Black Fly Presents Weird Acts of Self Love
Number One: You don't have to wait for a fiance to have your perfect wedding.
Yasmin Eleby proved this, by marrying herself after not finding the perfect husband after
reaching 40.
Friends and family of Eleby all attended this one woman marriage in January, 2015.
There was a cake, flowers and ten bridesmaids.
The only thing missing was the husband to be!
Okay, it's not a legal marriage.
But according to Eleby it was more of a metaphoric wedding; a lesson to all that you have to
love yourself.
Number Two: Masanobu Sato is a master and a legend when it comes to loving yourself.
He found himself as a world record holder after masturbating for almost 10 hours straight!
Unfortunately for Masanobu, Guinness has not awarded him an official record (and probably
want nothing to do with it) - but he has a firm grasp on multiple champions (yes, they
exist) and isn't stopping soon!
Number Three: Guinness has, however, awarded "The Rock" a record for self love - but no,
not for Masanobu's form of it.
Mr Johnson has the award for most selfies taken in 3 minutes.
At the premiere of motion picture "San Andreas", he took 105 selfies.
According to the superstar, all that selfie taken was a big workout for his stacked arms.
Though maybe he should hire Masanobu as his next personal trainer.
Number Four: You don't need to told that dictators are totally in love with themselves.
That's obvious enough.
But the Turkmanistan leader takes it to another level.
Gurbanguly Berdymukhamedov recent had sculptors make a giant statue of him riding a horse...
covered in gold!
It sits atop a huge cliff in Ashgabat, the capital city.
However, the leader states that it is for truly humble purposes; to give the people
of the country the hope and strength to go on.
He has told media outlets that he only wants to serve the citizens.
Number Five: Hollywood actor Shia LeBouf loves himself so much he has made it an artform;
literally.
And then he took it one step further.
The actor rented out a theatre screen for 3 whole days.
He then streamed his reactions on the internet while he watched every film he has ever acted
in.
Number Six: New York baseball star Alex Rodriguez has a bit of an ego.
Surprised?
Neither were we.
But an ex-girlfriend of the baseball player states that the extend of his self-love is
strange, if not all out bonkers.
He reportedly has TWO paintings of himself, depicting him as a centaur - one of which
hangs above his bed!
Safe to say, the unnamed woman was not too impressed.
Number Seven: We all know that one person who is obsessed with taking photos.
But nothing can compare to the video of this woman attempting to get the perfect selfie.
The video went viral and received a million views, most likely more than the amount of
likes she got for the photo anyway!
Thank You for watching yet another amazing video!

How to Use Disappearing Content for Business - Duration: 6:28.
Oh, I'm sorry.
I messed that up.
Can I go now?
The bright side of branding, business, and being your own boss.
Hey, bosses, it's Sunny Lenarduzzi and today we are going to talk about how you can use
disappearing content ...I'm back.
To you advantage, because here's the thing, Snapchat and Instagram stories only last through
24 hours and it keeps a lot of people off of those platforms and not using them because
they think it's a negative.
But, if you know how to use disappearing content the right way, it is a huge bonus and a huge
advantage for your business.
So that's what today's video is all about.
I'm going to share my top three ways that you can use disappearing content to drive
traffic and money to your business.
And on a quick little side note, if you aren't familiar with Instagram stories or Snapchat,
I do break down both platforms and the benefits of both of them in a recent video that I shot.
So if you want to check that out you can watch it.
The link to watch is below this video.
All right, let's get into the top three tips.
Okay, so first things first is you want to make sure that you're paying attention to
the storytelling aspect of these platforms.
That's what this is all about.
That's why they're called Snapchat stories and Instagram stories.
So you need to have a beginning, a middle, and an end in order for people to actually
stay tuned in to your content.
So how do you use this to your advantage?
Well the first way is through contests and promotions.
As a company if you're running any sort of promotion or any sort of contest and you want
to get a ton of entries in a short period of time, use Snapchat or Instagram stories
and then you can use Facebook.
You can use Twitter.
You can use YouTube.
You can use any other social platform to drive your audiences from those platforms to Snapchat
and to Instagram to increase your followings and also increase the amount of engagement
in your contests or in your promotions.
So, run exclusive contests just on Snapchat or just on Instagram stories and it's going
to bring so many more eyeballs to your content and to your brand and to your business.
The second way to take advantage of disappearing content is exclusive sale codes strictly for
your Snapchat audience or strictly for your Instagram audience on Instagram stories.
So again we want to capitalize on the fact that we have your audience's attention and
they know that they only can see that content for 24 hours.
So create a special sale code specifically for your online audience and if you're thinking
"but I'm an offline store so I'm a brick and mortar store, I have a physical location,
how can I use this?"
Use some sort of secret code just for your Snapchat audience or your Instagram audience
that they have to say when they come into the store in order to get a 15-20% discount
on whatever it is that you're selling.
And of course if you're an online store you actually can create a coupon code that people
can enter at checkout.
So exclusive sale codes are a great way to engage your audience and also monetize Snapchat
and Instagram stories and this disappearing content.
If you're wondering how this actually looks to create a story like this for your business,
take a look at the next couple of snaps on Snapchat.
Do you feel like you have nothing to wear today?
I just can't seem to find anything in my closet.
Good news!
We have brand new items in store and only for you guys on Snapchat.
Do we have a special code for a special discount?
Stay tuned.
All you have to do is screenshot the code and the next snap and when you come in store
say it at checkout.
We'll give you a 20% discount.
See you in store soon!
Tip number three is brand loyalty.
So you want your customers to be attracted to your brand and you want to keep them there.
So if you want customer attention, this disappearing content is a great way to do that.
And how do you do it?
Well you offer exclusive content that your fans on Snapchat and your followers on Instagram
stories can't find anywhere else and that is complete added value.
So you know there's a lot of cases where people say "sign up to my email list and you'll get
this free checklist" or this free whatever.
Well instead of doing that you can offer exclusive content for just 24 hours on Snapchat and
on Instagram stories that people don't have to download, they don't have to put in an
email address, it's just free exclusive content for them.
So this ups your brand loyalty because you're just giving away value for free instead of
asking your audience to do something and it works in your benefit because this isn't an
ongoing thing.
So people only have 24 hours to take advantage of this exclusive, highly valuable and then
if you want to make it available by downloading it and becoming an email list subscriber,
that's fine.
But at least you're giving it to your most loyal audience on Snapchat and Instagram for
completely free without them having to do anything first.
So remember that you want to make sure that whatever platform you're using, whether it's
Instagram stories or Snapchat, think about all these ways that you can use this disappearing
content to your advantage.
It is not a negative.
It is such a positive.
And if you're sitting there thinking "but my audience just isn't very big" or "I'm not
even on Snapchat yet", here's what I want you to remember: the audience on Snapchat
and the audience that's following you on Instagram stories is your most engaged audience because
they're actively going and choosing to watch your story without even knowing what it's
about.
So you want to make sure that you're paying attention to them and capitalizing on the
fact that those eyeballs are going to take action on what it is that you're asking them
to do.
So use these three tips to drive traffic and generate sales for your business and tell
me how you find the results in the comment section below.
I can't wait to hear what happened with your disappearing content.
And if you liked this video hit the like button below, share it with your friends, and be
sure to subscribe and join myself and thousands of other bosses from around the world in the
Be Your Own Boss mastermind group.
We are there to support each other in growing our businesses.
I will see you guys in there, thank you for watching, and I will see you in the next video.

The Top 10 Books for Teenage Entrepreneurs - Duration: 17:29.
So there are many great books out there for any entrepreneur to read in general, but I
chose 10 specific books for young or teenage entrepreneurs to read.
And I chose 10 different subjects and topics for you to read and study before you become
an entrepreneur or if you're already on the journey of becoming an entrepreneur.
So, with that being said, the 10 topics will be very simple.
Clarity, economy, enemy, your inspiration, strategy, playing hurt, long-term thinking,
discipline, system and being duplicatable, and innovation.
So with that being said, let's get right into it.
#10: The book is by Peter Drucker.
Its title is Innovation and Entrepreneurship.
And Peter Drucker in general he has a lot of great books for you to read.
If you study Peter Drucker, you will learn a ton about hiring, firing, marketing, strategy,
advertising.
I don't agree with everything he believes in, but he has a lot of great things that
will make you think and get creative about what is the formula to being innovative or
creative, all this other stuff that different people have used in the past.
He covers that in the book, Innovation and Entrepreneurship.
#9: Is a book on system, and duplicatable.
Let me tell you why I think it's very important for a teenage or young entrepreneur to read
a book on this and that book is Made in America.
It's the story of Sam Walton.
The reason why I love Sam Walton the most when I talk to a young or teenage entrepreneur,
the reason why I think it's the best book for you to read or study, the best person
to study, here's a guy named Sam Walton.
There was nothing special about him.
In 1962 it was the year of the super discount stores.
That's when K-Mart was founded.
Wal-Mart was founded.
Target.
All of these guys all got started in 1962.
And Sam Walton used to own one of these Franklin stores and then he started Wal-Mart.
In the first five years K-Mart opens up 250 stores and Wal-Mart only opened nine stores.
Fast forward to today.
K-Mart's out of business.
Wal-Mart's got 2.2 million employees worldwide.
He has four kids.
Each of them are worth a minimum of $40 billion, today.
If he was alive today he would be worth $160, two and a half times Bill Gates.
So you want to study Sam Walton because there's nothing special about the guy.
He's not somebody where you may study someone and that guy's an absolute genius.
Sam Walton was a simple guy who was a hard worker and he always looked for ways to make
his business better.
So Made in America for me would be number nine on the list.
I almost thought about putting it in the top five but it's number nine on the list, with
systems and duplicatable.
#8: Discipline.
For discipline, I chose Lean Startup.
Lean Startup teaches you when you're younger and you're just looking at business, thinking
I can't believe if I could only get some money for my mom, my dad, some investor, some venture
capital angel that gives me a quarter million dollars, I can start my own business.
And you haven't yet tasted the idea of making your money.
If you truly are an entrepreneur watching this, and you're 13, I guarantee you've made
some kind of money.
You've sold cookies, shirts, something you've sold.
If your blood, if you're one of these folks that's an absolute entrepreneur since you
were a kid, you probably already sold something.
If you're someone that's going to be an accidental entrepreneur from watching something like
this, and you become inspired by it, you got to learn some of those concepts of making
the money and how to stay lean so that you can turn this $200 into $400.
And money's all about doubling your money.
So how can I make this $400 into $800?
$800 into $1600 $1600, $3200, $6400, $12,000, $25,000, $50,000, $100,000, 200, 400 million
dollars.
That's a Lean Startup, it teaches you how to stay very disciplined.
#7: Long-term thinking is a think that a lot of young and teenage entrepreneurs, especially
today, you need.
I'll tell you why today.
Many, many years ago, when there was no social media or YouTube, or Instagram or Snapchat,
people weren't as much in a hurry or impatient as they are today.
So for long-term thinking, I chose Snowball by Warren Buffett because even though Warren
Buffett today is worth 60, 70 billion dollars, at 52, he was only worth $50 million.
Now you may say, "$50 million is a lot of money."
Not compared to $60 billion.
So he went from 52 years old at $50 million to now having $60 billion.
It requires a lot of long-term thinking.
I think one of the best places I went, I went to Venice, Italy.
One church I went to that was 330 years old.
And when you were reading the story of it, it took 80 years to build.
And the man who designed this thing to build, he knew he was 50 years old, what he wrote
up, he's never going to see the final product.
And most likely, his kids are never going to see the final product.
The only people that were going to see the final product was his grandkids.
When you study Warren Buffett, you will learn about long-term thinking where it may be helping
you in some of the decisions you make, about hurrying, hurrying, hurrying, hurrying, hurrying.
You become aggressively patient.
You're still aggressive.
But you're patient for your business to be built.
It's a very important concept to pick up as a young, teenage entrepreneur.
#6, playing hurt, I chose Obstacle is the Way which is a great book by Ryan Holiday.
In this book, he explains to you the concept of stoicism.
And stoicism is a philosophy that was born from cynicism.
A lot of times we call people cynics.
The word, "cynic" comes from cynicism.
Cynicism used to be a philosophy of people who would sit around and they would say, "Nothing
good's going to happen.
If your wife's going to leave you, odds are she's going to leave you.
If you get sick, odds are, you're going to die.
Everything was cynical.
So they had this philosophy cynicism and one of the members of cynicism was a guy named
Seneca.
He said, "I just can't listen to this crap anymore" and he started stoicism.
And the first major leader in the world that picked up stoicism and took it to a whole
different level was Marcus Aurelius who wrote the book Meditations.
He took stoicism to a whole different level.
And he ran Rome, he was the emperor for seven years.
He was loved, adored, everybody loved this guy, Marcus Aurelius.
And Ryan Holiday takes that concept of stoicism and explains it in today's world of business.
And he explains to you that challenges are going to happen but the obstacle is the way.
I think a lot of times young, or teenage entrepreneurs, the moment you face one challenge or one issue
that comes up people get too distracted.
Oh, you know it's not for me, I can't do it.
Which in reality, obstacles are never going to stop.
The moment you identify that, and you know that's a part of life, you will look at obstacles
in a complete different way.
So Ryan Holiday's book The Obstacle is the Way is number 6.
#5, strategy.
For a 14-year-old, you'll look at everything and you'll look at it from a different lens
than a 38-year-old looks at, or even a 68-year-old or even a 24-year-old.
You're looking at it from a complete different lens.
Because your generation is changing so quickly, with everything, Snap changes everything,
Instagram changed everything, Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, everything's changed.
You have a lot more access to content today.
I didn't grow up watching games on a iPad, and my kids do.
I didn't grow up with any of this stuff.
I went to school and we had to go to a library to do research on something with newspapers.
Today you Google.
I didn't go to high school with Google being around ever for me.
We didn't experience Google myself.
We had AOL chat that came out late in my senior year of high school So when I went to the
Army, I still listened to Walkman.
When I got out of the Army, it was the first time I listened to CDs.
And then most of you don't even know what a CD looks like.
Or a Walkman looks like, right?
That's what we experienced.
So for strategy, Blue Ocean Strategy is going to help your mind think about ways of doing
business better that maybe a millennial or a gen x may not even think about.
You're going to see things from a complete different lens.
So if you can get the strategy down on how it's done, you'll have an edge on everybody
else.
So Blue Ocean Strategy, a phenomenal book for you to read.
I put that as number five.
#4: Inspiration is Elon Musk, the book is called Elon Musk.
It's written by an author who chased him down and said, you're either going to let me come
and interview you, or if you don't, I'm going to write you based on what other people say
about you vs. I can come and interview you and I can tell you what other people told
me about you and then you can verify it and give me your story of the version and I'll
tell both stories.
And Elon agreed.
So the author went and interviewed and wrote the book.
It's a phenomenal book, good, bad ugly.
And you see how this kid was grown, how he was raised and how he viewed things and what
books he read growing up and why he was so turned on my certain things and who was his
uncle, his father, his parents and what kind of an impact that made in the way he was raised.
It's just a very good book to read as a source of inspiration.
#3, enemy.
You need to know your enemy very, very early on.
And the book I'm going to recommend on enemy is called Outwitting the Devil.
Outwitting the Devil was a book written by Napoleon Hill.
I want to say 1929, 1930 that he didn't publish at that time, and years later the book was
published by a lady named Sharon Lechter.
I think it's Sharon Lechter that the book was published by.
And the first time I read this book, I'm going to tell you a funny story.
I read this book literally at the bar of PF Changs, on my iPad.
The book had just come out, a couple of weeks prior to that.
I sat there, and I read the book in one sitting because I couldn't get up.
I couldn't get up.
I called and I said, "I've got to finish this book."
And I finished the book.
One by one by one I was going through it and said, everybody needs to read this book, especially
the younger generation.
So Outwitting the Devil will be your number one enemy.
You've got to read that.
That will be the number three book.
#2: Economy and I was kind of conflicted on what book to recommend on economy.
I think the best book that I can recommend to you on economy is not necessarily like
here, go read capitalism, socialism, communism and realize what it is to hire this person,
fire this person, why you got to let go of this person, why you want to associate with
this.
Why do some people become wealthy and some don't.
Who do some countries produce more successful people than others.
Why do certain philosophies work and don't work.
So the book I recommend here for you to read for economy is by Ayn Rand.
It's called Atlas Shrugged.
Atlas Shrugged.
Now there's two ways you can do it.
You can actually read the book.
It's a big book.
It will change the way you view everything in life.
It's a big book if you read it.
And if you don't want to read it, you can listen to it.
There's an audio version of it as well.
But regardless, it will change the way you view every single thing.
You're going to think about John Galt in a different way, you're going to look at the
economy in a different way.
You're going to look at the people you work with, the friends, family, parents, teachers
- you're going to look at everything in a completely different lens when you read this
book, Atlas Shrugged.
She wrote two books, Fountainhead and Atlas Shrugged.
I recommend Atlas Shrugged over Fountainhead.
And #1 is clarity.
And I was debating on which book to read, put this for clarity, and the reason why I
think clarity I put #1 is because when you're in school, and you don't really know what
you want out of life, and everybody is telling you how you need to live.
You need to go to college, get a degree because if you get this.
. . you'll be successful.
You need to go out there and do this, and you're still gullible enough or naive enough,
where somebody else can persuade you otherwise.
So what I'm going to recommend you is a complete 180 of what everybody else is going to recommend,
and I'm doing that intentionally.
I'm telling you this in advance, in case you choose to share this video with your parents,
which is even a better idea.
I'm intentionally wanting to give you the complete opposite argument, because I know
you're not hearing it.
For you to get clarity.
See, if you're raised in a family where everybody is teaching you capitalism all the time, I
want you to study socialism and communism to know the opposite.
If you're in a family that's raised communism and socialism all the time, and everybody's
a Democrat, I need you to study the complete opposite side because I want complete opposite
arguments for me to see both sides.
I like that.
I want to see the complete opposite.
If I'm born in a family where parents say rich people are bad people, I want to know
why they're saying it, so I want to know why rich people say poor people are lazy and why
are poor people saying rich people are greedy.
I want both arguments.
If I only take one argument, I'm naive.
So I'm giving you the second argument of school, and the number one book I'm recommending to
you is a book called Drop Out and Get Schooled.
I literally just published it last week.
On January 25th the book got published.
And we've gotten thousands of emails about this book.
It's created a lot of heat and controversy around the world, not just in America.
It's a simple book to read.
It's not a long book.
There's a 130-some pages.
And it answers the following questions for you.
#1 is why do we go to college in the first place?
No one even asks that question.
Why do you go to college?
#2: Who should go to college and who shouldn't?
#3: Can I succeed and do great things without college?
#4: Why does tuition and textbooks cost as much as they do?
#5: How colleges have simply become a big, tax-free business.
#6: Are the subjects taught in college sufficient for life or do we need an upgrade?
This book is specifically dedicated to all the teenage entrepreneurs and young entrepreneurs
who are somewhat conflicted and confused.
What do I do?
I'm 14-years-old.
I'm in 10th grade.
I'm in 9th grade.
Do I go to college?
I'm a senior.
Do I go to college or not?
This will answer the questions.
I want to tell you one thing here as well.
The moment you read this book, mark my words.
You're going to share with your friends, your family, your teachers.
I challenge you to give it to people who would disagree with this, to give you their argument.
That's what I would challenge you to do.
Read it first.
Then go to every single one of your teachers and say, "Have you read this book yet?
It's causing a ton of havoc.
I need you to read it, and give me your feedback because I'm truly thinking about dropping
out of college, not going to college after high school.
Should I, or should I not?
And let them give you their argument.
Let your parents give you their argument on the book here.
So this will give you clarity and that's why I put Drop Out and Get Schooled first place.
Now some may say, "Pat, you chose your own book as first place?"
I did.
And the reason why I did is because everything in life - where were we this past weekend?
We were in Ft.
Worth.
We had 3,000 of our agents come in and had Magic Johnson as one of our keynote speakers
he came out and we interviewed him.
Then we got on a private jet.
I took 18 of our friends to Vegas.
We went and had a good time there in Vegas.
We watched Tiesto.
And then we came back the following day.
We stayed at the Palms Executive - what do you call it?
The old Playboy Penthouse.
It's a beautiful place.
You go in the pool and come out, it's like a drop.
You look down.
Elevators in the Penthouse.
It's just a beautiful place.
And somebody asked me the question and they said, "Pat, if you had to say the number one
thing for success, what would it be?"
I said, "Clarity."
Clarity.
All this other stuff is fine.
That person can be very innovative, but not be clear about their lives.
A person can be very systematic and duplicatable, but they don't know don't know what they want
out of their lives.
A person can have a lot of discipline, but they're still not clear.
A person can be long-term thinking, but they're still not clear what life they want to build.
A person can be.
. . but are still not clear about what they want to do with their lives.
And at your age, the sooner you can get clarity, the sooner you have an edge on everybody else.
So, these are the ten books.
This is the challenge I want to give you here on this video.
The moment you finish any one of the books, you order and you finish any one of the books.
And any time you read a book, post a review on Amazon.
No matter which one of them it is.
Just make that a habit because you can always go back and see which books you read and what
you thought about them.
It's a way of you tracking your mind the moment you post a review on Amazon.
Amazon allows you to read all of your reviews.
The moment you finish the book and post a review, send me a Snap.
My Snap should be right here.
It's betdavid19.
Send me a Snap and let me know what you got out of the book.
And then we'll take it from there.
By the way, if you have any other books that we should add to this list, comment on the
bottom.
Paul, with that being said, throw me the pillow real quick.
Throw me the pillow real quick.
All right, right handed.
Our goal is to get to a million subs by the end of the year.

No one's doing what we're doing.
I'd put ourselves up against anybody else and I can tell you one thing here.
You can go to college.
If I could take 100 kids and 100 of them go to college and the other 100 watch 100% of
all of the videos on Valuetainment, I'm willing to bet my money on these guys are going to
out-earn these guys, that's what I'm willing to put.
They can go get the four-year degrees.
These guys can watch 100% of the Valuetainment videos and comment on them.
They will out earn these 100 kids that go to college.
You don't believe me?
Take up the challenge.
Go watch all the videos and see what happens to your mind and how you talk, how you think,
how you walk.
With that being said, thanks for watching everybody.
Take care, bye bye.

CRUELTY FREE Quick & Easy Makeup Tutorial in UNDER 10 MINUTES | Compassion is The Fashion - Duration: 3:31.
hi and welcome back to my channel.
Today's video is going to be a quick n' easy makeup look, which is just really useful for
those days where you just dont have a lot of time to do your makeup.
The first thing that i do is apply foundation and today i am using my barry M flawless matte
finish foundation.
I usually find that on days when I'm in a rush, i dont have time to fully do my eyebrows,
so all i do is use the lightest shade of my autograph high definition eyebrow kit and
follow the natural shape of my eyebrows with an angled brush.
Im brushing this out with a spoole just to make it less heavy and really natural.
then i go in with my tinted brow mascara in espresso from NYX and just brush the eyebrows
in an upwards direction.
this step makes the eyebrows look really natural as you can see each individual hair.
Then i use my ultra bronze bronzer in my crease instead of using eyeshadow.
this just gives a bit of definition to the eyes, but it is really quick and easy to do.
and then i apply a dark brown eyeshadow shade as my eyeliner.
For this, i used cyprus umber form the modern renaissance palette and with an angled brush
applied this.
Then i use my NYX full coverage concealer under my eyes and on any blemishes that i
have.
And then i just go back under my eyes with my bronzer just to give more definition to
the eyes.
I then apply mascara.
The mascara that i always use is the never ending lashes from marks and spencer's.
With an everyday makeup look where I'm in a rush, i will push the mascara wand on to
the top lash line instead of applying kohl eyeliner.
And i always make sure to put as much mascara as i can on the lower lashes as i really think
it makes the eyes look fuller and it's just quick and easy to do.
I then apply bronzer on my cheekbones as light as possible, just to give definition to the
cheekbones and really shape the face.
I gently highlight using my ELF moonlight pearls highlighter and I do this on my cheekbones
and gently on my nose, and then with a highlighting brush from real techniques I apply it to my
inner tear ducts and brow bones.
I then use my blush from ELF and apply this to the apples of my cheeks, this just really
gives the face a natural glow, and for lips i just use my little moisturising blue tin
from super drug and that is literally it.
This makeup look shouldn't take more than 10 minutes, it took me less than that to film
and i hope you enjoyed it.

Start Talking. Stop HIV.: Medicines that treat HIV (Treatment as Prevention) - Duration: 2:08.
So if someone's like, you meet someone you wanna be
in a relationship with and they're in opposite HIV status.
How do you treat that?
With a conversation, like you would any other
relationship issue.
Communication is the key because if I can't live in my truth
and if I can't be honest with myself,
I can't be honest with anybody else.
Yeah but also talking about things like treatment
as prevention, you know like if your partner is HIV positive
and he's undetectable, or he or she is undetectable,
understanding that that can reduce your HIV transmission,
you know.
But there's other STDs.
Yo tuve un novio en colegio que es positivo,
y fue una relación muy bonita y aprendí mucho.
Fuimos juntos, verdad, al doctor.
Actually some of the education that I got was
from someone I was about to have sex with,
who told me that they were undetectable positive
and I just asked them like, well what does that mean?
When an HIV positive individual takes their medications
as prescribed it basically reduces the infections that's
in their blood to a point
where it's really almost near impossible
to infect their partner If you are living with this disease,
this condition, it does not define you.
You just have another thing to take care of.
I got HIV from making really human choices,
by being a human being in the human world.
Because of science, we can live as HIV positive people
as undetectable, as uninfectious members of society.
Being undetectable isn't a place, it's not one place.
It's something that you continuously are.
It's something that you continuously work at.
Cuando te empoderas, te educas,
y buscas la información correcta y la información
clara, te das cuenta de que es algo super fácil de trabajar.
In that one day of feeling horrible about myself,
my whole life and attitude changed
because of being told this from my friend about medications
and realizing that my whole life could change and it didn't have
to be what I thought it was going to be.

Baby Boomer Dating Tips!!! How to Attract Men with the Right Attitude! - Duration: 7:01.
Are you online dating and not finding
the right person? Tune in today and find
out how you might be getting in your own way of finding true love!
Welcome back to 2nd Act TV. Happy to have
Sandy staying over for another segment
with some great information on having
the right attitude when you're online
dating. Sandy, tell us what you mean
by that. Well I think that people's
attitudes can definitely get in the way.
First of all, whatever you're feeling leaks
out of you whether you think you're
showing it or not, so if you're on a date
and you're feeling like oh my God he is
so much older than I thought he'd be, and
uh he's boring me to death, but I have a big
smile on my face, he can feel it, you know,
he's not going to call you back, because
he gets it, he gets it whether you said a
word or not. But beyond the date and
how you feel
people often create lists that are
ridiculous. And they're often very long
and they create, they contain items that
are absolutely keeping them from love
rather than drawing them to the right
partner.
So I'll give you an example, height is one
of them. Height is, you know, he has to be 6 feet
tall. Even five foot two women are saying
he has to be 6 feet tall, and okay I know you
might feel more protected by a tall guy
but that's something that I encourage
people to let go of. But beyond that
there are women who say a man must have
a PhD. I mean, he must have a higher level
of education. And I always push back on
that one. Some of our most incredibly
successful people have not gone to
college, so if you're only looking for a
PhD guy you're going to negate a whole
bunch of people who are really smart, and
and the same with jobs. So I had a client
this morning who was looking for
somebody who was very professional, had
to make a lot of money, and so I got
curious. And so I started to peel back
what's important to you about him being
a professional, what's important about
him making a lot of money?
So it really was based on her past
experiences. The man she'd been married
to, a man she been in a relationship with
who may have expected her to be sort of
a sugar mama, which is what she's not
interested in doing. And I had a client
who actually paid for most things
because she made a lot more money than
her boyfriend, but she never checked in
with him and said, she never even asked
him if he would pay for stuff, she just
assumed, and she was she was kind of a
caretaker personality and a people
pleaser.
So when I started working with her and
said, look let's take a look at this I
want you to have this money talk with
your boyfriend. And she sat down with him, it
was a very hard conversation to have, but
it turned out that he made less money,
but he saved much more money, he had over
a million dollars of savings and his
house was paid for, and he was in good
shape! She on the other hand was about
to have our house foreclosed because
she'd given away so much of her money
that she couldn't pay her mortgage. So
you know, if you look at the external it
can really throw you off, so always go to
the core values that are beneath them,
the character traits, kindness, compassion
all the things that I spoke about
before, so they're going to matter more.
How does the person show up in a crisis?
That is going to matter so much!
You know, people can show up and be
really charming in the beginning of a
relationship. But when the chips are
down ...
I once dated a guy who totally
disappeared in a crisis. And I sat him
down and I said, listen, I need a man who's going
to be there, thick or thin. I mean he has to
be there rain or shine, and if you're not
that guy that's okay but I'm leaving. And
he was like, no no no I am that guy, I am so
sorry, I'll be that guy. Well, he wasn't that
guy. So at the end you know, he said
to me, well can't we be friends? And I
said, but you're not my friend,
we can't be friends. So you know we we
have to be careful, and the friendship
is really important, you know, how you
connect with somebody and really have an
inspirational relationship. Not
one of depravation, but one of
inspiration. And that's something that
obviously, that develops, and that's
where the attitude comes in. Yeah, yeah.
Yeah, you're right! With online dating
especially, you you tend to, because of
the kind of questions they ask,
there's a funnel that's put in place
that, you know, I guess you need to be
aware that that you can overcome that,
or not let that block you, as you said, from finding
love.
I mean you can always expand your
preferences, and I have a great story of a
client who met a man who lived three and
a half hours away? So a lot of people are
reluctant to do the long-distance thing.
They say, well I'm not willing to travel.
Well maybe he's willing to travel? Maybe
he has more time. Maybe you can meet
halfway, and then, but you have to have an
endgame, you have to have an end plan. So she
had before him, she had dated a guy who's
about 45 minutes away, and he ended up
breaking up with her on the phone and
said, I'm with another woman she lives
around the corner,
you're too far. Okay he was a jerk! The
next guy was an amazing loving kind man
who, he ended up coming, he came to town, booked
a hotel room, a real gentleman.
They ended up getting married. And he
still, they still have a commuter
marriage until he can move his
psychiatry practice to her town, but he's
going to move, he's going to pick up and move.
And he's close to 80, there's a huge age
difference, huge difference, and that's
another thing. Like, look at the person,
don't look at the outside. You know, if
he's 15 years older than you but he's
vibrant and alive and amazing, you know
you get ten good years together, that's
10 more years than you would have had.
And so, go for it, you know, go for the
person, not the
shiny object. That's terrific Sandy.
Thank you so much again for staying over.
Again, we will link to Sandy's
information on our, in our video
description, so click the link. I encourage
you to contact Sandy

finding love again after 50. So see you

Sunflower Seeds: Benefits - Duration: 3:17.
The health benefits of sunflower seeds
1.
Sunflower seeds are a fantastic source of vitamins and minerals, and are eaten by many
people as a health booster.
2.
They contain a wonderful amount of Vitamin E. This antioxidant destroys free radicals
in the body.
3.
This can lower the risk of Alzheimer's disease, Parkinson's disease and colon cancer.
4.
They can be used to make sunflower seed milk, which is fantastic for vegans those who have
lactose intolerance and cannot drink dairy milk.
5.
The Vitamin E also reduces the effects of asthma, and prevents hot flashes during the
menopause.
6.
They also contain phytosterols.
These are compounds which lower cholesterol levels in the blood and boost immune response.
7.
If you are trying to lose weight, eating a handful of these can be very filling and will
help to prevent food cravings during a diet.
8.
Eating them regularly can prevent atherosclerosis.
This is where the arteries become hardened due to plaque.
9.
The healthy dose of magnesium in these kernels can also have a calming effect on the body,
and maintaining healthy bones.
10.
This also boosts energy levels and can prevent high blood pressure, muscle spasms, migraines
and fatigue.
11.
Selenium, a trace mineral found in sunflower seeds helps DNA to repair itself, potentially
preventing cancerous cells.
12.
You can eat them raw, as they have a nutty taste with a firm texture.
We recommend sprinkling these over a daily salad.
13.
They also contain good doses of copper, vitamin B1, B3, B6, manganese, phosphorus, potassium,
iron and folate.
14.
You may also find that eating these often, causes your skin to have a natural glow, also
protecting the skin from UV damage to some extent.
15.
If you suffer with acne or other skin problems, eating a balanced diet with healthy seeds
and nuts will help to heal your condition.
16.
The seeds are also cold pressed to create a healthy sunflower oil.
You can use this as an alternative in cooking to get similar benefits.
17.
They can be purchased all over the world, as they are some of the most popular seeds.
18.
Be sure to store these in the refrigerator in an airtight container so that they do not
spoil and lose their nutrient content.
Thank you very much for listening, a like is always appreciated and remember to subscribe
for more healthy videos.
I wish you great health, wealth and happiness.

but if you don't have one, you can buy a

Lie on your side with the side you want to
stretch on the ground, and put the noodle
underneath, right at your hips. Use your

You can literally just go get tested for free.
You can just show up, and it takes like, 10 minutes.
I'm on PreP, Pre-exposure Prophylaxis,
but I work in a hospital, I know about these things.
There's a reason why people don't talk about it
because they're uncomfortable, because it's not sexy.
It actually took me having sex with someone
who was HIV positive for me to ask questions.

800 km for PIEROGI [Kult America] - Duration: 7:55.
I have to eat pierogi kresowe and I couldn't find it in Warsaw,
so we are going to drive 800 km round trip
to eat some pierogi kresowe.
Okay, that is retarded but I acknowledge the need
of just having to eat something.
So why don't we just hit the road and get those dumplings.
About two weeks ago when I tried pierogi kresowe for the first time
I gained a complete obsession for the dish.
For me it sounds like the stupidest idea ever, but well, he asked me, so let's go.
I don't have a map.
So we're just gonna have to improvise a little bit.
This is the stupidest idea to travel ever, you know.
I'm starving for those pierogi, so why don't we eat pierogi now?
If that's what you want to do?
Now we're going to Sandomierz, because I've heard
that there are underground tunnels under that city.
I'm starting to think this is not going to be the only detour you've planned.
Because you've planned this.
I'm sure you've planned this.
We are going to Sandomierz, and we're going to the tunnels,
and then we're going to eat pierogi.
You lost your way half an hour ago and now you say you know the shortcut?
That's not a shortcut, that's the f**king forest road.
The sign said to Sandomierz this way.
Really?
Ryan did not do his homework he did not take his GPS,
he took some terrible, broken roads,
I'm not even sure if it was a road.
All I'm saying is that are sure it's a shortcut?
I decided to take a shortcut, I thought it would be like in a movie,
you know, where you go down the dirt road and you get there faster.
This is not the way to Sandomierz.
Jesus, I knew, I knew if I would've taken anyone else this would not happen.
Complaining!
Next time take someone else.
Next time I might!
Oh, Sandomierz, look!
See?
Whatever, we're going to see those underground tunnels and it's going to be f**king amazing.
C'mon!
Piece of s**t, peace of s**t song.
We are in Sandomierz to visit the underground tunnels.
Oh yeah.
Alright, we've found it.
So apparently it's here.
So people in Sandomierz was getting their drink on.
That's one big barrel, man.
There is a lot of alcohol.
All right Marek, that was cool, that was nice, I liked it.
Thank you.
Can we finally get those pierogi please?
Small little thing.
Oh s**t, no.
There is cafe that I love in Lublin.
In Lublin?
Dude, I have a policy, I don't overtake cars, it's dangerous.
It's not a car.
It's a moving pile of s**t.
Can we please overtake it?
I do not overtake.
People do.
I did not want to put our lives at risk to do so.
Lublin, 3pm.
Okay listen, we are somewhere on the underground parking in Lublin,
I have no idea what's going on, Ryan left, took the keys.
Someone ordered coffee?
We drove all the way just to get a coffee to go.
Basically.
Marek, I know that we want to get to Przemyśl to eat the pierogi,
but one little teeny-weeny detour.
I want to check out this palace.
Please no more stopping, because I'm super starving.
Okay. I promise.
I need to eat something.
I'm really hungry, and I promise that this is the last stop.
Piotrek listen, I took a spontaneous trip to Przemyśl with Marek,
I will be in 15 or 20 minutes.
In 15 minutes? You are close, huh.
Yes.
In front of me stands probably the best restaurant in Poland,
because it serves the best dish I've ever eaten in my life.
Pierogi kresowe.
And the best part is that I don't even know what the f**k the name of this restaurant is.
But it's good.
It has to have pierogi.
I had dreams about it.
I don't even have to look at the menu, I am ready, we can order.
Two plates of pierogi kresowe.
Well, I just wanted to thank you guys so much for coming,
I want especially thank Marek for coming here with me.
You know this morning when we left Warsaw it was 9 o'clock,
I was already hungry and we had a lot of adventures in this trip, we had some detour,
some inconvenient moments, also some fun times,
but what's most important
is that our mission that we set out to do
is about to be completed.
So, yeah.
Thank you.
Is that what you wanted?
That's what I've been waiting for.
It is really good.
That's good.
I'm almost emotional, what can I say.
The simple things in life are actually what motivates me.
Good friends, good pierogi, good times.
All good things have come to an end.
This mission, this pilgrimage has to come to an end,
so please subscribe to our channel
and be ready for what we do next.
I'm Ryan Socash.
Peace!
I hope you guys had fun watching our adventure with pierogi,
I know that I enjoyed making it and eating those pierogi.
Anyways, as you are watching this, we are currently in the USA filming.
One of the epic adventureі we are going to have is visiting three states at once,
and when we're on location we would like to do a Q&A.
So if you have any questions for myself, for Maciek, or about Kult America in general,
please write them in a comment section below
and we will do our best to answer everyone's questions.
And yeah, that's it.
