Hello everyone, welcome to my channel.

For this video I am going to share with you how do I shoot my makeup photos by myself.

Sometimes your makeup photo

is worse than the real without

good lighting equipment or camera equipment,

I have learned lessons from a lot of experience to make this video for you.

In fact, I do not professional (D)SLR camera,

but I tried a lot of different digital cameras, as well as mobile phones

and lighting equipment

which gave me tips need to learn. This video is more suitable for beginners

.It may not be right for you if you need very professional advice.

Today I will give you some practical examples

to show the effects of photos under different cameras and different lighting conditions.

I will put all the products' information in the description box.

So let's start

When comes to camera,(D)SLR camera is definitely more professional,

but in fact a lot of beauty bloggers start from mobile phone camera

or other digital cameras,

so if you do not want to invest in expensive cameras,

I can recommend the cameras I have been using.

ow in my hands I have Meitu mobile,

Meitu M4

and iPhone 7 plus,

in fact, iPhone camera is very powerful,

so you see a lot of good photos from social medias are taken with iPhone .

And I have Casio ZR5000 which is shooting today's video.

People are more familar with iPhone camera

as we can see good iPhone photos from social medias,

some are as good as the photos taken with DSLR.

The DIY videos I made recently were shoot by iPhone 7 plus.

It can focus really fast, quite stable,

with good clarity.

Overall speaking, iPhone 7plus camera is the best one

compare with other mobile phones' camers I personally tried. But this is overall speaking.

Now I am going to talk about Meitu M4, my one is not the latest.

The latest one has both 21MP front and rear cameras

My M4 only has two 13 MP cameras.

But I think it is really specialized for beautified portraits,

its portrait shooting function is very strong.

Photos from my social medias , like on Instagram ,

all the eye makeup close-up photos,

including the whole facial makeup photos were all shoot by this phone

and all my clear Youtube thumbnail/cover photos were shoot by this camera.

I have got many people asked me what camera I was using, so this is the one.

Before I have to ask some friends to bring the Meitu mobile phone to me,

but now you can buy it from Amazon.

It's now very convenient.

If you do not ask a particularly high standard for a camera, just to shoot the portrait,

then it is really a good choice,

but if you need a powerful mobile phone,

then it should be iPhone,

but the M4 I bought is now maybe even less than one third of the price for iPhone 7 plus.

if someone can help you to take photos,

especially someone can find your best angle, tell you to how to adjust emotions

and eyes contact , it's easier.

But my photos were taken by myself. So I do need to have a very good front camera

then I can see my own expression, adjust my own face position, angle, lighting, which is quite convenient.

There is one important point is the beauty touch up function,

because all the makeup photos, in fact, need touch up later, such as

the noises caused by insufficient lighting, or some small flaws on the skin,

after touch up the whole makeover will look more tidy, including colour contrast, need to be adjusted too.

My photos taken by Meitu had already been well touched up from the phone itself,

I only needed to do some small adjustment with Photoshop.

So what about take photos with iPhone

but download Meitu app(the app and the phone belong to the same company called Meitu) to touch up the photos, or use beautycam app to

take photos with iPhone?

Let's see some comparisons.

Because I was trying to get the same result by using different cameras

but actually it's hard.

First let's look at the photo taken by Meitu.

It was quite dark in the room

and there is only one small window. It is winter now

with shorter daylight, dark late afternoon now.

But Meitu made an auto adjustment，

with good details of my makeover,

like the eyes makeup part.

I had applied coloured eyeshadow

and I can see clear colours, the brightness of shiny shimmers and good colour contrast.

Then let's we look at the photo from iPhone's

front camera ,cannot compare it .

Obviously it is

much less detailed,

,eye makeup is not clear

And then I then use the rear camera,with the Beautycam,

you can see, although the beauty camera can remove the noise,

but still the details of eye makeup were gone,

and then I use the rear camera without Beautycam

quite good,

the details are good,

but later I need to touch up the photo,

because it doesn't look like a makeup photo.

Flaws on skin and coulour contrast also need to be adjusted.

The skin needs further touch up.

One thing I need to mention here, when I just bought the Meitu mobile phone,

the system didnot work stably,

maybe only my mobile phone was like that,

or maybe it was caused by long-distance delivery,

but After several system updates,

everything got fine later.

Now let's look at the digital camera which was shooting for today's video,Casio ZR5000,

it can do good and clear filming,

but the focus is a bit slow,

slower than iPhone.

Compared with Meitu and iPhone 7 plus, the function of this digital camera is more powerful,

because it has a lot of modes can choose from,

exposure level can be adjusted.

It also has its own beauty functions

including the skin of tone adjustment and smooth skin functions,which can be adjusted,

so its function is more versatile.

It has a little flip screen on top,

i can roughly see myself,

but it is not as big and clear as the screen of Meitu.

so Meitu mobile phone can show facial features, including a lot details

easy to tell if the focus alright,

but like Casio ZR5000, we can not tell if the focus is 100% right

for the screen is small.

There is one thing, ZR5000's wide angle function is really good, so girls said

they look slimmer on the photos.

In that light again,

dark room with only a window of late afternoon light,

I used Casio ZR5000, smooth skin level 2 , which was close to the beautify level I chose for Meitu.

I didnt select brightness or exposure.

Let's see the photo, very good auto adjustment,

brightness is very good,

just when we magnify the photo, the colour contrast and saturation of eye makeup are not as good as Meitu's photo.

So for ZR5000, the comprehensive functions are better,

just the details of makeup are not as good as Meitu's photo.

When shoot some objects with improper lighting condition (two soft boxes with black background),with iPhone 7 plus,

in fact, sometimes there will be excessive exposure of the objects,

the details of the object disappeared.

So when I do DIY video or photos,

I need to use ZR5000 to shoot the specific details of the object to make it more clear and professional.

Then let's move on to lighting.

Lighting is particularly important,

because wrong lighting condition may destroy your entire photo or the whole facial makeup.

To put it in an easy way, just add light where you want to look bright without shadow.

Soft box is very common,

which give soft light

in dark place.

If you want simple but efficient light for makeup shoot, then use ring light.

It creates a bright circle in your eyes

like in my eyes now

which is not that beautiful in my opinion,

but the main function is to avoid shadows on face.

if you do your makeup in front of ring light, your makeup will be more intense and well defined.

Because when the shadows on your face are removed,

then you can see your face clearly anf find out anything not that perfect.

Also light will absorb some colour intensity

so you will automatically add more intensity of the makeup

with better colour saturation.

now you can see I turned off the ring light,the room is very dark light,

only with a small window on top. You can see my facial flaws,

for example, the eye bags under my eyes look really bad,

there is some shadow under my false lashes,

my face look a bit messy.

Look at this raised part, created shadows below itself.

As you can see, I don't look good, the whole face looks messy.

Now I open the ring light, can you see the difference?

For example, the eye bags place, in fact, I don't have obvious bags under my eyes,

but when the light is not good , even the slightly raised part

turns lighter, and gets shadow below the itself. It can make people look older

and makeup look messy.

Now you can see my face has much less flaws.

Sometimes I will add a reflector below,

the reflector is also very important,

because it can reflect the light on my face to clean the unwanted shadow.

my chin area is a little dark,

, then I put the reflector below,

you can see, my chin area brightens up

with less shadow on my face.

There is a special holder to hold the reflector

so we can have hands free.

Gan Air, The Valk, Weilong GTS2 comparison: Whats Best For You? | speedcubeshop - Duration: 3:31.

6.39, the Weilong GTS2 is used as the main of Lucas Etter and the valk 3 was used by

This comparison will have 7* categories: Basic info, Speed/controllability, Feel/stability,

first up Basic info, the gan air cost the most, anywhere from 24-$45 on SCS I would

get the advance one it comes with better shades and its only 1 more dollar than the standard,

the GTS2 is the cheapest of this list at $19 and has good shades and the valk is in the

middle at $20 and it has odd shades I don't mind them but you may want to get a set of

stickers because these chip easy.

so the air gets 4/5 because of its prise the GTS2 gets 5/5 for the best prize and the valk

gets a 4.5/5.

next category Speed/controllability, the gan air is a good medium of speed and controllability

the weilong GTS2 is fastest but still very controllable the valk is the least controllable

out of these three but still very good so in this category, the air gets a 5/5 so does

the GTS2 and the valk gets 4.5/5.

3rd category Feel/stability, the gan air has the best feel and is quite, the weilong is

smooth, snappy and very stable and the valk is the stablest on this list and is scratchy

like the MeiYing, in Feel/stability the gan air gets 5/5 for the feel GTS2 4.5/5 it's

just not as stable as the others and the valk with 4.5/5 because its feel is not the best.

Corner cutting/Fluidity the air is the best period.

the GTS2 is also very good and the valk is very Fluid but is lacking some corner cutting

so the air gets 5/5, GTS2 4.5/5 its lust not as good as the air and the valk 4/5 what it

lacks in corner cutting get gains in stability.

Pops/corner twisting, they are all 5/5 why is this a category.

design flaws the air is the coolest design and the weilong is well built but the valk

has fragile plastic that breaks easily, i talk about this more in the video card on

screen now but finsh watching this video first.

so the gan air and weilong GTS2 get 5/5 where the valk gets 3/5.

so the final score for the gan air is 29 the Weilong GTS2 gets 28.5 and the valk gets 25.5

out of a maximum 30 so my final thoughts are if you have the money

go for the air it's really good but if you need something just as good the GTS2 is a

good opsion and the valk is really good but couldn't hold its own against the gan air

and weilong GTS2, and if you have the valk don't think these cubes are so much better

this was really close, this video is for people who want a new cube and which one to get but

you can't go wrong with any cube theses days.

EASY VEGAN MEAL PREP FOR THE WEEK + Vegan Grocery Haul - Duration: 10:16.

Welcome back to Rainbowplantlife. If you're new here, my name is Nisha and

thank you so much for joining me. In today's video, I'm going to be doing a

vegan meal prep for the week and showing you what to buy at the grocery store.

First we'll do a grocery haul and I'll show you everything I bought for the

week, and then we'll do a super simple vegan meal prep. Some of these recipes

don't require any cooking so it's great for beginners as well. And I'll leave my

grocery shopping list in the description below so you can see exactly what I

bought. These recipes will make enough food for 5 days for one person. 5

breakfasts, lunches, and dinners, as well as 5 snacks and desserts. These

portions are right for me, but if you have different calorie needs or a

different diet, be sure to adjust accordingly.

Okay, here's everything we got for our vegan meal prep for the week from the

grocery store.

The first item on our list are bananas, and I have 5 bananas here for

the week. Next on our list, we have some organic strawberries. And I tend to buy

strawberries that are organic or locally grown from the farmers market. And the

reason for that is because strawberries tend to be one of the "dirtiest" fruits

and vegetables. If you're not sure what I'm talking about, the Environmental

Working Group has a list that they put out every year on pesticide usage in

fruits and vegetables. Next we have 5 sweet potatoes. Next we have this huge

container of baby spinach. Buying prepackaged greens is going to be more

expensive than buying whole greens, but I find that I'm more likely to actually

eat them if they're readily available. Next we have one package of cilantro and

we'll be using this in lunch and dinner. Then we have this bag of adorable baby

avocados from Trader Joe's. There's about 6 in here and we'll use those for

lunch and dinner as well. And the last produce item we have is bagged frozen

organic corn. And you can also use canned corn. I'm using organic because

about 80 to 90 percent of the corn supply in the U.S. is genetically

modified. And my diet is not perfect, but when I'm shopping for myself I try to

buy organic when it makes sense and when it's affordable for me. I also got a lot

of dried goods from the bulk section at Whole Foods. First we have some rolled

oats. This is about 2 to 2 1/2 cups. We'll be using it for breakfast.

Then we have some raw almonds and raw pumpkin seeds.

We've got about 3/4 of a cup each. Next we have some dried raisins and dried

cranberries. They're about 1/3 cup each. Next we have some Deglet dates.

There's about 20 to 30 of these in here. And we'll be having those with dessert.

Finally we have some rainbow quinoa. This is about 2 to 2 1/2 cups,

and I wanted to buy just plain white quinoa because it's cheaper, but my

grocery store didn't have it, so that's why we have rainbow quinoa. Then we have

3 cans of organic black beans. And of course if you buy dried beans, you'll

save some money, but I want to keep this meal prep really easy. We also have one

jar of salsa, which we'll be using with lunch and dinner.

One jar of organic peanut butter. One package of organic brown rice cakes. And

finally, one huge jug of almond milk.

Before I get to the cost of these

ingredients for my weekly meal prep, I want to preface this by saying that I

live in New York City, which has probably the highest cost of living in the United

States. So if these groceries seem a bit expensive to you, it's probably because

you have more affordable groceries in your area, which is great. I also bought a

good number of organic products, as you saw. If you don't buy organic food or

it's not in your budget, you'll save even more money. About half of the food you

just saw was from Whole Foods and the other half was from Trader Joe's. And if

we look at these receipts, I spent $22.99 at Trader Joe's and $27.99

at Whole Foods. And that leads us to a grand total of $50.28.

I was a little bummed when I realized I didn't get under $50, but then

I noticed on my Trader Joe's receipt - I bought a lemon, which I didn't need for

this meal prep. So that brings us to a total of $49.79, so right under $50. That

$50 will feed me for 5 days with 5 meals a day - breakfast, lunch, dinner, snack,

and dessert. There are a few ingredients that I didn't buy at the grocery store

that I'll be using today in my recipes, and they're totally optional so you

don't actually need to buy them, but the reason I'm using them is because they

add some more nutrition. First we have quinoa flakes, and I'll be using these in

our breakfast muesli. Then we have coconut flakes, which will also be used in the muesli.

Finally we have some chia seeds, which will be in the muesli as well as in our

snack. The last optional ingredient we have is a vegan ricotta cheese and I'm

using this in lunch and dinner. It's totally optional and the meals will still be

delicious and satiating without it. I'm using it because Kite Hill Foods, the brand,

was nice enough to send it to me through Instagram, and that's why it's

not on my grocery haul list today. Now that we've talked about all the

groceries, let's start our meal prep for the week.

The first dish in our easy vegan meal prep will be a breakfast muesli,

and we'll serve it with almond milk and berries.

We'll start with 2 to 2 1/2 cups of rolled oats. Then we'll add in

some chopped almonds, about 1/2 cup to 3/4 of a cup. We'll use the same amount of

pumpkin seeds, but you can use any seed you like it. Then we'll add in 1/2 cup of

quinoa flakes as well as coconut flakes, and those are optional ingredients.

Next up we have 1/3 cup each of dried cranberries and raisins. And finally

we'll add 4 tablespoons of chia seeds. With regard to the quinoa flakes and

coconut flakes, if you don't want to buy them, you can omit them or replace them

with more rolled oats. We'll mix all the ingredients together until they're well combined.

I'm serving my muesli with some almond milk and strawberries, but you can

also use a plant-based yogurt instead and any fruit or toppings you prefer.

If you want to take your muesli to-go, whether it's for school or work, just

store it in a glass jar, then add your milk or yogurt so it can soak for a few

hours, and add your berries on top.

For lunch, we're going to do a quinoa burrito bowl. I love this dish because the

only cooking required is the quinoa. We'll start with 2 cups of dried

quinoa. That will give us 6 cups of cooked quinoa, or a little over a cup of

cooked quinoa per day.

Then we'll drain our 3 cans of black beans and rinse

them thoroughly.

Next up you'll finally chop up some cilantro. I'm using a few handfuls.

And we'll also chop up some of that baby spinach. Use as many greens as you can eat.

We'll add the rinsed and drained black beans to a large bowl, along with the

defrosted bag of organic corn and the chopped cilantro. You'll want to generously

salt and pepper your dish so that everything is flavorful and then mix it

all together.

To take this burrito bowl to work or school, you'll add about a

cup of cooked quinoa,

enough beans and corn to help you stay full,

a bit of salsa for heat and flavor,

one baby avocado or half of a regular-sized avocado,

and finally top it with that optional vegan ricotta cheese

if you so please.

For our easy vegan meal prep, we'll have loaded sweet potatoes for dinner.

We'll start with 5 sweet potatoes, one for each day. And we'll prick them with a

knife or fork all over and put them on a foil-lined baking sheet. We'll bake them

at 400 degrees Fahrenheit for about 45 minutes until they're nice and soft and gooey.

When you're ready to eat the sweet potatoes, you want to slice them in half

and mush the flesh with a fork so that you have some space to add your toppings.

We'll add that same black bean and corn mixture we used for lunch, and you should

use as much as you need to stay full.

We'll pour on some salsa. Then we'll add our

avocado. Again I'm using a baby avocado, but you can use as much as you like.

Finally we'll add that optional vegan ricotta cheese.

And we'll serve it over a

bed of baby spinach to make sure we eat enough greens. And you can take it on-the-go

or eat it when you get home from work or school.

For our weekly snack, we'll have peanut butter and banana rice cakes.

You're probably not going to use the entire jar of

peanut butter this week, but you certainly can.

We'll just slather on some peanut butter

over those brown rice cakes, add some sliced bananas and chia seeds, and then

we're good to go.

If you want to take your snack to-go, bring

your rice cakes, peanut butter, bananas, and chia seeds separately and you can make

your snack in just a few minutes while you're at school

or work.

I like to end my day on a sweet note so we'll be having stuffed dates for dessert.

We'll slice those dates in half. Don't slice them all the way through -

just enough to create a vessel.

And then stuff them with peanut butter as well as

sea salt and cinnamon. That's it. This is the perfect dessert when you want

something quick and healthy.

Arsene Wenger has jokingly apologised to those who wanted to "kill" him prior to penning a contract extension at Arsenal.

Here�s what you can do to improve eyesight naturally

#1 Stimulate your eye muscles It basically involves stimulating your eye

muscles.

This technique is simple, but must be done every morning.

On waking up, wash your face with water (preferably cool or a little cold water).

Then fill your mouth with water, close your eyes and splash cold water onto your eyes.

It stimulates the muscles of the eyes, due to the pressure exerted by the water filled

in your mouth.

The splash of cold water on your face helps enliven the nerve endings and rejuvenates

the skin.

#2 Wash your eyes Ayurvedic practitioners say that one must

avoid splashing water directly into the eyes; instead you can use a tridoishic eyewash.

To make this eyewash, soak triphla churna in water over night.

In the morning strain the liquid and wash your eyes with it twice a day.

This eyewash helps relax and relieve stress in the eyes.

#3 Massage over worked eyes This is a great exercise for people who work

for long hours in front of computers.

Hold your eyebrows between your thumb and index finger, in such a way that the thumb

is above the eyebrow and index finger below.

Now, gently press and straighten your eyebrows, exerting gentle pressure on all the points.

Then, take your thumb and gently roll it around your eye ball, i.e: along your eye socket.

Do this exercise every three to four hours to improve the circulation around your eyes.

This exercise improves circulation around the eyes helping them bounce back from the

fatigue of constantly looking at a computer screen.

#4 Exercise to improve eyesight This exercise is done to stimulate the muscles

around your eye balls (that are present within the eye socket).

Rotate your eyeballs, first to the right and left, then upwards and downwards.

Do this in the clockwise and anti-clockwise direction for about three to four repetitions.

#5 Give your eyes some much needed rest This technique has been practiced in ayurveda

for a number of years.

Later picked up by optometrist Dr Bates, it was named palming.

To do this, rub the palms of both your hands for 30 seconds � till you feel warm between

screen I'm super jacker basically for this review what I'm going to do

basically is just show you what it does I've already done my test slides and

test Jack and I don't feel like it's necessary for me to go through the

motions of a basically showing you what Brett would show you in the

tutorials they're very simple very clear and concise and easily presented to

where you can have this thing mastered you know after the first time you watch it but

you might want to watch it a couple times and as always he has a great

support system here so up here you have your personal account information that

type of stuff but anyways what it does is what you do is you create your slide

which I've done create a one slide to review test slide okay you come here

create new go in there and create it again what's tutorials once you've done

that okay then you over your your Jack's and I created a review test Jack and again

come in here and create new and again in the tutorials very simple very easy to

follow once you're done and you can visit the jack that you've created now

this is where it gets really cool all right

so you come over here after you've done everything in you're happy with their

everything even if you're not happy with it you have to go back and edit it

you know it's go back and forth until you're happy with it but anyways what

you do is you go over here to visit the jack okay and I've just randomly chose

a-ah internet you know traffic source paid traffic

source and boom there it is you know super Jack comes down five seconds and

I used google.com as my go-to website so let's see if it works alright there it

is here's Google there all right close that come over here

drop down the menu to the links hit a link and again I use Google that's my go-to

website boom there it is alright working fine alright so and what

the really cool part is is that you know when you go back here and just check ok

you can copy this okay there it is again boom love it love it

and then you come over here say like you're on Facebook and you have your

page just like that and then you come over here and you paste that link in

there say what you will about it and you know publish it okay where did it go where

did it go where did it go where did it go where did it go there we go there we go alright so

did not touch on in the review the over-the-shoulder review there was a in the

tutorials Brett does go over the cURL versus of the iframe options there and

one of them is how how it's geared more towards affiliates so if you do affiliate

work highly suggest you look at this tutorials and see how that works very

useful very cool anyways I hope you enjoyed the review a lot more coming and
