he change his life a little more

completely and by the way how fast

heartbeat one evening how does it happen

three neuro societal conditioning

specialists show up at his house right

we go show up and what do they do they

give the link a massive unbearable

amount of what to all the things he did

in the past around people then they go

to everything he has in the present pain

everything the future pain so there's so

much there was no word escape here's the

other reason why people don't change

because right now my relationships in

pain but it was good in the past

so you escaped having a change by

remembering a good time or I might be

coughing and having these problems with

cigarettes right now but you know what

George Burns lived to be 102 he smokes

cigars by the way and he's 1 out of 10

billion people that pulled that off

but let's not confuse ourselves with

ratios so you make up what the future is

if your present is painful you can

escape to the past and get out of the

pressure to change how many follow to

say I or you can escape to a future

because no one knows what it is for sure

and you can make it up but if your brain

links its containable in the what past

in the SE even worse in the they'll

change like that who here has ever

stayed in a relationship that you knew

was not right for you it wasn't right

for you wasn't right for them who has

ever stated relationships

way too long who's done this before

raise your hands say aye it wasn't good

for you what's good for them yet you

stayed why why because even though it's

painful in the present what you do use

it it'll get better over there in the

future why'd you finally change who

you're finally change that say I how'd

you do it your brain way it's painful

now it was things on the past can be

worse in the future that's it that's

what I call a Dickens pattern when you

lock in pain all those places there's no

place to escape so you change it's like

you put a wall here a wall here and a

wall here and we close them in on you

amazingly you'll move forward that's

what we're talking about giving yourself

leverage on yourself that way not having

someone else do to you you do it to

yourself that's when you got the power

again how many get it say aye

this could be the greatest time you ever

live if you control what you focus on if

you find a more empowering meaning and

if you decide to model the actions of

those who succeeded before you it can be

the best financial time the best

emotional time that a spiritual time of

your life but you better take control of

your state and if you think you're going

to do it just by today you're wrong

you're going to need to get yourself

some rituals right now every one of you

this room is controlled by your rituals

I don't just mean this one I mean every

morning you get up I know your body I

can look at your body right now and I

can guess your rituals some of you your

rituals to work out five times a week I

can see it clearly four to six times a

week

it's obvious because you couldn't look

like that if you didn't do that certain

form of work out I don't care what's

walking lifting whatever somebody is

obviously lifting weights as far you can

see about it man's muscles I know I know

what his rituals are because your life

comes from your rituals if you don't

develop the ritual you're kidding

yourself how many degrees me on this

right hand say I and there are rituals

to put you in state nervous will to take

you out of state you go rituals in your

relationship you have rituals with your

body your virtuals around your finances

and the rituals that works in the

reaping time of fall and the markets and

in business and real estate those

rituals won't work now if you do the

right thing at the wrong time you get

pain I'll say that again if you do the

right you go over Tony I'm doing the

right thing but I'm not being rewarded

if you do the right thing at the wrong

time you don't get rewarded you get paid

so you better do the right thing at the

right time and to do that you better

know what season you're in to do that

you're going to learn how to change your

state how to take control of your own

conditioning that's what I live for

does this make sense to you yes or no

come on guys yes or no so now it's time

to train yourself to do that I'll show

you how fast it can change try this just

for a second I want to show you what you

can do with just focus try this for a

moment I'm going to give you a test sit

up in your chair with some energy make

sure you buddy next using a strong state

it will otherwise adjust their state

come on change your physiology what am I

going to do

see if they're ticklish that might help

now do this I want to look around this

room right now and find everything in

this room that you can find in is brown

as fast you can look for Brown look for

Brown look for Brown look around

around you look for Brown looks around

look around okay close your eyes I'm

gonna give you tests with your eyes

closed now shout out loud everything you

saw that was red if you see a lot more

Brown right now than red say yes open

your eyes look for red now I want you to

really look for red look for red look

for red look for red anything exciting

this red look for red all around you

look for red raise your hand if you feel

more red this time and say aye

why did you find more red this time cuz

seek and you shall that's right

whatever you focus on you're going to

find it in fact let me tell you

something you'll even find it when it's

not there how many saw burgundy called

it red just so you could have more

things you counted raise your hand say

aye

come on see whatever you're looking for

you're going to find so if you want to

change your life my friends you got to

change your physiology and you got to

change your focus by the way how fast

can you change that stuff how fast my

phone is how fast how fast come on in a

heartbeat once you reach Ange you're

conditioning all you got to do you going

too fast you do it a question or two try

this right now answer this question in

your mind and be honest what in your

life today if you want it to be could

you feel proud about right now if you

want to feel proud if you did feel like

I shouldn't be proud if you want to feel

proud what could you be proud of in your

life today your children your health

your body is there a problem you faced

instead of running from it you finally

stepped up and handled it could you feel

proud of in your life today if you want

to feel proud how many can pick it up

and when you think about the thing

you're proud of what about that makes

you feel proud

what do you focus on that makes you feel

proud how do you breathe when you really

start to feel proud what kind of look on

your face starts to happen when you let

yourself feel proud yeah how's it feel

they give another area lies there your

life that you're grateful for or you are

not very full if you wanted to be

grateful what's an area you could feel

thank you for look like you feel

grateful for if you really wanted to

feel great how many can think of

something you can feel grateful for

misuse your hands and what about that

are you grateful for when you focus on

that makes you feel grateful how does it

feel when you're really truly feeling

filled with gratitude here's one if you

wanted to be excited about your life

right now and you're willing to be

excited you wrote a book everybody

else's trend what could you feel excited

about in your life if you wanted to feel

excited what could you get excited about

if you really focused on it and you

really took it in and you were to

negative place what could you get

excited about if you wanted to be

excited in your life look if you get

excited about

how many of you can think of something

you feel excited about right now ready

hammock use your head say eye when

you're really excited about it what

about that excite you or when you're

really excited how do you feel how do

you speak what's your life like by the

way when you're excited does it tend to

touch other people yes or no absolutely

but we do people have a tendency but who

feels different right now they're just

even a couple moments ago Asian hands

they I why because focus is controlled

by questions if you ask a different

question continuously not once

continuously you will get a different

answer if you ask a lousy question you

get allow the answer in a lousy state so

we said why does this always happen to

me it doesn't always happen to you but

the brains like a computer asking a

question it'll have to come up with an

answer because you deserve it you idiot

someone will say how come I can never

lose weight you can't lose weight but if

you keep saying how come again ever lose

weight then we've gotta come an answer

goes you're a pig lousy questions create

what allows the answers ask a better

question get a better answer now here's

what I want you to get I want you to get

that you can change your stain how fast

guys how fast how fast and if you get

the habit of doing it you'll have a

different life

WHAT EDS IS LIKE ON MY BODY #ThisIsMyEDS Tag [CC] - Duration: 10:59.

Hello, hello!

It is May and this is my first EDS Awareness Month after being diagnosed so I'm amped up

and ready to participate, engage, and uplift the visibility of Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome.

After having a doctor say, "I know someone else with EDS and THEY don't use a wheelchair!"

I think that our individual narratives need to be uplifted.

EDS manifests itself on a wide spectrum and our symptoms... are often very fluid as well,

they can change, some of our symptoms can be degenerative and some can go up and down

with time.

I'd like to try and uplift the diversity of EDS and how it impacts our lives as individuals

by starting a 3 part tag called #ThisIsMyEDS... tag, which literally can be done whenever, it doesn't

have to be May it can be whenever you find this video!

PART 1: WHAT IS EDS IS LIKE ON MY BODY

Introduce yourself: name, pronoun(s), and EDS type.

My name is Annie, my pronouns are she/her or they/them, whichever you like and

I have classical Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome or cEDS.

First things, first, in one word, how are you feeling today?

Fatigued... but motivated.

Cheated but it's my tag, so whatever.

For those who don't know, can you explain EDS [medically] in a sentence?

There are different types of EDS, mine is classical type, essentially, the types, they

are genetic connective tissue disorders caused by faulty or defective collagen and it can

affect the skin, joints, blood vessels, and internal organs.

What's your favorite analogy for how EDS feels?

Or what EDS is like?

Um, there are a few, a big one would be my body feels like a house with a lousy foundation,

loose hinges, putty in place of glue, air conditioner that works whenever it wants to,

electricity that constantly fails, there is some kind of lingering buzzing noise that never goes

away and randomly gets louder for however long it wants to and makes you feel like you

want to die.

That last one was a metaphor for chronic pain.

What are your symptoms and comorbid illnesses/conditions?

Chronic Pain; that's overall joint and muscle pain as well as neuropathy in my left leg

and herniated discs in my lower back. Hypermobility, Lax and fragile joints,

Frequent subluxations; full on dislocations are rather rare.

Easily Bruising, Stretchy Skin, Chronic Fatigue, Chronic Migraines, Dysautonomia, (suspected) P.O.T.S.

or POTS, Sleep Disorders, SI joint disease, irregular body temperature, occasional gastrointestinal

issues, meaning digestive issues, tummy issues, uh, Anxiety, and Depression...

I have somewhat blurry vision and have experienced some hearing loss, I have mild difficulties

in both areas, um, I have some pulmonary and cardiovascular issues, meaning lung and heart issues,

including tachycardia which is why POTS is suspected.

Cognitive Impairments meaning I can have tremendous difficulty concentrating and poor memory.

My physical disabilities include my limited ability to walk, because of dysautonomia which

is secondary to severe chronic pain, joint hypermobility; um, the joints in my legs and my feet

don't withstand pressure well so they kind of collapse which is very painful, um, I risk

injury when I walk as well because of the laxity of my joints, walking also exhausts

the muscles in my legs because they're pretty much doing all the work.

I also have limited upper body strength because of the laxity and fragility in my shoulders,

elbows, and wrists (which are often in a lot of pain) and the joints in my fingers don't withstand

pressure either, similar to the joints in my feet and legs.

How does EDS impact your daily life?

In my daily life the aids I needs vary on a day to day basis, hour to hour basis sometimes,

I told my sister in law, that I compare the lack of predictability of my symptoms to waking

up every morning to spin a wheel that decides what ailment I'd be battling that day, kind

of like a game show, or video game, however feels more relevant to you.

Today Annie is battling Severe Nausea, Difficulty Breathing, and Inability to Stand or Sit Up

Because of [INHALE] Extreme Amounts of Back and Leg Pain!

Today is battling Chronic Fatigue, Excessive Daytime Sleepiness, and Lack of Thirst or Hunger!

There are days when my joints are in severe need of compression and protection, depending

on which ones, that's when I'll put the braces on.

These things impact my daily life in ways most wouldn't think about, like the laxity and

pain in my wrists, makes it very painful to pick up wet clothes from the laundry or pour

myself something from a pitcher, uh, some days I have difficulty picking up my phone because

of this sharp pain in my wrists. Um...

My leg pain and dysautonomia make it hard for me to stand up, and-and reach my arms up

for something in my closet or kitchen cupboard, get out of the bathtub without fainting, even setting

up my tripod and camera can be pretty difficult!

I go to the hospital whenever I can afford to go and whenever I can manage to make an appointment,

they often take months to arrange.

I am too sick too often to keep a typical job anymore so currently, I make an income through creating

content online, YouTube, and amazing angel contributors on Patreon and Paypal, as well as recently

I've been trying my hand at selling t-shirts online, um, and I made an EDS shirt for

EDS Awareness Month and I'll put the link in the description, please check it out!

Chronic fatigue and chronic pain keep me in bed and isolated A LOT. Um...

Access to medical care has been very difficult, economically, physically, emotionally, so

I am generally unmedicated.

I've tried a couple medications to no avail, and then getting back into doctors spaces costs money

and energy and SO few doctors know enough about EDS in the first place in order to better

help me or have a better idea of what to prescribe me...

Oh right, um, the "doctors don't know what EDS is" thing.

Uhh... Perfect time to explain the zebra thing!

[DEEP INHALE]

EDS is symbolized by zebra stripes because rare diseases are symbolized by zebra stripes,

why?

Well, doctors are often trained to think "If you hear hoofbeats think horses not zebras"

as in not to suspect the rare possibility, but sometimes it IS the rare possibility so...

sometimes it is in fact a zebra.

Though now it is thought that EDS is not actually that rare just rarely diagnosed.

The lack of awareness of EDS typically makes for a very grueling diagnosis journey and

often goes completely undiagnosed.

Because of lack of help from doctors and my economic status it definitely feels like I'm

just figuring out affordable palliative measures as I go along, drugstore braces, Excedrin

for migraines and a caffeine boost for my fatigue, FORGET drug store pain killers

because they might as well be Tic Tacs.

Um, I'm trying to manage it all without a map, without guidance, without professional medical

help because that's not really an option for me right now.

I'm actually going to make a specific video about what mobility aids I use, um..

Why and when I need them, so stay tuned for that and for the following two parts of the

tag; and, oh yeah! I will leave the tag in the description for you in case you want to participate in the tag as well!

And you know..

Down there's Like button, the subscribe button, the notifications button,

and I will see you eventually! Bye!

Buzz Seating - Duration: 6:01.

So what do you give TVs

hardest working team?

The best seat in

the house of course.

Last season, Ryan and

Kayln passed out new chairs to all the editors.

Today I'm meeting the founder of buzz seating Dan O'Hara

Hey Dan nice to meet you!

Hey Keri!

Thanks for coming in.

I’m sorry I didn’t get up but I'm

so comfortable in this chair.

So let's go talk in my office.

Ok.

Ok.

Can you give me a hand?

I think I can.

Ok you know you're one of my

favorite people because since I've been

in this office I have been using this

chair and it is by far the most comfortable chair I have ever

had.

You know this chair is so

contemporary and design and the sleekness of the

back you know it's a good looking chair

is what it is.

Tou want to be comfortable but it

also is important to be fashionable I

think too especially since we're a media company.

Oh no question about that I mean you

have creative people here sitting in a

creative chair I mean it creates a work

environment and I'm sure they're they're

very pleased with.

One of the challenges

and seating is bringing in ergonomic

functionality with design.

Now with

the rika chair I think we're spot-on.

It has all those features and it

has the look.

Do you have other products also

that you can offer and cater to different companies of different

sizes how do you work within those

ranges?

We have a whole litany of different

products we have different mesh chairs

there's different types of the mesh we

actually take our seating before we

introduce it to the market and take it

to an independent testing lab and we can

simulate ten years of usage over a 30

day period in the testing facility to

you know check the integrity and the

structure of the chair we want to make

sure it's a quality product that it's

going to hold up over time and it's

really important to what we do.

I think that you really put in a lot of

little details that depending upon who

using the chair it will help them be

more comfortable right?

We use what is

called a synchronized control.

So the ride or the tilt on the chair is

real smooth it's a smooth action and

you're not fiddling around with a bunch

of paddles underneath the chair.

After a crash course with Dan I'm a bona

fide expert.

I want to find out more about the

rika chair so to show me all the very

fun ways we can make this fit anyone.

Well I'll tell you what the chair is

extremely adjustable very ergonomic

let's uh let's start with the arms the

arms are go up not down.

Let me do that.

Well that's really important for me

because I'm smaller and more petite a

lot of people will sit in this chair for

a long time and don't even realize it

does this is that the arms will pivot

inward okay to help with carpal tunnel

syndrome or something like that you've

got an arm support their arm rest and

you can reach still retracted back if

you had long arms you can retract it

forward if you have short arms.

So I noticed that this actually

really moves around as well much like the

arms yes if you grab the headrest yeah you

can see how it pivots you know if you

don't if you want a headrest great if you

don't a headrest where you can take a

good comes right off of the chair, you can

free float the chair or you can lock

it in four distinct positions.

Turn it forward.

Turn forward yup.

Now the chair

will recline, full recline motion oh yeah

and there's actually a case yes and

there's a tension adjustment under there

the other feature you can do with this

is lock it out in key position so as you

grab that paddle yeah you turn it turn

explain turn it back rearward real word

is now locked you just lost it in the

upright position so you have four

distinct locking position.

Tes I love

that you thought of everything and I

love that you care enough to give all of

these features and for our company this

is perfect, I feel like I could sit in

this chair for a very long time and be

very comfortable.

That's what we want to

hear.

Buzz seating really thought of

everything when they made the rika chair

the rika chair has black mesh backing

three leather seat colors aluminum

package synchro tilt with four position

lock tilt tension adjustment seat slider

and adjustable lumbar support multifunction arms and can hold

up to 300

pounds.

Well Dan you have taught me so

much about buzz seating and about the

rika chairs but you know who also knows

a lot about them?

Who's that?

Our editors because they've had them for the

last few months so I think maybe you

should hear about what they think.

I would love

to do that.

Okay let's head on over and

See them.

Hey Alex how are you?

Hey!

Can I bother you for a minute?

I have somebody I'd want you to

meet.

Sure of course.

This is Dan o'Hara from

buzz seating.

Hey Alex nice to meet you.

How are you sir?

Nice to meet you.

Likewise.

He actually helped co.

design the Rika

chair that you've been sitting in for

long.

No way?

This chair?

Yes!

I love this

chair, it's amazing!

Oh that's great to hear.

Tell me what you love about it?

The back support I'm one of the first

thing I lower from the very beginning

because it really helps me on my back you

know sitting here 8 hours a day

How the church can engage and reach Generation Z - Duration: 8:35.

In this video, you are going to learn about Generation Z and what your church can do to

reach them.

My name is Jake from Churchfront.com; this is the channel that helps church leaders grow themselves and grow their church.

Never miss out on our latest content by hitting the "subscribe" button and if you find resource helpful for your ministry, hit that "like" button as well.

I was born in 1990.

That makes me nearly 27 years old.

I'm at the age when I look at highschool and college students and start feeling old.

Has it already been almost ten years since I graduated from high school?

Over the past decade, there has been a lot of talk in the church world about my generation,

the Millennials, those born between 1980 and 1994.

I'm sure you have seen plenty of articles floating around online about what Millennials

are looking for in a church, or reasons why Millennials are leaving the church.

While many of these articles make unhelpful generalisations about my generation, I do

appreciate the attempt to understand younger generations for the sake of building the church

and sharing the gospel.

If your church is still trying to figure out how to best reach Millennials, I have good

news and bad news.

The good news is you can stop worrying so much about Millennials because we're no

longer the biggest influencers of culture.

The bad news is you have a whole new generation to learn about and start strategizing how

your church is going to reach them.

Recently my friend Spencer, a youth pastor here in Colorado, recommend that I read James

Emery White's new book, Meet Generation Z: Understanding and Reaching the New Post-Christian

World.

Being someone who is passionate about the latest research and trends in ministry, I

knew I would find this book intriguing, so I immediately downloaded it to my Kindle app

and read it in a couple of days.

In his book, James Emery White does a fantastic job helping us better understand the youngest

generation among us as well as provide insight on how to reach them effectively.

If you and your church care about reaching the next generation, then read this book.

You'll learn that the issue is not so much figuring out how to reach a particular generation.

Rather, the primary challenge the church in North America faces in the next few years

is effectively communicating the gospel in an increasingly post-Christian society.

Rather than cover all of the topics in his book, I want to share with you some basic

information about Generation Z as well as my three biggest takeaways from White's

research.

This generation consists of kids born between 1995 and 2010.

You may have heard some people consider this age range to include Millennials, but after

reading Meet Generation Z, kids born in this date range did grow up in a world different

than even a younger Millennial such as myself.

I remember life before personal computers were even a standard household item.

I remember life without cellphones and smartphones.

Apple released the iPhone my junior year of high school in 2007.

I also remember dial-up internet, slow cellular data, and Wifi hotspots being a luxury rather

than a necessity.

For most of Generation Z, they do not remember the world without smartphones, Wifi, and instant

access to the world's information via Google.

Aside from the technological distinction of Generation Z, there are a few cultural and

moral differences as well.

The kids in Generation Z were born into a time of unfortunate events.

They have already lived through the catastrophes of 9/11 and the Great Recession.

It makes you wonder if that is why dystopian stories such as the Hunger Games and Divergent

are so popular among this generation.

They have also been the first generation to grow up in a sexually fluid culture.

73% of Generation Z is for same-sex marriage.

Generation Z is the most racially diverse generation the United States has ever seen

due to the rapid growth of the Hispanic population in the last decade.

Finally, the most important distinctive of Generation Z is they are the most spiritually

illiterate generation Western Civilization has ever seen.

Since they are the children of unchurched or de-churched Generation X, they have absolutely

no knowledge of anything spiritual.

In previous decades, most people had some exposure to religion and Christianity.

Preachers like Billy Graham and the leaders of mega-church movements we see today have

appealed to people's general knowledge of the concepts of the Christianity and from

there have guided people into a life-changing and personal relationship with God.

With Generation Z, the church can no longer lean on the crutch of cultural Christianity.

In reaching this generation, we must assume that our audience has zero knowledge of who

Jesus is and what he has done.

After reading this book, here are my biggest takeaways in how it is going to affect my

ministry.

First, I think the spiritual illiteracy of this generation provides one of the greatest

opportunities the church in the west has ever seen.

In previous generations, the church had to help cultural Christians who were de-churched

overcome their preconceptions about faith, Jesus, and the church.

With Generation Z it's like working with spiritual blank slate.

We do not have to waste time undoing false popular theology or their preconceptions about

the church because they do not have any!

Their spiritual illiteracy will prove to be the strongest bridge to connecting this Generation

with God.

Although they are spiritually illiterate, we can see that this generation has a deep

longing for meaning and purpose in life which is expressed in their heavy involvement with

movements dealing with civil rights, politics, or the environment.

The church has a tremendous opportunity to provide them with an alternative to the world's

attempt to live a fulfilling life of meaning and purpose.

That does not mean the church needs to start shoving the Bible and theology down this generation's

throat.

Instead, the church should create environments for this generation to ask questions about

spirituality and let those questions determine the type of content the church can create

to engage non-believers.

Second, the church is going to need to have a voice of conviction.

It's ironic that despite the political correctness required in public discourse today, the talking

heads with the most authority and greatest following in our culture today do not beat

around the bush when it comes to sharing their convictions.

John Oliver, Stephen Colbert, Dennis Prager, and Ron Paul, are just a few public figures

I follow that prove you do not need to be politically correct to have a significant

influence on a lot of people.

Even though I do not agree with all or any of what these public figures have to say,

I admire their conviction.

It's tempting for the church to lose her prophetic voice for the sake of evangelism,

but James Emery White warns against doing this.

Not only will this result in watering down the truth of the gospel, but no one will want

to listen if your church has no conviction.

Generation Z wants to grapple with opinions and ideologies.

Even though some or many will disagree, people will only take the time to listen to words

of conviction.

Finally, the church must create snackable content to engage with Generation Z.

I love watching Casey Neistat's vlog on Youtube.

Almost every day he posts a 5-10 minute video that documents his life as a creative entrepreneur

in New York City in an entertaining way.

Apparently, 7 million other people feel the same way about his videos because that's

the number of subscribers he has.

Something that he and other successful YouTubers have discovered is the power of snackable

online content.

Whether it's creating entertaining but informative videos on YouTube or writing brief but intriguing

articles, I see this as the future of online ministry for the church.

Too many churches, especially ones with big budgets, make the mistake of capturing their

Sunday morning content, posting it online, and expecting to make a significant impact

that way.

While posting services online is not a horrible idea, the church must look at what is working

in the secular world to build an engaged audience who is excited to consume content that will

add value to their life.

To sum up my takeaway from James Emery White's book, I believe if churches want to effectively

reach Generation Z, they must start creating engaging, informative, and creative content

that answers spiritual questions with a voice of conviction.

I'm excited to start doing this in my ministry, but honestly, I do not yet know what exactly

this will look like.

I highly encourage you to read Generation Z yourself as there are many other takeaways

in it for your ministry that I did not cover here.

What are your thoughts on how the church can effectively reach the next Generation?

If your church has found innovative and effective ways to reach Generation Z, let me know in

the comments below!

How Continuous Authentication Is Enhancing Cloud Access Management - Duration: 2:11.

Authentication has changed.

With a token, password or fingerprint – authentication was a simple decision: The system validates

your identity and either allows or denies access to an application.

Pretty simple.

But good 'ol tokens are being replaced by other types of authentication such as context,

behavioral attributes and mobile attributes.

You're probably thinking that this is old news.

Well yes and no.

We all know what context-based authentication is.

But things get interesting when context-based authentication becomes part of cloud access

management Thanks to newer technologies, authentication

has become a continuous process.

Continuous Authentication assesses a range of attributes such as IP address, mobile parameters,

known device, or operating system continuously, verifying a person's identity each time

they log into an application.

In fact, it can do so without the user even knowing.

Let's take a look at how this works.

The IT manager sets an authentication policy for Salesforce that requires a simple username

and password if a user is logging on from the office, and Push authentication when the

user is logging in remotely.

When I get to the office in the morning, I authenticate with a password and I'm in.

Later, I pull out my iPad and log in to Salesforce during lunch.

I use a simple password because I'm still in the office and logging in from an allowed

IP address.

Later on in the evening when I log in from my PC at home, I authenticate by approving

the Push notification sent to my phone.

Throughout the day, the access management service is humming along in the background,

monitoring my access attributes and making sure I used the appropriate authentication

method each time I logged into Salesforce.

Context-based authentication offers many frictionless ways of verifying a person's identity.

When it becomes part of an access policy, it allows us to balance user convenience with

the ability to apply granular access controls for cloud applications.

And this is why continuous authentication – which is based on context-based authentication

- is a foundation of cloud access management.

Ask the Vet - What is ringbone? - Duration: 4:44.

SARAH: "I recently discovered that my horse has ringbone."

Bummer.

"He is on a joint supplement for now,

but what else can you do to treat and prevent ringbone?

What exactly is it, and how long until I will see side effects?

I am in close contact with my vet, as well."

She's obviously heard your answers before.

"My horse is a four-year-old OTTB gelding."

DR LYDIA GRAY: Four-year-old ringbone.

That's a little bit sad, because ringbone is progressive.

OK.

So, her questions are kind of embedded in there,

and one of them was, "What is it?"

SARAH: Yep.

DR LYDIA GRAY: So, it's clearly a layman's term

that we use to describe this, but it's really bony growth

around either the short pastern bone, the long pastern

bone, or the pastern or coffin joints.

So, depending on where it is, you

have a little bit different prognosis.

But at four years old, that's fairly early.

SARAH: And so, for people who aren't

familiar with all those different bones, where are

we talking about on the horse?

DR LYDIA GRAY: So, if you start at the ground,

the bone that's in the horse's hoof

is called P3 or the coffin bone or the first phalanx.

Then the second bone, and the joint is right at the level

where the hoof stops--

so the coronary band-- the second bone

is the short pastern bone, or P2.

And the next bone is P1, or the long pastern bone.

Then you get to the ankle, fetlock, and the cannon bone.

So it's that short distance from the hoof to the ankle.

The pastern.

If it's articular-- meaning the new bone growth--

because of instability, maybe trauma,

perhaps poor conformation, poor shoeing or footing--

if the new bone growth is around the joint, then it's articular

and it's arthritis.

If it's on the pastern bone itself,

then it's periarticular, it's not arthritis.

Still not great, though.

What other questions does she have?

We covered what is it and how to diagnose it.

SARAH: How long until she'll see side effects.

DR LYDIA GRAY: I'm curious what prompted her to get her vet out

to diagnose it.

But the things you see with ringbone

is a short, choppy stride, perhaps

some tripping or stumbling or shuffling,

and it can be outright lameness, like head bobbing,

I don't want to put weight on this leg, it hurts.

But it's really a range of motion is affected.

So they can't break over at the pastern ankle or hoof.

And, sometimes the hoof itself gets

squared off-- the toe get squared off,

because they're just not breaking over.

They're not lifting the foot up above the ground.

So, hard to say, without knowing where

it is, how long it will be.

But she must be seeing something already if she already

has a diagnosis.

SARAH: One of the other questions

hidden in this question was prevention,

which is always a tough one.

Is there anything that people can

do if they are starting with a young horse?

And, obviously, we love acronyms here at SmartPak.

But for those of you not familiar,

OTTB, off-the-track Thoroughbred.

DR LYDIA GRAY: Oh, OK.

I'm like, there was an acronym in there?

SARAH: I know, it was hidden.

DR LYDIA GRAY: I'm acronym blind.

SARAH: It's true.

So, obviously having a horse come off the track,

you can't do much about what's already happened.

But if somebody were starting a young horse,

is there things that put their horse more at risk

or less, in terms of prevention, being proactive

about this kind of problem?

DR LYDIA GRAY: Well, when you're getting a new horse--

this is going to sound terrible--

but that's one of the reasons you do a pre-purchase exam,

to find out what the horse has going on,

and if it's something that has a good prognosis

or a poor prognosis, will it continue

to degrade or degenerate.

The only thing you can do is really make sure

that your hoof care is of high quality.

So, it doesn't matter if you're barefoot or shod, or whatever,

just that the angle's appropriate,

that the hoof angle matches the pastern angle, that you don't

go too long between trims.

You've really got to have a good working

relationship with your hoof care provider, your farrier.

And, you know, footing, and working, conditioning,

and that sort of thing.

But really, it comes down to the hoof care,

I think, is the only thing you can really do.

She's already on a joint supplement,

that's a great idea.

I really can't think of anything else.

HOW TO MAKE A STRAPLESS JUMPSUIT - Duration: 4:42.

Hi everyone, wellcome to my YouTube channel Becky's DIY solutions.

In this video I'm gonna show you how to make a strapless jumpsuit like this

Recently, when I was looking for something to sew for this spring, I saw this satin jumpsuit

on the internet and I loved it!

It's from Solace London, but it was quite expensive for me to buy.

So, I thought why I don't try to make a similar one to this.

I didn't have any satin fabric and instead of satin, it seemed it would also be a good

idea to make a jumpsuit from this colorful, wonderful fabric.

Although I'm not 100% sure, it may be "georgette", but it also looks like that it includes a

little nylon inside – i don't know.

Anyway, it's very light and has a pretty bouncy look, and I'm quite happy with the

result.

If you want your jumpsuit not to wrinkle too much and to look more stable, I strongly recommend

to buy this kind of fabric – georgette Ok, let's begin!

You'll need a big piece of fabric, an invisible zipper and some paper to be used for making

pattern.

The fabric I used was very slippery, so I first made a pattern for the jumpsuit pieces

– one for the front and one for the back.

To make these patterns, I used wide leg-flare-pants and a tank top.

If you don't have any flare pants, don't worry – you can use any simple jeans and

widen the legs on the both sides when making the pattern.

Just keep in mind that you need to make the legs as wide as you can.

Fold the pants and the tank top in half and place them on the pattern paper.

Draw a line surrounding the pants and the tank top like this for the back piece.

For the front piece, draw a line again surrounding one side of the pant and one side of the tank

top, and on the otherside, draw a straight line beginning from the end of the leg, without

narrowing it.

Then, take the fabric and fold it in half as right sides together.

Pin the pattern pieces to the fabric and start cutting by leaving 1 cm extra on the each

side.

Now you have 2 front and 2 back pieces.

Place one front piece and one back piece as right sides together and sew the legs and

the whole side like this and make a zig-zag stitch over the raw edges.

And repeat the same step for the other pieces.

Afterwards, get the two pieces together from the crotch and sew along the front top.

For the back, sew only until the wrist part, where the zipper will be attached.

Then, zigzag stitch over the raw edges including these sides <<fermuarın geleceği kenarlar>>.

Now it's time to attach the zipper!

I always get confused when attaching a zipper, but somehow I felt so confident when dealing

with this and ta-daa, I sewed on the wrong sides!!

I had to repeat the process all over again because of this.

Don't do like me if you're not sure and check for a good tutorial before attaching

a zipper.

So, after the zipper is placed, hem the top egdes with a straight stitch.

If you have a blind hem foot, you can use it as well for the egdes.

Then, put on your unfinished jumpsuit and check the top line on the front.

Fold the excess fabric on the each side equally and pin them near the mid-line until the jumpsuit

exactly fits your body.

Sew a straight stitch over these parts and make a final check for the leg length.

After the length is ok, hem the both legs all the way around and that's it!

Your jumpsuit is ready to wear!

WB6K8 - Replacing Your GE Range's Top Support - AP2625909, 264356, PS254928 - Duration: 2:24.

Hi, I'm Mike and today we are going to be replacing the top support on your GE range model.

For this repair you're going to need a V 2.5 Hex Bit.

To begin our repair we are going to lift up on the hood of the range.

So, it is locked into place.

So, the support is going to be located right here.

Keep in mind that this repair is going to be the same as the other side.

We're going to first take our hex bit and take out the screw that holds the support

to the inside of the top of the range.

Then we are going to hold on to the top of the range with our other hand and we're going

to pop the bottom of the support out and the inside of the top support out of the top hood.

Now, you're going to grab your new OEM replacement support, if you don't have one of these parts

already, you can find one on our online store.

We're going to take our new support and we're going to slide it through the top of the range

hood and line it up with the screw hole along the top of the range.

We're just going to screw in our support.

And we're just going to do it enough so it is taut and it is staying in place.

We're going to take the bottom of this support and we're going to push it into this bottom

hole, right here,

until it clicks just like that.

Then we are just going to screw in the top of the support, tight into the top of the range.

So, once that support is screwed into the top of the range, you can go ahead and push

both of the supports in and drop the hood of the range down.

And your repair is complete.

Thanks for watching our video.

Sparkling Cider from Rougemont | WE ARE THE BEST - Duration: 3:01.

- I'm in Rougemont, in the province of Québec,

in the beautiful Michel Jodoin cellar.

It's in the surrounding valley that we find

most of the hard cider producers in the country.

Actually, 80% of the whole Canadian production

is made here in Québec.

Michel Jodoin is a North American pioneer when it comes

to sparkling hard cider.

His sparkling rosé is known

for its delicate bubbles and tender pink colour.

Thanks to the production techniques that preserve

the exceptional quality of the apples, the country

has earned a place for itself

and a lot of respect on the world's cider market.

That's why we are the best.
