While the future of work changes, cutting education makes life harder for our kids - Duration: 1:52.

Over the past five years – this is in 2016 - the occupational groups that contributed

most to employment growth in Australia were health care, social assistance, and professional,

scientific and technical services, offsetting falls in manufacturing, agriculture, forestry,

fishing and mining.

It is all changing, right before our eyes.

What are the skills that are needed?

Well this report indicates that they are skills in creativity, problem solving, advanced reasoning,

complex judgement, social interaction and emotional intelligence.

These are all skills that we need to invest more in.

Lifelong education and training for all Australians is needed to prepare both young and old for

new and different jobs and employment models.

So, this is what we know is going to hit.

This is what we know is going to change Australia's workplaces.

And it is this higher-intensity level of skill development - embedding that into future Australians

- that we need to see, more not less, spent on education.

And let me make this point: ever since becoming an MP back in 2010 I have become profoundly

conscious that the decisions made in this place matter.

Regardless of what people may or may not say about politics, the decisions that get made

here do impact people.

The decisions to do things - but, importantly, also the decisions not to do things - matter.

In this case, it's not that we are able - because of the 22 billion that might be

foregone – to go back and fix things.

There will be young people going through school who will not have the level of support that

they need, and we cannot go back and fix that up, because once the funding is not there

and the teaching is not provided, those people will be affected, future generations will

be affected.

Vote for Future Four! - Duration: 0:59.

Did you hear Johnny got deployed last week?

Again?

That's terrible.

It seems like these days everyone's getting sent overseas.

I don't understand why we keep putting our citizens on the line for other peoples' conflicts.

I think it's time to bring our boys home.

Well, have you heard of Future Four?

Under Future Four, America will embrace the ideals set forth by our founding fathers.

By building an independent nation, we will ensure American prosperity, putting our citizens

first.

Distanced from foreign affairs, you can trust that your tax dollars will be put towards

building a better tomorrow.

You're right.

I'm voting for Future Four, for a better America.

Let's bring our boys home.

Camilla Parker Bowls speaks for first time about marrying into Royal Family - Duration: 2:12.

The Duchess of Cornwall says she never thinks about becoming Queen.

As she approaches her 70th birthday in July, Camilla spoke for the first time about her

relationship with the Prince of Wales and the pressures of marrying into the Royal Family

. She told the Mail on Sunday:"Sometimes you

get up in the morning and think you cant do it and you just have to."

Twelve years after the Windsor wedding which sealed a love affair stretching back to the

early 1970s, the former Camilla Parker Bowles admits that she was once almost a prisoner

in her own home.

It followed the news that she and Prince Charles had rekindled their relationship.

For a year she was barely able to leave the house, fearful of public hostility and press

hounding.

She passed the time reading and learning to paint.

"I couldnt really go anywhere," she says.

"But the children came and went as normal.

they just got on with it and so did great friends.

"It was horrid.

It was a deeply unpleasant time and I wouldnt want to put my worst enemy through it."

She speaks affectionately about her brother Mark Shand , who died in 2014 after a fall

in New York.

"Mark always wanted something.

When I heard his voice on the phone saying 'Camillsy',I knew immediately that he wanted

something.

But God, I miss him."

In the UK she relaxes by spending time in her own home, Ray Mill in Wiltshire, where

she scrambles breakfast eggs on her Aga and entertains her five grandchildren.

She is a fan of Nordic noir crime shows on television and reads Robert Harris novels

and books from the Booker Prize list.

She is also devoted to her Jack Russells Beth and Bluebell.

Camilla says she takes each day as it comes and does not think about any possible accession.

If ever she became too uppity, she says, her friends would simply tell her: "Pull yourself

together.

Dont be so bloody grand"
