We live in the most diverse state in the nation, and that's Florida's greatest strength.
We recognize our limitless potential when people from different places, different beliefs, and different ethnicities unite for the best interests of ever Floridian.
I'm a product of Florida's inclusive spirit that allowed me, the son of a construction worker and a school bus driver
To become Mayor of Tallahassee, and with your help, the next governor of the state of Florida.
Together we can ensure that all of Florida's children have the same opportunity to achieve their fullest potential
So let's stand together against politicians who use race to divide us.
So let's stand together against rhetoric that pits us against them.
So let's bet on each other instead of against each other.
As governor, I'll ensure that the most diverse state in America also sets and example as the most united state in America.
Because that is how we all win together. Let's bring it home, Florida.

What Is The Future Of Social Media? (Digital Hangout Invitation) - Duration: 2:41.
- Yo, what's up? It's QuHarrison Terry,
and I want to informally invite you
to the first ever Inevitable Human digital hangout.
Now, these digital hangouts are available to all.
Like, if you're a member, great, we love you.
If you're not, come check out the community
and come see what it's all about for yourself.
So, what are we talking about?
Well, I'm pretty uneasy but also happy
to say we're talking about the future of social media.
We're about 10 years into the contemporary era
of social media and we've seen some pretty
compelling use cases for both good and bad.
I mean, on the good side, you've got the fact
that you can be more connected than you ever once were,
and share updates about your life and the lives
of people you care about within a mere second.
However, on the flip side of that,
there's a lot of toxic stuff in social media as well.
From people stealing your identity,
and not really even people, but bots.
Bots, like, things that don't even exist.
Like, not even a being, but, like this digital thing
will take your identity and then go spread
all these fake news links around the world.
And you have no clue of it until someone notifies you.
Right? Like, that's crazy to me.
Aside from that, we've also got social media
having a big impact on some of the elections worldwide.
Not only in the U.S., but we're also seeing the impacts
and implications of social media meddling in Brazil.
Let's talk about that in the community.
And what I really want to talk about
on this digital hangout is what it looks like.
And you know, in three years, I feel like Zuckerberg
is gonna have a pretty tight grasp
on fake accounts and hopefully, like,
you know, we won't really be hearing any more stories
about elections being changed because of Facebook.
However, what does Facebook look like in 2024?
What does Facebook look like in 2030?
What does social media look like in 2030?
Will Twitter even still be a thing?
Will we be using the blockchain to store
our social profiles and identities?
Like, will we get paid to post our information? Right?
Like, we already see how companies
of all sizes are profiting from our data.
What is that data worth for us, personally?
Like, will you sell your posts and updates
and will people subscribe to that?
These are all topics that we want
to discuss with you and more.
So please, check out the first ever digital hangout,
and you can do that by hitting
the link in the description below.
And honestly, when you look back
on this five years from now,
if we're right about anything that we talk about,
you'll be able to say, hey, I saw this five years ago
and I was there when, like, such and such
was discussing that moment.
I don't think this is a conversation you want to miss
and we'd love to have you a part of it.

How challenging is being a prison officer? - Duration: 1:59.
I think one of the most difficult things can be how unpredictable it is. It's dynamic,
it's always changing. You will have tough days, tough weeks, maybe tough months! The
fact that you've got to build relationships with people that are quite difficult to
build relationships with and difficult to build trust with. You don't have the
same day, you don't have the same hour- to-hour, and it's constantly pushing me into
these challenging environments. So as someone who hasn't been in prison before
you are faced with a lot of changes and different environments and I think the
most challenging aspect is staying true to what you came in to do, staying true
to the reason that you're here, can be really hard when you're faced with
people who maybe haven't engaged with you before or haven't encountered
someone like you before. As a prison officer you'll have situations where
you've got a lot of things going on at the same time and you do need to make
quick decisions on what to prioritise and when. You get to work in a really
unusual environment for a graduate. The skills that are really being developed every
day as a prison officer are problem solving, analysing situations and people, and read
what isn't actually being said sometimes and what's under the surface. And then
you become accustomed to it more and then you become more relaxed and I feel
like I'm able to start doing a very good job and helping the prisoners with their
rehabilitation. I think it's just helping me learn more about myself coming back
every day while the prison just keeps running. When things go right it's
really great. It's not easy and no one should go into it under the illusion
that it will be, but it is very very rewarding and it is definitely worth it!

Is the Zhiyun Smooth Q enough for what you need out of a gimbal? - Duration: 4:13.
today we're playing with this ok the sound effects were me what's going on
guys today we're gonna have a little bit of
fun and by fun I mean playing around with camera gear so assuming you think
that's fun then it'll be fun if not then I'm sorry that I misled you so if you're
like me you probably been watching all these Ronin s review videos thinking man
I wish I could buy that and then thinking man I really can't afford that right now
in terms of gimbals I bought a Zhiyun smooth Q a while back if you don't know
what the smooth Q is smooth smooth and if you don't know what the smooth Q is
it's basically the gimbal they made for your smartphone had pretty good results
with it quite frankly I really didn't use it as much as I thought I was going
to use it but I quickly moved away from recording a lot with my smartphone and I
only really do it just when I'm out and about ad hoc if I am planning to vlog
I'll bring something bigger or something different so I don't really have a lot
of opportunity to actually use it but what I've been struggling with is trying
to decide whether I can use my smooth Q with a combination of my phone and a
moment lens in order to get enough of a cinematic shot to get what I need out of
a gimbal because I'm doing a lot of vlogs and video tutorials I don't need a
gimbal a lot but it would be nice to have on those occasions where I do want
to have a real cinematic shot so I'll be taking this which is my Zhiyun smooth Q
with my old pixel one phone a moment lens as you can see right there have my
super ghetto counterweight and if you want to see how I did it I literally
look no don't die I literally just put some velcro on that
bad boy and some velcro on a weight smacked it on and voila perfect balance
because as you guys know who has a smooth Q if you actually had moment
lenses and you put them on your phone a lot of times I mixed too heavy for the
gimbal to actually balance so you got to have some ingenuity and do something
like this you don't necessarily need to do something ugly like that you can do
something nicer looking but it works for me so I'm gonna try some basic gimbal
shots just so I can see how good a quality I can get with just this setup
try to determine if it's enough for me to hold off on buying a ronin S or a
Zhiyun crane so let's take a look at the footage so here's the footage with the
pixel the moment lens and the gene Smoot Q so part of this is obviously operator
skill I'm kind of hurry up and try to do it but
you can see that actually stabilizes pretty good and I think what you really
notice it performing well is when you move out of an initial shot into another
one it's a very smooth motion so as a counter test what I decided to do was
take my GH5 my 8-18 millimeter lens put it on my Joby
Gorillapod and rearrange it so I could hold it close to the ground and get the
same type of shot and if I could shoot it with the gh five the picture quality
would be way better so here's the same shot with the gh five so as you can see
the picture quality is great and it's actually not that bad it's bouncing
around a little bit but you can definitely tell when I try to move to
the other shot it's all over the place and I couldn't even actually get it in
frame and all tell me what you see is that's the strength of the gimbal but
it's being able to get that smooth movement between shots and stay
concentrated on the target that really shows the power of what a gimbal can do
for you at the end of the day for me I think where I'm ended up is I'm ok with
the smooth Q for now I don't really use gimble's all that
much and actually I need to push myself to see why I need more than just this if
I'm really gonna spend that money on a ronin s or a Zhiyun crane what I would say
is if you don't have a gimbal and you really want one and you already shoot
with a DSLR or mirrorless camera if you have the money I would recommend to go
ahead and go with the Ronin s or the crane specifically an older model
because they're cheaper right now because at least it gets you to where
you want to be but if you shoot a lot with your smartphone and you think that
you're more likely to carry that because this is still a relatively small package
to carry around and it can definitely work for some basic gimbal stuff so
anyway I hope that helped you guys you have any questions leave them down in
the comments below and I'll try to get some and if you like this video tap that

Earny App Review: Get $$$ Back || What is Earny? || Is Earny Safe? - Duration: 7:23.
What is Earny? Wait you've never heard of Earny?
Well I wouldn't worry about it 'cause neither had I
actually until just a couple of months ago and now it's like my new favorite
thing ever. Seriously, I may love it even more than ebates
Not even joking.
hey there it's Wendy Valencia today I am
doing the Earny app review and I'm gonna go over everything about Earny that I know
know thus far which is some and of course the dryer stops as soon as I
start recording so if I don't deal with it
I'm gonna hear beeping in the background of my video so I go deal with it
laundry beeping is like every 30 seconds it would have driven me insane so what
exactly is Earny the Earny app is basically the electronic equivalent of
Walmart price matching basically it's an automatic system that tracks all of your
online purchases and it automatically when the price goes down it goes out and
tries to get you a refund for the difference it's simple right say you've
bought an item at Walmart and the price has dropped by twenty dollars the app
emails through your email to Walmart and says hey I noticed you now have a lower
price on this item would you please give me a refund for that amount it's kind of
like what you would do if you had enough time to track every single online
purchase that you ever made because in theory you would want to do this you
would want to keep an eye on all of the prices of everything that you've
purchased but if you're like me you do most of your purchasing online so the
sheer volume of stuff that you would have to track is impossible to track
so this basically will do that for you and just let you know for free so then
the company comes back and either gives you the refund or it doesn't give you
the refund and it comes straight to your account whatever you use to purchase the
item for us that's our debit card it just comes straight back to our bank
account so this is why I'm loving it in the past two weeks I've gotten thirty
two dollars and eighty eight cents back not even kidding
yeah that alone makes it worth it I mean that's thirty two dollars and eighty
eight cents just for connecting my email to the Ernie account yeah that makes it
worth it all thirty seconds of the amount of time that I spent connecting
my email to the account 30 seconds and never opened the app again now it is
important that you know I don't have a credit card account connected to it in
any form shape way as you all know I do not use credit
cards I don't believe in credit cards they don't work for my family they may
work for other people they don't work for us so we don't even have them to
connect to Earny but if you do have a credit card you actually could get even
more money back by connecting your credit card but I don't know a lot about
that I'm sure there are a ton of YouTube videos on it but we don't use a credit
card so I can't really comment on that aspect of it so here's what happened to
me I saw on I want to say it was like NBC something about it just in passing
and so I looked it up and I started to connect it and I connect to my Amazon
account and my email account and then I saw I needed a credit card and I stopped
and I was like well if I made a credit card I'm not going to hear this and I
stopped and this was like over a month ago and I just forgot about it 100%
forgot about it a few weeks later I got an email in my inbox from Macy's about
an item I purchased several months before and in that email it said they
were crediting me I don't remember it was like 16.18 or something like that
for an item that I purchased through them and basically Macy said they were
gonna refund me the difference and I was like awesome wow that's some amazing
customer service that Macy's has that they say well you booked this item for
this price and so we're gonna give you a credit for the difference and I was
thinking whoa I'm gonna have to buy from Macy's more often but truthfully I very
rarely buy department store stuff but just FYI when I purchase this from
Macy's it was on 50% off and I got 20% additional back in Ebates so yeah I
hadn't paid it but a fraction of the original price for this thing so getting
even more money back I was like whoa this is awesome so at this point I had
no idea what was going on didn't even occur to me this or anything I did
even think of it because in my mind I had never completed the process so a few
days later I got an email from Walmart saying that they were giving me an
additional 1474 off for this bike thing scooter thing that I had gotten my
nephew for his birthday and I was like $14 on 74 cents from
Walmart what is going on and then I got an email from Ernie saying they had
gotten me another refund and I was like Ernie Ernie I need to look this up so I
looked it up and then I remembered and I was like oh so I guess I don't need that
credit card so yeah Ernie he is legit about your wondering but if Ernie
accesses your email as you and emails them and the money comes directly to you
how does Ernie earn their money yeah I wondered that too
Ernie says that they take 25% of your refund for them and I'm like I'm totally
cool with that cuz hey I wasn't gonna get that money back anyway without your
app so yeah I'll pay you 25% now I I am sure that if you connect a credit card
to them you'll get your full refund back and they'll take a charge your credit
card 25% that is my guess but I don't know cuz I don't have credit card hooked
up to it did I mention I didn't have a credit card hooked up to it so if you
are interested in trying out Earny I'll put a link down in the description box
but full disclosure it is a link with a kickback for me so you know go ahead
give me some extra money no seriously go ahead and link your email and your
Amazon account and go ahead and try it out see if you like it so far
I have had no issues with it and I am loving the amount of money it gives me
back so I'll see you in the next one see ya
we're out
