The advice that I'd always give to young drivers and and car drivers is that
they have to have fun. You know? I see many karting kids
that enjoy driving but this is more the excitement of the parents and how much
pressure they have and how much the father likes that race and how much
pressure they put in the kid and at the end of the day you start having no fun
because you see your father not happy, you see your father asking another
different thing that you didn't make it on that race so that's the
worst thing that can happen. So first of all this is a sport
and you need to have fun.
If the results are coming if you are competitive you will come
because you have the talent and because it was your moment, not because you push
an extra five percent to a kid you know that is just there enjoying.
So number one rule enjoy what you do.
I think karting is the best school of everything. Of all the categories I think
you have the pure racing when you drive cars especially when you drive cars with
low grip or in wet condition or something like that I think your skills
develop much, much quicker. I think the racing, the close racing in
karting helped me when I went to single-seaters because normally in karting you
have a lot of contact, you have a lot of overtaking manoeuvres and those kind of
strategy and defensive moves and things like that were very, very useful in
single-seaters in all my career.
The high speed corners is the pure
adrenaline for a racing driver. I think the slow speed corners is something
that, it's not that we don't like, but in a way is the easiest thing you brake as
late as possible you turn in and you go on throttle as as soon as possible
but on the high speed corners is where the skills are demanding there and you need to
trust the car, you need to trust your machine, you need to commit to the corner
you have to have no fear, you have to sometimes even close one eye you know?
And go on throttle! I used to say that I normally race with a dark visor
because the less you see, the faster you are!
It depends which driver you are overtaking and which line they are
taking into the into the corner so, it's a good strategy always to wait two or
three laps and understand what is the lines that they are using and after that
commit to your line. Sometimes it is from the outside, but you know you have more
room to brake later, you have more room to have more space on the track but
you need to judge also the grip on the outside, that there is no marbles there
are no other things that may interfere with a manoeuvre
sometimes you try to confuse the guy in front, taking the slipstream, go on the
inside or the outside, and then suddenly change on the other side and then just
commit to that line. Sometimes you need to get lucky because if the guy in front
of you didn't understood that manoeuvre maybe you touch each other
and it's the end of the race for both.
I think the starts requires a calm approach even if it sounds the opposite
but you need to be very calm. The start requires very precise movement on the throttle
on the clutch position, on the temperature and the tires, how you warm
up the tires before stopping the car on the grid and then of those moments you
need to be exactly on the point you know and very precise with all the movements you do.
So if you're calm maybe you reach those perfect positions, if you are a
little bit overexcited, if you have too much pressure that race, if there are
external factors that are affecting you in that moment normally you are not
hundred percent precise and the starts tend to be worse
So if I was good at the starts, normally in my career is because I try to
be as calm as possible in that moment.
We use simulation and simulator for
practice and to develop the car also with the engine, but from a driver point of view
practicing the starts, memorizing these movements, get all the automatons
that you need to use on the car is part of our training and more you use better you get.
The engineering era that we are living in now, you know where everything is
dictated by the simulation, by the computers, by everything is good.
It's helping the performance, it's helping maximizing these machines. But at the end
of the day you need to trust the human behind the steering wheel.
I remember a couple of years ago and I have one race that the engineer kept telling me that
it was not raining you know? If we will stay out another five laps and I was in
the radio screaming "It's raining!" you know, "I cannot keep the car on the track!"
it's raining, I see the the the drop of rain and they were
saying "No no, the computer is saying that it will rain is seven minutes"
and I said "No put the hand out of the pit wall and you will see that it's raining!"
you know, "I need to stop now!" So definitely, technology it helps but there is always the
the human behind the steering wheel and the driver
will always be the most important part.

From its higher dangling setup to its available carbon-fiber cargo bed and the brand-new MultiPro
tailgate, the 2019 Sierra AT4 is a direct kill from all the regions of the prow -- or
cargo bunks, if you prefer -- of staunch challengers like the Ford F -150, Dodge Ram and Toyota
Tundra .
Revealed tonight in New York City, ahead of this week's New York International Auto Show,
the truck may seem to be in a strange place.
Then again, with the amount of tire-swallowing potholes currently scattered all over the
Big Apple, a rugged truck like the Sierra AT4 could be the perfect vehicle for either
off-road outings or an especially bumpy commute .
Riding two inches higher than high standards 2019 Sierra, the AT4 comes with standard boasts
like all-wheel-drive with a two-speed transportation occurrence, locking rear differential, Rancho
monotube shock absorbers specially designed for off-roading, along with skid platefuls
and 18- or 20 -inch composite rotates fitted with all-terrain tires or optional, mud-loving
Goodyear Wrangler Duratecs .
Hill descent control and GMC's Traction Select system are also standard.
The latter of these two tells the move have been selected to preset drive modes, suitable
for various types of terrain and weather conditions.

mask a coffee scrub a coffee exfoliator a coffee face mask or
whatever you want to call this the only thing you need is one ingredient and
that's just some coffee grinds this simple face mask is made with only one
ingredient guys and it's really meant to stimulate circulation really give you
useful alert vibrant awake skin you know exactly what a cup of coffee does okay
so because this is the DIY natural face week I'm not gonna use a mask face brush
today I'm just gonna go right in with my fingers and scoop up a bunch of coffee
grinds oh no this could get really messy it's falling everywhere already I've
made a huge mess already okay now this is interesting this is gonna be great
for exfoliation oh my gosh the coffee grinds are falling everywhere oh oh my
gosh it's falling everywhere guys Trevor what are you doing
what what are you doing okay guys so there's a couple amazing benefits with
the topical use of caffeine it's actually said to stimulate hair growth
as well as increased circulation it's also a potent antioxidant that's really
going to help protect the skin from aging
increase the production of elastin and collagen in your own skin I mean amazing
it's also said to reduce inflammation and redness no guys I've heard some
crazy uses for coffee I've heard everything from using it as a
self-tanner using it as a hair dye you can use it on your entire body as an
exfoliator supposedly it works amazing for cellulite no I love coffee so I love
the smell of this face mask I do feel like I got a really good exfoliation as
I was applying it around the face now to see if it helps reduce redness to snatch
up under my eye contour area because I want to
go woken up know everything I read online it says that you can do this mask
one or two times a week in my personal life when I'm not on YouTube I always
face masks in the morning so this is a face mask that I think I would do all
the time because I make a coffee every morning so like how amazing just make
your morning coffee do a nice face mask rinse it off and you should feel so
awake on the outside in the inside magic okay so I'm just gonna leave this face
mask on for about 20 minutes then I'm gonna give it a rinse off I'll meet you
guys right back here and we'll see the results all right guys it's been about
25 minutes since I've had the face mask on let me tell you when I was washing it
off it was a little bit painful because those coffee grinds are not the smallest
so I had to go very gently just in circular motions around the skin but I
will say the coffee grinds were pretty rough so that being said make sure if
you try this mask at home to go very gently when you rinse it off that can be
the downside to some of those physical exfoliators they can actually be rough
and damage the skin so make sure being very gentle now my skin doesn't feel
hydrated at all it actually feels pretty dry but I mean I didn't expect the
coffee to hydrate my skin very much if I wanted hydration I could have added
honey that would have added a little bit of moisture in there as well but I
really wanted to see just how the caffeine how the coffee worked on its
own so definitely no hydration but my skin does feel very smooth from the
exfoliation alter my forehead here is very smooth along my eyes along my nose
over all of my build up is that that's all very smooth which is exactly what I
would have expected now I will say that my skin does look pretty bright alert
and awake and it could look like some of the redness has actually disappeared I
do have red undertones in my skin so I'm always looking for things to combat
redness but as far as increasing circulation boosting collagen boosting
elastin all of those things will take time and repeated use anyway guys that
is a wrap on my do-it-yourself Coffee facemask DIY coffee face masks so many
uses for coffee grinds I have learned so many things this week like using olive
oil honey sugar coffee green tea testing with these at home face masks and DIY

It was a tough decision just to do high jump this year.
I've been a heptathlete and multi-eventer all my life
so I've never known anything different training-wise.
I did initially think the training's going to be down so much and I won't need to split my studies...
I'll have so much time but you kind of forget that being a high jumper... you're still training five times a week.
You're still training hard; it's just a different kind of work.
I'm not 100 per cent sure if I'm still going to just do high jump.
I'll probably decide after Commonwealth Games and see how that is
but, yeah, I decided to just focus on that because it's obviously such a short time
between the Commonwealths and the start the season.
Although I'll still only be 20 when I'm out there, I do feel like I've been on the teams for quite a long time now.
It's three or four years at senior level so I think I've kind of transitioned from junior into senior.
Now I kind of want to establish myself at the senior.
To medal at the Commonwealths would mean a lot to me.
I missed out in 2014... I chose the World Juniors instead of the Commonwealths
because I felt like I was in more of a position to do well at the junior level
whereas now I feel like I've stepped up a bit more and, yeah, I can kind of compete at that senior level now.

Now, you have to have an account with MailChimp,
so you'll end up paying for that account with them.
But, this particular plug-in that allows this type
of integration, and it's gonna give you the type
of features you're about to see, all for free.
So, let's take a look and see what they're up to,
and what they've been able to do.

But, one of the things they're talking about
is that MailChimp will automatically generate
an automated email to send to customers suggested items.

You don't have to do it!
All you have to do is give permission
for MailChimp to send out these emails.
It's going to pull products from your website,
put them in an email for you, and blast it out
to any subscribers or any customers
that have already been on your site.
They will also do it for abandoned carts.
This is incredible!
If you ever have had a e-commerce store
you know that one of the worst things to ever have
is an abandoned cart sitting there.
How do you get that customer back,
they were this close to putting in their credit card.
This system will send them a reminder
and say, "Hey, you were looking at this sweater,
"it's in your cart, would you like to click now?"
It's a really cool tool, and, again, all totally automated.
You don't have to mess with it.
It'll also allow you to grab some
really cool analytics and data from your customers,
so that you can understand your audience,
even more so than Google Analytics is gonna allow you to do.
So, please, please, take a look at this

'cause I'm just talking about a couple
that they've got on here.
It's just really phenomenal what MailChimp and WordPress

and conditions. Sellers are looking for a good price, the most convenient closing,
and least amount of conditions. In a seller's market, buyers just want to GET
a house. Here are some things buyers can do to protect themselves and give themselves
the best chance to win. Sellers often want a firm offer with NO conditions.
None. Nada. Make sure you protect yourself! You
can still get your financing approved before the offer date. Send your mortgage
advisor the listing and the amount you're willing to pay. Add another 50
thousand to that. You just want a commitment letter from any lender saying
they are willing to lend you the money for this particular house. Having a
commitment from a lender is better than just the pre-approval, so we just need a
lender that's willing to lend us a mortgage for this particular house. We
can still rate shop afterwards. I would never tell you to waive a home
inspection condition. But it definitely doesn't help us in a multiple offer
situation! You can get a home inspection before the offer date. Yeah, that means
you're spending $500 on an inspection on a house that you didn't even buy yet- but
this will allow us to be protected and make sure we know what we're getting
ourselves into, and ultimately it gives us the best chance to win. Sellers, if you
want top dollar for your house I would get a pre inspection done and give it to
everybody! You can also bring a deposit check to the offer presentation. A
contract isn't legally binding unless it receives consideration. A deposit would
be the consideration. You can also attach a letter or a video of you and your
family. Let the sellers know who you are! put a

we started to compare documents from various annual periods,

or use of air conditioning or heating.
We did a one-to-one comparison.

I am really thrilled by the vehicle's many freewheeling phases.
Considering the whole driving mode,
we are in the range of 25% freewheeling mode.
If we have a freewheeling phase of 25% over the entire route,
we need less fuel, and this is surely also due to the new gearbox
which enables disengagement and makes freewheeling easier
and thus the difference can be achieved.

you added 50 and 20 to find the answer, the answer that was a mystery; we can call it
a mystery because we don't know what number fills the gap!
This mystery can be solved, by smart brains like yours but until then we name it something,
just like your name is a word too.
so, x, y, z, a, b, i ...new mystery, new name.
But with attention and sharpness, you can solve it.
you just have to feel the situation.
Example: b+ 5 = 20

Here b is our mystery!
so to solve it, we must deal with everything we know.
In b+ 5 = 20, you take 5 to the right hand side, and whenever you change the side of a number,
its sign changes.
5 is on the left hand side as (+) sign, right hand side it becomes negative.
b= 20-5
b= 15
now in your mind, you have to make an equation everytime you see a problem
Likewise if i say that i got 20 books and total 5 kids are waiting for them
If I distribute those books equally among them, how many books will each child get
This is a world problem.
The mystery is over here the number of books each child will get.
so make a word problem right away.
Name the mystery as x.
we have to divide 20 books among 5 kids
So, 20/5=x
Now the answer is 4.
