Steven Spielberg and Jurassic world producers are being sued for over ten
million dollars after allegedly breaching a deal over the use of a

according to court documents attained by the blast Frederick is Accio says he
entered into a deal with Universal City Studios in Steven Spielberg's company

viral videos featuring Bryce Dallas Howard character in the movie and a
fictional organization called the dinosaur protection group the Keele
claims he was contacted by attorneys for Universal and Anne Boleyn in the summer
of 2017 about using his slogan they struck a deal for 50,000 butts akela
claims he insisted they not use save the Dinos to sell clothing in his lawsuits
Akio claims Universal ambolyn breached the deal by actually going to had in
selling shirt socks and other clothing items but just the slogan on them and

>> NOW, PADI,
WHY IS IT IMPORTANT TO
LOOK FOR LIFE ELSEWHERE?
>> SO, WHAT A GREAT
PROFOUND QUESTION IT IS
THAT WE'VE HAD FOR
GENERATIONS, FOR CENTURIES...
ARE WE ALONE?
NOW, WE HAVE RECORDS OF ANCIENT
PHILOSOPHERS TRYING TO ANSWER
THIS QUESTION JUST USING
THEIR MINDS AND WHAT
THEY COULD SEE WITH THEIR EYES,
AND NO INSTRUMENTS.
AND, IT'S BEEN SUCH
AN AMAZING JOURNEY TO BE ABLE
TO PUT MORE AND MORE SCIENCE
TO BEAR ON ANSWERING
THAT QUESTION.
SO, OVER THOUSANDS
OF YEARS, OUR TECHNOLOGY
HAS GOTTEN BETTER.
WE HAVE TELESCOPES NOW.
WE HAVE TELESCOPES IN SPACE NOW,
AND WE'RE LEARNING MORE AND MORE
ABOUT OUR ACTUAL PHYSICAL
UNIVERSE AND BEING ABLE TO
ANSWER THIS QUESTION
USING REAL DATA.
SO, HERE WE ARE IN A POSITION
TO ACTUALLY ANSWER THE QUESTION
"ARE WE ALONE?"
AND BE ABLE TO GET A SCIENTIFIC
ANSWER THAT IF IT CAN'T ANSWER
THE QUESTION COMPLETELY,
CAN GET US A FEW
STEPS FURTHER ALONG
ANSWERING IT SCIENTIFICALLY.
I THINK IT'S A REALLY EXCITING
TIME TO BE SCIENTIST.
>> SO, WE'RE LOOKING BACK
AT A SUCCESSFUL KEPLER MISSION.
WHAT DO YOU THINK
IN THIS GRAND ARC--
ARCH OF HISTORY WILL BE
THE LEGACY OF KEPLER
FOR ANSWERING THIS QUESTION?
>> SO, WE'VE ALWAYS LOOKED
OUT AT THE STARS, RIGHT?
I MEAN, IT'S A VERY COMMON
EXPERIENCE TO TAKE YOUR
CHILDREN OUT, OR YOUR RELATIVES,
OR YOUR FRIENDS, YOU LOOK UP,
YOU LOOK AT THE STARS,
YOU TALK ABOUT WHAT YOU SEE--
THE-THE MILKY WAY,
THE CONSTELLATIONS.
WE'RE ALWAYS TALKING
ABOUT THE STARS,
AND WE'RE WONDERING
IF THERE COULD BE PLANETS
AROUND THOSE STARS.
NOW, FOR THE FIRST GENERATION
IN HISTORY, WE ACTUALLY
KNOW THE ANSWER.
YES, THERE ARE PLANETS.
PLANETS ARE EVERYWHERE.
I THINK THE FACT THAT KEPLER
WAS ABLE TO HELP US ANSWER THIS
QUESTION WITH SUCH A PLENTIFUL
ANSWER OF YES, YES, AND YES
IS EXTREMELY EXCITING,
AND REALLY TANTALIZING.
WE'RE IN A GREAT POSITION TO
TAKE THE NEXT STEP AND NOW SAY,
"WHAT ARE THESE PLANETS
"LIKE AS PLACES?"
>> SO, WE'RE ALSO OBSERVING
PLANETS IN OUR SOLAR SYSTEM,
OF COURSE.
WHAT ARE THE MOST IMPORTANT
THINGS WE'VE LEARNED
IN THE LAST DECADE OR SO
WITHIN THE SOLAR SYSTEM
ABOUT FINDING LIFE ELSEWHERE?
>> RIGHT, AND IT'S SO IMPORTANT
BECAUSE AT THE SAME TIME WE'RE
ABLE TO TAKE THIS NEW TECHNOLOGY
AND LEARN ABOUT STARS OTHER
THAN THE SUN, WE'RE ALSO ABLE TO
LEARN ABOUT THE PLANETS
IN OUR OWN SOLAR SYSTEM
AT THE NEXT LEVEL.
AND THERE'S SUCH A BEAUTIFUL
INTERPLAY BETWEEN WHAT WE LEARN
ABOUT OUR OWN SOLAR SYSTEM
AND HOW IT COULD HAVE EVOLVED
FROM THE VERY BEGINNING TO BE
WHAT WE SEE NOW, AND THEN WHAT
WE EXPECT AROUND OTHER STARS
AND EXO-PLANETARY SYSTEMS.
SO, NOW WE'RE LEARNING SO MUCH
ABOUT WATER IN OUR SOLAR SYSTEM.
THE FACT THAT WE'RE SEEING THOSE
BIG MOONS AROUND THE GAS GIANTS,
JUPITER AND SATURN-- THEY HAVE
MANY, MANY MOONS IN THEIR
SYSTEMS, AND SOME OF THOSE MOONS
HAVE A TREMENDOUS AMOUNT
OF WATER.
ICE ON THE SURFACE, AND PROBABLY
LIQUID WATER BELOW THAT.
WE HAVE BEAUTIFUL EVIDENCE
OF PLUMES COMING OUT.
SOME OF THESE PLANETS--
THESE MOONS HAVE MORE WATER
ON THEIR SURFACE THAN THE EARTH.
AND WE'RE SO CONVINCED.
I MEAN, WE ONLY HAVE OUR OWN
PLANET TO LOOK AT, BUT WE'RE SO
CONVINCED THAT LIFE REALLY
NEEDED WATER, WATER WAS
ESSENTIAL TO THE DEVELOPMENT
OF LIFE HERE ON THIS PLANET.
WE'RE GOING TO BE ABLE TO ASK
THE NEXT QUESTION ABOUT WHETHER
WATER IN A PLACE TELLS YOU THAT
THERE COULD BE LIFE THERE,
WHETHER IT'S BACTERIA, BY JUST
INTERROGATING THESE BODIES
IN OUR OWN SOLAR SYSTEM,
THOSE LARGE WATER-RICH MOONS
AROUND JUPITER AND SATURN.
AND WE'LL BE ABLE TO USE
THE ANSWERS TO THOSE QUESTIONS
TO THEN FURTHER INFORM
WHAT WE'RE EXPECTING TO SEE
AROUND SMALL PLANETS
AROUND OTHER STARS.
>> SUPPOSE WE FIND LIFE
ELSEWHERE-- WHAT ARE THE KIND OF
PARADIGMS THAT WE MAY QUESTION
THAT WE CURRENTLY STRONGLY
BELIEVE IN ABOUT LIFE?
>> WE MAY NOT BE LOOKING
IN THE RIGHT PLACE RIGHT NOW,
BECAUSE WE'RE USING
ONLY WHAT WE KNOW
ABOUT THIS ONE PLACE
WHERE LIFE EXITS.
SO, WE MAY BE VERY SURPRISED
BY THE FIRST BIOSIGNATURES
THAT WE SEE.
THEY MAY BE VERY DIFFERENT
FROM WHAT WE WERE EXPECTING.
AND THEN WE'RE GOING TO HAVE TO
PUT OUR PICTURES TOGETHER TO TRY
TO COME UP WITH THIS LARGER VIEW
OF HOW LIFE STARTS, WHAT ARE
THE CONDITIONS THAT ARE NEEDED,
AND HOW DOES IT EVOLVE.
BUT ONE THING IS SURE:
EVERY TIME WE TAKE, UH,
MORE DATA, WE ARE
MORE AND MORE CONVINCED
THAT, YOU KNOW,
WHAT WE'RE BASING THIS ON,
THAT THE LAWS OF PHYSICS
ARE THE SAME EVERYWHERE,
THE LAWS OF CHEMISTRY
ARE THE SAME EVERYWHERE.
THE LAWS OF BIOLOGY
SHOULD BE THE SAME EVERYWHERE.
SO, WE DON'T KNOW WHAT WE'RE
GOING TO FIND, BUT WE SHOULD
EXPECT TO FIND SOMETHING,
AND WE SHOULD EXPECT
FOR THAT TO, LIKE, REALLY
EXPAND OUR UNDERSTANDING.
>> SO YEAH, THE SEARCH FOR LIFE
IS REALLY ABOUT INTERROGATING
NATURE IN A TOTALLY NEW WAY,
KIND OF AT THE INTERFACE
OF PHYSICS AND CHEMISTRY
TO BIOLOGY.
ANY LAST COMMENTS ABOUT KEPLER?
>> I'M JUST SO PROUD
OF THE TEAM, YOU KNOW.
IT TOOK MANY, MANY ITERATIONS
OF THE IDEA TO REALLY
HAVE A REALITY,
THE REALITY OF KEPLER.
AND, UH, IT'S JUST BEEN
SO AMAZING THAT IT WAS
MEANT TO ANSWER THE QUESTION
OF HOW COMMON ARE PLANETS,
AND THE ANSWER IT GAVE US
IS THAT PLANETS ARE
INCREDIBLY COMMON.
THEY'RE EVERYWHERE.
SO, IT COULDN'T BE
A MORE EXCITING TIME
TO BE AN ASTROPHYSICIST.
I CAN'T WAIT TO SEE
WHAT THE NEXT STEP IS.
>> I REALLY WANNA SAY, YOU KNOW,
CONGRATULATIONS TO THE KEPLER
TEAM AND THE SCIENCE COMMUNITY
THAT GOT SO MUCH SCIENCE
OUT OF THESE AMAZING DATA.
IT'S JUST, UH, A JOURNEY THAT
WE CAN ONLY IMAGINE RIGHT NOW,
BUT A JOURNEY THAT'S VERY MUCH
WORTH GOING THROUGH AND REALLY
EXPLORING THE UNIVERSE
IN A TOTALLY NEW WAY.
THANKS, PADI.
THANKS TO EVERYBODY.

In more years to come, I would like the people of Muungano to benefit.
Land ownership has been our main challenge, so we hope that each one of us can get title deeds.
With title deeds in hand, we will be able to accomplish a lot as Muungano.
In addition, we want Muungano to help us build schools which we can manage on our own. We want to empower both women and youth groups, to give them the chance to enjoy the fruits of development.
We want to see growth in the next 20 years to come, so that each person owns his or her house, with title deeds. We would like to see the poorest, from the grassroots level, own a house or even a car.
When we started Muungano, our aim was to save a shilling a day with an aim of bettering our lives. But, we haven't achieved our objectives yet, and so we need to put in more effort, especially into visiting other groups.
Acquiring information will give us the knowledge that will help us advance ourselves.

Right now, I am grateful for what Muungano has accomplished in its twenty years.
Now, as we soldier on, in the next twenty years I would like us to educate more people
about Muungano and about the benefits of Muungano, including our children and youth.
I would like us to own our own pieces of land,
which will enable us to improve our lives.
So we would like Muungano to step in and devise ways to help us achieve our goals.
We are grateful for what they have done so far and we hope they will keep up their efforts.

National Geographic Society and Mott Foundation partner for afterschool - Duration: 1:22.
Take it away, Joe.
All right. Hi everyone, welcome to Explorer Classroom.
I'm Joe Grabowski from National Geographic, coming at you live from
Exploration Vessel Nautilus.
Today was unique because it was the announcement of a partnership between the Mott Foundation
and National Geographic Society, in coordination with all of our afterschool providers.
So we have an afterschool network in all fifty states that is allowing that to roll out to
ten million children across the country.
So if National Geographic were to try to implement its programs without partners such as the
Mott Foundation, we would never reach the amount of audience that we can.
So it's a natural fit for us.
And we bring our programs and our content and our Explorers like we saw today, and Mott
brings the audience to them, these afterschool programs, and together we can make an impact
much larger than we can each by ourselves.
Today's program was, like, really nice.
I never experienced anything like that, so I feel lucky to be a part of that type
of program.
So today, maybe one of those kids in Flint, maybe one of the other kids that participated,
you know, maybe there's a spark.
Maybe the next one is the next Bob Ballard.
Maybe they've found that "explorer" within.

What To Pack For A Long (world) Trip!? | Ep. 5 - Duration: 13:39.
first of all a big shout-out to the new subscribers welcome and thank you and
that also applies to the old subscribers of course welcome and thank you and if
you're a non-subscriber you can join the Every Day Adventure by pressing the
subscribe button right here now this episode is going to be about stuff we
bought for the world trip so if you're planning to go on a trip by car or by
camper this might be an interesting video for you now let me be clear this
is just some of the stuff we bought we need a lot more so if you have any good
tips please leave them down below in the comments that would be awesome alright
here we go
starting off with this bad boy it's the Coleman unleaded two burner
stove this is going to be our main cooking unit now the reason we bought
this is because it runs on gasoline unleaded gasoline people have even used
diesel but if you ask me it will work with everything that's flammable but
unleaded gasoline is better because it gives a cleaner burn and it doesn't
leave too much crap inside the burner unit now gasoline is something you can
easily get your hands on during the world trip so for us it's much easier
instead of using for example those little propane canisters and even if we
run out of gasoline we have plenty of diesel with us because that's the
favorite drink of our Land Rover
What's inside the package?
Let me just open this
like that there it is
just put it right there are two pieces of cardboard to protect stove.. all right
and that's it compact piece of metal all right underneath the lid is
is the stove itself of course first you have the windshields or as Coleman calls them the
wind block system mm-hmm they help she'll be burners from wind and they are
adjustable for various pan sizes underneath this bracket you have the
instructions for use and you also get -what's this- it's the... Aha it's a
little fuel filter
there you have it's just a little filter as you can see... Handy.
Not quite sure if I'm going to use it
And.. last but not least the fuel tank this
container will hold about a little bit more than two liters and according to
Coleman you can use both burners on high and it will last for two hours so that's
pretty impressive you can fit two large 25 centimeter pans on this stove so
that's plenty of room and according to the box you can boil 1 liter of water
within 4 minutes but that's probably when the conditions are perfect but
still it's pretty quick this complete unit weighs about four and a half
kilograms right that's the cooking unit
to save weight we bought these aluminum
pots and pans they are easily stackable it looks like this and if you want you
can even put some extra cooking equipment inside alright so let's open
up for the box you can get these everywhere by the way but these look
like this alright so you have a lid but this is not only a lid because it's a
small one what that is I know what that is
look it's not only a lid for the pan but it's also a look let's see a frying pan
so you get a large frying pan a smaller one well a little smaller one okay and
you have this and this one and this one so that's enough and I'm guessing that
you can use this to like stacks or pots to keep your food nice and warm and in
the end what you do is right so you stop you just think that one and you stack
this one and this one on top but as I mentioned before so you can see there is
still a lot of space left for some extra equipment okay so the complete set
weighs 879 grams oh wait final number is 880 grams okay
ugly tableware this is a set for 4 persons but it was much cheaper than a
set for 2 persons so this is all plastic
and it's ugly and the one and as I told you it's a set for four persons there it
is okay so I'm not quite sure if I'm going to tag along all this table where
I guess we can leave these two at home and maybe two of these smaller plates
and maybe two of these plastic mugs cuz I'm guessing I'm going to bring
along some real glasses made of real glass
because whatever somehow you put in these plastic mugs it all tastes like
plastic so you put coca-cola inside tastes like plastic you put milk inside
mmm tastes like plastic you put beer inside tastes like beer no plastic so
but this is pretty lightweight so this is coming along as well all right
ugly tableware this handy little device is a headlamp
now before we bought this one we did a lot of research online while Henriette
did most of the research so she should get all the credits but in the end that
was really satisfied with the Petzl octa-core it's brand new but I already
opened the package because I was curious so this is the headlamp the main reason
I bought this one is because it has three lighting modes the five lumens
which will give you about a 7 meter output you have the 100 lumens that will
give you a 50 meter output and last but not least the 350 lumens which will give
you a output of 95 meters what I also like about this one is that it has a red
light mode so when you're going to read a book at
night the red light is really easy on the eyes and the last thing I really
like about this one is that it has a let me see if I can take it out yes there it
is it has a rechargeable battery but you
can also use three three people a batteries so what's really nice about
this battery is that it's a charger as well so you plug in your cable and
you're done a more collapsible stuff first of all it's a foldable washbasin
looks like this but too much hmm doesn't see guessing about ten liters something
like that but Andy look and if you are done ready to go right so in the other
folding thing always handy-dandy yeah is a water container which is
foldable as well this doesn't work because of course there needs to be
water inside but well you get it look so if you have to carry around water oh you
can use this one and this is 15 liters so maybe this is 50 liters as well hmm
don't know oh wait it says 8.5 liters who's counting alright this this is some
of the emergency stuff first we have the first aid kit this is the
care plus first aid kit it's the adventurer Edition which makes sense
because we're going on a adventure it contains a lot of stuff like all sorts
of bandages there are even clean needles inside
clean needles because why would they put dirty needles inside and there's even a
scalpel when things get really serious I guess but this is just a basic first-aid
kit we're going to add some extra stuff for example these skin closure strips
these are really handy dandy I can speak from experience
they look like this and you use these to close up small cuts they work really
well so I'm going to bring these along as well we have some emergency blankets
these will protect you from cold against cold and heat so two of these and of
course some stuff to repel the little critters like ticks and mosquitoes you
just spray this all over your body and it will work for about eight hours
against mosquitoes and for hours against ticks hmm so this is going to protect us
I hope and last but not least and let me repeat myself this is just some of the
stuff we're going to bring along we have the oral rehydration sole we'll give you
all the stuff you need after you've been sick like glucose and salts and stuff
like that so hoping we'll never have to use these but in case of emergency we
got it now here's a protip this is a travel sheet which is an
extremely lightweight sleeping bag liner which basically is a piece of cotton you
sleep in but it's really nice if it's hot outside or when you unexpectedly
need to sleep in a hotel that looks more like a prison and the last person who
slept on your mattress so buy one of these they're really cheap
now talking about a good night rest I want to show you the last thing we
bought this is a this is a really decent sleeping bag it's a two-person sleeping
bag and as you can see it says we will survive a pretty cold night this is what
it looks like it's a pretty big sleeping bag that will definitely fit two persons
and what I also like about this sleeping bag is that they created this zipper and
now it is impossible to get the fabric stuck in between the zipper itself which
always happens with sleeping bags but not with this one as you can see so that
is a invention I really like so this is our sleeping bag
