what is good YouTube Warstu here with a movie review on a Alita battle angel
although most people just call this movie a liter so before we get into this
review stroke my overall thoughts of what I thought about is fantastic
visually stunning movie let me know down below have you had a chance to go and
see it I believe it came out in America last Friday so it's been out for a
minute and I did see it and it is pretty good so first off I want to say you can
tell that this movie was made with a lot of passion a lot of hard work has gone
into the making this movie very visually stunning the action sequences are fire
very good from a CGI VFX point of view and this movie has come under a lot of
fire from the social justice warrior train but how many good movies tend to
do that so this isn't like a 10 out of 10 movie it is a really decent movie and
you should go watch it if you do have the chance I believe it was something
like two hours 20 but the movie it wasn't jarring I mean there were a few
pacing issues throughout the whole of movie but it isn't a movie that felt
like it was a really long movie you know when you go and watch a movie and it
feels like it's five hours long this was a really short movie for how long you
were actually in the cinema I believe the last movie I watched where I felt
like the movie didn't feel a long way it was pretty wrong was Avengers infinity
war that was a movie and in spite of us though two movies didn't feel like it
long so this movie wasn't boring so let's get into exactly what your boy
wash do you thought so it is a pretty generic storyline so to speak from a
storytelling point of view this movie has apparently been in the works for 20
years from the same person that made avatar James Cameron so with that kind
of I guess you could say Prasanna the kind of the props that James Cameron has
he isn't exclusively the only person that made this movie it did have a big
kind of void to feel knowing that the person that made avatar was behind this
movie so I didn't get to go to see an early screen and I didn't try to but we
should've done prior it pretty much because it would have been a much better
screening so the opening weekend in America didn't do very well so the movie
had a budget of a hundred and seventy million dollars to two hundred million
dollars predicted lis so it only made 28 million like in America which isn't
really that much for the opening weekend but I do think it's a massive feat for
manga so obviously manga movies were living it in the manga generation so to
speak we had like Dragon Ball Z super Broly we
had this movie we've got the technic Pikachu so anime movies are becoming
more popular throughout the 21st century which is pretty fantastic so essentially
it's a movie about a deactivated female cyborg who is revived from spare parts
but she cannot remember anything from a past and goes on a conquest or I guess
you could say a quest to find out what had happened to her so there's a bit of
controversy around the way she looks which is pretty pretty interesting
because it's a live-action movie but she is clearly a cyborg who has a human
brain a brain at least works like a human so from the images that I found
online and from doing a bunch of research it does look like the actress
who played Aleta was basically running around with a motion caption kind of
device on her head you know all the dots and they literally just used her face in
a cyborg CGI VFX graphics based character which came across pretty cool
there was a bit of controversy online with her eyes but from what I could see
there was no issues for me with the eyes a lot of people online I have an issue
with the eyes and this is a weird movie so to speak because I did read a bunch
of reviews and read the overall kind of rotten tomato score and the critics its
critics were a bit harsh on it like they are always harsh on movies but a better
indication of like when you go to watch a movie or if you're thinking about
going to watch a movie is to actually check out the audience score because
obviously critics have to be critically they have to analyze things differently
to I guess you could say the general audience the way the general audience
would evaluate a movie I mean technically you could say I'm a critic
because I get invited to early screenings like media screening so I get
to review things early so technically I'm a critic but I don't review things
like a normal cricket so let's take a look at the Rotten Tomatoes score so
yeah just like I thought 60% on our T average score not very high for how good
it was it's not like the best movie ever but you compare the 60% it got on the
rotten tomato to the 94% it got on the actual audience score which I think the
audience score does mean a lot because there's been a lot of movies that have
critically flopped but have done well because people wanted to see it it's a
kind of movie that like it's word of mouth it's like it's actually a lot
better than what I actually thought it would be so obviously 20th Century Fox I
think has smash this movie they did kind of a set up as sequel I guess you could
say but like I said that the sequels tend to kind of flow on how much money
did the movie make did it break even and all them kind of things so there was a
love story in this movie yeah I know a love story and it was I guess you
could say it was an organic love story it wasn't pushed in your face but at the
same time she obviously gets kind of gets with this character who is a bit
dodgy doing a bit of shady things we're not trying to talk massive spoilers so I
believe her boyfriend or friend friends will benefit do you guess you could say
you go you didn't really feel for the relationship at all although it was
there it wasn't really that relevant because okay let's talk sports at the
end something happens to him which essentially sets up this sequel if they
ever make it and to be honest I think most be watching it didn't care at all
for Hugo they probably cared for a liter the way
that she was feeling and that she was so annoyed but
essentially a lot of people are comparing her to a water like a hero and
to me she isn't a hero at all she's not a hero do I like the character Aleta
yeah sure the character was awesome but no she's not a hero I've seen some
people making references to the fact that she's such a great hero compared to
Captain Marvel I don't want to talk about Captain Marvel I'm trying to get
away from Marvel stuff well at least not make as much Marvel content but to kind
of get my point Christ it's like everyone's going yeah Aleta is such a
great hero when realistically she loses her
memories she's there to take out some big-ass dude that she doesn't actually
enter taken out at the end of the movie hence the tip for the next movie and
it's literally the same quest throughout the whole movie she's just picking up
back from where she left over so yes she is the death she is the Angel of Death
hence the like battle angel like title but yeah it was pretty good movie I did
say I'm a community tab earlier that I was gonna be doing a video about it
obviously the writers are James Cameron so I felt like for how good the writers
are supposed to be the writing did did let it down the action sequences were
fire they were a fantastic obviously it was directed by Robert Rodriguez and you
can obviously you can tell that a lot of passion a lot of care was taken in this
movie to make it banging your face know that a liter is a cyborg it is manga it
is animation which is pretty cool because a lot of people want this yes
this like I said before earlier in review this movie will not do well as a
whole it'll probably get somewhere between two hundred so and maybe four
hundred million at a push but overall it was a pretty good storyline the villains
are weak because realistically yes she gets her and then she gets her ultimate
armor I guess you could say I think it was the berserk suit she gets towards
the end but she had to get hurt to kind of get stronger and then she came back
and destroyed absolutely everyone in her way she became like the champ she was
essentially the champion of the movie there's this little game they played
called motor ball and this is promised that if you are the champion if you are
MVP you can get a trip to zalem essentially zolomon is where everyone is
trying to get to so essentially she she has a staredown with Nova at the end of
movie signaling revenge in the second movie
because obviously her boyfriend Hugo is trying to get up to zalem but
obviously he gets killed because obviously that that's always how great
love stories end someone dies and then revenge I felt like this movie would
have played out a lot better if they ended it just when she made the
reference of who Nova was and she found out where Nova was and she found that a
whole quest and what everything she wanted to do rather than having this
stare down and having like her boyfriend die I guess you could say because they
were kind of together she wanted to give him her heart and all that kind of stuff
so yeah it was a was a pretty decent movie overall guys but like I said I
don't normally do these kind of movie reviews but I will be doing these kind
of movie reviews and many more of them in the future as I am trying to do more
movie based content as there is a lot of cool movies coming out that we will be
reviewing like detective Pikachu obviously Captain Marvel and Avengers 4
but I want to review in a lot of movies this year so guys let me know in the
club and I and criticism about how reviewed movie I mean overall I gave it
a 7 out of 10 it wasn't bad wasn't great but yet guys
I enjoyed it one of the biggest criticisms is there's a bunch of
villains yeah but they're all like strange weird looking and then elite is
looking pretty nice she looks like a human being even though she isn't so
yeah I'm seeing a bunch of articles about sexism the feminism but not
there's no feminism in this at all I mean I'm getting people I'm seeing stuff
being sent stuff like oh my god elitist a hero Captain Marvel isn't here Oh
Captain Marvel movie isn't even out yet guys to chill out really chill I don't
think this movie was sold on the sense of sexism I don't even understand why
I'm talking about this but like I said I like to review all aspects of the movie
yeah it is a bit strange how she does look really good and they've made like
the villains the other cyborgs look like cyborgs and not human item at all but
overall the story was pretty cool it's just imagine it's it's just how you
would imagine I guess the anime the kind of manga comics come to life so I mean I
think I mean just because I don't know anything about
this character outside the movie so I did overall enjoy it but please guys go
and watch this movie don't compare it to anything else it's
just annoying how in the 21st century everyone for some reason is comparing
this to being a social justice warrior movie or stuff like that I mean it's
captivating visually stunning the fights are crazy but the only criticism is
Elite it looks a lot better than the other people she fights which it's kind
of strange how they've done that but I haven't really looked too much into this
as I don't tend to review things but like I said guys I will be like always
guys please like subscribe and comment and I will catch you it another video
very soon if you do have any movies or stuff like that that you want me to
review just hit me up down below I will be doing a Q&A later on today so I will
be answering some questions that I got about like Avengers and some other
things like that so it's gonna be pretty dope I think hey guys I'll catch you in
another video very soon yeah yeah later
you

What Is 80/100 Grade Bitumen? & It's Applications - Duration: 2:09.
Hey guys, welcome to we civil engineers.
In this video, I'm going to teach you, What is the exact meaning of 80/100 grade
bitumen & why we need to classify the bitumen in different grades based on its penetration
value?.
An 80/100 grade bitumen indicates that its penetration value lies between 80 & 100.
Penetration value can be obtained by penetration test.
The penetration test measures the hardness or softness of bitumen by measuring the depth
in tenths of a millimeter to which a standard loaded needle will penetrate vertically in
5 seconds.
So, 80/100grade bitumen means this needle will penetrate, 8 mm to 10mm in 5 seconds.
The penetration test is a commonly adopted test on bitumen to grade the material in terms
of its hardness.
but why?
what's the need of grading?
Grading of bitumen helps to assess its suitability in different climatic conditions and types
of construction.
Let me explain to you this statement with examples.
suppose you have construct a road in a colder region then we prefer 180/200 grade to avoid
excessive brittleness.
And suppose you have to construct a road in a warmer region like tar dessert or somewhere
else.
then we prefer lower penetration grade to avoid softening.
When it comes to 80/100 grade bitumen, it is most commonly used bitumen for pavement
constructions.
It can be used in a normal condition where the temperature is not too much high or not
too much low.

Let's Play à "LIFE IS STRANGE" avec Karboom - EP5 : UN GRAND POUVOIR IMPLIQUE DE GRANDES BLAGUES! - Duration: 23:21.
Hey everyone! Karboom's here!
Welcome on this Episode 5 of this Let's Play on "Life is Strange"
So last episode, we stopped just before reaching the dorms.
So that we could get the USB drive of Warren...
And give it back to him in the parking lot, which will be the occasion to meet...
The occasion to meet Warren, one of Max's only friends.
So I heard that... Oh. Isn't that the asshole who was bullying the other dude? Logan....
What do you have to say for yourself, you sorry little bitch?!
I shit on you.
And him must be the friend who helped brutalize Daniel.
Asshole!
Zachary?
AH KATE! How are you?
First "Look" to see how she is feeling.
SO TALK TO HER!
COMFORT HER!!
"You look down. LET ME HELP!"
I am your friend!
I am here to listen to you.
*Frustration Level Number One*
Do I have a thing?
Right. LET'S USE MY POWERS FOR THE GOOD OF MANKIND!
Well...
I'm gonna stay on my first option.
"You look down"
"I SAW YOUR FUTURE!"
"and in your future, YOU GET A HUG!!"
*aggressive hugging* "BACKWARDS HUG!"
It really bugs me to see a friend in depression like this.
So him... What does he have to say... Samuel.
*Instant creeped out*
Does he know something with the posters?
So, "you knew Rachel?"
"I have to go paint windows." - "AWESOME!"
"What was she like?"
HE'S SO WEIRD!
"Let me just... RUN!"
"AS FAR AS I CAN!!"
What's that?!
Ah, just a sprinkler.
"Loooook..."
Do I have the occasion to spite her with my time power?!
"SPEAK TO ME!"
I don't have any dialogue options? Well go fuck a donkey then!
There, now it's like she never got my picture.
So she can go fuck herself in the ass.
Fuck sake! I don't even have the option to tell her to go fuck her own face!
And by the way... I could have just said : "You know, Victoria..."
Inelegant joke censored by the AGJC (Anti Gritty Jokes Commity)
Joking aside it's a very vulgur response but she is at that level!
How can I make her fuck off...
"Rachel Owes Me Money. Pay Up Bitch"
Interesting. Rachel had borrowed money to people?
Okay.
So what can I do...
*A plan is being hatched*
Hmm, there's nothing I can do on this. Hold on, let's look to see if I haven't forgotten something over there.
Ooooooooooooooh!!
"What is that?"
"Look"
Come on... Lemme... open... door!
The door!
And why can't I do anything...?
"Hold Right Mouse Button to rewind"
*And suddenly there was light*
"Get out of my..."
But... Sorry what?
I was going to...
And why is that, bitch?!
So I used the valve to piss them off...
I am sorry to inform you of the difficulties I encountered in this part of the game (in short I suffered). In order not to reduce your enjoyements, those rather unglorious moments have been accelerated. Thank you for reading.
*Enjoy the music and sufferings*
Okay...
So then we need to...
Riiiiiiight!!!
Sorry people. It was actually rather easy but...
It was just giving me the impression that I had to use the valve first THEN do something with the paint bucket.
Right.
It only took us 20 minutes!!
*Victory laughs*
*More laughs*
Oh... You know what it is asking for?
A commemorative picture!
"Hey Victoria!"
"Look"... Let's see.
A PICTURE!
Sorry. I have no wish to be nice.
Yonk!
Some won't approve that I make Victoria pay that way but really...
I wanted a souvenir picture!
No plus joking aside... Just no.
Sorry, when you're being a twat, you get burnt. I will not show...
kindness... especially cause it would've been false too.
*Evil laugh
"No boys allowed"
"Taylor is a slave"...
Wasn't that her by the w ay?
H.I.V and A.I.D.S
Thing... Thing...
Ah yes, the petition...
Right.
Okay no I thought...
Redrum!
Something about weapons...
"Stomp'em Bigfoots!"
Ah it's Dana
"Missing person okay."
Is there something to see on this?
I'm looking at the pictures because if I can see something that looks exactly like an image I've seen before... It could be...
Someone in the bathroom.
"Missing person"
Seems to be stuff I have already seen for most of it.
Okay, bathrooms...
"Be alert on campus..." *reading*
So hold on, Geek Grrls...
*Intense reading*
"No boys perico" *more reading*
Right.
"Now where is my room?"
"Don't be a zombie"
"Will bang... what?"
"Will bang for Jesus..."
Oh?
Nice.
Ah, my room.
What are you doing? Not peace and love again?
Right, there we go.
Let's go. Explore!
I have a room for just me?
It's amazing a campus like this!!! I was expecting roomates!
Yes mommy.
"Happy birthday Maxine..." Ah here it is...
"Max your principal sent me an email saying that you told some..."
SON... OF A.... BITCH!!!
Wh... HOW?
FUCKING ASSHOLE!!
SHITBAG!! How do I call my mother?
HOW DO I CALL MY MOTHER FOR FUCK SAKE?!
Did it change anything in the diary?
Next... Next... Next... Next...
*Reading*
Oh Victoria swore revenge on me?
Oh no! She had such a will to leave me alone!
If that's the consequence of having taken a picture of Victoria while making fun of her...
I'm sorry but...
She was pissing off everyone! It was time that...
someone stood up to her and if there's only me to do so, well then so be it.
Because at some point, just fucking leave me alone!
"Mirror"
"Look"
"Photo!"
Because we take as much pictures as possible!
I must look like a character from Bendy and the Ink Machine like this!
Hop... Note.
"To Max or whom it may concern."
Us then...
*Intense reading*
Cannibal Holocaust. I'm familiar with the name...
But Ultravixens?
It's... It's...
I don't know this. What is it about?
"Peace Warren G."
"G for?"
"DA GREATEST!"
"I don't know..."
"Power Strip"
Must I jump on my bed to be able to access those things?
Teddybear
Holly cow!
Fuck sake, she's got ammo to be mocked with!
You bring your teddybear in a campus of highschool/university?
You bring fucking ammo!
Ah alright it's the...
"Power Strip" - "Turn Off"
"Bed, Lie Down..."
What happens if I turn that off?
It's nicer with the light on.
"Art Books"
THOSE TEEN MUSICS!! *laughs*
So where is this USB drive?
Right.
Okay.
So "Look"
*Reading*
Oooh!
Kisses kisses...
Oh, the plant!
I was expecting it! Honestly I was expecting it!!
And honestly I was thinking "Might as well take care of my plant!"
So alright I think that's about it.
So hold on, what happens if...
So. Enough music.
I'm gonna play a bit of guitar!
Let's wrap this up by playing a bit of guitar!
Oops.
"Play!"
Alright I see... So after that it... Right.
So I propose that we should stop on this...
Before that I'm gonna lie down!
Come on. Lie down!
So I propose to stop right here.
I don't think this action will have consequences... Hope so...
Oh. Monologue.
Think I can talk now... SO I'm saying let's end this on that!
We'll meet again for episode 6 of "Life is Strange"! Until then take care, subscribe to the Discord, the Facebook and the Twitter!
And see you very soon!
Kisses for everyone! Ciao!!

Your Business Coach Is Screwing You Over. Act Now - Duration: 5:12.
- In today's video find out
why most marketers and coaches suck,
and also find out how to avoid falling into their trap.
"Those who have the capacity to give good advice
generally have too much sense to waste their time
trying to get rid of it."
All right, so we just talked about
the epidemic of these rent-a-friend style coaches
where people will give encouragement,
tell you you're great, but won't give any specific advice.
A smaller subset though, will actually give you
specific advice which is a huge upgrade
from the rah rah, you're so perfect and great folks.
They'll outline a plan for you, give you real feedback
on what you should be doing, and try to outline
what you should be doing with your business,
your diet, whatever it is that they're coaching you on.
And that's a marked improvement from the people
we just talked about.
What people still have to be careful of is making sure
that the people who are giving them this advice
are actually experts in the thing they're advising on.
Because people love to give advice.
They love to be heard and they will readily tell you
what they think and what their opinion is
and that's irrespective of whether they actually
know what they're talking about or not.
So simply being specific isn't enough.
Just because somebody's willing to give you their opinion
doesn't mean that that opinion is worth anything.
And like the quote that we had at the outset mentions,
the people who are often the most willing to give out
their opinion, are often the least qualified
to actually be giving out opinions.
So ultimately, what advisors are saying
is mostly comprised of their opinion.
There aren't a lot of hard-and=fast rules in a lot of things
so it comes down to what their judgment is,
so we really wanna make sure that people's background
is sound enough to where they have good judgment
and that the advice that they're giving you
is actually rooted in true knowledge
and not just stuff that they're pulling out of thin air.
And you'll see examples of this all the time,
where people are giving advice that, by definition,
does not match the reality of their lives.
I'll see life coaches all the time
who are in their early 20's
and haven't really accomplished anything.
They haven't faced any real struggles,
they haven't had great achievements
because that's an early stage in their lives,
and that's fine, but they'll still try to tell people
how they should be living their lives,
what they need to do to achieve, what they need to do
to get to the next step, when they haven't actually
been able to achieve that themselves.
I'll see these life coaches all the time,
to where they'd be working at Starbucks,
or having it to where they were bagging groceries somewhere,
which is totally fine, but it didn't give you
a whole lot of confidence that they had
the firsthand experience to be able to
really give you advice that was actionable,
that you knew you could trust.
You see the same thing with multi-level
marketing things all the time.
Anybody who pitches an MLM is always gonna tell you
that it's life-changing, that it's easy money,
that they wish they had done it sooner,
that this is how they're supporting themselves,
that it's the greatest thing they've ever done,
but they all have other jobs.
None of them are running around taking trips
around the world every week because of this massive
endless wealth that's being generated,
because that's not the reality.
They're not actually getting those results,
they're just claiming they are.
My favorite example is, I was coming back from a conference,
sitting next to a girl who was probably in her late 20's,
early 30's, and she was a coach,
and her niche was coaching people
on how they could quit their jobs
and work full-time for themselves, as coaches.
That was her specific thing that she coached
everybody on, but she worked full-time,
as an employee, for somebody else.
So the very thing that she was telling people
how to do, she hadn't been able to accomplish herself.
You see this, it can be an epidemic in the coaching space.
First we look and see if the people can actually
give you specific advice and not just encourage you,
but even then you have to look very closely
at the reality and look at what their lives
are showing you about what they're saying
and if their lives don't match what they're telling you
you can accomplish, then you might want to be
a little more careful about hiring them,
and even if they're willing to give you the advice for free,
whether or not you wanna take that advice from them.
So if you enjoyed the video, give it a like,
and if that resonated with you, if you've ever been
through something similar, we'd love to hear
your experiences and what you thought about it.

Does it matter how far away my heater is from my spa? - Duration: 1:42.
[music]
Rob: Hello, welcome back to another
poolside chat presented by inyopools.com.
I'm Rob
Matthew: I am Matthew, and today must be a champagne bottle
Rob: What was that?
Matthew: Because it's about to pop off.
The question goes as such.
I'm building a pool with a heated spa.
One builder told me it would cost twice as
much to heat the spa if the heater is placed
60 feet away in our preferred location versus
20 feet away in an undesirable location.
Is this true, Rob?
Rob: Well, a lot would depend upon
the climate when and where the spa will
be used, but it would be beneficial
to have the heater closer to the spa.
In the case of year-round spas, in cold climates there
can be significant heat loss in 60 feet of pipe run.
This does mean more energy is needed to heat the spa,
but how much would depend upon the climate at the site.
There can also be a delayed reaction with respect to time
and temperature rise, ultimately, impacting the water temp in the spa.
In other words, the temp in the spa may or may not
be the same as the temp displayed on the heater.
Of course, if the spa remains covered, these variables
will only be noticeable when the spa is being used.
Matthew: Wrapping or insulating the plumbing to the spa can
reduce heat loss and mitigate some of these potential problems.
This is routinely done in cases such as
this, again, depending upon the climate.

What Is The Real Struggle? - Duration: 12:52.
You know how you have tough stuff happen in your life?
Well, what is the real struggle?
You can't fix something you don't understand.
Watch closely.
Let's uncover it.
You've probably notice in your life that you have some struggles.
But what's the real struggle?
Like what really is going on?
For just a moment, let's imagine that you and I are taking a look at a tree.
And from the ground up, there's a trunk, branches and leaves.
Now, all we can see is what's above the ground, right?
That's the surface of what we're looking at.
But what's down below the surface?
You know I really believe that people are trying to solve their struggles by looking
at the surface of things.
What I'm going to suggest, we need to get underneath ground level and see what's going
on in the roots of people.
The roots produce the fruits.
And so, every tree, whatever is going on in the root system is going to determine what's
going to happen to this tree.
And so, if we want to make some changes and some adjustments about the kinds of struggle,
the different types of struggles that we face, we got to look in the roots of what's struggle
is and where it's really coming from.
So, I have 3 different areas that as a coach and as a mentor, I help people adjust and
work through so that their struggles can be different.
You know, because we're always going to have struggles in one way or another.
We might as well have higher quality struggles Instead of the common everyday struggles,
let's change them.
Let's advance in life, right?
And because we do learn from our struggles, there's a lot of things we gain from struggles.
So, it's part of life.
But instead of repeating the same struggles on over again, let's advance.
Let's move them up here a little bit.
Let's change things.
Let's make progress at our life.
So, let's talk about one of the first parts of struggle.
I find that when a person struggles being their work or honoring their word, they produce
struggle in their life.
Because when we don't do what we said what we're going to do, then we actually are the
source of the problem.
Other people we're counting on this.
Other people were believing in what we said we're going to do and so they arrange their
life and their schedule and all the things that are going on.
And with them because of what we said we would do.
And so, when we over promise and we don't fulfill what we said what we're going to do,
we cause problems.
We cause struggles for other people and for ourselves.
I mean, how many times have you had some body else say that you're going to do something
and then they didn't do it?
What did they do to you?
It caused you struggle, didn't it?
So, we actually cause problems for each other because we say and commit that we're going
to do certain things.
And then it doesn't happen.
So, I really think that if we could each one of us...
Before we blurred out what we're going to do, we check in.
Really check in about this commitment of what we're about already to say to someone and
that we really honor this part about can I fulfill this?
Can I really do this?
And if you can't then you back out.
Don't even say it.
Don't even give the commitment.
If you can't guarantee, you can follow through with that.
What would happen if you lived a life like that.
What would happen?
I think what would happen is you would cause less problems.
And what if other people did this?
Well they would have cause less problems for you too.
So, literally if you and I decided to live our word, we actually could cut down on these
kind of crazy messy problems that are going on.
So, part of you kind of changing your life and improving your life is got to start to
live your word.
And if you can't then you need to renegotiate.
Second one is a big struggle for all of us is to keep our stuff organized.
How much stuff do you have?
Right?
What about that closet in the hall?
That everything get shoved in.
What about that drawer?
You know, that everything gets keep in there.
Oh, my goodness.
Trying to keep those things organized?
It's like we constantly battling this chaos that just shows up and causes thing to be
a mess.
I know from my self, I finally...
Just a couple years ago decided to really go after managing chaos.
And really to start order in my life.
And it's tough when you live around people who are not into keeping things in order.
Because now, you got to teach them and follow up them about where are towels going?
Where are the pens going?
Where does the keys go?
And where did the tools in my garage go after they've been taken out of the tool cabinet?
Boy it's just a...
It's a never ending experience of creating order when you got chaos literally lurking
everywhere, right?
But it is, it is something you can give better at.
It is something that eliminates a lot of struggle.
There is something powerful about wanting to be a being of order.
There's just something amazing about you being someone that you walk into a room.
You can shapeshift that room so fast.
Being a person who can organize is an incredible talent and incredible gift.
And I'm going to suggest stepping into being one of these people and unsubscribing to one
of these people.
Don't be this person.
Don't be the person who comes in and creates chaos.
Be the person when you walk in, you put things in order.
And you love the experience.
Not going around saying, "You made a mess.
You made a mess.
I have to clean up after all of you guys."
No, you don't walk around throwing resentment and regret on people.
No, you don't do that.
But you love to put things in order.
I would have to just say my tool cabinet, my garage, I probably have organized that
tool cabinet probably 2,000 times.
I make it all pretty and nice and neat.
And then my kids come over.
And then the screw drivers and the pliers get out into different places and then I go
help them put things back together again and put it back together.
But I tell you what.
The more I out things back together, the better the system gets.
But if you want to reduce and change the way your life is, be a person of order.
Keep things clean.
Have certain places or things.
And here's the big tip.
Get rid of extra stuff.
The last 5?
No, it's been 6 or 7 years now.
Last 6 to 7 years, I've been getting rid of so much stuff.
I didn't realize how much stuff I had.
But I'm just getting rid of stuff.
I didn't realize so much stuff I had.
But I'm just getting rid of stuff.
And the more stuff I let go of, that I'll just never use, I feel lighter.
Do you know what a struggle it is to manage a big pile of stuff you just don't use?
You might have a craft room in your house where everything gets tossed into it.
Or those boxes that everything gets piled into it.
That creates struggle.
extra stuff causes struggle.
Messy rooms feel like a struggle.
So, fin out your stuff.
Get rid of some stuff you don't even use.
And get into place of being a person of order.
That's a game changer.
A really, really big game changer.
Okay, here's the last one.
Another part of struggle is people.
I know, right?
It's something we deal.
We got to work on honoring our word, keep our lives organized and now, it's this relationship
with people.
Here's a suggestion.
Read a book about forgiveness.
Yeah.
Read a book about forgiveness.
And when you're done with that book, read another book about forgiveness.
And when you're done with that book, read another book about forgiveness.
If you don't know much about how forgiveness works, you are going to struggle.
Because no matter what you try to do, you got people in your life.
And if you got people in your life, somebody's going to do something that bothers you, bugs
you, offends you or hurts you.
And now you get to learn how to talk about it, deal with it and forgive someone.
Forgive yourself or forgive them or both.
But if you are not trained and understand the art of forgiveness and what it is and
how it works, you have a heap of struggle you deal with.
When you have relationships that are not reconciled and you have relationships that are not well
put together and they're still frazzled and all hanging out there, you have struggles.
And no matter how much you try to avoid it, no matter how much you try to put it to the
side, it's going to weigh on you.
And it's going to cause problems.
And you're going to struggle.
So, if you were to really clarify the real struggles in life, lack of forgiveness, not
striving to be a person of order and not honoring your word.
Those 3.
Those 3.
So let's go through and make sure you understand what to do.
This one right here?
Don't commit to it unless you can guarantee you can do it.
If you already make commitments that you just can't fulfill, you need to renegotiate.
But be a person of your word.
This one right here?
Deal with your chaos, let go of bunch of extra junk.
Get rid of that stuff, start labeling things, putting things in the same place over and
over again.
No matter how bad your kid messes up, you stick with the system.
You get stronger everytime you have to deal with this.
And then this one, remember to learn about forgiveness and learn how to forgive yourself
and how to forgive other people so that you can move through these levels of struggles
and move on to a better upgrade life.
Boy, when you know how to forgive and you can keep your life organized and you can honor
your word, imagine what that life would look like and what would it feel like.
That's what you're really searching for.
That's what you really want.
I know you're looking for that.
Even if you don't even know you're looking for that, I know you're looking for trust.
This is all about trust.
This is balance and this is healthy relationships.
Trust, balance and healthy relationships.
It's what you deeply want.
Now, get to work and do something about this.

The Future of Farming is Vertical - Duration: 4:54.
In the future,
farmers will look dramatically different
from the overall wearing,
tractor driving workers of today.
They'll be scientists
and highly skilled individuals
who'll don lab coats
and roam aisles of scaffolding
stacked high
with leafy greens that won't rely
on sunlight soil
or even pesticides.
Today these vertical farms
are already starting to transform
agriculture through a combination
of biotechnology,
engineering,
and data science.
By carefully controlling the environment,
these futuristic farms have the ability
to extend the growing seasons,
meaning they're able to provide food
all year round for the world
ever expanding population.
Through stacking plants vertically they
can be grown using much less space
compared to traditional farming methods
where crops sprawl across vast
expanses of farmland,
and by placing these farms closer
to urban areas, farmers can
guarantee the freshness of their crops
to the city dwelling consumers
because time won't be lost to transport
before the plants make it to their shelves.
Plus less transport
means less greenhouse gas emissions
and a smaller carbon footprint
which is better for everyone.
There are different types of vertical farms
ranging from small scale
with specialized higher value plants,
all the way up to large scale agriculture,
the type meant to compete
with mass farming operations.
Farm. One is a small scale vertical
farm based in New York City
and located beneath a Michelin
star restaurant.
It grows over 500 different
micro greens
and rare herbs year round,
and it is the only company focused
on supplying these sought after premium
ingredients directly to nearby
prominent chefs within hours
of harvesting.
Each plant is grown hydroponically
without the use of pesticides
or manure with the most cutting edge LED
technology,
which allows for maximum efficiency.
Plants grown this way use a nutrient
rich solution as their growing substrate
requiring approximately 90 percent
less water than conventional farming,
which aside from being better the environment
also allows farmers to cut costs
on unneeded water expenses.
Farm.One believes their smaller farms
located close to customers
could provide most,
if not all, of the specialty produce
needed for tomorrow's cities.
While Farm. One is still quite new,
AeroFarms has been around since 2004
with the same goal of totally
controlled agriculture.
Originally located in an old warehouse
in Newark, New Jersey,
AeroFarms has expanded into nine large
scale facilities worldwide.
Selling their produce through the retail brand
Dream Greens.
They manage their grains from seed
to package
and produce 390
times more crop per square foot
than the traditional farming field
because they can grow each plant
in half the time.
While both AeroFarms
and Farm.One grow crops vertically
AeroFarms uses aeroponics as opposed
to hydroponics used by Farm.One.
That means AeroFarms mists
their mixture of nutrients,
water,
and oxygen onto their crops' roots
resulting in close to 95 percent
less water usage overc traditional
farms,
and that's not the only innovation.
They use their own proprietary
patented reusable cloth
for seeding,
germinating,
growing, and harvesting.
The cloth is made of BPA-free
post-consumer recycled plastic,
and each one takes 350
water bottles out of the waste stream.
And after each use the cloth
can be harvested fully sanitized
and reseeded
with no risk of contamination.
Regardless of which form of vertical farming
you consider,
you'll find they all share a desire
to be more sustainable,
innovative, and futureproof than
conventional farming.
And the most surefire way to do this is
through their controlled environment,
which eliminates the risk of crop
losses due to natural disasters like
flooding or drought.
As our population keeps rising,
there will be more mouths to feed,
and we will need more efficient solutions
just like vertical farming.
It's now more than ever that we
need companies like Farm.One
and AeroFarms to perfect the
technology that could potentially
feed the world both sustainably
and safely in the future.

The Animal Behind The Vicious, Duck Attacks Is Revealed! (Part 2) | Kritter Klub - Duration: 2:12.
The mystery behind the disappearing ducks
An underwater creature was lurking
And viciously attacking them
A surveillance camera to get to the bottom of this
You can see part of its body
What do they see?
It has a long tail, and goes underwater
It's an otter!
An otter only has a few teeth
So the otter would miss if it bites their wings
If you look at the ducks that were rescued,
They have the most scars on their legs and beaks
So that's why only their beaks were attacked
They prey on fish in water
But they also prey on animals on land
This is a harsh habitat for otters to live in
Due to the hot weather
They would retreat to the cold water
Korea's natural monument, the otter
The heat wave led to otters retreating to the water, where the ducks were attacked
The only way to stop the attacks is to catch all the otters
The ducks have to be moved for their safety
Stay here for now. Your lives depend on it
Gotta do what you can
The owner prepared eels?
The otters might be disappointed if there's no more catch
It's nice to see the natural-monument otters
Case closed!

This is why Jorginho will play for Maurizio Sarri's Chelsea - no matter what - Duration: 9:18.
The arrival of Jorginho to Chelsea was considered a major coup for the Blues in the summer
At Napoli under Maurizo Sarri, the Italian international was considered one of the best midfielders in Serie A last season and was on the radar of some of the biggest clubs in Europe - including Manchester City
The midfielder was announced as Chelsea's new signing just hours after the arrival of Sarri was confirmed
As a result, there was huge excitement about the two linking up again at Stamford Bridge
However, Chelsea find themselves in sixth position in the Premier League and have won just two of their previous five matches
That poor run included a six-goal thrashing at Manchester City and a FA Cup exit to Manchester United
As a result, questions are being asked of Sarri and Jorginho's impact on the Chelsea side
Sarri is set to continue as Chelsea head coach, for now, but the next few fixtures could determine his future
As for Jorginho, question marks still remain as to whether he has the quality to succeed in the Premier League
Across league and cup games this season, he has made 32 appearances, exhibiting Sarri's admiration of the midfielder
But in recent weeks, there has been plenty of backlash directed towards the midfielder
This is because his presence is considered the essence of what Sarri is trying to do in West London, implementing his much-famed Sarri-ball
Speaking ahead of facing Malmo at Stamford Bridge, the Italian was asked why he persists with playing the former Napoli controller at the base of midfield instead of N'Golo Kante
"In that position, I want a player able to move the ball very fast," he said at his press conference
"This is not the best characteristic of N'Golo. N'Golo is very useful for us, but this one is not his best characteristic
" Jorginho is the sort of player he wants to see in this role. Indeed, without that holding midfielder, Sarri-ball would not be possible - and means its creator remains persistent in playing Jorginho
But what is it that Sarri admires so much about the midfielder - and what is his role actually meant to be? Why does Maurizio Sarri play Jorginho as a defensive midfielder? To answer that question, it's probably best to understand his role more before his arrival in England
At Napoli, Jorginho was the lynchpin of the team in the well-known 4-3-3 formation that Sarri implemented
He was considered a master passer of the ball. Deployed as a 'number 6', the Brazilian-born star was used to gather the ball and provide line-breaking passes from the middle of the pitch
While he can demonstrate an array of passing ability, he relied more on clever movement and one touch passes as he strove to create openings in the opposition set-up
He was instrumental at Napoli in this role, especially last season, when they pushed Juventus hard for the Serie A title
Looking at some of his statistics last season, it is evident why he was so influential for his side
In Serie A last season he averaged 101.64 passes per 90 minutes with a success rate of 90%
The bulk of those passes were short and quick, with the idea of inviting a press from the opposition and exposing an opening to exploit
When those openings did arrive, he had the quality to execute good line breaking forward passes too
In terms of passes into the final third, he averaged 22.66 passes per 90 minutes with a success rate of 82
4%. As for Napoli, utilising the now infamous Sarri-ball, it became a blend of short passing and vertical breaking passing designed to disrupt the opposition's defensive set-up
The team retained on average 59.6% possession of the ball over the season, which suited Jorginho perfectly
Jorginho sat in front of the back four and would act as a pivot, connecting the defence with the forwards players in front of him and commencing quick passing combinations in order to start an attack
He was excellent in creating passing angles and understanding the position of all his team-mates around him
This is demonstrated in the below image from Napoli vs Crotone last season. Napoli defender Kalidou Koulibaly brings the ball forward, with Jorginho his only real forward pass, but he is heavily marked
With forward passing lanes blocked, Koulibaly would most likely be forced to play the ball sideways in this situation; however note Jorginho analysing the position of his team-mate to his left
Jorginho quickly relocates his position and gives Koulibaly a passing angle. The ball is played to Jorginho who plays a trademark one touch pass to his left allowing his team-mate to advance onto the ball and look to break through the Crotone midfield line
But despite the success of Jorginho and of Sarri's model last season, why is he persisting with the same this season with faltering success? Despite Chelsea's form recently, interestingly, Jorginho is still posting similar numbers this campaign for Chelsea as he was last season at Napoli
In terms of passes, although averaging less at 83.28 per 90 minutes, his pass completion rate remains at a similar 90
5%. For final third passes, despite a reduction down to 14.89, his completion rate has actually increased to 85
8%. For Sarri's 4-3-3 system to work, everyone has a role. For example, the goalkeeper must be a competent passer of the ball, the two centre-backs must be quick in order to hold a high line but also capable passers of the ball as they can often be tasked with starting attacking movements
Wing-backs must be capable of contributing in the final third. Attackers must be able to move in between the lines
However above all else, the model relies heavily on a technically gifted passer in the centre of the three-man midfield
From this position Sarri needs his deep-lying playmaker to normally play the first of a sequence of line breaking passes in order to commence attacks
Due to the close relationship with Sarri, and his unrivaled ability in possession, Jorginho is integral to this Sarri-ball model
Without Jorginho, the system would malfunction. Until Sarri is ready to ditch his model, it's unlikely he can part with his trusted lieutenant either

Ferrari F430 Spider In Classic Marrone 1971 Paint Job Is Just Gorgeous - Duration: 1:55.
Brown isn't the usual color of choice when it comes to Ferraris, or any other modern cars for that matter, but this shade suits this particular F430 Spider very nicely indeed
This is thought to be the only one finished in Marrone 1971, the paint's name that was also used in classics such as the Dino, Daytona and 365, and it sports a and beige leather interior with black Daytona-style inserts and carbon fiber trim
Made in 2008 and shipped to New Mexico, it has less than 3,700 miles (5,955 km) on the clock, all put on by a single owner who's now looking to part ways with it
RMSothebys will auction it off at Amelia Island on March 8-9, estimating that it will attract a collector who'll spend between $200,000 and $250,000 on it
Described as "beautifully presented", the F430 Spider will be sold with the original tool kit and the right paperwork
Having the six-speed manual transmission instead of the electrohydraulic semi-auto would have made it even more desirable
Nonetheless, the new owner will still get to enjoy that great 4.3-liter naturally aspirated V8 and its 483 horsepower (490 PS / 360 kW) and 343 pound-feet (465 Nm) of torque which enable it to hit 62 mph (100 km/h) in 4.1 seconds and max out at 193 mph (311 km/h)

Bernie Sanders already moved Democrats to the left. Why is he running again? Los Angeles Times - Duration: 3:29.
Bernie Sanders already moved Democrats to the left. Why is he running again? Los Angeles Times
Is there another outsider who yanked an unwilling political party further in his or her ideological direction in a shorter period of time than Sen. Bernie Sanders I Vt. ? I mean, other than Donald Trump.
Back when he was polling in single digits at the outset of the 2016 presidential primary, Sanders and his position of being against every single international trade agreement since World War II on the inaccurate grounds that they facilitate a race to the bottom were still considered outliers within the Democratic Party. By October 2015 his unlikely polling surge helped persuade consensus front runner Hillary Clinton to her opinion on the Trans Pacific Partnership from gold standard to junk.
Where are the Democrats now? Its a pretty safe bet that no candidate is going to campaign as a free trader in the 2020 Democratic primary, setting up the potential for a large scale realignment on a major policy issue for the party, Vox this week.
Advantage Bernie, if not necessarily the country.
What about Sanders radical campaign agenda item of providing free college tuition? Two years later, Inside Higher Ed reported, Free college goes mainstream. His dollar 15 federal minimum wage originally opposed then later by Clinton, despite being against doing so by the same liberal economist whose research is most often cited by proponents was introduced in a House bill just .
Its going to take more than a bag full of trillion dollar promises to make Sanders the at least I mean it candidate this time.
Back when the 2016 primary was at its testiest, Clintons favorite of the senators proposals, particularly his Medicare for all plan, was that the numbers just dont add up. This year? Good luck finding a Democratic candidate who doesnt back Medicare for all, at least as a feel good .
Maybe it took the election of an honest to God fabulist as president, but Democrats not named Amy seem to be divorcing themselves from any sense of real world constraints on their apparently boundless aspirations. Now it is time to complete that revolution, Sanders told his supporters Tuesday as he announced another shot at the presidency. The word choice wasnt accidental.
In addition to single payer healthcare, free tuition and the dollar 15 minimum wage, Sanders will also tout proposals to mandate breaking up the biggest Wall Street banks; lower drug prices through aggressive government intervention; new labor laws to encourage union formation; curbed corporate spending on elections; paid family and medical leave; gender pay equity; and expanded Social Security benefits, the Washington Post reported. And dont forget the Green New Deal!
The real story here is not that Sanders is cranking his Spotify playlist of progressive greatest hits including stuff I actually like, such as legalizing marijuana, reducing cash bail and adopting a more restrained foreign policy . Its that the rest of the 2020 Democratic field is already with him on most of the economic and budgetary issues that drive his fans wild with happiness and me to drink.
Which suggests the question: Why run, at age 77, when youve already won?
Maybe Sanders wants to prove to himself that the revolution he helped start is real enough to be enacted into society altering legislative change. Here, despite the persuasive successes listed above, I suspect Bernie and his supporters may again end up tasting bitter disappointment.
Despite the breakout success of such oxygen gobbling, Sanders influenced stars as Rep. Alexandria Ocasio Cortez D N.Y. , it is moderate Democrats, , who have repainted the House of Representatives blue. The national political media may love telegenic coastal lefties, but the policymaking future of the party probably lies closer to the unorthodox centrism of purple state such as Sen. Kyrsten Sinema D Ariz. .
And the track record of big progressive policy ideas colliding with reality is just not great even in the of a long economic expansion.
Bernies home state of Vermont passed single payer healthcare, only to when the price tag became clearer. Maryland enacted a millionaires tax more than a decade ago only to discover that rich people can And Californians can testify about the gaps between progressive dreams and on the ground costs when it comes to the Sanders/Ocasio Cortez vision of high speed rail.
Its possible that these are just growing pains for the revolutionary wing of the Democrats. Maybe there are solid national majorities that will back the kind of economic policies popular in Los Angeles, Seattle and New York. But theres an alternative theory worth considering.
Bernie Sanders, who has been Bernie Sanders almost forever, only became a national phenomenon after emerging as the last real candidate standing against Hillary Clinton, a comparatively inauthentic machine politician who tried valiantly to make her nomination look preordained. Americans dont take kindly to coronations, and many of the Democrats I know who flocked to Sanders did so not because they agreed with him on everything he said, but because he meant it at least.
In a campaign with just two choices, ideology can be overrated, even overlooked. But Democrats are now hurtling toward 2020 with a dozen declared candidates, half of whom agree with Sanders on economics. Its going to take more than a bag full of trillion dollar promises to make Sanders the at least I mean it candidate this time.
