Friend and partner of Salinas de Gortari.

So he left that the fertilizer factory almost transform in scrap metal.
and ohh Surprise.
Peña Nieto (current President) arrived and in the year 2014.
He bought the factory.
It cost at least 50 millions dollars.
And they paid for this wrecked factory 500 millions dollars.
Besides the government is investing 500 millions dollars to restore.
But in this moment it cost to the public funds, public budget that is Mexican money.
1,000 million dollars.
How did they make this agreement?
In the high levels Salinas with Peña Nieto.

This is the main Mexico problem the corruption.
This is what we are going to eliminate.

He came to me to tell me that OHL (Construction Company) wanted to buy the road we built.
In this way the second level road could be a private road.
I think the construction company offered him 300 million dollars.
According to them that money could be use in Public Construction in the city.
I told him not We can´t allow it.
That is why there is a division from the flag to there is a Public road from the flag to here is a Private road. It´s charge.
I don´t like it.
The Citizen pay taxes why will pay they taxes again?.
If they pay taxes with that tax the government has resources to work on it.
It can´t be besides the tax paid to use a service they need to pay to transit.
That´s the Public Construction privatizing.
I think my work as Mexico City mayor was good.
We heard the people necessities and worked in that.

We´re going to reach to an agreement, in this case the same construction volume could be translated to Santa Lucia Airport.
In this way we resolved the problem besides We saved and won´t have the sinking problem.
Because it´ll cost so much money to refill this area.
Texcoco Lagoon area.
But it´s not only the cost of the foundation now days.

Construct an Airport with this measurements.

Now after the Earthquake i´ts necessary build approx. 50,000 new housing.
