Waching daily Aug 3 2017

So, I was thinking about various topics I could do for a video and an idea just came

across me.

I was going to some of my books and I noticed that there is a Shonen Jump,

like, the singular volume of a Shonen Jump that we had lying around the house.

I think it is the only one I've ever purchased honestly.

And I was wondering how popular is Shonen Jump as a brand

to this day?

Because I know way back when it was really popular and Shonen genres are

still extremely popular, so one would think that they would be one of the biggest

magazines in graphic novels for Japan.

But is that the case?

So I decided to look into that topic.

Here's what I found.

So back in the 1990's Shonen Jump had six point

five million regularly purchased issues.

That's a lot of sales.

Then we need to take 2017 into account.

They are currently below two million regularly purchased issues according to

Anime News Network, from an article a while back, I'll probably do my best to find

the link and put that in the description.

And, well, you have to wonder, is this a matter

of Shonen Jump's popularity or is it a result of the print apocalypse?

If, for those who aren't aware of what the print

apocalypse was about, you know how during, if you're in school, they had these

little events where you would try to sell magazines and the people who had the

most magazine sales would win prizes, like, to get points that you can use for

prizes.

Sometimes it was to get some kind of a deduction off of a school trip.

Sometimes it was, like, getting a little one of those shitty hand fans.

But the point is, the reason that became relevant, is because people weren't

reading magazines all that often.

In fact, people aren't really even reading books

that often and the physical prints of them and this has caused, a lot of this

has caused, a lot of English teachers to say that nobody

is reading anymore.

Which isn't the case.

It's more a matter of…the people are going digital.

So a lot of what people read is now online.

So, you like, for example, if you own a Kindle you can

buy books via the Kindle and you can read them digitally instead of having to

buy a physical book in a library or at a bookstore, and then read it.

Some people are ordering the physical Books, but they're doing it via Amazon or

some other website that ships to your location.

And then even other people are using Amazon audiobooks and they're

interacting with the book that way.

Instead of having to read it, they don't have

time to sit down and do that, so while they're driving around they can hear

that in the background.

People have a variety of ways they can choose to

consume literature, to the point where they don't need the prints exclusively

to experience them.

Which really, years ago, that wasn't the case.

These types of options weren't widely spread back in

the early 90s.

So print apocalypse basically means that sales went down, so

America's magazine industry was hit by this really hard a few years ago.

The culprit is electronics, as I was just explaining.

So when you have Netflix, Hulu, not Hulu, crunchyroll, YouTube, and other

services for streaming videos, shows and series.

The demand for televised broadcasting goes down just like the

demand for physical prints of literature and magazines will go down.

Book sales, magazine sales and any other printed

sales are less convenient to most than just getting an app on their phone or

visiting a website on their computer and interacting with the same works, just

electronically this time.

Shonen Jump may have been reported on in the article, but

they are not the only ones affected.

Other magazines have gone down in sales Too, with smaller ones going out of print

altogether.

This is a similar bias that came about due to Blizzard's World of

Warcraft going down in sales.

So you look at the sales chart for the...you notice

that it went up when it came out, then it went up when

they had the second expansion, then Wrath of the Lich King was its peak and

then for each expansion after that it started making less money.

This caused a lot of articles to be written, both electronically

and physically, I've only seen them

Electronically, I'm sure they exist elsewhere, stating things along the lines

of 'World of Warcraft no longer being the king of MMORPGs' which is not true.

If you compare its numbers, its average player

population, to that of any other game that you can find a feasible way of

tracking player base, at least the active player base,

World of Warcraft is still king.

It's just there's not as much of a gap

between the second place and third place entries as the was in previous

years.

Now they're a lot closer in competition.

They still have a huge advantage and it's going to take them

years before they actually have to worry about going out of businesses, closing

down servers, because they're not making enough money.

But, point is, they're not nearing that peak, they're not getting back

up to that peak yet, and there could be a variety of factors as to why this is

the case.

So many in fact that it would require its own video.

So I'll probably do that in the future.

You can see exactly what caused the huge downfall,

all the factors.

The thing is the drop in player base happened to World of

Warcraft's competitors as well.

Why buy physical copies of works that take up

space and must be in stock or shipped to your location when you could just buy

the series on BookWalker, which is a new service.

And I'm not backed by BookWalker, there's no sponsorship here, I'm

mentioning them because it's the topic of the video and they just happen to be

a website that I found.

It sells ebooks so you can go online, you can find books,

graphic novels, from Japan or any other country on their site.

It's just there, it's a service just like audiobook.

Not backed by anyone,

just they exist, it's the topic the video, chill.

Now unless you are a collector or just really prefer to have physical

copies of such possessions, your average person would probably be using a mixture

of these services.

Because you choose whichever way you want to digest your

content.

So while there are many people who might be choosing audiobooks, BookWalker

or other ways to interact with graphic novels illegally…sources

that don't give any kind of profit to the author or the artist.

But you know, there are also people who are collectors,

in which case, good for you!

The point isn't that one way is superior/inferior,

except for illegally digesting, because if you're not giving any money

back to the person…do you like not getting paid for the work?

You know, it's kind of a side complaint, but I'll have

a go at it.

Regularly published magazines tend to use cheap newsprint.

The result is ink coming off on my hands while I'm reading.

This is not exclusively a Shonen Jump Complaint, most regularly published

magazines that I have gotten in my possession do this.

This includes GameInformer.

There are upsides to products going digital.

You don't have the printing costs anymore so that could

mean more money for the artists.

you know, unless contracts somehow jib them out of

that, and assuming consumers are experiencing the content through legal sources.

Note that less print sales does not mean that

the graphic novel industry is dying in Japan or anywhere else really, or that

animated adaptations of those works are going to be threatened by this change in

consumption of the medium.

Don't believe me?

Here are the numbers.

This list covers sales from November 23rd of 2015 to

November 20th of 2006.

This is provided by Anime News Network, a link in the description so you can

follow along with me if you so choose.

One Piece: 12 million units.

Assassination Classroom: nearly seven million units.

Kingdom: about six point five million units.

Attack on Titan: about six point five million units.

Haikyuu, Seven Deadly Sins,

My Hero Academia, One Punch Man, Erased.

Heck, even the top thirty entry on the sales list sold over 1.6 million units.

Think about that, even the top thirty.

This, versus the industry sales from top novels twenty years ago.

According to Oricon, Detective Conan in 1998 sold

seven hundred nineteen thousand eight hundred fifty units.

It was the best seller, the number one best-selling

graphic novel at that time.

Although this could be a result of it just being less

popular as a series compared to current Shonen or other ongoing series of our

time, as it's still going on today and started three years prior to one piece

and it sold less than half of what One Piece's current units are.

However, remember it is number one.

That still means a lot.

And selling less than a million units meanwhile the top thirty

are all over a million units sold.

Another key comparison would be Flame of Rekka, which sold a quarter of a million,

and it was a tenth highest sold for that year (1998).

Shonen Jump is still a strong label for the graphic novel industry in Japan.

And graphic novels are still selling well.

Case closed.

Except, not really.

The advantage to physical products is that you can only

display them in a store.

You know?

Where people can easily come across them.

We know that this works, because

grocery stores that put milk as far away from the entrance as possible produce

higher sales figures than those that don't.

Not even going to source that.

It's such an old example that it's not even

culturally relevant anymore.

Do you have a milkman?

Didn't think so.

What this means for the graphic novel industry is the

same as what it means for new YouTube personalities.

It is difficult to get noticed on the platform.

Since you would have to know a new series exists in

order to search it up, getting new works exposed to a broad number of consumers

can be difficult.

You know?

You go into YouTube, you see what's trending,

generally whoever's getting the most activity on their videos is shown before

anything else.

So if some new content creator of a similar genre to another

YouTuber starts doing vlogs, for example, the most popular, in other words, the most

active consumer base around a certain personality that does vlogs, is going

to generally come up first not that new content creator.

Well, it's the same with digital works for novels.

Since you would have to know the new novel exists to

search it up getting a new work exposed to broad numbers of consumers is

difficult.

This has changed how animated adaptations work to a point.

Instead of waiting for a series to become popular,

then deciding to adapt it, animation studios are adapting new works as soon

as possible in the hopes that they can get big.

So, instead of episode development cycles of One Piece, Bleach,

Dragonball Z and Naruto where the series never seems to end and just goes on

forever, and ever, and ever, and it makes people not want to actually watch the show

because they get intimidated by that number that's mostly filler.

We are going to see more animated series be treated like My

Hero Academia, where the episodes are adapted into seasons with breaks in

between to let the artists produce more material before the animation studio

takes on more adaptations of that work.

This should cut down on the amount of filler and padding present in adaptations

and it means more animations per season in the long run, since more animation

studios are going to have relevant material to adapt since any of them

could become popular, either because the animation is just handled well or

because the source material is that good.

Sounds like an advantageous setup to me.

So is Shonen Jump less popular?

It depends on your point of view.

If you compare Shonen Jump's sales to other

magazines the drops are reflected across the medium.

With this outlook, it is magazines that are less popular, in other

words, physical prints not the Shonen Jump brand label.

From another view, Shonen Jump isn't selling as well and as

a magazine its popularity would be largely influenced by units sold, with

numbers dropping Shonen Jump is viewable as less popular.

What are your thoughts on the topic?

That's it for me.

I have other videos in the works, so until next time

stay cool my Noobs!

Aston Villa vs Hull City: When is Championship match and what TV channel is it on?

Villa Park is the setting for Hulls opening Championship game of the season.

The Tigers will aim to bounce straight back after finishing 18th and being relegated from the Premier League last term.

Hull go to Aston Villa to kick off their 2017-18 Championship campaign.   Championship side Hull City name Leonid Slutsky their new manager.

There is a strong tie between the teams as current Villa boss Steve Bruce comes up against the club he managed for four years.

Former Russia manager Leonid Slutsky took over the helm at the KCOM stadium from popular coach Marco Silva, who moved on to Watford.

The Tigers have had to say goodbye to some of their key players, including Harry Maguire, who left for Leicester City for a fee of £17m,

while left-back Andrew Robinson was snapped up by Liverpool.

However theyll be boosted by the acquisitions of young midfielder Kevin Stewart, centre-back Michael Hector and Premier League regular, Fraizer Campbell.

20-year-old striker Jarrod Bowen will be vying for a place in the Hull starting XI after finishing pre-season as their top scorer - with two goals from the wing.

Bruce will take a trip down memory lane as his old side visit Villa Park.

New Hull boss Leonid Slutsky will get his first taste of English football.

John Terry has only played for three teams - including Villa - in his long career.

Standing in Hulls way are Aston Villa, boosted by the signing of former Chelsea captain John Terry.

They too have brought in players with Premier League experience, with the likes of Glenn Whelan coming in from Stoke City,

and Egyptian right-back Ahmed Elmohamady, from their opponents Hull.

Elmohamady made the switch from Hull to Villa. When is Aston Villa vs Hull City?.

Aston Villa host the Tigers at 5. 30pm on Saturday, August 4. The match will be played at Villa Park.

What TV channel is the match on?. The game will be the second live EFL fixture of the weekend on Sky Sports, after Sunderland vs Derby on Friday night.

Aston Villa vs Hull City will be shown live on Sky Sports Football and Sky Sports Main Event.

John Terry sings Stand By Me to new teammates at his Aston Villa initiation dinner.

OUR YOUTUBE CHANNEL IS IN TROUBLE - Duration: 7:28.

So we started working on this video about 4 weeks ago, but we

held on to it because we thought YouTube was fixing

a problem with our channel. But after 30 days with no

response from any of our contacts at YouTube, for something that's been

going on for over 70 days straight, we figured it

was time to post this video. [beep]

This video is going to be very different than what you're used to seeing on the channel.

First, I want to thank you, for watching

every week or watching every couple of weeks and you're just

watching a couple of a videos - whatever you do, it's been great.

And I cannot thank you enough for the growth of the channel.

We've had an amazing past year. It's been really, really good.

All that being said, however, the channel's in a little bit of trouble.

Now, Ben Churchill is here with me, and we want to tell you about

what we've learned, about what's been happening.

We have a couple questions for you and for our fellow creators as well.

BEN: We're making video this video because as you'll learn, all of our efforts up to

point haven't been effective, and we think this might be the only

opportunity to present all this information to hopefully resolve the problem

that affects us, the future of this channel,

and possible other creators. TOMMY: Based on our research,

we feel like some subscribers who have chosen to get notifications,

are not getting those notifications. BEN: In other words, when

someone subscribes to a channel, they can choose whether or not, they want

to be notified on their phone, by email, or on their

desktop every time a YouTuber uploads a video.

Now some of those people who have chosen to be notified, including us,

have not been getting those notifications. TOMMY: We're going to tell you exactly

how we came to this conclusion. On May 24th, we uploaded

a video and immediately noticed something was wrong compared to the previous

weeks. We had significantly fewer in the first couple of hours

as well as less audience engagement. BEN: Two days later,

on May 26, we contacted Team YouTube on Twitter.

They said, "That does seem odd. We'll pass this along.

In the meantime, please send a feedback report at this link."

TOMMY: Which we did, and never heard anything back and continued

to see decline in views. On June 9th, we reached out

to YouTube Creator Support. BEN: They said, if you see a large number

of complaints from your audience about missing video updates in the

My Subscriptions feed, please share the following information with us, and we'll

pass it on to the product team to investigate further.

TOMMY: It just so happens that we've been gathering that information for nearly 2 weeks already.

We went on Twitter and asked our followers whether or not they

were getting their push notifications for the channel. As it turns out,\

62.5% of the people of the people that responded said they were not

getting those notifications. BEN: And then someone on that week's

video said, "I got no notification. I found out about the video

because I got a notification for Ben's video.

So, yeah, something weird going on with these notifications sometimes.

TOMMY: On June 11, we wanted to follow up by clarifying the problem and

presenting YouTube with everything they had been asking for. And we discovered

something else. There were some users who were just

now getting notifications for a video that we published

three months earlier. BEN: They responded by saying, "I have

escalated your issue to our specialists for investigation and I expect

to hear back from them soon. Rest assured, I will get back to you with an update

as soon as I receive an answer." TOMMY: So we're thinking to ourselves,

"Hey, this is cool. They're going to take care of this for us."

Then about 6 days later, we got another email.

BEN: "I understand it's been a while since we've consulted our specialists.

They are still investigating the issue and it's taking longer than usual.

I've request the team to expedite the process and

resolve as soon as possible. Rest assured, I'll get back to you

as soon as I hear from them." TOMMY: Then about 6 days later,

another email. BEN: "I wanted to let you know that it wouldn't

take long to circle back to you with an update as our

specialists the investigation already." TOMMY: On July 2,

we decided to follow up as our 6 day window had passed.

And the next day, 24 days after our initial contact

they said... BEN: "We are currently hand in hand with the

concerned specialists in order to get to the bottom of this.

However, I've requested them to get expedite the process and get an

answer at the earliest. Rest assured, I'll write back

to you as soon as I have an update. TOMMY: Meanwhile, we reach out

to our Partner Manager to see if they could be of any assistance.

BEN: They said that if we looked at our Traffic Sources report in analytics,

we'll see that quite, "...notifications only drove between

1% to 5% of traffic within the first

24 - 48 hours of a video being uploaded.

This is quite common across YouTube. TOMMY: We found this information

interesting for a couple of reasons. One,

it doesn't change the fact that people like ourselves and our subscribers

were not being notified. And two,

we found where to find where more information about notifications in analytics

and this is what we discovered. Throughout March and April

of this year, while we saw an increase in subscribers,

we also saw an increase in average views from notifications.

On April 5th, when we had around 442,000

subscribers, we posted our collab with Christine Ha,

and noticed that we got just under 2000

views from notifications. BEN: On April 19, when we had

around 489,000 subscribers, and posted "Can Blind People

Feel People Staring Them?" we received about

2400 views from notifications. TOMMY: On May 17, when we had

around 520,000 subscribers, we released

"Mean Comments About A Blind YouTuber, Volume 2" and

received nearly 3000 views from notifications.

And suddenly, all that changed [record sratch sound] and it wasn't for the better.

BEN: On May 24, when we had around 522,000 subscribers,

and posted "Blind vs. Blindfolded - Name That Sound"

we received around 1500 views from notifications.

That's about half of what it was the week before.

A few weeks later, 1400 views from notifications,

and our most recent video, around only 1000 views from notifications

down 66% since the

problem started. TOMMY: Why is this a bigger problem? Well, we've learned

that YouTube measures the performance of a video in the first hour,

the first 24 hours, and the first 7 days,

in order to recommend it to others. If YouTube, sees that

a percentage of your subscribers isn't watching the video, then

that video is less likely to show in Suggested Videos

where people who don't have notifications turned on,

would find the video. So if people are not being notified and they're not

watching, then YouTube thinks our video's under performing.

[music plays]

So this is where we have a couple questions for you, the subscriber, now. If you have your

push notifications turned on, have you been getting them for the past

2 and a half months? Or, are there some weeks, where you're

not receiving push notifications when you expected to get them?

If so, let us know in the comments, and tell YouTube on their feedback form

as well. We'll leave a link for it right there in the description.

For those of you who've got YouTube channels, I'm curious, have you noticed

this kind of thing happening to your channel. If so, please let us know in the

comments or on Twitter. We suspect this is happening to other channels

and if so, we want to make YouTube aware of the problem.

BEN: We really do hope this problem is resolved. That YouTube

expedites the process to come to a resolution

thanks to their concerned specialists. We honestly, don't know the future of this channel

if this continues. It's very hard to make content at this point

when the platform you're on isn't distributing the content.

If YouTube dismisses our claims saying that this type of

activity in our analytics is quite common,

this doesn't change the fact that some people aren't getting notifications

including us. In fact, we uploaded our video about

transparency and discovered there was a typo in the video,

we deleted the upload, fixed the problem, and uploaded a new video.

It turns out we received a notification on the first video,

but not on the second one. Never got it.

TOMMY: So there you have it. That's what's been going on with the channel.

Now, side note, considering YouTube knows that we're one of the people

that are not getting notifications on a separate account,

and they've never followed up to ask if the problem continued,

you'd tend to think from that evidence, they're not working on finding a solution.

This is possibly the worst customer service experience

we've ever had. You'd expect a better response from

a company that's taking 45% of your revenue.

LEARN ENGLISH - Numbers - Can you count to ONE BILLION? - How much is a trillion? - Counting - Duration: 10:06.

hi everybody this is Misterduncan in England how are you today are you OK I

hope so are you happy I hope so

in today's lesson we are going to take a look at some things that we use in our

everyday life something that comes in very useful when we need to add up or

subtract or multiply in today's lesson we are going to talk all about numbers

the word number derives from the Latin 'numerus' and the numbers we use today

originated in Arabic form during the eighth century the original design of

the numbers was based on geometric shapes the amount of angles used in each

character showed the number value so number one has just one angle number two

has two angles number three has three angles and so on these Arabic characters

have changed very little over the years and are now used by everyone everywhere

there are many ways to express a number it can be expressed as a word as a

symbol as a figure a number represents a particular quantity or amount you count

using numbers calculations use numbers this is called mathematics or maths for

short in American English it is pronounced as math numbers express

quantity numbers express dimensions the height width length circumference and

even the appearance of an object can be expressed using numbers the weight of

something or the mass of an object is also expressed as a number there were

200 guests at the wedding party the tree is 10 meters tall the field is 100

meters wide the pole is 15 meters long the circle is 10 inches in diameter the

house has two doors and eight windows I weigh 11 stone time and distance are

also expressed using numbers how long something takes to occur and when it

occurs and how far away something is or the distance between one thing and

another can all be expressed using numbers

mathematics we use numbers to make calculations numbers can be added to

each other this is called addition we express this calculation as plus for

example 5 plus 4 the result is expressed as equals

so 5 plus 4 equals 9 we can take one number away from another

this is called subtraction we express this calculation as - for example 9 - 4

once again we use the word equals to express the result so 9 minus 4 equals 5

we can also multiply one number by another we call this multiplication the

symbol is expressed as x for example 5 times 9

once again we show the result by using equals so 5 times 9 equals 45 the

reverse can also be done by dividing numbers with each other this is called

division we use the divide symbol to show this for example 50 divided by 5 so

we express this as 50 divided by 5 equals 10 it is common to replace equals

with is when expressing a calculation we can say that 5 plus 4 is 9 all of these

calculations can be described as basic equations expressing large numbers in

English 100 is 10 times 10 1000 is 10 times 100 1 million is 1000 times 1000 1

billion is 1000 times 1 million 1 trillion is a million times a million

so if you were the richest person in the world with 90 billion dollars it would

take 8 and a half thousand years to count up to 90 billion that...

is mind-blowing

numbers are very useful for making lists you can make a list of items while

numbering them and writing down each item with its number next to it to

number something is an action when counted numbers always come in a certain

order this is called numerical order for example the order of numbers between

1 and 10 is always the same you can count up from 1 to 10

or you can count down from 10 to 1 expressing position with numbers is

often done as a way of announcing the results of a contest or competition

dates contained within each month are also expressed in this way let's have a

look at one month in particular August has 31 days and each day is numbered in

the following way...

a number can be described as a numeral a

digit a figure and a cipher people measure the progression of their

lifespan by using numbers to express their age we can work out how long it

will take to get from one place to another by using speed and distance once

again this is expressed in numerical form in your daily life numbers are

relevant to calculate your monthly salary you multiply the number of hours

you work with the rate you are paid per hour most home addresses have numbers in

them your house number your phone number your insurance number your passport

number your date of birth your lucky number your unlucky number your

lottery numbers it would appear that numbers figure in our day-to-day lives a

lot more than we realise

are you good at mathematics some people find maths difficult some people prefer

to make calculations by writing them down on paper while others are able to

do them in their head I hope you have enjoyed this lesson and if you have any

questions feel free to leave a comment below the video

this is mr. Duncan in the birthplace of the English language saying thanks for

watching me teaching you and of course until next time

ta ta for now 8-)

Today's World: Neymar is officially no longer a Barcelona player after his £198million release - Duration: 7:01.

Neymar is officially no longer a Barcelona player after his £198million release

NEYMAR is officially no longer a Barcelona player. The Brazilians legal representatives have paid his £198million release clause from his contract.

Neymar left his house in Barcelona on Thursday as he takes a giant leap to becoming the worlds most expensive footballer.

Neymar touched down in Portugal on Wednesday to complete his PSG medical.

Neymar is no longer a Barcelona player after his release clause was met.

A statement posted on Barcas official website read: On Thursday afternoon Neymar Jrs legal representatives visited in person the Clubs offices

and made the payment of 222 million euros in the players name with regards to the unilateral termination of the contract that united both parties.

As such, the Club will pass on to UEFA the details of the above operation so that they can determine the disciplinary responsibilities that may arise from this case.

Neymars fee was initially thought to be £195m but the ever-changing exchange rate means that figure has rocketed to a stunning £200m.

The 25-year-old is now on the verge of becoming the worlds most expensive player when he pens a five-year deal with PSG.

It is believed Neymar will pocket a staggering £500,000-a-week AFTER tax to join the French giants.

Neymar is already believed to have completed his medical ahead of the move when he touched down in Portugal on Wednesday.

Neymar landed at Porto airport on Wednesday to undergo his PSG medical.

Neymar is about to smash the world-record to become the most expensive player ever.

What is a buy-out clause? The Spanish buy-out clause system is extremely complicated.

But, effectively, the fee is a pre-determined amount set between a club and a player upon signing a contract.

In order to trigger a release, the player will need to pay his own clause — and has the money transferred to him from the buying club.

If the transfer is done on good terms, it can be a relatively simple procedure which imitates any other deal.

In that case, when the money is transferred to the player's account, it is then liable for taxation at a rate of around 18 per cent.

Should the deal become hostile, the selling club could refuse to negotiate until forced to — as Barcelona are doing in this instance.

It would then go before a tribunal and the rate for tax then ranges from 20 to 47 per cent.

So, a player with a buy-out clause of £40million could actually cost as much as £58.8m.

That means the Neymar transfer could even cost Paris Saint-Germain as much as £300million, in theory.

Angry Barcelona fans have been burning their Neymar shirts.   Just how will Neymar, Dani Alves and Edinson Cavani line up for PSG in Ligue 1 next season 170803.

His move to the French capital is expected to be made official by the end of the week and he could make his debut against Amiens on Saturday.

Neymar will be handed the No 10 jersey upon his arrival with future team-mate Javier Pastore expected to hand over his number.

Barcelona fans have been left furious with Neymar over the deal.

Fans have taken to social media to burn their shirts after the Samba star forced his way out of the Nou Camp exit door.

Supporters also propped up posters around their stadium with the words: Wanted: Traitor.

"Mercenaries must go, Barcelona is only for players who love the shirt.

Neymar had angered some of his Barcelona team-mates over his move to PSG.

Barcelona have reportedly held talks with Monacos Kylian Mbappe.

Liverpools Philippe Coutinho is being lined up by Barcelona as Neymars replacement.   Angry Barcelona fan burns Neymar shirt ahead of his world record move.

And it wasnt just fans who had grown tired of Neymars antics as several first-team stars demanded he tell them the truth about where his future lies.

Andres Iniesta previously told the club he believed keeping the former Santos striker was more useful than the £198m his sale would bring in.

But the switch will mean Barca will have a huge wad of cash in order to find his replacement.

The club have reportedly held talks with Monaco sensation Kylian Mbappe as they aim to pip rivals Real Madrid to his signature.

They are also plotting a stunning double raid on the Premier League with Eden Hazard and Liverpools Philippe Coutinho on their radar.

Dear Deaf Travelers: ASL is not the only beautiful sign language - Duration: 5:23.

To the Deaf travelers out there

who are planning to visit or fly to other countries

I want to inform you something about something I learned

When I traveled to other countries, I noticed something

Different Deaf people wants to learn ASL

They would say oh, ASL is good! I hope I can learn!

I noticed that with different people

Japan

Thailand

Taiwan

Nicaragua

All the different countries

They all said the same

I came to realize

I noticed how the people react the same with ASL

Whooo, ASL is highly admired

Deaf people really praised ASL

Around the world, ASL is viewed as good and people wants to learn ASL

This is the same concept with language: English

It's the same idea, English is popular language around the world

People want to learn English

So what did I learn?

When people get ready to fly and travel

When they see different sign language,

they think how can I communicate?

You can use gestures

Some people who meet other Deaf can use gestures

Or for example if you meet Deaf in Japan, some do know ASL

Some Deaf knows International Sign Language

I know International Sign Language

So I use that to communicate

But...

If you don't know International Sign Language

or you don't know their Sign Language

But if you look for people who knows ASL or interpret ASL

Your Sign Language is different and I sign different

and if I don't try to communicate

Then it's not fair

You can use international sign language

You can ask others to help interpret ASL

But what's more important is that you try to communicate

Communication

What's good is that you respect their culture, their language

You can learn their sign language

What's so cool is that you know two or three sign language!

For example, ASL

International Sign Language

Korean Sign Language (KSL)

LSM (Mexican Sign Language)

That's really cool!

You know all these languages!

But if you resist and don't try to learn

and you tell them to learn ASL to communicate

It's not fair at all

Deaf around the world that doesn't know English or ASL work hard to learn ASL

They really want to learn and hope to learn ASL

They work while we already know ASL

We need to be fair to them

We have to accommodate other Deaf around the world too

We have to be fair and treat them equally

Deaf people around the world can teach me and I can teach them too

That's how we work together

It's important for all Deaf community around the world to work together

If you don't want to learn and rely on others to interpret ASL without even trying to communicate

Then you aren't giving any respect

Same for people around the world who visit America will see English

They want to learn ASL or know a little bit of ASL

When they visit, they respect my culture

It's the same idea. I will respect their culture too

It's oppression if you expect them to know ASL. No oppression

It's important we work together

It's nice to help them and let them help us

Communicate with gestures, International Sign Language

Whatever we can use to connect

That's important for Deaf community all around the world

Okay?
