Ben Affleck is no longer going to direct the upcoming Batman movie, after all.
The Oscar-winner was scheduled to both star in and helm the stand-alone flick, tentatively
titled The Batman, but he announced those plans have changed.
Affleck said that there are certain characters who hold a special place in the hearts of
millions.
Performing this role demands focus, passion, and the very best performance he can give.
It has become clear that he cannot do both jobs to the level they require.
Together with the studio, he has decided to find a partner in a director who will collaborate
with him on this massive film, and he is still in this, but they are currently looking for
a director.
He added that he remains extremely committed to this project and looks forward to bringing
this to life for fans around the world.
One insider reportedly admitted that Live By Night's poor performance caused Affleck
to rethink his approach to projects… as that film has lost 75 million dollars.

Dana White: Ronda Rousey is Probably Done Fighting | Splash News TV - Duration: 1:07.
Ronda Rousey may never fight again…
Those were the words from UFC president Dana White.
The promoter was on the UFC podcast, UFC Unfiltered when he was asked about the chances of Ronda
getting back in the Octagon.
And he revealed that if he had to say right here and now, he wouldn't say she fights
again.
He added that he thinks she's probably done and she's going to ride off into the sunset
and start living her life outside of fighting.
It's been about a month since Rousey last stepped into the cage… and lost a via devastating
TKO to current bantamweight champ Amanda Nunes.
Before that she hadn't fought since November 2015… when former champ Holly Holm head-kicked
her unconscious.
Before that fight she was rumored to have a stable of film and TV roles lined up, but
since the back to back losses… it appears some of those have dried up.

BABE, YOU DON'T NEED TO BE A PERFECT VEGAN - Duration: 17:37.
hey guys welcome back ! So, today it's
going to be a bit of a different video
from what you're used to see on my channel.as much
as I like to film & create and edit my food
recipe videos, I wanted to talk to you
today about an issue that i've had in my
mind for quite a long time now. I wanted
to film this video for a long time,
but somehow I thought that it wasn't
going to be great, because I couldn't
structure the way that I wanted to make
it. and so that you could take something
from it.and I still couldn't find a way
to structure it, so this is going to be me,
talking about the issue of being a
perfect vegan or having the pressure of
being like a real vegan. I feel like
there's this idea of like who's going to be
the best vegan. And this pressure comes from
non-vegan people, as well as from vegan
people, which I find completely detrimental
to this awesome lifestyle.i hope
that you can relate that's actually why
I'm doing this video. for non-vegan
people that are scared of being or going
vegan, and also for vegan people that
feel sometimes guilty of not being as
perfect as they think they should be.
everything that I'm going to say in this
video is completely my opinion. i'm open
to discussion, as long as it's
positive criticism and just hate
comments. also, i might not choose the
right word every time, that's just like
what comes to my mind and English is
not my first language..so yeah. so when
I first thought about that issue of
pressure of being a perfect vegan,
I thought that, that might be caused by
something. I think it is caused by the
fact that we are following so many people
on social media. We are following people
that are inspirational people and that
do everything they can to show the
best of theirselves. They also usually are
people that are vegan, that are doing yoga,
that are doing
meditation, that are like, really into
health and like sometimes fitness, you
know all that.
so we have the illusion of people that
are perfect and also we have the
illusion of vegans are necessarily
associated with all. that's like a
package that comes with you being vegan.
I think that we need to remember that
being vegan has one goal and that is not
contribute to animal exploitation or
animal cruelty.
it is a compassionate way of living
towards the animal and towards the
animal first. it is love message and not a
hateful one. sometimes when I'm on social
media
tho, I feel like it's a competition on
who's going to be the best vegan.
I feel like some people in this
community feel or think that they
own the truth on how to vegan, and that
there's only one way to be vegan. if a
person doesn't align with all these
things, then they can't be vegan or they don't
have the permission to call themselves
vegan. i think that is super moralizing,
and that's definitely not compassionate.
I think it doesn't matter how you're vegan,
as long as you're vegan, and even if you're
not vegan yet, as long as you're in line
with your actions, your mindful and happy
with everything you're doing, I think it
is perfectly fine. And you're not a
horrible person for not being vegan. You
need to remember that doing something
is always better than doing nothing,
you know. also being vegan does not solve all the world
problems. you'll hear people say "oh you're
vegan but you're wearing nike shoes, have
you heard about, like, child labor ?" and all
these things. I think it is extremely annoying.
just because you're vegan doesn't mean
that you have to be a perfect person
that's going to help to solve all the
world's disease.
I feel like we're shouldn't rank what is
a better cause to support. Like, if you're
a person that cares about animals like i
do, it's so cool if you're vegan! and
if you're a person that's more
compassionate about, like, homeless people,
that's awesome too! we don't need to rank
who's the best and who's doing the most
powerful thing in this world, you know.
Although, I wanna say, being vegan helps so many
other like.. I mean it has a lot of other
side effects like environmental issues,
or hunger. sometimes i'm scrolling
through forums, i'm in some facebook
groups and stuff, and when i read what
people say, I feel like being vegan it's
like being in an exam where you can fail. So
many people are putting pressure on
theirselves to not fail. They feel like, if
they do one mistake it's going to ruin
everything.
I feel like we put so much pressure on
ourselves to show the perfect
example. to show that veganism has
the answer to everything or;
just like because you're vegan,
you're going to clear your skin, you're
going to get skinny. And to
show that veganism is gonna solve
everything, and that's not necessarily good
because some people might get pimples,
some people might be a little bit chubby,
and be vegan, and then people are
gonna judge them because, it is known that
someone who is vegan has a perfect skin
and a perfect hair, and perfect like skinny
figure and it is not always the case! and
sometimes it doesn't have to do with the
diet, the way of living and stuff like
that. and I get that, sometimes me too, i
feel like i need to show the best
possible way, because it is true that
being vegan is amazing for the animals but it
has also so many good side effects, you
know, and it is hard not to show them
because usually that's what people are
attracted to as well, you know. Then,
there's another thing that I want to
talk about.
and that is, being vegan does not
entirely change a person ok. So there are
some vegans that are not compassionate.
not all the vegans have to be your friends.
because vegans, who are they ? they're just
people that chose to have a different
way of buying and eating. Just like in
crowd outside, you wouldn't be friends with
everyone, that is the exact same thing with
veganism. something that my friend
well i guess i can call her friend, from
Instagram, Tia, she told me.. you have to
remember that not everyone is vegan
for the animals and compassionate reasons.
That's what I told you before,
a lot of people are seeing benefits
of being vegan on theirselves, and yeah
I don't think that's necessarily
an issue, because in the end, they're not
contributing to animal cruelty and stuff.
there's also a lot of people that aren't
vegan, and that are extremely
extraordinary people.. and you know no one
of my family is vegan and I love them so much.
so, I guess what I'm trying to say here,
is that being vegan does not define a
person. i hate when people say "she's a vegan"
like
the first thing they say about a person.
NO. being vegan is just part of all
the things that define a person. Although,
I have to say that being vegan has
helped me to be more compassionate about
a lot of things, I develop my curiousity,
and I just like, opened my mind on a lot
of different things. But, I've always been
pretty compassionate you know, i feel
like if i wasn't compassionate then I
would never have became a vegan.
So yea, behind every vegan is a
person with different lifestyle,
different activities, not just yoga, not just
fitness, not just healthy food. also, not
all the vegans stop drinking alcohol,
I don't drink alcohol because that
doesn't make me feel very well. So now I
want to talk to you vegan, that are struggling
sometimes with guilt. that guilty feeling
that you're not always doing everything
right and that you're not perfect.
please stop to feel guilty about what
you're not doing and start to be super
happy and proud about everything you're
doing. everything you're doing right now
is so much better than doing nothing.
don't let anyone judge what you're doing.
don't let anyone tell you if it is right
or wrong. and no one is perfect, and no
one will ever have the definition of a
perfect vegan because it simply doesn't
exist. and i really don't want you to
feel pressure by people that say you're vegan
but you're using a car, you're using an
iphone, you're not a REAL vegan. You're using
cosmetic that are from a cruelty-free
and vegan brand, but this brand is
owned by a bigger company that isn't
vegan. This is completely my opinion, okay,
but when you think about it,
big brands that have money, these are
the ones that are going to be able to develop
and research altenatives products.
And even though you're thinking that they're
not doing this for the right reasons,
maybe you're right, but that doesn't
matter because in the end, you have a
great alternative product for you to use.
it's like when I go in a restaurant, I
don't just go to vegan restaurants, i
go to normal restaurant and I get the
vegan meal so eventually, they will see
that there are people that are wanting
to eat differently. That is the
same in supermarkets,
I'm not going in a vegan supermarket all
the time, because that would be like, so
expensive ! and also I want to be honest
with you I don't want veganism
to be hard and difficult. if I had to
just do vegan restaurant, to just do
100% owned, cruelty-free makeup and
cosmetic products, then honestly I
wouldn't be a vegan. I really want this
video to be helpful
this is why, right now, I'm going to show
you that i am not a perfect vegan. i have
here, a lot of animal products. things
that I still have from before I went
vegan
Let's get into this. so I have a leather bag,
yes I have a leather bag, and i'm still
using it. and I'm still a vegan. because,
simply, it's almost brand new. And also,
you know, I am a person. this was my
gift when i graduated from business
school. you know I'm vegan now and I
wouldn't purchase any other leather
things, but that is still an important
thing for me. I have some boots. I lived in
canada for four years, and from the tahiti
it's kind of a difference of temperature!
the first year i went
to Canada, i bought so many things,
and I bought these boots. this is leather and this
is from sheeps, I think.
yeah then, okay, you probably will give me
so many thumbs down, but I'm being
completely transparent and honest with
you, so i'm going to show you. i have a
Canada goose. so, well, you know Canada Goose.
i bought this the first year that i
went to canada. I asked people over there
what they would wear in winter when it's
like minus 40 degrees and everyone was
telling me
Kanuk, Canada Goose, like all these very
warm coats. I kind of was
brainwashed, or like, I didn't really
think about it. i just thought about
myself being warm. and like, everyone,
everyone was wearing big coats, so I
thought that it was normal you know. I
didn't really question it. I never
learned about how these things were made
off and what they were made off.
and yes, I am still using it because
sometimes it's cold outside and I feel
like if it's just in my closet that's a
completely waste. and yeah, I'm not going
to lie, like I paid this a lot of
money, and I also don't want to sell it
because i feel like that would not be
very vegan to sell animal products.
Then I have Nike shoes that i
bought in Sydney before I went vegan. These
are made of leather.
another bag, which have leather things,
that some of you saw on snapchat or instastories,
and they asked me, if it was leather, and
yes, it is
leather. that is a gift from my sister.
It has my name, like, my nickname on it.
this is my everyday bag. I also feel like
it would be such a waste to just
throw it away or just, you know, give
it to someone just because it is not
vegan. because eventually I would have to
buy another bag, and I try to keep my
things to minimal. I have other things
that are made from, what's this called, angora,
Socks, Scarves. i have this that I got when I
was vegan. I bought my camera, that it
filming me right now, and it was in a
package, i opened it, and there was like,
this leather pouch that comes with the
camera. First I thought that I would give it
away, but they wouldn't take it back.
they wouldn't get me another pouch. So you,
know, what has been done has been done.
The, in this, all my makeup, and also like,
products. This is a foot cream. I believe,
Urea, Urea ? I don't know how to say that,
I don't know, but I think it comes from
animals. it's for my feet and I have a
terrible feet condition. Like they are so dry in
everything i do. They dry out very
quickly and this is the only cream that
has ever cured my feet, so for now until
I find another one,
I'm going to keep using that. Also, I have
so many makeup in here that are probably
not vegan, just because I never buy
makeup, and I've had this makeup for
about maybe, some of the things, maybe
have more than eight years or something!
and so i don't feel like i'm going to
throw them away and buy new ones, just
because they're not. because that would be
such a waste! of course my camera cut
so, um yeah, I wanted you to know that
because i own these products, if you're not a
vegan, and you're considering going
vegan, I don't want you to think that you
can buy these products. Like, 'okay she's a
vegan and she has that product'. I
would never buy animal products
intentionally ever again,
just to make it clear. if I have one
advice for you people, that are
interested in being vegan, or that are
maybe scared of being vegan, because you're
scared of, like, failing. and you're scared
of not doing things right. and you're
also scared of people judging you, of
this like, vegan police that's going on
on social media especially. just start.
start, and you'll see how easy it is to be
vegan. and you'll see that you don't need
to change anything about yourself. or you don't
need to change anything about your life,
except the way eat and what you buy.
That is it. if you make a mistake, it is ok.
like don't give up, and don't see it as an
exam like I told you before. don't
see it like you can fail or pass the test.
we all make mistakes, and I did a lot
of mistakes, and I still do some mistakes.
and it's completely fine. as long
as you do the best possible things and
the best choices that you can do in the
moment, then you can definitely call
yourself a vegan. And if you wanna go vegan
overnight do that, if you feel like you need
a little bit more time, take the time
that you need.
I swear when you go vegan things change
and, you will not be willing to buy any
other animal products intentionally ever.
there is this idea that when you're
going vegan you need to change
everything, you need to be healthy, you
need to be lean, you need to be skinny, you
need to be beautiful, you need to have
all like, perfect everything! but you
really don't. like you really, really,
really, don't have to do that. you
shouldn't allow anyone to dictate what
you want to do,
how you want to be vegan. Just go on with
your life and be happy. You will see that
it is so much better of a life when
you fully align with everything you
believe in. you're not forcing yourself
into doing things you dislike, just
because you've seen some people do that.
it will change a lot of things
positively in your life. so yeah I hope
this video wasn't too boring. i'm not
sure if it was well constructed or anything.
it's just thoughts that I had in my mind
that I wanted to share for a long time
and I didn't really know how to start.
let me know your thoughts below, and
thank you so much for watching, bye.

Why is it so important to give subsidy to culture? - Duration: 5:53.
Hello, welcome at this new vlog of Belicons.
Nice that you are watching.
This week my blog and vlog are the importance of culture.
Last week the prime-minister of The Netherlands posted a large advertisement in 8 national
newspapers in which he called us to stand up for our shared values.
Many people noticed that this means that we should, according to him, stand up for our
own culture.
But in the last few years he has saved a lot of money on culture.
And that is odd.
In my blog I argued that the culture sector should take up this challenge and see this
as an opportunity to explain to the prime-minister why it is so important to give them more money.
The prime-minister is head of a liberal party and liberals don't like to give subsidy
to anyone.
So this won't be easy, but he started this discussion, so he should accept he consequences
of his own words.
Let's start here.
Why is it so important that more money goes to culture?
Let's focus on art.
Why should the government give artists subsidy?
If they make good art then people will buy that, right!
And then they will earn their own money.
It would be good if it were this simple, but unfortunately it isn't.
Take Vincent van Gogh as an example.
At this moment millions of dollars and euros are being spend on his paintings.
If he had earned this money during his lifetime, then he would have been able to live in some
nice houses.
Unfortunately, his paintings weren't as popular during his lifetime.
He made many of his paintings just because he was short of money.
But he hardly earned anything with them.
Only after his death many people started to understand that his paintings are actually
very special.
Some people just like his paintings and enjoy his sunflowers, his starry nights and his
intense self-portraits.
Other people have studied his paintings and life and see that he was a real innovator
at his time.
Reading his letters helps too to understand his paintings better.
You will for example understand the emotions he has put in his paintings.
So these paintings are very special and for that reason famous.
I don't want to claim that there are a lot of Vincent van Goghs walking around in the
world right now.
But this does show that important art isn't always recognized at the time that it is created.
And that is logical, for if an artist is an innovator then people should get used to it.
It's different and this not immediately popular.
And this is important, for precisely this innovating art will make people consider all
kinds of things and that can influence our society a lot.
Post-modernism for example has started in art.
So talent needs to get the change to develop and that won't always be possible without subsidy.
Art is different from a very new car.
Developers of a new car can tell investors that they need to be a part of this new technology
because it will be the car of the future.
In that way technical developers can raise enough money to finish their car and subsequently
they can earn money by selling it.
Moreover, if they have a new technology, then they can use it in multiple cars.
It isn't like this with art.
If an artist is working on a painting then investors mostly aren't standing in line.
Especially not when it comes to innovating art.
Investors prefer to give their money to someone who makes paintings of which is already known
that people will like it.
Innovating art isn't innovating for no reason.
It's not known yet how people will respond to it.
And if people will only recognize as something important in about 50 years.
Well then the investors now will hardly earn any money with it.
Moreover, if it is finished then they only have one painting.
They won't make a lot of copies so that they together will raise a lot of money.
And now I'm talking just about paintings, but the same goes for other visual arts, and
performing arts, and writers.
And don't forget architecture.
Without the art world cities would look a lot more boring than they do now.
Being an artist isn't the easiest way to make money, but it is important and therefore
it is important that subsidy goes to the art world too.
This doesn't mean that I think that everyone who calls him or herself an artist should
get subsidy.
Not everyone makes art that is as important.
For this reason it is important to consider why art is so important.
It isn't just about making beautiful things, it is also about giving space to innovators.
And this means that the money shouldn't only go to the established art world, but
that money should also be given to experimental art.
If the government divides the money in a good way, then they will get the most out of it.
Of course, also in this way, there will still be people who are innovators and still get nothing.
And that will be a pity of course, but in the end the government cannot spend all of
her money on the art world.
They need to find a good balance between giving space to artists and realizing that other
things in society need money too, like health care and education.
The last few governments of The Netherlands have thought primarily about the other things
that need money too and for that reason many institutions in the art world are going through
a difficult time now.
But, as I already said at the beginning, if our prime-minister really thinks that that
our shared values, our culture, is that important, then he should find a real balance between
these two.
So culture industry, do whatever you can to make this clear to the new government after
the elections of March 2017!
These are my ideas.
Let me know what you think, on Belicons or on YouTube.
And don't forget to mention your arguments of course.
I'm really curious and I'll see you next week.
Bye!

Martin Foley on the NDIS and a Changing Mindset (Part 2, CEO Talk #13) - Duration: 3:26.
Graeme Kelly: ... which brings us through to the NDIS - I mean its the generational
- probably bigger than generational - change in not only Victoria but across the country.
We've got a number of sites up and running with the balance to come over the next few
years.
As the minister what does that mean to you?
Martin Foley: Well, we say it's the biggest government social policy reform since at least
Medicare, and I think that's right.
I actually think it's the biggest change in disability care ever.
It's certainly on par, if not bigger, in terms of the lives it would touch, in terms
of the deinstitutionalisation process from a generation or two ago.
But what it means is giving form to those aspirations that we were just talking about.
People with disabilities are disproportionately badly represented in every negative measure
you can find - employment, health, lifestyle, housing and so on goes the list.
This is that one opportunity to bring those commitments that so many of us have made to
building better lives for vulnerable Victorians and giving it real meaning.
And so far despite many challenges, we look like we are on the path to achieve that over
the next 3 years.
So to make sure that 105,000 Victorians are in this scheme by 2019, with a whole change
of emphasis about how their lives can be better, is the focus.
And that means really tipping the existing world of disability specialist services on
its head as both a funded model change and an approach to how disability services are
delivered in a context of why the service delivery.
GK: I reflect on the people we work with in the Barwon area, and now in the North East
Melbourne area, who have had now access to the NDIS, and compare them in general terms
to other people we work with with a disability, there's definitely a difference in the way
they approach their lives and their engagement with us as a service provider than what they
used to, and that's only in the last few years we've seen that happen.
So the evidence is on the ground already I think.
MF: And I've picked up anecdotally the same kind of things.
It will be interesting to see what the first real reports of other areas come in, because
it's not just about changing service delivery, its about changing the mindset of people with
disabilities to change from that passive recipient of cookie cutter we know what's best for
you care, to that assertive support, that advocacy based system that says this is your
right to participate in our society.
This is your right for the same kind of opportunities that the rest of society takes for granted
and you need to pursue that.
That's why advocacy is such an important part of that rights based framework.

Nosh Eatery & Tap - Duration: 2:09.
This is Justin O'Reilly, head Chef and Co-owner of Nosh Eatery & Tap in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan
We're going to make his Maple Eggplant entree today
Our eggplant is from a garden just outside Saskatoon here, called floating gardens
Our mushrooms are actually from Regina from a guy named Joel. He has a company called Stellar Gourmet
Im going to slice up these shiitake
Drizzle some oil on these eggplants
And then we are just going to grill them, and then we will brush them with maple syrup
In culinary school they alway taught you to centre all your dishes, but I like to keep everything off to the side
Like weird off centred
Turn these guys, get the grill marks
It'll really taste quite meaty and really quite beefy
It'll remind you of backyard BBQ's, which everyone loves
The eggplant is kind of round and oval so it's going to shape with the dish
Then I'm going to follow with my mushrooms. Beautiful Saskatchewan grown mushrooms
Parsnip and carrot ribbons, so these have been smoked and dressed with a little maple syrup and cumin
It'll give it that BBQ flavour
Then Im going to put a couple more dollops of our cream corn puree to kind of give it a nice salty bite
Our elegance that was grown from floating garden, the same company that grows the eggplant
And then our house made Crackers. Made of lentil, almonds and flax.
And then more our corn
And thats a finished dish
Saskatchewan Maple Eggplant, with Saskatchewan Mushrooms
The important thing is that everything is sourced locally I think, I mean thats where everyone now days is kind of loosing sight
Thats really the way to be truly sustainable, is just eating within your environment.
That's key to success I think, in this business, these days
this is a clear focus on what you can find in Saskatchewan
Its ridiculous
it's not just beef, its not just wheat, its not just lentils
This is all Saskatchewan
Ill see you guys later!

Friday Is National Wear Red Day - Duration: 4:49.
.
SANDRA: A BIG EFFORT TO SAVE
WOMEN'S LIVES.
HEART DISEASE, THE NUMBER ONE
KILLER OF WOMEN.
THIS FRIDAY IS NATIONAL WEAR
RED FRIDAY.
EASY THING TO DO.
FUN WAY TO BRING ATTENTION TO A
SERIOUS
UCLA DR. JANKI
AMERICAN HEART ASSOCIATION IN
L.A.
WELCOME DOCTOR.
THANK YOU FOR HAVING ME AND
SPOTLIGHTING THE IMPORTANCE OF
RECOGNIZING HEART DISEASE IN
WOMEN.
SANDRA: WHEN WE TALK ABOUT A
MONTH FOR A SERIOUS ILLNESS, TO
GET PEOPLE TALKING, TO BE
AWARE.
TO BE AWARE AND TAKE ACTION.
THE GO RED MOVEMENT IS TO SHARE
THAT HEART DISEASE IS THE
NUMBER ONE KILLER OF WOMEN.
IT CLAIMS ONE WOMAN EVERY 80
SECONDS IN THE UNITED STATES.
KILLS MORE WOMEN THAN ALL
CANCERS COMBINED.
IN ADDITION TO RAISING
AWARENESS, WE WANT TO EMPOWER
WOMEN TO TAKE CHARGE OF THEIR
OWN HEART HEALTH.
SANDRA: SO SHOCKING TO ME WHEN
YOU SAY IT CLAIMS MORE WOMEN.
MORE WOMEN DIE THAN ANY OTHER
CANCERS COMBINED BECAUSE IT'S
SOMETHING THAT DOESN'T GET
TALKED ABOUT.
WE WEAR RED ONE DAY AND SEEMS
LIKE HEART DISEASE IS SOMETHING
PEOPLE ASSOCIATE WITH MEN.
THE OLD MAN'S DISEASE.
SANDRA: RIGHT.
IN REALITY, WOMEN ARE DYING
OF HEART DISEASE AT YOUNGER
AGES.
HEART DISEASE IN WOMEN IS
UNDERRECOGNIZED AND
UNDERTREATED.
THE SYMPTOMS CAN BE DIFFERENT.
SANDRA: WE THINK OF CHEST PAIN.
THE HOLLYWOOD IMAGE OF A MAN
CLUTCHING HIS CHEST AND
COLLAPSING TO THE FLOOR.
WOMEN CAN HAVE JUST JAW PAIN OR
BELLY PAIN.
IF WOMEN FEEL THAT SOMETHING IS
NOT QUITE RIGHT, THEY NEED TO
SEEK ATTENTION.
SANDRA: THERE ARE SOME GLARING
RISK FACTORS.
WE KNOW ABOUT SMOKING, BUT
OTHER ONCE AS WELL, RIGHT?
ABSOLUTELY.
THERE ARE A HOST OF MODIFIABLE
AND NONMODIFIABLE RISK FACTORS.
THERE ARE A LOT OF THINGS YOU
CAN CHANGE.
YOU CAN CHANGE HOW ACTIVE YOU
ARE, YOUR DIET.
THE FIVE NUMBERS THE AMERICAN
HEART ASSOCIATION WANTS WOMEN
TO KNOW, CRITICAL NUMBERS THAT
COULD SAVE YOUR LIFE, ARE YOUR
TOTAL AND BAD CHOLESTEROL,
BLOOD PRESSURE, BLOOD SUGAR AND
BODY MASS INDEX WHICH IS A
MEASURE OF YOUR FAT.
AND KEEPING THESE NUMBERS IN
CHECK WITH THE HELP OF YOUR
DOCTOR CAN HELP SAVE LIVES.
SANDRA: I THINK THERE IS ALSO
AN IMAGE IF PEOPLE ARE THIN, IF
THEY LOOK GOOD, THEY ARE GOOD,
BUT THERE ARE ALL SORTS OF
THINGS GOING ON WITH THE HEART
THAT YOU MIGHT NOT NECESSARILY
KNOW.
ABSOLUTELY.
STAYING THIN AND STAYING FIT IS
PART OF THE PUZZLE.
IT'S ABSOLUTELY IMPORTANT BUT
THERE'S A LOT OF OTHER RISK
FACTORS THAT CAN COUNTERBALANCE
THAT.
SANDRA: AND WHAT YOU SHOULD
TALK TO YOUR DOCTOR ABOUT.
HOW DO YOU KNOW THAT IT'S
SERIOUS ENOUGH AS SOMETHING YOU
SHOULD BRING UP WITH YOUR
DOCTOR?
EVERY YEAR WOMEN SHOULD HAVE
A HEART CHECKUP.
WOMEN HAVE ONE RISK FACTOR FOR
HEART DISEASE, AND STARTLINGLY
WOMEN WHO COME INTO THE
EMERGENCY ROOM WITH A HEART
ATTACK NEVER HAD A WARNING
SYMPTOM.
PREVENTION IS IMPORTANT.
SANDRA: WHEN YOU TALK ABOUT A
HEART CHECKUP, IS THAT GETTING
HOOKED UP TO EKG MACHINE OR
JUST A STETHOSCOPE.
STETHOSCOPE, EKG MACHINE,
TALKING TO YOUR DOCTOR ABOUT
THE MAJOR RISK FACTORS.
SANDRA: SIMPLE 7 GUIDE.
YOU WANTED TO TALK ABOUT THAT.
THE AMERICAN HEART
ASSOCIATION HAS A PRACTICAL
GUIDE TO MODIFY TAKING CHARGE
OF HEART HEALTH.
IT IS THE LIFE'S SIMPLE 7.
WE RECOMMEND THAT EVERYONE EAT
WHOLE FOODS, FRUITS, GRAINS,
VEGETABLES, AVOIDING PROCESSED
SUGARS AND PROCESSED FOODS.
EVERYONE SHOULD MAINTAIN A
HEALTHY WEIGHT.
TWO-THIRDS OF AMERICAN ADULTS
AND ONE-THIRD OF AMERICAN
CHILDREN ARE OVERWEIGHT OR
OBESE, WE NEED TO KEEP THAT
NUMBER IN CHECK.
THE HEALTHY DIET BUT ALSO
STAYING ACTIVE WILL REACH THAT
GOAL.
THE AMERICAN HEART ASSOCIATION
RECOMMENDS 150 MINUTES A WEEK
OF REGULAR EXERCISE.
AND THE OTHER FOUR, SMOKING, WE
NEED TO STOP THE MOST
PREVENTABLE CAUSE OF HEART
DISEASE IN YOUNG WOMEN AND
KEEPING THAT BLOOD PRESSURE
UNDER 120 OVER 80.
IT'S A SILENT KILLER WREAKING
HAVOC ON THE INSIDE, AND
KEEPING THE CHOLESTEROL IN
CHECK AND SUGARS OUT OF THE
DIABETIC RANGE.
SANDRA: IT WILL COULD SAVE YOUR
LIFE.
ABSOLUTELY.

EXPLORING WHAT THE VATICAN KNOWS ABOUT INTELLIGENT EXTRATERRESTRIAL BEINGS - Duration: 6:44.
EXPLORING WHAT THE VATICAN KNOWS ABOUT INTELLIGENT EXTRATERRESTRIAL BEINGS.
Not long ago, we published an article detailing the most recent leaks made by Wikileaks
Julian Assange, which included the disclosure of more emails connected to the Clinton Campaign.
This time, it was John Podestas account, showing multiple emails from Dr. Edgar Mitchell,
Apollo 14 astronaut, showing how Mitchell (1940-2016) had big plans, and big meetings
set up.
Edgar Mitchell was very active in moving the disclosure process by discussing the
matter with various contacts inside of the White House and Pentagon, along with the Disclosure
Projects Dr. Steven Greer.
Here is one of the emails that was recently released by Wikileaks, and it mentions the
Vatican:
Dear John, As 2015 unfolds, I understand you are leaving the Administration in February.
It is urgent that we agree on a date and time to meet to discuss Disclosure and Zero Point
Energy, at your earliest available after your departure.
My Catholic colleague Terri Mansfield will be there too, to bring us up to date on the
Vaticans awareness of ETI.
Another colleague is working on a new Space Treaty, citing involvement with Russia and
China.
However with Russias extreme interference in Ukraine, I believe we must pursue another
route for peace in space and ZPE on Earth.
I met with President Obamas Honolulu childhood friend, US Ambassador Pamela Hamamoto on July
4 at the US Mission in Geneva, when I was able to tell her briefly about Zero Point
Energy.
I believe we can enlist her as a confidante and resource in our presentation for President
Obama.
I appreciate Eryns assistance in working with Terri to set up our meeting.
The Vatican & ETs
As you can imagine, the topic of extraterrestrial life dives into various sub-topics, and one
of them is the religious interpretation of extraterrestrials, and there are many.
The first step, however, seems to be to have religious people accept the fact that ET
doesnt have to contradict what they believe in.
For the past few years, the worlds largest church has played a major role in the alien
debate.
For example, Monsignor Corrado Balducci, a longtime friend of Pope John Paul II and the
Vaticans leading exorcist, is one of multiple people from within the Vatican who has been
very outspoken about extraterrestrials.
On multiple occasions, he has stated that contact between humans and extraterrestrials
has already happened.
The existence of these beings is real.
We cant have doubts.
In 2005, Vatican astronomer Guy Consolmagno said that humankind is facing a future discovery
of extraterrestrial intelligence.
In 2008, Vatican chief astronomer Father Jose Gabriel Funes stated that the discovery of
intelligent extraterrestrial life, and its existence on a planet other than Earth, doesnt
contradict their faith.
Ask yourself this question: why would all of these Vatican authorities speak so openly
and passionately about the subject?
Perhaps there is something going on here?
The email from Dr. Mitchell certainly hints to that possibility, and the constant discussions
regarding extraterrestrials coming out of the Vatican in the form of public statements
also does.
As for Pope Francis, this is what he has had to say:
He created beings and allowed them to develop according to the internal laws that he gave
to each one, so that they were able to develop and to arrive at their fullness of being.
He gave autonomy to the beings of the universe at the same time at which he assured them
of his continuous presence, giving being to every reality.
And so creation continued for centuries and centuries, millennia and millennia, until
it became which we know today, precisely because God is not a demiurge or a magician, but the
creator who gives being to all things.
He has also said that extraterrestrial beings would be welcomed, and that he would try to
have them baptized.
Guy Consolmagno (mentioned earlier) has expressed the same sentiment.
In most cases, religion actually confirms the existence of life beyond our own world.
For example, in Sikhism, God did not limit life to our planet, but created it throughout
the cosmos.
In Islam, God created other planets similar to Earth, full of other life forms.
Islam also speaks of the Jinn, multidimensional creatures who can be good or evil.
In Christianity, there are various interpretations of life beyond our own world, and in many
ancient Vedic scriptures we have the same.
The list goes on and on.
Vatican/Religious Controversy
Another discussion thats going to stem from any type of ET disclosure and the religious
interpretation from certain places, is deception and misinformation.
If you think about it, this might not be the easiest process, especially because we are
dealing with peoples belief systems here.
As many of you probably already know, the Vatican has been shrouded in massive sex abuse
scandals, and accused of hiding and concealing ancient knowledge inside of its library.
Whether theyve used religion as a form of control, and plan on doing the same thing
when it comes to extraterrestrial life, who knows.
Pope Francis has been making a lot of positive headlines lately, which seems to have many
people confused, given the fact that a massive amount of people perceive an organization
like the Vatican to be a dark one (just as many people perceive it to be a good
one)

30 Day Challenge | Procrastination Is The Assassination Of Your Dreams - Day 16 - Duration: 4:13.
hey guys Gordon hear from GordonAttard.com
Here is a question to you... is
procrastination killing people's dreams
the answer is absolutely yes... you see
I don't know if you've heard of this quote
procrastination is the assassination of
your dreams and here is the deal guys I
mean I see a lot of people I meet a lot
of people and number one thing apart
from fear is procrastination you see
most people are delaying to take action
upon their priorities upon their dreams
upon their goals because of
procrastination they procrastinate ok
and they have become a professional
procrastinators let me tell you
so there's another say it says... do
today what others won't so you
can have what others can't
ok or others won't so and what are you
doing today that is pushing you towards
your goal that has moved you towards
your vision you see, you need to
focus on what is priority
for you
ok watching, playing a video game,
watching wrestling, watching football
watching soccer, whatever it is it's not
a priority... it is entertainment!
you should use that as a reward
so what do you mean by that so you focus
on let's say getting five new customers
per week okay
and at the end of that you entertain
yourself, you reward yourself you need to
come up with something you need to come
up with a schedule you that eliminates
procrastination because procrastination
is always going to be there maybe it's the
weather today maybe it is the wife
maybe it's the spouse maybe it's the
kids right and you cannot you cannot not
agree with this because this is life
okay it happened to me it happens to
everyone so what I want to do is how
you cannot confront procrastination ok
how its a system... you need to use a system
so you need to plan a schedule that is
going to be part of your game plan
you need to tick off items so it's like
when you go to a nutritionist this is why
the reason why when you go to a
nutritionist they need you to log down
everything what you put inside you need
to write it down and just the same thing
what I want to do in business you need
to track what you're doing so if it is your
goal is to do three presentations a
day in your network marketing business
okay you can say okay you can say that
you doing three presentations a day but
what about tracking. you see woman lie
men lie numbers don't. women lie men lie
numbers on so you need to track
everything why you need to stay
accountable first if you want to be
accountable with somebody else with your
sponsor with your leader
first you need to be true accountable
with yourself so be accountable with
yourself
track your statistics... track your
numbers that what you doing
make sure they are things that move you
towards what you want to achieve with
your network marketing business and
that means your goals
ok your goals and your vision so track
down these and I can promise you this
will move you towards your goals and
anyway from procrastination because
procrastination is the assassination of
your dreams
having said that that's my video for you
today if you found this value please like
comment below share it with your friends
and i will be appreciated for that and
thanks for your support for these video
trainings that I'm putting out and if
you haven't got my home business
manifesto goal right now on GordonAttard.com

address and you receive it in your email
inbox that's all wrapping up this video
