EXTENDED 18 MONTHS PARENTAL

LEAVE.

IN THIS YEAR'S BUDGET LOOK FOR

OTHER THINGS --

MONEY TO PUSH WOMEN INTO

LEADERSHIP ROLES, ENCOURAGING

THEM TO PICK UP NEW TRAINING AND

SKILLS AND TRYING TO GET MORE

WOMEN INTO S.T.E.M. -- SCIENCE,

TECHNOLOGY, ENGINEERING AND

MATH.

THE ECONOMIC ARGUMENTS FOR DOING
