It's Luna from Perfect Homes.

Today I'm going to be showing you

this beautiful condo

at the Resort Condo

near Sirikit International Convention.

Let's go and check it out.

The total space of this condo

is 89 sq. m.

It has one big bedroom

and one big bathroom.

And now I'm standing at the living room.

As you can see,

it is very spacious.

Everything is beautiful.

You can add stuff, if you like.

And over here is the dining table.

It's very cute.

And right next to the dining table

is the kitchen.

We have the induction fan,

electronic gas stove,

and the sink and refrigerator.

Lovely.

Everything looks so bright.

Now let me show you the bathroom.

So there are two entrances for the bathroom.

One from the kitchen area

and one from the bathroom.

So when you are in here,

as you can see,

there's this big bathtub.

And you have two big closets.

There's this beautiful mirror.

Very nice.

We have the sink in the middle.

Again, beautiful mirror.

Really lovely.

And if you walk over here

is the bedroom.

The bedroom is also very nice.

It looks very wide and open.

So we're done for today.

hi and welcome to parent hacks here on hook lyfe today today we have for you a

way that you can build your kid's kitchen set so that they can play

a lot of wish list on birthdays and Christmas lists and holidays is for a

kitchen set and this is something you can do whether you have one or not we

take a lot of our old empty spices and stuff and we let Boston play with these

they pretend like he is adding his own spices into his food I take our old

drink canisters where we have orange grape and raspberry and he can make his

own concoctions and things that he likes he also likes just empty containers that

we have and some things that you would think that you would throw away would be

perfect for your child and their creativity is endless this was a Teavana

box that we had and I was going to throw away and it has a cool drawer where you

pull it out and had all these pretty teas in it but Boston has decided to

store his brownie toppings in it sometimes I catch him putting the Legos

in there and the bad guys are on the inside and he's trying got spider-man on

the outside trying to to get to the bad guy he even has a fingerling and a

little bear that he loves to put to sleep in there so it becomes a bed

there's also little things where he has cereal this may only work for a couple

of days to a week these are pretty destructible but it's inexpensive for

you if you're already buying this cereal let your child play with the box and

it's just an easy way to rotate their kitchen supplies and stuff so we have

the oatmeal we have popcorn all kids love these

things once they trash it and throw away with it it didn't cost you an extra dime

you didn't have to go buy a special kit for fifteen or twenty dollars for them

to tear up this was free and something from throw away anyway so join us again

Hi there. My name is Kevin Lewis I'm a second year Creative Computing student

and I'm running to be your next Student Union president. For the last two years

I've run Hacksmiths, the student-run tech society here at the college. And

this, along with my previous work experience, I think makes me the perfect

candidate to be effective in fighting for your views. Over the last couple of

months I've spoken to dozens of students around how they feel the Student Union

can improve and I've used this as a basis to write my manifesto so what will

I do?

The first thing I plan to do is to push for smarter use of our current campus space

creating more productive working environments across campus. Next I want

to continue an expand support for Liberate my Degree making sure that alternative

reading lists are easily accessible online, and also to run a series of

events to stimulate conversation around this material. Next I will fight for

better accessibility in academia making sure that there are handouts in good

time on the VLE and that they all meet a certain standard of accessibility,

working with departments of course to make this happen.

Finally, I want to make sure that communication between the Students Union

and you, the students - our members, is improved so you actually know what's

going on in enough time to make decisions and hopefully come along to

more events and activities which are exciting to you.

So I've been talking to students around how they want

to see the Students Union improved and here's what I'm going to do to make that

happen. Firstly I'm going to reach out to

students more regularly to understand their thoughts, their views, and concerns

rather than assuming them. Next I'm going to work more closely with our part-time

officers, our student groups and our department reps through our more

successful campaigns than ever before. Finally I'm going to ensure that

your Officers are more accountable with more regular and easy to read reports

both of what they've managed to do successfully and progress on all their

various manifesto promises. If you ask anyone to describe me they'd be able to

do it in three points - I listen, I take action, and I get stuff done. There's more

12 songs in Cheetah's new album deemed unfit for KBS + agency says no changes will be made in lyrics

12 songs in Cheetahs new album deemed unfit for KBS + agency says no changes will be made in lyrics.

  Cheetah is keeping her album as it is despite KBSs ban.    On February 23, C9 Entertainment revealed that 12 out of the 18 tracks in Cheetahs new album 28 IDENTITY were deemed unfit for KBS broadcast.

  Cheetahs new title track Ill Be There, as well as following tracks PS, Seoul Country Men, Bend Over, Good Times, Lip Service, Day Dream, Minuet, Happening, Blurred Lines, Slow Down, and Prime Time failed to pass the KBS review. Five tracks were also banned by SBS for vulgar language.          However, Cheetah will not be making any changes to the lyrics.

The agency stated, Its unfortunate that part of Cheetahs full album was deemed unfit for broadcast but in order to keep the original intentions and meanings of the songs, there will not be changes in the lyrics for reevaluation.   28 IDENTITY will be released on February 28.   .
