So a lot of times when people are create their Instagram account they want to actually have a team based

Hey guys today, we're gonna talk about weight loss and how to do it

for weight loss. Before we dive right in I want to say that weight loss is not equal to fat loss

Drink water I know you guys might have heard it so many times before but it's there for a reason.

when I'm super thirsty or at home I use bigger bottles like this one.

Exercise. I know I know guys. Some of you guys don't like exercising

Yes, you can lose weight without any exercise programs

However, if you want faster and better result exercise should be included in the program

But the good news is that exercise should not need to be the one that you do not enjoy

You could do a lot of different kind of forms of exercise for example running swimming dancing and so on.so I suggest you

is do some kind of cardio and add in some of the resistant training

And I guarantee you that you will find fast results

Number 3. It's one of the most difficult thing to do and everyone falls back on this one

It's nutrition

Weight loss is about 80% nutrition and 20% exercise or if not 90 to 10%

include all the food groups like

Carbs, protein and fats

Limit yourself or just cut it out

Junk food, processed food, and whatever the food includes lots of chemicals

go for the real whole organic if possible and

nutritious food

Food is fuel for your body. It is what keeps you alive it is one basic things that you require in order to survive

I'm not telling you to restrict yourself from anything. Eat anything you like but in moderation

Restrictive diets and fad diets they do not work

They might be working for some like a quick fixes, but however in the long run. Nope!

moving on to number four. It's sleep and rest. Is anyone out there who do not get enough sleep every night

Sleep plays a huge role in maintaining your weight loss program. That's because when you put in your body into

workouts and trainings eyes can be tired

It's gonna need a lot of press and time to recover your muscles need time to grow

so consider getting at least seven to eight hours of sleep daily

I don't wanna sound hypocritical though

educate yourself

I don't mean in any ways that you should get a degree in nutrition or Dietetics

However if you educate yourself about the nutrients in the foods

About the calories that you're consuming in the food

You'll be able to track your progress like a pro

Do some researches like it doesn't need to be a huge one

You could just go out check out on youtube , read some blog articles or anything

I mean education is free out there guys. so learn something about nutrition or about the kind of

exercise that you should be doing

Last but not the least number six

I cannot stress out how

Important number six is. If you don't do this number six you're never ever ever going to lose weight, so what's that?

What's number six?

It's consistency

Consistency is the key

Every time you get out of the track of eating healthy and working out if you just messed up your weight loss pr ogram

Then what you're gonna need to do is go back to square one start doing all of the things that I just said before

drink more water do exercises regularly

Eat a lot of real

Wholesome nutritious foods. No matter

how many times you fall off the wagon

you need to be a boss of your own and you need to get back on the track because consistency is the key and

This could be applied not only for weight loss, but a lot of different parts of your life

Google some motivational quotes or videos. They could do wonders. I mean motivation does not come every day

everyone gets demotivated anytime

every time you think you're falling down. Just get back. You just pick up yourself

Don't be too harsh on yourself guys be kind

Crush the workout crush your nutrition plan make a lot of huge delicious meal the next time you're having

VOLKSWAGEN STILL FINALIZING NAME FOR SMALLER ATLAS SUV - Duration: 2:24.

is called the Atlas Cross Sport.
