6 Day Mass Muscle Building Workout Routine For Men - Duration: 7:11.

What's up champ! I'm Vince del Monte and I want to tell you guys

about my brand new workout program

Maximize Your Muscle.

This is a program that's designed to

help you blow beyond your genetic potential whether you want to bulk up or

cut, I want to send you a brand new 4 week training cycle in the mail.

Now it will not come unopen like this. This is my issue but it will land in your

mailbox and you'll be able to look forward to a new training program every

effective is because it's based on low volume but high frequency so you're

gonna be training six days a week. Monday to Saturday. Take Sunday off and you're

going to be doing upper body workouts on Monday Wednesday and Friday and then

you're gonna be doing lower body workouts on Tuesday Thursday and Saturday.

Alright. Now every workout has a different theme so we got some

strength days, we've got some pump days, and then we've got some days with

mechanical advantage drop sets. So over the course of the week we're gonna be

taking, like normally you probably do what like maybe 10 15 sets per body part,

but what we're gonna do with this program, is we're going to take all that

volume and disperse it over the week so that when you're coming to the gym you

can't pace yourself. You'll be forced to work harder. You're gonna be forced to do

more weight with more reps which is ultimately the thing that's gonna get

your body to change. Whether you want to strip fat or build muscle, there needs to

be progression with load and with effort and that's what this training program is

designed to do. If you're not progressing with volume and intensity, those are the

two most critical variables, you're not going to get the results you want.

Alright. So I find a lot of people they pace themselves so this

workout is gonna reset our intensity and show you what you're

capable of. We're gonna get your strength up.

We're gonna get your pump up and we're going to be working with rep ranges and loads

you've never used before and that's gonna lay the

foundation for where we're going with Maximize Your Muscle. So I want to ship

this to you. It's a hundred percent free. All you got to do is get in before the

end of the month because at the end of the month we close the website and we

ship the next issue on deck on the first so everybody gets their new workout shipped

to them on the same day so you're all going through this workout program

so depending on the season of life you're in, every issue of Maximize Your

more fast twitch, and you'll know this based on maybe what activities you've

done in the past. You'll know this based on what rep ranges you've used in the

past that you're those muscles have responded well to and if you're not sure,

this will be an opportunity to figure that out because with each issue I

provide three columns for fast-twitch mixed fiber type and slow twitch. So what

I'm going to encourage you to start doing is playing with the different rep

ranges for that body part and that's gonna help you get faster results. So

us open 2017 : Monfils digs deep for five-set win ( Thursday, August 31 ) ./ - Duration: 2:41.

Tennis fans have come to expect and applaud the athleticism and creative shotmaking of Gael Monfils.

What the lucky fans on the Grandstand court got to see on Thursday was all of that--as well as some unexpected grit and heart from the flying Frenchman

as the No. 18 seed survived a three-hour, 17 minute marathon against Donald Young, winning 6-3, 6-7, 6-4, 2-6, 7-5 to move into the US Open's third round.

Monfils admitted afterward that he was thinking of retiring from the match after taking a trainers' timeout and leaving the court for an undisclosed injury at 5-5 in the second set.

Monfils took the timeout just moments after he had squandered four set points on Young's serve which would have given the Frenchman a 2-0 set lead.

Monfils' troubles began early in the second set when last year's US Open semifinalist began to obviously labor with his movement, bending over after many of the extended bruising baseline rallies in which he engaged with the American left-hander.

After losing the second set, Monfils somehow managed to win the third set, despite getting slapped with a warning and point penalty for time delay to lose a game. After that, he griped with the chair umpire for most of the set.

In the fourth set, Monfils looked like he had mentally given up, barely putting up a struggle, rushing after each point and spraying serves and groundstrokes all over the court.

But Monfils dug deep to keep fighting in the final set,in which there were four service breaks in the first eight games.Young held for 5-4, but Monfils responded with a love service game.

The 11th game, with Young serving, was a mini-marathon on its own. The game went to three deuces, Young had one game point before Monfils--on his third break point chance--grabbed the game and the lead on a forehand error from the 28-year-old American.

In the final game, Monfils reached back and found something a little extra on his serve. He nailed two service winners to go up 30-0, a double fault for 30-15 and then another service winner for 40-15. On his first match point, he pounded in a 130 mph ace, his 19th of the match.

Monfils finished with 65 winners, but also committed a whopping 73 errors. After more than three hours of battle the margin of victory was small -- Monfils won 157 points and Young 151.

On a personal note, the win gave Monfils an early birthday gift, as he turns 30 on Friday. It also put him into US Open third round for the sixth time in his career and for the third time in the last four years.
