I think one of the most overlooked job opportunities for people with disabilities is working from
home.
A lot of people spend a lot of time trying to fit their skills to jobs that already exist
out in the community when the Disabled Business Persons Association estimates that forty percent
of businesses that are run and operated out of the home are owned and operated by individuals
who have disabilities.
And they are doing it successfully!
So maybe it could work for you too.
Working from home gives you the changes to control your own schedule.
You don't have to worry about traffic, or you don't have to worry about public transportation
to get to work.
Working from home gives you the flexibility to choose your own meal schedule; or not worry
about other day-to-day activities and care issues that may prevent you from feeling comfortable
in an office space.
When you're working from home, you are already in your own space and you have control over
the things that you wouldn't necessarily if you went to someone's office to work every
day.
It gives you flexibility to hang out with your friends and family members when you might
need to - and in a lot of cases you choose your own hours.
So that just improves your quality of life generally.
If you are trying to figure out a way to work from home, Uniquely the Same can help you.
We are willing to work with you and try to figure out something that might fit your skill
set.
If that's cooking, if that's website design, if that's social media marketing, if its doing
accounting for an organization - reach out to us because we want to help you figure out
what that might be.

Fresh Water for All initiative includes Puerto Rico water filter project - Duration: 2:36.
- When we got to Puerto Rico
we were working with this foundation, Agualimpia,
and basically what they're doing is they're providing
free water filters to certain areas in Puerto Rico
that do not have water availability
or where they're getting water is not well equipped.
It's not well filtered and stuff.
- It was just crazy to learn that people live
like one day on water, five days off water
and we just learned a lot of stories
about people's lives.
- We obviously hands-on impact as far as putting
the filters together,
really training and educating the community partners,
the elders that were in those communities,
to understand how to use the filters.
- Being a sociology major, I think it's really important
to travel a lot and to understand
other people's societies
and not just our own.
So that's a reason why I wanted to take advantage
of this opportunity to go.
- This is my last semester here at SUNY Oswego
and I really wanted to do one last thing
that helps me go out and venture out into new communities.
- It's very important for the students to be involved
and engaged from the beginning of the project
and development and growth of it,
because it gives them that opportunity
to be the ones to lead in these projects.
- I had this idea that I couldn't speak well in Spanish,
but I was effectively communicating with them.
So I learned so much about me and my skills
as a Spanish speaker,
that I can communicate with them.
I can communicate with other Spanish-speaking countries
and other families.
And it's just been great.
It's been a really great experience
because it empowered me even more to continue on.
- The people there were so grateful.
So you could kind of see
that this is gonna be a huge project
and they're gonna continue doing it, the project Agualimpia.
They're gonna continue doing it
and I was just happy to be able to say,
hey, I was a part of this major change
to make sure that we have clean drinking water
for everybody.
And that's a right that we all should have.
- Although we're just doing a small impact,
we actually are still helping people in Puerto Rico
and they definitely still need a lot more help.

A MESSAGE FOR STEFAN HORNGACHER [ENG SUBTITLES] #STEFANWESTILLBELIEVE - Duration: 12:06.
I would like Stefan Horngacher to continue the coach of the Polish national team
because the work he has done is simply ubelievable
He could make Stoch a "winning-machine"
which in the last season did not give opponents a chance
I especially appreciate Stefan's contribution to the successes of our team
During his tenure we were able to reach for the World Championship, the desired Olympic Medal and ski flying medal
which seemed impossible
So Stefan, I ask you wholeheartedly- stay with us!
In my opinion our team should be trained by Stefan Horngacher because it is one of the best coaches in the world
The results that he has achieved with our team shows it clearty
He started from a difficult position after the 2015/2016 season, when our team was in a huge crisis
He only needed a few months to rebuild our boys
Dear Mr. Stefan, you showed us that we do not have to have only one individuality as in the "Adam Małysz's Era"
and that we are a great team without weak elements for which nothing is impossible
Thanks to your hard work, we have achieved goals that seemed impossible to achieve, for example, the World Championship or the Nations Cup.
Jumpers like Maciej Kot or Dawid Kubacki could show their full potential thanks to your enormous contribution to their development
The performance of Sven Hannawald from 2002 seemed impossible to repeat, but thanks to the enormous work with Kamil Stoch, you showed that over thirty-year-old athlete also can be successful
For me you are the best coach in the world and I hope that you will stay in Poland
I would like Stefan horngacher to continue work with the Polish national team because he can motivate not only one, but all the athletes to jump far
Let's hope that the coach who woke up our real potential will stay with us
Coach, due to the fact that recently there are many rumors about your possible departure from the Polish team
I would like to say a few sentences from myself. First of all, I want to thank you for all the successes that we have achieved under your leadership
Thank you because it seemed that we are not reaching a higher level, but you changed it
We are the World Champions, we took third place at the Olympic Games and we achieve great individual successes
if you are determined to leave our team, please think about it again
Of course, you will make the final decision, but please remember that in Poland you have many people who give you a solid support
I'm not just talking about fans but also about the Polish Ski Association that will do everything for you
I know that the German team has more young jumpers who can succeed in the future
but we also have many young talented athletes who can be world leaders in the future
This season is also very successful for us. Three Polish jumpers are fighting for the podium of the overall standings in the World Cup
This is a historic moment for our sport worth remembering
It's all thanks to coach Stefan Horngacher which should unquestionably remain coach of the Polish team
I would like you to stay with our team, because our jumpers improve their potential
and you made that Poles again like watching ski jumping and wait for each competition
Everyone is very proud of the achievements of the team under your leadership
I hope that you will be with the Polish team because you changed it by 180 degrees
I think that Stefan Horngacher should continue work with the Polish team, if only because there is still room for improvement
I am talking, for example, about young athletes, technical matters, technological novelties
So, coach, I want you to stay with the Polish national team and train Polish jumpers in the next years
Why would I want Stefan Horngacher to remain with the Polish national team?
First of all, because since the Coach has been working with Poles, our team is very successful. There are better and worse competitions
but our jumpers are always in good shape
What is more, the Austrian trainer knows our athletes very well which will help in achieving further successes
I think that this is not their maximum and that the Polish team with Stefan Horngacher can afford even more
I want Stefan Horngacher to stay with the Polish team because he has been very successful and I am convinced that Poland will not have such a good coach for many years
You really did a lot for our country, especially for those athletes who jump in the World Cup
For example, Piotr Żyła who previously made big mistakes or Maciej Kot who jumped wonderful 2 years ago
Of course, Kamil Stoch is successful every year
If you have not worked for us, it would not work out
So please think again because we also have possibilities
and we are also able to achieve successes and that's it
A good coach should train a good team that can be successful, we are able to do it
I believe that you will decide to stay in our team
I wish the Poles would continue to jump like that
Why do I think that the coach should stay? He created a monster from mid-class jumpers
which is unpredictable and can attack at the least expected moment
when Kamil Stoch has a bad day, for example Dawid Kubacki can win
There is a ski jump hill
The jumper ready to take off is sitting on the startgate and waiting
Light turned green. He is still waiting
Will the coach give him a signal to start?
He is waiting
Stefan, we are also waiting and we still believe that the coach will give a signal to start...

3 POWERFUL TIPS FOR SHAKING OFF CRYSTAL CRITICS AND BOOSTING YOUR CONFIDENCE - Duration: 24:26.
(upbeat music)
- We're talking about three tips for shaking off
crystal critics and boosting your confidence.
So I'm Hibiscus Moon, founder,
of the Hibiscus Moon Crystal Academy.
And we teach and I certify people crystal healers
and teach all aspects of working with crystals.
So I do have a question for you today, please go ahead
and answer this in the comments below right now.
Do you feel that you are crystal confident?
Like I got this, I can talk to anybody about this.
Just say yes or no, yes or no.
I'm just interested, curious, that's all.
Now if you'd like to find out how to get
my free Sacred Space With Crystals eKit right now,
via Facebook Messenger, just type the word "sacred"
into the comments, just like that,
"sacred" into the comments and that will be delivered to you
just watch your Facebook Messenger,
there'll be a little bit of a delay there
and then you can figure out how to do that.
If you're watching this on YouTube or on my blog
or on YouTube then just to the description
under the YouTube video or directly to my blog.
It's right there in the blog how to get
that Sacred Space With Crystals eKit.
All right, so let's go ahead and start talking about
my three tips here today.
All right so do you ever feel like sometimes
you need to defend your passion for crystals
and just your general interest in crystal healing powers
against maybe people who try to belittle it
or there's a lot of skeptics around.
And recently, and you've probably have all seen this by now
there was a recent comedy skit that came out
and it went viral on Facebook and social media in general
with the metaphysical online community and beyond.
And it made me think about this topic again.
And it's about a woman walks into a crystal shop
and she's talking to the crystal shop owner.
And the shop owner's displaying
all the stereotypical behaviors and catchphrases
and quirks and the person who comes in is like,
oh my God, this is wacko.
If you haven't seen it yet, ask someone to send it to you
because I'm sure somebody you know has and watch it.
I personally think it's hysterical.
However, if you're sensitive about that sort of thing
or might take offense to it,
then it might not be your cup of tea.
But I think it was quite a laugh.
Because we need to be able to laugh at ourselves, right?
I mean some of that stuff, I mean this person
was way over the top with the metaphysical stuff
and you know very judgey of the person who came in. (laughs)
At the end rocks are getting thrown and it's pretty funny.
So but you know this sort of comedy can also
really feed the skeptics, like if you're a hardcore skeptic
you're like see that's what I'm talking about right there.
That's what you're into, you wacko.
And it adds more fuel to their fire.
And it kind of gives us that are into crystal healing
a bad rap overall as a group,
especially if you don't know how to see the humor in it,
and I do, and look past that, and then if needed,
if you don't know how to defend why you love crystals
along with how and why they work so well for many of us.
Because that's why we're all attracted to them
because we know inherently that they do work.
When you're able to defend it against people
who belittle stuff like that, or make fun of it,
you're better able to laugh at that, right,
and you feel more confident
about the whole thing in general.
So maybe it's chicken or the egg kind of thing
or maybe that's why I can laugh at it.
And then there are many who do not care
what others think at all, and that is wonderful,
that's it, end of story, doesn't affect them, at all.
I love that, but many of us are affected
by what others think of us.
And I've got a very good reason why that is,
it's actually hardwired into our brains, okay.
It's an instinctual thing.
I'll explain more in a bit on that.
We fear others, the bottom line is
that we fear others aren't going to take us seriously.
And that's a big fear and there's a good reason
for that fear, so you may or may not,
but you may be hearing things like:
What is all this crap?
How much money did you spend on all these rocks?
And none of this stuff works, when are you gonna learn?
Why are you so gullible?
Wow much have you spent on all these rocks?
Does any of that sound familiar
or do you have new ones that you've recently heard
that you'd like to share in the comments
because I like to hear this stuff.
It makes you question, or maybe I should ask a question,
does it make you question your crystal fascination?
Does it kind of shake your crystal confidence?
And if it does, I totally get it, because,
been there, heard it all, okay.
I've told this story but I'm gonna tell it really quick here
because it makes sense with this whole topic.
One time I went to the doctor's office
and the doc was using the stethoscope and probing around
and checking, looking for my heartbeat
and I forgot to take the rocks out of my bra,
I no longer do that anymore but I used to at the time.
I have rocks in my bra, I know I'm not alone here.
And I forgot to take them out.
And she had a complete and total poker face
while I told her that oh, those are my crystal companions
for the day's energies that I wanted to infuse
into my electromagnetic field.
And she was just, mm hm, you know, (laughs)
went on to the next thing, and did I sense negative judgment
or was that my perception totally, I don't know
but it triggered my ancient reptile brain.
Okay so here we're gonna take a quick detour.
Okay, so this is the limbic system in your brain.
Somebody stepped on my beautiful diagram here,
I don't know who did that, but because,
it's called the reptile brain, and we're talking about,
okay so this is your whole brain, obviously,
the green and the blue areas, the base part of your brain,
is the ancient reptile brain, and we call that because
this limbic system, it's just under the cerebrum,
it's about a lizard has for brain function.
Lizards, snakes, the reptile brain,
if you've ever had a reptile or worked with reptiles,
I did quite a bit, they're very simple, emotionless beings.
And the reptile brain, and the reason is,
is because what they have for a brain
is in charge of just six things.
We call them the six Fs.
Let's see if I can remember them.
Fight, flight, food or feeding, fear,
freezing up, and fornication.
You thought I was gonna say something else, didn't you?
So these are the basic things,
it's really root chakra stuff right,
basic things but the limbic system is much more powerful,
very powerful than we give it credit for.
Yeah it's basic stuff but it's supremely powerful
because it goes the furthest back.
It's the part of our brain that has
the most ancestral lineage going all the way back.
I even, so, all right, so back to the story with the doctor,
that was uncomfy for me at the time, yeah, even for me,
my reptile brain was alive and well.
And I'm not saying it's eradicated all together now,
but alive and well back then and as it is in most of us,
right, it's not a weird thing it's just there
and I even find it difficult to just explain
why I don't like to talk on a cell phone.
I don't like to come off as preachy to people.
If someone asks me, oh exactly why don't you like
talking on the cell phone, don't like to use it so much,
or have it around you all the time, or on you all the time
I will lay it down, I will get into all the nitty gritty
and the science and all of it.
But if no one's asking, I don't want to come off as preachy
even those sometimes I think I do
because I can't help myself, but I try not to do that.
Or people probably think I sit in my house
wearing a tinfoil hat most of the time.
Okay, we'll leave it at that. (laughs)
I try not to talk about this stuff unless I'm asked
or you're reading my blog and when I say this stuff
I mean the things that are considered fringe science.
And definitely crystal healing.
But if you asked about it, or you're reading my blog
that means you're hear for it,
you asked for it, you're gonna get it.
So it's so much easier to discuss our crystal passions
with someone who obviously is receptive
and wants to learn about it.
But when they're not receptive to it,
or you have a feeling that they're not receptive to it,
how do you explain yourself in those situations
is not our idea of a good time, because again,
it's hardwired into us, it's usually met with resistance
or a tinge of ridicule and that's perceived
as negative energy by our reptile brain.
If we're getting resistance from someone,
or we're being ridiculed or seen as someone
who, I don't know about that one,
maybe we need to kick them out of the tribe,
it's perceived as negative energy.
That's your reptile brain kicking in.
So realize it or not, we instinctively try
to avoid those situations at all costs.
So it's not weird and you're not considered,
like oh my gosh, you're so not awake, if you're thinking,
oh I have no confidence around this stuff.
It's gonna be that way, right?
So, tip number one, is to ignore your reptile brain.
All right, you probably already know
that something unconscious, something really unconscious
like, picking up a certain scent,
certain scents can aliven certain parts of your brain
it can spark an intense emotion.
And our conscious mind isn't aware
and doesn't process right away why that is.
That's our reptile brain taking over when that happens.
And as I just said, we have a primal-fear response
to anything that's perceived as disapproval.
A negative judgment being made on us.
It's ancient reptilian, hardwired auto response
to avoid that, and we want to avoid
getting kicked out of the tribe so to speak
or shunned by the clan, that's, you know again,
basic root chakra stuff coming up.
Yes we can learn to move past this and rise above it
but it takes consistent work.
All right and, so just as a side note,
I've found that once we get past the hardwired fear
and ancient auto response to not be negatively judged
and we can show the courage to just be who we are
and defend our stance, the real me is often welcomed
with open arms by people
you would never expect to welcome it.
So my advice is just own it.
Understand and realize it's reptile-brain stuff
and just own it, no one's really gonna kick you out
of any clan, I don't know, maybe you do belong
to some kind of clan like that, but most of us I think
in modern-day world really don't have to worry about that.
You'd be surprised how many people come out
of the woo-woo closet themselves when they know
it's safe to talk about crystals with you. (laughs)
You'd be so surprised.
I hade lots of experience with this
while I was still a science teacher
working in the public school system.
For those of you that don't know,
I used to be a science department chair for 13 years.
I have lots of experience with that.
You would think that those in the academic community
would be very closed off to this sort of thing
but when it was last-resort time on many situations,
many in that community came to me to ask
what crystal work they could do,
to remedy whatever their issue was,
whatever the problem was.
Okay, next I'm gonna give you two more effective tips
for shaking of the crystal critics
and boosting your confidence.
And I brought along my natural citrine point,
in this bright light it looks like it's clear
but it's actually a natural citrine point
to just give us all a little bit of confidence.
Beaming that energy out to you right now.
You can kind of see the gold tint to that
and the clarity's amazing, and look at the vales in there,
isn't that beauty, we'll do some Q&A at the end too.
And remember, if you didn't already share, please hit share,
share this out into your livestream,
if we get 100 shares of this livestream at least,
I'm going to choose three of you here live today
to send a copy of my book,
Crystal Grids How And Why They Work.
Okay, so, oh, and I left this here,
so I still get confused with all this stuff.
And if you'd like to find out how to get
my Sacred Space With Crystals eKit, right now,
via Facebook Messenger, just type the word "sacred"
and here we go, "sacred" into the comments,
and that will be delivered to you.
And if you're watching this on YouTube or on my blog,
click on the description box below the video
or go to my blog and it'll explain to you
exactly right there, you don't have to type anything
how to get it, okay, just the word "sacred"
into the comments, if you're on Facebook.
Okay, so, let me just take a drink of water,
we're gonna get to the other two tips.
All right, so, tip number two, did I just spit, I'm sorry,
is to find a solid community, all right, this is important.
Now some of you are loners and you're like,
I don't need no community, and that's fine.
But even for us loners, of which I am one,
once in a while it's nice to have that solid community
along with you, along for the ride.
We all wanna feel like we belong to the tribe, right,
we just discussed that, so no one likes feeling
like nobody's on their side, you feel a bit vulnerable.
So we'd like to feel strong and in control
and being in a group of other like-minded people
who are also nuts for the crystals can be so empowering
and supportive because they've all going
through the same stuff as you and you get to pool resources
and information and join forces with them
and collaborate on stuff.
We need each other because being part of a community
also gives us confidence and strength in our beliefs.
So, yeah this may also mean that you may need
to spend less time or remove yourself completely
from hanging out with people who are holding you back
and won't accept who you are.
All right so something to think about there.
So the value of having a community place is, I mean,
it's infinite value, it's immeasurable.
You get that built-in motivation, built-in inspiration,
and accountability partners when you need them.
Without that support system in place you're going it alone.
And it's hard to go it alone
even if you are a seasoned loner, 100% alone.
Just to let you know, in my certified crystal healer course,
in addition to your peers and the alumni, you also get
reliable mentors I've put in place to coach you through.
And that's totally absent when you go it alone.
Not to mention you can build fabulous, amazing
new friendships that spring up from a community like that.
It certainly doesn't have to be my course's group,
there are many out there, many others out there.
On Facebook alone there are real like,
face-to-face live groups you can join up.
But here's what to look for, don't just join any ole group.
Be mindful, don't join tons of groups
because then you're gonna be spread too thin
and you're really not gonna get the most
out of any of the groups that you're in.
So here's what to look for.
Try to find a group, either in person or online,
that has these three things going for them.
Because not all groups have them.
So number one, you want mentors who are supportive.
So if there's, well we'll just leave it at that.
Members who are supportive, I'm sure you know how
to figure out if they're supportive or not.
The group should offer motivation and inspiration.
And number three, hold positive vibe.
They see that as an important component
and they take it seriously, so zero tolerance for gossiping
and negativity and it's actively moderated.
Like somebody's in charge of that,
because if nobody's in charge of it,
it ain't gonna get done and it's not gonna be pretty.
So again it can be an in-person group that meets regularly
or even a virtual online one,
maybe you can make one up on your own,
there's lot of them out there already.
Finding a group like this does wonders for allowing you
to be you and encouraging you
to grow to your full potential.
And it builds crystal confidence
with working with your crystals just knowing you have
this like-minded, high vibe tribe, who has your back.
So, and of course, we make sure that my group
has all that and more in spades.
All right, so the third tip, the next one,
is to back it up with science.
All right, some of you might disagree with me on this
and that's totally okay, but I do have a healthy amount
of confidence around discussing what I do
when I'm directly asked
or it's just an unavoidable topic in a conversation.
And I know that's because I can explain the science
behind how and why the crystals work.
And it's not just for me, I've heard this over and over
and over again from our over 1,600 graduates now.
That this is where their confidence comes from.
So now, that being said, having science to back up
how crystals work isn't the end-all, be-all.
Science doesn't prove everything or anything
but that's another topic of debate we can get into.
But this is always, when something is scientifically proven
there's always some uncertainty that comes along
with our beloved scientific conclusions, right,
despite what some might think.
Science never, 100%, proves anything.
So no, not everything should need a scientific explanation.
Nor does everything have one, there's so many things
that don't have scientific explanations and yet they exist.
Crystal healing one of them.
But like it or not, in today's world,
in our society, science is king.
Scientific explanations hold mega value.
Being able to explain something scientifically
pulls a lot of weight, that's why people love to get
some science in with their metaphysics.
I know, I know, this is exactly why
my certified crystal healer course became so popular
right away because there were no other courses doing that
and so many people came in and it was like, oh my gosh,
science with the crystal healing,
this is exactly what I need.
Because again, being a former science teacher
and science department head, I can provide that in spades.
Science is the backbone of my course.
When it comes to explaining crystal healing to others,
especially if they're skeptics,
I think we just throw some science at it,
and that usually get them to sit up and listen.
It opens the door for a skeptic with respect,
a respectful door, okay.
So I can definitely help you
with tips number two and three, and I've seen number one,
which is ignore your reptile brain, come naturally,
as a result of providing the science
and solid community to my students in my course.
So not to say that you can't achieve those things
on your own without taking my course,
you most certainly can, come on.
All you have to do is just put your mind to it,
put your energy into it,
and put your energy towards that goal
and you're going to manifest it.
But if you do want my help, and you want me to help you
along on this path as your teacher,
registration for my course
will be open to the public very, very soon.
So if you're on the wait list,
you have limited access right now.
You've received an invite.
If you're thinking about it, get in now,
because tuition is going to be increasing,
because we have to do it, by $500 for our fall term.
So if you're thinking I'll wait for it down the line,
now is your time, registration's only going to be open
for a few days, so keep and eye out.
If you'd like to get on the wait list right now
and you're not on it, go to hibiscusmoonjoin.com,
go to hibiscusmoonjoin.com, and you will be able
to get on that wait list right now.
And just see a little preliminary info about the course.
So now remember, we're gonna do some stuff here.
I wanna give you one of my favorite quotes though
before we go there, just to think on all this stuff.
And this is a quote by Arthur Schopenhauer
and I hope I'm saying that correctly.
He's a German philosopher and he said all truth
passes through three stages:
One, first, it's ridiculed.
Two, second, it's violently opposed.
Three, third is accepted as being self-evident.
And isn't that true?
Isn't that how all new truths come to be, right?
All right, one more brilliant quote
from my favorite physicists, Nassim Haramein,
he said: "We are still in our infancy of exploring
and discovering our local environment.
There are people alive today who when they were young
were told the universe was many, many times smaller
than they're being told today.
Perhaps this progression will only accelerate
when we prove the universe we are in,
is only one of an infinite number of other universes
in the holo-fractile graphic multiverse."
He's so deep, I love that guy.
So, I find getting defensive and negative
as we tend to do because that's our reptile brain again,
it gets us nowhere, so let's forget that reaction.
Same with clamming up from lack of confidence.
It actually feeds the skeptics.
All right, so if we want people to hear us,
the music needs to be pleasing, right?
Otherwise they're gonna slam the door and leave.
But I also really secretly love it
when you can just smack them skeptics around
with some science, (laughs) I absolutely love it.
It's just a little thing you know,
and it kind of naturally happens, it's kind of funny,
but actually it's done respectfully always,
so you know, let's keep it there, let's keep it like that.
Okay everybody this was tons of fun, super fun,
thank you so much for joining me,
I had a lot, this was a great topic,
one of my favorite ones to talk about
because I like to boost you up with the confidence.
Here's a little bit more citrine energy
and crystal blessings to my crystal family members out there
and I'll to you all soon, bye-bye.

Liverpool News - 26 y/o has surely played his last game for Liverpool after contract update - opini - Duration: 2:51.
As per Sky Sports, Rangers linked Adam Lewis has opted against a switch to Scotland and instead signed a new deal with Liverpool that will see him contracted to the Anfield Stadium outfit for the long term
Although he is very versatile, the youngster's commitment to the Reds should come as bad news for one player in particular
On the chalkboard The 19-year-old has played in midfield for the development side this season but predominantly plays at left-back
Although yet to make his first team bow, the starlet has been a fixture in Neil Critchley's Under-23's squad
It is understood that Rangers were keen while Steven Gerrard was still in charge of the Under-18's, but the Liverpool legend looks set to be denied a reunion as Lewis has now tied himself down on Merseyside
Having been capped by England at Under-19 and Under-20 level, the defender could have a bright future ahead of him and Jurgen Klopp has already shown that he is willing to begin integrating some of the youngsters into the starting XI
Could Lewis be the next to break through, albeit at the expense of Alberto Moreno? No more Moreno Former Sevilla man Moreno has slipped so far down the pecking order that James Milner – a midfielder by trade – is preferred as deputy to Andy Robertson at left-back despite this being the Spaniard's preferred position
The 26-year-old has often been criticised for his lack of quality in defence and his desire to get forward at every possible opportunity usually leaves his side exposed on the left flank
Jurgen Klopp has gotten quite inventive with his excuses this season. FFC's James Jones think he has no one but himself to blame for Liverpol's poor form in the video below… With his contract expiring in the summer, it would surely take a miracle for the diminutive speedster to convince Reds chiefs that he can still be of use as they look to challenge on all fronts for titles and cups
As it stands, Lewis could soon relegate Moreno the the reserves permanently with any more appearances this season surely unlikely but for injuries and suspensions

Ruth Bader Ginsburg returns to Supreme Court for oral arguments Politics - Duration: 1:38.
Ruth Bader Ginsburg returns to Supreme Court for oral arguments Politics
She smiled slightly to the audience and was wearing one of her decorative neck collars a pearl jabot.
Ginsburgs return comes in time for the last three months of oral arguments in a term that will feature big cases on partisan gerrymandering, religious liberty and the Trump administrations decision to add a citizenship question to the 2020 Census.
Ginsburg missed two weeks of oral arguments in January in order to recover from the surgery to remove two cancerous nodules from her lung. She followed the cases by reading transcripts and briefs from home, and she will vote in the cases she missed.
The cancer was first detected in November after Ginsburg fell in her office and was scanned as a part of her treatment for fractured ribs. After the surgery in December, the court announced that there was no remaining evidence of the disease and no other treatment was required.
"Recovery from these types of operations can take anywhere from a few weeks to a few months," said Dr. Sanjay Gupta, CNNs chief medical correspondent.
"Given that Justice Ginsburg is 85 years old and also recently broken her ribs, seven weeks of recovery seems on track. Because there is no evidence of remaining disease, she should not need any more therapy, but may have but may have follow up scans in the future," he said.
Ginsburg was at Court last Friday to participate in the justices regular closed door conference, and she made an appearance in Washington on February 4 to support her daughter in law, soprano Patrice Michaels, who released an album of songs chronicling Ginsburgs life.
She was captured on video by TMZ Monday night at the airport returning to Washington. She walked steadily at a brisk pace holding on to the arm of her security detail.

Register for our Crisis Communications Series - Duration: 6:14.
Hello everyone! Elizabeth here, and I'm so glad to introduce you today to Marcia
Stepanek. She's founder of Brands Stories and she's
a professor at Columbia University in their graduate Nonprofit Management
Program and she'll be joining us for a two part series on crisis communications.
Thank you so much for joining us today. Oh it's such a pleasure. Well,
the first one that will be doing will be on March 7th, where we will be talking about
how to really position your mission in this new divided world. So I wanted to go just
straight into our questions here, and Marcia the first one that I have for you
is: what do we mean by bullet proofing your mission? It's in our title of the
webinar -- and why do you recommend that nonprofits start rethinking how they
speak about their values and the work that they do? Sure. So, bulletproofing --
there's no iron clad bulletproofing we all know that. But what I mean by that is that we live in a very divided time...
politically, a little bit economically, in our culture, and society at large. And part
of our effectiveness, as fundraisers and nonprofits has always been -traditionally -
to be able to walk the middle ground. To kind of, depending on their abilities of
fundraisers to and non profits to create bridges in a storm. And this middle
ground, we're seeing in many ways is shifting. Especially now and and it's
doing so, for what I've jotted down here today and talk about a lot in
classes at Columbia, four trends we're seeing. And one is the attention
economy. All this noise, and it's forcing us to communicate more simply, and
rapidly, and emotionally. Video cuts through a lot of noise. And the ones
that can evoke compassion, and emotional response of course get shared a hundred
million times were often, right... tend to reach
the people that are in our target audiences. The second trend is the
participation boom. All of these communication devices now, have given us
as a population more agency and from that agency a sense of urgency and
particularly an overwhelming desire now to participate. It used to be in our sector,
of course, give us some money, we'll take care of it. Nobody wants to go direct. That's been the case for a
long time, but now what we're seeing increasingly is that this is ...
this participation with our volunteers, even with our donors are forcing
us -- in a good way -- to clarify ourselves causes more than as institutions. So,
that's going on. The data boom is forcing us to increasingly measure what
we do and to prove it. And to prove it, as we start identifying ourselves more as
causes. And then the fourth thing, and I think this is the most recent thing
that is kind of this frosting on this shifting cake. And that's over the past
two years, following an election that deeply divided us and brought to the
surface a lot of trends up that had been going on for awhile kind of surfacing
these deep divisions among us, was forcing us now to get into that crisis
communications area. Where, for some people they felt it was forced to
take sides. So, the celebrated, traditional, wonderful
ability of civil society in the nonprofit sector and in particular as
fundraisers to walk this middle ground and build bridges has suddenly become a
lot more difficult So my webinar is going to talk about exploring some of
these trends. Sharing a couple case studies, one of some people who have
helped us to kind of guide the way of finding more solid ground.
And then, I have some some anecdotes to share about what happens when you either go too
boldly in this new area, or have a tendency, like many of us because we're
risk-averseto simply hide. And in the digital world. Hiding can translate,
particularly to younger audiences, yet recently to more and more donors, as a
tendency to be either clueless or worse uncaring. And certainly I don't want to
say, ignoring supporters I wouldn't want to go that far, but to kind of
disengaged. So, it is a form of crisis communications and that's a very new
trend in our sector. We've always been conscious of some of the stuff, but it
seems to be accelerating now we have to be really kind of careful there are
ways to do this. Yeah. -Again, we're really going to be talking about how to bulletproof
your mission on March 7th. Again, that's part one of our two-part
crisis communication series. So make sure you that you register by February 27th
to take advantage of early bird pricing for both of the webinars. The second one
will be on April 11th. We're so excited for everyone to join us, so please come
with your questions as we will have a Q&A at the end. And if you can't attend
live you will get a copy of the recording to watch on your own time. Thank you so much for joining us Marcia!
Thank you so much. We hope to see you. Bye!

Genesa Greening Finding Equality For Women's Health - Duration: 8:39.
Health
What a blessing when you have it a challenge when you don't
the health of our community the central place and decision-making but a
one-size-fits-all thinking overlooks
Some important differences and sometimes health systems. Don't know what they don't know
as the head of the BC Women's Hospital Foundation our next guest
reminds us that
understanding differences
Needs to be part of making a healthy society, please welcome Genesa Greening
We as women we have a complex relationship with our health
when I was nine years old my
Mother was 29 at the time and she was admitted to a psychiatric hospital and heavily medicated
My memory of visiting her still etched in my mind sitting on her bed in her hospital gown looking forlorn and barely present
Aching to be with both me and my sisters and her husband
The Canadian Institutes for health research tells us that women suffer the greatest burdens of disease and disability
They're more likely to suffer depression stress. Overload
chronic conditions injuries and death resulting from family violence
Although women live longer than men women have a greater lifetime risk of functional disability chronic illness
including cancer cardiovascular disease dementia and a need for long-term care and
Yet we as women are often the principal caregivers to our children or spouses the elderly and disabled relatives
on average a woman cares for her spouse for five years at the end of her husband's life and then goes on to live an
average of eight years without the same type of intensive personal care
Safe to say women give more than they get when it comes to their health
When my mother came home from the hospital a few weeks later, she began to disappear from our day-to-day lives
Spending more and more time in bed eventually hours turned into days and days turned into weeks
She would spend on average 20 plus hours a day sleeping
At one point. She didn't leave our house for a seven-month stretch
70% of patients with medically unexplained symptoms are women. These are often used anonymously with terms that imply psychogenic cause
However, patients labeled with medically unexplained symptoms actually have yet to be diagnosed diseases like an autoimmune disease that can
mean lasting disability and even death
70% of the people impacted by chronic pain are also women, but are typically treated less aggressively than men
studies have found that doctors are more likely to diagnose a woman's pain as
Psychological they're inclined to give them sedatives
antidepressants and refer them to a psychiatrist
While men could present what the same symptoms are more likely to be given pain medication and referred to a pain clinic
Women get prescribed less pain medication than men after identical procedures
As a matter of fact a study recently came out that showed that this bias actually starts in childhood
When a boy has open heart surgery, he'll be prescribed pain medication when a girl has open heart surgery. She'll be prescribed tylenol
The prevalence of mental health issues during the various stages of
Accessories life stages experienced by a woman adds to this complexity of care and treatment
Yet most mental health research and therapy is based on a man's experience
Women experience depression twice as often as men and yet are three times more likely than men to experience barriers in accessing mental health care
My mother was told she was tired because she had three small children that she should find ways to reduce her level of stress
They gave her more medication. No one suggested her symptoms were serious or real and no one sent her for tests
One in 10 women have been diagnosed with endometriosis
It takes on average up to 10 years to get that diagnosis and many actually don't it's debilitating
It impacts a woman's ability to work to participate to even have children
The number of women who have endometriosis equals the total number of people who have liver disease
Men are actually twice as likely to have liver disease
We have 30,000 pages of published research on liver disease in 1800 on endometriosis
2 out of 3 women and BC reported feeling bias from a health care practitioner due to their gender
There are many entrenched and systemic reasons women are not receiving equitable access to quality health care the suggestion were more fragile
We are more prone to stress and anxiety never experience hormonal stasis
Carry, greater societal burdens more likely to experience violence live in poverty and leave single-parent households
Prior to 1998 women were not included in most research trust studies in Canada and to this day were still largely excluded
Yet women experienced 50 to 75 percent of drug
reactions adverse drug reactions
Yet medications prescribed to women have often only been tested on men
including aspirin and warfarin
Even within the field of health research. We see a pervasiveness of bias that continues to impact the health outcomes of women
Male researchers get funded more often with higher grants and are far less likely to research women's health issues
Female researchers are less likely to get sustainable funding
The studies are often not completed or don't make it to knowledge translation and implementation
into policy and practice
studies that should include equal representation
Representation of gender don't and many final analysis do not have gender and sex analysis applied
So we still don't even know if the women within the trial reacted differently than the men
My mother eventually gave up on going to the doctor for anything more than prescription refills and checkups
She found ways to cope she came at each day with a hope
She might be able to work for a few hours. Maybe make dinner
Perhaps attend one of our school events never all in one day or one week
But she could she did what she could when she could yet the months turned into years
We could simply say that one of the primary reasons
We as women experienced bias in the healthcare system and in the healthcare that we received is
And why are we often sicker for longer?
And why do we don't get substantial answers as to what is happening with our bodies is actually quite simple
We don't know what we don't know
Without the research doctors are not equipped without the research
The unique health care needs of women is not validated
Without the research women are unable to live a life to the fullest participate in our economy and in our communities
be present for the people they love continue to be feel missing and they'll continue to feel misunderstood and
Dismissed and are suffering and dying unnecessarily
We have a responsibility to change the tide on women's health to make the investment in the research to insist that women are included
understood believed treated validated and healed
My mother eventually found herself with a new doctor. She described her situation. He sent her for bloodwork my mother had thyroid disease
an autoimmune disease predominantly found in women
For years, she had that condition
It causes exhaustion fatigue weight gain among many other symptoms and left untreated
It causes mental decline heart disease and decreased lung function
Few years later after I moved away from home and started my career. She received another diagnosis of ME chronic fatigue syndrome
ME is a chronic complex disease like fibromyalgia and chronic Lyme disease and 3% of our population have one of these conditions or
1.1 million Canadians
79 percent of which are women and
Yet the Canadian Institutes for health research has only funded four grants across all three conditions in 19 years
Gender plays a role in how healthy our society is
It plays a role in what kind of health care you received?
It played a role in my mother being present from my life
Being absent story from my life and the lives of my sister and father for over a decade
When I took on this role, I didn't realize that my own story would show up in the stories
I would hear I didn't realize that what had happened to me and my family is happening every day
And I didn't realize it was because my mother was a woman that she suffered inside her own body and mind
starting at the age of 29 I
Now know it's preventable preventable. You can't unlearn something. So let's make the investment in learning as much as we can about
Why women's bodies are different
We make up half of the world's population
We are held back as women for so many other reasons. However, this one is curable

Luther Burrell warns "I mean business" after swapping union for league in Warrington switch - Duration: 2:56.
Luther Burrell says he always wanted to test himself in Super League after joining Warrington Wolves on a two and a half year deal
The former England RU centre will link up with Steve Price's squad once his current commitments at Northampton finish on July 1, and has signed a contract until November 2021
Burrell won the last of his 15 England caps in Australia three years ago, having missed out on the 2015 World Cup when league convert Sam Burgess was picked ahead of him
Burrell, 31, said: "My background is predominantly in rugby league as I grew up in the north, in Huddersfield, surrounded by the sport and playing it at school
"It's never really left my blood - I guess my aim was to always try my hand at it one day and I'm buzzing to get involved with rugby league and the Super League

Read More Wigan 8-20 Sydney: Brett Morris hat-trick secures World Club Challenge win - 5 talking points "I've had some great times in rugby union, and I've had some adverse times, so for me to have this opportunity to play rugby league and see how far I can get with a great team is exciting
"I've watched rugby league throughout my union career so to join a club like Warrington, who were finalists last year and have a fantastic squad this season, is exciting as it is a club that is going places
"I hope to bring some physicality, that edge and the ability to break the line. "I've had the opportunity to play for England in union and to play on some of the biggest stages in finals
"I'd like to think I can transfer the experience I have gained into rugby league
"I'm not here to make up the numbers - I'm coming over and I mean business." Burrell's capture continues the Wolves' recent trend of high profile recruits, having lured Josh Charnley back from the 15-man code last year and signed England half-back Gareth Widdop from the NRL for 2020
Coach Steve Price said: "He's a quality signing, being a former England International who has played at the highest level in rugby union
"He'll have to get up to speed with new calls, different team mates and a different game, so it will take a bit of time to transition
"But he's tall, athletic and can play in a number of positions which adds a lot of depth to our playing squad

Will Wednesday and apos . s winter storm make up for lost season? Unlikely, forecasters say The Mo
After months of a mostly spiritless winter, the second storm system in just over a week appears poised to hit the Lehigh Valley area Wednesday.
What the storm lacks in snowfall totals it will make up for in timing and heavy mixed precipitation, meteorologists warn. Just like last Tuesday.
The Lehigh Valley is under a winter storm watch in effect from Wednesday morning to Wednesday evening for snowfall totals around 2 to 5 inches and ice accumulations under one tenth of an inch.
Allentowns expected snowfall totals are somewhere in the four inch range, though the weather service said in a tweet Monday evening its watch is intentionally a little more vague as meteorologists zero in on how much snow and ice will fall.
The total would bring Allentown its biggest snowfall of the season so far in this languorous winter. A total of 3.9 inches of snow was measured at the airport during a storm January 29. Other parts of Lehigh County fared a bit better, with North Whitehall at 5.2 inches, according to a trained spotter, and New Tripoli at 5 inches. In Northampton County, Bath came out tops with a 5 inch snowfall.
Tomorrows storm wont exactly make up for a lost season, forecasters say. After all, its not a comma shaped Noreaster barreling up the Atlantic seaboard. But it will arrive packing sleet and freezing rain as well as snow — seemingly shattering that prediction the groundhog made about a premature spring in the Northeast, and dealing a harsh blow to the evening commute.
The storm is expected to arrive just before midday in our area, much like the November storm that saw a nightmare scenario unfold across the Lehigh Valley. It included jackknifed tractor trailers, disabled vehicles and minor crashes on almost all the regions highways and roads. Thousands of motorists were stranded, many for more than six hours, on major roads like Interstate 78 and Route 33.
PennDOT spokesman Ron Young said people treated that storm like a normal afternoon rush hour, traveling home at the same time. Officials are certainly hoping to avoid the same stress on area roadways this time around.
Meteorologist Ed Vallee of Empire Weather said Wednesday will be a rather complex day — seemingly the general theme of our winter season. Precipitation will transition from light to moderate snow, a mix of sleet and freezing rain, and then finally to all rain for the majority of the area by about 8 p.m. Rain will then continue straight through the early morning hours of Thursday before tapering off.
Snow breaks out in the Lehigh Valley by 11 a.m. southwest to northeast
Heaviest accumulating snow from midday through late afternoon.
Transition to mixed precipitation after 5 p.m.
Rain transition after 8 p.m. as temperatures continue to rise.
Here is the 7 day outlook from Empire Weather:

Liverpool vs Bayern Munich referee: Stingy official chosen for crunch Champions League tie - Duration: 2:12.
The Italian whistler will be in charge at Anfield for the Champions League last 16 tie.
And they'll be hoping he does a better job than another Serie A official - Daniele Orsato - did just down the road last week.
Orstato took charge of Manchester United's 2-0 defeat to PSG last week, with his performance slated by Italian media.
Liverpool star Mohamed Salah has come under-fire for 'diving' to win penalties this season.

But the Egypt star could have his work cut out with Rocchi as referee.
The Italian has taken charge of three Champions League matches this season, and is rated as one of the most lenient in the competition.
He's awarded 16 yellow cards, one red-card (a second-yellow) and one penalty in his trio of games.
Liverpool boss Jurgen Klopp will be hoping his side can nab a lead to take to the Allianz Arena for the second-leg next month.
But he'll also be wary of opening the back door for Bayern - with a host key defenders missing.
Virgil van Dijk is suspended, while Joe Gomez and Dejan Lovren are injured.
It means Fabinho will step back from midfield to partner Joel Matip at centre-back. Trent Alexander-Arnold returns at right-back.
Captain Jordan Henderson returned to midfield, replacing James Milner.
Former Bayern winger Xherdan Shaqiri was only fit enough for the bench after an abdominal injury.
