As we all know how important Vitamin E is for our hair and skin.

Aloe Vera is a good source of Vitamin E

I am sure you all must have used Aloe Vera for skin

But in today's video we will use Aloe Vera for hair care

Aloe Vera helps in promoting hair re-growth

In addition to this, It also makes hair soft, smooth and silky.

In today's video, we will prepare a home made hair oil using Aloe Vera.

you can preserve this hair oil for at least 3-4 months.

Make sure you watch the video till the end because there is a very important tip for hair care..

Lets go ahead and check out the video

This is how the Aloe Vera home made hair oil look like..

Aloe Vera is very beneficial for our hair..

using Aloe Vera hair oil regularly will take care majority of your hair problems.

Aloe Vera creates a protective layer on hair which keeps it hydrated and protect from dandruff too

it also increases the thickness of your hair.

and most importantly ..its very useful for your hair growth.

Let's check out - how can we make this oil.

Add 1 Big spoon of coconut oil to the pan.

Add same amount of olive oil to the same pan.

If you want you can even use only one oil too..

Extract Aloe Vera gel and add it to the mixture..

Now boil this mixture

Add 20-25 small balls of black pepper.

Add 1/2 table spoon of fenugreek

Black pepper helps with fighting dandruff

Fenugreek makes your hair shiny, glossy & healthy

Add 10-12 bay leaves (Curry leaves)

These Bay leaves are very useful for our hair growth.

These Bay leaves when used with coconut oil it works like a tonic for hair.

All the ingredients I added in this oil are very useful for hair re-growth.

We will boil this for only 2-3 minutes.

the moment foam formation starts - we will turn off the stove.

We should not boil the oil for long or else power of whatever ingredients we have added will be reduced.

Now leave the oil as it is for 10-12 hours

After 10-12 hours ..it will look something like this.

All the ingredients are puffed up and floating over the oil

Take out all the curry leaves from the oil.

Our oil is ready now.. we can strain the oil with the help of a strainer and transfer it to an air tight container.

Or .. if you want you can keep it like that. No need to strain out the seeds and other ingredients.

Its always better to strain out the ingredients...

Here we go ..Our Aloe Vera hair oil is ready

and we can preserve this for at least 3-4 months in an air tight container.

Try using the oil for at least 2-3 times a week.

Now I would like to share a very important tip..

If your hair is not growing well..Or..you experience a lot of hair loss.

There could be lot of potential reasons behind this..

One of the major reason behind this issue is -

when you wash your hair the chemicals in the shampoo are still there on your scalp.

To overcome this issue - we will take a bowl and add 1 1/2 teaspoon of salt in it.

Add 1 tablespoon of water in it.

Apply this on your scalp and massage it for 10-15 minutes.

Make sure you don't apply this for not more than 10-15 minutes and use it only once a month.

This will help in cleaning up the scalp, it also improves the blood circulation.

and whatever extra oil and chemical we have in our scalp will be removed by this.

Scalp will be able to breathe properly after this exercise and it will be help in the growth of your hair.
