5 Reasons Why Breakups are Hardest for Introverted Men

When it comes to getting over your lost love, you might think the cards are stacked against

you as an introverted, guess what?

You are not the one.

In fact, most of introverted people, or even extroverts feel the same.

According to Huffington Post, over 96% of American CEO's are extroverted.

And we agree that most women are attracted to successful men.

So, do you think we introverts actually stand a chance?

In this video, I'm going to show you 5 reasons why breakups are hardest for introverted men.

But before we start, make sure to like this video and subscribe our channel so you won't

miss any interesting update in the future guys!

Statistics show that at least 30 per cent of the population are introverts and it is

probably closer to 50 per cent rightnow.

While you think you might not have a chance, that's not the case.

Introverts make great partners too actually.

It just seems that extroverts have an easier time getting back out there and dating again.

As an introverted guy, you probably have challenges when talking to girls.

In fact, you have challenges talking to anybody, right?

Because of that, when you finally open your heart and let a girl in, that is a major risk.

Once a girl breaks up with an introverted guy, he may stay single for years.

Especially if he really believed she was the one.

So, here are 5 reasons why introverted men have such a hard time getting over a break

up:

1) Risk Without Reward:

It often takes superhuman effort for the shy introvert to approach a girl in the first

place.

If she responds and likes him, it is a big gamble for him to open his heart.

Once an introvert lets himself like a girl, he is no longer a loner.

Connecting to a girl fills a deep ache of loneliness for lots of guys.

Introverts take a bigger risk so the breakup digs a deeper hole.

2) Kicking Yourself When You Are Down:

If a girl ends the relationship there is a gaping hole where she used to be in his mind

and his heart.

Lots of guys crash and burn when a woman dumps them.

An introvert hurts extra bad and might even blame himself for letting her in that deep.

Fierce self inflicted blame just multiplies the heartbreak making things worse.

Introverts can be brutal to themselves.

3) Frozen in Time:

Fear of getting hurt again can seal him in a fireproof safe.

Dating may be next to impossible.

Grief and anger may be controlling his every thought.

Friends may be nagging him to get back out there.

An introvert can't motivate himself to move on.

That sucks because a new love may be just what he needs.

A friend with benefits may be the perfect solution but the introverted guy may be secretly

terrified of opening up again.

4) Speechless:

Introverts have a hard time talking about themselves even when they achieve a goal,

win a game or earn a raise.

When something bad happens, there are truly no words.

Introverts may suffer in silence.

Sometimes alcohol can be helpful.

That and a friendly bartender may help an Introverted guy spill his guts.

But alcohol just delays real healing.

Finding someone to talk to is the secret to getting through.

5) Body of Evidence:

When an introverted man is in love with a woman who dumps him, it is like she has all

the power.

The shock may be very physical.

He may feel achy, sick, sleepless and especially sluggish or lethargic.

They call it heartbreak for a reason.

Your chest may actually ache.

An extroverted guy is less likely to hide away at home.

Getting out and doing stuff breaks up the breakup blues.

Introverts may have a terrible time motivating to get up and out of the house.

So, what to do to get over the situation?

First and foremost you must see yourself as a real catch.

Introverts have fantastic strengths to bring to a relationship.

The truth is, an introvert can be a fabulous boyfriend and husband.

Being in a breakup state of mind, you probably don't believe any of that, right?

Well, in the next video I will show you how to get over a breakup for introverted people.

New Partnership Trains More Doctors for Missouri - Duration: 4:07.

[Matt Morrow] One of the most pressing needs in health care

is just trained medical professionals and doctors.

[Weldon Webb] I think we delivered every request they had.

[Linda Headrick, MD] Everything has had in mind patients that these

future physicians are going to serve.

[Webb] Welcome to the University of Missouri School of Medicine

Patient-Centered Care Learning Center.

I'm Weldon Webb, Associate Dean for Class Expansion.

The whole thought of this started back in the fall of 2007.

[Morrow] It was a collaborative effort that included

organizations and institutions that normally compete with one another

coming together to make this happen.

The two largest employers in our part of the state are CoxHealth and Mercy.

They're competitors, but they jointly collaborated to work together to make this happen.

The University of Missouri and Missouri State University in Springfield collaborated to

work together to advocate in the halls of the capitol,

to share services where that could be done.

[Webb] The proposal was to increase enrollment by a third,

or 32 students per class.

In order to do that you have to have facilities here in Columbia

for the first two years of medical school,

and you need the clinical space, and that was in Springfield.

[Groundbreaking Ceremony] "One, two, three, dig!"

[Webb] When we first started out in the planning of this whole building,

we had two over driving goals:

We wanted the building to be reflective of patient-centered care,

because that's what we're all about.

And the other thing, we wanted the building to be reflective of Missouri,

its heritage, and its citizens.

[Headrick] And so how the building was envisioned in

the first place, how it's been designed, all of the artwork, everything has had in mind

the patients that these future physicians are going to serve.

From the beginning, our goal was to have people walk in and be reminded constantly as they

work here, as they visit here, as they learn here, that this is about serving.

And here are examples of some of the people that we're all preparing to serve.

[Misty Todd, MD] I was on one of the committees that helped

to design it and keep the theme of Missouri running through it and so being able to walk

through the halls and point out places that are close to my hometown or see wood that

I know was used in wagons that went through trails near my home, it's very meaningful.

It makes you feel like you belong.

[Jiang Li, MD] On one of the floors they used a certain wood

from the Springfield area.

They had the river down the side of the wood

where I can locate around the area where I'm from.

[Nick Arnold, MD] I know this spot right here because I go fishing

here when I go home.

Getting to see something like this, especially for the new students who may not be from Missouri,

it's a cool thing for them to see.

And then people from there, it's pretty awesome to see as well.

I don't know of any medical schools in the country that probably have anything like this.

[Adam Cohen] That stone that you're stepping on when you

enter the building has a great story to tell.

It was handled by the same contractor, Carthage Stoneworks,

for the entire duration of the stone.

It was quarried, originally installed, salvaged, and newly installed by the same company,

and never left a radius of more than 150 miles from where it was originally quarried.

[Headrick] The building is a symbol of the patient-centeredness

and all the other things, all the other great qualities that we are quite confident our

graduates will have when they go out to serve the people of Missouri and beyond.

[Webb] When you compare it to starting a new medical school,

which will cost you anywhere from $500 million to a billion dollars,

it was a very cost-effective way to expand enrollment

for the number one medical school in the state of Missouri.

[Li] Having something grounded in Missouri will

draw a lot of future students in from across the nation

just because of the pride of graduating from here.

[Morrow] We think we're going to retain a lot of those

professionals right in Springfield and throughout all of Missouri.

[Todd] These walls have all of Missouri surrounding

you and they're here to support you, so stick with it, you can do it.

Manchester United consider appealing Phil Jones two-match European ban for abusing drug testers - Duration: 3:28.

Manchester United consider appealing Phil Jones two-match European ban for abusing drug testers

MANCHESTER UNITED are considering an appeal over Phil Jones controversial two-match ban for allegedly abusing a drug tester, according to reports.

The defenders were also stung with £4,500 fines by Uefa for failing to take drug tests immediately after the 2-0 Europa League final victory over Ajax. Phil Jones was ecstatic after Manchester United beat Ajax in the Europa League final in Stockholm.

Phil Jones (right) was an unused substitute in the 2-0 win over Ajax. There is no suggestion either player has been guilty of doping, but the club were also fined £8,900 for rule breaches.

Jones and Blind were both reportedly keen to celebrate with their team-mates after clinching the trophy.

They also wanted to take part in the dressing room picture, where the players held a banner in support of the victims of the Manchester bombing that killed 22 people.

They both gave urine and blood samples to doping officials – but Jones is understood to have expressed their frustration. According to the Mail, United will lodge an appeal with Uefa.

Jones will miss Uniteds Uefa Super Cup clash against Real Madrid on Tuesday and the opening group match of their Champions League campaign, with the opposition still to be drawn.

Daley Blind (centre) is also embroiled in the storm involving doping officials in Stockholm.

Phil Jones warms up with the ball ahead of Manchester Untieds pre-season friendly against Sampdoria.  Ironically Jones, 25, was an unused substitute in Stockholm as United ground out a 2-0 win over Ajax thanks to goals from Paul Pogba and Henrikh Mkhitaryan.

Mourinho said after Uniteds 2-1 win over Sampdoria in Dublin that the post-match celebrations were different to a usual drug-testing procedure. The United boss said: I put yourself in his position.

Jose Mourinho threw his weight behind Phil Jones over the incident.

He wins a European cup, he wants to celebrate with his team, he wants to get the cup, the medal, he wants to be in the pictures and one doctor wants to close him in a small room because of doping control.

I think its very hard to control a player in this situation and Uefa should take that into consideration.

Its not a normal match, its a final and I think it would be easier for the doping control committee to have someone at the pitch with him to see there is nothing wrong with him, just a human desire to celebrate.

Chelsea boss Antonio Conte joins Manchester United in £25m race for PSG star Serge Aurier - Duration: 2:43.

Chelsea boss Antonio Conte joins Manchester United in £25m race for PSG star Serge Aurier

CHELSEA have contacted Paris Saint-Germain over the availability of Serge Aurier. The Ivorian appears to be on his way out of the French capital this summer. Chelsea have made an enquiry for PSG star Serge Aurier.

The Ivory Coast defender could be available for around £27m. And Le10Sport are claiming that the Premier League champions have now joined Manchester United in the race for the star.

The 24-year-old right-back is likely to cost around £27million. However, the troublesome PSG ace comes with baggage.

Aurier is currently BANNED from entering the United Kingdom after assaulting a police officer. He has been unable to travel to face Arsenal in the past during the Champions League due to his ban.

But he has appealed to have that restriction lifted and should discover the outcome in the next few weeks.

Antonio Conte reportedly wants to bring the star to Stamford Bridge.

Jose Mourinho could be gazumped by Chelsea in his bid to bring the full-back to United.

Both Antonio Conte and Old Trafford chief Jose Mourinho will be keeping a close eye on developments as they consider making a swoop. United have been keen on the ace for months but have yet to table an offer for Aurier.

Mourinho has bolstered his squad with the additions of Victor Lindelof, Romelu Lukaku and Nemanja Matic this summer. Serge Aurier is currently banned from the UK for assaulting a police officer.

He is appealing that suspension and hopes to have it lifted within the next few weeks.

Chelsea and United will both battle it out for his services should he get the ban lifted. The Portuguese coach is keen to bring in at least one more player before the campaign gets underway next week.

But they could now be gazumped as Chelsea plot a move to snatch him from under the nose of their rivals.
