diabetes hack of I want to review new
product today called seven steps to help
the big diabetes lie but i always start
with just just a simple couple of simple
questions are you are you sick and tired
of being sick and tired
do you want to know if there's a way to
can't break the cycle and a pattern of |High Blood Sugar Levels During Pregnancy | New Treatment For Diabetic Foot Ulcers
little help in your life are your
current treatments really measuring up
to what you want for your life instead
of just what everybody else says ought
to be for your life and are you ready to

latest research in diabetes health can
provide will I tell you I believe this
product is a huge step forward to
address just those issues now he what I
want to do I want to change my screen

kind of give you are an overview and
review of this product and it's an
e-book and it's put out by the
international council for truth in
medicine a group of physicians and
doctors and they do a lot of research on
a lot of different areas of that the one
that I caught my attention because we | High Blood Sugar Levels During Pregnancy | New Treatment For Diabetic Foot Ulcers
deal with diabetes is the one of seven
steps to help as related to diabetes and
so this this is the kind of home page if
you were to go to their website a blog
but if you go to against this would be
their marketing page for this particular
product this here is a video
presentation that is kind of like a
video sales letter it just it kind of
talks a little bit about the program but
it kind of lays the background in video
form for presenting the solutions they
offer in their product i'll click this
we may not listen to the whole thing its |High Blood Sugar Levels During Pregnancy | New Treatment For Diabetic Foot Ulcers
I don't even know if you can hear this
but yeah so anyway i'll pause that what
you you watch that you can scroll down
and I got a little all this sells page
it's got some great information things
you'll find in the book by the way this
is not some small little 60-page
quick-fix book this is of course it's
listed at $37 this is over plus 500
pages it's well over 400 pages and it is
chock-full of great information
contacted the folks at the international
council for truth and medicine that
spoke to mike and he actually gave me a
special offer that he's going to allow
me to offer to you guys but we talked
about the book there Ben of course this
is not really actually updated but 40
8131 customers purchases this is in a
lot of the forums I comment on it is it
this is a product that had been
well-received so that's one of the
reasons I wanted to do the preview of it
now if you don't like to watch the long
videos there's a place down here some
where you can go to just eat the printed
page that I like this because it comes
with some of always I guess testimonials
from some universities people in the
medical profession but i like to this
from the University of Kentucky
ninety-six percent of type 2 diabetes
diabetics we're able to completely stop
insulin injections and while type of
one's reduce the dosage on average of
thirty eight percent that that's an
incredible thing and it all because this
book lays out a plan that will talk
about that in a moment but anyway
there's a lot of things this one by that
diabetes association we welcome the
results of the research because it shows
that type to diet diabetes tan the
reason reverse was too great a great
thing that the Diabetes Association
mentions anyway I wanted you to be aware
they got several sales presentations or
informational pages there what I want to
do is do just a little lock up and take
a look at a couple of issues and things
that I want to bring out about the the
book as I said this is an e-book what
it's all about the doctors connected
with the international council for truth
in medicine
they've been studying these things for
years over the last 21 years they have
presented information about the truth of
diabetes some of those things they say
been suppressed for years last year low
they helped over 17,000 type 2 diabetics
and their need for prescription drugs
insulin injections and blood sugar
monitoring I thought that's a great
thing in fact Mike from the organization
spoke to today actually told me that
you're on track to help 30,000 people by |High Blood Sugar Levels During Pregnancy | New Treatment For Diabetic Foot Ulcers
the end of this year which is a great
thing one of the quotes from the book by
dr. Julie Whitaker hundreds of clinical
trials demonstrate that diabetes can be
reversed
not with drugs but with simple
inexpensive lifestyle measures and I
think that's what the whole book kind of
centers around so anyway from the book i
like these things from face-to-face 298
and I wanted you to be able to see this
and we mentioned it's not a six percent
of the patients completely ended their
need for insulin medication
this was a study done on these steps and
on this program by the university of
kentucky on page 4 33 the nutritional
tricks than or Norwegian endocrinologist
used to help 18,000 of his patients
completely come off insolent other
diabetes medications all using regular
food down right in the grocery store and
I think that's important because
there's no added things you need to do
we're not talking about an expensive
upgrade this book lays out a basic plan
i'll paste 380 I learn this new secret
thousands of used to normalize their
blood pressure people high blood
pressure a little Lord by 38-percent
without using any drugs medications
appeals and then taste 327 fine i like
this because I'm very health-conscious
what vitamins can replace a bad or
improper diet which vitamins are
absolutely necessary to stay healthy and
read your body disease
these things are are are practical
inexpensive things that we could put
into our life that that kind of take us
one step closer to help
so here's what you're going to discover
the book and you'll read about test
studies and trials that will
revolutionize your understanding about
diabetes you know the reality is i read
through this material i realize a lot of
what we've we thought we knew the past
is simply wrong and outdated and we all
know that science is always progressing
I mean I have people all the time say
you know where the medical field says
this but give it 10 years and it's going
to say something different there's a
tendency and a trend now to really come
not just for symptom treatment that to
really address causes and core issues
and I think we're making a lot of
progress on this but anyway check you're
going to discover the real cause behind
diabetes
listen if you don't know what the cause
is all you can do is just deal with the
symptoms and I believe there's something
better this book takes incredible
strides toward that unveiling and
peeling away the layers so you really
understand what's going on in your body
and why it's going on in your body and
got I i think that's one of the big
things that this book kind of unveiled |High Blood Sugar Levels During Pregnancy | New Treatment For Diabetic Foot Ulcers

SSL Protection for Your Website || GoDaddy - Duration: 1:10.
You've heard of SSL, but you're not really sure what it is.
SSL stands for Secure Sockets Layer.
It's a technology that encrypts or scrambles data while it travels between websites and web servers.
And it's pretty much bulletproof;
keeping hackers from deciphering the data even if they manage to get their hands on it.
SSL-protected sites have web addresses
that start with HTTPS, instead of HTTP.
More and more people look for that powerful little 's'.
It's a great way to earn customer trust.
It may even increase traffic to your site because Google rewards HTTPS encrypted websites with higher rankings.
But wait there's more!
Some visitors to your site may miss the little 's' at the end of HTTPS,
but they won't miss the lock icon in their browsers address bar.
And if you decide to get the highest class of SSL,
designed for e-commerce and banking websites,
the address bar will turn green.
It's easy to add SSL encryption to your site,
you just install a certificate.
Best of all we automate the entire process for GoDaddy hosting and SSL customers,
so everything is done seamlessly behind the scenes, you need to lift a finger.

You Paid For It: Pasco Tax Collector questions $82 oil change bill - Duration: 3:36.
NO ONE IS THRILLED ABOUT
PAYING TAXES.
THAT INCLUDES PASCO COUNTY TAX
COLLECTOR MIKE FASANO.
FASANO IS RAISING A FUSS ABOUT
A ROUTINE OIL CHANGE THAT HE
SAYS COST PASCO TAXPAYERS WAY
TOO MUCH.
AND THAT IS WHY MARK IS ON IT
TONIGHT.
THE COST FOR THE OIL CHANGE
DOES NOT SEEM LIKE IT SHOULD BE
A BIG DEAL FOR TAXPAYERS.
OR ANYONE ELSE.
NORMALLY IT'S NOT.
BUT PASCO COUNTY TAX COLLECTOR
MIKE FASANO SAYS THE BILL HE
RECEIVED FROM JIFFY LUBE FOR
THIS OIL CHANGE IS SIMPLY
OUTRAGEOUS.
FASANO SAYS EVERY PENNY COUNTS.
AND THE BILL FROM JIFFY LUBE
FOR THIS PARTICULAR OIL CHANGE
HAS REALLY TOUCHED A NERVE.
I'VE NEVER PAID THAT MUCH
FOR AN OIL CHANGE IN MY LIFE.
Reporter: CHIEF DEPUTY TAX
COLLECTOR BILL SHOOK HIS FLEET
CAR IN FOR AN OIL CHANGE LAST
WEEKEND.
AND BOY WAS HE SURPRISED.
A WORKER AT A JIFFY LUBE HANDED
HIM AN $82 BILL.
FOR A FILTER AND FOUR QUARTS OF
OIL.
DID YOU THINK WHAT AM I
GOING TO TELL MY BOSS?
HOW AM I GOING TO EXPLAIN
THIS?
Reporter: MIKE FASANO WAS
VARIOUS AND STILL IS.
LOOK AT THAT THING.
$82?
Reporter: HE PRIDES HIMSELF
FOR PINCHING TAXPAYER PENNIES.
HE INSISTS THE FOLKS WHO LINE
UP AT HIS OFFICE DAILY TO PAY
THEIR TAXES DESERVE NOTHING
LESS.
WHEN YOU SAW THIS BILL, YOU
SAID NOT ON MY WATCH.
ABSOLUTELY NOT.
Reporter: WHEN HIS PROTEST
DIDN'T GO ANYWHERE HE VOICED
HIS CONCERNS ON FACEBOOK.
IT STRIKES A NERVE BECAUSE
IT'S SOMEONE ELSE'S MONEY.
IT'S NOT MY MONEY.
IT'S NOT YOUR MONEY.
IT'S THE PEOPLE OF PASCO
COUNTIES MONEY THAT WE ARE
TRYING TO DO OUR BEST AND
SPENDING IT WISELY.
Reporter: THEN HE TURNED TO
8 ON YOUR SIDE.
SOMEBODY HAS TO ASK THE
SIMPLE QUESTION.
I KNOW YOU WHY -- WHY $82 FOR
AN OIL AND FILTER CHANGE?
Reporter: SO WE DID.
THAT'S STANDARD PRICE AT A
JIFFY LUBE.
Reporter: MANAGER BOB
INSISTS THE $82 CHARGED TO THE
OFFICE PAID FOR SYNTHETIC BLEND
MOTOR OIL RECOMMENDED BY GM.
BUT GIVEN ALL THE FUSS RAISED
BY FASANO, HE PROMISED US HE
WOULD OFFER THE TAX COLLECTOR
AND YOU A BETTER DEAL.
I'M GOING TO MAKE IT GOOD
WITH THE MAN.
THAT I WILL DO.
NOT 20 BUCKS OFF?
YES OR.
ABSOLUTELY.
THAT'S ALL WE GOT.
THIS IS THE TAXPAYERS'
MONEY.
I UNDERSTAND THAT.
I UNDERSTAND THAT.
YOU PAID FOR THIS.
Reporter: WELL, WE SHOPPED
AROUND TODAY AND EVEN WITH THE
$20 DISCOUNT WE COULDN'T FIND
ANOTHER VENDOR ANYWHERE WHO
CHARGES A $62 FOR A SYNTHETIC
OIL CHANGE FOR A CHEVY TRAX.
NEITHER COULD FASANO.
OCEAN HONDA FASANO SAYS HAS
OFFERED TO DO $30 SYNTHETIC OIL
CHANGES FOR HIS ENTIRE FLEET OF
TAX COLLECTOR VEHICLES.
THAT IS A DEAL BY WHAT OUR BOSS
CALLS YOU PAID FOR IT
GOVERNMENT GOOD GUY MIKE
FASANO.
[ LAUGHTER ] WE LIKE MIKE
FASANO.
HE IS ALWAYS A GOOD GUY WORKING
FOR THE TAXPAYER.
IT'S BEEN KNOCKED DOWN TO 62.
TAXPAYERS ARE STILL ON THE
HOOK.
NOT EVEN THAT.
HE IS SO UPSET BY ALL THIS.
MAY BE A LITTLE EMBARRASSED.
HE'S GOING TO PAY FOR THIS
ENTIRE OIL CHANGE OUT OF HIS
OWN POCKET.
SO THERE YOU HAVE IT.
NO COST TO TAXPAYERS.

Ambassador to Myanmar questioned over corruption scandal, arrest warrant for Choi Soon-sil issued - Duration: 2:46.
Moving on to the latest development in the ongoing probe into the massive corruption
scandal engulfing the nation...
There's growing evidence Choi Soon-sil, the woman at the heart of the scandal, interfered
with the appointment of high-level government officials... and this time... it's a top envoy
to Myanmar.
With that... a local court has issued yet another short-term arrest warrant for Choi.
Hwang Hojun has the latest.
"I still have no idea who tipped me to become an ambassador.
But if somebody has recommended me to this post with an ulterior motive, I can assure
you that somebody has got the wrong person."
That was Korea's Ambassador to Myanmar, Yoo Jae-kyung, speaking to reporters at the independent
counsel office Tuesday morning soon after his arrival in the country... and before his
actual interrogation.
However, according to the independent counsel spokesperson, Ambassador Yoo admitted during
questioning that he had not only met Choi Soon-sil,... the jailed confidante of President
Park Geun-hye and the woman at the center of the sprawling influence-peddling scandal,...
but also that he was recommended by her to represent Korea in Yangon.
Ambassador Yoo is a former senior executive at Samsung Electro-Mechanics and had no experience
in diplomacy until he was appointed.
The independent counsel team suspects that Choi got Yoo hired in order to push through
an overseas aid program in Myanmar in an attempt to acquire personal gain.
And for that reason, the special probe team sought a short-term arrest warrant for Choi
on charges of "acceptance of a bribe for good offices."
The Seoul court accepted the request and issued the warrant on Tuesday evening.
That'll allow the team to compel Choi to appear for questioning.
The writ is valid for 48 hours and will likely be executed on Wednesday at the earliest.
Meanwhile, the spokesperson confirmed that a long-awaited face-to-face interrogation
of President Park Geun-hye is taking shape.
"It's true that we're coordinating the schedule at this moment.
But factors such as the venue and logistics are still yet to be decided."
The probe team, led by Independent Counsel Park Young-soo, has repeatedly urged the need
to question the President by early February.
President Park is suspected of colluding with Choi in extorting money and favors from large
conglomerates and allowing Choi, a civilian, to meddle in important state affairs.
"President Park once called the charges against her quote 'preposterous and colossal lies,'
and has challenged the probe's neutrality, fueling suspicions that she could dodge formal
questioning.
Time is ticking for the team, which is initially authorized to investigate until February 28th.
Hwang Hojun, Arirang News."

Trump fires Attorney General for going against anti-immigration policy - Duration: 2:09.
U.S. President Donald Trump fired his acting Attorney General for refusing to enforce his
controversial travel ban order on several Muslim-majority countries.
The White House also warned senior U.S. diplomats to fall in line... or quit.
Kim Hyun-bin reports.
U.S. President Donald Trump sacked the federal government's top law enforcement official,
acting attorney general Sally Yates, on Monday after she refused to carry out the administration's
new travel ban targeting seven Muslim-majority countries.
She was a hold-over from the Obama administration,... in place until Congress confirms Trump's nominee
for attorney general, Jeff Sessions, whose Senate hearing is set for later this week.
Until then, taking Yates' place will be U.S. District Attorney Dana Boente, who was sworn
in the same day.
Trump's executive order puts a 120-day hold on bringing refugees into the country and
a 90-day ban on entry by citizens from Iran, Iraq, Libya, Somalia, Sudan, Syria and Yemen.
"That is illegal, that is unconstitutional, and that is immoral.
We are here to fight back."
Despite tens of thousands of protesters demonstrating against the ban, Trump argues that tougher
vetting of immigrants is needed to protect Americans against terrorism.
In a separate note, White House spokesperson Sean Spicer called on senior diplomats to
get in line with the immigration moratorium or leave their posts... after dozens of State
Department diplomats signed a memo opposing the ban.
The memo claims that the order will hamper efforts to prevent terrorist attacks and will
not achieve its stated aim of protecting the American people.
The internal memo is expected to be delivered via the dissent channel,... a State Department
mechanism used to offer alternative views on foreign policy without fear of retaliation.
The channel was first established in the 1960's during the Vietnam War to ensure the department's
senior leadership could hear alternative policy views on the war.

U.S. F-16s to fly over S. Korea's Osan base in show of force against N. Korea - Duration: 0:52.
For the first time since the Trump administration took office,...
U.S. F-16 fighter jets are set to fly over South Korea in a show of force.
The U.S. Pacific Command made clear on Wednesday that the flyover -- planned for sometime this
month -- is a countermeasure against North Korea's continued military provocations...
as it comes along with a scheduled visit to Seoul by U.S. Defense Secretary James Mattis
on Thursday.
Mattis will meet with Acting President and Prime Minister Hwang Kyo-ahn... and his South
Korean counterpart Han Min-koo during his one-day stay.
Two-hundred U.S. military personnel and the twelve F-16 fighters will be based at Osan
Air Base,... located some 60 kilometers south of Seoul, for six to nine months to monitor
for North Korean provocations.

Tuesday Story Time: Maiden of the Mists Part 2 - Duration: 6:40.
The Maiden of the Mists is a short story inspired from this picture to my right.
It is a simple story about a young witch who encounters more than she bargained for when
doing her first solo ritual.
I decided to read it here for your enjoyment and entertainment.
I did my best to imitate an Irish accent.
So, you have been warned.
Roll the intro.
The Goddess tilted her head to one side, assessing the young one before her who was at ease with
death.
There was a stillness in her that was beyond her years, and a wisdom Branwen had never
experienced in others of Kaie's age.
This one is special.
Tis a shame she has been overlooked.
She saw and felt the apprehension within Kaie.
The girl is ready, but I must delve into the stillness that I feel in her.
She made motions for Kaie to follow her among the tombstones.
The girl followed the Goddess until she stopped in front of a small stone plaque inset in
the soil.
It contained only a name and the dates you would expect to find on a grave.
The stone was worn, and beginning to crack, neglected and forgotten in the rear of the
graveyard.
Weeds had taken over what once was grass and the small stand where flowers would be placed
was cracked and broken.
Branwen felt sadness from the youth.
"Why do you feel sadness, Kaie?
This is but a forgotten grave."
"This size of the site is for a child of not more than eight or nine, Goddess.
Why has this child been forgotten?"
When Branwen shook her head, her copper hair moved slightly.
"This child was shunned by the village.
He was a trouble maker, and there were those who thought that he was possessed by demons.
He would run free in the village without supervision or guidance of any kind.
Things would be broken, torn, stolen.
They would blame him."
Kaie's response coincided with the look of horror on her face.
"His parents?
Where were they?"
Branwen only shrugged.
"That matter was not for me in which to delve, my child.
All I know is that this child was tormented by those in the village, and then they wondered
why he was angry, and spiteful.
He wore rags and looked as if he was starved, Kaie."
"His parents must have been poor and not able to afford anything to properly care for
him."
"Nay, The boy could see spirits, like you.
Unlike you, however, he could not tolerate the verbal barbs that were thrown at him daily.
He became bitter, and a rage built inside him.
His parents, what I know of them, were the ones that thought he was possessed."
Branwen knelt and placed a hand on the stone.
Kaie did the same, turning her head towards the Goddess.
"He is still here.
I believe I can feel him at times."
Branwen nodded in agreement.
"Yes, he usually attacks those who try to walk through here in the wee hours of the
morning and the witching hour, child.
He is here now."
She turned her head and pointed in the direction she wished Kaie to look.
Following the silent direction, Kaie saw a small boy, the spirit of one, in tattered
clothing with an angry face staring back at them.
His hair was tangled, dirty as was the rest of him.
He walked toward Kaie with purpose and didn't slow his pace until he stood less than a foot
from her.
The voice that issued from the boy was fraught with anger and hurt.
Kaie was hit with waves of sadness and hurt.
The anger within the boy was there, but not as strong as the other emotions.
"What are you doing here?
No one comes to visit me."
Kaie turned so that her whole body faced the boy.
"I am here to help you."
There was no nervousness in her voice.
Branwen only watched.
"No one can help me.
They put me her to forget about me.
Nobody wants or loves me."
A sad smile crept across his face.
"They ridiculed you, thought you possessed.
They are cruel to me as well."
"I know.
I have seen you in the village.
I have heard what they say to you and that they throw things at you as they did me.
What I do not understand is how you are not angry with them.
Why do you not…"
The boy was reaching for the right words in the silence.
Kaie continued his thought, "Throw things back?
Tear up their possessions?
Break into their homes as you did?"
The boy only stared at her, waiting for an answer.
"Because, in my heart, I know they do not understand me, and what I can do.
They are afraid of what they do not know.
They have seen the Druids come to my home, and the villagers, being Catholic, think I
am consorting with demons.
They know not of what I am, or what I wish for myself."
"Your parents?"
"I have none.
They passed when I was fourteen."
The boy's eyes grew wide, but only by a hair, enough for Kaie to feel the surprise.
"So, you can do what you wish, and you choose to stay there and be… be… yelled at?
That makes no sense."
"I wish to prove to them that Druids do not call demons.
That is why I stay.
My calmness in the face of all the ridicule is to show them that they have nothing to
fear, and that I do not fear them."
The boy sat across from Kaie, puzzled.
She was feeling curiosity from the boy, the other feelings were still there, but fading
a small bit.
"So, I should have not done anything?
I don't understand.
They were mean to me, and threw things at me.
I was just to stand there and let it happen?"
Kaie nodded, "Yes, you see, in doing as you did, you only made them be more hurtful
to you.
There are days that the people of the village leave me be, and do not yell at me."
The boy looked astonished.
"Really?"
She nodded again, "They could deny bartering with me for food and materials for my clothing,
but they do not.
They could forbid me from entering their shops, but they do not.
All this, I believe is because they do not understand who I am, and what I can do, I
have not harmed them, and I believe they know that I will not.
Do you see?"

Galapagos Islands Penguin Facts for Kids Penguins 101 #penguin #galapagos - Duration: 4:22.
When we think of Penguins, the equator is not the first place we'd think to find them.
However, there is a species of penguin that lives exclsuively in the tropics, where the
climate is warm, and entirely different from the habitats of the larger species.
Their distribution is exclusively the Galapagos Islands of Charles Darwin fame, an archipelago
of volcanic islands distributed on either side of the Equator in the Pacific Ocean,
some 563 miles west of continental Ecuador.
Cool, huh ... I mean ummm warm... anyway this is Animal Facts.
Let's Get Started.
If you'd like to know more fascinating facts about the many critters we share this planet
with, make sure to subscribe and hit that like button.
10.
Galapagos penguins are the smallest of the banded penguins and the thrid smallest of
all 17 penguin species.
Among all banded penguins, which includes African, Humboldt, and Magellanic species,
the Galapagos penguin is the easiest to recognize because they have black feathers on most of
their body, with some distinctive white marks on their face, beak, and chest.
9.
Galapagos penguins are a sedentary species that stay near their colony and only venture
as far as 3 miles away.
They live in relatively small communities compared to other penguin species, but they
are well organized and coordinated to hunt in groups.
8.
Before they breed, the Galapagos penguins moult, and they may do this twice a year.
While the Galapagos penguins are moulting, they usually stay out of the water.
They are able to go to the sea for food rather than starve though since the water is so warm
in their area.
Since they moult right before breeding, Galapagos penguins are able to ensure that they will
not starve during the moulting process.
7.
The warm climate and intense sun of their environment may sometimes overheat them, which
they solve by opening their flippers seeking to radiate heat and get the fresh sea breeze
to lower their temperature.
Ocean waters around the islands keep moderate temperatures, which are also ideal to end
body overheating, if necessary.
The bird usually walks slightly hunched to keep its bare feet in the shade (to prevent
sunburns).
6.
Galapagos penguins form couples that last for a lifetime.
These penguins are monogamous and maintain 90% fidelity.
They do not have a regular reproduction season, but it commonly occurs from April to May and
from August to September.
Females lay two eggs in nests built within volcanic rock cavities and both parent help
in incubation and taking care of hatchlings.
Chicks leave the nest 60 days later, and they can feed themselves a few months later.
5.
Because of the Galapagos Penguin's smaller size, it has many predators both in the water
and on dry land.
On land, the Galapagos penguins must keep an eye out for crabs, snakes, owls, and hawks,
while in the water they must avoid sharks, fur seals, and sea lions.
The Galapagos penguin has also been severely affected by human activity around the island
chain.

Galapagos penguins eat mostly small fish such as mullet and sardines.
They are dependent on the ocean currents to bring fish to their feeding grounds.
Severe weather from El Nino caused a severe shortage of food about 20 years ago.
At that time over 70% of the Galapagos penguins died.
Whit only 1,500 individuals spotted in the wild in 2004, the Galapagos penguin is the
rarest species of penguins, a status that is often falsely attributed to the yellow-eyed
penguin.
3.
As with most penguin species, the black and white coloration is called counter shading
which provides camouflage against predators.
The white provides camouflage under water from marine predators looking upwards, while
the black protects against birds looking downwards.
2.
They are not by any means the deepest diving penguins, but they can dive up to 30 meters
or about 100 feet under water.
1.
They do well in captivity so they are a common penguin seen at zoo exhibits.
Many of these displays are also part of breeding programs to increase overall numbers.
The goal is to eventually be able to release some of them back into the wild.
There are also captivity programs for penguins with injuries.
Rehabilitation and care is offered to these creatures that would otherwise die in the
wild.

Democrats boycott Trump's cabinet nominees for Health and Treasury posts - Duration: 2:08.
Democrats in the U.S. Senate have blocked votes on two of President Trump's choices
for key cabinet posts.
The president tweeted that the Democrats should be "ashamed" of themselves and said the move
shows why Washington does not work.
Kim Mok-yeon has more.
U.S. Senate Democrats on Tuesday refused to attend a committee vote on two of President
Trump's cabinet nominees, demanding further information on the financial activities of
the candidates.
The boycott is against the president's nominees for Treasury Secretary Steve Mnuchin and for
the head of the Department of Health and Human Services, Tom Price.
The Democrats said they want to ask Price and Mnuchin more questions, claiming some
of their testimonies before the panel did not line up with the facts.
Edit No2188 "We need someone with unquestioned strength,
values and integrity, who, at that critical constitutional moment, is prepared to stand
up to this president or any president and say you are wrong and if you insist on doing
this I will resign.
I cannot picture this man, who has been described by the Trump advisers as a savant and legendary,
having the will or determination to do that."
The move has delayed the vote for the positions to Wednesday and outraged the White House
and Republicans.
This comes as Americans remain divided over President Trump's contentious executive order
on immigration.
According to a Reuters/Ipsos opinion poll, 49 percent of respondents said they agreed
with Trump's order.
Forty-one percent disagreed and another ten percent remain undecided.
The poll had a margin of error of plus or minus three percentage points.
Following the announcement of the executive order, the President of the European Council,
for the first time, referred to the Trump administration as an existential "threat"
to Europe.
Donald Tusk said President Trump has placed the EU in a difficult situation as it seems
to have called into question the last 70 years of American foreign policy.
