Say That Donald Trump is currently work shopping nicknames for 2020 Democratic presidential
candidates.
What they're telling us is that Donald Trump is sitting around, he's bouncing ideas off
of staffers on what kind of horrible and stupid nicknames he can come up with for his Democratic
Challengers in the 2020 election.
Now, we already know he's going with Pocahontas for Elizabeth Warren.
Uh, this morning he decided to just go with crazy.
Bernie Sanders.
Not Super Creative, but sure, that's what you want, but he's still at this point in
time, doesn't have anything for Kamala Harris or Corey Bbooker or Julian Castro or God only
knows what he's going to do with the peat Betaed Edge.
I can't imagine what kind of horrid nickname he's going to have for that.
He probably can't even pronounce his last name correctly and I'm not even sure I did
either.
But nonetheless, this is the kind of juvenile mindset we're dealing with in the White House
today.

Yeah.
Donald Trump is sitting around trying to come up with what he thinks are mean nicknames
to attack his Democratic Challengers.
Could you imagine what would have happened if Obama sat around doing this and the White
House and Fox News got wind of it?
Hell, we would still be hearing about that today if George W. Bush had done it.
MSNBC would still be talking about that today.
And yet, here it is.
Donald Trump, the idiot man-child sitting in the White House, sitting there possibly
a pen and pad.
I don't know how he works coming up with a little nicknames than saying, Hey, staffer,
what do you think of a stupid Bernie Sanders?
No knock.
Okay, crazy.
No, this is what's happening folks.
We actually have real problems in the United States today.
We have a gun violence epidemic.
We're burning down the planet and doing absolutely nothing about it.
People are dying because they can't afford their medication.
Uh, we have an entire generation that is being crippled by student loan debt and the best
we can get out of the president of the United States has a couple of stupid nicknames that
he hopes will resonate well enough with voters.
He is not addressing anything that actually matters with the American public.
All of the things that we're concerned about, all of the issues that continuously pull super
high and show bipartisan support for he doesn't care about.
Instead, all he cares about is trying to make himself look better by trying to tear others
down because that's the only thing this knows how to do.
He doesn't know how to build something up.
He doesn't know how to make something great again.
He just knows how to insult people and hopes that those constant insults are going to berate
them into submission.
We'll guess what, I don't care which democratic came to that you currently support?
I honestly don't see any of them that are willing to cower down and be frightened by
old stupid little nickname that Donald Trump throws out.
We do have a lot of democrats out there and every one of them right now is proving themselves
to be a true fighter and that is what we need because we need somebody that's not going
to get annoyed with Trump's nicknames.
That's not going to get distracted by them.
We need a candidate that's going to continue to focus on the issues and just let the public
sit over there and watched Donald Trump flail his arms and craziness trying to insult people
because he knows he can't win if he actually talks about the issues.
That's the Democrats only path to victory at
this point.

Looping Out Practice for Better MTB Manuals... Maybe. - Duration: 4:39.
Hi, my name is Cody and you're watching Lunch Ride. I am NOT going to ask you to
like the video until you've seen it through to the end, but once you have
seen it through, please press like, hit subscribe, click the little bell so you
stay up to date as the new videos come out. See how it's kind of tricky what I
did? I'm gonna ask you that at the end but at the end like the video. Today, I
need to practice an aspect of the manuals which is looping out. I have a
fear of it so I'm going to practice it. So, get our helmets on and grab the
GoPro... Let's see how it goes.
All right. Truth be told, I haven't been working on the manuals as much as I
should be. All right, you got a little something on your face. And one of the
fears was of looping out. I mean if you saw the manual machine videos I learned
how to jump off the back of the bike pretty well doing that, but when the bike
is moving it feels like a completely different thing. Hopefully I don't break
my tailbone.
One thing I do know is practicing on the grass is soft and squishy, especially
with this dead winter grass. With our flat-soled shoes, like our FreeRiders,
when they hit the grass they like to slide a little bit. So I've fallen on my
butt a couple times. you still got more sh** on your face...

The reflex to pull the brake is still really strong.
If I'm planning on doing a loop out and jumping off the back, it's really no
problem.If I'm going to manual and see how long I can go and then try to loop
out, then I kind of pull the brake at the same time that I jump off the back and
that creates a little bit of a conflict and Momentum's.
So, the takeaway is: this is great practice on the grass. It's not too hard,
it's more just a little awkward. The landings are sometimes I feel like I'm
gonna slide out. Sometimes I feel like my feet stick and sometimes need to take a
couple steps. Actually, I need to practice actually taking a couple steps after I
jump off, because when you just stick, man, it really puts the pressure on the front

a tendu exercise that I do in my jazz classes it's a little bit more freer
than how we do tendus in a ballet class also has a nice Temps Lie and a turn in

qualities of movement in our body as we do this okay
so I'm going to start from first position but from a turned-out position
but take a tendu with the right leg and use my opposition arms one close to

six push off seven close eight then I pull that right leg up when
I balance one two three lifting the thigh then turning and
rotating in as much as possible drop through holding the shoulder back and
pull up and feel your hips open try that again lift and in up a little plie
developpe and a pas de bourree back side and I'm going to come to first position
where I begin the left side one two three and four five six seven and eight side one
two with the arm port de bras it's five temps lie push close balance two
three lift turn in find your balance lift turn in find your balance
plie pas de bouree right back to first. now if I wanted to reverse this I take the
tendu to the back one two three four five six and I reverse the arm one two three
four five plie push close balance two three lift turn lift turn in and up

position from there okay so a couple things I want to do is get a good

hip and a quick pull in and shift to the left from there so mastering those
shifts and wait for me is very important to make that happen

But small investors looking to tap into blue-chip dividends should be aware that 10 stocks (see box below) are responsible for 54 per cent of total FTSE 100 dividends

The total dividend payout from FTSE 100 companies is set to grow 10.6 per cent to nearly £90billion according to research by AJ Bell

'It must be noted that the average cover across the 10 highest yielding stocks in the FTSE 100 has however slipped back to just 1

Kaiser Permanente to open medical school in Pasadena, offer free tuition for first classes in 2020
Kaiser Permanente is opening a hospital run school of medicine in Pasadena, announcing Tuesday, Feb. 19 it would waive tuition for its first five graduating classes in an attempt to jump start medical careers minus the typical crushing student debt.
The Kaiser Permanente School of Medicineásaid it has received preliminary accreditation and will begin accepting applications from prospective students in June for admission in the summer of 2020.
This will be a unique learning institution for Kaiser, which plans to waive all tuition for the full four years of school at its campus at 98 S. Los Robles Ave. Those classes with 48 students each will run from 2020 through 2024.
Tuition would typically cost dollar 55,000 a year, saving each student dollar 275,000.
This is primarily about making sure all students, regardless of backgrounds, arent deterred from pursuing a career in medicine due to the prospect of going into massive debt, said Kaiser spokesman Vincent Staupe. This is also about wanting students to be able to choose a medical specialty that they are truly passionate about, rather than choosing one based solely off financial need.
Kaiser hopes the strategy will prompt more students to pursue lower paying specialties in the primary care field, or work in under served areas since they wouldnt be burdened with overwhelming debt.
The school will use a small group, case based medical curriculum that are designed to prepare future physicians to become collaborative leaders committed to prevention, fluent in data driven care and adept at addressing the needs of under served patients and communities.
Dr. Mark A. Schuster, the schools founding dean and CEO, said the health care giant is developing a school committed toáproviding outstanding patient care in our nations complex and evolving health care system.
Theáschool said it has recruitedáa diverseágroup of leaders with vastáhealth care experience who, in turn, created a curriculum that includes three academic pillars foundational science, clinical science and health systems science.
The schools clinical education will take place primarily in Kaiser Permanente hospitals and clinics in the greater Los Angeles area and in partnered community health centers.
Other medical schools at universities have taken steps recently to decrease their students financial burden. Columbia University, for example, is using a dollar 250 million gift for a new endowment that will fund a range of scholarships and grants meant to ensure none of its medical students incur debt.
About three quarters of medical school students graduate with debt, according to the Association of American Medical Colleges; members of the 2017 graduating class who had debt reported a median amount of dollar 192,000.
Kaisers medical school has received preliminary accreditation from the Liaison Committee on Medical Education, a different process than usual because, unlike the universities that open medical schools, it is not already a degree granting institution.
