Hello~
The couple was working at home, I'm prepare three meals in a day.
What I am most satisfied with is challenging minimal life? Declutter the side-by-side refrigerator and take a small Kimchi refrigerator without a freezer!
I work at home and sometimes people think i'm unemployed (haha) I'm buys everyday to work or to make a living, or declutter with me.
I am happy to work and get comfort with delicious things ...
I hope you [one-week meal] to be a little helping, "1 Week Meal Episode.2" Let's start ~ ♬
Subscription and LIKE is a great power for video production ♡ * If you look at the ad without skip, I will be the honor of the family.
Original ingredients: top mushroom, big matsutake mushroom, green onion, bulgogi, mussel, sardine, bean sprouts, buns (Please refer to the Eppisode 12 with One Week Meal Plan) Additional ingredients: eggs, carrots, tofu
Even the same ingredients can be cut, chopped, sliced, chopped depending on the menu. The main star of the dish today is the egg! The male lead is tofu ^^
This is the end of the first ingredient management (subdivision).
A week's match What about our house? > Mussels sprouts soup + stir-fried noodles > Seafood Ramen + Mushroom I > Bun-boiled egg + boiled tofu > Steamed egg + bulgogi > Egg chopping + miso soup > Tofu dipping > Dumplings
I also ate egg soup, egg bread, and egg toast.
Collect the remaining vegetables in a transparent container for easy retrieval. After the water is removed, the remaining vegetables are wrapped in a kitchen towel and stored in a transparent container.
And there are many questions that I really like without a freezer. I'm using a kimchi refrigerator that has better storage performance than a regular refrigerator. (Set to medium temperature)
In one week meal Episode 1, ice packs inserted between foodstuffs. Ice packs do not dissolve for more than a month, so you can eat them safely without any freezing room. (If you have a kimchi refrigerator at home Store the same ingredients in a regular refrigerator and Kimchi refrigerator)
Bean sprouts soup> Only mussels and kimchi are girdles! Whole wheat sprouts soup
Put the pack back and put the new kimchi and bean sprouts. Mussels, red pepper powder, green onion, boiled, boiled bonito flour and flavored soy sauce.
Seafood Ramen. If it is cool, best choice is seafood ramen.
Put back a pack of seaweed, mussels, bean sprouts, rice cakes, and sardines, and let it go!
Mushroom pancake > soft and chewy mushroom pancake
Fried dumplings + fried egg mushrooms buried in egg water I'll send you mushrooms I'll have a banquet
Eggplant> When the dumplings and egg meet?
Cut the remaining buns and make egg rolls with matching eggs.
Do not pour the egg water ingredients at the same time. Carefully knock it down and press it hard to get rid of the egg water in it.
Egg water connection part is upright and it is pushing ~ paste it and it is pretty Egg wrapping ♡
Steamed eggs> Bo steak stones - Steamed eggs in a beautiful shape
I like the steamed egg, so I subdivide everything I eat and trim the ingredients ~ (Red pepper powder is my point!)
Cut the green onions, carrots, and top mushrooms and put the egg in a salt pod. If you steam it for 10 minutes,
Bulgogi> Make strong, bulgogi
It is a holiday, so I left plenty of stuff ^^ I put mushrooms, green onion, onions, and carrots in the remaining beef,
(Meat is always right ~)
Egg "Jangorim"> Have you heard? Prescription drug egg
Add a little soy sauce, sesame oil, a little oligosaccharide and plenty of sesame seeds and boil the egg overnight. You can easily make it if you have a short stomach.
Miso soup> Mushroom tofu miso soup
Pull out pack, packed with ingredients, homemade miso + miso miso, Vietnamese pepper, tofu and boil
Tofu pancake> Memories of Tofu (Shadow)
Remove the tofu which has been seasoned with salt and bake fondant fondant ~ soaked eggplant in egg water.
Crab miso soup
Fry the shrimp on a sesame oil and add the sub-ingredients and roast it.
Pour in hot water, loosen the eggs and mix with black pepper, bonito flour and chicken powder!
Completion of the eggplant soup if you send it
Egg bread
Put a little slice of bread in the> ham> onion> put the sauce
No matter in order. Put the egg and the yolk is pre-steamed, black pepper, salt.
Smother> Sausage or Parsley. > Cover the ingredients with mayonnaise and bake in the oven for 10 minutes Time varies according to oven specification.
If you eat plenty of fresh cream,
Addictive toast
1. Press a little piece of bread in the middle.
2. Quarter the cheese and put it on the rim.
3. Ham is also on the rim like cheese (you should not cut it like me)
4. Sprinkle mayonnaise on the ham.
5. Raise the middle egg.
6. Break down the yolk (or break it into the oven)
Sprinkle salt and herbal powder with your taste.
8. Bake for 17-20 minutes according to oven specifications (Frying pan and microwave available)
Do not forget to live without a freezer in a small fridge? You can also use the same ingredients and have a menu> buy only a small amount Tailoring> Prepare 3 ~ 4 days in advance by subdividing ^^

FOX TV - What do you REALLY need to save for retirement? - Duration: 21:56.
It's the million-pound question: how much is enough when it comes to saving for retirement?According to official figures, four in ten of us are underestimating what we need to set aside
Half of the 12 million workers 'under-saving' earn at least £34,500 a year, according to a Government study of its flagship workplace pension scheme
That means 6 million middle-class workers face a drop in their standard of living when they retire, unless they act now
Look ahead: Half of the 12 million workers 'under-saving' earn at least £34,500 a year, according to a Government study of its flagship workplace pension schemeMost people save into 'defined contribution' plans that are linked to the stock market
With these deals, working out just how much you need to set aside to ensure a comfortable retirement is tricky
So how much do you need in old age? And how can you make sure you're saving enough? Money Mail has the answers

Give children the gift of a savings habit this Christmas -. Share this article Share 96 shares HOW THIS IS MONEY CAN HELP Are you saving enough for retirement? Check with our pension calculator Calculators at the readyYour first task is to work out what income you'll need when you stop work
Experts disagree on what this target should be. Some say you should aim for two-thirds of your final salary
For someone on the average UK wage of £27,000, that would mean an annual income of £18,000 in retirement
The Department for Work and Pensions analysis, published this week, says someone on £13,000 or less should aim to have 80 per cent of their salary in old age, or £10,400 a year
For someone on more than £55,000 it recommends 50 per cent, or £27,500 a year.Other experts suggest setting aside a lump sum worth ten times your final salary
So someone earning £27,000 would need £270,000 to see them through old age.In truth, everyone is different
To work out the right number for you, sit down with a pen and paper and roughly calculate your likely retirement outgoings
Start with essential spending such as utility bills, running the car, the food shop and repairs
The Office for National Statistics says the average annual food spend is £2,808 while gas and power bills cost £1,253
Remember, these numbers will rise every year with inflation.Next, consider the costs of the lifestyle you want
Include holidays, meals out and hobbies such as golf or dancing classes.Take into account practical considerations such as whether your spouse will be relying on your pension, and whether you might downsize your property or move into retirement accommodation which charges fees
How much do you need to save for retirement? The amount that you need to invest each month for retirement depends on how big a pension you want, but it also depends on your age
Our pension calculator can help you understand how much you may need to save.Put in your income, when you expect to retire, how much you are setting aside, your pension pot now, any other funds you have and the percentage of your current salary that you hope for in retirement
The calculator will tell you how much income you could get in retirement, adjusted for inflation, and also your projected total retirement pot
The figures are based on prospective returns from numbers crunched by Fidelity's investment experts, which err on the side of caution
With luck, investment returns will be better and you will end up with an even bigger retirement pot
Click the button above or the pension calculator link here to try it out. Don't underestimate how long you will live, or forget the state pensionDon't underestimate your life expectancy
Many savers only expect their pension pot to need to last them a few years but a 65-year-old can typically expect to live two more decades
Peter Chadborn, director at advice firm Plan Money, says: 'We are living longer in retirement and each generation seems to want a better retirement lifestyle than the one before
You may have 40 years of earning to save enough for 25 years of not earning.'Remember the state pension will lighten your load (get a forecast at gov
uk/check-state-pension or call the Future Pension Centre on 0800 731 7898.The full £159
55 a week flat-rate payout works out at £8,296 a year. So if you're aiming to have a retirement income of £18,000 a year, you'll need to fund about £10,000 yourself
You should multiply this amount by 25 years to work out the absolute minimum you'll need — £250,000 in this case
This figure presumes you'll run down the pot gradually so nothing is left. In reality, you're likely to continue to get a return on your savings during retirement if you've invested them wisely
You won't want the pot to run dry in case you live beyond 25 years, or so you can leave something for a spouse
So think of these figures as a starting point. The Department for Work and Pensions analysis, published this week, says someone on £13,000 or less should aim to have 80 per cent of their salary in old age, or £10,400 a yearHow to cover the basicsThe International Longevity Centre think-tank estimates that workers typically need to save 18 per cent of their salary to obtain these target retirement incomes
With bills, mortgages and supporting children through university, that's far too much for most people to give up
One solution is to start saving as early as possible. This gives your money longer to grow — and means it gets an extra boost from compound interest
Experts say it's a mistake to wait until you don't have a mortgage and the children have flown the nest
Peter Chadborn says: 'A little from a young age is a good discipline — waiting until you're mortgage-free might mean you can save more but you won't have as long to do it
'Jamie Clark, business development manager at Royal London, adds: 'Start small and increase your savings every time your salary rises
This way your pension should track in line with your lifestyle.' The International Longevity Centre think-tank estimates that workers typically needs to save 18 per cent of their salary to obtain these target retirement incomesSay you decide £15,000 a year will see you through in old age
After taking into account the £8,296 state pension, you need to fund £6,700 a year yourself
Multiply that by 25 years and you will need £167,500.If you start saving at age 20 and the funds in your pension pot grow at 5 per cent a year, you'd need to put £82
50 a month into your pension to build up £167,000 by age 65. If you waited until age 40, you'd have to save a much bigger £280 a month to amass the same amount
Under the Government's flagship retirement scheme introduced in 2012, the vast majority of company staff are now automatically enrolled into pensions by default
But not enough is going into their pots. The finding that 12 million people are under-saving comes from the DWP's analysis of its 'auto-enrolment' programme
Currently, only a minimum of 2 per cent of your annual salary must go into your pension pot under the DWP's rules
Half of this must come from your employer (they pay this on top of your normal salary)
Basic-rate taxpayers then have a minimum of 0.8 percentage points and higher-rate payers 0
6 percentage points deducted from their salary and put into the pension. The remaining 0
2 or 0.4 percentage points comes from the Government in the form of tax relief. These numbers will be slightly different in Scotland after the SNP hiked its income tax rates last week
Firms are only obliged to ensure 2 per cent of earnings between £5,876 and £45,000 go into your pension
If you saved 2 per cent of the full average £27,000 salary, a total of £45 (including tax relief and your employer's contribution) goes into the pot each month
At that rate, if you started saving at age 20 you would have just £24,300 by age 65
But the benefits of a workplace pension mean it wouldn't cost the earth to increase your savings to the magic £82
50-a-month mark.At least £22.50 of this would come from your employer (the 1 per cent payment your boss must make), with the Government providing £12 in tax relief
That leaves you sacrificing £48 a month from your salary.Again, these figures will be a few pounds different in Scotland under its tax changes
If you're starting at age 40 and need to put aside £280 a month, tax relief would provide £51
50 and your employer would pay £22.50. That leaves you needing to contribute £206 from your salary
The minimum percentage for auto-enrolment savings will rise to a total of 5 per cent in April 2018 and again a year later to 8 per cent
Saving that percentage from the full £27,000 average income would increase your contribution to £180 a month, or £2,160 a year, meaning you'd comfortably meet your target for a £15,000 annual income
To get the £6,700 not covered by the state pension from an annuity — your main alternative option, which provides a guaranteed income for as long as you live — you'd need to set aside £207,000, according to figures from investment company Fidelity
This is based on a policy for a single pensioner with payouts rising by RPI inflation each year
Contact the pensions department or whoever deals with HR at your employer to find out how much is going into your plan
Good employers often pay in more than the minimum — for example, matching your contribution so if you pay in 5 per cent the company adds another 5 per cent
Under the Government's flagship retirement scheme introduced in 2012, the vast majority of company staff are now automatically enrolled into pensions by defaultSave extra for special treatsMany savers will want more than £15,000 a year in retirement
To get to £25,000, your savings will need to generate £16,700 in income, after the state pension is taken into account
That means building up £417,500 if you want your pot to last 25 years. If you save from age 20 to 65 and your investments grow at 5 per cent a year, you will need to set aside £205 a month
STEEL PENSIONS PROBED Seventeen financial advice firms are being investigated over the Port Talbot steelworker pension scandal
More than 2,000 people have transferred out of the troubled British Steel final salary pension scheme
Experts say workers are giving up a lifetime income for risky funds that charge fees of up to 7
5 per cent. The City watchdog is investigating claims that that they have been given poor advice
Six companies have stopped giving advice: Mansion Park Limited, Active Wealth UK, Pembrokeshire Mortgage Centre, Vintage Investment Services, Retirement & Pension Planning Services and West Wales Financial Services
A further 11 are under investigation.p.thomas@dailymail.co.uk By April 2019 your employer will have to contribute a minimum of 3 per cent of your salary to your pension pot if you join your workplace scheme
So your company would pay in £67.50 a month on the full £27,000 average salary. That leaves you putting aside £137
50 a month. Of this, £27.50 will come through tax relief so just £110 a month would need to come from your pay packet
Someone aged 40 would need to set aside £698 a month, or £504 when tax relief and employer contributions are factored in
Alternatively, to get the £16,700 you want from an annuity you'd need to set aside £545,000, according to Fidelity
If you want the best of the bestIt's beyond most people's needs, but what would you need for a £40,000 income? The answer is £1 million — the maximum allowed — if you're splitting it evenly over a 25-year retirement
Remember, your pension isn't the only asset you'll have available for retirement. Property, Isas and other investments can be useful
Downsizing to a smaller house that's less costly to run will free up cash. According to property website Zoopla, the average asking price of a four-bed house is £486,494, while the typical two-bed costs £295,314
Downsizing would free up £186,414 (after you'd paid stamp duty of £4,766).Say you have built up £200,000 in Isas and other investments
That leaves you a £600,000 shortfall after downsizing your house. To get your pension to £40,000, you'd need to set aside £295 a month from age 20 until age 65
Assuming your employer contributed 3 per cent of your salary, as it will have to from April 2019, you would need to save £182 a month
If you started at age 40, you'd need to set aside £1,005 a month, or £750 when tax relief and employer contributions are factored in

Ntando Brown talks about video making for MTV and New Balance - Duration: 12:48.
one of the fellas before mentioned how many hours you put in in the beginning
it's not lie you put in a lot a lot a lot of hours in the beginning but that
shows kind of like the passion of what it is you're trying to do.
Always believe in like kind of what you're doing
I am a film director and producer and I also
run a creative commune called Out Since Tuesday and essentially what we do is we
link freelancers with brands and produce content across the board whether that
graphics, film, photography, all that kind of stuff we worked with brands like New
Balance, Nike, Sky, VEVO, MTV, mostly creating content for all of them if not
we would be doing a activation for them whether that's like producing an event and
then packaging that into a nice activation for all of them kind of thing
I will show you a video that we've done some of you might know a show called
yo MTV reps which came out in the 80s and they basically revamped it and then
came out last year so I directed that series which was actually my first
broadcast series and then from there I was able to then fit in some of the
crews that we have across the board into that production so it kind of explains
what we do in a way so essentially it's it's kind of creative solutions in a way
so if someone says if someone comes to us and says you know what I really want
to make this short film then and I'm just a writer and I don't really have
the team to fill out kind of thing then our thing is to be that right cool so
we'll surround you with like creative professionals to be like we'll give you
a producer we'll give you a director we'll give you all of these other
aspects to fill in the gaps kind of thing so that's kind as essentially what
we do. We have a like a studio in Woolwich and
so we kind of work out of that space that anyone that comes into the space is
able to then use our facilities, hang out, our kind of our main thing is making
sure that we're able to create the perfect space for a creative essentially
I come form like a freelance world so I know exactly what it is that
freelancers need and creatives need in order to create so there's like a
there's like a love-hate relationship between brands and creatives so creates
kind of feel like that brands stunt their creative processes and stunt their
growth is like to design stuff and create stuff and all that kind of creatives are
crazy so they need to be kind of babied in a way I mean myself especially so and
kind of brands kind of feel that creators are unreliable so then they
might not deliver on time because the creative processes take quite long or
they have to go through the stage it's not that kind of stuff so what we do is
we kind of act as an incubator for the creatives so then we can actually make
sure they deliver on time make sure they're happy all that kind of stuff
also keeping the brand at bay and being like don't worry it's going to get
delivered on time because we have all these creative professionals around so
that's essentially what what we do kind of thing so the way we kind of got into
that was I actually started in production so I was like I was a I
started running for an MTV production company and so I learned everything in
terms of production through that through that company and then started doing my
own thing kind of because I kind of saw a glass ceiling in terms of where I
could go next and that sort of thing so I ended up being like you know what
there's a certain way to produce content and creativity isn't free enough for me
in my opinion creativity is like it stunted so much and it's a problem
so our thing is to kind of make sure that creativity is always super free
super open but also keeping within the boundaries of what it is that the client
wants wherever it is that the brand wants kind of thing so for example we
did a activation for New Balance and so we did a world tour they're releasing a
shoe called the 009 and so we did a
a world tour which was in Korea, New York, LA, Paris and Berlin and literally about
six of us went from city to city in like all of those all those places and then
put on like an event at the same time we then did a photo shoot at the same
time we also did a video and we packaged it up sent it back to them and then that
was their campaign so one of our big aspects of a company is global marketing
and being able to link like being able to be a bridge for different for
different sectors essentially or for different brands and for different
countries kind of in so they can all come together. I think in terms of what I
would say in terms of setting up a company I would say the most important
thing is craft. It's like you can't really you can't really manage
creatives if you don't know how they do what they do so like everyone has a
process especially creatives like I said we're crazy so you have to
understand what they do and how they do it what their process is in order to be
able to manage them so if you, you might not want to be an editor for the rest of
your life but you might want to be a manager so you're like alright cool I
need to know how to edit I need to know how they do these things so that I know
how I can manage that process kind of thing so I think that's that's kind of
the main focus point for me in terms of learning is like a big big big aspect of
everything you keep learning keep learning
always always always work with people that are better than you always were
could be with that better than you so you can kind of keep it moving kind of
thing other than that I think make sure you're surrounded by people that are
passionate otherwise there's no point and you'll end up being bogged down by
the fact that they might not be pulling their weight or whatever it is I
mentioned one of the fellows before mentioned how many hours you put in in
the beginning it's not a lie you put in a lot a lot a lot of hours in the
beginning but that shows kind of that the passion of ways you're trying to do
always believe in like kind of what you're doing if you don't kind of if you
don't love it never gonna it's never gonna formulates
never gonna come to go but no one's gonna believe in what you're doing
in terms of funding we actually we're self-funded and for us it was like so
our network is quite extensive so we have about a hundred and seventy
creatives in UK that's like from producers, directors, DOP's across the
board really and then like gaffers, sparks (lightning technician)
everyone then in New York we have about 52 runner we have about 50 and in LA we
have about 30 so that our thing is no matter where we are now where we are in
the world anything comes up and some sort of creative problem we're able to be
like we can solve it do you know what I mean so we've actually moved from coming
into a, we were a production company before solely until we realize that
production companies are dying and it's not because they're failing it's actually
because it's a saturated industry so everyone's a production company
it's super easy to be a production company kind of thing so our thing was
to move into the space of being a creative commune where we can solve
issues and bring people together a lot easier because we love to collaborate it's
like the best part of our job kind of thing
life is what you make it sounds so simple yet it turns out to be
our biggest challenge. Passion, dreams, intention, action. Day by day we create
the world around us making a statement the world is our skatepark the challenge
is really just believing it once you break out of this cycle it's when you
actually get to start living
so this is kind of interesting because we started off doing the tour with like
six of us like doing whatever it is we're doing as we were sending the
stuff back to New Balance UK that's when they put us in contact with New Balance
Skate so it kind of its we were kind of running up and down Sunset Boulevard
shooting stuff and whatever it was and then we came across like skateboarders
and stuff so our thing was to kind of work in that realm so like we were able
to be like we were able to notice that there was a gap and then do a video for
them and ended up and allowed us to end up doing a campaign with them
skateboarding is not a sport it's a lifestyle, a movement, a way to do
life. It changes the way you see the world around you everywhere you go
there's potential art to be made because skateboarding is art.
we ran into some skateboarders and they worked in like a shoe store and so
we were like you know what we're working with New Balance right now and so we
kind of wanted to talk to you about maybe doing like a taster video
sort of thing so we spoke to them then spoke to New Balance skate at their
headquarters and told them that about the tour that we were doing and they
loved it so then we ended up shooting this and it ended up being part of their
campaign so we ended up working with New Balance as a as a company and then New
Balance skate and they ended up pushing this one out as well so I think the main
thing is looking for gaps all over the place because they're everywhere you
know and just keeping up make sure you keep them open to everything.
So basically our main thing is making sure is it's a community so
connecting with different freelancers so a lot of the time with most companies
it's the client is the most important the brand is most important all that
kind of stuff but for us it's kind of the opposite the creative is most
important so anyone that comes into our space
we want to make sure we put them in the best headspace to be able to create the
most authentic content so essentially it's like like I said incubating
incubating their processes so then we're able to be like right so you're pushing
out the most authentic content so we did a campaign for Prada and we know very
well that Prada wouldn't necessarily hire a 19 year old photographer who's
got a popping Instagram so our thing really is to be like right so even
though you wouldn't hire him off your own backs what about if we surrounded
him with creative professionals so we'll surrounded him with like head of marketing
we'll surround him with producers we'll surround them the best editors and all
that kind of stuff in that way people that actually have a authentic content
driven kind of like they're part of the community anyway so the content just
seems to be really rich then we're able to make sure that they deliver on time
and we're able to make sure that their content is up to a standard that the
brand will be happy with that kind of thing so that's essentially who we are
any questions about us
first of all most because it didn't include my key definition my personal
definition of what it is to be successful which is doing what you love
and if I could title my talk anything today it would be the pursuit of doing
what you love number one be real number two don't give up and number three write
a plan like like write down what you want

Teacher at centre of protest over anti homophobia lessons in running for dollar 1m Global Teacher P
A teacher at the centre of a protest by Muslim parents over his anti homophobia lessons says he has received threats over his attempts at preparing children for modern Britain.
Andrew Moffat, 47, is one of 10 finalists in the running for the dollar 1million Global Teacher Prize after impressing judges with his work promoting tolerance in schools.
The Varkey Foundation, which runs the prize, highlighted his No Outsiders lessons, which teach children not to discriminate on the basis of gender, race, age, sexuality, gender identity, disability or religion.
Andrew Moffat pictured on Good Morning Britain today says that his lessons teaching children not to discriminate on the basis of sexuality and other factors of identity are preparing pupils for modern Britain
Muslim and Christian parents protested outside the school in Birmingham over Mr Moffats lessons and he says he has also received threats
Demonstrations outside the school pictured were held as parents accused Mr Moffat of intruding on their authority
The endorsement comes just a week after the lessons sparked protests from Muslim parents at Parkfield Community School, , where he is assistant head.
Today Mr Moffat told Good Morning Britain that he had received threatening emails over his lessons but added it felt amazing to have been nominated.
You can have brown, black, white skin, be Muslim, Christian, Hindu, Sikh or Jewish, be gay, lesbian, have disabilities, but we can all get on, he said.
I understand that some communities have tensions with the LGBT aspect. But were going to have work through them, because in the UK there are gay people and thats okay thats good. We have to work together. We will find a way to get through it together.
Some protestors said homosexuality was against their religion, while others simply said pupils were too young to learn about same sex relationships.
Yesterday, Mr Moffat, who is openly gay and has a partner, said his shortlisting has come at the right time as it would raise the profile of his project.
The teacher has been targeted by protests outside the school in Birmingham due to tensions with Christian and Muslim parents who believe his classes undermine their authority
He told the Daily Mail: It is absolutely wonderful and I cant quite believe it. Im absolutely overjoyed and thrilled.
This is about more than our school. This is a bigger picture. Its about how do schools in the UK today teach children that there are different communities. How do we make sure that communities arent left out and certain groups arent ignored?
We cant have children frightened of certain communities. This has come at exactly the right time for me because it has enabled me to talk about this.
Mr Moffat acts as a Personal Social Health Education PSHE teacher at his school and has been teaching No Outsiders since he took up his role in 2014.
As part of the lessons, children are taught about the existence of same sex parents, through picture books such as Mommy, Mama, and Me.
The lessons are for every primary school year group – from aged four to 11 – and Mr Moffat stresses that they are appropriate to the ages of the children.
The teacher pictured talking to his class says he is thrilled to be nominated for the global prize but also spoke of receiving threatening emails as a result of his work
He said many of the parents protesting outside his school last week mistakenly think their children are being taught about sex.
There is no teaching about sex in No Outsiders, he said. It is about teaching that all families are different and all families are welcome.
It sits within British values, community cohesion, personal development. We are teaching children to be proud of who they are and that they belong.
Mr Moffat uploaded his lesson plans to the internet for other schools to use, and now travels the country providing staff training.
If he wins the prize, he hopes to use the money to expand the project and allow training in more schools.
Religious parents have argued that classes teaching children not to discriminate on the basis of sexuality risk sexualising children
Soon, lessons such as these will be mandatory in all primary schools, as the government is bringing in new compulsory relationships education, which will include teaching tolerance of same sex couples.
The awards ceremony will be held on 24 March in Dubai, where homosexuality is illegal but officials usually turn a blind eye when it comes to tourists.
Mr Moffat said of his shortlisting: It shows that the world is moving forward. And what we dont want is for children in Birmingham to be left behind.
Its a great city, a diverse city, where everyone needs to feel welcome. What we cant have is pockets of society where you cant be this, you cant be that.
Children need to understand that we live in a diverse world and that is good.
Birmingham born Mr Moffat attended John Willmott School and then studied drama, English and American Studies at Derby University.
He was a youth worker before training as a teacher in 1995, and previously faced a backlash at a Christian school over his lessons on anti homophobia.
His school, which is majority Muslim, is currently rated outstanding by Ofsted. In 2017, he was awarded an MBE for services to equality and diversity in education.
Mr Moffat pictured at his school is in the running for the prize over his work teaching children not to discriminate on the bases of sexuality, gender and religion
He was shortlisted for the Global Teacher Prize from over 10,000 nominations and applications from 39 countries around the world.
Ofsteds chief inspector has backed the nomination. School regulator chief Amanda Spielman said it was important for children to learn about all aspects of society.
She told the BBC that youngsters should know there are families that have two mummies or two daddies.
Its about making sure that children who do happen to realise that they themselves may not fit a conventional pattern know that theyre not bad or ill, she added.
Mrs Spielman said a middle ground needed to be explored, but lessons covering LGBT topics were important.
Christian and Muslim parents have claimed the lessons promote the personal beliefs of Mr Moffat, who is gay.
They also argue the classes, part of the PSHE personal, social, health and economic teachers No Outsiders programme, are against their religion.
The prize scheme, which has put the assistant head in the 10 teachers in contention for the million dollar £765,607 Varkey Foundation Global Teacher Prize 2019, also teaches about gender identity.
In a video announcing the finalists, Hollywood star Hugh Jackman paid tribute to teachers as real superheroes.
He said: When I was a kid there were lots of superheroes that I wanted to be. But I can tell you right now, from where I stand, with all my experience, the real superheroes are teachers theyre the ones that change the world.
At Mr Moffats school, more than nine in 10 students speak English as an additional language and his No Outsiders programme also teaches inclusiveness and diversity.
He told the BBC that parents who disagreed with it had been sending him threats and nasty emails.
Mr Moffat also runs the Parkfield Ambassadors after school club, which creates opportunities for children at the school where 99 per cent of pupils are Muslim to meet people from different races, religions and cultures around Birmingham.
The winner of the Global Teacher Prize will be announced at the Global Education and Skills Forum in Dubai on March 24.
The other nine finalists teach in Georgia, Brazil, the Netherlands, India, America, Argentina, Australia, Japan and Kenya.

Fantasy tips: Best Fantasy Football transfers for FPL GW27 – Kane returns - Duration: 5:58.
Fantasy Football bosses can be forgiven for taking their eye off the ball over the past week as FA Cup and Champions League fixtures take centre stage
However, the Premier League returns this weekend with plenty of pitfalls to catch out any unwary managers
Two Friday night fixtures mean an early deadline could scupper plenty of FPL gaffers' transfer plans while the Carabao Cup final between Manchester City and Chelsea makes their assets temporarily useless
Luckily, Express Sport has you covered with some handy hints and tips to help bosses set up for the weekend – including an update on a certain Harry Kane…Fantasy Premier League tips GW27 GKP: Arthur Boruc (Bournemouth) – £4
0m Boruc is the cheapest starting goalkeeper in the top-flight, priced at just £4
0m after ousting Asmir Begovic in GW23. The Pole has picked up a save point in each of his last three matches and will hope for another shut-out against Wolves
DEF: Adrian Mariappa (Watford) – £4.2m Mariappa has started every match since GW19 and has three clean sheets in the past four games as Watford keep things tight at the back
The centre-back is cheaper than defensive parter Craig Cathcart and would provide Hornets cover with Jose Holebas injured
DEF: Angelo Ogbonna (West Ham United) – £4.2m A bit of a punt due to West Ham's dodgy defence, but Ogbonna forced his way into Manuel Pellegrini's team and is now a fixture in the Hammers side
A clean sheet agains Fulham is expected, so the Italian is a snip at just £4.2m. DEF: Joel Matip (Liverpool) – £4
9m The Cameroon defender is certain to start alongside Virgil van Dijk at Old Trafford with Dejan Lovren and Joe Gomez still sidelined
Jurgen Klopp's side have improved dramatically in defence this season and Matip is a good budget way into the Reds rearguard
MID: James Maddison (Leicester City) – £6.6m FPL managers will be looking to stock up on Leicester assets ahead of a run which sees the Foxes play nine teams rated no higher than three in the Fixture Difficulty Rankings
Crystal Palace are first up for the playmaker, who will hope Jamie Vardy can find a clinical edge and finish off the chances he is creating
MID: Henrikh Mkhitaryan (Arsenal) – £6.7m Mkhitaryan is an excellent differential ahead of GW27 with less than four per cent of managers owning the Armenian winger
Arsenal have been struggling for consistency in recent weeks but Mkhitaryan has featured regularly since his return from injury and has a better shot-per-minute ratio than any of his team-mates
MID: Felipe Anderson (West Ham United) – £7.2m West Ham's home match against Fulham is a stand-out this week in terms of goals expected, with Anderson likely to be involved if the Hammers cut loose against Claudio Ranieri's side
The Brazilian has eight goals and four assists so far this season and is expected to add to that tally on Saturday
FWD: Salomon Rondon (Newcastle United) – £5.7m London has six goals and three assists this campaign but should probably have more based on his impressive shooting statistics
The Venezuelan is among the top six forwards in the Premier League when it comes to shots on goal and shots from inside the penalty area since GW11 – Huddersfield beware
FWD: Marcus Rashford (Manchester United) – £7.8m Manchester United's home clash with Liverpool is a difficult one to call, so your transfer choices could well be determined by your club allegiance
Matip is a bargain if the visitors earn a shut-out but Rashford is most likely to break the deadlock for Ole Gunnar Solskjaer's side after seven goals in his last 11 matches
FWD: Harry Kane (Tottenham Hotspur) – £12.4m It may be a bit early but we can't help being excited by the return of Harry Kane to Tottenham training this week
The England captain has recovered rapidly from an ankle injury and is in contention to face Burnley
If he plays and scores, his price will skyrocket so get on board now.

Lecture 4.2 — Gradient Descent for Multiple Variables — [Machine Learning | Andrew Ng] - Duration: 5:05.
In the previous video, we talked about the form of the hypothesis for linear
regression with multiple features or with multiple variables.
In this video, let's talk about how to fit the parameters of that hypothesis.
In particular let's talk about how to use gradient descent for linear
regression with multiple features.
To quickly summarize our notation, this is our formal hypothesis in
multivariable linear regression where we've adopted the convention that x0=1.
The parameters of this model are theta0 through theta n, but instead of thinking
of this as n separate parameters, which is valid, I'm instead going to think of
the parameters as theta where theta here is a n+1-dimensional vector.
So I'm just going to think of the parameters of this model
as itself being a vector.
Our cost function is J of theta0 through theta n which is given by this usual
sum of square of error term. But again instead of thinking of J as a function
of these n+1 numbers, I'm going to more commonly write J as just a
function of the parameter vector theta so that theta here is a vector.
Here's what gradient descent looks like. We're going to repeatedly update each
parameter theta j according to theta j minus alpha times this derivative term.
And once again we just write this as J of theta, so theta j is updated as
theta j minus the learning rate alpha times the derivative, a partial
derivative of the cost function with respect to the parameter theta j.
Let's see what this looks like when we implement gradient descent and,
in particular, let's go see what that partial derivative term looks like.
Here's what we have for gradient descent for the case of when we had N=1 feature.
We had two separate update rules for the parameters theta0 and theta1, and
hopefully these look familiar to you. And this term here was of course the
partial derivative of the cost function with respect to the parameter of theta0,
and similarly we had a different update rule for the parameter theta1.
There's one little difference which is that when we previously had only one
feature, we would call that feature x(i) but now in our new notation
we would of course call this x(i)1 to denote our one feature.
So that was for when we had only one feature.
Let's look at the new algorithm for we have more than one feature,
where the number of features n may be much larger than one.
We get this update rule for gradient descent and, maybe for those of you that
know calculus, if you take the definition of the cost function and take
the partial derivative of the cost function J with respect to the parameter
theta j, you'll find that that partial derivative is exactly that term that
I've drawn the blue box around.
And if you implement this you will get a working implementation of
gradient descent for multivariate linear regression.
The last thing I want to do on this slide is give you a sense of
why these new and old algorithms are sort of the same thing or why they're
both similar algorithms or why they're both gradient descent algorithms.
Let's consider a case where we have two features
or maybe more than two features, so we have three update rules for
the parameters theta0, theta1, theta2 and maybe other values of theta as well.
If you look at the update rule for theta0, what you find is that this
update rule here is the same as the update rule that we had previously
for the case of n = 1.
And the reason that they are equivalent is, of course,
because in our notational convention we had this x(i)0 = 1 convention, which is
why these two term that I've drawn the magenta boxes around are equivalent.
Similarly, if you look the update rule for theta1, you find that
this term here is equivalent to the term we previously had,
or the equation or the update rule we previously had for theta1,
where of course we're just using this new notation x(i)1 to denote
our first feature, and now that we have more than one feature we can have
similar update rules for the other parameters like theta2 and so on.
There's a lot going on on this slide so I definitely encourage you
if you need to to pause the video and look at all the math on this slide
slowly to make sure you understand everything that's going on here.
But if you implement the algorithm written up here then you have
a working implementation of linear regression with multiple features.

Aurora Gunmans Family We Deeply Apologize for Sh00tings
AURORA, Illinois裕he family of the man who fatally shot five people at a suburban Chicago manufacturing warehouse is offering condolences to the families, with one relative saying we deeply apologize for the killings.
Gary Martin, 45, died Friday, Feb. 15, in a shootout with police after he and wounded five police officers at Henry Pratt Co. in Aurora, Illinois.
Martins cousin, Jesseca Clemons, told The Beacon News that she and her family would like to send our deepest apologies to all the victims families, friends and loved ones.
No one in our family condones anyones life being taken, Clemons told the newspaper on Monday. We know that this is a hard time and we deeply apologize and we are praying for everyone. And we ask the same in return.
Clemons, 34, said Martins mother is grieving for her son and that she would like for everyone if they could, find it in their hearts to find forgiveness, so her family and others can move forward.
The family has no immediate answers on what led Martin to open fire at the industrial valve manufacturer about 40 miles west of Chicago, Clemons said. The shooting also left a sixth worker wounded.
We are saddened by his actions and we are shocked, she said. We had no clue he would ever be involved in something like this.
Illinois Gov. J.B. Pritzker said Tuesday his administration is reviewing how Martin had a and is examining the problem thats apparent in the system of retrieving firearms from people whose FOID cards are voided.
Illinois State Police said Monday that Martin had lied about his criminal history in 2014 to obtain a card from the agency that allowed him to purchase a handgun.
Martin had answered no to a question on his January 2014 application for a Firearm Owners Identification card about whether hed ever been convicted of a felony, state police said.
A records search revealed no prohibiting factors in Martins Illinois criminal history, state police said. His card was approved on Jan. 31, 2014. He then purchased a handgun in March 2014.
State police said Martin submitted fingerprints as part of an application later in March 2014 for a concealed carry license. Those prints revealed an FBI record and a felony conviction in Mississippi for aggravated assault stemming from the stabbing of an ex girlfriend. Martin was sentenced to five years in prison for the assault, and was released from custody in April 1997, state police said.
But it prompted only a letter to Martin notifying him that his concealed carry application was denied and ordering him to surrender his weapons.
State police say Martins FOID card was revoked in April 2014 and that their procedure at the time was to notify local law enforcement. Aurora police Sgt. Bill Rowley said Tuesday that the department has no record of receiving that notification, though he said its possible it was sent and the department no longer has a record of it.
Illinois law requires people whose FOID cards are revoked to surrender their card within 48 hours and to document that they have surrendered their weapons or transferred them to a valid FOID card holder or local law enforcement, a form known as a Firearm Disposition Record. Local police are required to mail that form to Illinois State Police if they receive it.
State police say they issued 10,818 revocations to FOID card holders in 2018. They said in most instances the Firearm Disposition Record isnt returned.
Illinois lawmakers who support more gun control measures say theres a flaw in Illinois law because it does not mandate that police ensure weapons have been removed if a red flag is raised after someone passes a background check and receives a FOID card.
Legislation was introduced in 2016 to require police go to the homes of gun owners who have their FOID cards revoked and search for the weapons. Democratic Rep. Kathleen Willis said that measure failed over concerns it would overtax police departments.

After Baptists talk about sex abuse, Walker County kid, 10, asks for Childrens Day al.com
Zak McCullar, 10, a member of First Baptist Church of Carbon Hill, made his pitch to top executives of the Southern Baptist Convention this week.
A day after the Southern Baptist Executive Committee issued a report on what it plans to do to prevent sexual abuse of children at churches in the denomination, Zak took the podium.
He asked denominational leaders to add a Childrens Ministry Sunday to the official SBC calendar. They applauded his speech, the motion passed, and the third Sunday in July will be designated as a day to celebrate childrens ministry in the church. It will be announced at the Southern Baptist Conventions next annual meeting, at Legacy Arena in Birmingham, June 11 12.
There should be a day where the SBC churches should recognize what children do to spread the good news of Christ, Zak said in his speech to the Executive Committee on Tuesday in Nashville. I want children to be recognized for the work we do to share Christ, even though we are young.
Zak said that last summer his youth group went on a mission trip to Asheville, N.C., and visited homes to invite people to church. One of our church members who is 9 years old even chased down joggers to invite them to church, he said.
Zak, in an interview with , said children have an advantage as evangelists. He saw that when he knocked on doors to invite people to church.
The people that open the doors wouldnt yell at a kid, Zak said. Kids are a very vital part of the church. Theyre open about what they know. They will tell about Christ if they know about Christ.
The Rev. Mike Stone, pastor of Emmanuel Baptist Church in Blackshear, Ga., president of the Georgia Baptist Convention and chairman of the Southern Baptist Convention Executive Committee, noted that it was a positive counterpoint to the earlier business conducted by the committee in discussing how to stop sexual abuse of children.
I would just simply say that on a couple of days where we have spent an awful lot of time talking about the Southern Baptist commitment to care for our children, what a wonderful way to move toward concluding, with this type of day.
Zaks father, the Rev. Scott McCullar, pastor at Carbon Hill First Baptist since 2007, said the best way for Southern Baptist churches to handle accusations of sexual abuse is to be open and honest. How are we going to reach people if they think we are covering things up? he said.
It was just happenstance that abuse of children became a topic the day before Zaks proposal was approved, he said.
Zak, a fifth grade homeschooler, came up with the idea last year and presented it at the Southern Baptist Conventions annual meeting in Dallas, attended by 9,000 people.
I think I was more nervous in front of the Executive Committee than I was in Dallas, Zak said. They were all staring right at me. In Dallas, they were looking at the jumbo TV screens.
Zak insisted on stepping up to a microphone to make his proposal.
I tried to talk him out of it in Dallas, Scott said. He had no fear. He handled it like a pro. He was studying this book of reports. He said theres youth day, senior day, theres no childrens ministry day.
Scott said his son came up with the idea with no help.
Its a day to thank all the workers: Nursery, childrens church workers, those who teach Vacation Bible School and childrens Sunday school, Scott McCullar said. Plus, recognizing the impact children have on sharing the gospel with people.
The idea was referred to the Executive Committee for consideration. It came before the committee the day after national media coverage of a report on sexual abuse was considered.
It was just a strange circumstance, Scott McCullar said. They are totally unrelated, but always will be connected. This boy gets up there and shows what a young boy can do.
The database of convicted sexual abusers published this month by the Houston Chronicle and the San Antonio Express News included a former pastor of First Baptist Church of Carbon Hill. John Lankston Bill Anderson Jr., who left that church in 1995, was later charged with three counts of first degree sexual abuse. Anderson was also a pastor at Southside Baptist Church in Russellville, Natural Bridge Baptist Church, West Blocton Baptist Church, Coker Baptist Church, Hartselle Baptist Church and associate pastor at Sage Avenue Baptist Church in Mobile. In August 2002, Anderson entered a plea of guilty to three counts of first degree sexual abuse in Walker County.
McCullar said Anderson was not accused of abusing anyone at the First Baptist Church of Carbon Hill. I interviewed each deacon who was serving at the time he was pastor, McCullar said. Were there ever any accusations about anything he did in the church? They said no. It shocked us. He had been gone seven years.
McCullar said if there was any abuse at First Baptist, the church wants the victims to feel comfortable coming forward. Nobodys come forward, he said. We want them to feel comfortable to come forward; we will get them to law enforcement.
McCullar said Southern Baptist Convention President J.D. Greear has been taking an aggressive stance against abuse in the church.
I think Dr. Greear has done a fantastic job in handling this, he said. They were already working on this before this Houston Chronicle article came out. He went to professionals, law enforcement, and got their input. They already had these 10 proposals. We need to adopt them. Theres no place for this in any church, in any denomination.

Aston Martin squad still uncertain for DTM opener - Duration: 3:31.
R-Motorsport's parent company AF Racing has started a joint venture with HWA - called Vynamic - which is responsible for developing and building the DTM-spec Vantage, and has an exclusive licence from Aston Martin to do so
It completed its four-strong 2019 driver line-up on Tuesday by revealing Dani Juncadella and Ferdinand Habsburg would join 2010 DTM champion Paul di Resta and Jake Dennis
The team's programme was only announced in October, and the short amount of time it has had to prepare means R-Motorsport cannot yet say with certainty that its car will be ready for pre-season testing or the opening Hockenheim round
An art car was displayed at an event at the team's St Gallen base in Switzerland on Wednesday as the Vantage is not yet complete
"Going to DTM for 2019 was definitely a stretch," said R-Motorsport team principal Florian Kamelger
"If we are [ready], and that's still the question, [there is] a very, very tight plan to be at the grid at Hockenheim
"If we are we will have built a DTM car in around 100 days, so that I think is a huge achievement by the technical department of HWA, our partner in Vynamic
" But Kamelger said it was still the team's plan to be ready to test the car in the coming months
The series' official pre-season test will be held at Lausitz from April 15-18, but an additional team-organised test will take place before that at Jerez from March 5-7
Kamelger added the introduction of Class One rules for 2019 meant it was a logical decision for the team to enter the series this year to avoid giving existing manufacturers Audi and BMW a headstart
"There were quite a lot of different pieces to put together to eventually end up being a competitor in 2019, [but] it made a lot of sense to do it because we had a team [HWA] which we knew is one of the most successful in DTM," he said
"We did want to give them the opportunity to stay in the DTM. "Discussions with [ITR chairman] Gerhard Berger led us to the fact that 2019 would be better than '20, not only for him but also for us
"The next point is that we start the new regulation this year with Class One, which makes a lot of sense to go into that this year and not wait until the competitors gain a lot of experience out of the first year

Emiliano Sala: Nantes FINED by French League for TRIBUTE to striker after he died - Duration: 3:04.
Sala died in a plane crash last month after leaving Nantes for Cardiff in the January transfer window
The plane in which he was flying in crashed in the English Channel before the striker had appeared for his new club
Wreckage was recovered earlier this month with Sala's body found though pilot David Ibbotson is still missing
Nantes have led the tributes to the striker, though have now been punished after their supporters let off flares
Ligue 1's disciplinary commission fined Nantes €16,500 (£14,300) after flares were lit and objects thrown in a league match against St Etienne on January 30, the club's first game after the Argentine went missing
Nantes have also been fined €4,500 (£3,900) for a similar tribute in their Ligue 1 clash with Nimes earlier this month
Sala netted 48 times in 133 games for Nantes before leaving to join Premier League side Cardiff
And some football fans weren't impressed with Ligue 1's decision to fine Nantes. One wrote: "Classless from the authorities
" Another simply added: "HEARTLESS!!!" While a third posted: "For goodness sake. If ever there was cause…" Information recently released confirmed the cause of Sala's death as 'head and trunk injuries'
Ian Parry, senior coroner's officer, said: "The Malibu aircraft left the airport in France for Cardiff with two people on board, the pilot David Ibbotson and passenger Emiliano Sala
"Air traffic control lost contact during the flight and an extensive search operation was carried out
"The plane was located on the seabed in international waters. The body later identified as Mr Sala was found and recovered
"David Ibbotson has not been found and the Air Accident Investigation Board and Civil Aviation authorities are continuing with their enquiries
"Mr Sala was identified on the 7th February by means of finger print evidence analyses by finger print expert Christopher Bradbury
"A post mortem was carried out after the body was taken to Holly Tree Lodge mortuary
"Home office pathologist Mr Purdue gave the cause of death as 1a head and trunk injuries
"
